Lake Oswego police arrested 28-year-old Julian Ames-Bonilla on Wednesday, charging him with multiple serious crimes including two counts of rape, two of sodomy, three of sex abuse, and two of contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor. The arrest followed a Monday report from a parent whose 13-year-old daughter was assaulted; investigators later uncovered a second 13-year-old victim.
