- 0:48SPEAKER_01: Hey everyone, welcome back to the Beyond Limits Podcast.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: Today we are talking about the standards that I have either daily or weekly that allow me to create wealth in all aspects of my life.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: Now, this is a question that was submitted from the broadcast channel on Instagram, which if you are not a part of, go ahead and follow me on Instagram, join the broadcast channel because I always ask for questions there, but I'm also posting little riffs behind the scenes, a bunch of stuff that Instagram stories and all that never get to see.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: So join there.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: If you haven't watched part one where I talk about the first five standards, go ahead and watch part one.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: This is gonna be part two.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: So standard number six that I have has to do with relationships.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: And I thought about when I was planning this episode, I could lump relationships into like six different standards, but I'm gonna more just focus on like the standards I have in relationships, like daily and weekly, because I think they all kind of play on each other.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: And it's so important because relationships make up so much of our life.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: So the relationship standards that I have is, you know, I don't carry emotional weight that's not mine.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: I don't over-explain or over-communicate my truth.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: I don't go where I'm fully met.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: And these are important because there was a long time where I feel like I tried to fit in in order to be met in relationships, or I kept relationships or I kept dynamics where I wasn't being fully met.
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: And that could be romantically, but also friendship-wise.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: And it's really important.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: And one of the best things you can do for your nervous system is to actually have relationships where you are fully met.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: And you might be fully met in one aspect of yourself here, in another relationship, you're fully met in that aspect of yourself there.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: I would encourage you in like whatever romantic relationship you have, that you are fully met in all aspects because it's such an important relationship.
- 2:39SPEAKER_01: But when you actually allow yourself to do that, it's going to create so much wealth in your life.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: I'm a big proponent where you are the five people you surround yourself with.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: So if your standards and values aren't being met in those relationships, or you are not being met, or you are the one overgiving, or, you know, it's draining you, that's going to ripple into other areas of your life.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: But this can also apply to professional relationships, right?
- 3:02SPEAKER_01: Are you keeping clients on or people on because you think you need to for the money, or you're scared to let them go because of an income VIP, or things like that.
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: There are so many times where, you know, I could have said yes to people or said yes to clients or said yes to things that would have bent my standards or I knew wouldn't be the standards of the relationship.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: And I've had to let them go.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: And it's been so rejuvenating to hold that standard because what you don't end up realizing is that when you're not met, when you're not choosing yourself, when you're overriding, you are going to end up draining so much more of your air energy.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: And what you think you gain in the short term by saying yes ends up costing you in the long term.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: And then you will feel either frustration if you're like a generator or a manigen, or you'll feel bitterness if you're a projector like me.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: And it'll build resentment.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: So I want you to think about you know, the standards that you have in your relationship.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: Are there places where you overgive?
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: Are there places where you're not being met but you're accepting it?
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: Are there places where you know that you've evolved out of it, but you're keeping it there?
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: And going along with this, this is also where like I don't take on the energy of other people.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: And I definitely used to, right?
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: I was an empath, if you want to call it.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: I remember there was a time where I was so sensitive.
- 4:17SPEAKER_01: I would pick up so many people's energy, and I still can feel energy, but there was a difference between me taking on everyone's energy and trying to metabolize it through my nervous system and taking responsibility for that and not taking on their energy and then knowing where to move on from relationships quickly.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: The standards you have in your relationships will 1000% affect your wealth because of the capacity and the energy draining stuff that it adds to it.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: And the other couple of things I want to add on when it comes to relationships is that I also choose people that expand me, right?
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: And not manage me.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: So the relationships you have should expand you.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: I also don't perform closeness.
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: And this is a thing that is huge in order to just have the sense of connection.
- 5:01SPEAKER_01: It could be easier sometimes and to just rely on the dopamine hit of having like a surface-level connection or something that isn't fulfilling because quote unquote something is better than nothing.
- 5:10SPEAKER_01: But what I have found is that those things actually end up being even more draining in the long term.
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: So I also want you to think about yes, where you're not being fully met, but where you're performing closeness and where you have relationships that aren't expanding you and they're just managing you instead, because that's an entirely different relationship.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: And what I've also noticed, and something I've always done and is not making relationships my source, if that makes sense.
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: Where there's no one relationship that I need to feel whole and complete.
- 5:45SPEAKER_01: And this is something that I really worked on before I got into my current relationship.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: Before that, I would say I felt like I needed a relationship to complete me.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: I needed either a romantic relationship to complete me, I needed friendships to complete me.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: But when you make someone else or something else your complete source, and that is your only thing, you don't have a sense of wholeness.
- 6:06SPEAKER_01: And then you're always gonna feel like you need this hit versus can you exist whole and complete on your own first?
- 6:12SPEAKER_01: And those relationships add to it.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: But the standard is they don't complete me, I'm complete on my own, and they simply amplify and add to my life.
- 6:21SPEAKER_01: Okay, standard number seven that I have is pattern interrupts.
- 6:25SPEAKER_01: So I'm a big, big fan of a pattern interrupt.
- 6:29SPEAKER_01: I love me a good pattern interrupt.
- 6:30SPEAKER_01: So I always think about since the question was like, what do you do daily, weekly?
- 6:34SPEAKER_01: A daily pattern interrupt, a weekly pattern interrupt, a monthly pattern interrupt, and quarterly pattern interrupts.
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: So the pattern interrupts you do quarterly are probably gonna be bigger and more significant than the pattern interrupts you do daily.
- 6:48SPEAKER_01: So what is a pattern interrupt?
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: It's exactly what it sounds like.
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: It's interrupting the pattern, it is breaking the habit of being yourself.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: If you're familiar with that book from Joe Dispenza, this is something that I've done since I read the book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, probably in 2020-ish.
- 7:07SPEAKER_01: But I always like to give myself pattern interrupts to change it.
- 7:10SPEAKER_01: I love traveling.
- 7:10SPEAKER_01: You can call it the Sag in me.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: We're right now recording in a hotel room and it's a different one than we usually record in.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: I love a pattern interrupt because it takes you out of your element, it allows you to experience different things.
- 7:23SPEAKER_01: And whether it's, you know, quote unquote a good experience or a challenging experience or things go right or things go wrong, it still interrupts things and it prevents this feeling of groundhog day.
- 7:34SPEAKER_01: If there's one feeling I hate the most, it's stagnancy.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: I don't like things feeling stagnant.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: I don't like things feeling monotonous.
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: Like I like things that are like fresh and new, which I mean, there there are some aspects where if if you knew me, I also eat the same thing for lunch every day.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: But sometimes there's a little pattern interrupt around that day.
- 7:53SPEAKER_01: So there is like aspects that are like my routine, right?
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: I always do my movement, I do my steps, but I might change my walking route.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: If you were listening to part one, where I talk about like the movement I do and the nutrition I have and all of that, but it might look slightly different, right?
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: The walk or the movement or this or that, or I do a different pattern, or like we also change up my workouts.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: But it's also the pattern interrupt of the coffee shop you're going to.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: You could change that in your day and your week.
- 8:18SPEAKER_01: The, you know, do you want to go on a staycation?
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: Do you want to go to the hotel lobby and do this?
- 8:23SPEAKER_01: You want to travel?
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: Is it you need to go to an in-person experience?
- 8:27SPEAKER_01: Is it that you need to book a VIP day or VIP weekend?
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: Do you need to, you know, listen to trainings, whatever you need to do, you need something to interrupt your pattern because that's what keeps things in flow.
- 8:40SPEAKER_01: I have noticed the more I add in pattern interrupts, like I said, daily, weekly, monthly, and then quarterly, and like they're they're respective in terms of the the size of them, has allowed for far more growth.
- 8:52SPEAKER_01: And obviously, growth creates more wealth through that.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: So I highly recommend adding in pattern interrupts, thinking what you can add to your day, your week, your month, your year, your quarter, whatever it is, in order to do that and making sure and making a plan for doing that.
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: And you will be expanded.
- 9:12SPEAKER_01: And I always say, like the pattern interrupt, especially like the weekly, monthly, quarterly ones, should be edges.
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: They should be new things.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: For example, this weekend, you know, we're recording yesterday.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: I spoke, I was a round table host at a summit, never done that before.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: That was really cool, fun, and exciting.
- 9:28SPEAKER_01: You know, putting myself in different environments, talking to different people in different industries, huge.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: So that's a different example.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: The hotel recording act, different example.
- 9:37SPEAKER_01: We haven't recorded here before.
- 9:39SPEAKER_01: It also gives you a nice visual pattern interrupt.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: I think about also the way I do content.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: Like I try to be creative.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: If you saw the reels I did where like the news anchor breaking news, I had that idea.
- 9:49SPEAKER_01: I'm like, this is fun, like pattern interrupt.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: Let's do that.
- 9:51SPEAKER_01: I don't normally show my funny side, my humorous side.
- 9:55SPEAKER_01: So, where can you add in pattern interrupts?
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be huge.
- 9:58SPEAKER_01: The eighth standard that I have, it's so funny.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: We're recording my fiances are just laughing at me as we're recording this.
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: So the eighth pattern, or not pattern interrupt, the eighth standard I have is I don't reference outside my field.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: It can be very tempting to see what everyone else is doing.
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: What is Sally doing?
- 10:22SPEAKER_01: What is Karen doing?
- 10:23SPEAKER_01: What is Susie doing?
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: But when you're creating something new, I have found that I've always had my highest growth, my highest expansion when I've actually cut out the noise, tuned into me and amplified I'm gonna call it my weirdness.
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: Like he's laughing behind the camera.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: My weirdness, my quantum self, you know, I think about and I've been doing a lot of like hindsight thinking this last week.
- 10:50SPEAKER_01: It's like when I brought out Akashic Records, and I was like, I was the only one making healthy recipes, teaching you to eat enough protein, go gluten-free, and reading the Akashic Records and doing all these things, right?
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: I was every time I add in like that that element of me and I don't looking, all right.
- 11:06SPEAKER_01: Susie does content like this, or Susie says it like this, or this is what she's doing.
- 11:11SPEAKER_01: And I'm not saying we don't learn, like I love learning.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: I'm always learning, I'm always studying things, I'll implement, but it's not that is more true than I am.
- 11:21SPEAKER_01: And that standard has always kept like it keeps me on my path in my course.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: And when you're here to do big things, if you get too distracted, instead of using that to kind of like amplify and support your mission and vision, instead of you think you just need to be a replica or a copy, you will end up losing yourself.
- 11:40SPEAKER_01: And the most, if you want to call it easiest way to make money is always authenticity.
- 11:45SPEAKER_01: Authenticity is the strongest frequency on this planet.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: Like the frequency of truth is the strongest frequency in the planet.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: And I think also my ability to stay in truth.
- 11:54SPEAKER_01: If you've been in my world, you know I'm very direct, I am no BS, and I speak the frequency of truth.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: And I've always opened up all containers, all programs like that.
- 12:03SPEAKER_01: I've always, you know, even when I did a Kashic reading, it's like I speak the frequency of truth.
- 12:08SPEAKER_01: I come from the highest love.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: You can either accept that or not, but it is true.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: And truth pierces, right?
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: So if you can stay true to yourself and not utilize external as better than you, but realize how I can take elements of that to just support me, but not use it as a reference point, you will end up creating something extraordinary.
- 12:32SPEAKER_01: The ninth standard I have is I operate from inevitability.
- 12:36SPEAKER_01: So what does this mean?
- 12:38SPEAKER_01: I assume it's inevitable.
- 12:40SPEAKER_01: I assume the success that I want, the things that I want, whatever it is, that it's inevitable.
- 12:46SPEAKER_01: It's not a question of if it's inevitable, it is fact.
- 12:50SPEAKER_01: And I think when you move from the place of there is like no other option for it to work, you will get massively different results.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: Because the underlying assumption is that it works.
- 13:04SPEAKER_01: And your frequency is so powerful that when you assume that it works, you're not operating from this state where you're evaluating did it work, did it not?
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: You're like, no, it is working, it is inevitable.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: And that will propel you so much faster than looking to the outside to dictate and let it tell you whether you're true.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: Let it tell you whether it's working, let it tell you whether you should be doing this or not doing that.
- 13:31SPEAKER_01: And I remember back in the day, I led this free master class called inevitable, and it was so good.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: I probably need to bring it back.
- 13:37SPEAKER_01: I should bring it back because I feel like inevitability is something that a lot of women are missing right now.
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: Is there's a lot of question marks in their head.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: Will it work?
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: Won't it work?
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: And if you can stay in the standard of no matter what, it's inevitable.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: I remember even one back when I thought I was trying to get into med school and I was like, no, I'm gonna go to med school, it's inevitable.
- 13:56SPEAKER_01: Got into med school.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: No, I'm gonna start a YouTube channel and be successful, start a YouTube channel, it's successful.
- 14:01SPEAKER_01: No, I'm gonna start my business, I'm gonna be successful, it's inevitable, it's inevitable.
- 14:07SPEAKER_01: You also operate and do actions without your nervous system bracing, because when your nervous system is assessing is it's gonna happen, is it's not, it ends up being in a hypervigilant state.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Versus if you know that every rep you put in is building and compounding because it is inevitable, there's a lot less pressure in your system because you know, oh, this is just a rep I'm putting in.
- 14:27SPEAKER_01: It's going to work.
- 14:28SPEAKER_01: You're not trying to assess constantly in your brain about will it work or won't it.
- 14:32SPEAKER_01: And the last standard I have is that I do not fill space just to be productive.
- 14:38SPEAKER_01: And this is huge because it allows my energy to concentrate.
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: There was a time, and I wouldn't even say like I filled my space to be productive, but I was just doing too many things.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: And what ends up happening is when you fill the space just to be productive, or you do it just to give yourself the illusion of forward momentum because you think when you're doing things, right, it gives you that dopamine hit like I'm doing something, so I'm gonna progress forward.
- 15:04SPEAKER_01: But if your energy isn't fully behind it and if it's scattered, then all it's going to do is not give you the space to expand, right?
- 15:11SPEAKER_01: If you want more wealth, if you want to bring in more wealth of all forms, it needs the space.
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: But if you are filling all the space with trying to be productive with this never-ending to-do list, right?
- 15:20SPEAKER_01: As humans, there's a laundry list of things I could always be doing.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: But I remember I what's the exact question?
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: It's the exact question, uh, it's is this actually required?
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: And it was a huge question I started asking myself, I want to say like four years ago when it came to my business and what I was creating of like, is this actually required?
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: Is this actually required?
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: And now I I kind of bring that into the aspect of my work in like the holy precision mastermind and everything like that, where we operate very precisely, but it's very concentrated.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: And so it ends up having a lot bigger of a ripple effect.
- 15:57SPEAKER_01: So I want you to think about where are you trying to fill the space to be productive, just to give yourself the illusion of momentum, just to give yourself that feeling like, oh, you know, I I earned it.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: And this is, I mean, I could go on a whole separate tangent.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: The reason you're filling the space, right, is because you don't feel safe doing less, or you don't feel safe not doing.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: And there was a time where I had to learn to get over that.
- 16:19SPEAKER_01: And now when I do, I do because I know it's building the company, it's building the brand, and I want to.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: And it is part of that, it's not coming from, well, there's empty space.
- 16:27SPEAKER_01: I need to fill it with something.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: Because any action that you take from that doesn't actually end up building anything because you're taking it from the frequency of becoming, not from completion.
- 16:38SPEAKER_01: There's a big saying in my world, we move from completion, we don't move from becoming.
- 16:41SPEAKER_01: And so when you are doing things just for the sake of being productive, not doing it because it's true, you think, oh, it's gonna get you more results.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: Like if I get to do more, I'll get bigger results or more money.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: And then when that doesn't happen, you feel defeated, you feel frustrated, and you feel drained.
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: So it's a very important standard that I have in my life.
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: So I hope you guys enjoyed this episode.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: Like I said, if you haven't watched part one, go ahead and watch part one to find out the first five standards.
- 17:06SPEAKER_01: And I will see you in the next episode.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: Bye.
