- 0:00Speaker 1: I am Sherry mackew. It's time for us to go
- 0:02Speaker 1: to God in prayer. I've heard so many people expressing
- 0:07Speaker 1: their frustration and even their anxiousness or their fear about
- 0:11Speaker 1: this November first deadline, when the snap benefits could end,
- 0:15Speaker 1: And I just want to remind you that God is
- 0:19Speaker 1: our true source and he is our sustainer, Heavenly Father.
- 0:24Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you
- 0:26Speaker 1: today with humble hearts, standing in the midst of uncertainty,
- 0:30Speaker 1: where headlines speak of aid running out, jobs being lost,
- 0:33Speaker 1: and resources running dry. But even as the world shakes
- 0:37Speaker 1: around us, God, we stand on the truth that you
- 0:40Speaker 1: are still our source. Lord. You are Jehovah, Jirah. You
- 0:45Speaker 1: are our provider. You are the same God who rained
- 0:47Speaker 1: manna in the wilderness, who send water from a rock,
- 0:50Speaker 1: who fed Elijah with ravens and multiplied a little boy's
- 0:54Speaker 1: lunch chaffee thousands. You have never failed to provide for
- 0:58Speaker 1: your people, and you ain't gonna start now. Father, In
- 1:00Speaker 1: moments when our paychecks strength, when the government aid stops,
- 1:05Speaker 1: when the bills seem bigger than our income, teach us
- 1:08Speaker 1: God to lift our eyes higher to you remind us
- 1:11Speaker 1: that our health doesn't come from Washington, d C. It
- 1:14Speaker 1: doesn't come from a job title, it doesn't come from
- 1:17Speaker 1: a paycheck. It comes from you. God. You are our source,
- 1:22Speaker 1: and everything else is just a resource that you choose
- 1:26Speaker 1: to use. Lord's strength and our faith. When fear tries
- 1:29Speaker 1: to take hold, when worry whispers, what will we do now,
- 1:33Speaker 1: help us to answer back with your word. My God
- 1:35Speaker 1: shall supply all of our needs according to His riches
- 1:38Speaker 1: and glory by Christ Jesus. When doubt rises, teach us
- 1:42Speaker 1: to remember every time you came through before, every door
- 1:45Speaker 1: you've already opened, every need you've already met, every blessing
- 1:50Speaker 1: you've already multiplied. Lord, we pray for those who are
- 1:53Speaker 1: facing layouts and financial loss. Father, let them feel your
- 1:56Speaker 1: peace in the middle of panic. Remind them that you
- 1:59Speaker 1: owe in doormans that no men can shut. Provide creative opportunities,
- 2:03Speaker 1: unexpected favor, and divine connections. Let testimonies arise in this season,
- 2:08Speaker 1: stories of provision that only came from you. For those
- 2:12Speaker 1: depending on government aid, Lord, we ask for mercy and
- 2:15Speaker 1: provision during this pause. Show yourself mighty on their behalf.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Remind your children that you are not limited by systems
- 2:22Speaker 1: or timelines. You are the God who provides streams in
- 2:25Speaker 1: the deserts and light in the darkness. Come on, Jesus
- 2:28Speaker 1: and Father, forgive us mother times we placed our trust
- 2:31Speaker 1: and what we see instead of who you are. Shift
- 2:34Speaker 1: our focus, God, from the temporary to the eternal. Teach
- 2:37Speaker 1: us to seek first the Kingdom of God and your righteousness,
- 2:41Speaker 1: knowing that everything else will be added to us. Lord,
- 2:44Speaker 1: give us the wisdom to be good stewards of what
- 2:47Speaker 1: You've already provided for us. Teach us contentment in every
- 2:51Speaker 1: season of our lives, whether in plenty or in need. God,
- 2:54Speaker 1: let gratitude rise from our hearts instead of grumbling. Let
- 2:58Speaker 1: faith replace fear. Yes, God, we thank you God that
- 3:01Speaker 1: you are not moved by the economy. You own a
- 3:04Speaker 1: catal of one thousand hills. You hold the wealth of
- 3:07Speaker 1: nations in your hand. You are able to bless us
- 3:09Speaker 1: in famine, to sustain us in drops, and to prosper
- 3:12Speaker 1: us when others say there is no way. So today
- 3:16Speaker 1: we rest in your promises. You are faithful, You are
- 3:20Speaker 1: our provider, You are our source. God. We declare our
- 3:23Speaker 1: hope is not in systems. It's in the Savior. Our
- 3:26Speaker 1: trust is not in the dollar, it's in the Deliverer.
- 3:29Speaker 1: Our confidence is not in the economy, it's in the
- 3:31Speaker 1: eternal God, who never fails. We give your glory now, Father,
- 3:36Speaker 1: because we know that before we even ask, you already
- 3:39Speaker 1: made provision. And we will keep praising you, not for
- 3:43Speaker 1: what you give us, not for what's in your hand,
- 3:45Speaker 1: but for who you are in our hearts. In Jesus' name,
- 3:49Speaker 1: we pray, Amen, Amen, Amen,
