- 2:15Speaker 4: Yeah, and all thanks to MCA Transportation. They provide our

- 2:21Speaker 4: Johnny's other side.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Right back here to the radio.
- 2:24Speaker 5: That's right.
- 2:24Speaker 6: Most beautiful thing though, is when you're at Corona high
- 2:28Speaker 6: up in those great shares outside asleep in front of
- 2:31Speaker 6: the public.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Perfect time of year. It's March eighth is the date,

- 2:50Speaker 2: you know, if we have a group like gym members
- 2:53Speaker 2: on Facebook, where that's where I post a link, I'm like,
- 2:55Speaker 2: here you go, that's right. I hope you gotta do Russ.
- 2:58Speaker 2: You're excited.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Yeah, dude, A bourbon and buses, that's right. Actually, and
- 3:03Speaker 3: we're not driving.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Yeah, and we're not driving. Yeah. Oh I wouldn't mind
- 3:06Speaker 2: driving a bus. Yeah, yeah, I'd drive a bus and
- 3:10Speaker 2: maybe they'd let us. They are not gonna let us
- 3:13Speaker 2: after your.
- 3:13Speaker 7: Third sip of bourbon. I bet you they would. They'll
- 3:15Speaker 7: throw you the cases they have at it.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Brashaw, I agree. I always liking riding, like driving a
- 3:20Speaker 2: bus to like the early Disney rides, because you thought
- 3:24Speaker 2: you're gonna run into the wall and then it just
- 3:26Speaker 2: all of a sudden turns and goes exactly where it's
- 3:28Speaker 2: posed to. Every time, if you ride in the front
- 3:30Speaker 2: seat of a bus, it looks like they're gonna hit everything,
- 3:33Speaker 2: and then at the last minute just swinging.
- 3:34Speaker 3: It changes everything you think about reality. And whenever you're
- 3:38Speaker 3: in the front of a bus and you see them
- 3:39Speaker 3: take it like a wide right, you're like, we're gonna
- 3:42Speaker 3: die if the training who worked out like a mini
- 3:47Speaker 3: speed movie.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Every time you turn.
- 3:49Speaker 7: I feel like that with a semi truck.
- 3:51Speaker 6: I always feel like jumping out and clapping or holding
- 3:53Speaker 6: up a ten car.
- 3:54Speaker 7: It's like thank you for not hitting my car and
- 3:56Speaker 7: that was sweet.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Oh yeah, man, those things are crazy you see. And
- 3:59Speaker 2: you see those things slipping in, sliding around up in
- 4:00Speaker 2: the northeast now because of that storm. It's crazy. I
- 4:02Speaker 2: could not imagine driving one of those big smitches.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Yeah, because every time you take a right, you have
- 4:06Speaker 3: to start taking a left, right right, don't you have
- 4:09Speaker 3: to like.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Start Also, you're going through ten gears before you go
- 4:12Speaker 2: thirteen miles an hour, it's like, and you're barely moving.
- 4:17Speaker 3: I do like the sound of a bus though, whenever
- 4:19Speaker 3: you hear those oh yeah, that sound right there is
- 4:25Speaker 3: how baby cars are mad.
- 4:28Speaker 6: You know what that usually signified, uh, school trip? Feel
- 4:33Speaker 6: when you heard that sound that you were getting on
- 4:35Speaker 6: a bus that was far superior on the school bus.
- 4:38Speaker 3: And don't sleep on I mean, Transformers really popularized it,
- 4:42Speaker 3: but the I thought that was just robot talk when
- 4:46Speaker 3: I saw Transformers and then I saw a bus. Make
- 4:49Speaker 3: that noise? You yeah, that noise in the wild goose bumps.
- 4:54Speaker 2: One of the scar one of the scariest noises in
- 4:59Speaker 2: the wild in traffic is when I guess the tractor
- 5:02Speaker 2: trailers have the downship real quick. Oh yeah, you'll be
- 5:06Speaker 2: driving along and this thing that realizes it's going too
- 5:09Speaker 2: fast and then they downships Like that's what it says.
- 5:15Speaker 6: When I hear that sound coming up to a light,
- 5:17Speaker 6: I might just please don't be behind it, Please don't
- 5:19Speaker 6: be behind me.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Oh my god. The first thing I do is look
- 5:21Speaker 2: at my rear view to make sure I'm not getting.
- 5:22Speaker 7: Pancakes exactly exactly.
- 5:24Speaker 4: I have to keep a love of what we talk about,
- 5:26Speaker 4: just for reference points. And it's just weird that sounds
- 5:30Speaker 4: a bus makes is our.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Top roll with it. It's all about execution and we're
- 5:37Speaker 3: killing it right now.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Oh by the way, we're already twenty five percent sold up.
- 5:40Speaker 2: All right, really seriously, well, Real Radio dot FM slash
- 5:44Speaker 2: Bourbon Grab your Ticket's only one hundred dollars and you're
- 5:46Speaker 2: getting lunch, and you're getting three stops and each stop
- 5:49Speaker 2: is going to have a bourbon tasting and we can't wait.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Plus again, you definitely want to be on the bus
- 5:54Speaker 2: because I'm bringing some personal stash stuff to this bus
- 5:56Speaker 2: for giveaways. Yeah, and it is going to be a
- 5:59Speaker 2: banger of it for everybody involved.
- 6:01Speaker 3: Like his underwear, oh yeah, quailudes from computer right, prescription
- 6:06Speaker 3: pills from maybe four out of date sour cream.
- 6:10Speaker 2: I swear this stuff will bang you. Oh yeah yeah.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Hot dogs and hamburgers from the from the playoff game
- 6:15Speaker 2: a couple of weeks ago. Oh, it's gonna be badass.
- 6:18Speaker 6: Maybe bring that tupperware chicken Tika Massa in your truck.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Just let that under the seat for a while. That's
- 6:24Speaker 2: gonna be a good one.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Sometimes you just did conduct experiments in your car every
- 6:28Speaker 3: now and then, maybe you.
- 6:30Speaker 7: Inspired them ross.
- 6:31Speaker 2: You don't even want to see the inside of that thing.
- 6:32Speaker 2: The inside of my truck is the representation of not
- 6:35Speaker 2: having a tailgate on a truck. That's what it is.
- 6:38Speaker 2: If you ever looked at somebody AND's like they don't
- 6:40Speaker 2: have a tailgate on their truck, I bet the ends
- 6:41Speaker 2: of that thing is a mess. You're correct, it is
- 6:43Speaker 2: a complete mess.
- 6:45Speaker 6: Have you heard of the new state law? I want
- 6:48Speaker 6: to say it's Georgia or North Carolina. I just heard
- 6:51Speaker 6: about this the other day where you can be fined
- 6:53Speaker 6: up to like five hundred dollars and even be taken
- 6:55Speaker 6: to jail for garbage in your own vehicle.
- 7:00Speaker 8: Here.
- 7:00Speaker 6: Yes, that's true. I will look it up while you
- 7:02Speaker 6: discuss amongst yourself. Can you imagine.
- 7:05Speaker 4: Yeah, cool, quiet that that big gulp cup that gets
- 7:07Speaker 4: under your your accelerator.
- 7:11Speaker 2: It's not under there, it's your seating that's been there
- 7:14Speaker 2: for about a month.
- 7:15Speaker 3: Oh man, listen, I've turned a big corner in my life.
- 7:18Speaker 3: I used to be a dirty car guy.
- 7:21Speaker 2: I used to We went viral out of that.
- 7:23Speaker 3: I used to you know, have a lot of apathy
- 7:26Speaker 3: about my car having a bunch of sexually transmitted diseases.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 7:31Speaker 6: It turns out that it is true keeping excessive garbage
- 7:34Speaker 6: inside your car or throwing it.
- 7:36Speaker 7: Out of a vehicle.
- 7:37Speaker 6: Obviously, we know that's lit, right, but keeping garbage inside
- 7:40Speaker 6: of your car can lead to significant fines in legal
- 7:42Speaker 6: consequences specific regulations. That's such as in Hilton Head, South Carolina,
- 7:47Speaker 6: as a February twenty twenty six, can result in five
- 7:51Speaker 6: hundred dollars fines or even jail time for hoarding trash
- 7:55Speaker 6: that attracts.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Pests, anything about missing a tailgate, anything that says anything
- 7:59Speaker 3: about like, you can't make your truck look like it's
- 8:01Speaker 3: missing teeth.
- 8:03Speaker 2: That's exactly what.
- 8:04Speaker 3: You can't have a truck mulley.
- 8:05Speaker 2: My god, almighty man, I'm so embarrassed. By it, but
- 8:08Speaker 2: I don't care enough to do anything about it. Where
- 8:10Speaker 2: is it?
- 8:10Speaker 3: You don't even know where it is. It is leaning
- 8:12Speaker 3: up against the wall in my garage, and then you
- 8:15Speaker 3: just don't like it.
- 8:16Speaker 2: It's got a dent in it, and it doesn't like
- 8:18Speaker 2: it bent some stuff. So I gotta I gotta get
- 8:20Speaker 2: a new I gotta get two new parts. Huh, it
- 8:22Speaker 2: won't close or open? No no, no, yeah, no, no no.
- 8:24Speaker 6: That you said you haven't tried the boiling water trick.
- 8:28Speaker 2: It's a it's metal and it's a it's a it's
- 8:31Speaker 2: all been up. But I don't think I think it
- 8:32Speaker 2: works on plastic. I think the hot water is for plastics.
- 8:35Speaker 6: That's for plastic. That's a pretty viral happening. Watch people
- 8:38Speaker 6: using a toilet plunger on a boiling water.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Yeah, this one's illumin and it crushed up like a can.
- 8:43Speaker 2: I thousand bucks.
- 8:44Speaker 3: I've seen that footage of hot hot water fits in
- 8:47Speaker 3: cars that I just think, like, maybe we should get
- 8:49Speaker 3: better cars. Car wash takes the dents out exactly.
- 8:56Speaker 2: The fucking fixed my car with a coffee steamer. Hey, look,
- 9:01Speaker 2: I wanted to thank you man, you know for people
- 9:03Speaker 2: who uh I mean, nobody would know this, but Christmas
- 9:06Speaker 2: rolled by. Was it about a month and a half ago? Yeah,
- 9:08Speaker 2: it was a while a little bit ago. And ago
- 9:11Speaker 2: we all made sure that we got Ross his gifts
- 9:13Speaker 2: on time. Yeah, but Ross took his sweet ass time
- 9:17Speaker 2: to get us our gifts, and today he delivered. And
- 9:19Speaker 2: I have to tell you that's one of the more
- 9:21Speaker 2: unique Christmas gifts I've gotten. Yeah, if you were here yesterday,
- 9:25Speaker 2: we talked about this yesterday, right a.
- 9:27Speaker 7: Tuesday, I think it was Tuesday, Yeah, Tuesday.
- 9:29Speaker 2: If you heard the show, Ross talked about these desserts
- 9:31Speaker 2: that he found. And the unique thing of the dessert
- 9:34Speaker 2: at this bakery is the dessert looks like what it is.
- 9:37Speaker 2: It's not illogical, is that what it is? Well, I
- 9:39Speaker 2: mean that's more that's interesting.
- 9:41Speaker 3: That's an English grad English major term. But yeah, what
- 9:45Speaker 3: you see is what it's flavored.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Now, so you you open up the box and it
- 9:49Speaker 2: looks like a mango.
- 9:51Speaker 7: Or in my case, a pistachio or in.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Jackall, I got a red blob a raspberry and I'm
- 9:58Speaker 2: telling you, it looks crazy like a mango when I
- 10:01Speaker 2: opened I've just made mango sticky rice from my family.
- 10:03Speaker 2: The other day, and I have a mango, a champagne
- 10:05Speaker 2: mango in my uh fancy and my fruit bowl right now.
- 10:09Speaker 2: It looks just like the damn thing. So I got
- 10:11Speaker 2: a rock.
- 10:12Speaker 3: It's one of It's one of the trendier desserts out
- 10:15Speaker 3: there on the internet where you have a raspberry cake
- 10:18Speaker 3: that looks just like an enlarged massive raspberry or you
- 10:22Speaker 3: know as a mango or a pistachio. And the one
- 10:25Speaker 3: thing that I can't get over. They taste way better
- 10:28Speaker 3: than they look.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Buddy, that thing is amazing. I actually ate about two
- 10:31Speaker 2: bites of it, and I ran to the fridge to
- 10:33Speaker 2: put it in there because my wife has to try that.
- 10:36Speaker 2: That is amazed.
- 10:37Speaker 9: Ball.
- 10:37Speaker 2: This is what I imagine my prostate looks.
- 10:41Speaker 7: Watch out it was tasty.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Well, watch out that thing might fall off there.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Let's see my heart. It's got a giant hole on
- 10:47Speaker 2: the top of it.
- 10:48Speaker 3: They are so good. It's from Obon Chocolate Tear.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Yeah delicious, east.
- 10:53Speaker 3: End Market market on South Always I always get my
- 10:55Speaker 3: markets confused with.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Yeah so delicious dead. Did you try that? Did you
- 10:59Speaker 2: have as.
- 11:00Speaker 3: I've had a pistachio, I've never tried a mango one
- 11:04Speaker 3: or a raspberry.
- 11:05Speaker 2: That pistachio is great because it has the salt in there,
- 11:07Speaker 2: so it's got that salt each week thing that.
- 11:09Speaker 7: I love everybody share.
- 11:11Speaker 6: I'm more than willing to share mine with you, guys.
- 11:13Speaker 6: If you want to try the pistachio, we'll talk about it.
- 11:15Speaker 7: You already took a bite. You don't get anymore.
- 11:17Speaker 3: I offered that to Jack with his raspberry. I was
- 11:19Speaker 3: like two bites one moment.
- 11:20Speaker 2: Oh, by the way, if you if you guys tried
- 11:23Speaker 2: debs light in into it for sure. I tongue punched
- 11:26Speaker 2: that a few minutes ago. She told me to take
- 11:32Speaker 2: a bite. I did, deb and that's how he bites. Yeah,
- 11:37Speaker 2: all right for a seven six myself laugh TXTE seven
- 11:44Speaker 2: zero three one. What do you get for news? They're giggles.
- 11:47Speaker 6: We're going to talk about NASA pushing back the Moon
- 11:50Speaker 6: mission rehearsal. Unfortunately, not only are we dealing with issues
- 11:55Speaker 6: with swans at Lake Iola, but now winter springs, warrens
- 11:59Speaker 6: of a bird flew out break and a milestone this
- 12:02Speaker 6: weekend for Saturday Night Live, we'll talk about that and more.
- 12:05Speaker 7: Yeah, coming up next during JCS news.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Yeah, we lost a major player in the World of Comedy,
- 12:11Speaker 2: Catherine O'Hare passed and no news. Chuckie broke that that news.
- 12:14Speaker 2: We'll talk about Katherine O'Hare a little bit later in
- 12:16Speaker 2: the show.
- 12:16Speaker 7: I'll have that in the news as well.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Oh, cool food cations are becoming a really popular thing.
- 12:21Speaker 2: My wife and I've kind of been doing a soft
- 12:23Speaker 2: version of this for a while. We'll talk about that.
- 12:26Speaker 2: The one cent plan is out there, So what's gonna
- 12:29Speaker 2: happen with your pennies? Siminold County is expen you know
- 12:32Speaker 2: when we talked through the Seminole County the person who
- 12:35Speaker 2: runs Scout the other day and I forget her name,
- 12:37Speaker 2: she's a city commissioner. I mean she doesn't run Scout,
- 12:39Speaker 2: but she came in to talk about it. Yes, what
- 12:41Speaker 2: was her name?
- 12:42Speaker 4: And uh, okay, that's fine and it doesn't matter. But Lockhart,
- 12:47Speaker 4: there was something that we Lockhart with something we didn't
- 12:50Speaker 4: talk about with that that is very interesting. And I
- 12:53Speaker 4: don't think they need to incur the expense that they
- 12:55Speaker 4: think they have to.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Plus a bunch of other stuff as well. We'll take
- 12:58Speaker 2: a little break, come back and get Deb's New and
- 13:00Speaker 2: more than Jim Colbert Show. Right after this real.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Today is more Better We Ross pageant sponsored by Jose Como,
- 13:08Speaker 1: Orlando's injury attorneys.
- 13:20Speaker 10: That thing you're talking about with the big trucks making
- 13:22Speaker 10: that loud, that's called jake breaking, and what they're doing
- 13:29Speaker 10: is down shifting, and it's using the exhaust to slow
- 13:33Speaker 10: down the truck rather than just slamming on the brakes.
- 13:36Speaker 2: It is the loudest damn thing and annoying as hell.
- 13:39Speaker 10: And they don't really need to do it ever, unless
- 13:42Speaker 10: they're going down hill.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Jim this is Disney Driver.
- 13:46Speaker 11: That sound that detractors make when they're slowing down, and
- 13:49Speaker 11: it's called the jake breaks that makes that sound.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Those are jake breaks.
- 13:57Speaker 12: Heavy Friday cover to Coviedy Concrete.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Mike one more so, Jimmy.
- 14:02Speaker 12: The sound you hear off the big ridge or the
- 14:05Speaker 12: dump trucks is the engine break.
- 14:08Speaker 5: They nicknamed it.
- 14:09Speaker 12: The jake break uses the compression off the engine to
- 14:14Speaker 12: slow the motor down without using brakes.
- 14:22Speaker 2: Called a jake break. Can't big man, You'll have a
- 14:25Speaker 2: good bake? Yeah?
- 14:25Speaker 13: None.
- 14:29Speaker 2: Now I recognize that voice that fought that first caller,
- 14:34Speaker 2: Uh that always calls us.
- 14:36Speaker 14: Uh.
- 14:36Speaker 2: That's what happens if a feed store comes to life.
- 14:40Speaker 7: No more badger.
- 14:43Speaker 3: People talking about the Jake break. Dude, don't forget about.
- 14:45Speaker 2: The goo goo goo goo goo goo.
- 14:47Speaker 3: Yeah, that's the best. That's the best noise in the
- 14:49Speaker 3: world out here in twenty twenty six.
- 14:51Speaker 7: Already actually texted us about that.
- 14:53Speaker 6: Ross to give you an answer about what that chug
- 14:55Speaker 6: chug chug sound is on a bus, Dude.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Put it in a syringe, put it in your Oh,

- 15:13Speaker 2: your news.
- 15:15Speaker 1: It's time for JCS news.

- 15:21Speaker 3: It's in my contract ed.
- 15:22Speaker 5: Here's the news on the Jim Colberg Show.
- 15:25Speaker 6: And as always, JCS News is brought to you by
- 15:28Speaker 6: that mortgage guy. Don give him a listen tomorrow morning
- 15:31Speaker 6: when you're getting your cold weather heartiness under undergear.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Don't even get me started on that.
- 15:36Speaker 6: When he's host of the Home Loans radio show. Okay,
- 15:39Speaker 6: Unfortunately you know the name, and you certainly know the movies.
- 15:43Speaker 5: Kevin's here.
- 15:46Speaker 6: What you can't get through No Smiths season without it.
- 15:56Speaker 6: You can't get through Halloween without Beetlejuice and Unfortunate. The
- 16:00Speaker 6: actress Katherine O'Hara has died at the age of seventy one.
- 16:03Speaker 6: That's according to multiple reports, which say a cause of
- 16:06Speaker 6: death has not been revealed. Ohara, of course best known
- 16:09Speaker 6: for her role as the mother of Kevin and the
- 16:11Speaker 6: first two home alone movies, also Beatlejuice one and two,
- 16:15Speaker 6: and she also won an Emmy for her role in
- 16:17Speaker 6: s Creek.
- 16:18Speaker 7: I I just can't do it.
- 16:19Speaker 2: I just can't do it. I can't skits Creek.
- 16:22Speaker 6: Yeah, thank you. It's just too close to the one.
- 16:24Speaker 6: And I like my job. She won an Emmy for
- 16:27Speaker 6: her role in s Creek in twenty twenty.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, man, she has a film list. And I
- 16:33Speaker 2: was talking to somebody before the show today. I think
- 16:35Speaker 2: it was ross and that you know that Canadian comedy. Yeah,
- 16:40Speaker 2: when it hit through SETV, Eugene Levy, John Candy, that
- 16:44Speaker 2: whole career, even you can they're acroid and there in
- 16:46Speaker 2: those guys. It was just a different kind of comedy.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Than I was used to in America, and it just
- 16:51Speaker 2: changed the way I looked at it. And she was
- 16:52Speaker 2: part of that career.
- 16:53Speaker 7: She really was.
- 16:54Speaker 6: And man, it's just seventy one never felt so young
- 16:57Speaker 6: than when your favorite one of your favorite actresses.
- 16:59Speaker 3: You feel like, out of all of those people that
- 17:01Speaker 3: you just rattled off, the whole SETV comedy, just that
- 17:05Speaker 3: whole generation. The one thing that jumps out to me.
- 17:08Speaker 3: Phenomenal actors.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, they were.
- 17:11Speaker 3: I'm not saying that they were actors first, but man,
- 17:14Speaker 3: they were better actors than your average sketch truth.
- 17:17Speaker 2: And how about this. That thing ran from seventy six
- 17:20Speaker 2: to seventy nine SETV and produced some of the biggest
- 17:22Speaker 2: stars and some of those people still producing hit shows
- 17:25Speaker 2: like Skis Creek is a Eugene Levey Dan and his
- 17:28Speaker 2: son Daniel Levy is also a major player. So, I mean,
- 17:31Speaker 2: just so much talent. It's such a loss at seventy one,
- 17:34Speaker 2: so young.
- 17:35Speaker 6: And you had heard that she was actually at work
- 17:38Speaker 6: on another TV show. Yeah, so we'll wait to find
- 17:41Speaker 6: out what the cause of death was, all right. NASA
- 17:44Speaker 6: is delaying a key pre launch test for its Artemis
- 17:47Speaker 6: two moon mission.
- 17:48Speaker 7: Good wise choice.
- 17:50Speaker 6: Though, because of the cold weather here in Florida, the
- 17:52Speaker 6: so called wet Dress rehearsal for the Space Launch System
- 17:55Speaker 6: rocket is now planned for Monday. The test, which had
- 17:58Speaker 6: been set for Tomorrow Saturdays, simulates launch day procedures and
- 18:03Speaker 6: is the final major step before liftoff. NASA says the
- 18:06Speaker 6: Artemis two mission, which will send four astronauts around the Moon,
- 18:10Speaker 6: is now scheduled for no earlier than February eighth. The
- 18:14Speaker 6: crew remains in quarantine in Houston. It's not clear when
- 18:17Speaker 6: they'll arrive at the Kennedy Space Center. All Right, Florida
- 18:20Speaker 6: farmers are worried about this weekend's upcoming cold snap, but
- 18:23Speaker 6: the news may not be all bad. Governor Ron De
- 18:26Speaker 6: Santis today says the very cold temperatures expected could actually
- 18:30Speaker 6: help out our ecosystem.
- 18:33Speaker 15: It will impact the Burmese pythons in the Florida Everglades,
- 18:37Speaker 15: So you may see a python mortality event. You know,
- 18:41Speaker 15: sometimes you can do what you want and then you know,
- 18:44Speaker 15: God will just take care of it for you.
- 18:46Speaker 5: Maybe, So we'll see what happens.
- 18:47Speaker 3: With that kill them, I believe.
- 18:50Speaker 7: So, I mean again, there is really or.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Does it just freeze them like the iguana.
- 18:54Speaker 11: Yah.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's great. I've never heard that before.
- 18:55Speaker 6: That's interesting, it is, I'll be it'll be interesting to
- 18:58Speaker 6: find out. You look that up for me.
- 19:00Speaker 4: I'm going to let tonight you throw a bunch in
- 19:01Speaker 4: the back of your truck. Then they then they wait back,
- 19:04Speaker 4: they reanimate.
- 19:05Speaker 2: No.
- 19:06Speaker 6: Well, like the governor said, also expects that iguanas we're
- 19:08Speaker 6: going to be falling from trees in South Florida quote
- 19:11Speaker 6: a lot of them end quote as he puts it.
- 19:13Speaker 6: That's because tamps in the area are forecast to fall
- 19:16Speaker 6: below forty even as far south as Miami. DeSantis was
- 19:20Speaker 6: in Vero Beach to tout the state's upcoming America to
- 19:23Speaker 6: fifty celebrations, including making President George Washington's birthday.
- 19:27Speaker 7: A holiday for state workers.
- 19:29Speaker 5: Wow.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Yeah, it says here extreme cold weather, particularly prolonged freezing
- 19:32Speaker 2: temperatures around thirty or lower, can kill or seriously incapacitate
- 19:37Speaker 2: invasive Burmese pythons.
- 19:39Speaker 6: Well, again, they're from you know ya, they're not from
- 19:42Speaker 6: this area, and I don't think in Southeast Asia they
- 19:45Speaker 6: ever deal with any kind of cold.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Good get them, get them.
- 19:48Speaker 6: Jack Frost, speaking of farmers those across Central Florida having
- 19:52Speaker 6: their fingers crossed this weekend. That includes Lake County's Terra Bochell,
- 19:56Speaker 6: who manages showcase of the citrus in Claremont. Old weather
- 20:00Speaker 6: has her and others worried about losing their crop. She
- 20:03Speaker 6: says anything below thirty two degrees is potential danger. Her
- 20:07Speaker 6: National Weather Service rather calling for lows in the twenties.
- 20:10Speaker 6: They're saying at seven am on Sunday morning, it's going
- 20:13Speaker 6: to feel like seven or eight degrees.
- 20:16Speaker 7: We'll talk about it.
- 20:17Speaker 2: We're going to talk about that a little bit later.
- 20:19Speaker 4: Yeah, I need to get an ice cutter out before
- 20:22Speaker 4: I take out the yacht on Sunday morning at eight
- 20:25Speaker 4: radio right.
- 20:25Speaker 6: Not only and speaking of ice, though, Jack, you bring
- 20:28Speaker 6: up a really good point. I've been seeing that Florida
- 20:30Speaker 6: Department Transportation has crews and trucks out because there was
- 20:34Speaker 6: actually ice reported on I four. So they're warning drivers
- 20:38Speaker 6: to be prepared that we could actually be dealing with
- 20:41Speaker 6: icy roads. We're used to black ice from the rainfalls,
- 20:44Speaker 6: you know, and he you know, soaks up that oil
- 20:46Speaker 6: that's on the road, or rather.
- 20:47Speaker 7: Lifts it up to the surface. But we could be
- 20:49Speaker 7: dealing with icy roads.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Crazy.
- 20:51Speaker 6: So if you're going to be driving anywhere early Sunday,
- 20:53Speaker 6: like to go play golf or something silly like that.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Yeah, just a fast and it'll pay attention. It'll be fine.
- 21:00Speaker 3: It's a great day to play golf.
- 21:02Speaker 4: Oh how mad would Jim be you Ross if you
- 21:05Speaker 4: got the wreck on Sunday morning going to play golf?
- 21:08Speaker 3: Oh my god, I mean there's not enough wood to
- 21:10Speaker 3: knock right now. After saying that.
- 21:14Speaker 2: I'm bringing you a heater, I'm telling you straight up,
- 21:17Speaker 2: So whoever's writing with me is going to have heat.
- 21:19Speaker 7: Well, I know in your golf car, yes, dig it.
- 21:23Speaker 7: I know.
- 21:23Speaker 6: For the mount door of the fifty first Sanual Arts
- 21:25Speaker 6: Festival this weekend. They've already ordered like Hammore handwarmers for
- 21:29Speaker 6: all the city workers who have to be out there
- 21:30Speaker 6: in the cold.
- 21:31Speaker 2: Yeahll be out there Tomorrow'll we're coming out tomorrow a
- 21:33Speaker 2: little bit. That's gonna be fine tomorrow. In the afternoon,
- 21:35Speaker 2: it's gonna be in the mid fifties. That's comfortable, like
- 21:37Speaker 2: sweater weather. But man, what we're going to be having
- 21:39Speaker 2: on Sunday is like, you know, forty four degrees.
- 21:42Speaker 7: The high is the high.
- 21:43Speaker 3: Yeah, I will I refuse to find out how hot
- 21:46Speaker 3: hands work. I just assume it's Harry Potter magic and I'm.
- 21:50Speaker 2: Doing the chemical reaction right there.
- 21:52Speaker 5: In your boot.
- 21:52Speaker 2: I love it.
- 21:53Speaker 6: Irrigation plans are being adjusted, and so are sleep schedules.
- 21:56Speaker 6: Jackson Arnold says he plans to be up at three
- 21:59Speaker 6: am to walk the fields and monitor the plants. Boushell
- 22:02Speaker 6: tells Channel nine they're nervous, but whatever happens, this fourth
- 22:06Speaker 6: generation farming family won't give up. And I learned that
- 22:09Speaker 6: it was actually one of the catastrophic freezes in the
- 22:11Speaker 6: late eighteen hundreds that caused the citrus industry in winter
- 22:14Speaker 6: garden to basically fall apart, and a lot of those
- 22:17Speaker 6: farming families ended up taking.
- 22:19Speaker 7: Citrus to South Florida. That's how it ended up in
- 22:21Speaker 7: South Florida.
- 22:21Speaker 2: And then that's how and then the freeze of the
- 22:23Speaker 2: mid eighties is the one that kind of took care
- 22:26Speaker 2: of the rest of it here in Cuchral, Florida.
- 22:27Speaker 6: And yeah, exactly, they're still struggling what forty some years later.
- 22:31Speaker 6: All Right, this weekend is going to be about protecting people, pets,
- 22:35Speaker 6: pool pipes, the five piece. Right as feels like temperatures
- 22:38Speaker 6: plunge into the twenties and the mercury drops too or
- 22:41Speaker 6: near freezing. Miami Dade fire rescues Erica Benitez says, keep
- 22:45Speaker 6: in mind the elderly and young kids use body heat
- 22:48Speaker 6: a lot faster, so they're more susceptible to hypothermia. This
- 22:52Speaker 6: is what you need to look for.
- 22:53Speaker 8: Paul nine one one if you're experiencing signs of hyperthermia
- 22:59Speaker 8: such as uncon controllable shivering, cold, pale or numb, skin weakness, confusion.
- 23:06Speaker 6: Our furry friends aren't immune either, with experts saying walks
- 23:09Speaker 6: should be shorter and thin coated dogs do need sweaters.
- 23:12Speaker 6: Outdoor cats need worm spaces too, like boxes or containers
- 23:16Speaker 6: are bedding. Also, keep in mind if you do have
- 23:19Speaker 6: to go anywhere early on Sunday, critters could climb up
- 23:21Speaker 6: into the undercarriage of your car under the hood, so
- 23:24Speaker 6: you may want to knock on the hood first, just
- 23:26Speaker 6: to make sure if they are in there, they have
- 23:28Speaker 6: a chance to scoury before.
- 23:29Speaker 7: You turn over the engine. Yeah, all right.
- 23:31Speaker 6: Bird flu could be spreading now in Seminole County. The
- 23:34Speaker 6: city of Winter Springs announced yesterday several dead ducks were
- 23:38Speaker 6: found this week at Torcaso Park, and they tested positive
- 23:43Speaker 6: for avian flu. The city says it has taken steps
- 23:46Speaker 6: to sanitize affected areas at the park to help prevent
- 23:49Speaker 6: further spread.
- 23:50Speaker 7: The city says it has.
- 23:51Speaker 6: Since been advised to potential outbreaks in other parts of
- 23:53Speaker 6: the county. Still, the city says the risk of transmission
- 23:57Speaker 6: to people is low. Have over one hundred dead vultures
- 24:01Speaker 6: at Blue Spring State Park. They also believe damn by
- 24:05Speaker 6: avian flu.
- 24:06Speaker 2: And I don't think anything kills.
- 24:08Speaker 6: And while the transmission to humans may be low, if
- 24:11Speaker 6: you're going to be walking in these parks with your
- 24:13Speaker 6: dog and you may have a cat at home, you're
- 24:15Speaker 6: going to want to wash your hands and clean your shoes.
- 24:17Speaker 7: Because cats are susceptible to avian flu.
- 24:19Speaker 2: Well, I did not know that either.
- 24:21Speaker 7: Yeah, something, you want to keep an eye out.
- 24:22Speaker 4: Ride by that park every bike ride really really well, yeah,
- 24:26Speaker 4: it's not that far from my house.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 24:28Speaker 6: So a lot of people are like, what's going on,
- 24:30Speaker 6: what's happening with all of this?
- 24:33Speaker 2: All right?
- 24:33Speaker 6: Some Seminole County residents aren't happy with their congressman's support
- 24:37Speaker 6: of ice. We talked about this yesterday. Follow up on
- 24:39Speaker 6: a JCS story from yesterday. Seventh District Republican Corey Mills
- 24:43Speaker 6: held a town hall meeting last night in Novedo. Some
- 24:46Speaker 6: showed up to protest the federal government's efforts to remove
- 24:50Speaker 6: illegal immigrants, and when Mills was yelled at, he wasn't
- 24:53Speaker 6: shy about giving it right back. One woman loudly criticized
- 24:57Speaker 6: his support for Ice, and his response was quote Ice
- 25:00Speaker 6: Ice baby end quote. When someone else called him a racist,
- 25:04Speaker 6: Mills pointed out he has a mixed race son. When
- 25:07Speaker 6: he was criticized for supporting military action off the coast
- 25:10Speaker 6: of Venezuela, he accused those critics of supporting narco terrorists
- 25:14Speaker 6: and drug cartels. Neither video nor audio recording was allowed
- 25:18Speaker 6: at last night's town hall.
- 25:22Speaker 7: Are you shocked, all right? The federal arrest.
- 25:26Speaker 2: A guy with the restraining order against his girlfriend.
- 25:31Speaker 6: And ethics investigations as well about campaign finance laws.
- 25:35Speaker 2: It's all made up, though we all know that it's
- 25:38Speaker 2: all made up.
- 25:38Speaker 6: No recording though, No recording, Nope, no recording. But apparently
- 25:42Speaker 6: there were protesters there from all along the political spectrum,
- 25:46Speaker 6: every part, all right. The federal arrest of former CNN
- 25:49Speaker 6: anchor Don Lemon brings into question First Amendment protection for journalists.
- 25:54Speaker 6: Lemon is an independent journalist who says he was gathering
- 25:57Speaker 6: news during a church protest in Minneapolis. Former federal prosecutor
- 26:01Speaker 6: David Weinstein says the definition of journalists and if Lemon
- 26:04Speaker 6: is protected by the Bill of Rights for entering the
- 26:07Speaker 6: church will be tested.
- 26:09Speaker 2: I'm going to end it up in front of our
- 26:10Speaker 2: favorite Supreme Court. Unfortunately, there's going to be a test
- 26:13Speaker 2: case for freedom of religion and for freedom of breast.
- 26:16Speaker 6: And his lawyers are going to say I was there
- 26:18Speaker 6: as a journalist.
- 26:18Speaker 5: I wasn't part of it.
- 26:19Speaker 6: Weinstein says this case will likely end up in the
- 26:22Speaker 6: US Supreme Court once again and may redefine what a
- 26:24Speaker 6: journalist is. He says it's not clear if anyone with
- 26:27Speaker 6: a cell phone documenting news at an active scene is
- 26:29Speaker 6: a quote journalist end quote. Weinstein says Lemon cannot use
- 26:33Speaker 6: the reporter's privilege and the Shield law for participating in
- 26:38Speaker 6: and furthering a conspiracy on a verse.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Sec I mean, aren't there a number of people now
- 26:42Speaker 2: considering themselves to be independent journalists that have access to
- 26:45Speaker 2: the White House and stuff. Yeah, like most of the
- 26:47Speaker 2: people in the Pentagon recording also that cat, that Shirley cat.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Isn't he considered a journalist? Yeah? Are they basing a
- 26:56Speaker 2: lot of that information coming out of Minnesota on his journalism?
- 27:00Speaker 2: The fraud they're claiming that the smallies are doing, isn't
- 27:02Speaker 2: isn't he a journalist? I just want to I don't know,
- 27:06Speaker 2: I'm asking questions. I just scritch her.
- 27:08Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, Yeah, I mean I can answer it. It's
- 27:10Speaker 3: picking and choosing when we want to give that title
- 27:13Speaker 3: to you. I mean, I just want to confirm. Yeah,
- 27:16Speaker 3: sarcasm both. There's listeners right now and I will spoon
- 27:19Speaker 3: feed it to you. They are picking and choosing way
- 27:22Speaker 3: to use the adjective of journalists.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Four others were arrested as well.
- 27:27Speaker 6: Yes, yeah, oh ding ding ding round number whatever. Between
- 27:32Speaker 6: lawmakers and the governor. I have a feeling this is
- 27:35Speaker 6: not going to go over well, kind of like a
- 27:37Speaker 6: fart in church a Pananda. Lawmakers behind a bill that
- 27:41Speaker 6: would outlaw something the governor did. The bill by Pensacola
- 27:45Speaker 6: Republican state Representative Alexandrade unanimously passed a House subcommittee. Yes today,
- 27:51Speaker 6: House Bill five ninety three was filed in response to
- 27:54Speaker 6: what happened two years ago, when Governor Ron DeSantis took
- 27:58Speaker 6: ten million dollars from a MEDICAIDS settlement and used it
- 28:01Speaker 6: for a political campaign. Under Androde's bill, that would be
- 28:04Speaker 6: illegal in the future.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Isn't it illegal now?
- 28:07Speaker 7: Androde I thought it was already illegal?
- 28:10Speaker 2: Is it gonna be double illegal?
- 28:11Speaker 6: Andrede tells The Times Harold he thinks laws were broken
- 28:14Speaker 6: in twenty twenty four when that money was spent, and
- 28:17Speaker 6: his bill makes it clear.
- 28:19Speaker 7: What is required.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Interesting, isn't it?
- 28:23Speaker 6: They just there's this subtle little back and forth between
- 28:25Speaker 6: those two. All Right, age is having trouble catching up
- 28:30Speaker 6: to one grandmother preparing to run in a marathon in.
- 28:34Speaker 7: Duval, Duval, Duval County.
- 28:38Speaker 3: One Super Bowl away from everyone saying it like, yeah,
- 28:41Speaker 3: you're right.
- 28:42Speaker 7: Make it happen, Oscila Counties.
- 28:44Speaker 6: Gloria Vasquez will run in Sunday's Donna Marathon in Jacksonville Beach.
- 28:49Speaker 6: She's seventy four years old and this will be her
- 28:51Speaker 6: what number marathon? She's seventy four, yep, seventy four. I
- 28:55Speaker 6: will go say she runs one a year, I'll go fiftieth.
- 29:01Speaker 2: That's hot.
- 29:01Speaker 7: Oh it's Jake Breakin, Yeah, that's Jack breaking.
- 29:06Speaker 2: I thought that was the fart in church. I'll about
- 29:08Speaker 2: forty five ross, soh forty I think it's way more
- 29:11Speaker 2: than all of us guests.
- 29:12Speaker 7: How about ninety seven?
- 29:14Speaker 2: I was going to say a couple of years wouldn't
- 29:15Speaker 2: be out of the realm of.
- 29:16Speaker 6: My ninety seventh marathon. This is part of her gold
- 29:19Speaker 6: or Run one hundred marathons before turning one hundred. Yeah,
- 29:23Speaker 6: Fasquez says she's not getting old, she tells First Coast News.
- 29:26Speaker 6: She keeps going one mile at a time until she
- 29:29Speaker 6: reaches the finish line. I'll well, God bless.
- 29:31Speaker 7: You, seventy four years old running ninety seven marathons.
- 29:35Speaker 3: It hurts get out of bed for me, honest, I've
- 29:38Speaker 3: seen you versus stairs.
- 29:40Speaker 2: It's not good. Sometimes it's a quid flip.
- 29:42Speaker 3: And I use the right word versus all right.
- 29:47Speaker 6: And then finally, Saturday Night Live will be airing its
- 29:50Speaker 6: one thousandth episode this weekend.
- 29:52Speaker 7: Really yep.
- 29:53Speaker 6: The milestone episode will feature actor Alexander Scarsgard as host,
- 29:57Speaker 6: with musical guest Cardi B. S an All has been
- 30:00Speaker 6: doing live comedy broadcasts from NBC's headquarters in New York
- 30:03Speaker 6: City since nineteen seventy five and recently celebrated its fiftieth birthday.
- 30:09Speaker 6: Episode one thousand of SNL will air Saturday at eleven
- 30:13Speaker 6: thirty pm Eastern on NBC and then stream the next
- 30:16Speaker 6: day on Peacock.
- 30:18Speaker 7: And you heard it here first.
- 30:20Speaker 6: Oh, rather that concludes youre jcs newsly cars.
- 30:24Speaker 3: Guard don't don't not the weekend yet?
- 30:27Speaker 2: All right? Four oh seven nine one six one of
- 30:29Speaker 2: four to one text us at seven seven zero three one, Jim.
- 30:33Speaker 4: I have something special that just came across as something
- 30:35Speaker 4: I want to execute over this break because Ross tomorrow
- 30:38Speaker 4: night is going to be performing opening up for Killer Bees.
- 30:41Speaker 4: This is at the Orman Beach Performing Arts Center. We
- 30:44Speaker 4: have a deadline to give away our ticket, so they
- 30:47Speaker 4: won't make up to trivia, but I will take anyone
- 30:50Speaker 4: who wants to go. I've got five pair right now.
- 30:52Speaker 4: If you call me a four oh seven nine one
- 30:54Speaker 4: six one four one, I'll get you.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Squared away during the break night.
- 30:57Speaker 4: But if you can go tomorrow night to the orm

- 31:30Speaker 1: coming up next on the Jim Colbert Show.
- 31:44Speaker 16: I do not know so Jack canceled my first goofy one.
- 31:50Speaker 16: Today we crack a beer from Miss Deliadets and just
- 32:00Speaker 16: to her tremendous cauldron of wind that she achieved in life.
- 32:06Speaker 2: Cheers up, cheers.
- 32:08Speaker 7: He sounded really seting.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Yeah, man, that's the status I've ever heard it.
- 32:11Speaker 4: Man, and I had his original talk back back to
- 32:14Speaker 4: back and it was his usual self, and then he
- 32:17Speaker 4: just went, yeah that one played.
- 32:19Speaker 2: It was like WHOA. I was talking to Sabrina downstairs
- 32:21Speaker 2: while I was smoking my cigar. She comes down for
- 32:23Speaker 2: smoke breaks and we always have a little chat on
- 32:26Speaker 2: Fridays and stuff. And as we were talking, I gasped
- 32:29Speaker 2: and she looked at me and said, Catherine O'Hara because
- 32:31Speaker 2: it popped up on my phone as we were talking.
- 32:34Speaker 2: I had no idea and she said yeah. I said yeah,
- 32:36Speaker 2: and she goes yeah. Sean broke it a few minutes
- 32:38Speaker 2: ago because he was in the middle of talking to
- 32:40Speaker 2: ceiling about something that popped up on his notifications, and
- 32:43Speaker 2: he popped in and said, yeah. Catherine O'Hara passed at
- 32:45Speaker 2: only seventy one years old.
- 32:46Speaker 6: Apparently she did have a brief illness according to the
- 32:49Speaker 6: agency when they made the statement today about her passing.
- 32:53Speaker 6: Los Angeles Fire Rescue received a call like four forty
- 32:56Speaker 6: eight this morning for assistance at her home. She was transported,
- 33:00Speaker 6: did in critical condition, and then of course sadly passed away.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Yah, Yah, Yeah, you know, it's so funny. The last
- 33:05Speaker 2: photograph I saw, debn and I were looking in before
- 33:07Speaker 2: the show. The last photograph I saw of her, she
- 33:09Speaker 2: was really thin, and you know, if you followed her career,
- 33:13Speaker 2: she's never been like her face has never been super thin.
- 33:16Speaker 2: She's always had like a full you know, kind of
- 33:18Speaker 2: a fuller face. And I just, you know, you just
- 33:20Speaker 2: kind of wonder. But we didn't hear anything about it,
- 33:23Speaker 2: and at last I heard she was still Jack. Was
- 33:24Speaker 2: she part of that show? The studio? She was Yeah,
- 33:29Speaker 2: I'd heard a rumor she'd already filmed the second season
- 33:31Speaker 2: of that, so she was she was still working, which
- 33:34Speaker 2: leads you to believe that there wasn't like any diagnosis
- 33:36Speaker 2: of some sort. But people do that and don't say
- 33:38Speaker 2: a word. I mean Norm MacDonald diagnosed with I think
- 33:42Speaker 2: pancreatic cancer or colon cancer and never told a soul.
- 33:47Speaker 2: His closest friend did not know until he was about dead. Yeah.
- 33:51Speaker 4: Katherine O'Hara did ten episodes of The Studio was also
- 33:54Speaker 4: in the Last of Us, The Wild Robot was that Beetlejuice?
- 33:58Speaker 4: Beetlejuice that second at one were her most recent performance.
- 34:02Speaker 2: But I'm telling you, she shines in those, In those
- 34:06Speaker 2: Canadian comedies, the Best of Show, Mighty Window, Yeah, Mighty Wind,
- 34:11Speaker 2: all those really kind of asinine and arcane comedies that
- 34:15Speaker 2: they've written for so many years, those guys, and she's
- 34:18Speaker 2: just so brilliant in all of them, you know, what
- 34:21Speaker 2: a loss man. And I think maybe it's even more
- 34:23Speaker 2: impactful because of how young she was. Seventy one is nothing, Yeah,
- 34:27Speaker 2: I mean that is that is infantile, especially for a woman.
- 34:31Speaker 3: You did you say she was in the Wild Robot yeah,
- 34:35Speaker 3: oh boy, Yeah, that's a voice.
- 34:36Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that movie really mean. Yeah, when you look
- 34:39Speaker 2: at when you look at her portfolio or her filmography,
- 34:43Speaker 2: I mean she started in the mid seventies. She's been active,
- 34:46Speaker 2: and I mean she has been active. It's it's two
- 34:48Speaker 2: full pages of credits from television to voice acting to movies, writing,
- 34:53Speaker 2: all that stuff.
- 34:54Speaker 3: True talent, one of the comedy deities.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I would agree. Was she married?
- 35:00Speaker 7: Yeah, I believe so. Let me see, I.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Don't know if she was married anyone, you know in
- 35:04Speaker 2: the business or whatever. But you never heard about her
- 35:06Speaker 2: being with anybody or her partner anything like that. All right,
- 35:10Speaker 2: four seven nine one, six one o four one text
- 35:12Speaker 2: us at seven seven zero three one or four o'clock.
- 35:15Speaker 2: Keyword is check. That's chack. Go to real radio dot
- 35:19Speaker 2: FM and send that away for your chance at one
- 35:20Speaker 2: thousand bucks.
- 35:21Speaker 6: She she was married to Bo Welch and they married
- 35:24Speaker 6: in nineteen ninety two.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Yeah, did not know that? Yeah, crazy. Yeah, it's kind
- 35:30Speaker 2: of wild to have somebody like that. You know, you
- 35:32Speaker 2: just kind of almost depend on seeing work from you know,
- 35:35Speaker 2: after you know what I'm saying, I'm like, you know
- 35:37Speaker 2: you when you see her like, oh, that's what she's
- 35:39Speaker 2: doing now, and now there will be no more of that.
- 35:41Speaker 2: And it's kind of wild again because she's so young.
- 35:43Speaker 2: Seventy one is nothing, and people working in there their
- 35:46Speaker 2: mid eighties in this business, in that business.
- 35:48Speaker 3: It's just so odd getting older along with everybody else
- 35:51Speaker 3: who's also getting older.
- 35:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 35:52Speaker 3: Yeah, And what I mean by that exactly is that like,
- 35:55Speaker 3: think about when you were fifteen, and you would think
- 35:57Speaker 3: you would hear your parents, actors and celebrities and you know,
- 36:03Speaker 3: icons pass away, and you'd be like, who's Jack Red, right?
- 36:07Speaker 3: You know, Tony Tutos and all that. And I know
- 36:10Speaker 3: that there's an entire generation who doesn't know who Catherine
- 36:13Speaker 3: O'Hara is. And if you are part of the group
- 36:16Speaker 3: of people who don't know who Catherine O'Hara is, just
- 36:19Speaker 3: know one of them, one of them is one of
- 36:21Speaker 3: the best comedic actors to ever live.
- 36:24Speaker 2: And I would think the new Beetlejuice release would have
- 36:26Speaker 2: introduced a new generation to her. I mean, whereas they
- 36:29Speaker 2: probably wouldn't go and watch a Mighty Wind or or
- 36:32Speaker 2: a Best In Show that kind of movie, but they
- 36:34Speaker 2: would see something would be very popular and part of
- 36:37Speaker 2: pop culture, which you know Beetlejuice was and that even
- 36:40Speaker 2: if you didn't see the original one, the new one
- 36:42Speaker 2: that came out, I think she was in that. You'd
- 36:44Speaker 2: have seen that, and you would have seen her in
- 36:45Speaker 2: some of these other shows.
- 36:48Speaker 4: I was in that Mick Aulter commercial with Willem Dafoe.
- 36:51Speaker 4: They were the tennis like conn artists pickball was it
- 36:54Speaker 4: or yeah, it might have been the.
- 36:56Speaker 2: Team like the Hustlers yea, yeah, yeah, yeah. She's so
- 37:00Speaker 2: unbelievably talented. Man, you feel bad for that entire crew
- 37:03Speaker 2: because you get the feeling that even you know off
- 37:06Speaker 2: screen that these people were very close friends because they
- 37:08Speaker 2: came up again through that Canadian kind of comedy scene
- 37:12Speaker 2: and they worked together so much like that. You you
- 37:15Speaker 2: see a lot of that same crew in all of
- 37:17Speaker 2: those movies. I mean, you feel bad for that entire
- 37:19Speaker 2: group of people, you know, because I mean that's like
- 37:21Speaker 2: I'd be like one of us passing hopefully Jack take
- 37:26Speaker 2: that back. Wow, I do take it back.
- 37:29Speaker 3: It's a joke, Jack joke best in shows probably.
- 37:33Speaker 4: I take it back, and they get made that I
- 37:37Speaker 4: was making a joke.
- 37:43Speaker 2: I don't want you to be I don't want you
- 37:44Speaker 2: to die, Jack, get out of here? What would I
- 37:47Speaker 2: do with myself if you pass? It's a what would
- 37:51Speaker 2: I do with myself if you passed? I think how
- 37:52Speaker 2: many email would successfully get sent? Jack the one to
- 37:58Speaker 2: walk it.
- 37:58Speaker 3: Over and and dead? Please disagree if you do. But
- 38:02Speaker 3: I think when people first walked into this program, they
- 38:04Speaker 3: might think like, oh, you know, Jim dead. But they're
- 38:07Speaker 3: like each other's a you know, work wife, work husband. No no, no, no, no,
- 38:10Speaker 3: it's Jack Now. Jack and Jim are work.
- 38:14Speaker 7: We're the kids.
- 38:15Speaker 2: We're the kids.
- 38:16Speaker 6: They're the kids, and we're watching the dysfunctional love that
- 38:20Speaker 6: has lasted for thirty five years.
- 38:22Speaker 2: Yeah, but you're not wrong.
- 38:23Speaker 3: We got adopted.
- 38:24Speaker 4: Eighty one point one is the average life expectancy for
- 38:31Speaker 4: a female.
- 38:34Speaker 2: I think she had to have had something she just
- 38:36Speaker 2: kind of concealed. Man, there's no way possible at seventy
- 38:38Speaker 2: one years old. I mean, I guess. I mean, she
- 38:40Speaker 2: wasn't in bad health. I don't think she had any vices.
- 38:43Speaker 2: There's no history of her having any of that in
- 38:45Speaker 2: her past.
- 38:46Speaker 7: Again, they did say it was a brief illness.
- 38:48Speaker 2: Yeah. Wow. I wonder what that could have been. Maybe
- 38:50Speaker 2: a pneumonia or something like that. Wow.
- 38:53Speaker 3: All right, but no, I was just saying, did you
- 38:56Speaker 3: see Best in Show?
- 38:57Speaker 2: Yes?
- 38:57Speaker 3: Are you a Best in Show guy?
- 38:58Speaker 2: Yeah? It's brilliant. Yeah, I mean it's as funny as
- 39:01Speaker 2: it gets.
- 39:01Speaker 3: That was probably my first like, who is that? Why
- 39:04Speaker 3: do I love that actor so much?
- 39:07Speaker 2: Yeah? I'm telling you. Have you seen a mighty wind yet?
- 39:09Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 39:09Speaker 2: Dude, I mean that's another one. I will tell you.
- 39:11Speaker 2: They're they're they're so well made that if you stumbled
- 39:15Speaker 2: onto it, Like I tell you, guys, my wife will
- 39:17Speaker 2: just kind of hop on Netflix just the first thing
- 39:18Speaker 2: that pops up, She'll push play. She said, Well, there
- 39:21Speaker 2: are a lot of people like that. I mean, could
- 39:22Speaker 2: you imagine, like you if you stumbled onto one of
- 39:25Speaker 2: these kind of mockumentaries that they've made for years now.
- 39:28Speaker 2: I mean, it takes you a minute to figure out
- 39:30Speaker 2: it's not real, it does. It takes you may because
- 39:33Speaker 2: you you can. They make them so authentic, like you
- 39:36Speaker 2: feel that those people like dog Show people are exactly
- 39:39Speaker 2: like that, and they had to have modeled at least
- 39:42Speaker 2: some of that off of those people actual people. You know.
- 39:45Speaker 3: It's got to say something about Home Alone and her performance,
- 39:47Speaker 3: at the very least her look and the great casting
- 39:50Speaker 3: of having her as the mom. You go ahead and
- 39:54Speaker 3: try to write a movie about a mom who forgets
- 39:57Speaker 3: their son at home on vacation, and you don't really
- 40:00Speaker 3: hate the mom.
- 40:03Speaker 2: You make him still lovable like you still you're still
- 40:05Speaker 2: pulling for her.
- 40:06Speaker 3: Good luck, because as someone who enjoys writing, that's almost impossible,
- 40:10Speaker 3: and it's only done by the heavy lifting done by
- 40:14Speaker 3: Katherine O'Hara's performance.
- 40:16Speaker 5: Times too.
- 40:16Speaker 7: Yeah, man, yeah, it wasn't just one vacation.
- 40:19Speaker 3: And we both were like, ah, man, she's awesome. She's
- 40:21Speaker 3: so cool. That's how likable she was. We watched her
- 40:24Speaker 3: be an awful mom and leave a child and still
- 40:27Speaker 3: rooted for it.
- 40:27Speaker 2: We watched her committed felony against a child and we
- 40:31Speaker 2: still we still tuned in.
- 40:32Speaker 4: We couldn't wait if you rode in the back of
- 40:35Speaker 4: a box truck with John Candy that there's.
- 40:39Speaker 6: Also a terrible step mom and beetlejuice that's right until
- 40:42Speaker 6: the very end.
- 40:43Speaker 3: Yeah, oh man, it's a bummer. This is a bummer.
- 40:48Speaker 3: We lost one of the funny ones.
- 40:50Speaker 2: I may have to watch one of her movies tonight.
- 40:53Speaker 2: I don't I never do that either, but I may
- 40:55Speaker 2: because my wife. I don't know that my wife has
- 40:57Speaker 2: ever seen Best in Show, so we may have to
- 40:59Speaker 2: kind of but we have to whistle up Best in
- 41:01Speaker 2: Show tonight and check that out. Just have some breeze drinks.
- 41:04Speaker 2: See what happens. What you guys know?
- 41:07Speaker 3: What's I didn't know she was Sally a Nightmare before Christmas?
- 41:12Speaker 2: Yes? Whoa right? Yeah man, she's a legend.
- 41:16Speaker 7: Man, I did not know that. I love that movie.
- 41:19Speaker 2: Her scope of work is unbelievable, guys.
- 41:22Speaker 3: I mean that's the one I guess because it's just
- 41:25Speaker 3: the voice that you know that one might surprise, not
- 41:28Speaker 3: just us dead, because like I've never even played anybody,
- 41:33Speaker 3: anybody's face behind those two no Disney characters.
- 41:38Speaker 2: That's so nuts. Man. All right four O seven nine
- 41:41Speaker 2: one six one four one Again, you can always text
- 41:43Speaker 2: us at seven seven zero three one. Let's see what
- 41:47Speaker 2: we got here. Oh yeah, So let's talk about the
- 41:49Speaker 2: Seminole County thing. So we had the city commissioner in
- 41:52Speaker 2: a couple weeks ago talking about Siminole County U nixing
- 41:55Speaker 2: their links bus routes, right, going Commissioner Amy Lockhart, Yeah,
- 41:59Speaker 2: going into the Scout program, which is basically a county
- 42:03Speaker 2: run uber kind of program. Yes, that bases. There's different
- 42:07Speaker 2: areas that you can call. It's a set price. It's
- 42:10Speaker 2: very inexpensive and very good, and it's been working quite well.
- 42:14Speaker 2: A new problem has risen with this situation, but I
- 42:17Speaker 2: don't think it's a problem at all. I'll tell you
- 42:19Speaker 2: what it is. Next.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Today is mo Betta we Ross pageant sponsored by jos Como,
- 42:26Speaker 1: Orlando's injury attorneys.
- 42:33Speaker 9: As soon as I heard about Catherine O'Hara's death, I
- 42:37Speaker 9: had to rewatch the banana bet scene from Beetle Geese.
- 42:41Speaker 9: I hear that song every day at work.
- 42:45Speaker 17: I don't recall the product, but Catherine O'Hara and mcaulay
- 42:47Speaker 17: culkin repres their home alone roles for some commercial this
- 42:50Speaker 17: past holiday season, and I think Kevin Hart might have
- 42:53Speaker 17: been into too, because she screams Kevin, and I think
- 42:56Speaker 17: he's there, and then mcaulay Culkin's there, all right.
- 43:00Speaker 2: I guess I hope he gets it.
- 43:00Speaker 18: Doing well, mister Colbert, I texted over a resource for
- 43:04Speaker 18: you for any kind of car park you need that's
- 43:06Speaker 18: not expensive. It's not gonna be expensive, thay to buy,
- 43:09Speaker 18: but don't chare it over the air that's a secret link.
- 43:13Speaker 2: Thanks bye, Thanks buddy, appreciate that. Very nice. Here your
- 43:17Speaker 2: secret your fourth flock keywords check c HGCK. Go to
- 43:19Speaker 2: real Radio dot FM and send that off for your
- 43:21Speaker 2: chance at one thousand bucks. Check is the word. You'll
- 43:24Speaker 2: get that money. I'm Jim, there's deb Hello, Check is
- 43:26Speaker 2: here is and so is Jack. I mean it. The
- 43:32Speaker 2: JCS Bourbon Bus is coming, guys, March eighth. We are
- 43:35Speaker 2: gonna take off from right here at the radio stations.
- 43:38Speaker 2: After lunch is provided. We have three stops Forward Slash
- 43:41Speaker 2: Distillery and blending house, the cigar company, our curn Of
- 43:44Speaker 2: Cigar Company right downtown, and of course Johnny's other side
- 43:48Speaker 2: h stop is gonna have a bourbon tasting and some
- 43:52Speaker 2: other prizes will ensue as well. We will give lunch
- 43:56Speaker 2: and it is going to be a stone cold blast
- 43:58Speaker 2: only one hundred dollars. By the way, it's only a
- 44:00Speaker 2: hundred bucks.
- 44:01Speaker 3: That's a lot of bourbon for lunch and bourbon tastings
- 44:04Speaker 3: for a day, one hundred dollars, about eight hours hanging
- 44:07Speaker 3: out with Jim, myself, Ross and Sea Light.
- 44:13Speaker 2: Oh really, Sea is gonna be out the.
- 44:16Speaker 9: Dude.
- 44:17Speaker 2: Love that guy. Man that's great, news man.
- 44:19Speaker 3: That's what bourbon does. It unites people.
- 44:22Speaker 2: Real Radio dot FM slash Bourbon. That's Real Radio dot
- 44:26Speaker 2: FM slash Bourbon. Sea Lane is a big ice guy. Yeah,
- 44:29Speaker 2: big fan of ice. Yeah.
- 44:30Speaker 3: Yeah, he makes ice. It's weird. It's weird time to
- 44:34Speaker 3: make that statement. Yeah, he makes ice balls.
- 44:36Speaker 2: Or yeah, big big cubes.
- 44:39Speaker 4: Matter of fact, if you go to Real Radio's Instagram,
- 44:41Speaker 4: you can see he made me one.
- 44:42Speaker 2: It was too big for the glass. I just spun.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Oh really, I had to melt it down in a
- 44:46Speaker 2: little to get it into the glass. How's it going
- 44:48Speaker 2: doing that? I don't know anything about that? Oh yeah.
- 44:50Speaker 4: So because when you freeze ice to get it clear,
- 44:54Speaker 4: that you how freezes right, right, Because when you freeze,
- 44:58Speaker 4: it normally freezees from all different directions and it traps
- 45:01Speaker 4: the impurities in the ice that's that white cloud. So
- 45:05Speaker 4: if you can freeze it like topside down, where it's
- 45:08Speaker 4: not freezing on all sides, then you can kind of
- 45:11Speaker 4: push out the impurities. Got So if you do it
- 45:14Speaker 4: in a cooler that's open top, you put that in
- 45:17Speaker 4: the freezer, what's gonna happen is it's gonna freeze it
- 45:20Speaker 4: from the top down, because the cooler is gonna kind
- 45:22Speaker 4: of prevent the other side from freezing as much. So
- 45:25Speaker 4: when you're pushing all the imperials on one side and
- 45:28Speaker 4: then you just you have this big block of ice,
- 45:30Speaker 4: then you just cut it, oh man, into the sizes
- 45:32Speaker 4: you want.
- 45:33Speaker 2: That's awesome, man. So again, that's a The bourbon bus
- 45:36Speaker 2: is coming March eighth. That's a Sunday. We will leave
- 45:39Speaker 2: right here from the radio station after a lunch that
- 45:41Speaker 2: we will provide. Yeah, well, our first stup will be
- 45:43Speaker 2: Forward Slash Distillery in Blending. How's will go in, hang out,
- 45:46Speaker 2: have some samplings. I'm sure we'll hear about the samplings
- 45:50Speaker 2: from the people there at the Forward Slash.
- 45:52Speaker 4: Well, yeah, that's gonna start with a complimentary old fat
- 45:55Speaker 4: Oh really nice.
- 45:56Speaker 2: Yeah. Then we'll leave there, go straight to Corona Cigar
- 45:58Speaker 2: Company downtown or Land, have some drinks there. Who knows
- 46:01Speaker 2: what's gonna happen there, and then bottom shot right on
- 46:04Speaker 2: the Johnny's other side to end it all up there
- 46:07Speaker 2: with some more bourbon and then back to the station.
- 46:08Speaker 2: One hundred dollars for that. It's gonna be so good. Again.
- 46:11Speaker 2: That's March eight, So we hope to see you for
- 46:12Speaker 2: the Bourbon Bus and that's myself, Jack Ross and Sea Lane.
- 46:15Speaker 2: Now on, how about that? Not bad at all?
- 46:18Speaker 4: Also, the uh we have to figure out you're gonna
- 46:21Speaker 4: we're gonna have prizes. Yes, we are gonna have price
- 46:23Speaker 4: special prizes that you can only get on the Bourbon
- 46:25Speaker 4: Valuable Prizes.
- 46:26Speaker 2: It's gonna be fun. Yeah. Yeah. Stuff that I just
- 46:28Speaker 2: have around that I've had forever that's you know, unopened,
- 46:31Speaker 2: whether it be let's say, maybe cigar samplers, let's say
- 46:34Speaker 2: maybe bottles of liquor, all kinds of fun stuff can
- 46:36Speaker 2: make it on that bush. You never know.
- 46:37Speaker 4: I got some specialty stuff that we don't just give
- 46:40Speaker 4: away to anybody.
- 46:40Speaker 2: Oh very nice. Yeah, yeah, it's gonna be a good time. Man.
- 46:42Speaker 2: I can't wait. This is one of our first one
- 46:44Speaker 2: of these things. We've done the Bucks Bus for sure,
- 46:46Speaker 2: but I mean, you know everybody's done these beer buses.
- 46:48Speaker 2: The monsters are killing it with this thing, and like,
- 46:50Speaker 2: I you know, beer's fine, but I mean we would
- 46:52Speaker 2: like to do something a little bit more, you know,
- 46:53Speaker 2: you know, just some bourbon you know. So that's what
- 46:56Speaker 2: we're doing. Yeah, real ready to dofm slash Bourbon, So
- 46:59Speaker 2: go get your tickets now, go all right, someone old
- 47:01Speaker 2: county man. So they started this Scout program, which is
- 47:03Speaker 2: basically like a counting and run Uber program, shutting down
- 47:06Speaker 2: the links routes in the county, right.
- 47:09Speaker 4: Some, not all of them, but some of them. They
- 47:12Speaker 4: kind of looked at who was using it and how
- 47:14Speaker 4: much they were getting used, and due to the projected
- 47:18Speaker 4: rise in the cost to be part of the link system,
- 47:21Speaker 4: which was going up tremendously over the next few years,
- 47:23Speaker 4: they're like, there has to be a better way. So
- 47:25Speaker 4: they thought this would be more efficient to do it
- 47:28Speaker 4: this way.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Yeah, they said that that partnership was untenable anymore. They
- 47:31Speaker 2: just couldn't, Like Jackson, I couldn't afford it. Within the
- 47:33Speaker 2: next four or five years, you know, they're going to
- 47:35Speaker 2: be done though. With that, they wouldn't be able to
- 47:36Speaker 2: afford it. So they went to this Scout program, which
- 47:39Speaker 2: is kind of a unique thing. Again, it's like an
- 47:40Speaker 2: Uber system for the county. So you can get good
- 47:44Speaker 2: inexpensive rides depending on how far you're going. But again, yeah,
- 47:47Speaker 2: I think even the max rides like seven dollars or
- 47:48Speaker 2: something like that, the minimum is four to the max
- 47:50Speaker 2: is seven so seven bucks. I mean, and you know
- 47:52Speaker 2: when you talk about uber rides, Now, if I were
- 47:54Speaker 2: to take an uber ride, let's say just down to
- 47:56Speaker 2: the arena to go see a basketball game from here,
- 47:58Speaker 2: and that's probably what twenty dollars. Yeah, yeah, at least
- 48:01Speaker 2: that right. Yeah, but with the scout, you have to
- 48:03Speaker 2: be mean it's within Sevenole County. Yeah, yes, I understand.
- 48:06Speaker 2: I understood, that's what I'm saying, but I mean there
- 48:07Speaker 2: are still routes within Simonal County would be that same distance.
- 48:11Speaker 2: That's why I brought that up. You know, so the
- 48:12Speaker 2: whole idea here is this, right, so they did what
- 48:15Speaker 2: would be this what would be this cost that they
- 48:17Speaker 2: would have to incur because of this? And I don't
- 48:20Speaker 2: understand why they're why they're doing this, but this is
- 48:22Speaker 2: a story today on Clickorlando dot com. Uh, they they're
- 48:28Speaker 2: gonna have to pay. Let me make sure I got
- 48:30Speaker 2: this number right, because I saw it earlier and I
- 48:32Speaker 2: couldn't believe it. But I want to say it's in
- 48:37Speaker 2: the six hundred thousand dollars range or something like that,
- 48:43Speaker 2: and that is to remove the bus stops. Oh yeah,
- 48:48Speaker 2: but why uh, I guess why? Why move them. They're
- 48:53Speaker 2: nice little shelters. They have benches there, they're beautiful, they're
- 48:56Speaker 2: basically brand new. But they're misleading. But they could It
- 49:00Speaker 2: doesn't matter. But if you know the system is gone,
- 49:02Speaker 2: you could put up branding there that would let them know, hey,
- 49:05Speaker 2: this the bus doesn't run anymore, but enjoy this shelter
- 49:09Speaker 2: or this shade, you know, courtesy of get them sponsored
- 49:13Speaker 2: like they used to do bus stops back in the day.
- 49:15Speaker 2: They would have business sponsor those bus stops and they
- 49:17Speaker 2: would allow them to brand the bus stop and have
- 49:19Speaker 2: it there. They could just turn these into shelters or
- 49:22Speaker 2: stops or you know, just a little hangout areas. They
- 49:25Speaker 2: have a bench. They usually have trash cans there they're
- 49:27Speaker 2: having to remove. And then they have these solid metal
- 49:30Speaker 2: structures that are really strong. And I do not understand
- 49:33Speaker 2: for the life of me, why they're removing them. Why
- 49:35Speaker 2: not just rebrand them and use them.
- 49:37Speaker 4: I just think I have seen them on my bike
- 49:40Speaker 4: ride where there is no need to have a bench
- 49:44Speaker 4: on the side of four point thirty four in front
- 49:46Speaker 4: of a wooded area with no purpose. Oh yeah, just
- 49:50Speaker 4: I mean, if it's not waiting for a bus, there
- 49:54Speaker 4: is no point in being there.
- 49:56Speaker 2: Yeah, but why would you I mean six hundred and
- 49:58Speaker 2: sixty three thousand dollars for all these removals. I mean,
- 50:01Speaker 2: why would you spend almost, you know, over a half
- 50:04Speaker 2: a million dollars when again, you could just spend a
- 50:07Speaker 2: not even a tenth of that to rebrand these things
- 50:10Speaker 2: as like just a little shelters. Like maybe you're out
- 50:12Speaker 2: riding your bike and it starts raining, or you get
- 50:14Speaker 2: too hot and you can slide unto one of these
- 50:17Speaker 2: old bus stop shelters and uh it just you put
- 50:20Speaker 2: a sign up there going, hey, this this route isn't
- 50:22Speaker 2: serviced any longer, but to enjoy your arrest heartsy.
- 50:25Speaker 3: Of you know, I have a hard time. You know,
- 50:29Speaker 3: it's weird because marketing is such a huge thing. How
- 50:31Speaker 3: you say something and all and nuances is so important.
- 50:34Speaker 3: So you're saying, hey, whoa, we don't need six hundred
- 50:37Speaker 3: thousand dollars, We just need fifty thousand dollars. Instead, we'll
- 50:40Speaker 3: just making them shelters and then we'll advertise that they're
- 50:43Speaker 3: not a bus stop anymore. But all the general public
- 50:47Speaker 3: will probably hear is like, yeah, I just need like
- 50:49Speaker 3: ten thousand dollars for shelters.
- 50:52Speaker 2: Yeah, well then they go it's not a homeless shelter
- 50:56Speaker 2: and they're already there, They've already paid for them, like
- 50:58Speaker 2: the structures there. I don't know if maybe this is
- 51:00Speaker 2: a linked thing.
- 51:01Speaker 6: Well someone did text to say, is to deter homeless
- 51:03Speaker 6: people from sleeping on them.
- 51:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean Simone County have a big homeless problem, Jack,
- 51:09Speaker 2: They're there, we have everybody. Hey, I mean I know
- 51:12Speaker 2: that was in the Florida climate. Yeah, I know, but
- 51:14Speaker 2: I mean I lived in Simonol County for years. I
- 51:16Speaker 2: never saw any encampments as Aimonel County for homeless people.
- 51:20Speaker 2: I mean we're not saying they don't happen.
- 51:21Speaker 3: But having a homeless problem just mean that you have
- 51:25Speaker 3: one homeless person, because I would think every county has
- 51:28Speaker 3: at least one homeless person.
- 51:29Speaker 2: I mean, I mean, it's so funny to even say
- 51:31Speaker 2: homeless problem, but I think you know, if you have
- 51:32Speaker 2: a certain percentage of people that are living on the
- 51:34Speaker 2: street like they do in Orlando. I mean, we know
- 51:36Speaker 2: that that was a big point of contention for years.
- 51:39Speaker 2: It actually still is a little bit, but for the
- 51:42Speaker 2: good Yeah, I was wondering.
- 51:43Speaker 4: What happened because I've noticed at least in the town
- 51:46Speaker 4: where I live. That the shelter parts were removed a
- 51:50Speaker 4: while back, and I'm like, what some of that? And
- 51:53Speaker 4: I've seen them being removed over the past, you know
- 51:56Speaker 4: a few months before I knew about the Scout program
- 51:59Speaker 4: and I was wondering, like, what the hell are they doing. Yeah,
- 52:03Speaker 4: I just assume they were replacing them, but I guess
- 52:07Speaker 4: you know, that has been going on. And you know,
- 52:09Speaker 4: I seen they have like a part of the park,
- 52:13Speaker 4: Central Winds Park and Winter Springs. I say, there's a
- 52:15Speaker 4: spot where there's like a pile of old bus stops,
- 52:20Speaker 4: like the shelter with the plexiglass.
- 52:22Speaker 2: Yeah, the top, there's like three or four of them there. Oh,
- 52:25Speaker 2: it's crazy, snacked up says here. A letter from links
- 52:27Speaker 2: does mention that several of the bus shelters have not
- 52:29Speaker 2: met the Federal Transit Administrations required useful or service life cycle.
- 52:34Speaker 2: There is a requirement that any capital asset that has
- 52:37Speaker 2: bought with those funds and is still useful either needs
- 52:40Speaker 2: to be used by another entity or the cost of
- 52:42Speaker 2: the remaining useful life must be paid back. So what
- 52:45Speaker 2: I wonder here is is if this was a co
- 52:47Speaker 2: op between Seminole County and Links where Siminol County maybe
- 52:51Speaker 2: even through half the money into build these things, and
- 52:53Speaker 2: Links provided the other half. And there's a possibility that
- 52:55Speaker 2: because they're ending these routes, they're going to pull these
- 52:57Speaker 2: things up and install them elsewhere where new routes are
- 53:00Speaker 2: being added.
- 53:01Speaker 4: It's like when you lease the phone from your cell
- 53:05Speaker 4: phone provider, you know, it's if you terminate your service
- 53:09Speaker 4: before the end of the lease, you have to pay
- 53:11Speaker 4: it off, right, That's what's happening here. It looks like
- 53:14Speaker 4: it was federal money that helped pay for the bus stops,
- 53:17Speaker 4: and there's if they say this should be good for
- 53:20Speaker 4: ten years and after five you're getting rid of it,
- 53:22Speaker 4: you have to pay for the next five years.
- 53:25Speaker 2: That like half the cost of that.
- 53:26Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, So it sounds more like a penalty
- 53:30Speaker 4: than just the construction or the labor to remove that because.
- 53:35Speaker 2: You look at these things are substantial structures. I mean,
- 53:37Speaker 2: they're like tubes, steel welded. Yeah, it's not the only
- 53:41Speaker 2: cost the county is contemplating regarding Links. Commissioner Amy Lockhart,
- 53:44Speaker 2: who we spoke to last week, is also in discussion
- 53:47Speaker 2: happening is regarding the funding model for Links, which is
- 53:49Speaker 2: the majority of links funding comes from partners in Orange, Osciolo, Seminole,
- 53:53Speaker 2: and Orlando. That's what she was speaking about here. They
- 53:55Speaker 2: hastimated charge of additional one point five million dollars to
- 53:58Speaker 2: similar county. That's one of the reasons they said they
- 54:00Speaker 2: can't do it anymore because it's just not in their
- 54:02Speaker 2: budget to do it, and that's why they went to
- 54:04Speaker 2: the scout program. But you're probably right, Jack. I do
- 54:06Speaker 2: believe they're probably bringing these infrastructures up because it was
- 54:09Speaker 2: a co op and so that means that these structures
- 54:13Speaker 2: will go elsewhere or they'll be scrapped and uh, if
- 54:16Speaker 2: there's any use to it, they can repurpose it. But
- 54:19Speaker 2: they're saying, but it sounds like, hey, part of the agreement.
- 54:22Speaker 2: There's still life left in this.
- 54:24Speaker 4: You want to remove it, that's fine, but you're going
- 54:25Speaker 4: to pay us for the amount of you know that
- 54:28Speaker 4: pro rate it for the amount of use that you
- 54:31Speaker 4: know was done, and you owe ys for the rest.
- 54:33Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, there's always something there. When I saw
- 54:35Speaker 2: that this morning, I was like, God, it doesn't make
- 54:36Speaker 2: any sense. Why would you take that infrastructure and pull
- 54:38Speaker 2: it up when when those in a lot of these
- 54:40Speaker 2: are in nice areas, So Simonele County is a really
- 54:42Speaker 2: nice county. When you go around, it's very clean, and
- 54:44Speaker 2: especially when you get to the rural areas out past
- 54:46Speaker 2: winder Springs, going into no Veto and Geneva and those
- 54:48Speaker 2: areas out there, it's beautiful. It's the best county. It
- 54:51Speaker 2: is it environmentally, I do believe someone Old County does
- 54:55Speaker 2: have an advantage. And and these these bus stops are
- 54:58Speaker 2: in areas that, yeah, find an urban blight, let's get
- 55:01Speaker 2: rid of it. You know, they're not urban blight by
- 55:02Speaker 2: any means, by God alminding. They could be repainted, repurposed,
- 55:05Speaker 2: and it would be just fine if there wasn't a
- 55:07Speaker 2: deal in now he wants to pay for paint. What
- 55:10Speaker 2: it's six one hundred and fifty grand to get rid
- 55:11Speaker 2: of them. A tenth of that would buy the paint
- 55:13Speaker 2: for these things. And he wants to pay for repurpose.
- 55:16Speaker 2: Yeah out a six hundred grand, no problem whatsoever? All right?
- 55:19Speaker 2: Four O seven nine one six one O four one.
- 55:21Speaker 4: I'm wondering like they might still be on the hook
- 55:24Speaker 4: to pay the penalty if the bus route is eliminated
- 55:29Speaker 4: and they still owe on the lease of you know,
- 55:32Speaker 4: the lease for lack of a better term, of these
- 55:33Speaker 4: bus stops. Then I could see that they are still saying, well,
- 55:38Speaker 4: you eliminated the bus route you oways for you know that,
- 55:42Speaker 4: So they even if they repurpose him, they may still
- 55:45Speaker 4: have to pay.
- 55:46Speaker 2: But maybe, I mean, did they break a contract or
- 55:49Speaker 2: they just decide not to renew a contract. I mean
- 55:51Speaker 2: that sounds like to me, this was a budgetary issue
- 55:53Speaker 2: that came up in the budget and they just decided
- 55:56Speaker 2: that it wasn't gonna be in the budget, so they
- 55:57Speaker 2: ended the spending for it, which ended the deal. So
- 56:00Speaker 2: maybe it was a budget to budget scenario. A spokesperson
- 56:03Speaker 2: for Links till Channels six that this is not a
- 56:06Speaker 2: bill and the county has been aware that these exit
- 56:09Speaker 2: costs associated would be happening. At the meeting this week,
- 56:13Speaker 2: county leader said they were seeking clarification from Links regarding
- 56:16Speaker 2: the letter removal costs.
- 56:17Speaker 4: It's like paying off your cell phone when you get
- 56:19Speaker 4: a new provider.
- 56:22Speaker 2: That's what it is. It does sound exactly like that.
- 56:24Speaker 3: Sounds like Verizon, which is cool because bus stops usually
- 56:27Speaker 3: have Verizon Act.
- 56:28Speaker 2: Yeah. I've only ridden a bus one time in my
- 56:30Speaker 2: life a city bus and I wrote it out of
- 56:33Speaker 2: Pine Hills to College Park one time ever, and I
- 56:37Speaker 2: never had to write it again. You ever write a bus?
- 56:40Speaker 3: No, I don't think I've ever rode a public bus.
- 56:43Speaker 3: And you know what, I'm happy you asked that question
- 56:45Speaker 3: because I wanted to love myself a little bit?
- 56:48Speaker 2: Did you have you ever written a public bus? Yeah?
- 56:49Speaker 4: Up north, it's it's quite common. I mean people commute
- 56:53Speaker 4: into the city and back in the Jersey on bus train.
- 56:56Speaker 2: And we did that when we were in New York.
- 56:58Speaker 2: That's exactly what we did from Jersey into the city
- 57:00Speaker 2: and it was it was a piece of cake. And
- 57:02Speaker 2: then when we got there used the subway.
- 57:03Speaker 4: Yeah, I've throughout in New York City the bus system,
- 57:07Speaker 4: and I've used, oh, a really nice bus when I
- 57:09Speaker 4: was staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge.
- 57:11Speaker 2: It takes your right toward the park and then back again.
- 57:14Speaker 2: That's a bus.
- 57:15Speaker 3: Were you a bus person, Bush?
- 57:16Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 57:17Speaker 6: Actually, everything from taking the city bus to the library
- 57:21Speaker 6: when I was a kid and didn't have a car
- 57:24Speaker 6: and that was the only way to get around town.
- 57:26Speaker 6: Parents working buses in New York City and then would
- 57:31Speaker 6: take the Greyhound bus back and forth to college if
- 57:33Speaker 6: I couldn't find another ride.
- 57:34Speaker 7: Really, it was a five hour drive.
- 57:36Speaker 2: One of the most interesting experiences I've ever read in
- 57:39Speaker 2: my life was taking a friend I was actually a
- 57:42Speaker 2: daughter of a relative from our house down to the
- 57:46Speaker 2: bus station here in Orlando over in a off John Young.
- 57:49Speaker 2: Oh wow, and she was taking that back up to Pensacola.
- 57:53Speaker 2: She wanted to do it. She just on a whim,
- 57:55Speaker 2: she goes, I want to go. I bought a ticket.
- 57:56Speaker 2: I need a ride to the bus station. It was
- 57:57Speaker 2: like one thirty am. Let me tell you something. Yeah, No,
- 58:01Speaker 2: if you ever want to experience all that humanity has
- 58:04Speaker 2: to offer, just go to the bus station at one
- 58:06Speaker 2: o'clock in the morning and just dial up whatever you
- 58:09Speaker 2: want to say. Yep, I mean that is like the
- 58:11Speaker 2: cabin in the woods.
- 58:12Speaker 3: I just want to clarify, I've been on a bus before.
- 58:15Speaker 3: I thought you guys were talking about, like, you know,
- 58:17Speaker 3: Central Florida buses.
- 58:18Speaker 2: I don't. I don't want people to think I'm some
- 58:19Speaker 2: weird like homeschooled kid. Yeah, yeah, that's what you are, though. Yeah,
- 58:22Speaker 2: I know, like you went to Cranbrook.
- 58:23Speaker 3: I've been to you know, on buses. I've been to
- 58:26Speaker 3: New York City. I've had that bus experience, but I've
- 58:29Speaker 3: never been on a links bus here in central Florida.
- 58:31Speaker 2: Yeah, just a bus. When I first moved to Orlando,
- 58:34Speaker 2: I need to get a ride into College Park for something.
- 58:36Speaker 2: I remember getting a bus and riding from Pine Hills,
- 58:39Speaker 2: hiawassee and Silver Star Road into College Park and that
- 58:44Speaker 2: was enough. To be honest with you, it wasn't even
- 58:46Speaker 2: a bad experience. I mean, I just went to the bus,
- 58:48Speaker 2: sat waited, took an hour and ten minutes or whatever
- 58:51Speaker 2: to get over there, even though it's really not that
- 58:53Speaker 2: far because of all the stops and stuff. I just
- 58:55Speaker 2: kind of kept to myself and stayed quiet, and there
- 58:56Speaker 2: was no problem. It was the middle of the day.
- 58:59Speaker 4: I explored the idea of being able to take a
- 59:01Speaker 4: bus to work, but it would have been three buses,
- 59:05Speaker 4: two transit, two transfers, and it would have taken a
- 59:07Speaker 4: couple hours for me to go the nine miles.
- 59:09Speaker 2: Yeah at that point, just walk it. Yeah, that's a
- 59:13Speaker 2: bike ride for you. Jack, all right, seven seven zero
- 59:16Speaker 2: three one. Don't forget your four o'clock keyword is check.
- 59:18Speaker 2: That's c chgc K. Go to real Radio FM and
- 59:21Speaker 2: send that away for your chance at one thousand dollars
- 59:24Speaker 2: back in a second with more than Jim Colbert Joe
- 59:45Speaker 2: check is your four o'clock heyworry, you get about ten
- 59:47Speaker 2: minutes or so to get over to real radio dot
- 59:50Speaker 2: FM and send that away for your chance at one
- 59:51Speaker 2: thousand bucks. That's ch e c K. Good luck. We
- 59:55Speaker 2: hope you win. I'm Jim, there's deb get it. Jack
- 59:58Speaker 2: is here as well. Oh yeah, and so is Sauce Daddy.
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: People are riled up about the SCOUT system are people
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: who are used to using the buses because it can
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: be a learning curve to deal with a program where
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: you need an app to call or a computer or
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: to you need to be a little tech savvy, and
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: some people feel like they are being left out of that.
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: You know, how to and the information loop on how
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: to effectively use the new system.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Yeah, man, I mean we haven't we learned though that
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: like almost regardless of how your financial situation is, Like
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: almost everybody, even people who like, oh I'm broke, still
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: have a damn cell phone. Ye mean, they still have
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: a way to communicate, and almost everybody has a smartphone.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: We can be at the question of the day. I mean,
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: are do you do you what percentage of the audience
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: do you believe still as like a flip phone or
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: a or a phone that's you know, not a smartphone. Well,
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: I think we had.
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: One listener and he's converted so flip phone, Anthony a
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: smart a smartphone.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: So my thing is, like, you know, I don't know
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: anybody that doesn't have one. So theoretically, if you have one,
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: you can download the app. That's kind of my thing is, like,
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: you know, I apps are such part of our lives
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: now now.
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: Well, a listener Paris called during the break and she
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: was explaining that, you know, if you don't have one,
- 1:01:21Speaker 4: and you can actually call, but she said it's kind
- 1:01:25Speaker 4: of convoluted and hard to follow at times to be
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: able to.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: You know, access the system.
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: Yeah, without the app with an app, you know, it's
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: like try to get Uber without an app, right, yeah,
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: I mean can you even so with this the Scout system,
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: which is run by Freebie, right, they actually have a
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: way for you to be able to call to do it,
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: but again you have to follow certain steps and some
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: people feel like it might be a little overly complicated
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: for people who are just used to using the bus.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, Well, I mean hopefully they'll ackle me
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: and the system will work out fine, because I mean, obviously,
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: if it's going to save the county money and provide
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: reliable transportation that's safe for people in the county, that'd
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: be good. And then maybe that'll lead on two other
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: counties kind of adopting the same scenario or something near that,
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: to at least supplement the where the bus maybe doesn't
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: doesn't go, maybe a rural parts of the county where
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: it doesn't go. Yeah, did you guys get your ticket
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: yet for the Bourbon Bus. No, but you can't do
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: that right now at Real Radio dot FM slash Bourbon.
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: Yeah, they're selling fast too, are is it.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: I think it's already half sold out. We're getting there, yeah,
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: one hundred bucks.
- 1:02:32Speaker 6: And it's they just went on sale at two thirty
- 1:02:34Speaker 6: this afternoon.
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: Already half sold out.
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: Yeah, three o'clock of the it's a I think it's
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: already half sold out. So again, if you want to
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: get over there, Real Radio, dot FM slash Bourbon Bus
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: three stops myself, Jack Ross and now Sea Lane added
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: to the party, which is great. Just found that out myself.
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: Three stops with bourbon tastings and lunch is provided as well,
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: for only one hundred dollars. Did get how we doing?
- 1:02:54Speaker 8: Go?
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: All right? Twenty one sold all right?
- 1:02:56Speaker 7: Very nice of how many?
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: Forty five? Yeah, so it's already like just just short
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: of half sold out, So I think by the end
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: of the day it'll probably be gone. So make sure
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: you grab yours if you can. And if you want
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: to give it as a gift to somebody, like maybe
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: a birthday president or something like that, just buy it.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: You get one hundred dollars that email me and tell
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: me who do you want to give it to?
- 1:03:14Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: Absolutely no. Going to see Milania tonight? You got Milania? Yeah,
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: Going and to see Milania tonight? Interesting? Is she performing?
- 1:03:24Speaker 12: Joe?
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: It's a movie. It's a documentary about Malania. This is
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: the Jeff Bezel movie. Yeah, no, no, no, yeahyeah, it's the
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: Brett Ratner movie about the first Lady Malania Trump.
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: Is it true that Jeff Bezos putting seventy five million
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: for this?
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: So yeah, I think he was forty. He bought the
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: rights to the movie for forty million, and it costs
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: seventy five to make, Okay, Yeah, yeah, I think the
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: fee to buy the rights for it was forty million,
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: which I think we go straight to her, right, Yeah,
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: it's her story, right, Yeah, so I think they would
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: oh that and any production company hired to Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: Like I said, I think forty to her, yeah, right
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: for the rights to the story, and then and then
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: twenty eight million in production costs. Interesting, So it's a
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: it's an eighty or seventy five to eighty million dollar production.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: It debuted last night at the at the Kennedy Center.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: Uh and yeah, I mean what is it about. It's
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: about her.
- 1:04:19Speaker 6: It's about the first twenty days into Trump's second term.
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: Yeah, and how it affects her life and what she
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: had to do to prepare for it, and uh, you know,
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: speeches and all the fun stuff, the behind the scenes
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: look at Millennia Trump preparing for the second Trump administration.
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: By the way, I'm joking, I'm not going to it, okay, Yeah,
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: I mean did you guys, did you guys really think
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: I was going on?
- 1:04:42Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: Absolutely?
- 1:04:42Speaker 5: Why not?
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: I thought if your wife wanted to see it.
- 1:04:44Speaker 7: You were, we were going exactly.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: She could go, she could find a ringinggo. I'm not
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: gonna go. I mean, here's the thing. If it was
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: any first lady, I don't think i'd go. I can't
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: think of one that's interesting enough to go.
- 1:04:54Speaker 7: And spend the money on it.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Movie take care. I wouldn't go to Laura Bush's. I
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: wouldn't go to Hillary Clinton's. I would go to a
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: Michelle Obama's. I wouldn't do any of that. My wife
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: did read Michelle obamas book though, she thought it was great. Yeah,
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: I just I mean, I don't understand, like I did
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: she read it or do the book on tape? No,
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: she read it. Yeah, that book. I haven't read it.
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: She thought it was great book. Yeah, back of books
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: that I haven't read. Yeah. Yeah, Oh, she thought it
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: was amazing. I need to read.
- 1:05:17Speaker 19: Yeah.
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: It seems like a flex but it's super not he profrastinates.
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I watched much. Yeah. That's the largest amount of
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: money ever paid for the rights of a documentary movie real. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: I think it's the largest, and I think it's the
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: largest single budget and most expensive documentary ever made as
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: a film. I believe I remember reading that today. Now
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: you know, other shows, I guess other productions like A
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: Planet Earth is that what it was called? Are the
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: Blue Planet. Yeah, that whole series of natural national geographic
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: I think that costs a pretty good time to put out.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: I don't know if it was seventy five mil or not,
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: but just paying forty million for the rights of the
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: story is crazy. That's a that is a lot of money.
- 1:06:01Speaker 7: That's a lot of pressure for that movie to make
- 1:06:03Speaker 7: some money.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: I know, there's no proof, there's only this idea. Do
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: you believe.
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: Do you have a feeling that Jeff Bezos might expect
- 1:06:14Speaker 4: not to have issues with the federal government when it
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: comes to Blue Origin, his space company, or maybe Amazon
- 1:06:20Speaker 4: or mergers of any sort or yeah, or yeah, his newspaper.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: I can imagine who would think that. I'm just wondering. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: I don't know who think that. That doesn't make any
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: sense to me. But I would mean forty million dollars
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: for a first lady that's been seen nineteen times in
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: the last sixteen years. Yeah, I mean, I don't don't
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: make any sense to me. I think forty million is
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: a fair price for the story of Malania Trump.
- 1:06:41Speaker 4: But I expect it to be included with my Amazon
- 1:06:43Speaker 4: Prime member.
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: Oh, I don't know, Jack, I don't know.
- 1:06:46Speaker 7: That's hoping for a lot.
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: I thought you could probably stream it for twenty nine
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: ninety five.
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: I don't know if it's streaming.
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: I was thinking.
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: I was thinking, I don't know if I'm ready for it.
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: Making the jump from Amazon to Walmart plus, what do
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: you think?
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: And I say, by down when you say Walmart, plush
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: me for purchases, and.
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: Yeah, they deliver it, you know, and use they blow
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: up carbon footprints and they use cardboard boxes and are
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: very wasteful. Just to have the convenience of having stuff
- 1:07:16Speaker 4: dropped at my.
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: Doorstet you have to have it droned over. Yeah, I
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: don't know, man. I mean, Amazon's a pretty incrumble. My
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: wife man, and she loves Amazon. Matter of fact, we
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: were giving that the frost cloth stuff. We were out today,
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: both of us going to Goodwills finding sheets cover our
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: stuff up. Today. She goes, have you tried Amazon from
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: frost Cloth? And I'm like, yeah, the nearest delivery for
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: frost cloth from Amazon Amazon that pulls it from anywhere
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: on the planet Earth, that is, is February fifth. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: you're not getting in anywhere near this breeze. You know,
- 1:07:44Speaker 2: the Malania film.
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: You said, Brett Rattner, and I was like, God, that
- 1:07:48Speaker 3: name sounds familiar. Yeah, yeah, it's the director of Rush Out. Yeah,
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: sure enough, Yeah, that one on their Bengo car.
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: That guy he ran in some problems, right, some allegations
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: and kind of got bounce out of Hollywood. Rememb that
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: did he? Yeah? I think he kind of got it
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: caught up in the me too thing a little bit
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: and kind of got he was kind of cast out,
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: I believe. So, you know, he he shot the movie
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: for him, so he knows what he's doing. I mean,
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: they have they have a director that knows what they're doing.
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: You know, is this not the most expensive documentary of
- 1:08:17Speaker 3: all time?
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: I think it is, Buddy, I'm telling you, I think
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: it is. You know, it's got some controversy going, you know.
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: I guess South Africa decided to pull it from all
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: of their theaters, and I guess part of the crew
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: that helps shoot it in New York doesn't want their
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: name to be part of the credits. And I mean,
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: I don't know why. They just said that they don't
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: want to be part of the credits.
- 1:08:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: So she could earn five million dollars this weekend, which
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: would be a record for a documentary, although a lot
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: of people are thinking like it's gonna be closer to one.
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: No, I mean from what I hear though, I mean
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: as far as a documentary goes, because they're not giant
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: money makers to begin with, I don't even know what
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: the number one earning documentary is of all time. I
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: mean that Al Gore thing maybe, or maybe some of
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: the stuff that like Roger and me, what's this? What's
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: his face? Did Michael Moore? Michael Moore? Some of the
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: stuff that he did got some attention, but I don't Again,
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: I don't know if it made a whole bunch of money.
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: So to answer Ross's question, yes, Malania is considered the
- 1:09:15Speaker 2: most expensive ever made for a documentary. The most expensive
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: documentary ever ever made is about Malania Trump. Seventy five
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: million dollars, forty million dollars for the right right, and
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: thirty five for marketing. There you go.
- 1:09:28Speaker 6: Well, apparently, crew members say the worst part this is
- 1:09:31Speaker 6: rolling stone chaos. Behind the scenes of Amazon's Milania Trump
- 1:09:36Speaker 6: doc crew members say the worst part of working on
- 1:09:38Speaker 6: the film wasn't promoting the Trump administration. It was having
- 1:09:41Speaker 6: to work alongside accused sex pest Brett Ratner.
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: Oh yes, sex pest is that what they called him.
- 1:09:47Speaker 7: They called him.
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: I don't even know what he was accused of. I
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: heard he just got wrapped up in the meat too stuff,
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: so I just assumed it was some Weinsteiny kind of stuff. Oh,
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: but not Epsteiny. Yeah, you're gonna tell you all the Steamys.
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: Yeah, I know, had a million document dump today, three
- 1:10:05Speaker 4: million documentary a million yeah, yeah, bunch.
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: And it's so funny. The DJ said, you know, we're
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: not protecting anybody. We're not protecting anybody, and they didn't.
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: Apparently there's some thirty five hundred pages of that thing
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: they've already kind of found out mentioned Trump's name. I mean,
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: that's not a big secret. Everybody kind of knew. The
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: big story that's out right now regarding the ebscene files
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: is I'll tell you next.
- 1:10:25Speaker 20: Oh s, We've got an outdoor event we're attending tomorrow
- 1:10:33Speaker 20: night in downtown Windomere. It's supposed to be like twenty
- 1:10:36Speaker 20: five degrees with a feels like a seventeen degrees.
- 1:10:39Speaker 21: Some folks already looking for a way out of it.
- 1:10:41Speaker 4: But I'll tell you what.
- 1:10:42Speaker 20: I'm taking it as a challenge, baby, all the things.
- 1:10:45Speaker 21: I never get to wear, my bass layers for skiing,
- 1:10:48Speaker 21: my thick scarves, my fleeceline leggings, all that stuff I'm
- 1:10:52Speaker 21: getting to wear. My Timberlin's put the Ace in the Hole,
- 1:10:55Speaker 21: my heated jacket. Ward in November and Salt Lake City
- 1:10:58Speaker 21: at night for an event nice.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: The Jinkle Bud Show. Prince of the Island GCS girl.
- 1:11:06Speaker 22: Of all the days we have triana and sixty five
- 1:11:11Speaker 22: days to pick, and you pick one day of out
- 1:11:15Speaker 22: of tree hundred and sixty five is the day that
- 1:11:17Speaker 22: I cannot come.
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: March the eight that cannot come.
- 1:11:22Speaker 22: This is my son eighteenth birthday. Even though I wanted
- 1:11:27Speaker 22: to bring him, I could even bring him.
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: He's not old enough.
- 1:11:31Speaker 11: God, hey guys, every day. I do not subscribe to
- 1:11:35Speaker 11: Walmart Plus as of yet, but I will be soon.
- 1:11:39Speaker 11: My boss was talking to me about it. You get
- 1:11:41Speaker 11: ten cents off a gallon of gas at several different
- 1:11:44Speaker 11: gas stations in town, not just Walmart gas stations, free
- 1:11:48Speaker 11: delivery on groceries over thirty five dollars, free shipping from
- 1:11:52Speaker 11: anything on Walmart dot com. And you get a subscription
- 1:11:55Speaker 11: to Paramount Plus or Peacocks. There's two services you can
- 1:11:58Speaker 11: choose from It sounds like a good deal for one
- 1:12:00Speaker 11: hundred bucks a year.
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: One hundred bucks a year what Amazon's like sixty five
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: or so year? Amazon is like one thirty? Is it really? Holy? Yeah,
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: I don't know that. Oh yeah, Hey, your five o'clock
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: keyword is happy, happ y happy. I'm not paying that
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: to Amazon. Go to real radio dot FM that are
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: for your chance at one thousand dollars. Happy's the word, guys,
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: Go get that money.
- 1:12:22Speaker 7: Yeah, you kind of definitely.
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: Are comes out of the Colbert account. Remember it's if
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: you're playing the game phone on phone up and you
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: got to answer the damn thing if you want to win.
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: Happy is the work, guys, Go get your money. I'm Jim.
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: There's deb Hello job Yeah, and sauce as well. Oh yeah,
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: I think.
- 1:12:37Speaker 4: You can save like four cents a month on that
- 1:12:40Speaker 4: Amazon account if you take off the Prime video.
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: Oh really automatic sense? Yeah yeah, it's wild, you know
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: I you know again, my I've mentioned this before. My
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: wife has worked with Walmart for years creating programs for
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: them to sell stuff and what they call their the
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: palette programs. She did that for I think two and
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: a half years or so with Walmart. So she worked
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: hand in hand with them up in a Bozeman I
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: think it is is where they're at Montana's at Bozeman's.
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: Were no, no Arkansas, they're out of Arkansas.
- 1:13:10Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: So with that said, she knows for a fact behind
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: the scenes that Walmart just absolutely loathes the fact that
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: Amazon has this pig of jump on them when it
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: comes to online merchandising because they kind of started late
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: and they're playing mega catchup. So I think that's why
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: you're seeing a lot of this is they're really looking
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: to make up a lot of ground on Amazon. So
- 1:13:33Speaker 2: you're going to see Walmart do a whole bunch to
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: get people to switch over. And I don't know what
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: that's going to be like long term for people who
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: make the switch.
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: Well, they've been doing that for a couple of years.
- 1:13:43Speaker 4: They've been trying to catch up. Yet, Hey, you're right,
- 1:13:45Speaker 4: it is a couple of years. But so the subscription
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: service is one and it's other perks that they can
- 1:13:51Speaker 4: give you, right Bentonville, Arkansas?
- 1:13:54Speaker 11: Is that?
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: Yeah, Bettonville, Right, that's it. I always get it wrong. Yeah, So, anyway,
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: we're talking about the the Epstein file dump that happened
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: this morning, our last night, actually three million, I believe
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: documents or something like that. Did you read about it?
- 1:14:07Speaker 7: But yeah, I think that is the amount.
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: The part of it I find interesting, though, is this, right,
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: of course, we kind of know that a bunch of
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: people are in it. We know Trump's in it, we
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: know Clinton's and it, we know you know, Bill Gates
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: and a number of other business people are in it.
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: Nobody has been charged with anything. There are no allegations
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: that any of those people have done anything wrong except
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: for Jeffrey Epstein. There is one wrench in the machine
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: for people who have claims that they are or are
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: not part of these files, and that is Gillane Maxwell. So,
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: Gleen Maxwell today actually claimed in a Habeas Corpus petition
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: that there were four more co conspirators and twenty five
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: men reached quote secret settlements related to the Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: case but were not indicted. Oh my god, So twenty
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: five men, twenty five people apparently have paid their way
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: out of indictments for the Epstein files. Yep, she claimed
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: twenty nine people, four co conspirators, reached secret settlements in
- 1:15:12Speaker 2: connection to the Jeffrey Epstein case. They claims found in
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: a lengthy habeas corpus petition filed by Maxwell on December seventeenth.
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: I don't know why it's just coming to light now, do.
- 1:15:24Speaker 3: We still is? I remember the last Epstein file dump
- 1:15:28Speaker 3: was mainly just black bars. Yeah, yeah, do we have
- 1:15:31Speaker 3: a lot of black bars on this dump? Well, we
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: know for a fact one of these people, they've already mentioned.
- 1:15:36Speaker 3: One of them.
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: Actually, Thomas Massey called one of them out by name,
- 1:15:40Speaker 2: and the other one got mentioned today, and it is
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: Leon Black. And you know Leon Black. I believe Leon
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: Black is the guy who owns one of those massive,
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: massive hedge fund businesses. One of the wealthiest dudes. I think,
- 1:15:54Speaker 2: one of the most powerful cats out there is Leon Black.
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: He was mentioned in the file as well. So I
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: wonder what's gonna happen here because this has been going
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: on for a while. They know these names, but yet
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: not one indictment has been passed down, not one arrest Yeah,
- 1:16:11Speaker 2: not one. They are in money. They arrested Don Lemon
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: and for other people, yeah, for going to a church.
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: So we have we have five journalists been arrested, but
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: not one pedophile has been arrested. Yet I don't won.
- 1:16:23Speaker 3: I don't think we ever will.
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: You don't believe so, I don't think so.
- 1:16:26Speaker 3: I mean if it would have happened, I feel like
- 1:16:30Speaker 3: it would have happened already. The promises have been made.
- 1:16:33Speaker 3: They got shattered and broken over and over again, which
- 1:16:37Speaker 3: makes me go like, yeah, dog, you ain't ever gonna
- 1:16:39Speaker 3: get that.
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: They they told you one thing and then did something else.
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: Yeah, and they and then.
- 1:16:44Speaker 3: The response is just like trying to move on.
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: Yeah, he ran on it and then and then of
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: course he ran on it famously and then called it
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: a hoax, and then and then everybody. I mean, that's
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: one of the reasons they believed, is it, Dan or
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: Don Bongino? Dan Bongino. Yeah, one of the reasons he left.
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: He would have when I understand he would have left immediately.
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: Remember that press conference when you looked like you just
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: seen a ghost. Yeah, right, that's when apparently he found out,
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: like when he left around and he did found out,
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: but he couldn't leave immediately. He had to put some
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: time in between there so it would look suspicious. And
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: he's already back on the circuit, you know, spitting flame.
- 1:17:16Speaker 3: Yeah, he's behind a microphone. I think he has his
- 1:17:18Speaker 3: own show, he has some podcast.
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: He left a podcast to come do that, and then
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: he went right back into the podcast world. Because you know,
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: you don't make any money as the deputy director of
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: the FBI. You're not making any real money there, not
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: money you can make on a podcast with a bunch
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: of listeners, you know, with a bunch of subscribers. Yeah.
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: I don't.
- 1:17:33Speaker 3: I don't think you will. I don't think the American
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: public will ever have the transparency that they are yearning
- 1:17:40Speaker 3: for when it comes to this topic.
- 1:17:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I just.
- 1:17:43Speaker 7: Too many powerful people behind it.
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's been said a number of times. Actually,
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: I think even Trump himself said that, did he not?
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: He said, a lot of innocent people will get hurt,
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: or a lot of people are at.
- 1:17:52Speaker 7: Time of my friends will be hurt.
- 1:17:54Speaker 2: Too big to kind of fail kind of scenario, like
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: you know, some of the biggest movers and shakers on
- 1:17:59Speaker 2: planet Earth, you know, leaders of business and industry could
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: be wrapped up in this. I mean, twenty five people
- 1:18:04Speaker 2: is no joke. And we know for a fact that.
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: I mean, if you're a part of the cabal that
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: he ran with, he ran with the wealthiest people in
- 1:18:09Speaker 2: the world now. And then on top of that, Howard Luttnik,
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: who is what is his job again in the cabinet?
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: I forget which one he is, but Bergham is the interior.
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: Lutnick is something else. Howard Lutnick is a billionaire friend
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: of Trump's who got a cabinet, got a cabinet position.
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: And he said during an interview, and one of the
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: most cost commerce sector. There you go. One of the
- 1:18:33Speaker 2: most caustic things said about the finals came out of
- 1:18:36Speaker 2: Lutnick's mouth because he was just having a conversation and
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: then said the stupidest thing you could ever say, which
- 1:18:42Speaker 2: was quote lived. You know, he lived next door to
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: the guy, right He's literally shared a wall with the
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: Brownstone in New York, the famous Brownstone and New York
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: that Epstein had, that four story, ten thousand square foot
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: monster that he had with all the weird mannequins and
- 1:18:56Speaker 2: stuff and paintings of Bill Clinton in dresses or whatever
- 1:19:00Speaker 2: those paintings. Right that the guy that I'm telling you about,
- 1:19:03Speaker 2: Howard Luttenning, live right next door to him, Like he
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: shared a wall on that Brownstone and said under a
- 1:19:10Speaker 2: not under oath but said in a quote that that
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: Epstein was the greatest blackmailer of all time.
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: New York Times Today announced that Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick
- 1:19:21Speaker 4: planned a trip to Epstein's island.
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: Yeah, and he said Epstein was the biggest blackmailer of
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: all time. And I think Lutnick's wife once meeting Epstein,
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: just met him one time and turned to Howard Lutnik
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: and said, I never want to be around that guy
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: ever again in my life. She apparently felt so uncomfortable
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: with just a brief meeting with Jeffrey Epstein that she
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: it moved her so much she made a statement to
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: her husband about it, about not wanting him to be
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: around anymore. Who said that Lutnick's wife. But again, they
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: let they live right nextor to each other. I think
- 1:19:51Speaker 2: they came over for a dinner party or something, and
- 1:19:53Speaker 2: Lutnick's wife made a bunch of comments about how sideways
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: she thought the guy was and how unbelievably uncomfortable she
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: was around him them, and then and then he says
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: that Jeffrey Epstein's the greatest blackmailer of all time. And
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: that's been one of the conspiracy theories or theories for
- 1:20:07Speaker 2: a long time. Is that the reason they're you're not
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: gonna see any end diamonds, of course, is because he
- 1:20:11Speaker 2: has all this and we know for a fact the
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: federal government has it. By the way, that rated both
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: of his but they rate his his Bahamian estate, and
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: they raided the New York at State and they talked
- 1:20:21Speaker 2: about it. This administered I mean cash Mattel talked about it.
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: Thousands of hard drives, terabyte after terabyte of information. It's
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: on a desk.
- 1:20:28Speaker 3: Where is it?
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: I remember that time, But where is it then? I mean,
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: you know, they said that they were going to release it.
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: They said it's on the desk. As a matter of fact,
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: before he became the director of the FBI, he said
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: on a podcast that the Feds had it and we're
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: hiding it. They control all the information, they have all
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: the photographs, they have all the recordings. I think one
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: of the most interesting things of the entire cash of
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: information is is they taped that dude's phone for a
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: month toward the end of this entire investigation. That means
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: they have recordings of everybody that that guy talked to
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: and everything he said. It was a federal warrant to
- 1:21:03Speaker 2: get that tap. They know everything, They know every name,
- 1:21:08Speaker 2: they know every person involved. You know, they are protecting
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: every gd one of them.
- 1:21:14Speaker 3: I think my least favorite thing that definitely gets overlooked
- 1:21:18Speaker 3: the most when it comes to I mean those two
- 1:21:20Speaker 3: words Jeffrey Epstein, is that, like we caught him back
- 1:21:24Speaker 3: in two thousand and six, you guys remember this, yeah,
- 1:21:27Speaker 3: is that.
- 1:21:27Speaker 2: The guy who got the guy who got him off
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: has got a cabinet's cabinet.
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: Ding ding ding. This is the most like abhorrent or
- 1:21:33Speaker 3: most offensive thing that I get. Is that, like your
- 1:21:36Speaker 3: actions speak louder than words. Right, Well, go back look
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: at that case back in two thousand and six, when
- 1:21:42Speaker 3: Epstein first got locked up. It was a sweetheart deal
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: and a half and it was the lightest slap on
- 1:21:49Speaker 3: the wrists.
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: Do you know how bad that how how bad that
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: deal with? By the way, the guy is alex Acosta.
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: And again he is now part of the cabinet Trump's cabinet.
- 1:21:55Speaker 7: He wasn't his first term. He's I don't know. He
- 1:21:59Speaker 7: was the prosecutor for the for South Florida.
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: There you go, and he got this guy off on
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: a sweetheart deal. Jeffrey Epstein. This is his big punishment
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: for getting busted. Yeah, his big punishment was I think
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: he went to jail for eighteen months. He could leave
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: during the day and then come back at night as
- 1:22:15Speaker 2: if it was a hotel.
- 1:22:18Speaker 7: He could also have visitors.
- 1:22:19Speaker 3: It was a two thousand and eight plea deal where
- 1:22:22Speaker 3: he pled guilty to Leicester state charges and avoided federal prosecution.
- 1:22:27Speaker 3: At the time, what was the crime. He was arrested
- 1:22:30Speaker 3: Palm Beach, Florida, two thousand and six on state charges
- 1:22:33Speaker 3: related to soliciting a minor for prostitution, a minor, trying
- 1:22:38Speaker 3: to turn out a kid for prostitution, and sex trafficking
- 1:22:41Speaker 3: by the way, and it was it's so under the rug.
- 1:22:45Speaker 2: Yeah, and by the way, somebody just texted and said
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: he ran with the richest Americans. No, it brought it.
- 1:22:49Speaker 2: You got it wrong. He also ran with the richest
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: Israelis and he also ran with some Arabs as well.
- 1:22:54Speaker 7: I don't forget Prince Andrew.
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and Prince Andrew part of the Royal family. Dog,
- 1:22:58Speaker 2: So he rolled with a rich people, the most some
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: of the most powerful people on planet Earth.
- 1:23:03Speaker 3: Well, I thought we were the world police. Or is
- 1:23:05Speaker 3: that against poor countries or that is, that is that
- 1:23:09Speaker 3: against the ones the countries that don't have money. We
- 1:23:12Speaker 3: have the power, we have the receipts. Let's go us.
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: Let's kind of line up in our personal interest. Yeah.
- 1:23:17Speaker 2: I don't understand. I mean I really, truthfully, I do
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: not understand how any of these guys who vote to
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: keep this stuff quiet still have jobs. For the life
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: of me. I just don't get it. Like, you can't
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: imagine a time like I sit and think about this
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: a long, I could never imagine time politically where this
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: kind of thing, especially with the people involved, because those
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: are the people talking about, you know, save the kids.
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: We're trying to we're trying to stop the child sex trafficking.
- 1:23:44Speaker 2: And now they have what is the biggest child sex
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: trafficking unit we've ever dealt with in the United States,
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: and they have the evidence and nothing is happening. Nothing
- 1:23:56Speaker 2: is happening. They have control of all of the evidence,
- 1:24:00Speaker 2: every videotape, every audio tape, every transmission, his journals, it's
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: all there. And what he doesn't have, his brother has.
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: It's unbelievable, guys, that nobody has been indicted on this,
- 1:24:13Speaker 2: Not one person except for Jelie Maxell has been indicted
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: for this and then got moved to US and then.
- 1:24:21Speaker 3: Two thousand and six. Also, originally police had identified thirty
- 1:24:25Speaker 3: under over thirty underage victims. Yeah, yeah, only two victims
- 1:24:29Speaker 3: were named in court. Going back to that plea deal,
- 1:24:31Speaker 3: it was eighteen months served thirteen months because of good behavior,
- 1:24:36Speaker 3: work released six days a week upright, twelve hours a day.
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: That's right. He could leave in the morning and come
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: home in the evening. He just had to sleep there.
- 1:24:42Speaker 2: That's it.
- 1:24:43Speaker 3: And I bring that up because this is probably the
- 1:24:45Speaker 3: first time I think a lot of people may be
- 1:24:47Speaker 3: finding out about this is that we caught him, We
- 1:24:49Speaker 3: got him. The justice system gave its best shot back
- 1:24:53Speaker 3: in two thousand and six, and you saw with those
- 1:24:56Speaker 3: actions what this was.
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: And by the way, people who we were close to
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: him his entire life knew of this about him his
- 1:25:03Speaker 2: entire time. I mean, Trump is on the record of
- 1:25:05Speaker 2: saying he knew about the girls being young, he liked
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: him young. I mean, in a lot He's not the
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: only one, though, Trump's not the only one. Almost everybody
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: around this guy knew that he had a thing for
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: young girls.
- 1:25:17Speaker 4: But across the line, when he started pilferring the girls
- 1:25:20Speaker 4: from mar Lago.
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: Yeah that's the story. Weird for sure. Then yeah, they
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: can't kill me that Uh.
- 1:25:25Speaker 3: The wildest part about this whole thing is that part
- 1:25:28Speaker 3: of that Plea Deal it ended up granting immunity to
- 1:25:31Speaker 3: unnamed potential poe conspired right.
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: In other words, it gave a blanket immunity to the
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: people who were doing that to the kids. I totally
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: forgot about that part of me.
- 1:25:39Speaker 3: Here we are every twenty twenty six, literally twenty years later,
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: doing the same exact thing that that Plea Deal said.
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: I don't care. I mean, look, even if you were
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: just like a glancing Republican and you voted for this,
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: you know, for these people, And what part of the
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: reason you voted is because they said they're going to
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: release these files and then they're now doing everything possible
- 1:26:00Speaker 2: not to release these they were for a while, and
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: that is this all of them? By the way, is
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: this the entire thing? I thought there were two more
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: million pages. I thought it was five million total pages.
- 1:26:09Speaker 4: I sell one headline that said it was the rest
- 1:26:12Speaker 4: of them. I only one place I did his worry exactly.
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: I did as well. But I also remember them saying
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: that they had five million more documents and only three
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: got released today. But but I also saw the headline
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: that said, you know that that's everything we have? Yeah,
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: it's not. I mean I want the recordings, you want
- 1:26:31Speaker 2: the videos, you want all of it. You got to
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: get it out there, all of it, not just not
- 1:26:34Speaker 2: just the redacted stuff that's on paper. They should build
- 1:26:37Speaker 2: a website and have it where you can go and
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: listen to every single bit of it. All right for
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: US seven nine four one text us at seven seven
- 1:26:46Speaker 2: zero three one back in a second today?
- 1:26:49Speaker 5: Is we better way? Ross padget sponsored by.
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: Joscomo, or Lando's injury attorneys.
- 1:26:58Speaker 23: Guys, I remember are taking the Links bus to middle school.
- 1:27:04Speaker 23: If I missed the bus, I don't go to school
- 1:27:07Speaker 23: for that day. I will skip school, and that's why
- 1:27:09Speaker 23: I did. But I also had to take the bus
- 1:27:13Speaker 23: to and.
- 1:27:13Speaker 24: From work when I was working at the theme park
- 1:27:17Speaker 24: at Disney, so I'd take fifty all the way down
- 1:27:19Speaker 24: to my house. So that's my experiense of riding the bus.
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: Have a great show, guys, Thanks buddy.
- 1:27:25Speaker 25: The biggest question that I have with going from Links
- 1:27:29Speaker 25: to Scout is how much was the contract for the
- 1:27:32Speaker 25: Links before they transferred to Scout, and how much lower
- 1:27:37Speaker 25: is the Scout program going to cost us because they're
- 1:27:42Speaker 25: obviously brand new cars because they lived that way. But
- 1:27:47Speaker 25: it's it's just weird.
- 1:27:51Speaker 14: They're already in the Sanford area seventeen six a couple
- 1:27:56Speaker 14: of the bus stops with a covered shelter on a
- 1:28:00Speaker 14: already being used by some homeless people. Will are there,
- 1:28:06Speaker 14: grocery cards full of all their stuff, sitting right in
- 1:28:09Speaker 14: front of it.
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: Hey, jim, me at the bus stop. We'll wait on
- 1:28:15Speaker 2: the bus like it still comes.
- 1:28:17Speaker 3: I mean it's got shade in a trash can and
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: somebody's advertisement on it.
- 1:28:24Speaker 2: Hey, man, I do it. I've hung out in worse places, buddy.
- 1:28:28Speaker 2: All right, welcome back to the Jim Kolber Show. We
- 1:28:29Speaker 2: Radio one o four point one. Happy is your five o'clock? Heyword,
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: that's h a p p y. Slide over to real
- 1:28:34Speaker 2: radio dot of him and send that away for your
- 1:28:36Speaker 2: chance on one thousand dollars. Happy as the word. Guys,
- 1:28:38Speaker 2: go get that money. I'm Jim. There's deb Hello, Jack,
- 1:28:41Speaker 2: Yep and Ross it's true. Hey, don't forget to join
- 1:28:44Speaker 2: us on our bourbon bus. The tickets went on sales

- 1:29:30Speaker 2: gonna have prizes for the people on the bus. We
- 1:29:33Speaker 2: are and I don't know what we're gonna do yet
- 1:29:34Speaker 2: to give them away. Maybe some trivia, maybe some other stuff,
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: maybe some show.
- 1:29:38Speaker 7: Of strength, strip poker, strip poker.
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: I mean all that the show straight. Maybe we can
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: arm wrestle jack, you know what, all kinds of stuff.
- 1:29:48Speaker 2: So again it's Real Radio dot FM slash Bourbon, Real
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: Radio dot FM slash Bourbon. Grab your tickets again, already
- 1:29:55Speaker 2: half gone. So if you want to get that ticket
- 1:29:56Speaker 2: and guarantee you're going get that today if you can.
- 1:29:59Speaker 7: Here's a game. Who can pick up Jack and carry
- 1:30:01Speaker 7: him the furthest stop?
- 1:30:02Speaker 2: It that's I get run with Jack on my shoulders.
- 1:30:08Speaker 2: I don't know that was a lighter jack. Oh we
- 1:30:10Speaker 2: need to do a saki bo a saki buzz jack
- 1:30:12Speaker 2: with Oh no, a saki boucky to you, they would
- 1:30:18Speaker 2: just leave the first stop and drive straight to the hospital.
- 1:30:21Speaker 2: What they have to do, because man, that stuff is gnarly.
- 1:30:23Speaker 7: Dude, you end up becoming gnarly.
- 1:30:26Speaker 2: Man. I'm telling you. Saki is a different kind of drunk.
- 1:30:29Speaker 2: And you know all, it's weird how that is. I
- 1:30:31Speaker 2: wonder why that is? Because it's just alcohol. But why
- 1:30:34Speaker 2: is it that that tequila or whiskey or vodka or
- 1:30:39Speaker 2: gin or wine or beerd they're all different buzzes and
- 1:30:42Speaker 2: they shouldn't be.
- 1:30:43Speaker 6: Yeah, they should because they're all different ingredients. You've got
- 1:30:46Speaker 6: potatoes and vodka.
- 1:30:47Speaker 2: I know, but it's just alcohol. I don't care how
- 1:30:49Speaker 2: you get to it. You're just making an alcohol, right,
- 1:30:50Speaker 2: whether it be corn or potatoes or whatever.
- 1:30:52Speaker 6: But I would imagine each different recipe ferments differently and
- 1:30:57Speaker 6: it's going to have different properties to it, which is
- 1:30:59Speaker 6: why you know tequila, you wake up in another country
- 1:31:02Speaker 6: with your underwear on your head and you just went out.
- 1:31:04Speaker 3: For happy Oh yeah yeah, Come on, Colbert, you know
- 1:31:07Speaker 3: I have flip flopped so much on that opinion. I
- 1:31:10Speaker 3: I what the worst one is? No of just like
- 1:31:12Speaker 3: alcohol is the same yea, And this is my I have.
- 1:31:16Speaker 3: I've come to a pretty good conclusion here is that
- 1:31:19Speaker 3: I think if you have one beer, one shot, you
- 1:31:22Speaker 3: will be like.
- 1:31:23Speaker 2: Oh that's a good beer. Buzz, Oh that's a good shot.
- 1:31:25Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I get that.
- 1:31:26Speaker 3: There's I can feel a difference between the two. I
- 1:31:29Speaker 3: think I feel comfortable. But eight beers, eight shots, you're
- 1:31:33Speaker 3: going to the same place. Now if you get that
- 1:31:37Speaker 3: blackout hammered is blackout hammered no matter what you drink
- 1:31:41Speaker 3: in my oxperience, So.
- 1:31:42Speaker 2: It's got to be the percentage, right, because every beer
- 1:31:45Speaker 2: is supposed to be like equal to one shot of alcohol.
- 1:31:47Speaker 2: Is that correct?
- 1:31:47Speaker 16: Yeah?
- 1:31:48Speaker 4: And the glass of wine that's supposed I remember in
- 1:31:50Speaker 4: health class that's what they told us they were all
- 1:31:52Speaker 4: equal in the amount of alcohol.
- 1:31:55Speaker 2: Listen, hold up for a second. We know that's not
- 1:31:56Speaker 2: true though now we don't. But if we but what
- 1:31:59Speaker 2: I'm saying is okay. So let's say we have three beers, right.
- 1:32:02Speaker 2: We line up three beers, and each beer we know
- 1:32:04Speaker 2: for a fact, has what would be equal to a
- 1:32:07Speaker 2: shot of liquor in that beer. Yeah, if you say,
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: it's announce And then we line up three ounces of liquor. Yeah.
- 1:32:12Speaker 2: And in the time, I think what the deal is
- 1:32:15Speaker 2: is it takes you longer to get wine and beer
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: in your system than it does shots. So I think
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: it seems different, but in reality it isn't, except for
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: I think Debra is right the sugar in like wine
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: and other things or that does make a difference, right,
- 1:32:31Speaker 2: and how your body metabolizes that that alcohol.
- 1:32:33Speaker 6: That's the only thing I can come up with why
- 1:32:35Speaker 6: Asaki buzz is different from a rum buzz is different
- 1:32:38Speaker 6: from me tequila buzz.
- 1:32:39Speaker 2: Kasaki's just rice wine, is it not?
- 1:32:41Speaker 7: But after five thing, like you said, I mean, you're just.
- 1:32:44Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, but if we drink three shots of if
- 1:32:47Speaker 2: we drank three shots of vodka, let's say and we
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: did that in an hour, and then we drank three
- 1:32:52Speaker 2: beers in an hour, I'm guessing the person that drinks
- 1:32:54Speaker 2: the three shots of vodka is gonna be a little
- 1:32:56Speaker 2: bit worse off of my Yeah, hammered, I would, don't
- 1:33:00Speaker 2: you agree? Three glasses of wine in an hour as
- 1:33:03Speaker 2: opposed to three glasses of beer, like, are the equal
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: amount that would provide the same amount of alcohol. And
- 1:33:09Speaker 2: this is one thing that I'm also because like, I
- 1:33:10Speaker 2: love this conversation.
- 1:33:11Speaker 3: I've always had this debate at bars, you know, with
- 1:33:15Speaker 3: other drunks. You know, this gets brought up a fair
- 1:33:18Speaker 3: amount and a big reason why people think that, oh,
- 1:33:22Speaker 3: wine makes me feel like this, and beer makes me
- 1:33:24Speaker 3: feel like this, and this is gonna make you feel
- 1:33:27Speaker 3: like a farm animal. But when you are, but when
- 1:33:30Speaker 3: you are drinking wine, it's got the marketing of nice,
- 1:33:34Speaker 3: pinky up. You're usually probably maybe at a nicer restaurant
- 1:33:38Speaker 3: when you tow out and get that glass of wine
- 1:33:40Speaker 3: versus the beer at the bar, and that oh you
- 1:33:44Speaker 3: could have this experience of that. It's a two different
- 1:33:46Speaker 3: drunks two different feelings, but it's really according to the
- 1:33:51Speaker 3: Internet and AI, which is weird that AI basically is
- 1:33:54Speaker 3: telling me that it's mainly placebo.
- 1:33:57Speaker 2: Oh, it's your own feeling. In other words, if you
- 1:33:59Speaker 2: drink three that's a tequilas against against ringing three beers.
- 1:34:02Speaker 2: You think that tequila is gonna get you more drunk
- 1:34:04Speaker 2: because you've heard about.
- 1:34:06Speaker 3: Tequila crazy, tequila knights, the whole one. Yeah, so many
- 1:34:09Speaker 3: people think that, like, yeah, man, tequila just gets it's
- 1:34:12Speaker 3: like an upper I think that's a myth. I've never
- 1:34:15Speaker 3: been on board of calling tequila an upper.
- 1:34:17Speaker 7: Well, all alcohol is considered a depressant.
- 1:34:20Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, but there's a lot of tequila people who
- 1:34:23Speaker 3: are like, man, I get crazy, watch out shirt, it's
- 1:34:25Speaker 3: coming off.
- 1:34:26Speaker 4: No, that's because it depresses your inhibitions and then that
- 1:34:31Speaker 4: reveals your true personality.
- 1:34:33Speaker 3: Now I'm looking at all these descriptions for the stereotypical
- 1:34:37Speaker 3: different types of drunks fascinating.
- 1:34:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I will tell you, I think it's worth a
- 1:34:41Speaker 2: one hundred dollars to come on the Bourbon Bus just
- 1:34:43Speaker 2: to see Jack with the buzz. That's what I gonna say.
- 1:34:46Speaker 2: That's fifty dollars. I may not be drinking, that's all.
- 1:34:51Speaker 2: I might be driving. Really, that's that's when he gets
- 1:34:56Speaker 2: real hammerd let's put that Captain hat on man. When
- 1:34:59Speaker 2: we did that Bucks bus, my man got war out.
- 1:35:02Speaker 2: Our boy, Eric Keller brought a bottle of a really
- 1:35:05Speaker 2: good bottle of Wellers.
- 1:35:06Speaker 6: By the way, who has already bought his ticket, you
- 1:35:08Speaker 6: son of a bitch.
- 1:35:09Speaker 2: So we were drinking this bourbon out of the bottle
- 1:35:13Speaker 2: like rolled miners, and.
- 1:35:15Speaker 7: You stuck down the same bottle. You didn't put it
- 1:35:16Speaker 7: in a glass.
- 1:35:17Speaker 24: Lis.
- 1:35:17Speaker 2: Nothing's living through that stuff. Fir ust me when I
- 1:35:19Speaker 2: tell you nothing's living through it. We were literally, oh
- 1:35:21Speaker 2: you did not, Oh like we were sitting around a campfire.
- 1:35:24Speaker 2: Nice Jack. Jack got so drunk. He was sitting in
- 1:35:28Speaker 2: this passenger seat up front, faking like he was driving
- 1:35:31Speaker 2: the bus. He was ghost driving the bus. I do
- 1:35:33Speaker 2: not believe him. Yeah, it was bad. He doesn't even remember.
- 1:35:38Speaker 2: You weren't even there. I was, oh, wait, listen, listen, Keller, Yeah, Keller, Keller,
- 1:35:44Speaker 2: get Texas and tell us how because I think we
- 1:35:46Speaker 2: were all back there because we avoided it because Jack
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: was getting at it, dude, and I loved it because
- 1:35:51Speaker 2: we had beers at first, and then we found out
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: those boys bought because you hear the bottles clinking around
- 1:35:55Speaker 2: in the back and I'm like, okay, bring it up,
- 1:35:58Speaker 2: and they have like eagle rare they had some.
- 1:35:59Speaker 5: Well, it was it was.
- 1:36:01Speaker 2: Absolutely great and we just sat there and got absolutely slaughtered.
- 1:36:05Speaker 2: But Jack was just it was so funny because I'd
- 1:36:07Speaker 2: rarely see Jack with a buzz and he just gets
- 1:36:09Speaker 2: very happy. That's awesome. Yeah it is.
- 1:36:12Speaker 3: Isn't that funny? Is there not? What's a more infamous
- 1:36:15Speaker 3: sound than glass on glass, you know, playing.
- 1:36:19Speaker 2: Together, especially when you know it's in the glass.
- 1:36:21Speaker 5: Yeah, dude.
- 1:36:22Speaker 3: On time I showed up to a golf course, my
- 1:36:23Speaker 3: friend was walking up and you could just hear the
- 1:36:26Speaker 3: six pack in his golf bag just rattling against.
- 1:36:30Speaker 2: The ranger already knows the minutey what's on the course.
- 1:36:33Speaker 2: That's me.
- 1:36:35Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:36:35Speaker 2: So again it's a real radio dot FM, real radio.
- 1:36:43Speaker 7: Who's gonna let Jack drive the bus?
- 1:36:44Speaker 2: Real radio dot FM slash Bourbon grab your ticket and uh,
- 1:36:47Speaker 2: it'll be a good time.
- 1:36:49Speaker 24: You know.
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: I gotta tell you, I've only seen ceiling with a
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: buzz once or twice. It takes him it takes him
- 1:36:56Speaker 2: a minute to get there. Ceiling, big fellow, but it
- 1:36:58Speaker 2: takes him a minute to get there.
- 1:37:00Speaker 4: If I see Sea Lane with a buzz, I've got
- 1:37:01Speaker 4: one too. So I'm not sure where the buzz really is.
- 1:37:04Speaker 7: Battling buzzes, battling buzzes, Bourbon buzz.
- 1:37:09Speaker 2: They have the bourbon buzz.
- 1:37:10Speaker 3: You hug buzz? There you go when you get drunk,
- 1:37:14Speaker 3: gym right, you like unconsensual hug?
- 1:37:16Speaker 2: Yeah, a lot of people I touched too much. I
- 1:37:19Speaker 2: touched too much when I because my wife is well
- 1:37:21Speaker 2: that's a Jaeger thing though for me, and that's why
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: I don't have any like. That's when we talk about
- 1:37:25Speaker 2: these liquors on having a different effect that I do
- 1:37:27Speaker 2: not agree at all, because I know for a fact
- 1:37:30Speaker 2: whiskey drunk for me way different than vodka and completely
- 1:37:35Speaker 2: different than yeggermeister.
- 1:37:36Speaker 3: Well break them down, because I want to see if
- 1:37:39Speaker 3: you are fulfilling the stereotype of what the internet is
- 1:37:42Speaker 3: saying when you drink beer? What what's that different or
- 1:37:46Speaker 3: whiskey or whatever you just said.
- 1:37:48Speaker 2: It really takes me a while to get a buzz
- 1:37:50Speaker 2: with beer. I have to drink too many of them,
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: So That's why I don't drink many beers to like
- 1:37:53Speaker 2: kind of get a buzz. If I'm trying to get
- 1:37:55Speaker 2: like an alcohol buzz, I'm drinking whiskey or gin.
- 1:37:58Speaker 3: And then when when you have whiskey versus Jaeger, what
- 1:38:03Speaker 3: what happens when whiskey has whiskey.
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: Is a mellow buzz. I think Jack can appreciate this,
- 1:38:07Speaker 2: right Jack, When we drink old fashions until until you
- 1:38:10Speaker 2: get to that third or fourth one when you start
- 1:38:12Speaker 2: knife fighting. But that second or third when you ut
- 1:38:15Speaker 2: that buzz, that's a mellow jazz buzz. That's a jazz buzz.
- 1:38:21Speaker 3: I haven't had an old fashioned in a long time.
- 1:38:25Speaker 3: So it's saying right here that a whiskey drunk is reflective.
- 1:38:29Speaker 3: It's it's it's filled with storytelling, but sometimes sad story yeah,
- 1:38:33Speaker 3: and dramatic pauses. Yeah, I can see that with whiskey.
- 1:38:37Speaker 2: A gin drunk makes my nose itch with anticipation of wildness.
- 1:38:43Speaker 3: Oh so you know, I get the same feeling, but
- 1:38:46Speaker 3: it's a whole different route. When I drink, I also
- 1:38:49Speaker 3: get that nose like that you just set it up.
- 1:38:52Speaker 2: I don't do that.
- 1:38:53Speaker 3: I don't want to start that rumor.
- 1:38:54Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, but when I drink it's the wine
- 1:38:57Speaker 2: and Jaeger are the bad ones for me. Guys, yeah, you, meister,
- 1:39:00Speaker 2: is very bad for me. I will, I will, I
- 1:39:02Speaker 2: will rearrange your spine with a hug, so and soak.
- 1:39:06Speaker 2: I'll pick you up and carry around with some sake,
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: so you are team.
- 1:39:10Speaker 3: The type of alcohol is absolutely part of the influence
- 1:39:14Speaker 3: of the alcohol itself.
- 1:39:15Speaker 2: I don't know that anybody in the audience would disagree.
- 1:39:17Speaker 2: I think everybody out there right now would say that
- 1:39:19Speaker 2: they have an alcohol they can't drink anymore, and maybe
- 1:39:22Speaker 2: not because they got sick on it, just simply because
- 1:39:24Speaker 2: of the reason, because of what it does. You have
- 1:39:26Speaker 2: one do you not?
- 1:39:28Speaker 6: Well, well, I don't drink beer, I know, but you
- 1:39:30Speaker 6: drink whiskey not so much anymore, not only an old
- 1:39:34Speaker 6: fashioned oh yeah.
- 1:39:35Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean the whole wedding drink.
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:39:37Speaker 3: The only thing I can think of is that, like,
- 1:39:39Speaker 3: I can't do Red Bull vodka anymore because I went
- 1:39:42Speaker 3: down to the bottom of a barrel of a bottle.
- 1:39:45Speaker 7: I did a Red Bull vodka. That was a good time.
- 1:39:47Speaker 2: It's fun, but that was tequila for me.
- 1:39:50Speaker 4: But growing up, I Remember, we thought every time we
- 1:39:52Speaker 4: would drink Heineken on just in beer Heineken, someone was
- 1:39:56Speaker 4: getting in trouble. So we always connected Heinegen with being
- 1:40:01Speaker 4: that's like an angry drunk.
- 1:40:02Speaker 2: Oh really, Oh yeah, because that's a wild hind Again,
- 1:40:05Speaker 2: we were someone was getting in trouble. Yeah, if I
- 1:40:08Speaker 2: drink big powerful, But it was like if I drink
- 1:40:10Speaker 2: a couple of high lies, I will also get a
- 1:40:12Speaker 2: pretty happy buzz. I don't mind that, but that makes
- 1:40:14Speaker 2: me sleepy though.
- 1:40:16Speaker 3: So and then that's the it's a really like I said,
- 1:40:19Speaker 3: I love this conversation because I've had it so many times.
- 1:40:21Speaker 3: I tend so science Jim disagrees with you. The world
- 1:40:26Speaker 3: of signs goes like, hey, alcohol is alcohol. The things
- 1:40:29Speaker 3: that you are feeling is the sugar or the different
- 1:40:31Speaker 3: types of ingredients with insaid liquor or beer, or you know,
- 1:40:35Speaker 3: like you like highlights, Well that's seven point five. The
- 1:40:39Speaker 3: rate of a sip is going to determine the influence
- 1:40:42Speaker 3: that you have off of just that. Abv all this.
- 1:40:46Speaker 2: Drinking talk got me want to drink. I want to
- 1:40:48Speaker 2: be drinking tonight. I'm gonna call my wife during this
- 1:40:49Speaker 2: breaking Fine if when you get loose tonight. You see
- 1:40:52Speaker 2: some beers into that Millennia movie.
- 1:40:53Speaker 7: All that's right, No one will notice.
- 1:40:58Speaker 3: I haven't had an old fashioned in a long time.
- 1:41:01Speaker 2: On any one else, I'll start a campfire alry to
- 1:41:03Speaker 2: throw a nine one text us at seven seven zero
- 1:41:06Speaker 2: three one. Don't forget your five o'clocky where you get
- 1:41:08Speaker 2: about fifteen minutes or so, guys, it is happy. That's
- 1:41:11Speaker 2: h app wine, slide over to real radio dot HM
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: and send that away for your chance at one thousand bucks.
- 1:41:15Speaker 2: Load them up, guys, it's time for pick the porn?
- 1:41:18Speaker 5: Do you want to play a game? Could Jim Colbert
- 1:41:21Speaker 5: Show Trivia is next call now four oh seven nine four.
- 1:41:39Speaker 26: Actually, you know what I just heard. You're talking about
- 1:41:41Speaker 26: wine and shots and beer. It could be that we
- 1:41:45Speaker 26: don't follow what a standard unit is, So one twelve
- 1:41:47Speaker 26: ounce beer is x percon of alcohol, say five, and
- 1:41:52Speaker 26: we don't pour a standard unit glass of wine here.
- 1:41:55Speaker 26: We pour huge glasses of wine, which is probably two units.
- 1:41:58Speaker 26: And with a shot, it's never a one ounce serving.
- 1:42:01Speaker 5: It's always like one and.
- 1:42:02Speaker 26: A half two ounces or whatever.
- 1:42:04Speaker 2: Aro.
- 1:42:04Speaker 26: I think we're just getting too high, too drunk.
- 1:42:08Speaker 11: Talking about different drunk uh. In my In my opinion,
- 1:42:12Speaker 11: a handful of beers. A couple of beers is about
- 1:42:15Speaker 11: the equivalent of a shot or so. Most liquors, except
- 1:42:18Speaker 11: for gin. Gin is a whole different animal. It's it's
- 1:42:22Speaker 11: a window to your soul with the greatest serum if
- 1:42:25Speaker 11: you hide it well, but you're truly a deep down
- 1:42:27Speaker 11: an asshole. You drink some gin? Assholes coming out?
- 1:42:30Speaker 2: Okay, easy, dude, I like drunk.
- 1:42:33Speaker 11: They're probably drunk on gin.
- 1:42:35Speaker 2: Is that a character? Testy, Older and crew, Good Friday afternoon.

- 1:44:34Speaker 2: So number three, number three is Denise, Denise, how you doing?
- 1:44:39Speaker 3: I'm good? How are you doing good?
- 1:44:41Speaker 2: Want to play a little game with us? I do,
- 1:44:43Speaker 2: But let's do it now.
- 1:44:46Speaker 1: You can put a lifetime of research to work and
- 1:44:48Speaker 1: maybe win a prize. It's time for pick the porn.
- 1:44:52Speaker 1: I'll let Jim, Colbert, Joe.
- 1:44:54Speaker 2: All right, Denise, it's Friday, and of course that means
- 1:44:56Speaker 2: it's time for another round to pick the porn. Here
- 1:44:59Speaker 2: are three at actual adult film titles, and one lie
- 1:45:02Speaker 2: that thinks condoms are for losers. All right, Denise, you're ready,
- 1:45:08Speaker 2: I'm ready, all right? Which one of these is not real?
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: Right for losers? Number one Sleeping Booty? Number two the
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: Duke of gook Oh, Number three Gummed or number four
- 1:45:26Speaker 2: bone Saw? Which of those is not an actual adult
- 1:45:32Speaker 2: film title? Oh my god, I'm I'm gonna go with
- 1:45:37Speaker 2: number two. What is the name of that?
- 1:45:41Speaker 9: Hold on?
- 1:45:44Speaker 2: Hold on?
- 1:45:45Speaker 5: I don't remember, but in my mind the whole time
- 1:45:48Speaker 5: I'm going I think it's too.
- 1:45:49Speaker 2: I think it's too you think it's the Duke of
- 1:45:52Speaker 2: gook Oh, Jesus, Yes, you're aware.
- 1:46:00Speaker 7: Right off.
- 1:46:02Speaker 2: I've had a terrible week this week, but I'm glad
- 1:46:04Speaker 2: Denise one. You're a winner to Nise. You smell the
- 1:46:09Speaker 2: faky immediately, tell your go, tell your kids you know
- 1:46:12Speaker 2: you're born all right. I want to put you on
- 1:46:14Speaker 2: the wold. Pick out something nice for yourself that's not real.
- 1:46:18Speaker 2: I actually thought of that one on the way into
- 1:46:19Speaker 2: work today. Sleeping Booty is true, gum is true, and
- 1:46:24Speaker 2: that one is disturbing, and bone Saw awesome, one of
- 1:46:29Speaker 2: those things you look at the title and you just go,
- 1:46:31Speaker 2: don't even want to see the cover, going to move forward.
- 1:46:33Speaker 2: And then the one that did not make the cut
- 1:46:36Speaker 2: today was Drill, Baby Drill, But I think that's an
- 1:46:40Speaker 2: old one. That thing's been out a couple like since
- 1:46:41Speaker 2: the first Trump administration.
- 1:46:43Speaker 7: I think I thought Bone Saw was the faking no no, no, yeah.
- 1:46:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:46:46Speaker 2: The other one, I'm not gonna say the name again
- 1:46:47Speaker 2: because it makes Jack uncomfortable. Not that I don't mind
- 1:46:51Speaker 2: making Jack uncomfortable. By the way, Jack, you would have
- 1:46:53Speaker 2: blanked yourself today because I almost wore that exact shirt. Yeah,
- 1:46:57Speaker 2: because I've got one that looked almost exactly like that.
- 1:47:00Speaker 2: I almost woard it today, you guys.
- 1:47:03Speaker 7: God it Ross and I had so much fun with that.
- 1:47:05Speaker 2: They got to go into the price closet and find
- 1:47:07Speaker 2: a roomba shirt to put on her own. Check this
- 1:47:09Speaker 2: out real quick.
- 1:47:09Speaker 4: We were talked about this the other day, with stains
- 1:47:12Speaker 4: on your shirt that's set in. And I had this
- 1:47:14Speaker 4: shirt and I was going to put it on, and
- 1:47:16Speaker 4: I noticed last time I was going to wear it,
- 1:47:18Speaker 4: they was just staying at him like a son of
- 1:47:20Speaker 4: a bitch. And it's already been through the dryer a
- 1:47:22Speaker 4: couple of times. Don dish Washing could put a little
- 1:47:25Speaker 4: on that wash it.
- 1:47:26Speaker 2: It took it right out, took it right out. Man.
- 1:47:27Speaker 2: I got to do that because I'm going to tell you, man,
- 1:47:29Speaker 2: I'm a messy blanker.
- 1:47:32Speaker 6: Don is the like you can spend a lot of
- 1:47:34Speaker 6: money on an oxy clean stick or any of those
- 1:47:36Speaker 6: other gels, you're just as better off using down.
- 1:47:39Speaker 2: Little bottle of dawn and keep it it stashed under.
- 1:47:42Speaker 2: But that's what we use for dishes anyway. So we
- 1:47:44Speaker 2: always have a big thing of Don.
- 1:47:46Speaker 3: And you know one that saves wildlife and it reminds
- 1:47:48Speaker 3: me of the BP spill.
- 1:47:49Speaker 2: Yeah, oh, you know the spray one. Right, you have
- 1:47:51Speaker 2: the spray what they call it the power spray where
- 1:47:54Speaker 2: but you don't.
- 1:47:54Speaker 7: Like that, not as much as the liquid.
- 1:47:56Speaker 2: Okay, listen, here's what you do. One thing. Never buy
- 1:47:59Speaker 2: the refills that keep talking. I think the ratio is
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: two ounces of Don liquid to water. And the Don
- 1:48:08Speaker 2: liquid you can buy it like a forty ounce thing
- 1:48:10Speaker 2: for like five dollars. They charge like eight bucks for
- 1:48:12Speaker 2: each one of those squirter things. You just keep the
- 1:48:15Speaker 2: sprayer thing and just keep making the same thing over
- 1:48:17Speaker 2: and over again. But you can find that recipe. I
- 1:48:19Speaker 2: think it's two to one or whatever. I think it's
- 1:48:21Speaker 2: two ounces in a full bottle. He's talking my language.
- 1:48:23Speaker 6: Yea, this is why Ross and I love watching Dad
- 1:48:28Speaker 6: and Dad's relationship.
- 1:48:29Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it's Dad and Dad.
- 1:48:31Speaker 7: Yeah it is.
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: I'm gonna try that and Dad with Ross and Death.
- 1:48:35Speaker 2: I'm gonna try that though, because I mean he said
- 1:48:37Speaker 2: that one hundred times. And this shirt that I have
- 1:48:38Speaker 2: that has the stain on it wasn't cheap. I would
- 1:48:40Speaker 2: much rather keep it and get the stain out than
- 1:48:43Speaker 2: have to throw it out.
- 1:48:43Speaker 4: Oh I little drop it done. I just move it
- 1:48:46Speaker 4: in over the stane and then I just throw it
- 1:48:47Speaker 4: in the laundry pile. Yeah, right, and then it comes.
- 1:48:49Speaker 2: Back and it's gone nice. It's like magic, all right.
- 1:48:52Speaker 2: Cross thoughts.
- 1:48:53Speaker 3: Man, I'm gonna tell you my least favorite thing about
- 1:48:56Speaker 3: being a dad. I've got a clear cut number one. Boy,
- 1:49:02Speaker 3: wasn't expecting this, and also second, don't like it.
- 1:49:06Speaker 5: I have a it is.
- 1:49:08Speaker 3: It is brutal. It's brutal.
- 1:49:10Speaker 2: I don't like it.
- 1:49:10Speaker 3: I don't like this part of being a dad.
- 1:49:12Speaker 2: Well, I can't wait to hear that. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:49:14Speaker 2: we'll find out what that is next here the Jim
- 1:49:16Speaker 2: Colbert Show. So it's fucky. We're coming up now.
- 1:49:19Speaker 9: Say happy Friday everyone.
- 1:49:24Speaker 26: For once, I totally agree with Jimmy. Sorry Jim, but
- 1:49:30Speaker 26: uh yeah, when you get down to it, it's just alcohol.
- 1:49:34Speaker 26: Why does it hit you differently depending on whatever you're drinking,
- 1:49:37Speaker 26: or it could just be the environment, who knows.
- 1:49:40Speaker 5: But alcohol is alcohol.
- 1:49:42Speaker 26: It's just the same, exact chemical composition or better the
- 1:49:45Speaker 26: ingredients same.
- 1:49:46Speaker 2: Anyway, Happy Friday, Thanks a great weekend everyone, YouTube up.
- 1:49:51Speaker 2: Appreciate your call. SIXX fuck keyword is dollar She said

- 1:51:18Speaker 3: dot com. I am going to be painfully honest and
- 1:51:22Speaker 3: I love doing uh. I love being a part of
- 1:51:26Speaker 3: this radio station because one of the coolest things is
- 1:51:28Speaker 3: that we, as the people behind these mics, have an
- 1:51:31Speaker 3: opportunity to kind of open up and see if we're
- 1:51:34Speaker 3: crazy or not. And a lot of times, you know,
- 1:51:36Speaker 3: I I've learned to embrace the pushback. Okay, you know,
- 1:51:41Speaker 3: because if someone is saying something that you don't like, yeah,
- 1:51:45Speaker 3: write something negative. I think studies have literally have shown
- 1:51:48Speaker 3: that like negative people, Yeah, they're kind of bad hangs,
- 1:51:51Speaker 3: but they tend to be more honest.
- 1:51:53Speaker 7: Yes, and they just to live longer, yeah they do
- 1:51:55Speaker 7: really Yeah.
- 1:51:56Speaker 2: Yeah, people who curse and stuff like that tend to
- 1:51:58Speaker 2: be more honest, more intelligent, ye, it's all the bad
- 1:52:01Speaker 2: things you think are bad. I mean usually are indicators
- 1:52:03Speaker 2: that somebody has a nuance that is not so bad.
- 1:52:06Speaker 3: Oh, is it just like the bitterness that fuels us?
- 1:52:10Speaker 3: Because I'm trying to last a little bit longer, so
- 1:52:12Speaker 3: I'll grab a couple more, you know, ounces of hate.
- 1:52:14Speaker 2: I've been running on my hate now for fifty eight years.
- 1:52:17Speaker 2: I'm not even it's not even past full yet. Yeah,
- 1:52:20Speaker 2: but look what it did to his hair. Yeah, in
- 1:52:22Speaker 2: my face.
- 1:52:24Speaker 3: It's a real paradox. It's it's definitely a Holy Grail
- 1:52:27Speaker 3: kind of Indiana jo.
- 1:52:28Speaker 2: Yeah, which is weird. But I can dance, so by all.
- 1:52:35Speaker 3: Means, I let me preface with going, I'm just being honest,
- 1:52:38Speaker 3: and I'm sorry for anybody who just rubs the kind
- 1:52:41Speaker 3: of the wrong way.
- 1:52:42Speaker 2: Oh boy, I love being a dad.
- 1:52:45Speaker 3: So far, so good throwing this out here. Advice that
- 1:52:49Speaker 3: no one asks for. Having a child is like the
- 1:52:52Speaker 3: best thing, but it's also the worst thing if it's
- 1:52:55Speaker 3: with somebody, if your partner, if it's not a team,
- 1:52:58Speaker 3: ain't thing okay, Like I have seen people make I think,
- 1:53:02Speaker 3: having a child with the wrong person, and it ends
- 1:53:05Speaker 3: up being the rest of their life. Just back and
- 1:53:08Speaker 3: forth all of the I've seen successful co parents. I'm
- 1:53:12Speaker 3: not saying that every divorce ends in what I'm referring to.
- 1:53:16Speaker 3: I am talking about the people who just can't forgive
- 1:53:19Speaker 3: their partner when it went south. Yeah yeah, yeah, and
- 1:53:22Speaker 3: they're still holding it and now the kid is involved,
- 1:53:25Speaker 3: and now you're spending all of your mental real estate
- 1:53:28Speaker 3: just within the confines of your family and not in
- 1:53:32Speaker 3: a positive light. So I let me throw that out there.
- 1:53:37Speaker 3: I think having a child for myself with my wife
- 1:53:40Speaker 3: has ended up being one of the most fulfilling, most
- 1:53:43Speaker 3: wholesome things. The laughs, the laughs are amazing. But there's
- 1:53:49Speaker 3: also things that I'm learning about myself as I'm gaining
- 1:53:52Speaker 3: more and more experience points as a father that I
- 1:53:55Speaker 3: just have to come to grips with. You know, there
- 1:53:57Speaker 3: are the highs. The highs are great when you walk
- 1:53:59Speaker 3: in to your home and your kid runs around the
- 1:54:03Speaker 3: corner butt naked because it's shower time and you didn't
- 1:54:06Speaker 3: know that you were coming home during.
- 1:54:07Speaker 2: Shower time, or moments like you had at Disney the
- 1:54:10Speaker 2: other day where your son is you know, gets to
- 1:54:12Speaker 2: meet Mickey and you have all these wonderful experiences. The
- 1:54:14Speaker 2: video you made the win viral of yeah, you know
- 1:54:17Speaker 2: you in love with your son. All of that obviously
- 1:54:19Speaker 2: shows that you're a great dad and you're really enjoying
- 1:54:22Speaker 2: this experience. So where are you going with this?
- 1:54:24Speaker 3: Where I'm going with this is that there are certain
- 1:54:28Speaker 3: things that I find myself not liking the same way
- 1:54:34Speaker 3: there are things that I find myself going back to
- 1:54:37Speaker 3: my childhood even a little bit more of all of
- 1:54:40Speaker 3: a sudden, like I feel like having a child has
- 1:54:43Speaker 3: made me want to remember what being a kid was
- 1:54:47Speaker 3: even more so. And the good news for my son
- 1:54:50Speaker 3: is is that I remember being a kid because I
- 1:54:53Speaker 3: started smoking weed at nineteen eighteen pretty full time hours,
- 1:54:58Speaker 3: if I may add as well. All Right, so I
- 1:55:00Speaker 3: don't think I really remember my twenties, okay, which means
- 1:55:04Speaker 3: all of my memories are pre eighteen. Okay, i'd stopped
- 1:55:08Speaker 3: having memories, you know, post eighteen. Where I'm going with
- 1:55:11Speaker 3: this is that I am I am learning that I
- 1:55:18Speaker 3: like certain things more and like certain things less.
- 1:55:20Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:55:21Speaker 3: And the number one thing that I find myself liking less.
- 1:55:25Speaker 2: My dogs.
- 1:55:28Speaker 3: My dogs are like destroying me every night.
- 1:55:33Speaker 2: Why what are you talking about?
- 1:55:34Speaker 3: I'm dead ass serious.
- 1:55:36Speaker 2: I don't know. I feel like, in other words, you've learned,
- 1:55:39Speaker 2: you've created like a dislike for your dogs.
- 1:55:42Speaker 3: There is this weird I'm now faking it in front
- 1:55:47Speaker 3: of my dogs when before becoming a dead And I'm
- 1:55:51Speaker 3: just bringing this up to see if anybody else has
- 1:55:53Speaker 3: gone through this, because at least my experience is that,
- 1:55:58Speaker 3: you know, you wake up. As soon as you wake
- 1:55:59Speaker 3: up up, the kid is up, You're going at it. Yeah,
- 1:56:02Speaker 3: you know, you're you're going, You're giving, you're caring, you
- 1:56:05Speaker 3: are prioritizing. And then you feed the child and you're like,
- 1:56:09Speaker 3: I'm good. And then a dog palls on the back
- 1:56:11Speaker 3: of your leg and you're like, I'm not good because
- 1:56:15Speaker 3: they need food, right, and then they need walking. And
- 1:56:18Speaker 3: I am severely struggling to get even more heart and
- 1:56:24Speaker 3: compassion for my animals that have been here before my
- 1:56:29Speaker 3: son won.
- 1:56:29Speaker 2: That's got to be pretty common though, right.
- 1:56:31Speaker 3: I Also, I feel like a monster.
- 1:56:33Speaker 2: I didn't have anything like that happened. But when my
- 1:56:35Speaker 2: second child was born, man, I hated that first one. No, no,
- 1:56:41Speaker 2: I mean I I don't have a parallel experience, buddy.
- 1:56:45Speaker 2: I've never had that like and we did have we
- 1:56:48Speaker 2: had a dog named Oscar. It was a little wiener dog,
- 1:56:51Speaker 2: so creative. By the way, I had a dog named
- 1:56:53Speaker 2: Oscar and we I mean it was like part of
- 1:56:55Speaker 2: our family and you know, and actually our kids kind
- 1:56:58Speaker 2: of grew up with Oscar, so you know, I didn't
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: have that. That's kind of wild.
- 1:57:02Speaker 3: I it's just because of you know, after a long
- 1:57:06Speaker 3: day of work and parenting and maybe some creative endeavor,
- 1:57:10Speaker 3: and as soon as it hits like eight o'clock, I
- 1:57:13Speaker 3: start running out of steam. And that's also a right
- 1:57:17Speaker 3: around when the dogs are like, all right, the kid's gone.
- 1:57:19Speaker 2: Oh same, yeah, mind the same way. We come home
- 1:57:21Speaker 2: like nine ten o'clock. She's coming alive. And by the way,
- 1:57:23Speaker 2: you got a couple people in the texting service that
- 1:57:24Speaker 2: agree with you. It's been a struggle. Having kids made
- 1:57:27Speaker 2: me realize I'm not really a dog person.
- 1:57:30Speaker 3: Like I still think I am a dog person, but
- 1:57:34Speaker 3: not now, not with a baby. Simultaneously, the amount of
- 1:57:39Speaker 3: paranoia that I have when I see my son interacting
- 1:57:42Speaker 3: with the dogs, because I'm like, I've got a senile
- 1:57:45Speaker 3: dementia dog who's basically forty eight years old and is
- 1:57:48Speaker 3: again his world record walking around my kitchen that every
- 1:57:52Speaker 3: time heap pets, I'm like.
- 1:57:54Speaker 2: There goes a vertebrae. Yeah yeah, yea, So like that's work.
- 1:57:57Speaker 3: That's a tier of dog parenting and regular parenting that
- 1:58:01Speaker 3: I'm like, ah god, I got to focus on that.
- 1:58:05Speaker 2: It's part of it is some.
- 1:58:06Speaker 4: Of the exhaustion that just comes with being a parent.
- 1:58:09Speaker 4: I you're just you'll own like you have an expression.
- 1:58:13Speaker 4: I need to know where to point the ross gun. Yeah,
- 1:58:15Speaker 4: because there's only so much bandwidth. Yeah, you have, and
- 1:58:20Speaker 4: they are getting left on the outside.
- 1:58:22Speaker 3: And then like, uh, like I've always had my dogs
- 1:58:25Speaker 3: sleep in the bed with me by my feet. Right, Well,
- 1:58:27Speaker 3: guess what, She's gained some pounds now, Oh right, she's
- 1:58:31Speaker 3: a little little sausatia, a little sausage petrol, all right.
- 1:58:35Speaker 3: And like every night I just get so oh man,
- 1:58:39Speaker 3: this is so much honesty.
- 1:58:40Speaker 2: It's so irritated.
- 1:58:41Speaker 3: I get so irritated because I'll go into bed and
- 1:58:45Speaker 3: then she'll start crying. And now, because if she's gained weight,
- 1:58:48Speaker 3: I have to lift like thirty five forty pounds right
- 1:58:51Speaker 3: before I go to bed, and then it makes me
- 1:58:54Speaker 3: so mad that I end up staying up later for
- 1:58:57Speaker 3: like another twenty minutes because like, I'm just so irritated.
- 1:59:01Speaker 2: Has your wife had the same experience she has but
- 1:59:04Speaker 2: not to the degree as me.
- 1:59:07Speaker 3: We've always do.
- 1:59:07Speaker 2: It's a house of hate.
- 1:59:08Speaker 3: It's like, yeah, yeah, we always it just seems like
- 1:59:12Speaker 3: it's so much. It's like sensory overload is the term
- 1:59:15Speaker 3: that we can get to.
- 1:59:17Speaker 2: I gotta tell you, I do think Jack is onto
- 1:59:19Speaker 2: something here, because I do know this the one thing
- 1:59:22Speaker 2: I've never experienced. I've been very tired of my life.
- 1:59:25Speaker 2: You know, when I ran that stupid print shop, man,
- 1:59:27Speaker 2: we worked ourselves to the bone. But man, there's nothing
- 1:59:30Speaker 2: like the exhaustion of having to watch and tend to
- 1:59:34Speaker 2: a child because you never get to rest mentally. There's
- 1:59:37Speaker 2: never a moment where you're like, oh, we're good now,
- 1:59:40Speaker 2: because you're always on guard for the child and it's exhausting.
- 1:59:45Speaker 3: It is exhausting, and it sneaks up on you and
- 1:59:47Speaker 3: you're just waiting for anything to just break, just that
- 1:59:51Speaker 3: threshold of like give me an, give me a reason
- 1:59:54Speaker 3: to vocally say something bad and loud, and so then
- 1:59:59Speaker 3: you have a dog going like up forgot water?
- 2:00:02Speaker 2: Up? Yeah, water, dude. I gotta tell you get a
- 2:00:04Speaker 2: lot of Sportland texting service. A lot of people have
- 2:00:06Speaker 2: had the same exact experience. And actually, I gotta tell you,
- 2:00:09Speaker 2: I thought that when you said this, you were gonna
- 2:00:10Speaker 2: catch a little hell for it, but in reality it's
- 2:00:12Speaker 2: exact opposite.
- 2:00:13Speaker 3: Like I still love my dogs, I just know that
- 2:00:16Speaker 3: I have plummeted when it comes to being a like
- 2:00:20Speaker 3: the dog dad that I was. Because I was, I
- 2:00:24Speaker 3: loved my dogs to a level that I never really
- 2:00:28Speaker 3: loved an animal before. Had a kid redefined that four
- 2:00:31Speaker 3: letter word. And I still like pet and feet. And
- 2:00:34Speaker 3: I'm not saying that I like hit my dogs, but
- 2:00:36Speaker 3: I have just found myself so next snappy at them.
- 2:00:40Speaker 2: Shannon Texans said one hundred percent. Ross. I was thirty
- 2:00:43Speaker 2: eight years old with three dogs, one of which was
- 2:00:45Speaker 2: a Great Dane. When I moved here, we went to
- 2:00:47Speaker 2: every dog park in central Florida from coast to coast. Now, sadly,
- 2:00:50Speaker 2: I'm waiting for the two large ones to go over
- 2:00:52Speaker 2: the Rainbow Bridge. It breaks my heart because they's always
- 2:00:54Speaker 2: They've always been there for me, but now I can't
- 2:00:56Speaker 2: be with my nine and ten year old children.
- 2:00:58Speaker 3: It is I it is. It's even tough for me
- 2:01:01Speaker 3: to talk about. It's also reminded me of like all
- 2:01:03Speaker 3: the times when you know, throughout my entire life where
- 2:01:06Speaker 3: I've heard like dog dad, dog mom and all of that,
- 2:01:10Speaker 3: and like, I just I feel like I let all
- 2:01:12Speaker 3: the dog dads down, all the dog moms down, just
- 2:01:16Speaker 3: because I know deep down inside that I've got like
- 2:01:20Speaker 3: a sixty percent chance daily that I just don't get
- 2:01:25Speaker 3: unbelievably annoyed by my dogs. So, deb, I guess what
- 2:01:30Speaker 3: I'm trying to say is I'm sorry.
- 2:01:33Speaker 2: You feel like I have to apologize in an animal versus.
- 2:01:35Speaker 3: Yeah, like I even apologize to my dogs.
- 2:01:38Speaker 2: I have.
- 2:01:39Speaker 3: I've tried to pet them more. You know, I know
- 2:01:42Speaker 3: I'm a dad now because I'll snap and then love more.
- 2:01:45Speaker 2: Yeah, but the dogs also you have to understand the
- 2:01:48Speaker 2: dogs are also like it's Pavlovian. They they are. They're
- 2:01:53Speaker 2: like they're battling with miles for your attention. And don't
- 2:01:58Speaker 2: think that that's not the case. So, I mean, the
- 2:02:00Speaker 2: dogs are more than likely asking more of you right now.
- 2:02:03Speaker 2: They're jealous, they're feeling hurt. Yeah, all they get is
- 2:02:06Speaker 2: your anger.
- 2:02:06Speaker 3: So I meaning replaced, that's right, So that means and
- 2:02:09Speaker 3: that's helping.
- 2:02:10Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, but when you know, the more you
- 2:02:12Speaker 2: show attention to Miles, the more that they're probably going
- 2:02:14Speaker 2: to react to that. Well, the one that's lucid, Yeah.
- 2:02:17Speaker 24: It is.
- 2:02:18Speaker 3: It is wild how old this one dog goes. She's
- 2:02:21Speaker 3: had cancer for like three years.
- 2:02:22Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:02:23Speaker 2: I mean when you told us, I thought it was
- 2:02:24Speaker 2: like it was months away. I thought we thought that was.
- 2:02:26Speaker 3: A wrap and then this won't go That's what the
- 2:02:28Speaker 3: vet basically told us. Yeah, it was like, hey, not
- 2:02:31Speaker 3: for the rest of the year. That was multiple years ago.
- 2:02:34Speaker 3: The cure for cancer is in my pappy arms.
- 2:02:36Speaker 2: Yeah, deb is it? Is it like the same way
- 2:02:39Speaker 2: with with cats like that? I mean you think that
- 2:02:41Speaker 2: you would have the same experience with a cat if
- 2:02:43Speaker 2: you brought home a kid and there was cats, Do
- 2:02:45Speaker 2: you think it would be the same.
- 2:02:47Speaker 6: That's hard to say because I don't think it's the
- 2:02:50Speaker 6: animal that's the issue. I think it's like Jack said
- 2:02:52Speaker 6: it and yourself, it's the exhaustion. It's the it's the
- 2:02:56Speaker 6: mental load of having to care for watch this weak constitution.
- 2:03:02Speaker 2: It's his inability to multitasks, it's his spineless nature. Is
- 2:03:08Speaker 2: what does it really? More than anything, I think it's.
- 2:03:10Speaker 4: A lack of fortitude to be able to put down
- 2:03:13Speaker 4: an Xbox controller and spend a little time with living,
- 2:03:16Speaker 4: breathing animals.
- 2:03:17Speaker 2: He's got the father integrity of a jellyfish.
- 2:03:21Speaker 3: You know, it was really bad. This is why this
- 2:03:23Speaker 3: is the moment.
- 2:03:23Speaker 2: I was like, I've got to talk to somebody about this.
- 2:03:26Speaker 2: I gotta talk.
- 2:03:26Speaker 3: I got to bring it up to Jim Jack and Debb.
- 2:03:28Speaker 3: He chose poorly because I like this. Have a couple
- 2:03:30Speaker 3: of this happened this week where I got upset at
- 2:03:33Speaker 3: my dogs because I was just so tired.
- 2:03:35Speaker 2: I was right there, what's that sound like? By the way,
- 2:03:37Speaker 2: do you yell at them? Do you get I mean,
- 2:03:38Speaker 2: do you drop all the ross thing? And do you
- 2:03:39Speaker 2: yell at him?
- 2:03:40Speaker 6: Like?
- 2:03:40Speaker 2: Come on, man, let a little Jesus, let me a
- 2:03:42Speaker 2: little for five seconds, right, all right?
- 2:03:46Speaker 3: So Jim Jack bowed down to the queen because that
- 2:03:49Speaker 3: was way more offensive than anything that you guys have
- 2:03:52Speaker 3: said on the segment. Her impression of me, deb you
- 2:03:54Speaker 3: got one more? Come on, come on, guys, you know
- 2:04:00Speaker 3: what I do off. I try to say they're my
- 2:04:03Speaker 3: dog's names with a little bit more base.
- 2:04:06Speaker 2: Zelda, Zelda, Zelda, Hazel, Hazel.
- 2:04:10Speaker 3: So I I I'm happy though that I'm not alone,
- 2:04:17Speaker 3: because I've really been beating myself up. The reason why
- 2:04:19Speaker 3: I brought this up was because I got angry at
- 2:04:21Speaker 3: my dog and I saw my dog my dog, and
- 2:04:24Speaker 3: I saw my dog like, my dog just walk away.
- 2:04:27Speaker 3: I'm like, all right, I guess he's not in the mood.
- 2:04:29Speaker 3: I felt bad. I started petting my dog. The other
- 2:04:32Speaker 3: dog pissed me off. I started petting the first dog
- 2:04:34Speaker 3: even harder, and I was like eye contact. I think
- 2:04:37Speaker 3: I need therapy over this or something. Something's up right now.
- 2:04:40Speaker 3: And those are your ross thoughts. I'm out peace.
- 2:04:42Speaker 2: Thank you. Texting service all right four seven nine text

- 2:05:07Speaker 5: Know what day it is? It's Aloha Friday.
- 2:05:11Speaker 2: Yep.
- 2:05:11Speaker 28: As a career bartender, I've seen a cornercopia of effect
- 2:05:15Speaker 28: from you name any different kind of spirit there is
- 2:05:17Speaker 28: out there, even bartender. It ends us for a long time,
- 2:05:21Speaker 28: but yep, body, chemistry, wage size. All the different factors
- 2:05:25Speaker 28: just make up for a lot of odd variables which
- 2:05:28Speaker 28: we all know. But anyway, my tequila is definitely different
- 2:05:31Speaker 28: than my beer.
- 2:05:33Speaker 2: Have a great weekend.
- 2:05:34Speaker 27: Aloha.
- 2:05:37Speaker 7: Hey Jim Culbert Show.
- 2:05:39Speaker 4: How's it going. Well?
- 2:05:41Speaker 10: I was looking at my ice and I'm a science
- 2:05:45Speaker 10: teacher and I didn't even know that little embarrassing and
- 2:05:48Speaker 10: there's a lot of white in the middle of my ice.
- 2:05:52Speaker 16: So bummed.
- 2:05:54Speaker 7: Anyway, Hey, my birthday is on Monday, Groundhog's Day.
- 2:05:56Speaker 2: Happy Birthday. Seventy degrees today and in the twenties by Sunday,
- 2:06:08Speaker 2: crazy amount of kim trails going on. Oh man, here
- 2:06:11Speaker 2: we go at night, Here we go. Now, I don't know, Yeah,
- 2:06:15Speaker 2: you do, I don't know, we do?
- 2:06:17Speaker 5: We know?
- 2:06:18Speaker 2: Yeah, and you should buy it. There's an explanation for it.
- 2:06:23Speaker 2: That's I think of all the conspiracy theories, that's the
- 2:06:27Speaker 2: most dumbfounding one, because that is just like, let me
- 2:06:31Speaker 2: just google this all there is and it's stuck around. Yeah,
- 2:06:34Speaker 2: oh it's there, like it's been.
- 2:06:36Speaker 3: It's the first conspiracy that I remember.
- 2:06:38Speaker 2: We have people who listen to the show that still
- 2:06:40Speaker 2: believe I mean, oh EAHI up they're seed in clouds
- 2:06:43Speaker 2: or that's why these storms are here. I mean, it's crazy.
- 2:06:46Speaker 2: That's why the floods happen in Texas. It's just bananas.
- 2:06:49Speaker 2: They buy it one hundred percent, but we can all
- 2:06:51Speaker 2: agree that birds aren't real. Yeah, so well that's come on,
- 2:06:54Speaker 2: Jack right here? A dollar is your six o'clock key,
- 2:06:56Speaker 2: where that's the L L A R. Go to Real
- 2:06:58Speaker 2: Radio dot FM and send that away for your chance
- 2:07:00Speaker 2: of a thousand months. I'm Jim, there's dead. Hello, Jack
- 2:07:02Speaker 2: is here as well. Yeah, so's ross. Sure, let's do
- 2:07:05Speaker 2: a bit update.
- 2:07:07Speaker 5: It's game time on Real Radio again. Ready for the.
- 2:07:11Speaker 1: Day, your quick hit on gaming news, reviews, and a
- 2:07:14Speaker 1: little chaos as pop Pomp tries. Gaming bit Update with
- 2:07:20Speaker 1: Jayden starts now.
- 2:07:21Speaker 19: Good luck for JG in the house man that Never
- 2:07:28Speaker 19: gets old Friday.
- 2:07:31Speaker 2: Jayden joins us on Fridays around six twenty or so
- 2:07:34Speaker 2: when the schedule allows, which is most of the time,
- 2:07:36Speaker 2: and we talk about a lot of things. I mean,
- 2:07:37Speaker 2: he's he's a big gamer, so we try to get
- 2:07:39Speaker 2: as much news on gaming as possible. I mean, we
- 2:07:41Speaker 2: understand there's limited news from week to week, so we're
- 2:07:45Speaker 2: gonna morph this into some other things as well. But
- 2:07:46Speaker 2: you know, before we get started into gaming news, let's
- 2:07:49Speaker 2: talk about what we were just talking about a second ago.
- 2:07:51Speaker 2: So this is the same thing I'm dealing with with
- 2:07:53Speaker 2: Ross's golf tournament. Okay, all right, okay, So here's the thing.
- 2:07:56Speaker 2: I'll want to go, but you committed. I'm going to
- 2:07:58Speaker 2: go because I gave Ross my word, I'm gonna do.
- 2:08:00Speaker 11: All right.
- 2:08:01Speaker 2: Nice. So this happened about two and a half three
- 2:08:03Speaker 2: weeks ago. Ross comes up to and he goes, hey, man,
- 2:08:05Speaker 2: you want to play in a golf tournament with me.
- 2:08:07Speaker 2: I was like, yeah, you know, we haven't played golf
- 2:08:08Speaker 2: in a while, since Miles has been born. It's been
- 2:08:11Speaker 2: difficult for us to kind of hang out and get
- 2:08:13Speaker 2: together because of his schedule. And he said, he said, yeah,
- 2:08:17Speaker 2: it's gonna be in a couple of weeks on this date,
- 2:08:19Speaker 2: and it's gonna be at this golf course, and it's
- 2:08:21Speaker 2: gonna be a lot of fun, big game, big pot
- 2:08:23Speaker 2: of money. It's gonna be a blast. I said, man,
- 2:08:25Speaker 2: that sounds great. I play one day a week and anyway,
- 2:08:27Speaker 2: no worries. It's Sunday.
- 2:08:30Speaker 27: Yeah, that is the worst thing.
- 2:08:32Speaker 2: The high will be forty five and before I understand
- 2:08:35Speaker 2: also windy, so wind chills will be in the thirties easily.
- 2:08:41Speaker 2: And I hear that you have a similar scenario.
- 2:08:43Speaker 19: Yes, I honestly I think mine's a little worse than yours.
- 2:08:47Speaker 19: I'm going to be completely real with you. Kings of
- 2:08:49Speaker 19: Leon is in Tampa tomorrow. My girlfriend is a huge
- 2:08:52Speaker 19: fan of.
- 2:08:53Speaker 2: And you should be's. They're an incredible bank.
- 2:08:54Speaker 19: Oh absolutely, I love Kings of Lean. I'm not upset
- 2:08:57Speaker 19: I'm going to this concert. What I am upset about
- 2:08:59Speaker 19: is out Gasparilla's this weekend in Tampa. Ya, no clue,
- 2:09:03Speaker 19: had no clue this was happening. You will tomorrow, I'll
- 2:09:06Speaker 19: trust me. This is gonna slap me right in the face.
- 2:09:08Speaker 19: And then I find out it's gonna be twenty five
- 2:09:11Speaker 19: degrees and could snow.
- 2:09:12Speaker 2: You're gonna be on the west coast. Yeah, there there's
- 2:09:15Speaker 2: a pot though. There is a I think a greater
- 2:09:18Speaker 2: than twenty percent chance of snow flurries over there in
- 2:09:21Speaker 2: that Penelas and Hillsboro County area. Isn't that what you read? Deborah? Like,
- 2:09:25Speaker 2: right there in that beach area, there's a good chance.
- 2:09:27Speaker 6: Well, there's a chance we could see flurries over on
- 2:09:30Speaker 6: the Gulf side as well as the Atlantic side.
- 2:09:32Speaker 2: Yeah feet of snow. Yeah yeah, you're never gonna get
- 2:09:35Speaker 2: out for sure. What time is the show by the way,
- 2:09:39Speaker 2: seven thirty. You should leave here around six tonight because
- 2:09:43Speaker 2: that's the only way you're gonna get near that stage
- 2:09:45Speaker 2: by Sunday at seven o'clock with all these people over there.
- 2:09:47Speaker 2: Let me give you that idea. How bad it is.
- 2:09:49Speaker 2: We were gonna go gambling last weekend. We decided not
- 2:09:52Speaker 2: to go last weekend because we knew what a maniac
- 2:09:54Speaker 2: time it was gonna be in Tampa with that even
- 2:09:56Speaker 2: just on the way, but also in Tampa. And this Sunday.
- 2:10:00Speaker 2: How lucky did they get that?
- 2:10:02Speaker 7: It is?
- 2:10:02Speaker 4: This Sunday the outdoor hockey game, the Lightning He's playing
- 2:10:06Speaker 4: outdoor at Raymond James Stadium. They set up the rink
- 2:10:09Speaker 4: outdoor and on the coldest day of the year. That's
- 2:10:13Speaker 4: cool hockey in Florida.
- 2:10:15Speaker 2: That's gonna be bad as becase it's actually gonna feel
- 2:10:17Speaker 2: like a.
- 2:10:17Speaker 7: Hockey game exactly.
- 2:10:18Speaker 4: They'll say the atmosphere should be about forty degrees. Then
- 2:10:21Speaker 4: they have it tented over and refrigerated. But they couldn't
- 2:10:25Speaker 4: have picked a better date for this to happen.
- 2:10:27Speaker 19: Well, they didn't know this was gonna happen. No, this
- 2:10:29Speaker 19: is just everything was too perfect. We talked about this
- 2:10:31Speaker 19: earlier on ninety six nine. Have you seen the giant
- 2:10:35Speaker 19: like tenth they have around it to keep it a seed?
- 2:10:37Speaker 19: It's insane. They built like a real life giant refrigerator
- 2:10:41Speaker 19: to be around this ice rink.
- 2:10:42Speaker 7: It's why they don't even need it.
- 2:10:44Speaker 27: No, it's it's gonna be perfectly fine. No Melton, no nothing.
- 2:10:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it's crazy. So who else is playing with him?
- 2:10:50Speaker 27: Dude, I'm gonna be so real with you. I'd even
- 2:10:51Speaker 27: look at the openers.
- 2:10:52Speaker 19: Yeah I don't. I saw it once when this concert
- 2:10:56Speaker 19: first got announced. It was no one that like really
- 2:10:57Speaker 19: caught my eye. But I always love openers. You always
- 2:10:59Speaker 19: find new band unless you.
- 2:11:01Speaker 2: Came from the North and you moved to Florida. As
- 2:11:03Speaker 2: a rule, people in Florida do not have winter kind
- 2:11:05Speaker 2: of coats. They don't. I mean they don't. Like I
- 2:11:07Speaker 2: know a lot of people that are that are a
- 2:11:09Speaker 2: friend of ours two or three years ago when that
- 2:11:12Speaker 2: big snap hit, maybe a little bit longer than that.
- 2:11:14Speaker 2: I mean, people are tripping, Like I don't have a
- 2:11:16Speaker 2: coat for this, Like I don't have clothing for this.
- 2:11:18Speaker 2: If you don't do like ski trips or have any
- 2:11:20Speaker 2: of that in your world, man, just to have a
- 2:11:22Speaker 2: jacket that can handle twenty three weather is just tough. Dude.
- 2:11:25Speaker 27: I'm screwed. I'm I'm a Floridian. This is as most
- 2:11:28Speaker 27: as I have. Like, yeah, I'm done.
- 2:11:30Speaker 2: I'm that's a station sweater. Even better.
- 2:11:34Speaker 27: I took this from the promo office.
- 2:11:37Speaker 4: Hudson Freeman is especial guys opening for Kings of Leon
- 2:11:40Speaker 4: and Tampa.
- 2:11:41Speaker 2: Yeah that's cool. Yeah, there ago Hudson good Way. So
- 2:11:45Speaker 2: that night. That means when they go on stage, it's
- 2:11:47Speaker 2: going to be in the high twenties.
- 2:11:49Speaker 19: Yes, but thank god it's inside and it is. Yes,
- 2:11:52Speaker 19: it's not at the Amphitheater. Yeshthe that's where I thought
- 2:11:56Speaker 19: it was for sure, so did I And then I
- 2:11:58Speaker 19: was like, oh wait, hold on, I got a double
- 2:11:59Speaker 19: check because I'm not gonna go sit at that Amphitheater
- 2:12:01Speaker 19: in twenty five degree.
- 2:12:02Speaker 27: But I'll tell you right now, I caught a fever
- 2:12:03Speaker 27: or something.
- 2:12:04Speaker 2: I ain't going Yeah, that's just not happening, all right,
- 2:12:07Speaker 2: Jayden jumps in to talk to us about video game world.
- 2:12:10Speaker 2: What's going on in things happening in the world of
- 2:12:12Speaker 2: video games? What do you got versus this week for
- 2:12:15Speaker 2: this week?
- 2:12:16Speaker 5: Well?
- 2:12:16Speaker 19: GT online? Uh, you know you can use GT online.
- 2:12:20Speaker 19: You can go around rob stuff, do stuff. Well, there's
- 2:12:22Speaker 19: a new update. They're trying to step away from the crime.
- 2:12:25Speaker 19: You can now work real jobs in GTA online.
- 2:12:28Speaker 2: In Grand Theft Audio up you get at a dunkin
- 2:12:30Speaker 2: Donuts or something.
- 2:12:30Speaker 19: You can be a firefighter, a forklift operator, right, and
- 2:12:34Speaker 19: a newspaper delivery boy.
- 2:12:36Speaker 22: Really.
- 2:12:37Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like that video game Paper Boy. You still
- 2:12:39Speaker 2: love that game? What about that? What a dated job
- 2:12:42Speaker 2: to give a video game in twenty twenty six?
- 2:12:44Speaker 24: Right?
- 2:12:45Speaker 19: The only person I know who gets the paper is
- 2:12:47Speaker 19: Public's and that's because I work there.
- 2:12:48Speaker 2: That's the only reason.
- 2:12:49Speaker 3: Yeah, that's uh. I love this about GTA and the
- 2:12:54Speaker 3: online community is that there's a sub sect gym that
- 2:12:57Speaker 3: just play online and follow the all like they'll stop
- 2:13:02Speaker 3: at the stop lights.
- 2:13:03Speaker 2: Really, it is so hard.
- 2:13:05Speaker 4: It is my numberingly painful to follow the traffic laws
- 2:13:10Speaker 4: in that game.
- 2:13:10Speaker 2: Is it really?
- 2:13:11Speaker 19: Yeah?
- 2:13:11Speaker 2: Yeah, because they want you to break the law of
- 2:13:13Speaker 2: mea psycho right.
- 2:13:14Speaker 27: Yeah, it takes like five minutes for the light to
- 2:13:16Speaker 27: turn green, so.
- 2:13:16Speaker 2: You have to wait there and you could just drive
- 2:13:18Speaker 2: through the light.
- 2:13:19Speaker 27: You gotta follow the rules.
- 2:13:21Speaker 3: What if I told you that there were people who
- 2:13:23Speaker 3: are basically roll Plane in a digital way. Now, I
- 2:13:27Speaker 3: mean roll Plane like they have a different name. They
- 2:13:30Speaker 3: interact in character when their Xbox mic set us up
- 2:13:34Speaker 3: against their mouth, and then they will follow the laws
- 2:13:37Speaker 3: of GTA six.
- 2:13:38Speaker 2: So theoretically, if we're playing the game with a bunch
- 2:13:40Speaker 2: of people from other parts of the country, I would
- 2:13:43Speaker 2: not be Jim. I would be like Stanley Smith or whatever,
- 2:13:46Speaker 2: and that would and that would never give my name
- 2:13:48Speaker 2: up and I was the Adobe stan Smith.
- 2:13:50Speaker 19: Yeah, you would only be in character. You stay in character.
- 2:13:53Speaker 19: Gt RP is insane.
- 2:13:54Speaker 2: But can you do that with the Red Dead?
- 2:13:56Speaker 5: Yeah? Yeah, you do.
- 2:13:58Speaker 19: People mad these games to on existence. You wouldn't even
- 2:14:02Speaker 19: know a GTA with all the new stuff you can
- 2:14:04Speaker 19: do R and P. Oh yeah, and you can only
- 2:14:06Speaker 19: get it on PC. So that makes it a little
- 2:14:08Speaker 19: cooler to get a piece.
- 2:14:09Speaker 3: Oh really yeah, interesting, Like what's really weird to me
- 2:14:11Speaker 3: is that Red Dead when they do this whole role
- 2:14:14Speaker 3: playing thing, Well, racism is a huge thing in that game.
- 2:14:18Speaker 2: What do you mean racism as in like they fomented.
- 2:14:21Speaker 3: No, like, it's a part of that era, that's part
- 2:14:24Speaker 3: of that time.
- 2:14:25Speaker 2: You're gonna use it, you use the digital in word.
- 2:14:27Speaker 3: No, you don't do that, but all I think some
- 2:14:31Speaker 3: people roleplay their character to a level where it's like,
- 2:14:35Speaker 3: where are the rules? Where is the line here?
- 2:14:37Speaker 2: Absolutely, they auto tune.
- 2:14:38Speaker 3: It, but I just think it's it's a very odd
- 2:14:42Speaker 3: way to play a video game. I haven't done it yet.
- 2:14:45Speaker 19: I also haven't done it yet because I can't figure
- 2:14:47Speaker 19: out how to mod my GTA five.
- 2:14:49Speaker 27: I sat there for an hour about to smash my computer.
- 2:14:51Speaker 2: Who what's going there?
- 2:14:53Speaker 1: Like?
- 2:14:53Speaker 2: I got GT five the other day. Man, I cannot
- 2:14:55Speaker 2: wait to be a racist.
- 2:14:59Speaker 27: People that play that game probably play games in general.
- 2:15:01Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 2:15:01Speaker 27: That's that's one of America's favorite pastimes on Xbox. It's
- 2:15:05Speaker 27: kind of wild.
- 2:15:05Speaker 2: Is this okay for a show title using the digital
- 2:15:08Speaker 2: n work? I think, yeah, if you attribute it to you, yes,
- 2:15:13Speaker 2: give me in Yeah, ready, let's take it to you,
- 2:15:15Speaker 2: and you can write that as the put jack in
- 2:15:17Speaker 2: front of it, delete this podcast, and burn the building.
- 2:15:20Speaker 3: So the update is just regular jobs. Imagine turning out
- 2:15:23Speaker 3: into your Xbox and then clocking in right, what about
- 2:15:28Speaker 3: my digital four?
- 2:15:28Speaker 11: Oh?
- 2:15:28Speaker 5: One? K?
- 2:15:30Speaker 2: Yeah, oh man, I heard you has got some updates
- 2:15:32Speaker 2: Thet'll see what's up. Oh man, I worked the meat department.
- 2:15:36Speaker 2: I got to put in forty hours this week exactly. Yeah.
- 2:15:40Speaker 19: I saw that earlier this week and I was jaw dropped.
- 2:15:42Speaker 19: I don't even know who would look at that and
- 2:15:44Speaker 19: be like, yeah, I can't wait to do this, my buddy.
- 2:15:45Speaker 2: It feels like they're just kind of releasing something to
- 2:15:48Speaker 2: kind of string along because they haven't done anything, and
- 2:15:50Speaker 2: they feel like that. The people I guess who really
- 2:15:53Speaker 2: are waiting for this game, like anything you give them
- 2:15:56Speaker 2: is going to kind of placate them for a little while.
- 2:15:58Speaker 27: Yeah, they jump on anything, you know, make clips.
- 2:16:00Speaker 19: I've seen on Twitter of people just walking around on
- 2:16:02Speaker 19: forklifts or doing picking up cats off houses. Oh my god,
- 2:16:05Speaker 19: it's insane, Jimmy, it's insane.
- 2:16:09Speaker 2: They're not even playing the game.
- 2:16:11Speaker 27: No, they are just doing firefighter stuff.
- 2:16:13Speaker 2: Yeah, that's so crazy. That's kind of well, that's what
- 2:16:15Speaker 2: Red Dead is, right kind I mean, you just want
- 2:16:17Speaker 2: to do cowboys stuff.
- 2:16:18Speaker 27: I wouldn't say you just do Cowboys. It's not like
- 2:16:21Speaker 27: I'm ranching my calesar.
- 2:16:23Speaker 3: Just like it jumped out to me because when I
- 2:16:25Speaker 3: saw people really committing to these role playing characters of
- 2:16:30Speaker 3: their character, I was like, I've never seen a video
- 2:16:32Speaker 3: game ever get played like that, and it's only possible
- 2:16:35Speaker 3: because of the online possibility.
- 2:16:37Speaker 2: Do you think people use these video games to express
- 2:16:40Speaker 2: themselves the way they wish they could in their real lives,
- 2:16:43Speaker 2: in other words, to be more flamboyant or maybe to
- 2:16:46Speaker 2: be a person that they're racist? Yeah, yeah, more racist,
- 2:16:50Speaker 2: you know, maybe gay, Uh you know, maybe something like that.
- 2:16:53Speaker 2: Is that is that a thing?
- 2:16:54Speaker 13: Yeah?
- 2:16:54Speaker 19: I guarantee you there are people out there that have
- 2:16:56Speaker 19: a dual life. They they have their real life, then
- 2:16:59Speaker 19: they have their GTA role play life and they are
- 2:17:01Speaker 19: completely different people.
- 2:17:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:17:03Speaker 27: And then you could even put up like a picture
- 2:17:05Speaker 27: to the voice you're you're hearing.
- 2:17:06Speaker 2: And you get the feeling. The online life is the
- 2:17:08Speaker 2: one they look for the most. Yeah. Yeah, that's the
- 2:17:10Speaker 2: one where their kids aren't asking for money every five
- 2:17:12Speaker 2: minutes either. On Bitching Adam, I've dabbled.
- 2:17:15Speaker 3: I have dabbled into those online communities, specifically the fallout
- 2:17:19Speaker 3: seventy six online community, and in the beginning it was
- 2:17:23Speaker 3: that game was bad.
- 2:17:24Speaker 2: I will defend it now. I think it's got a
- 2:17:26Speaker 2: little bit better, but it shows pretty good to it.
- 2:17:27Speaker 3: But I did stand up comedy in Fallout seventy six.
- 2:17:32Speaker 3: You did stand like digital standards, do you guys remember
- 2:17:35Speaker 3: I brought this up to you. I got booked in
- 2:17:37Speaker 3: the game, I got paid in the game currency, and
- 2:17:40Speaker 3: then they made a stage they had about I think
- 2:17:43Speaker 3: we had eight people, nine, ten people all sit down.
- 2:17:47Speaker 3: I walked up to the fake microphone in the game
- 2:17:51Speaker 3: and then just started emoting and talking and then performed
- 2:17:54Speaker 3: a ten minute set.
- 2:17:55Speaker 2: And you're doing it through your mic set. So it's
- 2:17:57Speaker 2: you talking, right, yeah, and it's making your your your
- 2:18:02Speaker 2: what do you call that your character talk?
- 2:18:03Speaker 3: No, he's not talking.
- 2:18:04Speaker 2: Oh, it's just me. But you're just standing there in
- 2:18:07Speaker 2: front of the mic. Yeah.
- 2:18:08Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm trying to get last.
- 2:18:09Speaker 13: We got to get you on Twitch doing this. I
- 2:18:11Speaker 13: feel like this is a real money maker. It was
- 2:18:14Speaker 13: one of the weirdest things I've ever done. Oh I'm
- 2:18:16Speaker 13: sure it was, but Twitch would eat that. Honestly, I'd
- 2:18:18Speaker 13: rather bomb live and.
- 2:18:20Speaker 2: They paid you in the money that's in the game.
- 2:18:23Speaker 2: Bottle caps. Yeah, bottle caps.
- 2:18:24Speaker 27: How many caps did you get?
- 2:18:25Speaker 3: I don't even remember. Maybe a thousand, a thousand caps.
- 2:18:28Speaker 27: Yeah, it sounds like a lie. It sounds like it's
- 2:18:30Speaker 27: worth it.
- 2:18:31Speaker 2: What can you get for a thousand caps in the game?
- 2:18:33Speaker 3: I think like a spiked baseball bat, A spiked baseball bat.
- 2:18:37Speaker 2: Yeah, you do more damage.
- 2:18:39Speaker 27: Yeah, you put him in a coma.
- 2:18:41Speaker 2: Oh, it's such a walking death. We need you in
- 2:18:44Speaker 2: the gaming community.
- 2:18:45Speaker 3: Jim, you are the white buffalo that we are looking for.
- 2:18:50Speaker 2: Oh? Quite literally, Holy crap, did you really just say that?
- 2:18:56Speaker 3: Who I think Jack said that?
- 2:19:00Speaker 8: That was me?
- 2:19:01Speaker 27: Said, yeah, I just played everything on Jack, dude, she said.
- 2:19:06Speaker 2: After he said white buffalo, she said, quote literally voice
- 2:19:09Speaker 2: quite literally.
- 2:19:11Speaker 27: She says, she wasn't gonna say it.
- 2:19:13Speaker 18: I was.
- 2:19:13Speaker 2: She beat me to it, quite literally. I would have
- 2:19:15Speaker 2: punched you in the face. Are you out of your mind?
- 2:19:19Speaker 2: I can't hit her, but you know I can stop
- 2:19:21Speaker 2: you out. You might not want to roll those nights. Damn.
- 2:19:26Speaker 2: What is going on here, Jim?
- 2:19:30Speaker 3: What's the last game you played? Well, what was the
- 2:19:33Speaker 3: last time you sat down?
- 2:19:36Speaker 7: Kitty Little City?
- 2:19:39Speaker 2: Hign life, that's it?
- 2:19:40Speaker 27: Yeah, he hasn't played in about two weeks.
- 2:19:42Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, a RoboCop. It's hard to get the when
- 2:19:46Speaker 2: you're a buffalo, you can't so hard.
- 2:19:51Speaker 3: Did you struggle at all with like double analog in
- 2:19:53Speaker 3: the first person shooter?
- 2:19:55Speaker 2: I don't know what you're talking I didn't know what
- 2:19:56Speaker 2: that means you're talking about. I was trying to play
- 2:19:59Speaker 2: it with my with my TV remote for the first
- 2:20:01Speaker 2: two days.
- 2:20:04Speaker 27: He was moving the two sticks, the two sticks? Did
- 2:20:06Speaker 27: you get Yeah?
- 2:20:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I gotta tell you. At one point I thought
- 2:20:08Speaker 2: I was like, hey, I thought I had to move
- 2:20:09Speaker 2: my body and it was gonna move on the string.
- 2:20:12Speaker 2: And my wife just walked in and that like it
- 2:20:14Speaker 2: was just shadow dancing. That's what she thought. I love
- 2:20:18Speaker 2: you and technology.
- 2:20:19Speaker 3: This guy all his bottom dow TV because he couldn't
- 2:20:21Speaker 3: get the captions off.
- 2:20:23Speaker 5: That's true.
- 2:20:24Speaker 3: Oh god, something wrong with his damn TV.
- 2:20:27Speaker 27: We need to get him on VR.
- 2:20:30Speaker 3: Have you VR yet me or him?
- 2:20:33Speaker 24: No?
- 2:20:33Speaker 2: No, no, no, I'm in VR.
- 2:20:35Speaker 19: We need to get you on this VR. You would
- 2:20:37Speaker 19: be walking around so dazed and confused.
- 2:20:39Speaker 5: Oh my god, but I.
- 2:20:40Speaker 2: Gotta tell you I can do that way without VR.
- 2:20:43Speaker 2: I just watched me leave the building today. You'll think
- 2:20:44Speaker 2: I'm VR and all right, wrap it.
- 2:20:47Speaker 19: Up, kid, all right, we we we talked a little
- 2:20:51Speaker 19: earlier about pop cultures and stuff. So I just had
- 2:20:54Speaker 19: a quick Marvel thing. I wanted to talk about Doctor
- 2:20:57Speaker 19: Doom r d J. Iron Man coming back Doctor Doom.
- 2:21:00Speaker 19: A lot of pictures have leaked of him as Doctor Doom,
- 2:21:03Speaker 19: and I hated this idea as down Yeah, yeah, and
- 2:21:06Speaker 19: I hate this idea.
- 2:21:07Speaker 27: First, he's iron Man.
- 2:21:08Speaker 19: Doctor Doom's one of the greatest villains of all time,
- 2:21:10Speaker 19: so you're just kind of putting him in the shadow
- 2:21:11Speaker 19: of iron Man.
- 2:21:12Speaker 3: But he looks awesomely.
- 2:21:13Speaker 5: Oh he looks sick.
- 2:21:15Speaker 27: All my thoughts are gone.
- 2:21:16Speaker 5: I'm hyped.
- 2:21:16Speaker 2: Oh really yeah, So so iron Man will turn into
- 2:21:19Speaker 2: Doctor Doom and be a bad guy.
- 2:21:20Speaker 27: He's not even iron Man anymore, He's not. He's just
- 2:21:22Speaker 27: Doctor Doom.
- 2:21:23Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 2:21:23Speaker 16: Yeah.
- 2:21:24Speaker 2: The characters, Oh, they just give me a complete that's wild.
- 2:21:27Speaker 3: Yeah, Multiverse Man fending like it didn't happen.
- 2:21:30Speaker 2: Oh wow, really, so.
- 2:21:31Speaker 27: That's why I really wasn't feeling it.
- 2:21:32Speaker 2: They couldn't fight anybody else to do that job. Then
- 2:21:34Speaker 2: Robert asked, old ass Downey, right, not if you wanted
- 2:21:37Speaker 2: to make money he is quite the run of success.
- 2:21:40Speaker 19: Yeah, he's probably making like fifty mil off this easy. Yeah,
- 2:21:43Speaker 19: but yeah, man, that's that's everything I had today. G
- 2:21:46Speaker 19: TA firefighters and delivery boys are very good.
- 2:21:49Speaker 2: Good job news.

- 2:23:09Speaker 23: So the other day I was watching Miami Vice all
- 2:23:12Speaker 23: in the Miami Vice channel on my.
- 2:23:14Speaker 25: Roku, and it was the old one because he had
- 2:23:16Speaker 25: the white tests and tubs out of beard.
- 2:23:19Speaker 27: There were aliens on there, the blue lights.
- 2:23:22Speaker 26: Shone down on the car stop, the car flashlight wouldn't work.
- 2:23:25Speaker 27: Weirdest part had all that.
- 2:23:27Speaker 2: Chris Rock was on there and I never knew it.
- 2:23:32Speaker 10: Here's your problem, Ross. You've been so nice to your dogs.
- 2:23:36Speaker 10: You're a nice person that now they have learned that
- 2:23:39Speaker 10: they can take advantage of you, and they're gonna keep
- 2:23:43Speaker 10: doing that until you don't let.
- 2:23:45Speaker 2: Them do it anymore.
- 2:23:47Speaker 10: Don't get distracted by the fact that you love them.
- 2:23:53Speaker 10: Just put them in their place.
- 2:23:55Speaker 2: They'll trade out, all right. Might sound horrible, but not
- 2:24:01Speaker 2: too far fetched.
- 2:24:02Speaker 29: With all those videos and all those files, and with
- 2:24:06Speaker 29: everybody involved, those tapes and videos have to be watched.
- 2:24:12Speaker 29: You don't think those people are sitting back and getting
- 2:24:14Speaker 29: their own pleasure out of those videos and watching them.
- 2:24:18Speaker 5: That's why they're not releasing them.
- 2:24:20Speaker 2: It's the same thing they did.
- 2:24:21Speaker 29: With the Kobe pictures out the the helicopter crashed. It
- 2:24:24Speaker 29: was sharing those pictures sick people.
- 2:24:27Speaker 7: Man.
- 2:24:30Speaker 2: That's a good point, all right for a seven nine
- 2:24:33Speaker 2: one text us seven seven zero three one. I know
- 2:24:35Speaker 2: ICE is under a little heat because if they were
- 2:24:38Speaker 2: using their own cell phones rather than body cams.
- 2:24:40Speaker 6: Now.
- 2:24:40Speaker 2: I know that there is bodycam's bodycam footage of Alex
- 2:24:44Speaker 2: pretty shooting. But one of the big issues that a
- 2:24:46Speaker 2: lot of people were having with Ice using their phones
- 2:24:48Speaker 2: is that's their personal phone. We learned that through that one.
- 2:24:52Speaker 2: Through the uh the young the girl that was killed
- 2:24:55Speaker 2: by your.
- 2:24:56Speaker 4: Rene good No, no, the down here and say kiss
- 2:24:59Speaker 4: say me yeah, who was the seriff Lopez?
- 2:25:02Speaker 7: No, oh, you're thinking of the perfect neighbor.
- 2:25:05Speaker 2: No guys, way wait wait long ago, I'm drawn the
- 2:25:07Speaker 2: biggest plank in the world. Uh God, almighty dude, not Casey, yes,
- 2:25:13Speaker 2: Casey Anthony. Okay, yeah, they that's exactly what happened with
- 2:25:17Speaker 2: that situation there. Like remember when the cops are taking
- 2:25:20Speaker 2: their photographs with their own cell phones for the evidence
- 2:25:24Speaker 2: of that case that like, that was a big part
- 2:25:26Speaker 2: of that. Plus there were other cases in the same
- 2:25:28Speaker 2: way that did the same thing, and I think Lopez
- 2:25:30Speaker 2: is one of those as well. Oh yeah, the one
- 2:25:32Speaker 2: that had Yes, exactly, that's exactly.
- 2:25:34Speaker 6: He had the photo of the young girl who had
- 2:25:36Speaker 6: been murdered by right mother's boyfriend on his cell phone
- 2:25:40Speaker 6: and then put it in with a press release.
- 2:25:42Speaker 2: And you're not supposed to do that, Kobe Bryant. No,
- 2:25:44Speaker 2: that was a huge one.
- 2:25:45Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it was there that those photos were taken. Yeah,
- 2:25:50Speaker 3: they've obviously were shunned.

- 2:27:39Speaker 13: see it in the middle of the night Saturday night
- 2:27:41Speaker 13: into Sunday morning.
- 2:27:42Speaker 7: Isn't that crazy?
