- 1:04[SPEAKER_11]: I know dude, I know, and I understand why.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_11]: By the way, because I sit home and watch them.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_11]: Usually I'm with my wife, I'd take my kids to school.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_11]: We come home and watch an hour, hour and a half of Jenna Bush.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, Jenna Bush.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_11]: And then whoever her partner is and then head in.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_11]: It sucks, so yeah, this should be a morning show.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_11]: Could you imagine on ABC, Dan, if it was just the two of us, the fucking glass wall behind us, too?
- 1:35[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that would be awesome.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that would be unfortunate for the world.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_11]: It would be the end of times is what it would be.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_11]: But as I was having my coffee this morning, white,
- 1:49[SPEAKER_11]: Like an NBA player's wife, because that's how it should be drink.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_11]: Very, very quickly, nowhere close to being warm and it's not a hint of black in that coffee.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_11]: I'm glad I'm not the only one that drinks my coffee that way.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_11]: Are you in the same?
- 2:02[SPEAKER_11]: Oh yeah, that's it for me, man.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_11]: And I just, it's my go-go juice.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_11]: Like, hey, let's get it in me.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_11]: I'll get a shake, and then let's get the fuck out of here.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_11]: And good, like I wanna start the day and start rocking, party rocking.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_11]: I don't even need that much sleep.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_11]: So let's just, let's go, dude, let's go.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_11]: And I'm sitting there and they get preempted.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_11]: So it's got to be important, right?
- 2:26[SPEAKER_11]: It's got to, Dan, it's got to stop the fucking nation, dude.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_11]: If you're going to preempt it today, show in the morning, show, it's got to be important.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_11]: And guess who it was today?
- 2:39[SPEAKER_11]: Jack Smith to Jack Smith is up there.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_11]: Remember that whole fucking rigour roll.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_11]: We're gonna take them up.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_11]: We're gonna fucking put them in jail.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_11]: We're gonna put them on trial.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_11]: So yeah, they interrupted all my favorite bullshit this morning and my white's cold coffee with Jack Smith's ugly face.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_11]: Wait, like you know how I feel about that.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_08]: Do you say you drink white coffee?
- 3:02[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_08]: Oh yeah.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_08]: Oh my god.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_08]: Look at that, the stain.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_11]: Look at that stain.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_08]: That mustache doesn't say white coffee.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_11]: White coffee matters.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_11]: How embarrassing for you now.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_08]: This is probably shouldn't have said it.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, you shouldn't have said that anywhere in front of another man.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_11]: You're good, dude He look he looks he likes his coffee like he likes his power.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_11]: Like exactly Like this is with my brand.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_08]: This is black
- 3:32[SPEAKER_08]: That way you're drinking this morning.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_08]: Panamanian gaysha for a mud house coffee.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_11]: It comes straight from an antelope's asshole.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_11]: And there's beans in there that revitalize your soul and you can really kick off the world.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_11]: Now, what is that?
- 3:46[SPEAKER_08]: It's a, is that a local company?
- 3:48[SPEAKER_08]: No, mud houses and I think they're in Virginia.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_08]: They just roast.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_08]: This is from Finkel Look Harbor.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_08]: It's one of the,
- 3:55[SPEAKER_08]: the fancy ones it's one of the farms in Panama that wins the best coffee every year oh yeah if you find a child's finger in there you get like eight dollars now this is professionally run is it really it's the best it think of La Cobra is probably one of the top five coffee farms in the world no shit
- 4:15[SPEAKER_11]: A lot of people don't know, Dan has a refined taste when it comes to coffee.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_08]: If you win, if you buy these beans, depending on what time of year it is, you're talking about 80 to 150 bucks a pound.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_11]: Shut the fuck up.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_11]: That's like a fucking gallon of gas, damn, dude.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_11]: You rich, you rich, look at their incredible journey of mudhouse coffee.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_11]: Whenever they can mudhouse, it's never good, you know?
- 4:44[SPEAKER_08]: Mud is an old colloquialism for coffee, a couple of mud.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, it's also a colloquism for Taco Bell.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_11]: It's just a couple of mud afterwards, so it's all it is.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_11]: That's all it is there, but yeah, I get interrupted this morning with my white.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_11]: white white cold call.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_11]: It's just, there's so much creamer in there.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_11]: It's cold.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_11]: And there's no way it can stay warm.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_11]: Not a prayer.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_11]: And I have to drink it fast because it keeps getting colder.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_11]: So I'm like, man, I've got to just jam this fucking booty juice in me and kind of squeeze out to the world.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_11]: You know?
- 5:22[SPEAKER_11]: That's what I like to call it.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_11]: Obviously my, uh,
- 5:26[SPEAKER_11]: pre-schoolers teacher hates that phrase, but whatever.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_11]: Crazy fucking day here.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_11]: Let's start with the Jack Smith shit, because this clip, and I had lined up a series of clip for Bluxtaplegs, I was watching this earlier, this,
- 5:42[SPEAKER_11]: You can only be this to find in a clip if you know nothing is ever going to happen to you.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_11]: And you and I have talked about this for, I don't know how many fucking years on this show.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_11]: We do this shit all the time and then right left everybody on social media is like, yeah, fuck them.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, he's going to prison.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, we've never could, yeah.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_11]: And then nothing ever happens to these people.
- 6:00[SPEAKER_11]: And I think he knew walking in there.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_11]: His entrance today, by the way, was like a stadium of entrance for Morgan Wallen.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_11]: where you're just like, oh, it's Pat Mahomes gonna come out with you for the Kansas City Show.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_11]: He didn't give a fuck and rightfully so.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_11]: No one's gonna do anything about this.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_11]: Press play on this opening clip here.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_06]: History teaches that the rule of law is rarely destroyed all at once.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_06]: It's often weakened by attacks on the institutions and the public servants sworn to uphold it.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_06]: Since January of 2025, we have witnessed precisely such an effort, including the vilification of the agents, prosecutors, and staff who worked on my team, simply because of their unwavering dedication to the rule of law.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_06]: I myself have been threatened with jail by the president of the United States.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_06]: However, I remain confident that the rule of law will endure because so many continue to uphold it faithfully each day.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_11]: This really, yep.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_11]: So you start off with, you know, you give your grand speech, because you know you're not going to jail.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_11]: You can say whatever you want, man.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_11]: History is on my side, everything that I'm doing is right.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_11]: I'm a fucking martyr, and you can ask whatever questions you want.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_11]: And it's not gonna matter because nothing is going to happen to me today.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_11]: Now, I say shit like this.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_11]: If I'm in a deposition for a frivolous lawsuit that I know is bullshit,
- 7:33[SPEAKER_11]: These depositions go on for like eight hours, same as this bullshit, uh, not to this extent, obviously, usually in somebody's fucking basement of a law firm and, uh, and it's bullshit, but if you know, uh, it's for a list of whatever, like you say shit like this because, who cares?
- 7:50[SPEAKER_11]: Nobody fucking cares.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_11]: Go to that.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_11]: That's, uh, next clip, Luke.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to make a punch.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_11]: Yep, no, keep playing it, you're correct in this.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_11]: This is what I wanted to show.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_11]: I'm getting second hand anxiety for the sound guy.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, you... No, no.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_11]: It's not the sound guy.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_11]: Sim, send me pulled the plug accidentally sitting down, all that other shits.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_11]: Now, for the audio listeners, I want you to know this is silent for a reason here while Jack Smith is on screen.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_11]: This was immediately after that fucking in boldened speech.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_11]: I'm on the right side of history in America and everything else.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_11]: You swear to the tell the whole truth, blah, blah, blah, nothing but the truth, everything else and he sits down.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_11]: kicks out the microphone cord because he's so nervous and then fumbles with it for a good five minutes.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_11]: You can cut it here.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_11]: This keeps going on by the way.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_11]: But you could tell he had a speech prepared, which which we played.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_11]: And then when it actually came down to brass tax settling in for another eight hours with a bunch of lawyers in a room, that's how nervous you actually become when you do shit like this.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_11]: And it shows like his face right here,
- 9:16[SPEAKER_11]: This was his face for the next hour.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_11]: Just scared his shit fucking eyes bugged out, head fucking squeezed up like, and you're like, all right, we're gonna fucking do it today.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_11]: Jack's fucking nervous.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_11]: Let's play on this clip.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_06]: required financial information.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_06]: As I sit here right now, I cannot recite to you every subpoena we issued.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_06]: I can tell you why we issued subpoenas, and it was to conduct a criminal investigation of one of the most serious crimes that's ever happened at our nation's history.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_06]: I had a duty to collect facts.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_00]: Let me say, and did you did, and you answered yes, accordingly, to protect the closures to my office.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_00]: You obtained at least 4,782 donor checks.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_00]: Many of those checks were five to ten dollars.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_00]: The list includes checks from constituents in every state of every single member of this committee, both Republicans and Democrats.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_00]: It included 42 checks from Iowans who dared to donate money to Republicans.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: No matter what you say, there is no legitimate basis for what you did, especially Central Staff killed an investigation into the Clinton campaign donations to Republican groups.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_00]: Wasn't necessary for your investigation, which is proved out by the fact that it was not mentioned in your public report.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: Now the Justice Department of the FBI will forever possess thousands of people's address, phone number, bank, and bank account number, bank routing number, and a copy of their two signature, every member of this committee ought to be outraged for what happened to their constituents.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: I hope my democratic colleagues will join me in this outrage.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: Question number three.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_00]: In October last year, I asked you this question, but you never responded, did you ever use a personal device for work purposes to include communications such as email text or creation or editing of work product?
- 11:29[SPEAKER_00]: If so, do you commit to providing that material to the committee?
- 11:33[SPEAKER_00]: If not, are you testifying that you've complied with all federal record requirements?
- 11:42[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, when I first became special counsel, I did not have a government phone or government computer, and so in the initial days when I was appointed and I was still living in the Netherlands, I did use a personal device and email.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, so this clip I chose to play because I want to praise Anthony on this.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know if you remember saying this, but as this was going on in 2021, 22, you had said specifically, it's talked about the danger of him extracting cell phone records from all these people and all this other shit.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_11]: everybody said you were crazy.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_11]: Everybody said you were nuts.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_11]: And then you said, hey, they'll be able to use this information to tap everyone else, which is exactly what they did.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_11]: That should be enough to throw him in prison, and we're all done with his fucking case.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe unless he's operating under a presidential authority,
- 12:38[SPEAKER_08]: right.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, under, so you're saying Biden could have said, hey, now we're not not Biden under the Department of Justice, the whoever gave the order could be held liable for it.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_08]: If he lies about it later on, that's possible, too, but holding the operational side, accountable is extremely difficult.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_08]: The referral that Jim Jordan made, and those are reason Jim Jordan never took the bar examinations because he doesn't understand the fucking law.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_08]: He's a good parrot.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_08]: He likes to have his staff is really good at writing gothic questions that he can read in front of the fucking audience, but he's a clown when it comes to enforcing the law, which is why he made a referral to
- 13:28[SPEAKER_08]: to the DOJ for smith knowingly making false statements.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_08]: And it's the weakest referral that I've ever seen in my life.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_08]: Because it's nebulous, it doesn't pertain to some specific statement necessarily.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_08]: And Smith was able to easily side-step it by saying he was talking about a separate type of record.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_08]: And that is sitting at DOJ and going fucking nowhere.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_08]: There's another separate DOJ investigation going on.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe it turned something up.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_08]: If Smith is smart during this trial, he'll stay in Nebula's again.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_08]: Answer questions in a way that can be taken two ways, which is a smart thing to do in his position.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_08]: And if he does and they try to levy our level another indictment against him through DOJ through a referral from the Senate, then he'll do the same thing.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I don't see anything happening here.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_11]: Many of them.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_11]: Go to the next clip here in Bluke.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_11]: And this is how serious it is, guys.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_11]: OK, this is next clip.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_05]: Do you believe in the two fairies?
- 14:41[SPEAKER_06]: I do not.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_05]: How about the Easter Bunny?
- 14:46[SPEAKER_06]: I no longer believe in the Easter Bunny.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_05]: Do you like Jimmy Hoffa, Dad, of Natural Causes?
- 14:52[SPEAKER_06]: I do not.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_05]: OK.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_05]: Now, you, you believe in the truth.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_11]: I guess, guys, these are the hard-hitting questions that they interrupt to Kelly, Kelly Rippa and Mark today to get to.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_11]: And I'm super amped about that.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_11]: And then, let's go to this next one right here, because you just dropped another banger that people really need to hear out there, just so everybody knows the severity of what's going on in America today.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_11]: All right, this is the same guy, same guy.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_05]: of a bunch of U.S. senators, right?
- 15:30[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, we saw it, uh, the toll records, non-content records.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_05]: Do you need any, any Democrats or just Republicans?
- 15:41[SPEAKER_06]: If, uh, President Trump had reached out to Democrats.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but I'm just trying to get the facts, whether any Democrats, he saw the phone records.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_05]: Just Republicans, right?
- 15:51[SPEAKER_06]: the toll records that we saw were relevant to the investigation and they were Republican.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_06]: You started me again, counsel, you know that.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_05]: You saw just the records of the Republicans and you knew that violated the speech and debate costs didn't you?
- 16:11[SPEAKER_06]: That is incorrect.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_06]: We saw it to comply with that.
- 16:14[SPEAKER_05]: Take on law.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_06]: I'm sorry, Senator.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_05]: Were you in the quad playing Frisbee, during the convalor at Harvard Law School?
- 16:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yep.
- 16:26[SPEAKER_06]: I did take constitutional rights.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_05]: But then you had to know it violated the speech and debate costs.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_05]: In fact, when you went to Judge Bozberg, you didn't even tell him you were sick in the phone records of members of Congress, did you?
- 16:42[SPEAKER_05]: Because you knew he wouldn't agree.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_05]: He would say, hey, counselor, anybody who knows a law book from a J.C.O.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_05]: catalog knows that the smile rates are the cost to jail.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_05]: But you didn't tell him, did you?
- 16:58[SPEAKER_06]: We saw it, non-disclosure orders from... You didn't tell him, did you?
- 17:03[SPEAKER_06]: In seeking non-disclosure orders, we did not...
- 17:05[SPEAKER_05]: It's not telling, but you're unbiased.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_05]: You have no personal feelings.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_05]: You make me want to throw up in my mouth.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_11]: There it is.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_11]: Thank you.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_11]: Give him a round of applause.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_11]: This is where all of my money is going right now.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_11]: It's where all your money is going right now, dude.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_11]: Find the nearest toilets anywhere around you.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_11]: In a 25 mile area and just flush your money down the toilet.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_11]: Because this is where it's going to today.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_11]: Do you believe in the Easter Bunny, the tooth fairy, you make me wanna throw up on my mouth, and this is gonna go on for another eight hours, Dan.
- 17:52[SPEAKER_11]: God, we've talked about this time and time again on this show.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_11]: What the fuck is the point of all this?
- 17:57[SPEAKER_11]: If you actually had charges, why couldn't you just charge the guy?
- 18:00[SPEAKER_11]: What do we need any of this for?
- 18:04[SPEAKER_08]: The eater?
- 18:05[SPEAKER_11]: This is, that's all this feels like to me.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_08]: People are running for office.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_08]: It's all kabuki bullshit.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_11]: None of it, man.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_11]: And when you're sitting there watching it, it's hard to watch, because you know, none of it's going anywhere.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_11]: We already know what Jack Smith did, all of us.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_11]: And I think Democrats too, whether we're just like, hey, we were after Trump, been everything else.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_11]: Now what they're trying to pin this to is those eight GOP senators who were tapped and Trump who was tapped and all that other stuff and we already know all of that happened.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_11]: But when you do these NDAs, like he was talking about a non-disclosure agreement, and all the other shits, it's not sense.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, it is theater.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_11]: It is just programs, television, in the morning, and then we're gonna get what, probably, I don't know, 10 more of these in the next two years, I wanna imagine.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_11]: It's just fucking absolute goddamn nonsense.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_11]: And the question I have for you is, obviously everybody's back,
- 19:11[SPEAKER_08]: Is this just for the midterms like this whole show um this is yeah, I mean this isn't going to produce anything the real work will be done at the department of justice.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_08]: This is just all theater.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, there's no point to any of this.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_11]: Um, because that's what I feel when I watch this like, oh, hey, dude, the midterms are coming up.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_11]: We really don't have anything rad, but let's talk about Jack Smith.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_09]: Is it pretty much always theater?
- 19:35[SPEAKER_09]: Whenever it's this sort of thing, where it's like televised, and I have always said, yes, because I don't, yeah, I don't remember anything.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, no one person who is ever gone to prison, that's an excellent question.
- 19:45[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, because I'd feel like I see this happen all the time, but nothing ever comes of it ever.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_11]: Do you know who was?
- 19:51[SPEAKER_11]: It wasn't a politician.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_11]: It wasn't a judge, it wasn't a senator, it wasn't a Congress, woman or man, or whatever you're calling yourself on the left.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_11]: It was Mary and Jones, the Olympic gold medalists, and they put her in prison for a year for steroids.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_11]: She actually did serve jail time.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_11]: The one person who's done these committee hearings.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_11]: Roger Clemins did it.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_11]: All those guys did it for the steroid air and baseball.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_11]: Only one actually went to jail and it was Marion Jones.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_11]: You can go to jail for one month.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, pop it in.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_11]: Google right now, I forget how much time she spent in jail.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_11]: But I remember seeing her at this exact setting and yeah, it's Marion,
- 20:38[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I'm looking at it now.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_10]: So she got six months total in jail.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, six months in jail.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_10]: She reported to, oh no, federal prison in Fort Worth.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_11]: That's not telling you.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_11]: Yes, this is a federal trial.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_10]: So she didn't stay in very long.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_10]: She went on on March 7th, 2008.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_10]: And she was released to a halfway house in September of 2008.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_11]: Still though.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, that's this is it's Olympic hero.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_11]: I don't give a fuck that she was on steroids.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_11]: And also, so you don't look jacked up enough to be on steroids.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_11]: It's pretty jacked to be.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, is there an all the way house?
- 21:11[SPEAKER_11]: No, no, there's not it's called I think that it's just called jail.
- 21:14[SPEAKER_11]: I think it's just called jail.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_11]: All right.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's disappointing.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_11]: I know, but this is the only person swear to God in the last
- 21:25[SPEAKER_11]: This is obviously way before I met you.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_11]: When was that steroid trial with, so some acquire clemence?
- 21:30[SPEAKER_08]: When ons, it was after Mitchell, right?
- 21:36[SPEAKER_08]: So 2005, maybe.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 21:38[SPEAKER_11]: So yeah, she was shortly after, they didn't get any of the baseball players.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_11]: This is the only person they got and that's the only person who served real jail time and even according to you.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_11]: What was it?
- 21:49[SPEAKER_08]: Six months.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_08]: March of 2005.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, but according to you, Bluke, when it was six months, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that was the sentence.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_10]: Um, or no, yeah, she was, she was in from March and Tulsa, Timber.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that's it.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_11]: But we spent all this money going after and by the way, she's one of the nicest human beings of all time.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_11]: Apologize and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah
- 22:31[SPEAKER_11]: It's a gold medal for Christ's X, like great.

- 29:10[SPEAKER_11]: This is a guy who tried to have a present United States thrown in jail on four different cities.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_08]: There's also, I mean, one of the things that one of the reasons for this and Chuck Grassley was talking about it in this hearing today, I think, and maybe you thought it was a eulogy or a ghost talking because he's 6,000 fucking people.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_08]: Why is he even still in front of anybody,
- 29:40[SPEAKER_08]: Um, when they gathered up all these White House phones, there was a lot of, uh, the media caught up in this, um, and there's some concern, I don't, I don't know if they're just putting this on display or if anybody will care about it or if there's something else criminal going on, but, um,
- 30:01[SPEAKER_08]: media research center for example, and now it's in 25 that not one single broadcast network aired one solitary second about Smith's alleged spying on conservative organizations and senators following a trotch of public disclosures.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_08]: people were talking about it, journalists were talking about it with members of the White House and staff and stuff like that and nobody put anything on air about it for some reason.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_08]: They kind of tried, they tried their best to obbuscate the fact that Jack Smith was operating well outside the bounds of his constitutional authority and the fact that, you know,
- 30:49[SPEAKER_08]: democracy dies in the dark is at the top of your fucking website and you can't report on that should I mean the fact that washing posts will exist isn't saying well it's props up by basis that's basis isn't even a liberal no but that's the only reason that that paper even has money at this point like they were forced to sell to him but yeah I do it I don't know who's getting the something
- 31:18[SPEAKER_11]: Did he don't get upside down?
- 31:20[SPEAKER_11]: You do that when they handed it to him.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_11]: Um, yeah, dude, watching this shit, you're just like, okay, great.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_11]: And if you still believe in it and that one of these people's going to jail, like everybody else in social media, not a fucking pair, right?
- 31:34[SPEAKER_11]: Unless you did steroids at the Olympics, you're not going to jail for anything.
- 31:38[SPEAKER_10]: All right, that's it.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_11]: We're just going to have these hearings that's going to interrupt our morning and oh, my God, dude, today's national coffee day.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_10]: right at the top, too, and I'm just, oh, now I feel bad.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, you basically converted you to use them on Christmas.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, boy, one of our listeners said that in the comments, national card.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_11]: Look at the background.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_11]: It is.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_11]: Yes, it is.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, you can tell how much I love it.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_11]: No, it's, you know.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_11]: That's yeah, I drink it every day though.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_11]: I really do that.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_11]: That's that's true And then since that's not going anywhere we do have an update on like real actual fucking crime here.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_11]: So we did the show on fake news on Thursday.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_11]: Luke check your DMs here
- 32:30[SPEAKER_11]: The two Ole Miss students that passed away, and then the other girls who were fucked up, as well.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_11]: I knew on a college campus, especially when that's ranked like this, they're gonna find these motherfuckers real quick and then in exactly what happened here.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_11]: So yeah, this is a weird one, and it was the Craydon Pills.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_11]: But, and they've arrested the guys who owned the gas station.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_11]: So the two-year-old students died the same way, same brand of pills, sitting next to them, and investigators recovered the same smack, SMAX or smacks, I guess, pseudo-DHM tablets.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_11]: Both scenes sold as a cratum-like product at gas stations and smoke shops.
- 33:15[SPEAKER_11]: toxicology still has an else and this is what the top story is.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_11]: But if you go down, I'm going to send you the store owner here, near a posting give a shit.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_11]: They were like cool man, let's just put these guys in the front page there.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_11]: Look at those two gentlemen right there.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_11]: It's exactly who runs their shops.
- 33:34[SPEAKER_11]: It's exactly how you see every single time.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_11]: They're like, hey, you know what you'd really enjoy the smacks.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_11]: And then you're going to die afterwards.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_11]: So those two guys were arrested for selling this.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_11]: Now, I've been to every convenience store in the planet for how many of cells are if you like.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_11]: These products I've never seen.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_11]: I've seen pretty much everything else, but these have never seen before.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_11]: So I don't know what that is.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_10]: I don't think I've seen these particular ones, but it's not the first time that we've had issues with products like this because it might still be sold at a lot of places because I saw it when I was on my drive-over from Texas, but there's this stuff that I think it's called a good times.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_10]: And it just comes in a little blue bottle.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_10]: It's a mixture of cradum and kava.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_10]: And the combination of the two gives you the effect of like taking opiates and kids are getting hold of them.
- 34:21[SPEAKER_10]: They're getting addicted to it.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_10]: And there's just these little
- 34:24[SPEAKER_10]: Junior High and High School Jones and for this shit outside of convenience.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_10]: Three and a half.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_10]: Three and a half.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_08]: Skipping over a big one.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_08]: We just want bath salts.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_11]: Well, that's how it's kicked us all off.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_11]: That was just fun, because it ate away your skin and then you tore people's veins on it.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_08]: No, that's crocodile.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_08]: Bass salts were the first one.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I guess Spice was actually the first one.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_08]: And then Bass salts came just after that.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_08]: And it was, Bass salts were just designer drugs.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_08]: They were literally no different than MDMA or any of that other stuff.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_08]: to avoid.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_08]: So the way you can look this up blue if you want to look into it, but the way that drugs are banned is by molecule.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_08]: That's why Delta 9 is a workaround.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_08]: And if you don't have the exact molecule banned technically, you can sell it in public.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_08]: Now,
- 35:21[SPEAKER_08]: MDMA was banned, I think, in 1988, which is later than you would have thought, but a lot of the other drugs are banned as well, and they're banned by molecule.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_08]: If you change it enough, and what they were doing was essentially going by patent law, changing it to profile by 20%, you can sell a psychoactive drug over the counter, not just as a prescription, but over the counter.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_08]: without with very legal or with a very limited legal enforcement capability and I found this very interesting being let's say a connoisseur of psychoactive drugs.
- 36:00[SPEAKER_08]: So my body and I, my buddy, whose name will remain redacted and I decided to do an experiment one day.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_08]: I
- 36:11[SPEAKER_08]: This is just after I would got out of the army.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_08]: I think it was in November of 2010.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_08]: I took a shitload of this stuff, snorted the fuck out of it.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_08]: And then had a very bizarre psychotic episode for a little bit, but it was contained.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_08]: Was there any of it?
- 36:32[SPEAKER_08]: Just bath salts.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_08]: OK, that's what they sold it at.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_11]: OK, I didn't know if there was a cool one.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_08]: gave myself a drug test the next day.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_08]: And MDMA, PCP, all sorts of other shit popped.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_08]: Meth, MDMA, and PCP all popped on the drug test the next day.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_08]: Really?
- 36:56[SPEAKER_08]: It was close enough.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_08]: to make me pop hot of the test.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe it was legit, maybe nobody's bothering to test the stuff.
- 37:04[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what it was.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_08]: But yeah, I bought it at one of those Indian-Fucking Bo daggers.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_08]: And right outside of for Bragg.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_11]: Holy shit dude.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I didn't know if there was like a trendy name for it.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know if it's still legal or not But any of these drugs create him seven is create him is a completely separate compound that mimics some of the stuff that opiots do But at seven o age stuff like that.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what the compound is Anything that's out there.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_08]: I would assume is got something that you probably shouldn't put in your body frankly
- 37:35[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, man, uh, that's a wild one.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_10]: What's that feel free?
- 37:38[SPEAKER_10]: So this is the drink that I, it's not good times.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_10]: It's feel free.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_10]: This is the stuff that kids are getting hooked on.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_10]: And it's extremely hard to get off of.
- 37:45[SPEAKER_10]: You get some of the same withdrawal effects that you get from opiates, which are some of the worst withdrawals you can get.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, anything that is this opiates?
- 37:51[SPEAKER_08]: Anything that block, it doesn't matter.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_08]: Anything that blocks your pain receptors in that way.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_08]: and you stop taking it is going to have the same kind of withdrawal symptom.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_11]: Well, I guess I'm asking because what's the effect, what do you feel like when you're on?
- 38:07[SPEAKER_10]: I believe that this reacts on the same chemical receptors is opiate.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_10]: So it's a very similar feeling.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, feel free is is create them and cover root.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_09]: So and I know create them is similar, like effect to heroin, right, except not as strong, but still
- 38:28[SPEAKER_11]: You know, I don't know.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_11]: Like I said, we had a great amount of advertising and it was for working out and like I took it for a few weeks and like I felt pretty good at the workouts and all of the ship, but it was like green extraction and like this pill.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_11]: And then it wasn't bad.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_11]: And then there was some listeners who came into this studio who were like, Hey, dude, people getting hooked on this shit and I was like, Why?
- 38:49[SPEAKER_11]: For how, but I think at least looking at those packages we showed earlier, if you're starting to mix it with other shit, good luck.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_11]: I, you know,
- 38:57[SPEAKER_11]: who knows at that point.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_11]: But a lot of these shops, man, the workaround to dance points is that it's got to be these exact compounds and other ships and everything else and if you extract it, put it into something else and rename it so you can kind of get away with it and then it catches on with college kids because they all know the fucking lingo of it and they're like, all right, great.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, that 7-H show, that 7 Hydro is the, that's the one, that's the big one right now.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_11]: And that's supposed to mimic, I guess, per cassettes, if I can enter something like that.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_11]: I haven't seen that at stores, and then they've got a vape version of it in the top left up there.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_11]: I haven't seen it out, I don't know.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_10]: The feel for you stuff, I saw it a lot of convenience stores across the South when I was driving out here.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_10]: These are the ones I haven't seen.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, and it's usually the same Indian dudes.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_10]: They're all Texas long run fans.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_10]: You know, I'm gonna school them, can I?
- 39:51[SPEAKER_11]: Um, but yeah, I, I knew that story would at least be knocked out pretty quickly, especially during football season.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_11]: Well, Mrs. Ranked in the top 10, I was like, they're not going to let that shit fly.
- 40:01[SPEAKER_11]: They're going to track these motherfuckers down and they get that's.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_10]: That was one of 72 hour story and they fixed that problem real fast.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, dude, I think it fixed the rest of the problems in America would be fucking great.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_11]: But, you know, we're not really there yet.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_11]: Gotta hate to bring this up because I know what's going to happen.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_11]: But, uh, Luke, we talked about the impeachment thing.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_11]: Is that available on calcium?
- 40:29[SPEAKER_11]: If...
- 40:31[SPEAKER_11]: The, if Congress wins the House, will they impeach Trump?
- 40:34[SPEAKER_11]: That's a good question.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_11]: I was asked yesterday and I wrote it down and I was like, you know what I'll ask.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_11]: I'm going to get here.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_09]: Will Trump be impeached?
- 40:43[SPEAKER_11]: I fucking knew it, dude.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_09]: I fucking knew it.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_09]: Before January 20, 28 is 64%.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_09]: No.
- 40:47[SPEAKER_09]: Wait, wait, before before January 1st, 2028.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_09]: Oh 28.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_09]: Yes.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_09]: Yes.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_09]: I would I would take that back for sure before March 1st, 2027, 22% and before January 1st, 2027, 4.3% I think we're all on the same camp here on this one.
- 41:15[SPEAKER_11]: Now what's interesting to me and this was another thing that the listener brought up and I'll
- 41:22[SPEAKER_11]: Why couldn't anybody develop like a calcium, right, or something like that, which there is a few of them.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_11]: And there's some gambling sites and everything else.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_11]: If it's just other people's money that are predicting things, why couldn't you do it for like drinking bros per se, right?
- 41:38[SPEAKER_11]: My response to him was this.
- 41:40[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think...
- 41:42[SPEAKER_11]: in audience that you already know is going to vote for the same thing or predict the same thing.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_11]: The odds would be wildly different here, which is why I think how she kind of took off into the in polymarket and those guys took off into the the next world here is
- 42:01[SPEAKER_11]: No one knew what they were, and then they just popped up.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_11]: So I would imagine it's kind of pretty even however.
- 42:08[SPEAKER_11]: I will go back to something you said yesterday, because this listener also brought that up was, if you're telling me that people aren't paying and dropping money on some of the shit, and that's part of their campaign funds to jack up these numbers, I think you're absolutely right.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_11]: And he brought that up as well, and I was like, yeah, and I think it's to scare people away from voting.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_11]: If leads look too big, like in the Hawngers case, and I hate to keep going back to that, but it was 94 to 6.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_11]: I was the biggest one I've ever seen on there, and somebody jacked that up, you know, and it's clearly not true.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_08]: So yeah, you can exploit the old-sized primary.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_08]: It was way off.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_11]: Yep.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_11]: His primary and there was one more, but, you know,
- 42:51[SPEAKER_11]: All I can say is I can reiterate what I said yesterday is
- 42:56[SPEAKER_11]: that night is going to be just as wild as you think it is.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_11]: I don't have any idea.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_11]: There's some that I'm personally going to predict on calcium.
- 43:03[SPEAKER_11]: I'm still going to stick with Rogers.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_11]: I'm still going to stick with Ken Paxon down in Texas, but there's a lot of these me on that's you guys will know on your own and they're doing every district.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_11]: If you know something in your own fucking district, take a swing at it.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_11]: I look through these this morning after our listeners sent that in and I was like, God damn, you could do every district if
- 43:25[SPEAKER_11]: every single district where I was like, holy shit, dude, that's a whole new world, man.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_11]: Cause you personally know it better than anybody else who ever lives there, you know what I'm saying?
- 43:35[SPEAKER_11]: So yeah, it's a strange one, man.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_11]: And the thing that I hate more than life itself has happened last night during the fucking Monday night game, which way to show up Eagles, Fly Go Fly.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_11]: right into the ground and uh... you lost with thirty nine-year-old backup third string quarterback who hasn't played a game in three-and-a-half years no big deal lost by thirty f***ing it um... but with that i got my kids i'm watching on the couch just got back from practice and the amount of rape ads i saw with the actual word rape in them this person got raped and this person got murdered this person got killed my eight-year-old can recite this uh... gun to the mouth
- 44:18[SPEAKER_11]: commercial for Roy Cooper.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_11]: And we have to mute these fucking things every single time.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_11]: There has got to be a law against that.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_11]: There has to be.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_11]: These are showing up in front of do perfect videos and everything else on YouTube.
- 44:31[SPEAKER_11]: Like, there's got to be a law because I don't know what to fucking tell them there.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_11]: You know?
- 44:37[SPEAKER_11]: Like, should an eight year old even be learning rapids for
- 44:48[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think that's, I don't think that works actually.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_08]: You two kids?
- 44:52[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, they don't run.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_11]: Why don't I premium, do you?
- 44:55[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_08]: It doesn't matter.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think they're allowed to run ads on YouTube kids anymore.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_08]: Law suit about that.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_08]: You can't run Toy ads.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_11]: Toy ads is what you can't run anymore.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_08]: But you can run rape ads.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_11]: You can run political ads.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_08]: You limited paid advertisements can run, but they follow very strict rules.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_08]: They can, there's ad bumpers, no click-throughs, heavily restricts categories, no political or religious messaging.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_08]: So if they're seeing that, then they're not on the kids account.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_11]: OK, so that it might have been just on the general, then, are you saying it's mine?
- 45:31[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_11]: OK.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_08]: But also, there's been a concerted effort lately.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_11]: because that wasn't signed in or anything either.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_11]: And it was just a guess.
- 45:38[SPEAKER_08]: Anybody that has kids might know this actually, but there's been a concerted effort recently to bump some of the more heavily watched toddler to young child shows off of YouTube kids.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_08]: Like, Milo and Chip is one where it's this, I think he's an Australian dude who
- 46:05[SPEAKER_08]: does like minecraft stuff and it's two little characters okay they kicked it off of youtube kids for bullying or something because it's it's like a cartoon basically where he just writes scripts and they they fuck with each other and it's like stuff that little boys do basically it's made for little boys to watch um
- 46:27[SPEAKER_08]: And they kicked it off of YouTube kids for some fucking reason.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_08]: For bullying, it's a lot of parents are pissed off about it because there's nothing wrong with that show.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_08]: But the kids try, when we're not paying attention, to go over to one of our accounts to watch it, and then they are going to see different stuff like that.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_08]: And it's just very odd to me.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_11]: Well, so mine, I don't have a sign-in on my thing.
- 46:53[SPEAKER_11]: It's just a blank and I just press as a guess.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_11]: I get, I've got, uh, Roku TV.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_11]: Um, but I figured, down that you said that, I figured if you watch a children's like video, why would you play these fucking ads over and over again?
- 47:07[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, the other thing too is Monday night football, this ran over and over and over and over and over again.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_11]: There's got to be an hour
- 47:15[SPEAKER_11]: That's like, hey, dude, eight to 10 or something like that, man, we've got to take this shit off a TV.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_11]: Like, these ads have become more and more graphic.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_11]: That's, uh, it's fucking insane, dude.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_11]: Now, the Jessica Bickler one is bonkers.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_11]: It's funny and I don't really care about shit like that but it's I mean you're saying the word rape over and over again the fucking shotguns of the face the girl and Charlotte's and it's you know obviously because we're North Carolina and these are North Carolina politicians but that aired those commercials aired last night through Monday night football over and over and over again we're finally I just had to mute the fucking thing and I was like god damn and it was ABC and ESPN last night is this the ad pop it up
- 48:01[SPEAKER_07]: They're looking at a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee.
- 48:05[SPEAKER_07]: Stop to death aboard a train in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_06]: She had no chance to defend herself.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_07]: Unimaginable horror at the hands of a career criminal with 14 prior arrests released from prison months after Governor Roy Cooper signed an executive order looking to reimagine public safety.
- 48:26[SPEAKER_07]: Violent criminals arrested and released repeatedly under Roy Cooper's watch.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_07]: Every North Carolinian, one seat away from unimaginable tragedy if Roy Cooper has given a seat in the Senate, imagine the damage he'd do in Washington.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_11]: So my kid goes, that's dark.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_11]: And like he's advanced and very funny and like I love him, but I don't want him seeing this shit.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_11]: And I can't stop it.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_11]: So like we would have to press mute throughout the game last night.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_11]: I'm like, my God dude, I'm just watching a football game.
- 49:04[SPEAKER_11]: That's it.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_11]: That's all I'm doing.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_11]: And then the other one was the end racism.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_11]: I got that question over the weekend for one of my kids.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_11]: Hey, Dad, why is end racism in the end zone?
- 49:14[SPEAKER_11]: And I go, what do you mean, buddy?
- 49:19[SPEAKER_11]: And I go, that's a great question, like what the fuck?
- 49:26[SPEAKER_11]: I hate that I have to have these conversations this young.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_11]: I don't, as an eight year old, did you know about politics or any of this shit that was going on?
- 49:33[SPEAKER_11]: I did not.
- 49:35[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I was already involved in a number of political movements in eight years.
- 49:44[SPEAKER_11]: besides the black Panthers, what else?
- 49:47[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, that was the main one.
- 49:48[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, yeah, yeah.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_11]: And I just kind of subgroups after that, which is fun.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, so this was in the end zone of the chiefscape.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_11]: And I had to tell an eight-year-old, you know, he plays Taco football and it's like, what's end racism?
- 50:01[SPEAKER_11]: He goes, is there racism?
- 50:02[SPEAKER_11]: And I go, do you see it?
- 50:03[SPEAKER_11]: You're scolding goes, no dad.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_11]: And I go, I don't see it either.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know what, well, or maybe they ended it, you know?
- 50:10[SPEAKER_10]: Well, anyone who that is directed at isn't going to be listening to it.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_10]: Like seeing that sign isn't going to change their minds of a lifetime of indoctrination.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_10]: I know because it's in the end zone of the NFL.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, it's fucked up.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_10]: It's retarded.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_11]: Man, I was a client member.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_11]: And I knew I was doing some bad shit.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_11]: And I hate a lot of bad people.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_11]: Then I'm watching the chief Seattle Seahawks game and said, And racism in the end zone.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_11]: I thought to myself, fuck, these colors ain't so bad after all.
- 50:39[SPEAKER_11]: I might have might stop being racist.
- 50:42[SPEAKER_11]: Not a fucking prayer, man.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_09]: You know what, I saw someone being racist some time and one time and you know what I did?
- 50:47[SPEAKER_09]: What did you do?
- 50:48[SPEAKER_09]: I changed my profile picture.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_10]: Did you really, it's a black?
- 50:51[SPEAKER_10]: Yep.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_10]: I put a black square up there.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_10]: Yep.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_10]: And you know what?
- 50:55[SPEAKER_10]: It worked.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_10]: It helped, I haven't seen any racism since then.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_10]: I didn't even write.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_11]: I haven't either, man.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_11]: Holy shit, dude.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_11]: Ah, that's great.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_11]: It's great, but it sucks for us, I mean, it sucks for me as a dad, as a parent's watching this shit where I'm like, man, you just, you got the field on, and I thank you for pulling this up, Flook.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_11]: This is on the field for half the fucking game, obviously, and you're like, are I going to answer this question?
- 51:22[SPEAKER_11]: Then you got to pull it a call at every fucking commercial break, now I get to answer this question.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_11]: I'm like, can I just watch a fucking football game in peace?
- 51:30[SPEAKER_11]: You can jam political ads at my asshole.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_11]: If I'm watching the news, cool man, that's what I know what I'm getting into.
- 51:36[SPEAKER_11]: People got murdered, there was some natural disasters and gas prices suck.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_10]: Fine.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_11]: You want to play political ads during that?
- 51:44[SPEAKER_11]: I understand it.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_11]: I put my kids in that fucking chair if they were watching the news, they don't.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_11]: But a football game.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_11]: No, God, I'm just, I'm tired of seeing this shit and they're going to keep doing it by the way.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, the other question I got last night was the National Anthem.
- 52:00[SPEAKER_11]: Do you watch the game last night?
- 52:02[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, no.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_08]: No, it was sick.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_08]: Um, I'm glad I missed it.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_11]: That was a terrible game.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_11]: awful game ends.
- 52:08[SPEAKER_11]: I died.
- 52:09[SPEAKER_11]: Don't know what happened to the Eagles there.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, so type in Mariachi band for the National Anthem.
- 52:15[SPEAKER_10]: Now, why you laughing, Kuf?
- 52:18[SPEAKER_10]: Because if this is what I think it is, I think I'm actually going to enjoy it.
- 52:21[SPEAKER_11]: It is.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_11]: It's, uh, so play the audio not the video, the NFL will own the rights of the video.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_11]: Well, you can watch this.
- 52:30[SPEAKER_11]: This game was in here in the United States of America.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_11]: So I was super confused.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_11]: Because we had the game on.
- 52:39[SPEAKER_11]: Actually, this is just got back from practice.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_08]: It just made me think of a question, actually.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_08]: Um, when the game was in Brazil or whatever it was, did they play the U.S. National Anthem?
- 52:50[SPEAKER_11]: That's a great question.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_11]: I didn't, I missed it.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_08]: If they did, if they did, why?
- 52:54[SPEAKER_08]: Isn't didn't, I agree.
- 52:56[SPEAKER_11]: That's not true.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_08]: Wasn't there something about, um, the, uh,
- 53:03[SPEAKER_08]: the military paying for the national anthem to be played at NFL games or something like that.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_11]: You have to look that up, but in the meantime, I would imagine the NFL played for this, so I'm just going to play the audio so we don't get dinged on video.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_11]: But this was the national anthem for the Monday night football game last night, Chicago.
- 53:23[SPEAKER_11]: Chicago.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_11]: If you want to watch Chicago, it doesn't have a team anymore.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_11]: This is it.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_11]: Turn this up.
- 53:36[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, Koop, shaking him, dude.
- 53:40[SPEAKER_11]: Uh-huh.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_11]: The look of confusion and everybody's face, too, is just like, wait.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_03]: Why the fuck is this happening?
- 53:58[SPEAKER_11]: Huge American flag.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_11]: You know, but a mariociban.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_11]: Drink it in, dude.
- 54:09[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, let's didn't bother to take off his sunglasses, who's like I'm good, dude.
- 54:23[SPEAKER_11]: Who by I paid money just to put the camera on your face throughout this entire performance if this is there do you want to I'll give credit.
- 54:31[SPEAKER_10]: They're doing a very good win.
- 54:32[SPEAKER_11]: I kind of like it's a rendition totally great.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_11]: If I'm at a Mexican restaurant and they come out and play this after I got my three green go tacos Which is sour cream cheese tomatoes lettuce and beef and a crunchy shell the way it should be the way God intended it the way Taco Bell Perfected it then this is fine
- 54:54[SPEAKER_11]: We're going to hear this on the 4th of July at a resort.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_10]: It would be stoked.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_08]: Fucking can't count.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_08]: Can they do it in that ding a dinga and the end music?
- 55:02[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_11]: That's a great question.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_11]: So my mind immediately goes to why.
- 55:08[SPEAKER_11]: Now, I know Chicago is a sanctuary city, so maybe it had something to do with that.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_08]: Well, you know what, it's not gonna be, isn't NFL city.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_08]: No, that's over for you guys, and this is one of the reasons why.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, thank God.
- 55:21[SPEAKER_11]: But it turns out, and I did not know this.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_11]: This was National Latino Month.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_11]: Why?
- 55:27[SPEAKER_11]: This is the litinks I don't know.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_08]: Why, was there a National White Month coming up anytime?
- 55:32[SPEAKER_11]: There's not.
- 55:33[SPEAKER_11]: There's not.
- 55:34[SPEAKER_08]: Well, that's every month.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, we'll call it and celebrate me every day.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_08]: Every day.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_08]: Every day, celebrate me every day.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_08]: Otherwise, shut the fuck up, the only parades that white people have are in hoods anymore.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_08]: I know.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_08]: We should have some different parades.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_09]: You know, if they were going to do this, I feel like they should have leaned in and served tacos in the stands.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_11]: That's what I think.
- 55:54[SPEAKER_11]: Do the whole thing.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
- 56:23[SPEAKER_11]: I know the days and I take those very seriously like national coffee day, obviously, but what's the month this is, uh, September, uh, thank you, uh, September, I think you meant to say, sorry, September, yeah, I, it's a people a lot of Spanish, Spanish listeners out there, so yeah, but what is the month exactly, he said it live on it, it's a Hispanic heritage month, thank you.
- 56:48[SPEAKER_11]: Thank you very much.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_09]: Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15th to October 15th.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_09]: It recognizes history, culture, and contributions to whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, correct me if I'm wrong.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_11]: That sounds like two months.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_11]: That's September and one month.
- 57:05[SPEAKER_11]: That, you know, starts halfway through.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_11]: Well, it's 30 days.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_11]: It's a month, but it's not the month.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I mean, look, there's a, there's a, the tanks parade had enough through Mexico towards our border right now another one.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, heard about that.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_08]: Not cutting.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_08]: There's other caravan heading towards the border and go to Twitter.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_08]: You can find it.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_08]: Just don't get it.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_11]: I don't either.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_11]: You're not getting in.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_11]: They're choosing to do that now.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_11]: Yes.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_11]: I can tell you exactly why, friends.
- 57:35[SPEAKER_11]: We're 40, 40, 40s from the mid-term.
- 57:39[SPEAKER_11]: Shut them down and then the violence that we'll ensue if there is violence and luck, there should be in the form of a J-Dam or just something.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_10]: The Democrats are gonna get some great clips from this.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, yeah, this is all paid for and funded.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, look at this.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_11]: These are all fucking dudes.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, play the put this on screen.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_11]: This we can show.
- 58:06[SPEAKER_11]: Yep.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_09]: They find a new funding source.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_09]: Is there any way better children in this?
- 58:11[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
- 58:12[SPEAKER_11]: Is there any women in children?
- 58:13[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_11]: There we go.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_11]: You got one.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_11]: But a dude's pushing the stroller.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_11]: So that means there's nobody in it.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_11]: And the babies covered up.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know you got one.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_08]: It's like a 12 year old in the stroller.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_08]: He's all smart.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_11]: He's exhausted.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, you got to feel some.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_08]: sympathy for these people because they live in abject shit whole poverty where cartels are constantly praying on them.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_08]: Um, you know, if I was one of those men, I would try to kill those people praying on my.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_08]: That's the thing.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_11]: That's what I don't really get every country in the history of man.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_11]: As usually overthrown, the government they didn't like.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_08]: That's not true.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_08]: Really?
- 58:52[SPEAKER_08]: Most governments last a very long time, authoritarian ones especially.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_11]: No shit.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_08]: What do you got there?
- 59:03[SPEAKER_08]: Is anybody trying to overthrow the UK government or the Australian government or the Canadian government or anywhere on Africa?
- 59:10[SPEAKER_11]: That's an excellent question.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_11]: So last night, apparently, and look, a listener said this is me taking over what it's worth.
- 59:18[SPEAKER_11]: I got this this post that said Irish Civil War, no, no.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_11]: Is that not happening right now?
- 59:24[SPEAKER_08]: No, of course it's not okay.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_08]: uh... because they was like they were working out buildings and all this other shits uh... it was from two days ago now there's a there's a dust up from time to time and then a bunch of after a turf accounts on the internet trying to pretend like it's a movement but for the most part it's just isolated incidents and and it's gonna stay that way there are some
- 59:46[SPEAKER_08]: conversations about Scotland and Ireland leaving the UK right.
- 59:54[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, there's a they held a vote.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know if they already held it or not, but yeah, there's going to be a vote for them to leave that you can.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_09]: All right.
- 1:00:03[SPEAKER_09]: We'll see what happens to make it no longer the UK by the way.
- 1:00:06[SPEAKER_09]: Well,
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I think they've kind of been having those talks for quite a while.
- 1:00:11[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I was going to say Brexit.
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_11]: Is that still finished?
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_11]: Is it?
- 1:00:14[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_11]: That's what it is to her.
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_11]: It is.
- 1:00:16[SPEAKER_11]: OK. Um, but yeah, look, if you told me you were going to join a militia and head up to Michigan, I'd be all in for that, you know, great God.
- 1:00:28[SPEAKER_11]: God, I'll be here and I'll wait for you to get it to return.
- 1:00:31[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know why that isn't happening in some of these other places.
- 1:00:35[SPEAKER_11]: I guess they don't have guns.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_11]: That's the scariest part, right?
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_11]: Who's that?
- 1:00:40[SPEAKER_11]: UK, Ireland, Australia, because Australia wants these motherfuckers out of there, too.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I mean, it's an interesting situation because the police forces in the UK are not liberty-minded folk,
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_08]: The military spent too much time with us.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_10]: Mm-hmm.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_08]: Same thing with the Australian military.
- 1:01:03[SPEAKER_08]: They spent too much time around us.
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think there's any un-ringing that bell to be honest.
- 1:01:07[SPEAKER_08]: So, I mean, when it comes down to it, I think, there is a revolt, if you want to call it that, and the UK would be very interesting, I'll say that.
- 1:01:22[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, it really would, and it's, I think,
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_11]: What would be your best guess if you were going to put money on and predict on calcium?
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_11]: What would be the country you would choose first so it would actually do it and how long?
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think any of them will.
- 1:01:42[SPEAKER_11]: I don't either.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_08]: I don't either.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_08]: I think if I'll be able to decide to separate from Canada, it's going to get interesting.
- 1:01:52[SPEAKER_08]: I'll say that.
- 1:01:53[SPEAKER_08]: I think that's the only one with any real potential.
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_11]: But that would be a completely legal thing without violence.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_11]: Well, legal.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_11]: Legal that they're, hey, we voted out of here.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_11]: We're done with you.
- 1:02:07[SPEAKER_11]: We want to come here.
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_08]: Well, what?
- 1:02:09[SPEAKER_11]: And I think Trump would take it.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_11]: Don't you think Trump would take Albert as the 51st day?
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_08]: No.
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_08]: Really?
- 1:02:14[SPEAKER_08]: Wouldn't be up to him anyways.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_08]: The states would have to ratify that.
- 1:02:17[SPEAKER_08]: This is a federal government has no, they'll say in that matter.
- 1:02:21[SPEAKER_11]: But what have we got?
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_11]: Red versus Blue.
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_08]: Alberta as as red as they are compared to Canada is not red.
- 1:02:30[SPEAKER_08]: I think they would become an independent state with a trade agreement with US probably.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_11]: But that would be very favorable, right?
- 1:02:36[SPEAKER_08]: It would be very favorable for us and we would be in direct competition with Canada for the tar sands and beef in Alberta which are two of the most
- 1:02:54[SPEAKER_08]: Um, I think it's, I think Alberta leaving would be a big problem for Canada, so it'll be interesting to see if they allow it actually, because I don't know, they don't have a constitution, they have a charter rights, it's different, uh, then it's a lot different actually than what we have and they still are technically a vassal to some degree because they're part of the Commonwealth, right?
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
- 1:03:16[SPEAKER_08]: Um, but I don't know, I could see some of the, um,
- 1:03:23[SPEAKER_08]: I could see some of the UK's in rough shape right now.
- 1:03:26[SPEAKER_08]: So I could see some of the their BOTs as they call them.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_08]: They're overseas territories.
- 1:03:33[SPEAKER_08]: I would call them vassal states.
- 1:03:35[SPEAKER_08]: But I think Willa Bermuda came and read it for a denial.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_08]: So like that, I could see them wanting an economic split from the UK if they keep fucking around.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_11]: When is this vote by the way, do we know?
- 1:03:47[SPEAKER_08]: It's not sober.
- 1:03:48[SPEAKER_11]: It's in a, oh, so it's coming out.
- 1:03:49[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I think you can look up the day, but I think it's October 50, there's some shit like that.
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, 19th 19th.
- 1:03:54[SPEAKER_11]: I, well, that's interesting.
- 1:03:56[SPEAKER_11]: I think now, if they vote to succeed on the 19th.
- 1:04:02[SPEAKER_11]: could that be an October surprise where maybe maybe liberals and some independence here in America, look at that and be like, Oh, fuck.
- 1:04:10[SPEAKER_11]: All that cool shit we thought they were doing the action aren't doing up there and I don't want to vote for this.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_09]: Polls are looking like it's probably they're probably going to remain.
- 1:04:21[SPEAKER_09]: It's like 70% of Albertans important according to the polls.
- 1:04:33[SPEAKER_11]: what do we got?
- 1:04:36[SPEAKER_11]: We'll, our boat and succeed.
- 1:04:40[SPEAKER_11]: That's another commercial that shouldn't air.
- 1:04:42[SPEAKER_11]: By the way, I'm Morgan Freeman one.
- 1:04:44[SPEAKER_11]: Get busy living and get busy diarrhea.
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I'm looking for 14% chance they vote to succeed.
- 1:04:51[SPEAKER_11]: Really?
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_11]: I would have said higher do it.
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_11]: I think they're over it.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_11]: I might, I might get the opposite direction of that.
- 1:05:03[SPEAKER_08]: about, well, but leaving, it's a seeding.
- 1:05:05[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think it will happen.
- 1:05:06[SPEAKER_08]: Why not?
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think, I think Canada will go out of Canada is a completely globalist captured organization.
- 1:05:12[SPEAKER_08]: I think they'll go out of the way to make sure this doesn't happen.
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_08]: Two of their most valuable resources are there.
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_08]: The tar sands that really only we can refine are there.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_08]: And the Alberta beef is a big deal for them too.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_08]: Burt at beef as they call it.
- 1:05:31[SPEAKER_08]: It was a huge head to their economy back in the day when the U.S. D.A.
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_08]: and F.D.A.
- 1:05:36[SPEAKER_08]: falsely claimed that that mad cow outbreak, I think it was in 1994, 95 timeframe, came from Alberta, turned turns out it came from Iowa, somewhere, but yet it crippled their beef market for a little bit and they got pretty buttered about it, especially since it wasn't true.
- 1:05:54[SPEAKER_08]: But it was a problem for them.
- 1:05:55[SPEAKER_08]: I think those are two really big industries in Canada.
- 1:05:58[SPEAKER_08]: that the country cannot afford to lose.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_08]: And also to remain contiguous without a gap is obviously they don't want that.
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_08]: They don't want some rogue state floating in between them.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_08]: Quebec's been trying to succeed for a thousand years and it's never happened.
- 1:06:17[SPEAKER_08]: So there's no way that Alberta's going to be able to do it.
- 1:06:20[SPEAKER_11]: Would you say it would be rigged?
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, even if they had so I think they would take a look at it and see what the reality was and if it was realistically going the wrong way, they would intervene.
- 1:06:30[SPEAKER_08]: Yes.
- 1:06:30[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 1:06:32[SPEAKER_11]: Now, the last story here I saved for you, Dan.
- 1:06:37[SPEAKER_11]: This is going to make you really happy and I love it.
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_11]: The walls are closing in apparently on Candice Owens.
- 1:06:46[SPEAKER_11]: Now, she's been accused of having lesbian relationships
- 1:06:51[SPEAKER_11]: while being married and cheating on her husband with these other women here.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_11]: And they're starting to leak these videos slowly out that I've never seen before here.
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_11]: Press play on this.
- 1:07:06[SPEAKER_11]: Go back.
- 1:07:07[SPEAKER_01]: Hey guys, it's me Samantha.
- 1:07:09[SPEAKER_01]: What is this?
- 1:07:11[SPEAKER_01]: I'm still perfect and pretty and skinny.
- 1:07:13[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, maybe can't get a little chubby in quarantine, but at least I'm still cute
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_11]: All right, so these girls that are kissing are kind of here, they've been featured in other photos, videos, and everything else.
- 1:07:28[SPEAKER_11]: And according to some data leaks here, this is the big scandal.
- 1:07:34[SPEAKER_11]: She's been linked to like four different lesbian dating sites.
- 1:07:40[SPEAKER_08]: From when she was in college, I mean, I don't really care about any of those.
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_11]: I think it was a college or no.
- 1:07:45[SPEAKER_08]: I can't tell the dating stuff I think was in college.
- 1:07:49[SPEAKER_08]: She's tried to say October 2016.
- 1:07:51[SPEAKER_08]: When was that for her?
- 1:07:53[SPEAKER_08]: I think I don't know, but I think she's tried to say that it wasn't.
- 1:07:58[SPEAKER_08]: her, but one of the accounts used the exact same handle as her flicker account, which is kind of picture account.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_08]: And then the other one was the exact same account that she had in her YouTube account in college.
- 1:08:10[SPEAKER_08]: So it's obviously her.
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know why anybody cares about any of this.
- 1:08:13[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, I guess that's what I was wondering.
- 1:08:14[SPEAKER_08]: The thing that is, uh, and of note about it is that her husband's obviously gay.
- 1:08:22[SPEAKER_08]: And I don't think this would be a story, a girl, um,
- 1:08:26[SPEAKER_08]: Bang and other girls in college, a girl from Stamford, Connecticut who probably was raised as waspeas you can be going off to college and being on supervised for the first time, dabbling in a beave, I think is what they call in the industry, is not.
- 1:08:44[SPEAKER_08]: And out of the ordinary situation, there's the fucking freshman 15 and There's which is 15 pounds you gain is a freshman in college for girls and there's like Try and pussy for the first time.
- 1:08:58[SPEAKER_08]: It's not that shocking to be honest some of the stuff that she was posting was sexually aggressive, but she's a type-a personality, so that's not shocking either I think the only reason that's really a story is because she's such a fake personality
- 1:09:10[SPEAKER_08]: And because her her husband is obviously gay so they're just bearding each other and people just read that is Your whole life is disingenuous, so that's kind of weird I guess, but who fucking cares?
- 1:09:20[SPEAKER_11]: I'm care about this Yeah, there's a pick of her right there, but some that can't have someone's apparently the foredating accounts And her cheating Allegedly with girls and this was it's only cheating.
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_08]: It's only cheating to be clear if he didn't know and I think you know of course He did he's gay.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_08]: He likes dudes
- 1:09:39[SPEAKER_11]: There's no question or that he wants to see his wife or other women he gets to join in.
- 1:09:44[SPEAKER_08]: That's not a bad gig either It's all one if either those two things could be true.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_08]: I don't I don't believe that he likes women, but just based on the I haven't seen a picture of him.
- 1:09:53[SPEAKER_11]: Somebody said he's a Jew and I don't know if that's true, but
- 1:09:59[SPEAKER_08]: I just, I, this is, um, this is only a story because she's been so hateful to people.
- 1:10:06[SPEAKER_08]: She's accused so many people things with no, uh, evidence, middle, and it's like, people want to get back at her, I guess, for that.
- 1:10:16[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know why you want to play that game.
- 1:10:20[SPEAKER_08]: If she was such an asshole for behaving the way she did this whole time, then what does that make everybody trying to make a big deal out of this?
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not getting involved in that.
- 1:10:30[SPEAKER_11]: Here's the thing, too, and I want to be real clear on this, and I'm not kidding.
- 1:10:35[SPEAKER_11]: It's going to sound like a hand, but I'm not.
- 1:10:38[SPEAKER_11]: as much as I hate Candace Owens, same as AOC, just pretty hot.
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_11]: This only adds to the lore and makes her more desirable to people.
- 1:10:47[SPEAKER_11]: So like, who are you fucking fooling there?
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, her, the girl that was kissing her in that video that we showed.
- 1:10:53[SPEAKER_11]: is also hot okay okay rad dude and then the other girl is okay short this is all fucking fun here find a real scandal if you're gonna take her down find a real scandal here uh... showing a hot girl with three other hot girls and then potentially all of them having lesbian sex all throughout the marriage and covid and everything else
- 1:11:13[SPEAKER_11]: That actually makes me like her a little bit where I'm like, oh, okay, man, I've got a little bit of respect for you now, but yeah, the rest of it I don't care that's this is the wrong angle to take PR wise if you're trying to take down can't as someone's this isn't it dude
- 1:11:27[SPEAKER_11]: is a McCron hit job for sure.
- 1:11:29[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
- 1:11:30[SPEAKER_11]: Well, even then, like that's now this whole time woman without it.
- 1:11:34[SPEAKER_08]: Some some random do it on the internet happen to cross reference dating profiles on a lesbian website from that area and look at the user names and then compare them to the of publicly available user names she's used for Pinterest and Flickr and whatever the
- 1:11:55[SPEAKER_08]: a version of her name plus her birthday for $29.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00.00
- 1:12:24[SPEAKER_08]: who would have benefited from destroying her reputation is real if they had thought she was some kind of threat like she thinks because they tried to have her.
- 1:12:35[SPEAKER_08]: She thinks they're a fucking trying to go after her.
- 1:12:37[SPEAKER_08]: They don't give too fucks about her.
- 1:12:39[SPEAKER_08]: She's a retarded person.
- 1:12:42[SPEAKER_08]: And this is the this is I think is the best proof you could have that frankly same thing with Macron.
- 1:12:47[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, I think he's probably just annoyed with it, which is you know, the whole thing is
- 1:12:52[SPEAKER_08]: frankly it's interesting I guess like and I relate to it to some degree because people try to come after me because of my wife's former profession it's like you don't think I know about that and you're telling me shit
- 1:13:08[SPEAKER_08]: and then the second part of it is to your point a minute ago, how do you know?
- 1:13:14[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, because you watched it.
- 1:13:15[SPEAKER_08]: You watched it.
- 1:13:16[SPEAKER_08]: You watched it.
- 1:13:16[SPEAKER_08]: You probably still watching it.
- 1:13:18[SPEAKER_08]: And you want to pretend in public like this is, oh, broken, whoa, how could you blah, blah, blah?
- 1:13:25[SPEAKER_08]: It's like, come on man, can we just live a reality?
- 1:13:27[SPEAKER_08]: We're all fucking drunk and jack and off all the time?
- 1:13:32[SPEAKER_08]: Because that's reality.
- 1:13:38[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I have not heard of this story about Candace on Jet.
- 1:13:40[SPEAKER_08]: You'll go look into it and you'll go pound off thinking about it later today.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 1:13:45[SPEAKER_08]: And do what you want.
- 1:13:46[SPEAKER_08]: It's your brain.
- 1:13:48[SPEAKER_08]: Just try to keep your fantasies inside your own head and not let them become part of your real life.
- 1:13:52[SPEAKER_08]: Same thing with Twitter.
- 1:13:54[SPEAKER_08]: Like somebody's trying to ruin your life on Twitter.
- 1:13:57[SPEAKER_08]: If your life can be ruined on Twitter, you don't have a real life.
- 1:14:00[SPEAKER_11]: I agree or is any social media, but like with this story, sorry, you made her more likable do like what what you hope in this was going to like well, I don't know.
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_08]: So make sure I think if she hadn't been such an asshole the whole time, it would make her more likable, but the fact that she's now like that, so that YouTube account that got identified, uh, this one actually can, uh, move for 29.
- 1:14:23[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 1:14:26[SPEAKER_08]: made a public statement that says, this isn't Candice Oundice was for a school project.
- 1:14:30[SPEAKER_08]: If you keep harassing me, I'm gonna sue you.
- 1:14:33[SPEAKER_08]: Posted that yesterday in the deleted account, I think, after all this came out, come on, it's obviously you, shut the fuck up.
- 1:14:39[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 1:14:40[SPEAKER_08]: But you can't just say, like, how damaging would it even be to say, yeah, I was on the diving team and college, the Muff diving team.
- 1:14:49[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 1:14:51[SPEAKER_08]: And I found Jesus after, or whatever you say, it's like, who fucking cares, dude?
- 1:14:55[SPEAKER_08]: Don't one cares about any of this shit.
- 1:14:57[SPEAKER_08]: No one cares about women doing, but dudes, you'll help that happen.
- 1:15:02[SPEAKER_08]: It dudes doing gay shit.
- 1:15:04[SPEAKER_08]: That's hard to come back from.
- 1:15:05[SPEAKER_08]: That's the end of Scar's Guard as dealing with that right now.
- 1:15:08[SPEAKER_08]: His reputation has been severely damaged by it.
- 1:15:11[SPEAKER_08]: Finding out that your favorite actress or somebody, whatever,
- 1:15:17[SPEAKER_08]: hooked up with a girl is not it does zero damage just to be clear finding out your wife hooked up with a girl in fucking college did zero damage the only damage it did is that you're mad you weren't there yeah yeah right replicate that success it is move on with your fucking life
- 1:15:36[SPEAKER_08]: But I do understand the reason to put it out there, because it's just like she's done so much damage to other people on purpose.
- 1:15:45[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, while all this, like just the short version is
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_08]: People have people care about different things that people in their lives mean something to them that you don't see.
- 1:15:58[SPEAKER_08]: And it's not like judging them for that stuff or going after them with no context and stuff that where you don't understand the value they get out of that relationship is a really fucked up thing to do it to be honest.
- 1:16:10[SPEAKER_08]: And then from the other side of that,
- 1:16:13[SPEAKER_08]: If you're letting somebody else outside of your relationship dictate how you feel about the person that you love and take care of, you're a fucking piece of shit to you.
- 1:16:21[SPEAKER_08]: Right?
- 1:16:21[SPEAKER_08]: So fuck all those people, to do what you want.
- 1:16:24[SPEAKER_08]: Do what you want, try to be a good person and don't act like can't as I want to does to people.
- 1:16:28[SPEAKER_08]: And then you won't have to deal with this shit.
- 1:16:30[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:16:31[SPEAKER_11]: Exactly.
- 1:16:32[SPEAKER_11]: And right now, as we get some breaking news on this, I fucking did from the Clancy case lawyer there.
- 1:16:40[SPEAKER_11]: They just gave him a gag order.
- 1:16:42[SPEAKER_11]: Reading to him.
- 1:16:42[SPEAKER_11]: Yep, because he tried to dox that juror that loan hold out juror here.
- 1:16:48[SPEAKER_11]: I'll send you the clip right now.
- 1:16:50[SPEAKER_11]: This is going on in court as we speak.
- 1:16:52[SPEAKER_11]: Um, right now.
- 1:16:54[SPEAKER_11]: Uh, yeah, this fucking guy do it.
- 1:16:56[SPEAKER_11]: And he knows nothing's going to happen.
- 1:16:58[SPEAKER_11]: It's a very similar to the top of the show here.
- 1:17:00[SPEAKER_11]: He knows nothing's going to happen.
- 1:17:01[SPEAKER_11]: Seems to say what everyone wants.
- 1:17:02[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I'm sure he's doing this for the same reason that he was saying that Donald Trump should
- 1:17:05[SPEAKER_10]: Harden this guy.
- 1:17:06[SPEAKER_10]: It's not possible because it's not a federal case, but it's contaminating the jury pool.
- 1:17:11[SPEAKER_10]: So it's making another trial impossible.
- 1:17:13[SPEAKER_10]: Guys, you're doing a piece of shit.
- 1:17:14[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, pass by.
- 1:17:17[SPEAKER_02]: of hearing persecution, attacking.
- 1:17:20[SPEAKER_02]: I am doing all these terrible things to this juror.
- 1:17:23[SPEAKER_02]: I filed one motion and said nothing.
- 1:17:28[SPEAKER_02]: Every climate I have made has been in reaction to people from Donald Trump on down to Nancy Mayst down to Cruz, not the DA, but the politician calling for her execution.
- 1:17:40[SPEAKER_02]: I have responded to these outlandish comments, including the guy from Houston.
- 1:17:45[SPEAKER_02]: I just wanted to say that, Joe.
- 1:17:47[SPEAKER_12]: We're talking about this motion.
- 1:17:49[SPEAKER_12]: For access to arguments we're going to inside our conferences.
- 1:17:53[SPEAKER_12]: Anything else you want to add to that?
- 1:17:56[SPEAKER_12]: One edge.
- 1:17:58[SPEAKER_12]: Let me issue, did we just been talking about the closed motion?
- 1:18:01[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm just talking about the first acute people.
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 1:18:05[SPEAKER_04]: I never said anything this morning.
- 1:18:07[SPEAKER_12]: No, listen, talk about this motion.
- 1:18:10[SPEAKER_12]: All right, I'm going to take it under advisement.
- 1:18:14[SPEAKER_11]: So this is going to go back to the judge just said, hey, this is going to go back November 3rd and then going to try to figure out a new trial here in the meantime.
- 1:18:23[SPEAKER_11]: The juror did do Hannity last night play this next clip, Luke.
- 1:18:26[SPEAKER_11]: That's in your DMs.
- 1:18:29[SPEAKER_11]: I haven't heard him speak yet.
- 1:18:30[SPEAKER_11]: I've heard his buddy speak.
- 1:18:31[SPEAKER_11]: I haven't heard this guy.
- 1:18:33[SPEAKER_11]: This was the holdout juror here.
- 1:18:35[SPEAKER_03]: Hi, my name is Michael Peggy Desaronville also known as the Lone juror.
- 1:18:42[SPEAKER_03]: I know the whole focus has been on me, but we want to reel everything back and put the focus on the three angels that is inside hand.
- 1:18:50[SPEAKER_04]: Now we'll have those full remarks in your moments and much more.
- 1:18:53[SPEAKER_04]: Hi, my name's James.
- 1:18:55[SPEAKER_10]: I didn't picture him to have that voice, I guess.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_10]: It almost sounds like he has an accent.
- 1:18:58[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I got a foreign accent.
- 1:19:01[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, come on, that legal step.
- 1:19:03[SPEAKER_11]: What if they get off on that fucking legal status?
- 1:19:06[SPEAKER_11]: Dude, I just burst through and they're like, No, this guy's definitely legal.
- 1:19:10[SPEAKER_11]: Whew.
- 1:19:11[SPEAKER_11]: She's a surprise.
- 1:19:13[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, now he's got a lawyer.
- 1:19:15[SPEAKER_11]: It says apparently.
- 1:19:16[SPEAKER_11]: uh... this lawyer is going after the other lawyer which cost him to make that other statements and uh... yeah this is going to be a never ending thing here fucking adieu what is strange time to be alive right now what is strange fucking time
- 1:19:32[SPEAKER_11]: But we'll be here with you, you know, day in and day out on this show.

- 1:21:55[SPEAKER_11]: Like I like how specific you are there.
- 1:21:59[SPEAKER_11]: It was an omin' a crits Rothstein to seize Taboros.
- 1:22:03[SPEAKER_11]: I'm right on behalf of my platoon who have recently lost a brother, Christopher Rothstein was devoted to husband, father of six, veteran friend, deeply caring man who has his life.
- 1:22:15[SPEAKER_11]: was defined by hard work, loyalty, compassion, and love for his family.
- 1:22:19[SPEAKER_11]: Christopher recently passed away after a difficult fight with stage four, pancreatic.

- 1:22:46[SPEAKER_11]: for me here.
- 1:22:48[SPEAKER_11]: If I'd hard to remain with the people he loved as long as possible, of all the roles Christopher held throughout his life, ones that meant the most were being a husband and father.
- 1:22:58[SPEAKER_11]: Before many people knew Christopher as a husband and father, he served as country in Afghanistan in 2011 as a young soldier with HHC.
- 1:23:08[SPEAKER_11]: One, two, seven, nine infantry.
- 1:23:12[SPEAKER_11]: You know, what is a HTC stand for?
- 1:23:14[SPEAKER_11]: He had quarters company.
- 1:23:16[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
- 1:23:17[SPEAKER_08]: He's probably on the infantry scout platoon.
- 1:23:19[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, he was a sniper probably, or in a, he was in the sniper section.
- 1:23:23[SPEAKER_08]: That doesn't mean he went to sniper school necessarily, but yeah, he would have been.
- 1:23:28[SPEAKER_08]: They typically depends on the unit.
- 1:23:30[SPEAKER_08]: Excuse me.
- 1:23:32[SPEAKER_08]: But in ours, that would have been the scalpel tune usually carried log guns and sometimes the PSD for the, for the Battalion Commander in Sir Major.
- 1:23:44[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, it's also known as aka Savage One.
- 1:23:49[SPEAKER_11]: savage one is probably just their calls on Chris for joined our units as a replacement during a difficult deployment and entered an environment that demanded a great deal from him.
- 1:23:59[SPEAKER_11]: Those of us who served along side of him, of the privilege of watching him grow through that experience.
- 1:24:04[SPEAKER_11]: One of his fellow soldiers remembered it this way thrown into the wolves as a boy and we all watched him become a man in those few months.
- 1:24:12[SPEAKER_11]: Chris for adapted, worked hard, endured difficult days
- 1:24:19[SPEAKER_11]: Remember the serious moments, but we also remember with the ridiculous ones, kind of story soldiers still laugh about decades later, more than one of us will probably always remember Christopher battling with a goat during a long operation in the Zermat district.
- 1:24:37[SPEAKER_11]: In Afghanistan, please raise a glass for him and say cheers, absolutely,
- 1:24:46[SPEAKER_11]: That's a that's an awesome way to go.
