- 0:24Speaker 1: get up to two hundred bucks in crypto just to

- 0:28Speaker 1: And whether you're a business or an individual, you guys
- 0:31Speaker 1: can do that there on coinbase.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Check it out, use our link. It helps us.
- 0:34Speaker 1: All right, Let's get into a couple of points here.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Of the CPI slightly up or a little bit more
- 0:39Speaker 1: than's expected. President Trump is again posting statements after the
- 0:45Speaker 1: CPI came in and it did rise to two point seven,
- 0:47Speaker 1: but he is still on it and that is lower.
- 0:49Speaker 2: The FED rate.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Now, this is what Trump is looking for again. The
- 0:55Speaker 1: opportunity is either massive because this will have an effect
- 0:58Speaker 1: on so many different industry to readjust businesses that will
- 1:02Speaker 1: go back in real estate prices, we could see a
- 1:04Speaker 1: lot that would add jet fuel to where this economy
- 1:08Speaker 1: is going.
- 1:08Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:09Speaker 1: I want to go to a clip of Scott Besson.
- 1:12Speaker 1: He's talking about the CPI take a look.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Put too much emphasis on one number. I think it's
- 1:18Speaker 3: the trend. And I think one thing that Wall Street,
- 1:23Speaker 3: a lot of economist market in general got wrong early
- 1:27Speaker 3: on was that tariffs were going to cause a substantial
- 1:32Speaker 3: price level rise, which just hasn't happened.
- 1:34Speaker 4: And there are some people on the FOMC, the Federal
- 1:36Speaker 4: Reserve still worried about the prospect of happening through the summer.
- 1:40Speaker 4: We've all sensed the frustration from the White House across
- 1:42Speaker 4: the administration with feed chet J. Powell and a lot
- 1:45Speaker 4: of confusion. I think at this point that maybe we
- 1:47Speaker 4: can address in this conversation is firing the Federal Reserve
- 1:50Speaker 4: chair under active consideration in the White House and the
- 1:54Speaker 4: Treasury in your administration.
- 1:57Speaker 3: President Trump said numerous times he's not going to fire J. Powell.
- 2:01Speaker 3: He's working the refs.
- 2:04Speaker 1: All right, So you can kind of see it there.
- 2:06Speaker 1: There's just a lot of pressure from the White House.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Now.
- 2:08Speaker 1: One thing that Pessen did hit on is the trend
- 2:11Speaker 1: and if you take a look at the annual and
- 2:13Speaker 1: you also compare this to what's happening in the UK,
- 2:16Speaker 1: ur Tina, India, most of these are up in terms
- 2:20Speaker 1: of comparison to the United States. This of course coming
- 2:22Speaker 1: off of true inflation, which the trend is down if
- 2:25Speaker 1: you go to the high which was right back there
- 2:27Speaker 1: on December fourteenth when the market was booming, and we
- 2:31Speaker 1: have seen a downward trend. And this of course is
- 2:33Speaker 1: all since the tariffs have infacted.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Now.
- 2:37Speaker 1: One thing that also plays into this is you think
- 2:40Speaker 1: about the UK and their inflation number and the fact
- 2:43Speaker 1: that they have started to lower rates on the ECB.
- 2:46Speaker 1: So the United States is definitely behind. Now the question
- 2:49Speaker 1: is is pal too late? Will this have an effect
- 2:52Speaker 1: on the market that is longer lasting because of US
- 2:55Speaker 1: holding off on these on these rate cuts, That is
- 2:59Speaker 1: the real question. Now tariffs are a big part of this.
- 3:01Speaker 1: I want to go to a clip here that kind
- 3:03Speaker 1: of breaks it down how the tariffs might be massaged
- 3:06Speaker 1: through the economy.
- 3:07Speaker 4: Take a look from when it comes to tariffs, what
- 3:10Speaker 4: do you think we ultimately what do you think we
- 3:11Speaker 4: ultimately get or.
- 3:12Speaker 5: Not all My view personally has banned for a while
- 3:15Speaker 5: that this is going to end up looking like a
- 3:17Speaker 5: ten percent consumption tax, sort of like a VAT, and
- 3:20Speaker 5: the idea there is that it'll be shared between exporters, importers,
- 3:23Speaker 5: and consumers kind of equally. We can live with that, right,
- 3:26Speaker 5: I think that's the goal here, is to it's a
- 3:28Speaker 5: revenue generator. Okay, we can live with this. It's a
- 3:30Speaker 5: shared tax across those three constituents, and businesses will figure
- 3:34Speaker 5: it out. And I think that's where that's why the
- 3:36Speaker 5: market is. It's not complacent, it's just that's where it's settling,
- 3:40Speaker 5: all right.
- 3:41Speaker 1: If that is true, if we do get a ten
- 3:44Speaker 1: percent shared and if that actually seeps its way into
- 3:48Speaker 1: the economy, then I don't know what do you guys think.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Do you think that would be something.
- 3:52Speaker 1: You would live with, Say you're at a three point
- 3:54Speaker 1: three to three percent of your share of that kind
- 3:57Speaker 1: of impact on the economy, but at the same time,
- 3:59Speaker 1: having the ability to have lower rates for house loans,
- 4:03Speaker 1: car loans, being able to go out and take a
- 4:05Speaker 1: loan and build your business, all those kind of things.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Let me know in the comments down below. One thing though,
- 4:10Speaker 1: that is happening, and that is the AI race is
- 4:13Speaker 1: on the real question is is how much continued impact
- 4:17Speaker 1: will AI have in.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Terms of the market.
- 4:19Speaker 1: So I want to play a clip here that kind
- 4:21Speaker 1: of gives us the trend.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Take a look, you know.
- 4:24Speaker 5: Look, one of our big themes this year as we
- 4:26Speaker 5: came in was that AI Campacks is going to slow
- 4:29Speaker 5: decelerate and then all that draft in April, and I
- 4:31Speaker 5: think that explains a lot of the selloff in the
- 4:34Speaker 5: first quarter and a lot of the recovery. Doesn't get
- 4:37Speaker 5: a lot of attention though people are focused on tariffs,
- 4:40Speaker 5: are focused on other things that are going on, but
- 4:42Speaker 5: the AI Campec cycle has been very important for the
- 4:46Speaker 5: overall market direction, first down the first quarter and then
- 4:48Speaker 5: the recovery in the second quarter. So the market has
- 4:50Speaker 5: moved on from terror. Says the worst is behind us.
- 4:53Speaker 5: It doesn't mean that we don't still have bad news
- 4:55Speaker 5: or issues in front of us, but it's moving beyond that.
- 4:57Speaker 5: And the big beautiful Bill did sort of wrap up
- 5:00Speaker 5: a lot of the things that are now going to
- 5:01Speaker 5: lead to positive things for earnings growth both in the
- 5:04Speaker 5: second half of this year and into next year.
- 5:06Speaker 2: So, as we said at the.
- 5:07Speaker 5: Beginning of the year, President Trump came in, He's like
- 5:09Speaker 5: a new CEO. They kitchen sink things right, They did
- 5:12Speaker 5: all the growth negative things first, and I think the
- 5:15Speaker 5: Big Beautiful Bill is part of that positive transition now
- 5:18Speaker 5: to really earning's growth more so than economic growth. And
- 5:21Speaker 5: I think the market understands this. This is why people
- 5:23Speaker 5: are very confused about why is the market up? Why
- 5:24Speaker 5: is the market up? Well, earn your vision breath has
- 5:26Speaker 5: turned straight up, and we've been talking about this for
- 5:29Speaker 5: three months, and the Big Beautiful Bill only supports that
- 5:31Speaker 5: view further.
- 5:33Speaker 1: All right, So if he is correct and earnings do
- 5:36Speaker 1: go up, that is going to have a definite domino
- 5:39Speaker 1: effect on where the markets are going. If you look
- 5:41Speaker 1: at the current crypto fear and greed holding it around
- 5:44Speaker 1: seventy right now. If you compare that to the drat
- 5:47Speaker 1: five markets, here's the fear and greed holding it extreme
- 5:51Speaker 1: greed right now. Obviously the market's up considerably. This is,
- 5:53Speaker 1: of course, all starts to play into risk assets and
- 5:57Speaker 1: the potential to earn more income on some other assets
- 6:00Speaker 1: out there.
- 6:00Speaker 2: As you diversify your portfolio.
- 6:02Speaker 1: So all this could be going back to the point
- 6:05Speaker 1: he's getting at, and that is, look at AI compare
- 6:08Speaker 1: what they've been able to do. And if we start
- 6:10Speaker 1: to see earnings numbers coming in from a lot of
- 6:12Speaker 1: these top tech companies that starts to grow, you're going
- 6:15Speaker 1: to see this ingested into the economy as a positive.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Other things that are happening this week. Right now is
- 6:21Speaker 1: forty eight hours until History and I would agree with
- 6:24Speaker 1: this anti CBDC Act vote comes in, Clarity Act comes in.
- 6:27Speaker 1: That's tomorrow, and then on Thursday we'll get the Genius
- 6:30Speaker 1: Act vote. So it's very possible that we could have Clarity,
- 6:34Speaker 1: we could have an anti CBDC, and we can have
- 6:37Speaker 1: a stable coin bill. All happening this week. And if
- 6:40Speaker 1: that occurs, guys, I don't know how much more bullish
- 6:44Speaker 1: we could see the markets start to really move. One
- 6:48Speaker 1: thing that you have to kind of consider is this
- 6:51Speaker 1: right here, and this is that the House is going
- 6:53Speaker 1: to hold their procedural vote tomorrow afternoon or this afternoon
- 6:57Speaker 1: and establish kind of the terms around the Genus and
- 7:00Speaker 1: the Clarity Act. Now, the key here will be if
- 7:03Speaker 1: Clarity shows an indication that we could get market structured
- 7:07Speaker 1: through the House, this would get interesting because that could
- 7:11Speaker 1: give us an indicator that we might actually get this thing.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Passed this year.
- 7:14Speaker 1: And I've talked to two lobbyist groups here on the
- 7:16Speaker 1: show just in the past week that have not been
- 7:19Speaker 1: as confident that that was going to happen this year
- 7:22Speaker 1: in terms of the market structure. If that does occur
- 7:25Speaker 1: and we do get a market structure build, guys, this
- 7:26Speaker 1: will be huge for the markets in general. Genius Act
- 7:31Speaker 1: most likely about one hundred percent going to happen. If
- 7:34Speaker 1: you look at polymarket right now, holding it at ninety
- 7:36Speaker 1: five percent probability, I would agree with that. I think
- 7:39Speaker 1: Genius is going to fly through. The other thing that
- 7:42Speaker 1: is happening this week it's interesting timing too, and.
- 7:45Speaker 2: This is the Federal Reserve FDIC OCC.
- 7:48Speaker 1: All of those released their joint statement on green lights
- 7:51Speaker 1: for banks to custodmy crypto. So that's done, and you
- 7:54Speaker 1: have FED now which is live, and then the ISO
- 7:57Speaker 1: twenty oh two to two. This is something we did
- 7:59Speaker 1: a video on yesterday. Why it's going to have a
- 8:01Speaker 1: big impact on banks in general, the ability for crypto
- 8:05Speaker 1: and digital assets to start to integrate into the economy.
- 8:08Speaker 1: This is a big deal, so be on the lookout.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Timing is very interesting. I asked McClary about this yesterday.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Go back and watch that video because it was a
- 8:16Speaker 1: good breakdown of exactly what's going on. And his point
- 8:20Speaker 1: was exactly that, and that is, there are so much
- 8:23Speaker 1: opportunities here, it's difficult to even get your hands around
- 8:27Speaker 1: what this could do for the market in general. With
- 8:30Speaker 1: that being said, you've got the vice president, the sitting
- 8:33Speaker 1: Vice president, Jeddie Vance saying crypto is a hedge against
- 8:37Speaker 1: bad policymaking from Washington, no matter what party is in control.
- 8:41Speaker 1: This is a great statement, and to me, it starts
- 8:44Speaker 1: to set the standard for normalization for average people to
- 8:48Speaker 1: start taking a look at crypto who have never looked
- 8:51Speaker 1: at crypto before and say, wait a minute, maybe owning
- 8:53Speaker 1: some bitcoin and some ethereum a handful of digital assets
- 8:56Speaker 1: is the answer here to kind of levee reach against
- 9:00Speaker 1: what I've seen in terms of inflation and also just
- 9:04Speaker 1: the dollar dedollarization. I think when you look at the
- 9:07Speaker 1: valuation of where the Dixie is going, all of this
- 9:11Speaker 1: is good.
- 9:11Speaker 2: In positive news.
- 9:13Speaker 1: The other thing that came in that was positive news,
- 9:15Speaker 1: this is the California Breakthrough Project. This is something that
- 9:18Speaker 1: essentially is going to utilize a handful of blockchain companies.
- 9:22Speaker 1: You've got Ripple coinbase Moopey to advise their government. This
- 9:26Speaker 1: is Gavin Newsom on efficiency and collaboration. Now, this will
- 9:30Speaker 1: be interesting. I don't know if it's just a lot
- 9:31Speaker 1: of fluff or if there's going to be something that
- 9:33Speaker 1: will be executed. But the task force met for the
- 9:35Speaker 1: first time in Ripple's headquarters, so it's possible there could
- 9:39Speaker 1: be some integrations.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Be on the lookout for this.
- 9:42Speaker 1: There's also another company in there that you guys should
- 9:44Speaker 1: pay attention to in that is Snapchat and Andrel. So
- 9:47Speaker 1: remember Andrel Palmer Lucky's company very AI oriented, mostly around
- 9:52Speaker 1: the defense space, but something to keep an eye on
- 9:55Speaker 1: of where this could go for both Ripple and XRP
- 9:59Speaker 1: as it relates to CA.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Let's get into this.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Bitcoin back loans now are starting to absolutely skyrocket. One
- 10:06Speaker 1: billion of these in place. I anticipate we're going to
- 10:10Speaker 1: see a lot more activity around this for a lot
- 10:13Speaker 1: of people who are not willing to sell their bitcoin,
- 10:16Speaker 1: but they understand the likelihood that they have so much
- 10:19Speaker 1: right now in profit that they'd be good in being
- 10:22Speaker 1: able to go in and take a loan against that,
- 10:24Speaker 1: take some profit and or go in and start looking
- 10:28Speaker 1: at other digital assets that they could play into. So
- 10:30Speaker 1: I think we're going to see a big trend here
- 10:32Speaker 1: on bitcoin back loans. Another thing that's happening right now
- 10:36Speaker 1: is Base and Brian Armstrong over a Coinbase setting up
- 10:40Speaker 1: their big event live keynote coming out. One of the
- 10:43Speaker 1: things he said that I thought was interesting is from
- 10:46Speaker 1: three to four a new way to create a new
- 10:49Speaker 1: social network, all global economy for everyone. Next chapter of
- 10:52Speaker 1: Base is coming. We may see the wallet app turn
- 10:56Speaker 1: into something else. It may morph into a social or
- 11:00Speaker 1: oriented platform that has payments as well as social possibly
- 11:05Speaker 1: some other cultural elements that may play into this. Let's
- 11:08Speaker 1: see what Base pulls out of the hat and if
- 11:11Speaker 1: they can go head to head with Robinhood right now,
- 11:13Speaker 1: which has mostly been sucking up a lot of the
- 11:15Speaker 1: air in terms of PR. Here's Van Guard now playing catchup.
- 11:19Speaker 1: And the way they're doing it is they have become
- 11:21Speaker 1: the largest shareholder of microstr mstr and Strategy. And also
- 11:26Speaker 1: remember they said that bitcoin is not an appropriate long
- 11:29Speaker 1: term investment, so it's kind of interesting that they've had
- 11:31Speaker 1: that position. Now they're the largest shareholder of the only
- 11:34Speaker 1: company that really has been successful around holding treasury, and
- 11:38Speaker 1: that of course is Michael Saylor and strategy other things
- 11:41Speaker 1: that kind of play into this. If you just look
- 11:43Speaker 1: institutional capital others that are playing catch up, they first
- 11:47Speaker 1: of all can no longer ignore the returns that bitcoin
- 11:50Speaker 1: is providing. This is something we've talked about, and you
- 11:53Speaker 1: have to think of it like this, guys. When you
- 11:55Speaker 1: look at traditional money managers, you and I and anybody
- 11:59Speaker 1: in the crypto space may say, hey, one X is
- 12:01Speaker 1: not that much. Well, a traditional money manager, a thirty
- 12:04Speaker 1: percent gain on a portfolio is legendary. A forty or
- 12:09Speaker 1: fifty or a one x gain on a portfolio would
- 12:13Speaker 1: make someone's career.
- 12:15Speaker 2: So that is a big deal.
- 12:17Speaker 1: When we continue to see this asset moving like this,
- 12:20Speaker 1: This is what they're stating right here. When an asset
- 12:23Speaker 1: provides a return of ninety percent in one year, it
- 12:26Speaker 1: can be ruled an outlier.
- 12:28Speaker 2: I don't think so.
- 12:29Speaker 1: I think now we're seeing much more confidence not only
- 12:32Speaker 1: in bitcoin, but in digital assets as a whole, including
- 12:35Speaker 1: around what's happening in ETH. And the thing that surprises
- 12:39Speaker 1: me is this right here, another two hundred and sixty
- 12:41Speaker 1: mili into spot ether ETFs. Get ready, guys, I think
- 12:45Speaker 1: we could see some very big activity with ethereum, and
- 12:49Speaker 1: don't forget there are some massive shorts piling into ethereum
- 12:53Speaker 1: right now. Are we setting up for this short squeeze
- 12:56Speaker 1: that we've been talking about.
- 12:58Speaker 2: I think it's coming.
- 12:59Speaker 1: I think we are near much like what we saw
- 13:01Speaker 1: when Bitcoin broke out, because it's going to be like
- 13:03Speaker 1: a pop, much like what Bitcoin was trying to break
- 13:06Speaker 1: through that one ten zone and was able to do
- 13:09Speaker 1: that by liquidating a lot of those shorts around one
- 13:11Speaker 1: to eleven, and obviously Bitcoin skyrocketed to one twenty three.
- 13:15Speaker 1: It's regressed a little bit now, but the point being
- 13:18Speaker 1: this is where eth could make a breakthrough. All right,
- 13:20Speaker 1: So if you guys are not in the diamond circle,
- 13:22Speaker 1: get in right now. It's our own private group.
- 13:24Speaker 2: It's free.
