Measles is back in Orange County — and it’s spreading fast. A locally acquired case has been confirmed, with the infected person hitting popular spots like Anaheim Packing District, Fire and Ice, BJ’s, The Escape Game, and UCI Health Cafeteria between August 11th and 14th. If you were there during those dates, watch for fever or rash for up to 21 days — if symptoms show, stay home and call your doctor immediately.
