Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell And Her Shameless Attempt To Change History (7/22/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:01
Speaker 1: This article was authored by James Hill. When Ghilean Maxwell,
0:06
Speaker 1: the accused co conspirator, general all around scumbag, fellow child abuser,
0:12
Speaker 1: and bipedal serpent of deceased sex offender pedophile Jeffrey Epstein,
0:17
Speaker 1: first appeared in court after her arrest in July, Annie
0:21
Speaker 1: Farmer spoke up to implore the judge to keep Maxwell
0:24
Speaker 1: behind bars until trial. She is a sexual predator who
0:29
Speaker 1: groomed and abused me and countless other children and young women,
0:33
Speaker 1: Farmer told the court. And when Annie said this stuff,
0:37
Speaker 1: and she came forward and spoke up when Gilean was arrested,
0:41
Speaker 1: it was powerful stuff. I was listening in on the call,
0:46
Speaker 1: and I'll tell you what, it takes a lot of
0:48
Speaker 1: bravery to do something like this. I can't I can't
0:51
Speaker 1: try and stress that point enough. And Annie epitomizes bravery.
0:57
Speaker 1: She is somebody who has stood all under fire. She's
1:01
Speaker 1: somebody who has faced a ton of criticism still to
1:05
Speaker 1: this day, faces criticism from some corners. And you know
1:11
Speaker 1: the four or five idiots I was talking about earlier
1:13
Speaker 1: on like Twitter and stuff like that. But for the
1:16
Speaker 1: most part, everybody recognizes the courage it takes to do
1:21
Speaker 1: something like this, to face these people down in open court,
1:26
Speaker 1: to come forward and to put yourself directly in the Maelstrom.
1:29
Speaker 1: What do you think someone like Annie wanted to do that?
1:32
Speaker 1: That's something she was sitting around hoping for, you know,
1:34
Speaker 1: sitting around her table with her loved one, saying, Oh,
1:37
Speaker 1: I can't wait to have a bunch of jerk offs
1:40
Speaker 1: on Twitter talk trash about me, or have these idiot reporters,
1:45
Speaker 1: you know, camping outside of my house. Nobody wants that
1:48
Speaker 1: in their lives, I mean hardly anybody. So Gilen Maxwell
1:57
Speaker 1: and the rest of these people, they should be ashamed
1:59
Speaker 1: of themselves for this sort of strategy. The fact of
2:03
Speaker 1: the matter is they can't challenge the allegations when it
2:09
Speaker 1: comes to evidence and merit, so what they'll try and
2:12
Speaker 1: do is demean and destroy. But we're onto them this time,
2:16
Speaker 1: and so is the rest of the world. Five months later,
2:21
Speaker 1: when Maxwell returned to the court armed with a new
2:24
Speaker 1: twenty eight and a half million dollar proposed bell package
2:27
Speaker 1: and more than a dozen letters of support from family
2:30
Speaker 1: and friends, Farmer forty one again stepped forward to oppose
2:35
Speaker 1: Maxwell's pre trial release and again, props to Annie. You
2:42
Speaker 1: know this is a girl who has steal in her spine.
2:46
Speaker 1: This is a girl who is fearless in the face
2:53
Speaker 1: of terrible evil, and this is somebody who is not
2:57
Speaker 1: going to take it anymore. This is somebody who has
2:59
Speaker 1: decided that she is going to fight back. And it's
3:06
Speaker 1: a beautiful thing to witness, in my opinion, when people
3:09
Speaker 1: who have been downtrodden, abused, taken advantage of by powerful people,
3:17
Speaker 1: when those people decide that they have had enough and
3:20
Speaker 1: they're going to fight back, it is a beautiful thing
3:23
Speaker 1: to withhold. I mean, it is. It's something right when
3:32
Speaker 1: you see people take their power back from those who
3:35
Speaker 1: snatched it from them. And that's what Annie did here
3:37
Speaker 1: when she came forward the first time, and then when
3:41
Speaker 1: the bail came around the second time, she was also
3:46
Speaker 1: right there at the forefront to challenge it. I believe
3:51
Speaker 1: that she is a psychopath, Farmer wrote in a December
3:54
Speaker 1: fifteenth letter to US District Judge Alison Nathan. She has
3:58
Speaker 1: demonstrated a complete failure to accept responsibility in any way
4:02
Speaker 1: for her actions and demonstrated a complete lack of remorse
4:06
Speaker 1: for her central role in procuring girls for Epstein to abuse.
4:11
Speaker 1: And that's pretty much the gist of it, right. All
4:14
Speaker 1: of the evidence that we have seen definitely points towards
4:18
Speaker 1: that direction. All of the first hand allegations from Annie
4:21
Speaker 1: and other girls all point in that direction. So I
4:27
Speaker 1: don't see how anyone could defend Gilay and Maxwell at
4:33
Speaker 1: this point, How anyone can act like this is a
4:37
Speaker 1: money grab? A money grab? What four decades in the
4:41
Speaker 1: making for some people, three decades in the making for others.
4:46
Speaker 1: What's the compounded interest on that? Folks? All of you
4:49
Speaker 1: geniuses out there who think this is a money grab,
4:52
Speaker 1: why don't you do the math on it if you're capable. Now,
4:57
Speaker 1: just days after Nathan again rejected ma Maxwell's application for bell,
5:02
Speaker 1: Maxwell's legal team is lashing out at Farmer, publicly questioning
5:06
Speaker 1: her motivations and credibility. According to new court filings in
5:11
Speaker 1: Farmer's civil lawsuit against Maxwell and Epstein's estate, we knew
5:16
Speaker 1: this was coming. We saw the full the full court
5:21
Speaker 1: press on Virginia recently, and now they're trying to come
5:26
Speaker 1: after Annie. It failed, miserable, miserably with Virginia. Those articles
5:31
Speaker 1: were challenged and picked apart, piece by piece by myself
5:36
Speaker 1: and others, and now they're trying the same shit here
5:39
Speaker 1: with Annie, and this is a losing strategy right here.
5:42
Speaker 1: I'll just tell you straight up right now, you're gonna
5:44
Speaker 1: be running into a whole lot of resistance from a
5:47
Speaker 1: guy like me. If this is your strategy, If this,
5:51
Speaker 1: If you think you're going to go scorched scorched earth
5:56
Speaker 1: and act like the Romans when they sacked Herthage in
6:00
Speaker 1: this case, and treat these girls like that, and and
6:04
Speaker 1: to come out and and publicly demean people like Annie,
6:08
Speaker 1: You're in for a long day, Geelan Maxwell and company,
6:13
Speaker 1: because that sort of resistance will be met in the
6:17
Speaker 1: center of the octagon, and it will be challenged with extreme,
6:26
Speaker 1: extreme countershots because it's absurd, all right, There's no more
6:33
Speaker 1: blaming that that. The time for that is over, all right,
6:36
Speaker 1: The time for trying to pin it on these girls,
6:39
Speaker 1: The time for you trying to make it out like
6:41
Speaker 1: there are prostitutes or that these girls had it coming.
6:44
Speaker 1: Those days are over. That ship is sailed, that train
6:47
Speaker 1: has left the station. Now it's about owning up. Now,
6:52
Speaker 1: it's about justice. And you're not gonna silence Annie. You're
6:56
Speaker 1: not going to silence any of the rest of these girls.
6:59
Speaker 1: It is there. They have the microphone. It's like Lord
7:03
Speaker 1: of the Flies. It's their term with the conch. And
7:07
Speaker 1: guess what, Guilayn and company. There is not a damn
7:10
Speaker 1: thing you, your lap dogs, or anyone else can do
7:15
Speaker 1: about it. In what is likely a preview of a
7:21
Speaker 1: potential defense strategy for Maxwell's upcoming criminal trial, her lawyer
7:25
Speaker 1: suggested that Farmer's acceptance of a confidential settlement offer from
7:29
Speaker 1: a compensation program for Epstein's survivors is indicative of a
7:34
Speaker 1: financial motivation for Farmer to make false assertions against Maxwell
7:39
Speaker 1: about events that allegedly occurred in the mid nineteen nineties.
7:43
Speaker 1: So that's what they're setting it up. As they're calling
7:45
Speaker 1: Annie a liar. That's what they're doing here. They're saying
7:48
Speaker 1: that this never occurred. Annie's a liar, and this is
7:52
Speaker 1: all a money grab. Literally all of that is factually untrue.
8:00
Speaker 1: This is Annie, a scared, hurt little girl who is
8:10
Speaker 1: now turned into and morphed into a brave, ferocious woman,
8:17
Speaker 1: is taking back what was stolen from her. That's what
8:20
Speaker 1: this is about. Not a money grab, okay, And anyone
8:23
Speaker 1: thinking it is, we're gonna have We're gonna have words
8:26
Speaker 1: I'll just be straight up honest with you. At this point,
8:31
Speaker 1: this is a six sickth thing to say, This is
8:34
Speaker 1: a six sick thing to think even a money grab.
8:38
Speaker 1: What sort of moron thinks this is a money grab
8:41
Speaker 1: at this point? Sure is a long time to wait
8:43
Speaker 1: around for a money grab, isn't it. This is about
8:47
Speaker 1: what's right. This is about justice, and this is about
8:52
Speaker 1: Epstein being held liable even in death for his actions.
9:01
Speaker 1: The fact that Farmer seeks money from the estate and
9:05
Speaker 1: from miss Maxwell in the millions of dollars at the
9:08
Speaker 1: same time she is a government witness in an upcoming
9:11
Speaker 1: criminal trial on the same topic, is reason enough to
9:15
Speaker 1: suspect that her newly asserted memories of abuse without cooperation
9:20
Speaker 1: are not based on the truth or a desire for
9:23
Speaker 1: justice so much as her desire for cash. Laura Meninger,
9:28
Speaker 1: Maxwell's lawyer, wrote in a letter to the court late Wednesday, Wait, manager,
9:32
Speaker 1: I thought you couldn't even find Elaine Maxwell when she
9:35
Speaker 1: was trying to get served. Sure seems you can find
9:37
Speaker 1: her all the time now, right. Oh yeah, that's right,
9:39
Speaker 1: because she's in prison where she belongs. How about that
9:42
Speaker 1: for your client? How about that? To start off, the
9:45
Speaker 1: new year, boloney, sandwiches, jumpsuits, flashlights in the face, the
9:50
Speaker 1: whole nine. Who's laughing now, Gilane, and this whole entire strategy.
9:58
Speaker 1: Saying that this is a money grab for from Annie
10:01
Speaker 1: is laughable. I don't know how many times I need
10:04
Speaker 1: to reiterate that, but it is a joke, Okay. No corroboration, really,
10:10
Speaker 1: no corroboration, huh, And saying that this is the first
10:14
Speaker 1: time Annie's spoken about this. Miss Menager should get her
10:18
Speaker 1: facts straight. Miss Menager should get her shit together, and
10:22
Speaker 1: Miss Menager should probably find a new strategy to defend
10:27
Speaker 1: her client because this is pathetic. And after this child,
10:32
Speaker 1: I hope she understands that this stench is gonna stick
10:34
Speaker 1: on her. You're gonna go. You're gonna victim shame and
10:37
Speaker 1: victim blame in your last ditch efforts to try and
10:41
Speaker 1: defend your piece of garbage, bipedal serpent client. At the
10:46
Speaker 1: same time, you're going to demean and try and destroy
10:49
Speaker 1: someone like Annie Farmer's reputation. Not gonna happen, not here,
10:54
Speaker 1: not now, not this channel, not today. The motive for
11:01
Speaker 1: fabrication could not be clearer. The letter continued, Yeah, fabrication
11:05
Speaker 1: on your client's part, the motivation for your client wanting
11:09
Speaker 1: to lie. That couldn't be clearer, that's for sure. But
11:12
Speaker 1: what Annie's saying, Oh yeah, we know that's the truth.
11:15
Speaker 1: How many girls have been abused the same way. How
11:18
Speaker 1: many girls have come forward and corroborated that same exact scenario.
11:24
Speaker 1: So menager, do yourself a favor. Okay, later on tonight,
11:32
Speaker 1: start a marathon of better call Saul and figure out
11:39
Speaker 1: a few better strategies, because the ones you're using right now,
11:43
Speaker 1: your client's going to end up in prison for five
11:45
Speaker 1: thousand years. Farmer file the civil lawsuit in November twenty nineteen,
11:53
Speaker 1: eight months before Maxwell's arrest, alleging she was part she
11:58
Speaker 1: was sexually trafficked at age sixteen as part of Epstein
12:01
Speaker 1: and Maxwell's organized ring of procuring young women and girls
12:05
Speaker 1: for sex. So remember this is nineteen ninety six, now, okay,
12:10
Speaker 1: we're talking a long time ago. Twenty six years, twenty
12:15
Speaker 1: four years ago, excuse me, twenty five now what twenty
12:19
Speaker 1: twenty one? So this is a long time ago, folks.
12:24
Speaker 1: And Annie's been waiting all this time for the cash grab. Huh.
12:28
Speaker 1: She's been biting her time sitting around her table, rubbing
12:30
Speaker 1: her fingers together, just waiting for the cash grab. In reality,
12:35
Speaker 1: she's had to deal with all of this shit that occurred,
12:38
Speaker 1: all of the abuse that happened at the hands of
12:40
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Epstein. So again I ask you, all you
12:44
Speaker 1: geniuses out there that think this is a cash grab,
12:48
Speaker 1: what's the compounded interest on all of those years. I'll
12:54
Speaker 1: let you work it out. During a nineteen ninety six
12:58
Speaker 1: visit to Epstein's ranch in New Mexico, Farmer claims Maxwell
13:02
Speaker 1: pressured her into receiving a massage and touched intimate parts
13:06
Speaker 1: of her body against her will. According to Farmer's complaint,
13:11
Speaker 1: Farmer placed her civil lawsuit on Holden June, while present
13:15
Speaker 1: while she presented her claims to the Epstein's Survivor's Compensation program,
13:19
Speaker 1: a voluntary restitution fund that began operating earlier this year.
13:25
Speaker 1: And that's what she should have done, right, That's what
13:27
Speaker 1: was set up. That's why it was set up. What
13:29
Speaker 1: they should set it up. They have this set up,
13:31
Speaker 1: and then the girls shouldn't use it because it'll be
13:34
Speaker 1: a cash grab. Then shut up, just shut up, come
13:37
Speaker 1: up with a different strategy, figure out how to defend
13:40
Speaker 1: your clients and shut up with the bullshit menager Everdell
13:44
Speaker 1: Cohen Sternham. In October, Farmer accepted an offer from the
13:50
Speaker 1: program which requires her to drop all pending litigation against
13:54
Speaker 1: the estate and any former employees of Epstein before she
13:58
Speaker 1: can collect. And again I'm not saying that I agree
14:02
Speaker 1: with that parameter, but that's what they agree to, the lawyers,
14:06
Speaker 1: the girls, the fund, etc. Etc. So those are the
14:09
Speaker 1: laws of the land and that's what has to be done.
14:12
Speaker 1: And for Maxwell's legal team to try and get in
14:15
Speaker 1: the way of that is childish and pedantic at best.
14:22
Speaker 1: Who wants to have somebody still sue them, unless, of course,
14:25
Speaker 1: you're trying to be an asshole and slow down the
14:29
Speaker 1: payout process for Annie, And that's exactly what they're trying
14:33
Speaker 1: to do. They want to slow it down. They don't
14:36
Speaker 1: want Annie to get paid out. They want to make
14:38
Speaker 1: Annie's life miserable, all because the bipedal serpent is sitting
14:42
Speaker 1: in that jail cell, point blank period. But Maxwell's legal
14:48
Speaker 1: team has objected to the dismissal of the lawsuit, demanding
14:52
Speaker 1: that Farmer first be required to disclose the amount of
14:56
Speaker 1: her settlement. Maxwell's letter to the court this week reiterates
15:00
Speaker 1: that demand, even though a judge told Maxwell's lawyers earlier
15:04
Speaker 1: this month that she would not order that information disclosed
15:08
Speaker 1: to Maxwell. And this is what they do, right, This
15:10
Speaker 1: is what Maxwell's legal team does, over and over again.
15:14
Speaker 1: They continue to try and beat a dead horse. They
15:17
Speaker 1: continue to try and trot out, beaten down arguments that
15:21
Speaker 1: the court has already rejected, and they try and repackage
15:24
Speaker 1: them as new. Thankfully, the court has seen through this,
15:29
Speaker 1: and the court has continuously busted them in the lip
15:32
Speaker 1: and told them to kick rocks. I don't see that
15:35
Speaker 1: changing this time around. The amount of money Farmer obtains
15:41
Speaker 1: from the EPSTEIN program is very much a matter of
15:44
Speaker 1: public interest and will go to the very core of
15:48
Speaker 1: plaintiffs credibility during the upcoming criminal trial. Manager wrote in
15:54
Speaker 1: a letter to US Magistrate Judge Deborah Freeman, How's that
15:58
Speaker 1: the case? How is it that what Annie gets civilly
16:03
Speaker 1: is going to affect what happens in the criminal case.
16:06
Speaker 1: Those crimes are committed, Guilane, all right, those alleged crimes
16:10
Speaker 1: are committed already. You did it, according to these girls,
16:14
Speaker 1: and now you have to face the music. That's how
16:17
Speaker 1: it works. As far as the civil case goes, I
16:20
Speaker 1: don't care how much money Annie or any of the
16:24
Speaker 1: other girls get. If they're comfortable with their payout and
16:27
Speaker 1: they accept their payout, that's good enough for me. It's
16:30
Speaker 1: not my business as far as the money goes. I'm
16:34
Speaker 1: in the business of justice here. I'm in the business
16:36
Speaker 1: of these people being held to account, and part of
16:39
Speaker 1: that is paying out reparations for your crimes restitution. It's
16:44
Speaker 1: no different than any other criminal. These people truly believe
16:49
Speaker 1: they're above the law. They truly believe that they operate
16:53
Speaker 1: on a different playing field. But guess what if my
16:56
Speaker 1: loved ones have to pay restitution, so do you. Farmer
17:02
Speaker 1: forty one has publicly identified herself as minor Victim two
17:07
Speaker 1: in Maxwell's criminal case, and it's certain to be called
17:10
Speaker 1: as a witness should Maxwell's case proceed to trial next summer.
17:14
Speaker 1: And I will be there one hundred percent, one hundred
17:19
Speaker 1: percent in the courtroom if allowed, if not outside of
17:23
Speaker 1: the courtroom wherever I possibly can be. And I'll let
17:27
Speaker 1: you know right now that I cannot wait for this
17:35
Speaker 1: trial to occur. I cannot wait for these girls to
17:38
Speaker 1: be sitting across the courtroom. Video conference, or otherwise staring
17:42
Speaker 1: Maxwell down as Maxwell attempts to tell these lies. And
17:46
Speaker 1: I cannot wait to see Maxwell's face when Judge Allison
17:51
Speaker 1: Nathan drops the hammer on her, and Annie once again
17:58
Speaker 1: standing up tall here, standing up at the forefront, shoulders high,
18:04
Speaker 1: squared back. Something to see, folks, and it's something to
18:09
Speaker 1: be in awe of. And her family I'm sure is
18:13
Speaker 1: very proud of her. I know Maria is, and it's
18:18
Speaker 1: a It's really refreshing to see people take the power back,
18:24
Speaker 1: people who have been abused, people who have been disenfranchised,
18:27
Speaker 1: to stand up to those who have abused them, to
18:30
Speaker 1: those with great power and tell them directly to their face, FU,
18:35
Speaker 1: I am no longer scared of you. I am no
18:38
Speaker 1: longer a victim. And that is what Annie has done here.
18:43
Speaker 1: And Annie should be applauded. She shouldn't be derided. She
18:48
Speaker 1: shouldn't be called someone who's on a money grab. This
18:55
Speaker 1: is a champion of the downtrodden. This is a warrior,
18:59
Speaker 1: stand up and battling great evil. She should be supported.
19:07
Speaker 1: And I know that you folks out there listening to
19:10
Speaker 1: this podcast are definitely in that camp. So Gilenn Maxwell
19:17
Speaker 1: has a tough road to head if this is the
19:20
Speaker 1: strategy she's going to use. Maxwell is charged with facilitating
19:28
Speaker 1: and in some cases, participating in Epstein's alleged sexual crimes
19:32
Speaker 1: against three minor girls, including Farmer, between nineteen ninety four
19:37
Speaker 1: and nineteen ninety seven. Maxwell pleaded not guilty to all
19:41
Speaker 1: the charges, and she has denied the allegations in farmer
19:44
Speaker 1: civil case. Epstein died in federal custody in August twenty
19:49
Speaker 1: nineteen while awaiting trial on child sex trafficking charges. I
19:55
Speaker 1: like how James Hill here says he died in federal custody.
19:58
Speaker 1: He doesn't assert one way or the other how the
20:00
Speaker 1: death occurred, and I appreciate that right. I think that
20:03
Speaker 1: that's the right way to do that he died in
20:05
Speaker 1: federal custody. That's an open ended statement. It doesn't make
20:08
Speaker 1: an assertion one way or the other, and it leads
20:12
Speaker 1: lets people decide what they think. Sigrid McCauley, an attorney
20:18
Speaker 1: for Farmer, responded swiftly in a letter to the court
20:21
Speaker 1: on Thursday, slamming Maxwell's letter as a vicious victim blaming
20:25
Speaker 1: attack on Farmer. Yeah, and look, Sigrid McCauley has been
20:30
Speaker 1: aces throughout this whole thing, she has treated these girls
20:33
Speaker 1: very fairly. She has treated them as if you know,
20:36
Speaker 1: the case matters to her, And at the end of
20:38
Speaker 1: the day, that's what you really want to see from
20:40
Speaker 1: a lawyer as opposed to someone like Lisa Bloom or
20:43
Speaker 1: Gloria Already. Sigrid seems to be in this for all
20:46
Speaker 1: the right reasons. Now, you guys know how I feel
20:51
Speaker 1: about lawyers in general for the most part, right, But
20:53
Speaker 1: it seems like Sigrid McCauley certainly has her heart in
20:56
Speaker 1: the right place here, and all of the girls that
20:59
Speaker 1: she represent seem to like her a lot. So I'm
21:02
Speaker 1: gonna have to think that cigarette is really doing a
21:06
Speaker 1: good job here, and she has been at the forefront
21:09
Speaker 1: right defending these girls. Miss Maxwell. Will not respond to
21:15
Speaker 1: Maxwell's meritless challenges to the merits of her case, to
21:18
Speaker 1: her credibility, or to her entirely appropriate participation in Maxwell's prosecution,
21:24
Speaker 1: McCauley wrote, Ms. Farmer simply states that she stands by
21:29
Speaker 1: the allegations in her lawsuit and any statement she made
21:32
Speaker 1: in related proceedings, and she intends to testify truthfully if
21:37
Speaker 1: called in any future proceedings and you know what, Annie,
21:43
Speaker 1: We're all behind you. We all understand the stakes, we
21:47
Speaker 1: all understand what's on the table here. And the people
21:51
Speaker 1: who think this is a money grab or say this
21:53
Speaker 1: is a money grab, you know, they could have their opinions,
21:56
Speaker 1: but we all know the score and you have a
22:00
Speaker 1: lot of people behind you supporting you. And that's a fact.
22:05
Speaker 1: So all of the detractors out there that might be
22:08
Speaker 1: listening to the podcast might be typing ferociously right now
22:13
Speaker 1: because you're so upset that I'm calling you a moron.
22:15
Speaker 1: If the shoe fits, wear it. But as for Annie
22:21
Speaker 1: and for the other survivors, what they're doing here is
22:26
Speaker 1: this is a big time act of bravery and it
22:28
Speaker 1: should be recognized as that. McCauley's letter also noted that
22:33
Speaker 1: Maxwell is not paying any portion of the proposed settlement
22:37
Speaker 1: offer from the Epstein Survivors Compensation Program exactly. So shut up.
22:43
Speaker 1: Worry about your own case. Worry about how you're gonna
22:45
Speaker 1: pay menainger. Worry about your husband, who is also your
22:50
Speaker 1: cousin from Boston. Worry about that, not about what kind
22:56
Speaker 1: of payout Annie Farmers getting, or what kind of pay
22:58
Speaker 1: out any of these girls getting. Maxwell should be quite
23:04
Speaker 1: pleased that she is escaping civil liability in this case
23:07
Speaker 1: without having to pay a dime. To miss Farmer, McCauley wrote,
23:11
Speaker 1: one hundred percent, and again, Cigarett McCauley just gets right
23:15
Speaker 1: to the heart of it, right, cuts all the bs
23:17
Speaker 1: and shoots right to the heart of the matter. A
23:20
Speaker 1: similar dispute is currently playing out in a civil case
23:24
Speaker 1: brought against Maxwell by another lightly witness in the criminal
23:27
Speaker 1: trial that anonymous accuser, Jane Doe, accepted a settlement offer
23:33
Speaker 1: from the compensation fund earlier this month and has also
23:37
Speaker 1: moved to dismiss her case. Those allegations are substantially similar
23:42
Speaker 1: to those of minor victim one in the criminal case.
23:46
Speaker 1: So again, we're not talking about one person here, We're
23:50
Speaker 1: not talking about gray area. We're talking about something that,
23:54
Speaker 1: in my opinion, is locked and loaded, and all we're
23:58
Speaker 1: waiting now for is a judge to sentence these people.
24:01
Speaker 1: The evidence is there, in my opinion, and I don't
24:06
Speaker 1: see how anyone can say any differently. But Maxwell is
24:11
Speaker 1: demanding that dough too disclosed the amount of her settlement
24:15
Speaker 1: before she consents to the dismissal of the lawsuit, and
24:20
Speaker 1: Maxwell has also requested that the court order do to
24:23
Speaker 1: pay Maxwell's legal fees and costs for defending herself in
24:27
Speaker 1: the lawsuit. Doe is seeking dismissal of her case. Maxwell's
24:31
Speaker 1: lawyers can tend for substantially the same reasons as Farmer,
24:35
Speaker 1: a desire to get her money faster. Our manager wrote
24:38
Speaker 1: faster twenty four years. How do you mean faster? These
24:43
Speaker 1: people live on a different planet, folks. Okay, this is
24:47
Speaker 1: just bs. This is I don't know what kind of
24:50
Speaker 1: strategy manager is using here, but it's not a winning strategy.
24:53
Speaker 1: Like I've said earlier and to Yeah, they want their
24:58
Speaker 1: money faster. You think after all of these years, you'd
25:02
Speaker 1: understand that, but I guess not. So maybe I'll explain
25:06
Speaker 1: it to you a little bit better. Okay, your client,
25:11
Speaker 1: who was a co conspirator of Jeffrey Epstein, was part
25:15
Speaker 1: of a criminal enterprise that trafficked and abused girls. Jeffrey
25:18
Speaker 1: Epstein got caught. Now he has to pay reparations for that. Okay,
25:23
Speaker 1: that's how this works, and there's nothing Gielane Maxwell or
25:27
Speaker 1: her legal team can do to stop it at this point.
25:30
Speaker 1: And it's not about the money. It's the point of
25:34
Speaker 1: the matter. Those attorney Robert Glassman told ABC News last
25:40
Speaker 1: week Maxwell is clearly trying to gain an unfair advantage
25:44
Speaker 1: over all of these survivors. She is inexplicably asking the
25:48
Speaker 1: judge to make a child rape victim pay for her
25:51
Speaker 1: attorney's fees and costs. It's unconscionable and it's sad, said Glassman,
25:56
Speaker 1: a trial lawyer at the California firm Panished and Boyle.
26:01
Speaker 1: It's obscene, in my opinion, asking child rape victims to
26:05
Speaker 1: pay your legal fees after you're being sued by them.
26:09
Speaker 1: It leaves such a disgusting taste in my mouth that
26:12
Speaker 1: I can't even begin to explain it to you, folks.
26:17
Speaker 1: The judge in those case has given the parties in
26:20
Speaker 1: until January fifteenth to try and reach an agreement to
26:23
Speaker 1: dismiss the case that is acceptable to both sides. Maxwell's
26:27
Speaker 1: lawyers are seeking a similar schedule in Farmer's case. I
26:32
Speaker 1: think what what Sigared McCauley should do at the next meeting.
26:37
Speaker 1: She should write on a piece of paper, you know
26:40
Speaker 1: how they do in the movies, like the amount that
26:43
Speaker 1: she's willing to say that Annie got. But instead of
26:46
Speaker 1: an amount, she should write on a piece of paper
26:48
Speaker 1: in gigantic letters f U and slide that over to menager.
26:52
Speaker 1: And that's how much Annie got a whole bag of FU.
26:55
Speaker 1: That's how much these are these people for real. But
27:02
Speaker 1: Farmer's attorneys are asking the court to step in now
27:05
Speaker 1: and put an end to the dispute and allow Farmer
27:07
Speaker 1: to receive her payment from the compensation fund. Miss Farmer
27:11
Speaker 1: has been trying to dismiss this case since October fourteenth,
27:15
Speaker 1: when she asked the defendants to stipulate to dismissal McCauley
27:18
Speaker 1: wrote Thursday, and Maxwell has delayed for no legitimate reason,
27:22
Speaker 1: without providing any deadline whatsoever for responding. Look, Maxwell is
27:29
Speaker 1: doing this because she wants to drag her feet. Maxwell
27:31
Speaker 1: is doing this because she doesn't want the criminal case
27:35
Speaker 1: to go forward without her having a few technicalities to
27:38
Speaker 1: try and hang her hat on. Well, I'm here to
27:41
Speaker 1: tell Maxwell the five morons on Twitter that support her
27:46
Speaker 1: and run around trolling these survivors and anyone else who
27:50
Speaker 1: thinks this is a money grab, that you are absolutely wrong.
27:55
Speaker 1: You should be You really should be discussed with yourself,
28:02
Speaker 1: and to think that this is about the money when
28:06
Speaker 1: it's obviously about holding people accountable. Then you should give
28:12
Speaker 1: yourself a really good headshake, because people like Maxwell and
28:20
Speaker 1: Epstein and all of these other people involved have gotten
28:24
Speaker 1: away with this for literally decades, and now that party
28:30
Speaker 1: is over, and now it's time to pay the piper.
28:36
Speaker 1: So that's what's going to happen. Back up the Brinks truck,
28:40
Speaker 1: dump it on these girls longs, and shut the hell
28:43
Speaker 1: up about it. If you'd like to contact me, you
28:46
Speaker 1: can do that at Bobby Kapucci at Protonmeil dot com.

29:04
Speaker 1: All of the links that go with this episode can
29:08
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. Hello everyone, and welcome
29:13
Speaker 1: to The Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm your host, Bobby Capucci,
29:16
Speaker 1: and this is a morning update. Yesterday we found out
29:20
Speaker 1: that Gilay and Maxwell is attempting to sue Jeffrey Epstein's
29:24
Speaker 1: estate for her legal fees. As you can imagine, that
29:27
Speaker 1: did not go over well with just about the rest
29:30
Speaker 1: of the world. Well, Virginia Roberts had a response of
29:34
Speaker 1: her own to Guilay and Maxwell. The vile, wretched, disgusting
29:38
Speaker 1: excuse for a human being. And that's what we're going
29:42
Speaker 1: to talk about this morning. So this is from the
29:45
Speaker 1: Daily Mail headline Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts slams sadistic
29:50
Speaker 1: Gilay and Maxwell for playing the victim card as the
29:53
Speaker 1: Pedophiles madam co conspirator stakes a legal claim to his
29:57
Speaker 1: six hundred and thirty six million dollars state. This article
30:02
Speaker 1: was written by Sophie Tanno and Martin Gould. Virginia Roberts
30:08
Speaker 1: a slam Jeffrey Epstein's madam. That's so ridiculous. She's not
30:11
Speaker 1: a madam, all right, She is not a madam. She's
30:13
Speaker 1: a co conspirator, Jeffrey Epstein's co conspirator, Guilaine Maxwell for
30:18
Speaker 1: playing the victim card after she filed a lawsuit against
30:21
Speaker 1: the late financiers of State Pedophiles the state. Now imagine
30:25
Speaker 1: being Virginia Roberts. Talk about a slap in the face,
30:28
Speaker 1: talk about the ultimate slap in the face. In fact,
30:32
Speaker 1: we all understand what g Maxwell is. We all know
30:36
Speaker 1: what she was up to. She wasn't accused by just
30:38
Speaker 1: one person. This isn't somebody with a vendetta. All right,
30:42
Speaker 1: this isn't She hasn't been accused because people have a
30:45
Speaker 1: vendetta against her or they're trying to get some money
30:48
Speaker 1: out of her. No, no, no, she's being accused because,
30:51
Speaker 1: in my opinion, she is guilty as sin. It emerged
30:56
Speaker 1: yesterday that Maxwell fifty eight is seeking reimbursement of her
31:00
Speaker 1: legal fees and personal security costs from the pedophiles six
31:03
Speaker 1: hundred and thirty six million dollar estate. Well, you wouldn't
31:06
Speaker 1: have to worry about any of that, Geelane, if you
31:09
Speaker 1: would just turn yourself in, Go ahead and turn yourself
31:11
Speaker 1: into authorities, sit down with an interrogator and have a nice, long,
31:15
Speaker 1: lovely chat under oath. What are you scared of? What
31:19
Speaker 1: are you scared of? Prominent Epstein accuser roberts Form slam
31:26
Speaker 1: the British former socialite for trying to get cash from
31:29
Speaker 1: the dead child molester's estate, calling her a vile, evil,
31:32
Speaker 1: sadistic creature one hundred percent Virginia one hundred percent, And
31:38
Speaker 1: there's a lot of other words that we could use
31:41
Speaker 1: that aren't family friendly to describe her as well, But
31:45
Speaker 1: I think that sums it up. Vile, evil and a
31:48
Speaker 1: sadistic creature. We can get we can all get on
31:50
Speaker 1: board with that. She took to Twitter to condemn Maxwell,
31:55
Speaker 1: who she has accused of being an enabler to Epstein's
31:57
Speaker 1: sex abuse, and not only an enabler. Let's remember, okay,
32:01
Speaker 1: let's remember what Gilayane Maxwell did to Maria Farmer. Let's
32:06
Speaker 1: never forget that, folks. Let's always keep that very close
32:09
Speaker 1: in our minds. Okay, Let's always keep it very very
32:11
Speaker 1: close in our minds, what Gilaine Maxwell did to Maria
32:15
Speaker 1: Farmer as well. She wrote memo to GM, how dare
32:21
Speaker 1: you play the victim card when you victimize me and
32:24
Speaker 1: countless others? You are a vile, evil, sadistic creature, not
32:29
Speaker 1: even worthy of calling a human being. I hope the
32:32
Speaker 1: judge ruling over this laughs you out of court and
32:34
Speaker 1: into jail. Hashtag enough wow, you know what. Virginia Roberts
32:40
Speaker 1: has every single right to be very upset about this
32:45
Speaker 1: and to fire off such a scathing reply. And if
32:48
Speaker 1: it was me, she's actually more controlled than I would be.
32:50
Speaker 1: I'd go crazy on this, lady. I would have had
32:53
Speaker 1: a four hundred and fifty thousand page tweet of things
32:56
Speaker 1: I'd like to say. To Gilaye Maxwell. So when you
33:00
Speaker 1: see Virginia Roberts fire off a tweet like that and
33:04
Speaker 1: lay into someone like Elaine Maxwell, it makes me happy.
33:07
Speaker 1: It makes me smile because, you know what, She's able
33:10
Speaker 1: to stand up for herself now, right. She doesn't have
33:12
Speaker 1: to hide in the shadows. She doesn't have to be
33:14
Speaker 1: intimidated by these people anymore, because, guess what, there's no
33:18
Speaker 1: reason to be intimidated by them anymore. She's not alone,
33:21
Speaker 1: She is not alone with her story anymore. She doesn't
33:24
Speaker 1: have to beg and plead for people to listen to
33:26
Speaker 1: her anymore, because guess what, we're all here, we're all listening,
33:30
Speaker 1: and we all believe her. So she is no longer
33:34
Speaker 1: hiding in the shadows. And Virginia Roberts has taken up
33:38
Speaker 1: the challenge of smacking these people in the mouth every
33:42
Speaker 1: time they pop off or they have some ridiculous statement
33:46
Speaker 1: to make. Virginia Roberts is always at the forefront of
33:50
Speaker 1: telling them to shut their apps. And she should be
33:52
Speaker 1: commended for that. And I'll tell you what, she is
33:55
Speaker 1: certainly not alone anymore, folks. Roberts, who says she was
34:00
Speaker 1: trafficked by convicted sex offender pedophile. Epstein has accused Maxwell
34:05
Speaker 1: of being an enabler to his abuse, and previously described
34:09
Speaker 1: how she demanded her to have sex with Prince Andrew
34:11
Speaker 1: in London in two thousand and one, telling her to
34:14
Speaker 1: do Andrew what I do for Jeffrey right there, that
34:18
Speaker 1: alone should have Virginia. I should have Gilen Maxwell buried
34:21
Speaker 1: underneath a prison. The fact that you were providing young
34:27
Speaker 1: girls for men, never mind just men, but for people
34:31
Speaker 1: like Prince Andrew, the most powerful amongst us, the most
34:35
Speaker 1: so called elite amongst us. That you were providing girls
34:40
Speaker 1: to people like that, and you are still running around
34:44
Speaker 1: free and with these ridiculous lawsuits where you actually believe
34:49
Speaker 1: that you were a victim, is just beyond the pale
34:52
Speaker 1: of disgusting. Roberts, now aged thirty six, is called for
34:58
Speaker 1: Maxwell to be put behind bars, and has previously stated
35:02
Speaker 1: she should be rotting in jail for her atrocities against
35:05
Speaker 1: me and so many other little girl she dragged into
35:08
Speaker 1: Epstein's orbit, for sure, one hundred percent for sure. In fact,
35:14
Speaker 1: I'll take it a step further. Why don't they just
35:17
Speaker 1: forget about prison and just drop her in the middle
35:19
Speaker 1: of Guantanamo Bay. That's perfectly fine with me. We could
35:22
Speaker 1: put her right in Guantanamo Bay and just forget about her,
35:26
Speaker 1: and maybe even put her in one of those CIA
35:28
Speaker 1: black sites that her buddies in the CIA love so much,
35:31
Speaker 1: where they like to waterboard people and torture people. You know,
35:35
Speaker 1: typical typical behavior. But maybe Gilaine will benefit from some
35:40
Speaker 1: of that. Maxwell has filed paperwork in the US Virgin
35:44
Speaker 1: Islands for a piece of the disgraced financier Pedophiles estimated
35:49
Speaker 1: six hundred and thirty six million dollar estate, because she
35:52
Speaker 1: says he promised to pay for her lawyers. It emerged
35:55
Speaker 1: on Wednesday. Yeah, okay, nobody believes you, Glane. Okay, nobody
36:01
Speaker 1: believes you. No humans, no animals, no parasites, no viruses,
36:09
Speaker 1: nobody or nothing believes you. In fact, in fact, you
36:16
Speaker 1: are probably a bigger liar than Andrew. At this point,
36:25
Speaker 1: Maxwell wants the money to pay for legal expenses for
36:28
Speaker 1: suits from women who say she procured them to give
36:31
Speaker 1: sexual services to Epstein while they were still teenagers. In
36:35
Speaker 1: her suit, Maxwell describes herself as a longtime employee who
36:38
Speaker 1: had a legal and special relationship with Epstein, who was
36:42
Speaker 1: found dead in his selling New York last August. Yeah,
36:45
Speaker 1: a special relationship. You were the co conspirator and the
36:48
Speaker 1: brains behind the operation. You disgusting piece of trash you were. Yeah,
36:53
Speaker 1: you had a special relationship, all right. You were bringing
36:55
Speaker 1: these girls in and grooming them and preparing them for
36:58
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's disgustingness. Yes, special relation. She said she incurred
37:05
Speaker 1: significant legal fees, personal security costs, and other expenses due
37:09
Speaker 1: to her work for several of Epstein's businesses between nineteen
37:12
Speaker 1: ninety six and two thousand and six. She said she
37:17
Speaker 1: managed Epstein's homes in the Virgin Islands, New York, Paris, Florida,
37:23
Speaker 1: and New Mexico. The suit said she also worked for
37:27
Speaker 1: his Couq Foundation. Maxwell also claims that before his death,
37:32
Speaker 1: he told her he would pay all her legal fees
37:35
Speaker 1: in lawsuits where she was named as a defendant. Well,
37:37
Speaker 1: that's funny, because I heard that before Jeffrey Epstein died.
37:41
Speaker 1: He said he didn't want any of this stuff to
37:43
Speaker 1: go to trial. He didn't want it to go to
37:46
Speaker 1: the executors to do any kind of program. He just
37:50
Speaker 1: wanted all of these girls to have the money. How
37:52
Speaker 1: about that? What if I said that? Why does what
37:54
Speaker 1: Gile and Maxwell say, have hold any weight. She's a
37:58
Speaker 1: known liar, right, She's a compulsive liar. She's done nothing
38:04
Speaker 1: but bs this whole entire time. Why would any judge
38:08
Speaker 1: believe what she has to say here? She says. She
38:12
Speaker 1: sent Epstein's state a letter last November demanding identification of
38:17
Speaker 1: those costs, saying Epstein had put it in writing that
38:20
Speaker 1: he wanted to pay her costs. She says the estate
38:23
Speaker 1: has so far not honored that commitment, and they shouldn't. Okay,
38:27
Speaker 1: nobody should honor any sort of commitments that you say
38:31
Speaker 1: that they've made to you. You should be in prison
38:33
Speaker 1: right now, okay, Gilaine Maxwell. And if your friend, your
38:37
Speaker 1: so called mouthpiece, Laura Goldman, has anything to say, well
38:41
Speaker 1: she should just pause because nobody believes anything she has
38:44
Speaker 1: to say either, all right, And frankly, I don't even
38:46
Speaker 1: believe that she is in contact with Gilaine Maxwell at
38:49
Speaker 1: this point. The time says. The lawsuit was filed by
38:54
Speaker 1: the law firm Quintaros Prieto Wooden Bowyer, which has an
38:58
Speaker 1: office in Saint Thoms in the Virgin Islands. The lawsuit
39:02
Speaker 1: did not say where Maxwell is now living. Last month,
39:06
Speaker 1: a judge allowed a lawsuit against her to be filed
39:08
Speaker 1: by email because her accusers had been unable to track
39:11
Speaker 1: her down. Judge Deborah Freeman took the rare step in
39:14
Speaker 1: a federal court in Manhattan. We haven't heard anything more
39:17
Speaker 1: about that. I'm interested to see the movement on that.
39:22
Speaker 1: That part of the case. Her being subpoenaed via email,
39:25
Speaker 1: that is very extraordinary. I'd like to see where that goes.
39:28
Speaker 1: Annie Farmer forty, has accused the former socialite co conspirator
39:33
Speaker 1: of Epstein's of trafficking her from Arizona to Epstein's Zoro
39:36
Speaker 1: ranch south of Santa Fe, New Mexico, in nineteen ninety six,
39:41
Speaker 1: where she claims Maxwell sexually assaulted her one hundred percent
39:45
Speaker 1: believe Annie Farmer as well. Folks, all right, you know
39:50
Speaker 1: what happened to Maria Farmer and Annie Farmer is absolutely
39:56
Speaker 1: and utterly beyond the pale and the fact that it's
39:59
Speaker 1: not talked about more in the mainstream media. Bothers me.
40:02
Speaker 1: Elaine Maxwell is being incredibly accused of not only enabling folks,
40:07
Speaker 1: but of par taking in the abuse. Freeman ordered Maxwell
40:15
Speaker 1: to be served by email and through attorneys representing her
40:18
Speaker 1: in the lawsuit filed by Virginia Roberts thirty six, one
40:21
Speaker 1: of the most prominent accusers of Epstein's Maxwell, Maxwell, was
40:26
Speaker 1: said by Farmer's lawyers to be actively participating in Robert's
40:29
Speaker 1: defamation case. In the same court, Farmer's lawyer said they
40:33
Speaker 1: didn't think Maxwell should be able to dodge the law.
40:37
Speaker 1: Judge Freeman said Farmer had attempted to locate and personally
40:40
Speaker 1: serve Maxwell to no avail. Her counsel has conducted extensive
40:45
Speaker 1: public records researches and located various addresses for Maxwell, she said.
40:49
Speaker 1: The judge added that Farmer had adequately demonstrated that personal
40:53
Speaker 1: service would be impractical. Maxwell, the daughter of disgraced media
40:58
Speaker 1: mogul Robert Maxwell, has fallen off the grid since Epstein
41:01
Speaker 1: was found dead in his jail cell, aged sixty six,
41:04
Speaker 1: while he awaited trial on sex trafficking charges. I can
41:07
Speaker 1: definitely confirm that they have chased down Gilane Maxwell to
41:12
Speaker 1: the corners of the earth, and they haven't been able
41:15
Speaker 1: to find her to be able to serve her in person.
41:18
Speaker 1: That's why the extraordinary step was taken of serving her
41:22
Speaker 1: via email. His death was ruled a suicide, but this
41:27
Speaker 1: has been disputed by his lawyers who say he may
41:30
Speaker 1: have been murdered not just by his lawyers, by a
41:32
Speaker 1: lot of people following the case, a lot of intelligent people,
41:36
Speaker 1: trained doctors, examiners, medical examiners, et cetera, et cetera. Dailymail
41:43
Speaker 1: dot Com revealed last August that Maxwell was living with
41:46
Speaker 1: a new boyfriend, tech CEO Scott Borgensen in a three
41:50
Speaker 1: million dollar ocean front mansion in Manchester by the Sea, Massachusetts.
41:55
Speaker 1: She is also reported to have been seen in places
41:58
Speaker 1: as far apart as Brazil and Israel, but only picture
42:01
Speaker 1: of her as but the only a picture to appear
42:04
Speaker 1: of her has appeared online that claim she was reading
42:07
Speaker 1: a book at an in and out burger in southern California.
42:11
Speaker 1: Borgensen was spotted walking Maxwell's dog near his office in Boston. Maxwell,
42:16
Speaker 1: who was described as the Madam of the house by
42:18
Speaker 1: a former housekeeper at Epstein's home in Palm Beach, Florida,
42:22
Speaker 1: strenuously denied any wrongdoing after the former Wall Street whizzes death. Yeah, okay, whatever.
42:28
Speaker 1: Nobody believes you, all right, Nobody believes any of the
42:30
Speaker 1: bullshit stories you have. Nobody believes any of the bs
42:34
Speaker 1: your so called friend, Laura Goldman spouting off every single
42:37
Speaker 1: time there's an article about you. Nobody's buying it, so
42:40
Speaker 1: you might as well just come forward, sit down with
42:43
Speaker 1: a seasoned interrogator, and spill the beans, because we are
42:47
Speaker 1: not going to let up until you are brought to justice.
42:53
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Epstein dated for several years. She facilitated Epstein's
42:58
Speaker 1: entry to the rarefied worlds of royalty politics and celebrity,
43:02
Speaker 1: cementing his friendships with Prince Andrew Donald Trump, Bill Clinton,
43:05
Speaker 1: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salmon, and Woody Allen, among others. Again,
43:10
Speaker 1: this is a very important part of the story and
43:12
Speaker 1: it's just kind of mentioned as an afterthought in all
43:15
Speaker 1: of these stories. She facilitated Epstein's entry to the rarefied
43:21
Speaker 1: worlds of royalty politics, high end elite people, and that
43:27
Speaker 1: was her part in the blackmail scheme. Let. Let's not
43:30
Speaker 1: lose sight of that. She was the vehicle to get
43:32
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's foot in the door so that he could
43:35
Speaker 1: be part of this society, so that they can in
43:38
Speaker 1: return get them caught up in their honey trap. It's
43:43
Speaker 1: very significant that we always remember what was going on
43:45
Speaker 1: here and that we always remember geel Maxwell's very significant part.
43:50
Speaker 1: She is the youngest child of Robert Maxwell, who fell
43:53
Speaker 1: to his death from his yacht, the Lady ga Lain
43:55
Speaker 1: in nineteen ninety one. Allegedly, after he died, was discovered
44:00
Speaker 1: he had embezzled nearly half a billion British pounds from
44:03
Speaker 1: his company's pension funds. The apple does not fall far
44:07
Speaker 1: from the tree again. They've been involved in this sort
44:10
Speaker 1: of money, for this money laundering, this fraud, this embezzlement
44:13
Speaker 1: for years and years and years. They have the blueprint.
44:16
Speaker 1: And if you think Elaine and Jeffrey Epstein weren't using
44:19
Speaker 1: the same blueprint with the money he was making on
44:22
Speaker 1: Wall Street, you are out to lunch. She attended the
44:27
Speaker 1: boarding school Marlborough College in Wiltshire, England, a favorite of
44:30
Speaker 1: the British elite, and went on to study at Oxford University.
44:35
Speaker 1: In her twenties, she was a well known face on
44:37
Speaker 1: London social scene and founded the KitKat Club, an alternative
44:41
Speaker 1: to the old school Thaie Network for high powered women. Oh,
44:45
Speaker 1: I can only imagine what was going on there, sort
44:47
Speaker 1: of like the Soda Club probably in Hollywood that we
44:51
Speaker 1: heard so much about from all of the kids who
44:54
Speaker 1: were abused by the sick, disgusting bastards in Hollywood Pedalwood,
44:59
Speaker 1: who hang out with Gilay Maxwell, who invited her to
45:02
Speaker 1: their parties, who were at Epstein's functions. Yeah, they're all
45:06
Speaker 1: fellow travelers, folks. She worked for her father's newspaper, The
45:11
Speaker 1: European and as the director of Oxford United Soccer Club
45:15
Speaker 1: when her father was owner. Yeah, because I'm sure she
45:17
Speaker 1: knows so much about soccer that she should be a director.
45:20
Speaker 1: Give me a break. The nepotism makes me want to
45:22
Speaker 1: vomit all over my office desk. Vilified in the UK,
45:28
Speaker 1: where Robert Maxwell's victims were angered by the lavish lifestyle
45:31
Speaker 1: his family had enjoyed at their expense, Gilane relocated to
45:35
Speaker 1: New York, where she took up residence in a small
45:37
Speaker 1: apartment and set about reinventing herself. In the early nineties,
45:41
Speaker 1: she took up with Epstein at Gatsby like financial whiz
45:45
Speaker 1: gross way to explain him, how about a disgusting Jimmy
45:51
Speaker 1: Seville like pedophile who reportedly only managed the money of
45:55
Speaker 1: clients who could invest one billion dollars. Easier to steal
45:59
Speaker 1: that money when you got them billion dollar clients easier
46:02
Speaker 1: to get them wrapped up into your criminal enterprise, easier
46:05
Speaker 1: to get them wrapped up into your blackmail operation. And
46:08
Speaker 1: now you have complete and unfettered access to billions to
46:12
Speaker 1: do with as you like. His sole publicly named client
46:17
Speaker 1: was Les Wexner, the former owner of el Brands, which
46:20
Speaker 1: includes Victoria's Secret and Bath and Bodyworks. I like how
46:23
Speaker 1: that sounds, folks, The former owner of el Brands, Yeah, buddy,
46:28
Speaker 1: see Ales Wexner enjoy the retirement. Maxwell operated as part girlfriend,
46:34
Speaker 1: part employee, orchestrating Epstein's social life. Epstein supported her and
46:39
Speaker 1: helped her remain in the social position she had grown
46:41
Speaker 1: accustomed to from her upbringing. Delaine floated in and out
46:45
Speaker 1: of the house with the keys, and even though Jeffrey
46:47
Speaker 1: told me they didn't have a sexual relationship, she dropped
46:50
Speaker 1: under her breath that she was sleeping in his bed
46:52
Speaker 1: from time to time. One Epstein ex girlfriend told Vanity
46:56
Speaker 1: Fair Folks again, Epstein was like the guru with these women.
47:01
Speaker 1: He had them all wrapped around his little finger, like
47:04
Speaker 1: Keith Rayniery at Nexium, and the parallels are very, very
47:09
Speaker 1: very very interesting between the two. The way that Epstein
47:13
Speaker 1: had these gals wrapped around his finger is something that
47:16
Speaker 1: definitely needs to be explored by some psychologists. At some point,
47:21
Speaker 1: the pair partied with Donald and Milania Trump at mar
47:23
Speaker 1: A Lago and through lavish dinners at Epstein's Upper east
47:27
Speaker 1: Side townhouse, attended by celebrities including Woody Allen, Katie Carrick,
47:33
Speaker 1: Chelsea handler David Blaine, and Google co founder Sergey Brinn.
47:37
Speaker 1: For some reason, they don't add George Stepanopolis, but I
47:40
Speaker 1: like to add him every time we talk about that
47:42
Speaker 1: because it's important, because he's another one of these guys
47:45
Speaker 1: that stands atop his ivory tower and shouts down at
47:48
Speaker 1: the rest of us, the jet setting financier. Also the
47:53
Speaker 1: jet setting financier. The pedophile. Also hobnobbed with Trump allies
47:58
Speaker 1: Wilbur Ross, Steve Munchin, and Rudy Giuliani at a Hampton's
48:01
Speaker 1: film screening in twenty ten, just two months after his
48:05
Speaker 1: release from prison in Florida. Isn't that nice? Aren't those
48:08
Speaker 1: fellows just fantastic guys to be hanging out with Jeffrey
48:12
Speaker 1: Epstein after his conviction. Rudy Giuliani, Huh, the mayor of
48:16
Speaker 1: New York, you should be embarrasser. In two thousand and eight,
48:22
Speaker 1: Epstein was offered a secret deal to avoid federal prosecution
48:25
Speaker 1: and pleaded guilty to state charges of soliciting an underage
48:29
Speaker 1: girl for sex. As part of the deal, the federal
48:32
Speaker 1: prosecutors agreed to not charge any potential co conspirators of
48:36
Speaker 1: Epstein's Boy, that two tier justice system rearing its ugly
48:40
Speaker 1: head again, isn't it nice? It must be really fantastic
48:43
Speaker 1: to be able to have Alan. I didn't take my
48:46
Speaker 1: underwear off, so I'm not guilty. Dershowitz in the back room,
48:50
Speaker 1: pressuring these po dunk ass prosecutors. It must be nice
48:55
Speaker 1: to have all the money in the world to pay
48:57
Speaker 1: off witnesses. It must be real nice to have the
49:01
Speaker 1: so called prosecution working with you to destroy the girl's reputations. Boy,
49:07
Speaker 1: it must be really nice to be on the other
49:09
Speaker 1: side of the fence. Huh. He served thirteen months in
49:15
Speaker 1: county jail in Palm Beach, Florida, and registered as a
49:17
Speaker 1: sex offender. During his sentence, he was allowed to work
49:20
Speaker 1: from his office most days. The deal was cut by
49:24
Speaker 1: Alex Acosta, then US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.
49:28
Speaker 1: He resigned from Trump's cabinet, where he was Secretary of
49:31
Speaker 1: Labor in the fallout from the Epstein case. On July
49:34
Speaker 1: sixth last year, FBI investigators broke down the doors to
49:38
Speaker 1: Epstein's seventy seven million dollar New York home after he
49:41
Speaker 1: was arrested on his private jet at Teterborough Airport in
49:44
Speaker 1: New Jersey following a flight from Paris. Well, the Zoro
49:49
Speaker 1: Ranch has still not been raided, folks, Zoro Ranch has
49:51
Speaker 1: still not had his federal investigator step into the step
49:55
Speaker 1: in the doors and collect evidence. The evidence is gone now, obviously,
49:59
Speaker 1: all of his buddies sol away evidence, secreted it away
50:03
Speaker 1: in the middle of the night, the same way Sarah
50:05
Speaker 1: Kellen Vickers did in the first arrest. We know that happened.
50:08
Speaker 1: There's going to be nothing there anymore. All of these
50:12
Speaker 1: homes should have been raided at the same time, simultaneously,
50:15
Speaker 1: doors kicked in, everything garnered, all evidence collected, and the
50:20
Speaker 1: case should have moved on. But instead, once again the
50:24
Speaker 1: prosecutors are stuck dragging their feet and acting like there
50:29
Speaker 1: is no time limits here, like it's not time sensitive.
50:34
Speaker 1: A search of Epstein's home turned up hundreds of pictures
50:37
Speaker 1: of nude women, some of them miners, along with cash, diamonds,
50:41
Speaker 1: valuable art, and an expired Austrian passport with Epstein's face
50:45
Speaker 1: but someone else's name claiming Saudi Arabia as place of residence.
50:49
Speaker 1: According to Jeffrey Berman, US attorney for the Southern District
50:53
Speaker 1: of New York, well, we know that Ronald Lauder was
50:58
Speaker 1: the ambassador to Austria, and we also know that Ronald
51:02
Speaker 1: latter is very friendly with the Mega group, So we
51:08
Speaker 1: know where that passport came from. Okay, we know that
51:13
Speaker 1: the genesis of where that passport came from. In my opinion,
51:17
Speaker 1: Ronald Lauter provided that passport to Epstein back in the day.
51:22
Speaker 1: Maxwell is alleged to be one of the main players
51:24
Speaker 1: in a network of recruiters and enablers who provided Epstein
51:28
Speaker 1: with those underage girls to sexually abuse. That network. Those
51:32
Speaker 1: that group of girls as we call them here on
51:34
Speaker 1: the show is the Core four. And speaking of the
51:38
Speaker 1: Core four, episode three will be out Monday afternoon. So
51:46
Speaker 1: in closing, what we have here is Gilaine Maxwell just
51:51
Speaker 1: utterly thumbing everyone in the eye with her brazen, disgusting
52:00
Speaker 1: pursuit of legal fees in this case and I'm glad
52:05
Speaker 1: to see if Virginia Roberts at the forefront once again
52:08
Speaker 1: standing up for all of the survivors, standing up for
52:11
Speaker 1: everyone who is abused by Jeffrey Epstein and telling this
52:14
Speaker 1: vile creature basically to shut her mouth. And like I said,
52:19
Speaker 1: the response on Twitter and social media has been overwhelming
52:25
Speaker 1: in regards to how people feel towards Gilean Maxwell and
52:30
Speaker 1: her disgusting behavior. So I can't see any judge granting
52:35
Speaker 1: this request. But I've been shocked throughout this whole entire
52:39
Speaker 1: process with the behavior of judges, with the behavior of prosecution,
52:44
Speaker 1: with the behavior of the media. So I have a
52:47
Speaker 1: wait and see approach to see how the judge looks
52:49
Speaker 1: at this and see how the judge handles it. But
52:51
Speaker 1: one thing I can guarantee you is we'll be right
52:54
Speaker 1: here on the podcast completely and utterly dragging her over
52:59
Speaker 1: the calls for her behavior. It is unconscionable that this
53:04
Speaker 1: woman believes that she is entitled to any money that
53:08
Speaker 1: should be going to the survivors. It is utterly disgusting,
53:12
Speaker 1: all right. Like I was just saying, We're going to
53:15
Speaker 1: have episode three of the five part series on Monday,
53:19
Speaker 1: and we're going to talk about Nadia Marsenkova on Monday,
53:25
Speaker 1: so that will be part three. The first two parts
53:28
Speaker 1: of the series you can find they were posted a
53:30
Speaker 1: few days ago, and you could check out that there
53:34
Speaker 1: and get yourself caught up if you're not caught up already,
53:37
Speaker 1: so you're prepared for a Monday's release. All right, folks,
53:41
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
53:42
Speaker 1: at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's bo b
53:46
Speaker 1: b Y c ap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
53:50
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
53:55
Speaker 1: cap u Cci. All Right, folks, I'll be back later

Speaker 1: day and stay safe.
