Equipment went wrong. Things in my life started going

wild. I just started to to recognize

the rhythms of breaking up new soil and ground, if if you will,

do cool stuff. The enemy does not like that.

And I don't put my focus on the pushback from the camp of the

enemy. I just stay focused and keep

cruising along. But sometimes things come up in

and just do my end of the year maintenance, maybe tie up some

loose ends. Let's start off with the

subscriber issue. So I had some issues while

trying to do what I thought was a a good thing for the people

that support this show. So previously we just had

standard ads get played on the episode to generate revenue to

help us with the the cost. There's, there's cost into this,

believe it or not. If you're producing content, you

got a lot of time that you're investing and there's just a lot

that goes into this. But I had about 11 people doing

a reoccurring monthly donation and I'm like, they're not

getting any benefits for doing that.

So I decided to cancel all those subscriptions and switch over to

a new way of doing things here through the Spotify for

Podcasters hosting site that I use that distributes this out

I'm like, I'm going to give the people that are who believe in

I'm trying to figure out what's going on.

I'm looking through all this, all this information trying to

I still haven't gotten a confirmation.

All's I know is that Spotify started removing episodes as of

recently. I've had a few episodes removed.

I've had some, I guess you could call, I don't know the language

for it, but in the emails it's like some strikes or something

against me. One of them was a copyright, but

that doesn't make sense because I pay for the rights to the

issues that were popping up where they removed some content

So during all of this, you know, it's just spiritual warfare.

There's just a lot going on. So all of you who are are just

amazing and believe in what I'm doing and are looking to

You know, this past year, we've gotten three times the amount of

combined. So we've grown significantly in

the last 12 months, branched out.

I just, I did a lot of uncomfortable things this, this

whole last 12 months. I've lost my full term

employment. I'm we got a lot of new

But the journey I've been on, if you guys go back through the

It was a pretty decent company. I had been there for almost 10

was doing well. I've been living by faith for

the last year with five dependents and 11 chickens.

It's been a wild ride. But I'm telling you, God is

faithful. Where I've dropped the ball,

He's picked it up. Where I have lost opportunity,

He has duplicated opportunity. He's multiplied blessings in

favor of all sorts and kind. So I need to declare His

faithfulness because He has literally carried me through

even my stupidities. My bad decision making, my idle

hands at times because sometimes I don't have all the answers.

I don't know what to do. I'm crying out saying God help

me, what do I do next? And you know, the enemy just

comes along and tries to distract and the blame and and

all kinds of stuff, man. So it's been difficult for me to

fully TuneIn and focus. But but when I'm reflecting and

as I'm sharing with you guys now, I'm looking and saying, Oh

my goodness, God, you are so faithful.

I've kicked and screamed a little bit along the way, but

you've met all of our knees. You have been just and faithful

and righteous and perfect and beautiful and you have you have

answered and walked through. So I'm excited that I have

learned what I've learned through what what could have

been a catastrophe. It could have literally

destroyed my entire life there. There was a point in time where

I I could have lost absolutely everything, but God did not

allow that to happen. And his love and his grace

covers me still how God does all this.

And so as I've been there, the Lord's been talking to me about

these different things in the spirit that are going on in the

school, both going on in the school and going on with

leadership. And none of this is observable

stuff. Like it's only him telling me

things. And for a long time I'm doing

the put it in my back pocket dance because I don't know what

to do with it. I'm just like, I don't know

know you're telling it to me. So I'm gonna hold on to it,

right? So I've been putting it in my

Anyway. So one day the Lord gives me the

this word for the elementary school principal, 'cause it's,

it's K through 12, it's all in one building.

So he's talking to me about gates and all these things and

principal if I can have a conversation with her.

So I like going and I just tell her all this stuff the Lord's

telling me about gates and gatekeeping and all this stuff.

Like I don't even know what I said because when the spirit's

flowing, it's not my brain, OK, just my mouth.

So and so her and I have stuck up a, a friendship after that

because she was like, you are literally answering prayers.

You are literally answering questions.

I've been asking the Lord, like what's going on around here?

So we stuck up a friendship and a lot of times she'll call me

and she needs counsel about something and da, da, da, right.

So cool. I like her very much.

She's, she's, she's one of those people.

I feel like I've been knowing, you know, and anyway, so I've

just been doing this and doing my weed job and stuff.

And then one day the assistant principal, a different lady

comes in and she's like, Hey, I got some people coming in for an

interview and for the elementary operations manager position.

And the Lord says to me, that job's yours.

And I was like, you know what? No, me gusta El cambio Jesus.

I don't really like change. I, I don't really like it.

So I was like, OK, Lord, I don't know about this for real.

Like what? I don't even know what

operations manager means or whatever.

They're talking about facilities.

What I don't even know. I'm, I'm done with lunch service

and I'm having my own lunch. And the, the principal comes up

to me. She's like, Carly, I gotta talk

to you. Did you know we're hiring for

this position? The Lord told me that I need to

hire you for that job. And I was like, Oh my God, what?

OK, so I, I asked about the logistics like a normal person,

like, OK, how many hours is, is it full time?

Is it what's the pay, blah, blah, blah.

I realize it's basically the same pay I'm making now, but

like 100 times more responsibility.

OK, so I'm like, look, Jesus, I need to get what you in here.

I need to hear some God stuff from you.

You know, there's times in life when you need Jesus to talk to

you like a man, and then there's times in life where you need

Jesus to talk to you like God, where he's going to say

something to you that you could not have concocted of your own

those words together. OK, And that's the kind of

OK. And so I go and I sit down in my

prayer time at work and I'm, I'm praying Bah, Bah, Bah, and I'm

praying, pray, pray, pray, pray. And the Lord says to me his God

stuff, He says, I'm putting you in that position to hasten

judgment and to strengthen the walls because I've made you

counsel to kings. And I was like, OK, I don't even

what? But I know it's him like both

because I know when he talks to me and that's that God talk that

I don't really understand. Like I get, I get it, but I

don't really get it. And so I go out and I, I, I tell

her, OK, we'll take the interview and I do the interview
