- 0:04Speaker 1: This is a Bramble Jam podcast this week on your
- 0:14Speaker 1: Gabble Gabble.
- 0:15Speaker 2: If you take some ex girlfriend's money and say you'll
- 0:17Speaker 2: gamble it to make her more money back, do you
- 0:19Speaker 2: have to pay her back when you lose it? Judge
- 0:21Speaker 2: matthis bets it all on justice And if a mine
- 0:24Speaker 2: Sue is a clown for being a clown, is there
- 0:27Speaker 2: really anything else to say?
- 0:29Speaker 1: Judge Jerry tells us real people cases thank justice this
- 0:37Speaker 1: Sometime I'll walk into the room and I say, hey, Water,
- 0:41Speaker 1: are you to win? Don't? Don't you seem a little
- 0:46Speaker 1: low energy? Do you seem so good at doing imaginary
- 0:49Speaker 1: jump robe?
- 0:50Speaker 3: I was doing it by myself. Is it across?
- 0:52Speaker 1: Can you do like double Dutch? And then we do
- 0:55Speaker 1: a little training like this, you see can you do it?
- 0:58Speaker 1: Can I jump rope like? That's yeah? Absolutely?
- 1:01Speaker 3: Really yeah, absolutely jump rope in I'll do it for real.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Yeah, Bro, I can't tell if you're doing a thing
- 1:06Speaker 1: I because I'm kind of I used to could really Yeah,
- 1:12Speaker 1: you just kind of work on that.
- 1:14Speaker 3: No, but it was just part of like growing up
- 1:18Speaker 3: I was.
- 1:18Speaker 1: I never got to that level of being able to
- 1:20Speaker 1: do that. I always you couldn't jump like with it cross.
- 1:23Speaker 1: I actually don't know how that.
- 1:25Speaker 3: A really big jump rope at this point, but I
- 1:26Speaker 3: bet I could.
- 1:27Speaker 1: I don't know how those physics work.
- 1:29Speaker 2: With the cross it works better than you think it
- 1:31Speaker 2: does because what it does is it crosses completely underneath
- 1:34Speaker 2: you and the right.
- 1:35Speaker 1: That's what I'm just like. I could, but like, can
- 1:41Speaker 1: you cross them and do it? No? I couldn't. I
- 1:44Speaker 1: was good at the I liked when to two people
- 1:50Speaker 1: down there, participator? Is that not playing talking when the
- 1:53Speaker 1: two people held the mic with not the mic? When
- 1:56Speaker 1: the two people.
- 1:57Speaker 3: Into the microphone go ahead?
- 1:59Speaker 1: When the people hold it and they oh, double dutch?
- 2:03Speaker 1: That I can do. But what about if they're going
- 2:05Speaker 1: like this, we didn't get there yet.
- 2:06Speaker 3: I was here. I didn't get here yet.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I just kind of at that point, I just jump
- 2:10Speaker 2: like you gotta get you gotta time it and get
- 2:12Speaker 2: in and then you're in.
- 2:13Speaker 3: You gotta time it.
- 2:14Speaker 1: That's fun. Jump in. Yeah, Corbyn Blake made a jump
- 2:19Speaker 1: in and competitive jump roping. I doubt you are. I
- 2:22Speaker 1: bet we will get to it at some point. I
- 2:26Speaker 1: don't dance, but I do jump rope.
- 2:28Speaker 3: You jump up. That's because he does. Don't make me dance.
- 2:31Speaker 1: I don't dance. Let's get into these. We got a judge, Jerry,
- 2:37Speaker 1: we gotta judge math mathis. I'm excited. If you want
- 2:41Speaker 1: me to go first, I'm gonna go first. I think
- 2:43Speaker 1: you've got some fun times ahead of the mime. Sure,
- 2:46Speaker 1: so I'm gonna ahead and go. Mariah Turner not also
- 2:49Speaker 1: known as Moira. If Brand's reading it, Turner is suing
- 2:54Speaker 1: her ex boyfriend Brandon Robinson for four hundred dollars four
- 3:01Speaker 1: large ones.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Yeah. Now, if I told you that they dated seven
- 3:06Speaker 2: or eight years ago and then this just happened, that
- 3:08Speaker 2: may spice it up a little, because that is what.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Seven or eight years ago.
- 3:12Speaker 2: So this case apparently is from twenty seventeen. They dated
- 3:16Speaker 2: in twenty eleven, so six years.
- 3:18Speaker 1: So she issuing for something that happened.
- 3:22Speaker 2: It only happened recently. But they've remained friends, friends with benefits.
- 3:28Speaker 2: I'm getting ahead of myself. Marina Yeah, says that they
- 3:34Speaker 2: met on a bus. Matthews is like, like just like
- 3:38Speaker 2: a city bus, and she's like, yeah, we were on
- 3:40Speaker 2: the bus chatting it up. We exchanged numbers and then
- 3:44Speaker 2: we started talking in two weeks later after meeting on
- 3:47Speaker 2: the bus, We decided to date. We met each other's families,
- 3:50Speaker 2: We love each other's families.
- 3:51Speaker 1: He was very sweet. He took me out on dates.
- 3:54Speaker 2: But then a couple months into our relationship, he started
- 3:58Speaker 2: receiving messages from all these different women.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Out of the blue light, yeah, he told me, Yeah,
- 4:04Speaker 1: out of the blue light.
- 4:05Speaker 2: You know, all of a sudden everywhere. Well he uh,
- 4:09Speaker 2: he said, don't worry about it. I've told him all
- 4:11Speaker 2: in a relationship like, that's no big deal. But then
- 4:14Speaker 2: as we continue dating, the messages continue, and you look
- 4:17Speaker 2: over and Brandon is very skinny. He's wearing a denim
- 4:20Speaker 2: shirt and a tie, and you can he's very expressive.
- 4:23Speaker 3: And when she says the messages continued, he's looking.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Like, uh, like.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Like tell He's looking on camera like, oh, however, and
- 4:32Speaker 2: then she says one of the weirdest lines I've ever
- 4:36Speaker 2: heard in this particular podcast, which is and it was
- 4:43Speaker 2: always weird names like Lucretia or Brandy.
- 4:48Speaker 3: Or Brandy.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Yeah, and I.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Think both of those are great names, but I want
- 4:52Speaker 2: to be very clear, and I reroound it. She said,
- 4:54Speaker 2: And it wasn't just normal names, it was always they
- 4:57Speaker 2: were always weird names.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Yeah, like Lucretia, which is an interesting name, or Brandy
- 5:04Speaker 1: Brandy though is literally the female versions of his name
- 5:08Speaker 1: or named Brandy. I don't know how weird a name
- 5:13Speaker 1: you're dating someone's name brand.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Do you know why I was suspicious about Brandon is
- 5:17Speaker 2: because he was getting text messages from women, not just
- 5:20Speaker 2: any women, women with weird names like Monica or Jennifer,
- 5:26Speaker 2: Lisa Brandy.
- 5:28Speaker 3: So I don't know.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I don't know. I think she got a little off
- 5:31Speaker 1: track there. Yeah, she tries to bring it.
- 5:34Speaker 2: So I broke up with him in twenty twelve and
- 5:36Speaker 2: matthis is like, let me hear from you, sir. Brandon
- 5:39Speaker 2: is great. He is funny, he always has something to say.
- 5:43Speaker 2: He's very animated, and he's like, basically sir, to be
- 5:46Speaker 2: quite frank. I kind of feel like she took the
- 5:48Speaker 2: relationship more seriously than I. Oh yeah, she thought this
- 5:52Speaker 2: was like a Beyonce jay Z level ten. To me,
- 5:55Speaker 2: we were more like a six and a half seven,
- 5:58Speaker 2: like a Rihanna Leonardo dicap Rio situation, which I did
- 6:01Speaker 2: not know they dated.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Did you know they dated? Did you know they dated
- 6:06Speaker 1: Rihanna and Leonardo DiCaprio. I did not know that was
- 6:11Speaker 1: a thing.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Maybe that's what he said. Yeah, no, she is probably
- 6:17Speaker 2: too old for me at the time.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Maybe not. Maybe this was years agay, years ago, so
- 6:24Speaker 1: I didn't know that Beyonce and jay Z were at
- 6:26Speaker 1: ten though. I feel like I've heard some scuttle butt
- 6:29Speaker 1: over the years. Sixteen seventeen, winted Lemonade come out okay,
- 6:33Speaker 1: because like that was when it was like, all right,
- 6:35Speaker 1: everything's not great. Wasn't there a rumor there for a
- 6:37Speaker 1: while that he like cheated on her with her sister
- 6:40Speaker 1: or something crazy that he did, Like, I think it's
- 6:44Speaker 1: fact he cheated on her, right, sure? Right? So she
- 6:52Speaker 1: thought that he thought that they were just flirty friends,
- 6:55Speaker 1: but he said six and a half seven. If you're
- 6:56Speaker 1: in a relations and someone asked you to rank the
- 6:59Speaker 1: seriousness of that relationship as a six and a half
- 7:02Speaker 1: or seven out of ten, I would assume ten of
- 7:05Speaker 1: ten is as we're gonna get married, and then one
- 7:07Speaker 1: or two is like flirty friends. I would assume six
- 7:10Speaker 1: and a half seven is is like at least like
- 7:13Speaker 1: we're not we're.
- 7:14Speaker 3: Not seeing anyone else?
- 7:15Speaker 1: Right?
- 7:15Speaker 3: Am I crazy?
- 7:16Speaker 1: Here? I said six and a half seven, Like Rihanna DiCaprio.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Ok so he's mixing his stuff as well. I don't know.
- 7:23Speaker 1: She thought they were Beyonce jay Z level ten as
- 7:26Speaker 1: you do crazy.
- 7:28Speaker 2: And he was like, yeah, we we were like maybe
- 7:30Speaker 2: together six months and that was it, and Mariah is like,
- 7:32Speaker 2: more like a year, and sure.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Enough, it was like eleven months and fifteen days.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Okay, meet in the middle. Brad was like, look, we
- 7:37Speaker 1: dated and then we fell out and Maths is like
- 7:39Speaker 1: why and He's like, I just didn't have enough time
- 7:42Speaker 1: for her.
- 7:43Speaker 2: And Matt's like, well, what were you doing? He said, Well,
- 7:44Speaker 2: after we broke up, I went back to college. I
- 7:47Speaker 2: got my associates in criminal justice, and Maths is very
- 7:49Speaker 2: impressed by this.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Cool, but what were you doing during the relationship.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Mariah also went back to college as well. Wow, So
- 7:58Speaker 2: I was like, look at y'all. Y'all are good for
- 7:59Speaker 2: each other. You're on your business.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Uh.
- 8:02Speaker 2: Now, he's honest. He says he wasn't ready then, but
- 8:03Speaker 2: he's ready now. And at this point, Brandon says, your honor,
- 8:06Speaker 2: those are your words, not mine. I don't want to
- 8:08Speaker 2: take say that I'm ready now. I don't want to
- 8:10Speaker 2: do it. Uh, but we became close to his friends.
- 8:13Speaker 2: And so then matthis is like, when did you loan
- 8:15Speaker 2: him money? And she says I loaned him money in
- 8:18Speaker 2: twenty sixteen, and Mathis goes, wow, y'all are still friends
- 8:21Speaker 2: four years after you broke up?
- 8:22Speaker 3: And she says with some benefits.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Okay, so clearly they had remained friends with benefits and
- 8:30Speaker 1: occasional ben and and and then she says you're on
- 8:33Speaker 1: her before he makes it sound like I'm up in
- 8:36Speaker 1: my feelings and he didn't care. He has my name
- 8:41Speaker 1: tattooed on his body, and Mathis is like, excuse me,
- 8:47Speaker 1: and Brandon's.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Like, yeah, it's a tattoo, but you know, and.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Maths is like why, and Mariah's like, because I broke
- 8:53Speaker 2: up with him and he wanted me back his name.
- 8:58Speaker 3: And Maths is like, brand is like, no, that's not it.
- 9:01Speaker 2: She sent a crazy text and I kind of wanted
- 9:04Speaker 2: the tattoo, but I did it to make her happy.
- 9:06Speaker 3: I just said I might as well, so.
- 9:09Speaker 1: On your body situation, that's to see the tattoo and
- 9:12Speaker 1: it is his entire forearm and it says Mariah Forever,
- 9:18Speaker 1: and it's his entire forum, the whole thing, and Matthews
- 9:22Speaker 1: is like that says forever and he says Brandon says
- 9:25Speaker 1: forever is somebody else. It just looks bad, which did
- 9:29Speaker 1: remind me.
- 9:30Speaker 2: I was getting one of my two tattoos done years
- 9:32Speaker 2: ago on my back.
- 9:34Speaker 1: And a dude came in and he had a name
- 9:36Speaker 1: on his neck and he was like, I need it.
- 9:38Speaker 3: I need this.
- 9:39Speaker 1: It was like Brittany was on his neck, something like
- 9:42Speaker 1: Brittany or Lacrete or Brandy, you get it. And I
- 9:45Speaker 1: needed I need another I need this to be gone.
- 9:48Speaker 2: They're like, it's a tattoo, you can't it can't be gone.
- 9:50Speaker 2: He was like, well, I need another name on top
- 9:53Speaker 2: of it, and they're like, can't do that.
- 9:55Speaker 1: We can make it like tribal to look like.
- 9:57Speaker 2: It's just like a thing, like like you know, some
- 10:00Speaker 2: wing things up here, and he's like, do that. And
- 10:02Speaker 2: then also and he put a different woman's name here.
- 10:05Speaker 2: He was late for a date.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Oh.
- 10:08Speaker 2: He literally was like, I can't can't go on a
- 10:10Speaker 2: date with this woman's name here, So make it tribal and.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Then maybe don't get the other.
- 10:16Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
- 10:17Speaker 1: That's what you can cover up. Absolutely get it. But
- 10:19Speaker 1: I don't know, do you remember the case we did
- 10:22Speaker 1: with I Love Grandma porn? Oh boy, do I love
- 10:25Speaker 1: granny porn? Yeah, of course I do. First, first porn, No,
- 10:31Speaker 1: I love granny. That's a good one.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Last, Mariah's like all right.
- 10:39Speaker 2: So on May first of twenty sixteen or seventeen, he
- 10:42Speaker 2: asked for four hundred dollars. Excuse me, he didn't tell
- 10:46Speaker 2: me what it was for. I've loaned money to him before,
- 10:48Speaker 2: and he's all he's asked for. He's every time he's
- 10:51Speaker 2: a's for loane, he's paid me back.
- 10:52Speaker 3: So he said he'd pay me five.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Hundred and two days if I loaned him four hundred. Try.
- 10:59Speaker 1: I'm trying to get car. So this was great. He
- 11:01Speaker 1: said he was gonna I'd loan him this money and
- 11:03Speaker 1: then he paid me back with interest. This is awesome.
- 11:05Speaker 1: I never received any money.
- 11:06Speaker 3: I texted him.
- 11:07Speaker 2: He would keep telling me had it or he's coming over.
- 11:10Speaker 2: He never did the last time I asked him. He
- 11:12Speaker 2: kept giving me stories about how he was coming over.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Never happened. Mathis goes to him, you, sir, he says,
- 11:19Speaker 2: First of all, she didn't get me four hundred dollars.
- 11:23Speaker 3: It wasn't like that.
- 11:23Speaker 2: We were having a conversation, and she needed a car.
- 11:28Speaker 2: She wants a car, and she knows that I gamble
- 11:31Speaker 2: on the streets and at the casino. That's what he says,
- 11:33Speaker 2: gamble on the streets and at the casino. And she
- 11:35Speaker 2: knows I'm good at it too, the streets, on the streets,
- 11:38Speaker 2: love that in the casino, she knows I'm good at it.
- 11:41Speaker 2: I win more than I lose. And she knew that.
- 11:44Speaker 2: And she needed a new car. And I said, hey,
- 11:46Speaker 2: if you give me two hundred dollars, i'll make it
- 11:49Speaker 2: for I could make it four hundred, possibly even five hundred, okay,
- 11:53Speaker 2: And so she gave me two hundred dollars to go
- 11:56Speaker 2: and gamble. And she did that and trust that I
- 11:58Speaker 2: would get her money back. And Maths was like, how
- 12:02Speaker 2: how'd you do? He said, you're honor, I'm not gonna lie.
- 12:04Speaker 2: I had good intentions, but Lady Luck said no. Lady
- 12:07Speaker 2: Luck said no, I had good intentions.
- 12:09Speaker 1: I lost all the money, and so I lost all
- 12:11Speaker 1: money and I was embarrassed by that, and I.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Didn't want to tell her, and so yeah, I made excuses.
- 12:19Speaker 2: I lied to her about coming over with the money
- 12:22Speaker 2: because I was so embarrassed to tell her that I
- 12:25Speaker 2: lost her money from gambling it. Mariah's like, no, that's
- 12:28Speaker 2: not what happened. Mathis is like, you lied to her
- 12:30Speaker 2: about why you.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Didn't have the money.
- 12:31Speaker 2: He said, yeah. Mathis is ready to rule. We have
- 12:34Speaker 2: no paper trail at all. He says she learned the
- 12:38Speaker 2: money for gave him the money to gamble. She says
- 12:41Speaker 2: he took four hundred dollars and said she he'd pay
- 12:45Speaker 2: her back and didn't.
- 12:46Speaker 1: So we just have two totally different stories here, which
- 12:50Speaker 1: is pretty crazy, pretty crazy. So I would say, without
- 12:52Speaker 1: any documentation, we have to throw this case out. I
- 12:56Speaker 1: would say at the most she should get two hundred
- 12:59Speaker 1: dollars because he does admit that he took that that
- 13:02Speaker 1: he said that he would get her double maybe even
- 13:06Speaker 1: five hundred, and he lost it and then just lied
- 13:09Speaker 1: about it. So I'll give her two hundred dollars just
- 13:13Speaker 1: for the murkiness of it.
- 13:15Speaker 2: So matthis says you lied to her about her money,
- 13:18Speaker 2: then I think you're lying. Now judgment for the plaintiff
- 13:23Speaker 2: four hundred what now? That is his exact reaction.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Brandon is like, what I didn't I didn't even know
- 13:30Speaker 1: your honor, and and Mariah is smiling. She is over
- 13:34Speaker 1: there like mouth closed, smiling, like she got away with one,
- 13:38Speaker 1: like you exitimately got away with You can't do that.
- 13:42Speaker 1: And justice is not a fund.
- 13:44Speaker 3: I'm apparently it is in Matthes's court.
- 13:47Speaker 2: I'm not saying brain is a stand up god, but
- 13:49Speaker 2: I get the feeling that he was maybe telling the
- 13:51Speaker 2: truth here and we.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Had no like nothing, and she still got the money.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Unbelievable.
- 13:57Speaker 1: The burden of proof is on her to prove that
- 14:02Speaker 1: she gave him the money, which would be easy to do, correct,
- 14:05Speaker 1: easy to do easy, It's ridiculous, ridiculous. Let's set her
- 14:09Speaker 1: to judge Jerry's court. We got myo Mimo, myo Mimo
- 14:15Speaker 1: is suing Happy Harry for one hundred and fifty dollars.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Myo Mimo, my own mimo.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Yeah, myo Mimo comes in in full mime uh mime
- 14:28Speaker 1: face and brings an interpreter with him because he's a mime.
- 14:35Speaker 1: He doesn't he's not asl No, they're interpreting.
- 14:38Speaker 3: The mime that he's doing.
- 14:39Speaker 1: She's going to talk for him. Mamo's not going to talk.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Mimo will not talk.
- 14:42Speaker 1: You will not speak. He's a mine. Read a book, Okay,
- 14:46Speaker 1: Happy Harry is a clown. Yeah, he comes in in
- 14:50Speaker 1: full clown outfits on a unicycle. No, all right, one
- 14:56Speaker 1: hundred and fifty dollars is what hundred fIF So the
- 15:02Speaker 1: client calls mime Mimo over here and uh tell us
- 15:11Speaker 1: off the mime work over and told Mimo, hey, I
- 15:15Speaker 1: want two mimes. Okay, So he knows exactly who to call.
- 15:20Speaker 1: I'm gonna call my friend Harry. I'm sorry, Happy Happy Harry.
- 15:25Speaker 1: So his name is Harry. I'm gonna call my friend
- 15:27Speaker 1: Happy because we've done some work in the past. I
- 15:29Speaker 1: know he's primarily a clown. Just and just by the way,
- 15:33Speaker 1: this is Jerry's doing a lot of the work here.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Mimo's doing some of this and that, and the interpreters
- 15:41Speaker 1: giving some but he has the information in front of
- 15:44Speaker 1: him and so he's trying to help. But the mind
- 15:47Speaker 1: putting on a show and we're all better for it.
- 15:50Speaker 1: So they'd worked together in the past. He's primarily a clown,
- 15:54Speaker 1: but he can do some mime stuff, all that good stuff.
- 15:56Speaker 1: They discussed the show and how the the client wants
- 16:02Speaker 1: a fun variety whatever that means, so.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Happy variety of mimes or a fun variety of part.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Of party activities. So Happy decides that he's going to
- 16:13Speaker 1: bring his unicycle.
- 16:14Speaker 3: Okay.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Now Happy explains that he is primarily a white faced clown. Uh,
- 16:20Speaker 1: he's a professional. He went to clown college. To clown college.
- 16:24Speaker 1: He knows his stuff. So Jerry says that he went
- 16:28Speaker 1: to college and he wanted to become a mime and
- 16:31Speaker 1: he told his professor, and his professor says he's not
- 16:34Speaker 1: cut out for the job. And Jerry says, is it
- 16:36Speaker 1: something that I said? And the professor says yes. The
- 16:39Speaker 1: crowd loves this joke because Jerry says, was talking.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Love this something I said.
- 16:46Speaker 1: That's something I said, Yes, that's good.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Stuff is a terrible thing to waste. Yeah, I've heard
- 16:53Speaker 2: so many times.
- 16:56Speaker 1: So we see text messages basically going back and forth
- 17:00Speaker 1: between Mimo. I think that would be the mime's primary
- 17:03Speaker 1: form of communication and Happy, and he says, hey, I
- 17:10Speaker 1: need another mime. Are you in? Harry says yes, no problem.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Mimo says we need to do a variety of things.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Harry replies back and says, okay, I will come in
- 17:24Speaker 1: white face and bring my unicycle.
- 17:28Speaker 2: A couple of questions go ahead, And first of all,
- 17:30Speaker 2: if they need to do a bunch of different things.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Then why doesn't he want Harry to just come as
- 17:33Speaker 1: a clown because the client wanted two mimes. Okay, second
- 17:37Speaker 1: of all, aren't mimes?
- 17:39Speaker 3: Also they are?
- 17:41Speaker 1: But what the difference here is? Harry explains this, I
- 17:47Speaker 1: only use props in my unicycle. That's when I'm whiteface clown.
- 17:53Speaker 1: You do not use props as a mime. Okay, you
- 17:59Speaker 1: don't do it. Okay, it's all like a mime rule.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Or is this just everything's imaginary? You're inside of a fake,
- 18:08Speaker 1: fake glass, all that good stuff. So when Harry hears, hey,
- 18:13Speaker 1: they want us to do things, he comes back with,
- 18:18Speaker 1: I'll bring my uh unicycle and white face mymo thinks
- 18:24Speaker 1: that he's still talking about white face mime and that
- 18:27Speaker 1: he's gonna do mime stuff. He does not. He come
- 18:30Speaker 1: as white face clown.
- 18:32Speaker 3: He showed up as Harry.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Harry, Happy, Harry. That's exactly right. Harry is adamant. You
- 18:40Speaker 1: do not use props when you are a mind. Luckily
- 18:44Speaker 1: for us, Harry is is in full clown costume. He
- 18:48Speaker 1: does do some tricks and we're all better for it.
- 18:51Speaker 1: He bounces a plate, he juggles, saves, the day mine.
- 18:54Speaker 1: I'm saying, here in the courtroom, oh okay, here in
- 18:57Speaker 1: the courtroom, he's doing oh we did to get a
- 18:59Speaker 1: full shit.
- 19:00Speaker 3: He's doing stuffs great.
- 19:02Speaker 1: The mime is also like throwing fake stuff at him,
- 19:04Speaker 1: and he's like, well, you're not gonna mess me up.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Like this is a little bit. They're doing a little
- 19:08Speaker 1: little bit of a bit here, a little bit of
- 19:09Speaker 1: a bit here. So Harry does the tricks and all
- 19:13Speaker 1: that good stuff. Now at the party, the client comes
- 19:18Speaker 1: up to Mimo and says, hey, Mimo, I asked for
- 19:21Speaker 1: two mimes. What I got was a mime and a client.
- 19:26Speaker 1: And the Mimo is like, I understand your concern. I'll
- 19:30Speaker 1: knock one hundred and fifty dollars off. Okay. So it
- 19:35Speaker 1: is at this point that when Harry asked Mimo to
- 19:38Speaker 1: get for his money to get paid, is half of it? Uh?
- 19:42Speaker 1: He's like, no, you're not taking one hundred and fifty
- 19:44Speaker 1: dollars from me. No. I showed up and I did
- 19:48Speaker 1: my thing, and mimas like you, no, you didn't come
- 19:50Speaker 1: as a clown. That was the whole deal. I'm sorry
- 19:53Speaker 1: you didn't come as a mom. You came as a clown.
- 19:55Speaker 1: That wasn't what we agreed upon. I I I'm not
- 19:59Speaker 1: going to let you take make one hundred and fifty
- 20:00Speaker 1: dollars from me. Ultimately that's what ends up happening. But
- 20:04Speaker 1: now he's saying, you only one hundred and fifty dollars.
- 20:07Speaker 1: It wasn't my fault. This is what the Mima was saying.
- 20:09Speaker 1: It wasn't my fault that you came as a clown,
- 20:11Speaker 1: that you didn't understand the assignment, and uh, Jerry is
- 20:16Speaker 1: ready to rule. You get to see like how specific
- 20:19Speaker 1: these texts are about.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Like we see the text.
- 20:21Speaker 1: The text, The text is we need two mimes. He's
- 20:24Speaker 1: got got it, no problem. The they want us to
- 20:28Speaker 1: to bring what was what's the term that they use.
- 20:32Speaker 1: It's not props other things. They want us to do
- 20:35Speaker 1: a fun for a fun variety of stuffy and so
- 20:39Speaker 1: Harry takes that and responds to, oh, okay, I'll bring
- 20:44Speaker 1: my unicycle in white face. Okay. Then he assumed that
- 20:50Speaker 1: Mimo understood white faces being white face to cloud. No,
- 20:53Speaker 1: because you only do you only do unicycle, he says,
- 20:58Speaker 1: Mimo knows I only do unic cycle as white facebo.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Mimo's kind of like, yeah, of course, he is, we
- 21:06Speaker 1: gotta sign it for those of you.
- 21:07Speaker 3: I got a sign with mimo is here.
- 21:09Speaker 2: We got to mimo Is should should not have been
- 21:12Speaker 2: out one hundred and fifty dollars.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Jerry disagrees. Jerry says, how does he disagree my Mimo
- 21:19Speaker 1: when the when the client was upset here at the party,
- 21:24Speaker 1: you should have at least invited Harry into this conversation.
- 21:28Speaker 1: You made a unilateral decision for the booking. I understand,
- 21:33Speaker 1: but he's saying, Harry showed up. He did the thing
- 21:35Speaker 1: that he thought he was supposed to do, and he
- 21:37Speaker 1: did it well. So because you made a decision, that's
- 21:42Speaker 1: a decision. I'm going to take one hundred and fifty
- 21:44Speaker 1: dollars hits.
- 21:45Speaker 3: It was a hit.
- 21:46Speaker 1: It was a hit. It was a hit, and uh
- 21:49Speaker 1: so you're out the hundre.
- 21:51Speaker 3: Jerry's usually wrong, but he's very wrong.
- 21:52Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 21:53Speaker 3: I can kind of see it both ways.
- 21:54Speaker 1: I do think you need to be very clear obviously
- 21:57Speaker 1: in text messages and what the what the whole thing
- 21:59Speaker 1: is he saying at the beginning of the text they
- 22:01Speaker 1: want to mimes scene. It's pretty clear, pretty straight. So
- 22:05Speaker 1: for Harry to come back and see a variety show
- 22:09Speaker 1: and so and say, oh that Trump's I don't know,
- 22:12Speaker 1: I kind of get it. I'm just saying I kind
- 22:14Speaker 1: of get I don't get it at all. My myme
- 22:17Speaker 1: clown culture is very different. You can do both, but
- 22:21Speaker 1: you never do props as a mime.
- 22:24Speaker 3: You never do it. You can there's a mime has
- 22:26Speaker 3: never been on a unicycle before.
- 22:28Speaker 1: You shouldn't get out of here. I'm saying it's very
- 22:30Speaker 1: it's very important. Uh, well, there you go, everybody. We
- 22:35Speaker 1: did it. We we handled the serious stuff here today
- 22:38Speaker 1: as you can see, and we were back next time
- 22:42Speaker 1: with another one. Until then, all rise yo.
