Hello, and welcome to Soul Elevation: Guiding Your Ascension to New Heights. I'm your host, Kara Goodwin. I'm so happy to be with you here today on Monday, September 14th, 2026. I have been thinking a lot about how, how dark things seem, how chaotic and noisy things seem, and sometimes this is a result of more things kind of coming into your awareness in terms of Let's call them conspiracies, but a lot of times that's just an overarching term for narratives that really, um, have a lot of vl- validity, but just aren't being reported in the
• 1:00
mainstream. And these are very prevalent. They're very prevalent in my world. I'm sure that there are plenty of people around there, around here, around in general, who that's not part of their, their every day. They're very comfortable in the mainstream. They're very comfortable with the narrative that is being given across industries from medical to governmental, political, um, the media, the regular news, what they're seeing on social media. It... You know, they're, they may be very happy just taking what is being given at face value. And as such, they may not be, um, coming across things that challenge that. But the more that you awaken, a lot of times you start to be exposed to things that are
• 2:00
illusion. We start to understand that things that we think are just the way things are, we just think they're part of reality, we think they're part of society, we think they're for our highest good, or that they're just a byproduct of something that is good for us. And we start to see that actually pretty much any industry that you can think of is being presented in one way. It's being presented as though it's beneficial for us. But if you start to peel the onion, you see that it's actually the opposite of what it's supposed to be. So an example of this would be to say, let's say hypothetically, let's say hypothetically that there was an industry on this planet and they were into the business of healing, that they are here if you
• 3:00
become sick, that they are where you turn to when you're sick because they'll make you better. And the... What is being sold in this hypothetical situation would be that- They only care about making you well, and it's just if you happen to become sick, they'll help you to become well. And their whole business is trying to help people become well. And then an inversion of that, a way that that might present itself in a way that starts to make people understand that it's not, that's not actually the case. That's not what's happening. Yes, on the surface, they are providing things that can be used to heal somebody, to make them better, but in this hypothetical situation, that
• 4:00
particular industry would have invisible but very real ties to the things that make people sick in the first place. So let's say if you were to eat things, and there was a lot of advertising that promoted, um, eating things that actually are detrimental for the way that your biology is designed, and that there was a very intentional reason that the food that you're taking in is... You're being encouraged to eat things that are in direct contrast with your health, because then that starts to break down your health, which makes you then turn to the group that you think is gonna help you to get better. And all the while, they're at the front end of that, where they're helping you to
• 5:00
be encouraged to make the choices that make you unwell in the first place. Again, this is just totally theoretical. Um, I'm just totally, it, I'm just making that up. But- That's the type of thing that I'm talking about, where as you start to awaken, you might come across some s- some thing, ways in which these big industries seem to... You know, for another example would be, like, if there were companies that were, um, invested in, in, uh, you feeling safe, and that's, you know, being monitored. That if everybody were being, were to be monitored all the time, if there were eyes on everyone, cameras on everyone all the time, then we'd always know if
• 6:00
there was danger. And if we feel like we're constantly in danger, then we will be more inclined to say, "Yes, I'm willing to be monitored all the time because I want everybody to be monitored all the time so that I can feel safe." And then we get into a system that is surveilling people all the time. And, um, if we psychologically think that that's helpful for us, then, then we'll agree to that. But the actual reason for that is not actually safety, it's for control. It's so that the masses, again, hypothetically speaking, if, if there were powers that be that wanted to make sure that they kept their power and they were worried about
• 7:00
people not suppre- being able to be suppressed anymore, then they would have a leg up because they could monitor people because people are saying, "Oh, I wanna feel safe, so go ahead and in order to make us all safe, we can all agree to be on camera all the time and be monitored in that way." So if we start, if these types of things start rising to the surface, they start to make sense to us. We start to see it beyond the hypothetical. We start to see it in our own lives. We start to e- see how it... We've experienced that for ourselves. We can see it in the fabric of society. We can see it in the narratives that we're being told. When that starts to happen, one of the side effects can be that you start to f- that in and of itself, the revelation of something bigger that's happening, even though you start to see, it's like you
• 8:00
can start to feel like, "Oh, my goodness. I- okay, now I'm starting to get it. Now I'm starting to really see how things work," in a way that feels empowering because you, you have this knowledge now, and you want to be able to use this knowledge to help yourself. The more you know, right? The more you know, the more you can, you can maneuver your life in a way that works the way that you want it to. But as I talked about with Rupert Isaacson in my last conversation with him, I wanna say that was, like, six- episode 630. I'll try to remember to put a note in the show notes, a link in the show notes, 'cause that's a great discussion. But we start talking about some of this stuff, some of the, the control at the highest levels. Um, I heard somebody call it... 'Cause it- usually that is called the elite class, that the elite class is the power class. They're the ones pulling all the strings.
• 9:00
Somebody called it, like, I don't even wanna call it the elite class, I call it the delete class. And I was like, ooh, that's fun. Um, but, you know, as a way to kind of reclaim, as a step to reclaiming their power, not to give them so much power. Because we, w- the deeper you go into it, as Rupe- as Rupert said in that episode, it can become its own form of black magic. Because you feel so, um, because you know more, but then you see more of how this, how powerful this oppression is, and it can start to feel a little defeated, defeatist. Like, uh, the deck is stacked against us. How, how on earth can we ever... Like, it's, it is stacked against us, and it has been stacked against us for so long. And it can start to just make you feel helpless, because it's like, what can I do? This is centuries of,
• 10:00
of this happening, and, you know, what can one person do? And it feels like this is getting tighter. It feels like it's getting, um, it's getting stronger. Like the control is getting more, um... The, it's like the chaos is getting noisier, and that, I think, is actually a good sign. Because as people awaken, they begin to energetically become more powerful. As we awaken, we start to reclaim our energy. All this energy that we have subconsciously, without our consent, we have been giving away, just without knowing. Because we're just doing what we've
• 11:00
been told to do our whole lives. We've never questioned it. We see everybody else doing it, and we just think this is how you live. And so we give our power away in numerous, numerous ways, and we become a part of this system in a way that does not serve us. And as we begin to Be, as, as the real truth begins to reveal itself, we have the opportunity to reclaim our power, to bring our power back, and to withdraw our attention and our energy, to unhook ourselves from these systems. Now, that can happen in a very real way. There are real physical ways that people are extracting themselves
• 12:00
from the system, whether that is, you know, they're taking back their health decisions, they're, um, not contributing in certain... I have to really be careful how I say some things, but they're not, you know, they're no longer contributing into what is actually a voluntary system of contributing financially to society Um, you're gonna just have to read between the lines on that, uh, because so many things can, can get, like, the... can get, uh, content suppressed. So I, I just need to be careful with what I say. But there are numerous ways, um, you know, people, again, going back to the food, where there are all these additives in food, and these additives are making people sick, but they make things, you, they make you chemi- like, they're
• 13:00
chemically infused, and it makes you addicted to these, this food that has no nutritional value and is actually destroying your body chemically. And people are, you know, not, not purchasing things like that. That might be a step that they're taking to reclaim themselves. They may be w- eating more organically. They may be growing their own food, working with local farmers, joining co-ops. Those are ways that people might be withdrawing from mass offerings of how to live in this mass society and taking that back for themselves. But as more and more people awaken, they realize, they start to see how they've been contributing to their own enslavement, really, and they start to pull their resources back to themselves, to their
• 14:00
local communities, to things that actually nourish them, that nourish their souls, that nourish their bodies, that nourish their communities, and they stop, they stop giving. They unhook themselves. And that is a threat. That's a threat to the establishment because the establishment wants people asleep. It wants people not to question. It wants people to just submit. It wants people to just do what the marketing is telling them to do, what the authorities are telling them to do, what the government is telling them to do, what the media's telling them to do, which is how we lived for a really long time as a s- as a society, as a, as humanity. There was a lot of not questioning, and now the questioning has been ramped up, but it's creating this grasp, this, I think, a final kind
• 15:00
of grasp to try to induce us into, to lull us back into the belly of the beast. Um, the last live stream that I did talking about the documentary Age of Disclosure talks a little bit about this from one perspective, from the perspective of ET disclosure, and how if you look at the, the government narrative of that, it's fear-based. It's national security. This is an exis- existential threat. But it is very likely that the actual threat is to the establishment. The actual threat is that ETs will assist humanity on the whole of elevating their consciousness because... And then, and then not buying into the system anymore because you have to be asleep to be contributing, to continue to willfully be
• 16:00
enslaved. It requires you to be asleep. It requi- it requires you not to question. And the more that we question, the more that is a threat. And so the more that the st- status quo, the establishment is threatened, the louder it will get, the more... It's, it's not gonna go away quietly. But it also requires our consent on some level. And, um, the more that you go into real sovereignty, the more that consent is a, is a literal, literal thing that we're doing all the time that we don't even realize that we're consenting, and that's a whole other topic. But, um, all of this to say is that to me, it's self-evident. The fact that the noise is getting louder, the fact that it feels like the noose is tightening more tells us
• 17:00
that we are closer. It tells us that we are making progress because if everything was just fine and there was no threat to the establishment, they would work quietly in the background because they would keep working the way things have always worked, but the old ways aren't working anymore. The programming is coming apart, and it's coming apart rapidly. And the big critical element to this is consciousness It is consciousness. You are consciousness, and consciousness flows through everything. It is timeless. It's eternal. You are timeless and eternal. And the more that you can lock in to yourself as consciousness beyond the physical, that is where you really start owning yourself, and you can
• 18:00
really start to make an impact. And if you're making an impact energetically and at the consciousness level, it does... It really doesn't matter how much you, uh, you know, how much seeming power you might have or not have, um, in terms of your everyday life. You may feel like, "Oh, I don't, I don't have a, a big network. I don't have a lot of money. I don't have a platform. I don't have this, I don't have that." Consciousness can work invisibly. It can work through intention. And building up your ability to connect with yourself energetically, you can have a lot of influence that ripples all throughout everything and helps to uplift everything. So, um, let me just quickly Somebody, "Hello. Thank God I was led to this because you're someone I can connect with, and thank you. Everything you speak about I'm
• 19:00
able to identify with, but feeling overwhelmed with the transition going on in me." Thank you so much for sharing that, and I, I feel the same, that it can really feel overwhelming. And this is where we do need to remember that it's really not just about what we do in this physical world. It really is connecting with ourselves as that eternal nature, connecting with God, with pure source consciousness, and, and having the highest intention. That is so powerful. I'm gonna put a link to a couple of things in the show notes when I'm finished here, because I've got, like, the unified... I've got a unity meditation, and, um, there's an- there are t- a new earth meditation. Both of these things you can just sign up for, um, and they'll get delivered right to your email. But both of these help you to use your conscious awareness to infuse
• 20:00
your reality, your... through your consciousness, through your intention, through your energy, for the highest possible, um, the highest good, and helps to use your intention, which is so powerful, to focus on what we do want. And it is that focus. I'm sure you've heard, where your thoughts go, energy flows. Where your intention goes, energy rushes to that. So that black magic that I was talking about with that hopelessness and kind of getting bogged down in thinking that there's no way out and the deck is stacked against us, that is an illusion. That is black magic in and of itself that creates this ceiling of hopelessness. But the truth is that we, through our intention, through our energy, we have our own power to be able to,
• 21:00
to bring divine creation all throughout humanity through intention, through vibration, through our energy. And so we need to utilize that. We need to remember that, and we need to practice it. We need to be diligent, because all of us together help to usher in this fifth dimension, if you want to think of it this way, this new earth. But as this old crumbles, it is that energy, it is that higher vibrational, harmonic, resonant, coherent energy that will come in that we will build upon. And that is up to all of us. And we're doing it together, even if, even if it feels like we're doing it separately. So thank you so much for being with me, for everything that you're doing.

Bless you. Please share, comment, like. All of those things really help. Subscribe. All of those things help to get... We really need to get this type of content out there. There's so much crap content out there. There's so much AI content out there. There is so much content out there that is purportedly, you know, by spiritual people that is actually enslaving them. And so, you know, support the material that is helping to speak to people's souls in the highest way. I really appreciate your help in that way. Thank you so much, and bless you. I'll see you next time Speaker 2: Thank you so much for joining me for this episode of Soul Elevation.
