Batesville-based Margaret Mary Health has officially opened its new $125 million hospital, replacing its more than 90-year-old facility and launching the first phase of a larger health and wellness campus. Varcity has closed financing for a retirement community planned in Purdue University's Discovery Park District, with construction expected to lead to a summer 2028 opening.
