- 1:19The inner observer is the part of you that quietly and calmly watches your thoughts, feelings, and actions without judgment.
- 1:28Imagine it as the wise Sage within sitting back with a cup of tea.
- 1:33Observing the drama of life unfold without getting caught up in it.

- 1:51It helps you to stay grounded in your own reality, making conscious choices rather than being swept away by the influence.
- 1:59Of external forces.
- 2:01I, you know, like those pesky pendulums, when you cultivate your inner observer, you start to see life from a higher vantage point where you can make decisions that align with your true intentions.
- 2:15Rather than reacting impulsively to outside stimuli.
- 2:19So why is cultivating the inner observer important?
- 2:23Number one, maintaining awareness.
- 2:26Because the inner observer keeps you anchored in the present moment.
- 2:30Allowing you to witness your thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed by them.
- 2:35How this has helped me so many times.
- 2:37This awareness is foundation of conscious living.
- 2:41When you're aware you're in control.
- 2:44You can choose how to respond to life's challenges rather than being a victim of circumstance.
- 2:51Number two, make conscious choices.
- 2:55With the inner observer at the helm, you're better equipped to make decisions that serve your highest good.
- 3:00Instead of reacting out of fear, anger or stress.
- 3:05You pause for a minute, observe and choose a response that aligns with your desired reality.
- 3:11This is the essence of Reality Transurfing.
- 3:15Steering your life in the direction you want to go.
- 3:18Number three avoiding pendulum influence.
- 3:22Pendulums or simply collective thought structures that feed off of your energy.
- 3:27They thrive on drama, conflict, and emotional reactivity.
- 3:32When you operate from the perspective of the inner observer, you can see these pendulums for what they are.
- 3:38Energy vampires.
- 3:39These energy vampires don't have your best interests at heart.
- 3:44By not engaging with them.
- 3:45You retain your energy and focus, making it easier to stay on your chosen path.
- 3:52So, how do we strengthen the inner observer?
- 3:56Well, I'm going to give you some practices for daily life.
- 4:00Now that we've established the importance of the inner observer.
- 4:03Let's look at some practical ways to strengthen this aspect of our self-awareness.
- 4:08I remember like any skill cultivating, the inner observer takes practice, patience and persistence.
- 4:16But the rewards.
- 4:18Oh, they are absolutely worth it.
- 4:22Number one mindful meditation.
- 4:24I know you knew I was going to say this, but mindfulness meditation is one of the most effective ways to cultivate your inner observer.
- 4:34During meditation, focus on your breath and observe your thoughts as they arise.
- 4:39Don't judge them or get carried away by them.
- 4:41Just notice them and let them pass by.
- 4:44Over time, this practice trains your mind to maintain a calm, detached awareness and everyday situations.
- 4:53How to start with this set aside 10 to 15 minutes each day.
- 4:57I sit comfortably in a quiet space, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
- 5:02As you breathe.
- 5:04Notice any thoughts or feelings that come up, acknowledge them, then gently bring your focus back to your breath.
- 5:11Practice regularly to strengthen your inner observer muscle.
- 5:17Number two journaling for self-reflection journaling is a powerful tool for connecting your inner observer by putting your thoughts and feelings on paper.
- 5:27You can step back and analyze them for a more objective standpoint.
- 5:32This process helps you see patterns in your behavior.
- 5:35Recognize pendulum influences and make more conscious choices moving forward.
- 5:41How to start.
- 5:43Choose a time each day to sit down and write.
- 5:45Reflect on the day's events and your reactions to them.
- 5:49Ask yourself questions, like why did I feel that way or what pendulums were at play?
- 5:56Write freely without censoring yourself and let your inner observer guide your reflections.
- 6:02Number three practice, non reactivity.
- 6:06Pendulums thrive on reactivity, whether it's anger, fear, or excitement.
- 6:12One of the best ways to strengthen your inner observers practice non-reactivity in your daily life.
- 6:18When something triggers you, take a moment to pause, breathe, and observe your emotional response before acting.
- 6:27This practice creates a gap between the stimulus and the response, giving your inner observer this space to step in.
- 6:35And guide your actions.
- 6:37How to start.
- 6:38The next time you feel triggered, take three deep bests before responding.
- 6:43Use this pause to observe your thoughts and emotions without reacting to them.
- 6:48Respond calmly and consciously choosing a course of action that aligns with your highest self.
- 6:55I can tell you this one has helped me.
- 6:58Many many times.
- 7:00And number four conscious choice-making.
- 7:03Every day, we make countless choices.
- 7:06Some big, some small, easy choices and opportunity to strengthen your inner observer by making it consciously rather than on autopilot, whether it's what you eat for breakfast, how you spend your time or how you respond to a challenging situation.
- 7:23Approach each decision with awareness and intention.
- 7:27How to start.
- 7:29Begin by paying attention to small everyday choices before making a decision, ask yourself.
- 7:35Is this in alignment with my true intentions.
- 7:39And use your inner observer to guide your choices, ensuring they reflect your desired reality.
- 7:47Number five detach from the pendulums.
- 7:51I can tell you personally, this one has saved me many times.
- 7:57Pendulums love to hook you with drama.
- 8:00But you don't have to take that bait.
- 8:03One of the most powerful ways to cultivate your inner observer is to detach from these energy sucking forces.
- 8:10When you notice a pendulum trying to pull you in, simply observe it without engaging.
- 8:16This detachment keeps your energy intact and strengthens your ability to stay centered in your reality.
- 8:23How to start.
- 8:24Identify common pendulums in your life.
- 8:27For example, social media drama.
- 8:30Workplace gossip.
- 8:32And then when you notice a pendulum acknowledge it without judgment, choose not to engage, redirect your focus to something that aligns with your desired reality.
- 8:43All right, let's bring it all together.
- 8:45And learn how living with the inner observer works.
- 8:50Cultivating the inner observer isn't just about staying calm in the face of chaos.
- 8:56Though that's a nice park.
- 8:58It's about living consciously making decisions that align with your highest self.
- 9:03And creating a reality that reflects your true intentions.
- 9:07When you master the inner observer, you step into the driver's seat of your life, steering, clear of, pendulums, and navigating your path with clarity and purpose.
- 9:17Remember, this isn't a one-time effort, but an ongoing practice, the more you engage with your inner observer, the stronger it becomes.
- 9:26And the more effortlessly you can maintain awareness, make conscious choices and live a free life from unnecessary pendulum influence.
- 9:36So pour yourself, a cup of tea.
- 9:37Settle into the seat of your inner observer and watch as your reality transforms before your eyes.
- 9:46All right.
- 9:46That's my episode for today.
- 9:48I trust that you found it helpful.
- 9:50If you know someone who can benefit from this, please share it with them.
- 9:53And until next time I will see you next time.
- 9:56Peace out and Namaste.
