- 7:37[SPEAKER_30]: Well, it's the annual tree festival that is jointly put on by Samaritan and the Y.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_30]: So yesterday and today are the days to be able to get into the state office building and decorate.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_30]: So we have two entries again.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_30]: This year, my team does seven foot in a four foot.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_30]: So as soon as we're done here, I got to go back and get it.

- 8:15[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, we all know her Nancy.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_30]: She's done it for many years.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_16]: And so what's the deal?
- 8:19[SPEAKER_16]: Like your team don't need to tree and deck all the decorations and they sell it.
- 8:23[SPEAKER_16]: Right and the money goes to charity.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_30]: Yes, yes, and he's tree sell for like a lot of money because it Well, they do I think at one point they were they were less our I think they're less now than they were a few years ago I think one time I remember There was an auction as one of Nancy's trees actually and I believe it ended up selling for 10,000 That was a big bidding more, but some companies will will buy them and donate them
- 8:51[SPEAKER_16]: Well, they're not really buying it to get the tree either buying it to make a donation.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah, pretty much.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_30]: And that's that's why we do it is it's like a car watch or something.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah, and you know, and it's fun.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_30]: And it's great to see all the creativity that people have.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_16]: You know what I do?
- 9:07[SPEAKER_16]: She knows trees and TV.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_16]: We just pull it out of a bag and pull it up on the pole.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_16]: Isn't that?
- 9:12[SPEAKER_16]: That is a greatest idea of every child.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_30]: Well, it is.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_30]: It really is.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_30]: I just saw that.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_30]: It looks, it looks cheesy,
- 9:20[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, some are really good.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_30]: I saw one that looked like it was just a foldable felt tree or something.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_16]: Well, there's some good ones, yeah.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_16]: But when we all got to get, can't put that stuff out yet.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_16]: Got a little after Thanksgiving, right?
- 9:34[SPEAKER_30]: Is that the?
- 9:35[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, that's typically what we do, but I see Christmas decorations all over now.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_16]: Well, well, that's good to hear it.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_16]: And then we got a Christmas parade coming up, right?
- 9:46[SPEAKER_30]: Yes.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_16]: Tell me about that.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_30]: Well, that is coming up on Friday, December 12th.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_16]: Well, I'll look at the calendar.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_30]: And I hope that's right.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_30]: And that will be the tree lighting at City Hall at 6 o'clock.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_30]: And then the parade will follow right after that.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_30]: Okay, and that's the, the route goes where from, I think it's from, uh, high school down, uh, right from Green Street, then all the way down Washington Street.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, well, that sounds great.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_16]: It sounds like a good thing.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_16]: I hope it can't like it.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_16]: And everybody else as well.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_16]: That's on December 12th.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_30]: Yep, December 12th.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_16]: And I think that is a Friday.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_30]: that is a Friday, and it does not conflict with the tree festival for once.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_30]: Usually the gala for the tree festival is usually the same night, but they timed it right so that they don't conflict.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_16]: Can't go to a gala and a tree lighting at the same time.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_30]: Um, well, when it was a bon ton, it made it difficult to be downtown, and then because both started at the same time.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_16]: There's no bon ton anymore, isn't it?
- 10:56[SPEAKER_30]: No, but that's where it was, uh, since- So at the state office building, when can you go in and look at the tree?
- 11:03[SPEAKER_30]: Um, I don't have the dates, um, they- so we have to be done today.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_30]: I believe the judging starts tomorrow, and then it'll be next week.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_18]: Okay.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_30]: That they'll have and it's free admission you basically just go in and and you can walk around.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_30]: I don't know if you need an ID for the security to get you better.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_16]: But you should always burn one.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_16]: So anyway, that's great.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_16]: Well, what else is new in your life?
- 11:31[SPEAKER_30]: Well, it's sunny out.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_30]: You want to talk about the weather?
- 11:35[SPEAKER_16]: The weather is great.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_16]: And you've got what?
- 11:38[SPEAKER_16]: Two meetings, five, maybe three, if there's a work session.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah, there probably will be a work session in December.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_30]: It seems like we always have some information to go over.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_30]: And actually, I don't think we've ever canceled a work session.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_16]: And then it's Sayonara.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_30]: That's your way of thinking.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_30]: Yes, yes.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_16]: Well, listen, I mean,
- 12:00[SPEAKER_16]: Let's do a quick break and then you can get all charged up to talk about what happened yesterday morning when you got a call from.

- 15:41[SPEAKER_16]: That means in one week it's Thanksgiving.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_18]: Yeah.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_16]: Now I'm supposed to say, can you believe it?
- 15:45[SPEAKER_16]: Got to hear this quickly.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_16]: But it gets here in that quickly every year.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_16]: So we have to put up with it, and then there's all sorts of X-mas stuff after that.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_16]: So when do you put up your tree at your house?
- 15:57[SPEAKER_30]: Well, I have to confess, ours is up your round.
- 16:01[SPEAKER_30]: But we have a three-sided decorative screen that when Christmas is done, we keep the tree in a corner, and we put the screen up in front of it, and you would never know there was a tree there.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, now things are banning recent meetings, just sort of business as usual with the council.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_16]: I kind of watch them.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, some nonsense going on, but the usual nonsense.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_30]: Anyway, you didn't know yesterday morning you were driving where I was heading to Cape Vincent where my elderly parents and their 90s got blessed them are and they don't drive any more so there's a lot more things I have to do for them and I get a text from seven news about Chad Sharrat.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_30]: Okay, I don't know the lad and asking me if I was aware of what was what was happening yesterday and I said no in fact Let's see So he basically said I'm not sure if you've seen yet
- 17:12[SPEAKER_30]: But council members, shown Kimble along with Mayor Pierce, have filed an ethics complaint against you and council member only.
- 17:21[SPEAKER_30]: They, and then he gave the reasons what they were pertaining to.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_30]: Confidential.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_16]: So that's how you were notified by text message from Channel 7.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_30]: Yes.
- 17:31[SPEAKER_16]: You didn't get it like a certified ladder.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_16]: You didn't get it.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_30]: uh... curry or brought it to the uh... the city manager didn't call you know we mail no phone call from the city and this was all prepared in orchestrated with the city attorneys as sent it was and she didn't call you and say you're going to be of course not and i thought that she already had a conflict of interest and recused yourself from that why it's so nice to her every week oh christian oh you don't i have always worked at getting along with everybody you know okay we don't if we don't agree on something we don't agree but that's
- 18:04[SPEAKER_16]: Well, why?
- 18:04[SPEAKER_16]: I understand the ethics complaint.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_16]: You're going to hear somebody's going to call in saying, nobody's above the law and your bad person.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_16]: But what is the point of bringing all this up?
- 18:17[SPEAKER_16]: We're just...
- 18:19[SPEAKER_16]: Literally, you guys will be done working together on December 15th.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_30]: Oh yeah, I think they want to tarnish, I think, what, my reputation.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_30]: I feel that I have been a good council member who listens to people.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_18]: Mm-hmm.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_30]: I feel like we've accomplished so much in my eight years.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_30]: I think that they're just doing this, you know, basically.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_16]: Shut up, I can't get up on that.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_30]: Yes, I'll do door.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_30]: And I think maybe.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_30]: And this is coming from Jeff Smith because he put in a foil request recently, and he has somebody from the public cannot file so I'm sure he got with the mayor appears to do it and I just I think it's to make sure or to see that
- 19:03[SPEAKER_30]: I think they're going to just have her wanting to run for office again.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_16]: Of course it would, but these foil freedom of information requests.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_16]: Normally, they're processed by this assistant city manager who doesn't seem to do, I guess that's a sole job, but in this case, the lawyer said she was reviewing foil requests and came up with these instances of blind copies being sent up.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_16]: mystery developers, we know who it is, and media, and all of that, which I'm not going to get into all of that, but we'll wait and see what these emails look like if the, but what I, I guess, and I've talked about what purpose is served by doing this, how much is it costing?
- 19:47[SPEAKER_16]: Why didn't the city manager and city attorney inform you or somebody serving with this?
- 19:52[SPEAKER_16]: And you have any misconcept, I mean, you know what the ethics board will do, they'll validate it, right?
- 19:58[SPEAKER_30]: Well, I would hope that they would look at this and really pay attention to what the rules are and how this was filed.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_30]: Because if it wasn't filed in the right or correct format in the way they did it, then the ethics board has to look at that.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_30]: They have to look at the face value of how this was done and prepared if anything and not just not just what the complaint is about.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_30]: I would hope that they would look at this and say you know what this is I don't think you were this isn't anything to for us to deal with and they're going to be gone We're not going to get a hearing done in in one month.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_30]: I mean it's taken what 26 months to Going back and forth with Cliff.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_30]: I mean and that cost what 78 thousand dollars dealing with that Well, plus you've had to spend money of late
- 20:49[SPEAKER_16]: Now, there was another boy every.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, look, again, because maybe you don't want to talk, maybe you do, but there was a foil request to get video of a traffic stop.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah, courtesy of Jeff Smith, he, you know, and I think he was, it was aimed at, I think, trying to, uh,
- 21:11[SPEAKER_30]: I don't know if he was trying to attack my husband but embarrassed me doing it, but I do know I had to hire an attorney for that to go through and because some of the reductions were not correct.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_16]: So there was a traffic stop involving your husband who has health challenges and the FOIA request requested the body cam video of the cop is up with the looking to get.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_30]: of of the stop like to show who you know who was I got stopped last right you don't want that did you did they let you go I don't want to say because then people claim preference but yeah no and and one of the officers actually knew my husband and and
- 21:57[SPEAKER_30]: Well, he was a former cop, yes, yes, chief of police at Ford Drum.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, he was at the top of the, you know, his career type jobs.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_30]: And so, you know, and they, they talk to me and, you know, they, they said, you know, what a great instructor he was in the academy.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_30]: And so it was more personal talk, but, you know, what's the purpose of getting the video
- 22:27[SPEAKER_30]: I don't know.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_30]: I think that he has to who knows it could be because he seems to support what goes on over the mean page Which is it's sad?
- 22:39[SPEAKER_30]: It's sad that our city has become so toxic, but they have they have attacked and made fun of my husband and his health
- 22:47[SPEAKER_30]: on the mean page, and he has nothing to do with me or anything in terms of politics.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_30]: This guy does not have everything that he's done in his life.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_30]: He does not deserve this.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_30]: And I mean, and these people who laugh and think it's funny, I can tell you the names.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, it's pathetic.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_30]: And if people go there and see the people who are laughing at it or liking the comments,
- 23:12[SPEAKER_30]: Do you really want to do business with some of these people?
- 23:16[SPEAKER_30]: This tells you the lack of character.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_18]: You've had it from the bottom of your mouth.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_30]: I have.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_30]: In the last few years, I have.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_30]: I wanted to come into office and do great things to help people and to make improvements.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, thank God for the ARPA funds.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, there was so much going on here with different things and projects infrastructure.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_30]: And I'm happy to see that.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_16]: I'm happy to see a lot of things.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_16]: Beads were accepted, they could start, well, I don't know if your bit acceptance was contingent unbounding if it was, you can't, but that bond ordinance was held over under the rules.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_16]: No problem there, but it comes up December 1st, you need four out of five.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_16]: If you and only say no,
- 24:09[SPEAKER_16]: then they got a way of January.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_30]: I guess they would wouldn't they.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, you're going to say no.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_30]: I'm not sure yet, but at this point, I'm not happy with what's going on in City Hall, the fact that they hide things and treat some people better than others.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_16]: I still don't know why you get, they said that they came to agreement.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_16]: The council members and I told her something
- 24:34[SPEAKER_16]: to file this.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_16]: Is that when the.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_30]: Right.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_30]: It was a coordinated effort.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_16]: The complaint was perfected by them in sign that what date was October 20th or something.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_16]: And then they said they were going to hold it till after the election so they didn't want to appear politically.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_30]: Right.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_30]: Well, that was a coordinated effort.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_30]: And that concerns me about violating open meetings law.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_16]: And you are convinced that the city manager and the city attorney knew about this.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_30]: They had to have.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_30]: I mean,
- 25:04[SPEAKER_16]: Are you going to vote to give him a new contract?
- 25:07[SPEAKER_16]: I know you're disgusting.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_30]: Well, I'll tell you what.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_30]: There's a lot of stuff going through my mind right now because of all this.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_30]: So if I have a majority of council that wants to be petty and waste a ton more of taxpayer money on something that we're going to be done with in a month.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_30]: So I don't understand it.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_30]: I think it's just they want to, you know,
- 25:33[SPEAKER_30]: I think they just want to go after us and make a point and what are they going to do?
- 25:38[SPEAKER_30]: They can't remove us from office.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_30]: We're going to be done.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_30]: So whether they can do this, uh, your picture is on news junkie.
- 25:48[SPEAKER_30]: Well, thank you, news junkie and we got the call letters in there, yeah, but I think that there's a lot there's a lot to look at.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, it was a coordinated effort to to do this.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_16]: Well, what's the end result?
- 26:03[SPEAKER_16]: And I don't this whole process, even with only this idea that if you get three members of council against you and they can vote you off the island based on whatever
- 26:16[SPEAKER_30]: They've had two years to do that.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah, they've had they've been there two years.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_16]: So there'll be no action taken on this.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_30]: This was just a State bomb and I've worked with with the
- 26:27[SPEAKER_30]: councilman shown a few times on run your ideas and and have gone along you know what dinner with Dr. Kim bull the other night yeah how ironic i mean you talk about a hypocrite i was being pleasant and nice and sat at my table with judge virkler and his wife i'm president of the noon club and and judge virkler is president of the this and you were helping him get an appointment with the library liaison thing to try to
- 26:54[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah, I was at the airport ribbon cutting and talked to him and he never mentioned he was he voted for an ethics file No, what about what about showing?
- 27:03[SPEAKER_30]: I know you're seeing the shopping cards now, but what's no he no word no word no You know, we there's no communication about that.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_30]: I would like to know now.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_16]: How did this get to chat over a channel 7?
- 27:15[SPEAKER_30]: Well, I would have to say Mayor Pierce has a good relationship with seven news.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_30]: So I'm assuming she leaked it to them and it may have been maybe before the ethics board even got it.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_30]: We certainly didn't and we haven't gotten any attachments with it.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_30]: We always told was what was in the media.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_30]: And that's pretty sad that somebody like for me has been there eight years that this is how we're treated.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_30]: It's pretty sad.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_30]: I just think that and plus you know now I have a lot more questions now.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_16]: Of course, you know what they're going to say.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_16]: They're going to be on my blog and other places.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_16]: No words above the law and she needs to come clean.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_16]: What about the 6,000 tax messages and all that?
- 27:59[SPEAKER_30]: There were 6,000 tax messages.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_30]: I don't know how many times I have to say that the two people that I've talked to him 6,000 times in the past two years.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_30]: I think we will.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_30]: The thing is.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_30]: you only were hearing that from Jeff Smith and Sarah Pierce.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_30]: That's what they kept putting out there and people believed it.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_30]: It wasn't.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_30]: It was not at all.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_30]: It was not text messages.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, here's the information dance.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_16]: When did you get the phone call from, can I call I'm Chad?
- 28:27[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know the mail.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_16]: I've never met him.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_30]: I'm yesterday morning.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_16]: Well, the email was the mayor mail, the email to the media at 1120A.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_16]: So let's play detective here, Lee, Dick Tracy, you, whatever.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, boy, I'll tell you.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_16]: Um, next thing, you know, you'll show up in the upstream files.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_30]: 10-03.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_30]: 10-03.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_30]: 10-03-A, I'm yesterday.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, so it must have gone to other media sources a little after 11.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah, so they, they, they're the preferred media outlet for the mayor.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_16]: Well, you know, it is a, probably the most listen to media in town for news.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, I hate to, you know, but you know, here's the thing.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_30]: If I shared an email from a constituent with someone, that's not privilege and information.
- 29:33[SPEAKER_30]: That's not confidential information.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_30]: It may be something sometimes to help.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_16]: Transparency.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_16]: They all talk about transparency.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_16]: Right.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_16]: There's been so many secrets the last couple years.
- 29:43[SPEAKER_30]: Oh my god.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_30]: Well, look what happened with, you know, the investigation that was done by one person without any, you know, with our city council being involved.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_16]: Trust me, these investigations are just good.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_30]: Anyway, but I do question how, how this is because they are acting on behalf of the city and even if they signed it separately.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_16]: I wonder what, I should call my good friend Steve Jennings, but he doesn't like him, does he?
- 30:12[SPEAKER_30]: I don't have anything against him.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_30]: I think he probably does against me because when I first ran, he lost.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_30]: But I've never said anything negative about him at all.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_30]: Actually, for the last, every year, I've always voted for him to be reappointed to the ethics board.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_16]: Well, you've regret those votes.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_30]: Depending on what they do, I might.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_30]: I don't think so, because we're never notified of anything.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_16]: I don't think so.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_16]: They just harass you.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_16]: I got a call here.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_16]: Put your headphones on, ma'am.
- 30:50[SPEAKER_16]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_16]: How you doing, sir?
- 30:53[SPEAKER_16]: Good.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_16]: Go ahead and talk.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_16]: I know you're listening to the show.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_16]: How are you?
- 30:57[SPEAKER_16]: Not good.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_16]: Can you hear him?
- 30:58[SPEAKER_15]: Yes.
- 30:59[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_16]: Go ahead and talk.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_15]: I just wanted to call and talk about how.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, if you research,
- 31:06[SPEAKER_15]: Nobody can understand why they're doing what they're doing, but if you research at their breaking center law, so it's crazy what they're doing, this is a rich heart.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_30]: I agree, and actually I'm looking for an attorney that would specialize in this and weigh my options.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_15]: 6-10-18 of the US poll.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_15]: What they're doing is political coercion.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_15]: They have a group of people calling out through you and you're leaving all of this.
- 31:40[UNKNOWN]: Mm-hmm.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_30]: I don't-that's-that's my question.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_30]: I think I put that out there yesterday in my press release.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_30]: Mm-hmm.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_30]: Really is now.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_30]: What's their purpose?
- 31:47[SPEAKER_30]: What's their purpose?
- 31:48[SPEAKER_30]: What's their purpose?
- 31:50[SPEAKER_15]: I'm sorry that you have to go through this and I just wanted to go and get my opinion and I just want to let you know that.
- 31:58[UNKNOWN]: This is wrong.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_14]: Have a good day.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_16]: Thank you.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_16]: Good afternoon you're on the air.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_14]: Hi, yeah, this is for the council woman.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_14]: I have a flawless record against the city when they come up with charges and come up with crazy stuff.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_14]: I think you'd be right.
- 32:14[SPEAKER_14]: As long as you fight it no matter what.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_14]: It sounds like I've been hearing that people are going to see you.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_14]: say there's going to be charges coming you know like like real charges but this is just ethics okay it's not a it's not a big deal all right don't let it go to your head you'll be all right i mean i've had the governor come after me and i'd beat him i've got to know that for me and i'd beat you all right this is just made up
- 32:39[SPEAKER_16]: I know I feel.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_30]: I appreciate that.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_30]: I've never had this happen, so.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_16]: Well, I mean actually the ethics board thing is a big nothing burger because they're not going to if they do anything it's just going to be a puffer up, a puffer up, a puffer free finding of probable cause.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_16]: And a lot of these agencies do this all the time because they're lazy, they don't investigate anything.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_30]: Well, I think that I think part of the objective was to ruin Cliff's chances of running for office, and I think... Well, didn't he ruin that?
- 33:10[SPEAKER_16]: Didn't he do that himself?
- 33:13[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, I'm not going to be rude.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_30]: Well, he did get some right in boats.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_30]: I was surprised.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_16]: Did you get any?
- 33:19[SPEAKER_30]: I did.
- 33:19[SPEAKER_30]: I was surprised because I really didn't ask people that I didn't campaign on.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_16]: Now, would you be running for mayor in 20, whatever, in the next one?
- 33:27[SPEAKER_16]: 27?
- 33:28[SPEAKER_30]: um i at this point i i don't know i i think if this is gonna have to uh you run it you'll be running against kimble by thing well
- 33:39[SPEAKER_30]: He might have this hanging over his head, too.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_30]: I think that's what they're looking at is they want this hanging over my head.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_30]: They may say, well, the charges are there, but after we leave office, they can't do anything.
- 33:53[SPEAKER_30]: Maybe they're thinking, well, if I run again and get back to you, I'm going to pick that up.
- 33:58[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, what's the statute of limitations?
- 34:00[SPEAKER_16]: Turn back to you.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_16]: Given all that's gone on in the last two or three years, I don't know.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_16]: I would not just do this without some kind of solid advice or recommendation, and who would that advice or recommendation have come from?
- 34:17[SPEAKER_16]: And you're saying the former mayor, but I'm talking about somebody who's in the system now.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_30]: Well, it could be Kristen Smith, even though she recused herself from all the ethics issues with Cliff, here's another one against him, and so what about your city manager?
- 34:34[SPEAKER_30]: Well, he didn't have to know about it.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_30]: Yes.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_16]: And he didn't say anything to you.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_30]: Right.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_30]: And there was no public meeting about spending money on having an attorney.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, right.
- 34:46[SPEAKER_16]: And how about it?
- 34:47[SPEAKER_16]: It says in there that the attorney claim that she came up with this while reviewing foil requests, right?
- 34:53[SPEAKER_30]: That's that's what I understand.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_16]: Why is she reviewing them?
- 34:58[SPEAKER_16]: And Did somebody, I don't know.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_16]: Can I call her and ask for legal advice as an expert?
- 35:07[SPEAKER_16]: Can you do that?
- 35:09[SPEAKER_16]: I guess you can.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_16]: I didn't know that.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_30]: Well, I'm just surprised.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_30]: But, you know, let's just say, for instance, that they did violate open meaning law.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_30]: And I want to file an ethics complaint against the three of them.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_30]: What happens?
- 35:23[SPEAKER_30]: You have five council members that are conflicted in several ways, who are they going to have for an attorney?
- 35:29[SPEAKER_30]: What's going to happen?
- 35:30[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, I don't know this is that I've never seen anything and I follow DC and all of any stuff too, but this is like crazy stuff and there's a lot of crazy stuff that goes on these days and point who's going to I've been saying this before you probably heard who's going to run you get this stuff you got to put up with and then you've got the fact that devalue with the office on a terribly in everything else.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, I feel bad in a way for Doug and Shane coming in because it's obvious that it's almost like this is trying to silence people from having contact with other people.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_30]: And if I shared, I know, I guess one said sharing emails with the media.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_30]: Well, I do sometimes share the meeting agenda because what he gets.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_16]: I don't care.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_16]: And you know what the media should be glad because they don't, you know, not strong, lazy.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_16]: If we get something given to us, we love it.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_30]: Right.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_30]: This transparency.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_30]: And I have always felt that it should be out there.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_30]: And here's the thing.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_30]: If those three waived privilege,
- 36:42[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, Cliff and I legally tried that legally, but through email with the city attorney to weigh privilege on, it was a document I think that you were looking for because the former mayor mentioned it on the air, but to mention the whole thing.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_30]: So we wanted to get it out there and those three were not in agreement of releasing a privilege on that document.
- 37:05[SPEAKER_16]: Got a couple of text messages.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_16]: Tell Lisa to pack her bags and move to keep Vincent we'd be glad to have her.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_16]: So somebody likes it out there.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_30]: Oh, well, I love Kate Vincent.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_16]: That's nice.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_30]: That's been a second home.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_30]: And my family for over 60.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_16]: Another person says it sad that this dysfunction still exists.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_16]: final libel suit.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_16]: I don't think there's anything you can get them for.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, they and they've got the ultimate unlimited ability to defend against it.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_30]: So I might too.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_16]: I heard I heard you were rich.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_30]: No, I wouldn't say that, but the thing is, everything that they did was taking governmental action and I've been looking at the laws and looking at things and really all the things that they did should have been public, it should have been a public meeting.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_30]: But because it's a quorum, the three of them acted as a quorum.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_16]: But they keep doing it because you keep rewarding them.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, they keep the same of people.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_16]: If we knew their contracts, there were arrangements.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_30]: They're, you know, I mean, city council.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, you've got, you've got, you've got, Sean, Kimball, and Pierce that act.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_16]: Well, frankly, yeah, I think.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_30]: Well, frankly, yeah, I think.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_30]: Together on doing this.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah, that's that's a core.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_16]: Well, this puts the the two new ones in a in a difficult situation.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, they actually asked a list of they say after great or do they come in and say this is nonsense.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know what they're going to do.
- 38:31[SPEAKER_30]: Well, it's it's it's preventing other people who might be thinking about stepping up and and getting involved look when I ran in 2017.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_30]: This the city was not like this.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_30]: It was not at all and and actually I've said it before my first two years I know working with with Mayor Butler were great and then when Jeff Smith showed up It everything went to hell.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_30]: I mean It did because the the personalities got involved with with different things in allowing or not allowing things to happen
- 39:09[SPEAKER_30]: look what happened with COVID.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_30]: Oh my God, it was nobody could come in and speak.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_30]: And that's when some of the decisions were being made that you needed public input.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_16]: I'm just saying that that well incidentally, any of the other parties involved, including the mayor, former mayor, council members, are more than welcome to come into the show here.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_16]: And we're not going to undoly harass them.
- 39:29[SPEAKER_16]: So they're all welcome, you know, you're here because you're a newsmaker, obviously today, and all of that.
- 39:35[SPEAKER_16]: And we got to call, we'll do that quick here.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_16]: Good afternoon,
- 39:40[SPEAKER_16]: Go ahead.
- 39:41[UNKNOWN]: Hi.
- 39:42[UNKNOWN]: Hi.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_16]: I think I'm going to go up to my left side.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 39:49[UNKNOWN]: Hi.
- 39:49[UNKNOWN]: I didn't want to bust the background noise.
- 39:51[UNKNOWN]: All right.
- 39:51[UNKNOWN]: Go ahead.
- 39:53[UNKNOWN]: Good question for Lisa.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_10]: So you're saying that they keep doing this?
- 39:58[SPEAKER_10]: Why are they doing it?
- 40:00[SPEAKER_10]: Is it because it keeps happening?
- 40:02[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, hmm.
- 40:04[SPEAKER_10]: Just curious about that.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_10]: And are you denying the allegations
- 40:09[SPEAKER_30]: I don't know what the allegations are.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_10]: It was supposed to be a new junkie, but we don't know.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_30]: But we don't know.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_30]: But we don't know.
- 40:16[UNKNOWN]: But we don't know.
- 40:17[UNKNOWN]: But we don't know.
- 40:18[UNKNOWN]: But we don't know.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_30]: But we don't know.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_30]: But we don't know.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_30]: But we don't know.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_30]: But we don't know.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_30]: But we don't know.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_10]: But we don't know.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_30]: You haven't once denied that, but we don't know if those were specifically for, if some of those were for Nelson and only or are they all directed to all of us, we don't know.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_30]: That's all we have.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, if none of them apply to you at all, you can say none of these applies to me at all.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_16]: But what, yeah, but man, why, why bring all this up now, these kind of allegations have come up before?
- 41:06[SPEAKER_16]: And so what?
- 41:09[SPEAKER_10]: a month before they're going to leave, you finally get video tape to get evidence, but their sponsors are going to get shipped out.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_10]: Do you not want them to face the penalties for stealing from you?
- 41:21[SPEAKER_16]: Well, good luck imposing those penalties.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_16]: I'll say that much, but, uh, well, that's near safe for you.
- 41:26[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_10]: The point is, Mr. Hario's not denying the allegations.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_30]: Well, because I don't know, I don't know specifically what they are.
- 41:36[SPEAKER_16]: Are you, yeah.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_30]: And if it says that I shared information with the media, I don't know, could have been sharing a meeting agenda.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_30]: I have no idea.
- 41:47[SPEAKER_10]: And as our confidentialist of confidential information was shared with the media.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_10]: Well, can you deny that?
- 41:53[SPEAKER_30]: I, hey, I think that's some,
- 41:59[SPEAKER_30]: I think some things that they might say are confidential is one thing, but if they said that I shared, or didn't say I, I think it just said one of us shared an email from a constituent was someone.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_30]: That's not confidential.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_30]: That's not marked attorney client privilege.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, so you're denied that you've shared any confidential information.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_30]: I'm not saying anything, but all, I mean, because I don't know what it is.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_10]: But you're going on there and blaming other people.
- 42:31[SPEAKER_30]: Oh, come on, you don't even live here.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, I live there half of the year.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_30]: Oh, yeah, okay.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_30]: In fact, I'll just back in four days.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_30]: Okay.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_16]: Come on in, come on in and see us.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, my God, I would love to.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_10]: That would be so fun.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_10]: Am I invited to Paul?
- 42:49[SPEAKER_16]: You can come to Pearl Street anytime you want.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_10]: Fantastic, I'll buy her own.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, good.
- 42:54[SPEAKER_16]: Thank you.
- 42:54[SPEAKER_16]: All right, bye now.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_30]: all right there you go one of your well listen i mean i don't know i mean she's uh she's one over on the mean page that attacks me all the time i got a divorce lawyer yelling at the oh my gosh convert one of the ones that laughed about a meme that made fun of my husband's health so i mean that that's the character people that that uh associate with them and you know the other thing is
- 43:22[SPEAKER_30]: still has never condemned that page, but yet all her friends are over there running it and commenting and sharing.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_16]: But don't you think there's too much made of it and all like, oh my god, the meme page said, well, I don't look at it, right?
- 43:35[SPEAKER_30]: No, I know.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_30]: And they got, they, you know, they somehow lost the first page and now the newest one.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_30]: I don't look at it.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_30]: People will send me things and say, yeah, I know, yeah, but they're saying about your husband.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_30]: And I mean, that's,
- 43:48[SPEAKER_30]: Well, it's upsetting.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_30]: I'm sure especially people who are medical professionals that laugh at that.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_30]: That's pretty sad.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_30]: And you know, I think maybe they need to be reported to New York state.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_16]: Oh my god.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_16]: Not more in this.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_16]: It's okay.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_16]: We got to call here.
- 44:03[SPEAKER_16]: Good afternoon, Ronnier.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_08]: Hi.
- 44:06[SPEAKER_08]: I got a couple questions for the council woman.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_08]: She just got done calling Dr. Kim will a hypocrite.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, her platform that she ran on was no more background deals and transparency.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_08]: And the 6600 text message that she says she doesn't know anything about it.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_08]: There wasn't 6600.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_08]: They weren't.
- 44:24[SPEAKER_30]: They weren't.
- 44:25[SPEAKER_08]: But New York State Police investigation that identified between her HIKI and Olmy and Samayel that there was 6600 messages.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_08]: Personally, she didn't maybe she didn't have 6600.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_08]: But no.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_08]: No.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_08]: She was having.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_08]: No.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_08]: And actually, that information that came out yesterday from the email.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_08]: says that she's having, she was having e-mail come from her communications with them.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_16]: Well, what about your state?
- 44:52[SPEAKER_08]: I'm using the mayor of having, uh, I know, but aren't you right to let her?
- 44:56[SPEAKER_16]: Aren't you disappointed in her state, please?
- 44:58[SPEAKER_08]: I'm just a mayor.
- 44:59[SPEAKER_08]: Yes?
- 44:59[SPEAKER_08]: The attorney did not write that letter.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, who did?
- 45:02[SPEAKER_08]: You wrote it personally.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_30]: Oh.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_30]: OK. OK.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_08]: So things are... OK. All the allegations about everybody else, but not accepting responsibility for your actions about what you did.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_08]: You did have communications with some mail.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_08]: Some of them, during
- 45:15[SPEAKER_30]: executive session no actually actually the state police did not the state police did oh my god you don't even want me to get a word and do you can you want to take a break can you can you stop and let me answer it and you don't want us so I'd say let's get rid of him well how about you hang up and I'll answer it
- 45:41[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, thank you sir.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_30]: So the thing is that I don't know.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_30]: Oh, but the thing doesn't want you.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_30]: I don't have to.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_30]: Hey, you know, I used to be friendly with everybody until I got into office and people don't like certain decisions that we make.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_16]: And I don't want to argue over this.
- 45:56[SPEAKER_30]: No, it was six thousand text messages.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_30]: It was points of contact.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_30]: It could have been called text messages, but you're right.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_30]: It doesn't matter because there were no charges.
- 46:08[SPEAKER_30]: The state police specifically said they found nothing.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_30]: And that's what they looked at.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_30]: They looked at what text messages might be sent during executive session.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_16]: and it's funny because the ones that they asked about that somebody says here your public figure by your own choice this stuff happens in politics get over yourself i have a long time ago you know i've let a lot of this rule off order of ethics is meeting monday at three thirty you go in i don't think they'll allow us will they close the ten thousand dollar door that you didn't know was very ill that's right because they'll probably meet in the law library
- 46:48[SPEAKER_30]: Well, we have not received anything, but the thing is, and it's interesting how some things in government can move that fast.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_16]: I know.
- 46:58[SPEAKER_30]: So, but the thing is, the text messages that the state police asked me about during meetings, they asked me to send them to them.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_30]: out of eight of them were is Cliff still talking he hasn't he hasn't stopped talking or word salad I mean I has nothing to do with the difference so I mean that that was much do about nothing it really was well who's Christmas list you're off your off the doctor's list you're off the bear's list I've never been on her list yeah
- 47:34[SPEAKER_30]: So who's on my list?

- 56:22[SPEAKER_16]: It's an example of why I've loved the workings of government and hate politics.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_16]: You probably do at this point too, but preview for us a week from Monday, December first regular business meeting, but not under regular circumstances by then that ethics board will already have met, but do you foresee a situation where they could vote you off the council at night?
- 56:48[SPEAKER_30]: I don't know.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_30]: I don't, I thought that you, that we're supposed to be given the opportunity to come and present our case.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_30]: Look at what happened with Cliff.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_30]: He was, you know, they didn't the first time they screwed up on that.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_30]: Then he was offered another opportunity to go and appear before them.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_30]: So I think that that, we're, we have to have our due process.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_30]: Yeah.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_30]: And so.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_16]: Is that a kangaroo court in your mind?
- 57:15[SPEAKER_30]: I think so.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_30]: I don't know.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, one person on there might recuse yourself just because of our involvement with different organizations currently, so, you know, I don't know.
- 57:28[SPEAKER_30]: I think we'll have to see, and I guess they're not going to release anything until they have the hearing.
- 57:33[SPEAKER_30]: So we still don't know exactly what's what.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_16]: So one of those amendments in the Constitution that says you have to know?
- 57:44[SPEAKER_30]: But this is what happened.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_30]: I think with Cliff he didn't know what it was about.
- 57:50[SPEAKER_30]: I think and it was made public.
- 57:52[SPEAKER_30]: Well, you're not supposed to make it public.
- 57:55[SPEAKER_30]: You're supposed to serve the council member what the findings are.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_16]: All right.
- 58:00[SPEAKER_30]: So we already went through this with Kristen Smith and Cliff.
- 58:04[SPEAKER_30]: So I think they're basically, I think they're on the track to repeat themselves.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_16]: Now, do we still are we still on Monday going to call him Kristen and Eric or is it going to be a little more formal than addressing them?
- 58:18[SPEAKER_30]: Um, I guess I would say I hope that I don't even have to talk to them or anybody.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_18]: Okay.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_30]: Because I've always been polite.
- 58:26[SPEAKER_30]: Um, I'm not on really during meetings unless, you know, I'm trying to make a point.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_30]: That's probably only happened a couple of times.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_30]: Um, otherwise,
- 58:34[SPEAKER_30]: You know, I caught the the thing the other night when there was no majority of unanimous consent for an ordinance nobody caught that and I had to bring it up and say hey, you know, we can't just continue discussion because Right.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_30]: Have unanimous consent.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_30]: I mean, the attorney was there she didn't pick up on that.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_30]: I just think that people new people coming in have to realize They have the right to ask questions and speak up.
- 59:00[SPEAKER_16]: Well, are you worried about the two new ones?
- 59:03[SPEAKER_16]: We haven't got much time, but
- 59:05[SPEAKER_30]: I hope that they speak their mind.
- 59:06[SPEAKER_30]: I hope they don't go along to get along because they see what happens if you disagree with them on something.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_30]: It's basically it's vendetta.
- 59:15[SPEAKER_30]: Just myths had a vendetta for what?
- 59:17[SPEAKER_30]: Three years now.
- 59:19[SPEAKER_30]: And again, he's the one behind this.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_16]: Well, we'd love to have mine to show.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_16]: He knows that too.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_30]: So well, then you have to have the fact checker too, because
- 59:30[SPEAKER_16]: We don't have a fact check or we just make it up as we go.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_30]: Okay.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_16]: All right.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_16]: Well, thank you, Councilwoman.
