Three stars for Philly! The international Michelin Guide for the first time has rated restaurants in our city, and in a gala at the Kimmel Center this week, the winners were announced. Three Philadelphia restaurants won a single Michelin star each, ten more moderately priced spots were awarded a Bib Gourmand, and 21 additional places were recognized as recommended destinations.
