- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning and welcome to Bundina Report Early Edition. I
- 0:03Speaker 1: am your host, Evita, and we are here live at
- 0:07Speaker 1: the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee. Quick reminder that all
- 0:10Speaker 1: the stories I'm gonna cover today will be featured on bundinareport.com
- 0:14Speaker 1: if you wanna read and learn some more. And I
- 0:17Speaker 1: have a lot of stories to cover today. And also,
- 0:19Speaker 1: just to note, if there's a little bit of noise
- 0:21Speaker 1: in the room, it's because we're live at the RMC.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Back to the stories. Biden has completely embarrassed himself on NBC.
- 0:28Speaker 1: I'm going to play the video of that. Lying, and
- 0:30Speaker 1: he also was lying at the NAACP convention yesterday. We're
- 0:34Speaker 1: going to talk about leftist protesters here in Milwaukee saying
- 0:37Speaker 1: that they wish Trump had been murdered last Saturday. Media
- 0:41Speaker 1: fueling more Trump hatred. New York City making illegals permanent residents.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Why the deep state is going to cover up the
- 0:48Speaker 1: Secret Service's massive failure last Saturday. And last, we're going
- 0:53Speaker 1: to talk about a little run-in I had with somebody
- 0:57Speaker 1: really special here at the RNC. All of this on
- 1:01Speaker 1: Bongina Report Early Edition. I am sorry, you guys. We
- 1:15Speaker 1: have to start this show on a little bit of
- 1:17Speaker 1: a low note. Biden did a sit-down interview with NBC's
- 1:21Speaker 1: Lester Holt, and it's so bad, I don't even want
- 1:25Speaker 1: to say what happened. You just have to watch it.
- 1:28Speaker 2: What happens if you have another episode like we saw
- 1:31Speaker 2: during the debate?
- 1:34Speaker 1: What happens if I have another? What happens if you
- 1:37Speaker 1: have another performance on that level? Oh my gosh. Talking
- 1:46Speaker 1: about his cognitive decline, asked about it, and then he
- 1:49Speaker 1: puts his cognitive decline on full display. At this point,
- 1:52Speaker 1: it's just sad. Someone needs to say, go home, Joe. Retire.
- 1:57Speaker 1: In your mansion. Paid for by Chinese and Ukrainian cash
- 2:01Speaker 1: that you sold out the American people for. Just go home.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Why put yourself through this? And I think Jill Biden is,
- 2:08Speaker 1: of course, to blame for a lot of this. She's
- 2:11Speaker 1: his wife. She's the one who should say, honey. We
- 2:14Speaker 1: can't do this anymore. I don't want to put you
- 2:16Speaker 1: through this. Let's just live out our days peacefully instead
- 2:20Speaker 1: of terrorizing the American people with your failed policies. No,
- 2:22Speaker 1: she wouldn't say that, but she should tell him to
- 2:24Speaker 1: get rid of it. She should tell him to step away.
- 2:26Speaker 1: And the media has helped Lady Macbeth, Jill Biden, get
- 2:31Speaker 1: away with lying about Biden's cognitive decline for years now.
- 2:36Speaker 1: They're saying that he is in cognitive decline just now.
- 2:39Speaker 1: But remember, this has been a really new thing. And
- 2:42Speaker 1: the American people have seen videos of Joe Biden, like
- 2:44Speaker 1: the one I just played. We all know that he's
- 2:46Speaker 1: in cognitive decline. And now we are finally able to
- 2:50Speaker 1: talk about the truth of the situation. And they have
- 2:53Speaker 1: lied to us, of course, for so long.
- 2:55Speaker 3: My mom.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Rachel Campbell-Stuffy, she's the weekend host of Fox and Friends.
- 2:59Speaker 1: She talked about this, I believe it was back in 2021,
- 3:04Speaker 1: and she got a lot of hate for it, calling
- 3:06Speaker 1: out Joe Biden for the way that Jill has been
- 3:10Speaker 1: pushing Joe Biden into this really stressful job. Let's play
- 3:14Speaker 1: the video of my mom.
- 3:15Speaker 4: I'm sorry, as a political spouse, I can't help but
- 3:18Speaker 4: look at Jill Biden. No one knew better his state
- 3:22Speaker 4: of mind than Dr. Jill Biden. And if you ask me,
- 3:26Speaker 4: the most patriotic thing Jill Biden could have done was
- 3:28Speaker 4: tell her husband to love her husband and not let
- 3:31Speaker 4: him run in this mental state that he's in. I
- 3:35Speaker 4: think she failed the country as well.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Nothing was wrong with what she said.
- 3:39Speaker 5: 100% correct.
- 3:39Speaker 1: She nailed it there. Jill Biden's press secretary, his name
- 3:47Speaker 1: is Michael La Rosa. He's a former press secretary. was
- 3:50Speaker 1: very angry about this, along with the rest of the
- 3:52Speaker 1: corporate media, because remember, they were covering up the cognitive
- 3:54Speaker 1: decline at this time. And Michael LaRosa tweeted this at
- 3:58Speaker 1: my mom. He said, this is disgusting. At our Campo
- 4:01Speaker 1: stuffy and at Fox News, no better. They can do
- 4:03Speaker 1: better and their viewers deserve better. I know. I hope
- 4:06Speaker 1: they'll apologize to the first lady and leave this kind
- 4:09Speaker 1: of talk in the trash where it belongs. And there
- 4:12Speaker 1: was a lot of pressure on my mom to apologize
- 4:15Speaker 1: after Michael LaRosa made that tweet. And she did not apologize.
- 4:21Speaker 1: And she's taught me this before. And I love that
- 4:24Speaker 1: she lives it out herself. You guys, you don't apologize
- 4:28Speaker 1: for telling the truth. You don't apologize for telling the truth.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Back to Joe Biden. We're going to circle back to
- 4:35Speaker 1: him because yesterday he spoke at the NAACP National Convention.
- 4:41Speaker 1: And again, I can't even explain it. You have to
- 4:44Speaker 1: just listen to what he said.
- 4:46Speaker 3: And you peacefully protested George Floyd's murder.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Donald Trump called for the National Guard to go after you.
- 4:51Speaker 5: What the hell's the matter with this man?
- 4:55Speaker 6: Okay.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Were the BLM riots peaceful, you guys? Were they peaceful?
- 5:03Speaker 1: Guy says they were mostly peaceful. Yes, fiery but mostly peaceful.
- 5:06Speaker 1: So says CNN. I was in Kenosha, Wisconsin with my husband, Michael,
- 5:10Speaker 1: who's also here. during the BLM rioting. And I have
- 5:14Speaker 1: to tell you guys, it was horrifying. And we're in
- 5:18Speaker 1: Milwaukee right now, I'm from Wisconsin. To see a Wisconsin
- 5:22Speaker 1: city that is generally community oriented, wholesome, the type of
- 5:27Speaker 1: city that you come across all the time in the Midwest,
- 5:31Speaker 1: see it go up in flames the way that it
- 5:33Speaker 1: did was devastating. And I really felt like I was
- 5:37Speaker 1: in a third world country. There were regular citizens who
- 5:40Speaker 1: were not part of the rioting, who just were caught
- 5:43Speaker 1: in the fray, and they had to stand outside of
- 5:46Speaker 1: their homes and their businesses with baseball bats, shotguns, trying
- 5:50Speaker 1: to protect themselves because, of course, the city did not
- 5:53Speaker 1: protect them. Tony Evers refused to protect them. These were
- 5:56Speaker 1: not peaceful protests. They were riots. They destroyed American cities
- 6:02Speaker 1: for an entire summer. That Biden and the media are
- 6:06Speaker 1: still promoting this lie that somehow those riots were peaceful
- 6:10Speaker 1: protests is an outrage. And by the way, This is
- 6:14Speaker 1: the same violence that has led us to what happened
- 6:19Speaker 1: last Saturday, that has led us to an assassination attempt
- 6:23Speaker 1: on Donald Trump. They hold, Democrats in the media, are
- 6:28Speaker 1: responsible for all of the violence that is just all
- 6:35Speaker 1: over in their party. Okay, now on this topic, there
- 6:41Speaker 1: are a lot of protesters here in Milwaukee. And One
- 6:45Speaker 1: of them, we know that the left does not care
- 6:49Speaker 1: really about about keeping peace in America, but it's good
- 6:52Speaker 1: to actually see this on full display. So one of
- 6:54Speaker 1: the Milwaukee protesters was interviewed by an employee of Tim Pool.
- 6:58Speaker 1: And when this is her reaction when she was asked
- 7:01Speaker 1: about her take on the assassination attempt on Trump.
- 7:06Speaker 7: You guys are out here on the heels of the
- 7:08Speaker 7: attempted Trump assassination. Can I get your reaction to what
- 7:11Speaker 7: happened the other day?
- 7:14Speaker 5: Well, it's a shame the person missed, but it's ironic
- 7:20Speaker 5: that the shooter was also a Republican, and I am
- 7:24Speaker 5: scared about political violence.
- 7:27Speaker 7: You're scared of political violence, but you were hoping that
- 7:30Speaker 7: he wouldn't have missed?
- 7:32Speaker 5: Yes.
- 7:33Speaker 7: Wow.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Okay, so that's crazy, right? She's, I wish that he
- 7:38Speaker 1: was killed, but also I'm afraid of political violence. It's
- 7:41Speaker 1: just silliness. And of course it illustrates that they're not
- 7:44Speaker 1: actually very compassionate, that they're not actually peaceful, that this
- 7:48Speaker 1: whole thing is an act. It's a narrative that is
- 7:51Speaker 1: falling apart. And leftists do wish harm on anyone who
- 7:56Speaker 1: happens to disagree with them. I had really intimate experience
- 8:00Speaker 1: with this at the University of Chicago where I went
- 8:02Speaker 1: to school The details don't really matter how this happened,
- 8:06Speaker 1: but the point is I made a statement saying I
- 8:09Speaker 1: do not support socialism. And this statement was posted on
- 8:14Speaker 1: UChicago's social media. It was just an initiative about diverse
- 8:18Speaker 1: opinions on campus. And the post went viral. And my
- 8:21Speaker 1: classmates were furious at me. And by the way, it
- 8:24Speaker 1: was a pretty benign post. I think I said, the
- 8:26Speaker 1: coronavirus won't destroy America, but socialism will. And they flipped
- 8:30Speaker 1: out and they were saying, I don't belong at the university,
- 8:34Speaker 1: that I'm stupid, that I look like a rat, that
- 8:37Speaker 1: I'm ugly, right? And this is also funny because feminists
- 8:40Speaker 1: are all about supporting women and standing with women. And
- 8:42Speaker 1: then suddenly you're a conservative woman and all of those
- 8:46Speaker 1: rules and all of those standards, they just go right
- 8:48Speaker 1: out the window. And eventually I actually got a death
- 8:50Speaker 1: threat for this, again, really benign statement. And I wrote
- 8:54Speaker 1: an article, uh, this is the first time I'd ever
- 8:56Speaker 1: written anything and gotten it published kind of my gateway into,
- 8:59Speaker 1: into politics. And, uh, it, it just, to me has
- 9:04Speaker 1: stuck with me because it illustrates that these people are
- 9:09Speaker 1: not peaceful. These people do not want, uh, you know, harmony,
- 9:13Speaker 1: in America. It is all about division. That's why I
- 9:16Speaker 1: said yesterday, we don't buy Joe Biden's call for peace
- 9:19Speaker 1: and unity because he's been the most disunifying president in
- 9:21Speaker 1: American history. Now, along with Joe Biden and other Leftists is,
- 9:27Speaker 1: of course, the corporate media. They are sort of the villains,
- 9:30Speaker 1: I think, of this Trump assassination attempt story because they've
- 9:33Speaker 1: had us in assassination prep for years now. They've been
- 9:37Speaker 1: calling Trump a Nazi. They're saying that he's a massive
- 9:40Speaker 1: threat to democracy. And they have not cared that the
- 9:45Speaker 1: president was almost killed last Saturday. Instead, they are sticking
- 9:49Speaker 1: to their violent, divisive rhetoric. It's only getting worse. This
- 9:54Speaker 1: is from Politico. FBI DHS warns of possible retaliation for
- 10:01Speaker 1: attack on Trump. And the reason that they are pushing
- 10:06Speaker 1: this narrative is to say Republicans are the ones who
- 10:10Speaker 1: are really the dangerous people in society. This is why
- 10:13Speaker 1: the FBI and the DOJ, who are also partisan, have
- 10:17Speaker 1: been demonizing the right, calling us domestic extremists, potential domestic terrorists,
- 10:21Speaker 1: surveilling us, This is why you are seeing that. And
- 10:25Speaker 1: the narrative is really falling apart. We're all just like, okay,
- 10:30Speaker 1: is it really the right? The right's the one that
- 10:32Speaker 1: we should be worried about when the left just tried
- 10:35Speaker 1: to kill the president, tore apart American cities in 2020
- 10:38Speaker 1: during the summer of love? I don't think so. Molly
- 10:41Speaker 1: Hemingway had a funny tweet about this. She says, on
- 10:43Speaker 1: a scare of Jesse Smollett to the Gretchen Whitmer fed napping,
- 10:46Speaker 1: how real is this alleged threat? And of course, it's
- 10:48Speaker 1: not real. It's not real at all. It's just a
- 10:50Speaker 1: way for partisans on the left to demonize their political
- 10:54Speaker 1: opponents and ignore the problems facing their own party and
- 10:58Speaker 1: the violent rhetoric and tendencies of their own base. We're
- 11:03Speaker 1: going to take a quick break. And when we come back,
- 11:06Speaker 1: we're going to talk about something that is going to
- 11:08Speaker 1: make you really, really angry, made me angry. And it's
- 11:12Speaker 1: going to make you especially angry if you live in
- 11:14Speaker 1: New York City. We'll be right back. You asked and

- 12:02Speaker 1: sponsors for keeping this show free. We love them. This
- 12:06Speaker 1: story is going to make your blood boil. New York
- 12:10Speaker 1: City looks to make migrants permanent residents. This is their
- 12:14Speaker 1: solution to all of the illegals who've been bused into.
- 12:18Speaker 1: New York City because of Biden's border open border crisis.
- 12:22Speaker 1: The article says New York City has announced a new
- 12:24Speaker 1: program to finally get the migrants out of the hotels,
- 12:26Speaker 1: but they won't be sent home or even out of
- 12:29Speaker 1: the state. The plan is to move them into permanent
- 12:31Speaker 1: housing by renting apartments for them. In other words, like
- 12:35Speaker 1: it or not, they are going to convert them to
- 12:38Speaker 1: permanent residents. And of course, the American taxpayers are footing
- 12:43Speaker 1: the bill for all of this, like we footed the
- 12:45Speaker 1: bill for having them in these silly hotel rooms. And
- 12:47Speaker 1: there's this narrative out there that somehow opposing illegal immigration
- 12:52Speaker 1: or opposing illegals voting in our elections is racist. This
- 12:56Speaker 1: is from The Federalist. Left-wing civil rights group suggests it's
- 13:00Speaker 1: racist to keep foreigners from registering to vote. And this
- 13:04Speaker 1: is one of the biggest lies that the left is
- 13:06Speaker 1: promoting right now. I lived in Hyde Park. This is
- 13:09Speaker 1: the south side of Chicago. It's a majority black neighborhood.
- 13:13Speaker 1: A lot of the illegal migrants are being housed there
- 13:15Speaker 1: in the city of Chicago. And they're furious. The black
- 13:19Speaker 1: residents are furious. Think about it. It puts massive strain
- 13:22Speaker 1: on their community. It dilutes the power that they have
- 13:26Speaker 1: in the ballot box if illegals are able to vote
- 13:29Speaker 1: in our elections, which of course they will be because
- 13:32Speaker 1: Democrats refuse to pass the SAVE Act. Joe Biden has said,
- 13:35Speaker 1: I will not sign it into law. I will veto it.
- 13:38Speaker 1: So we have to keep all this in mind and
- 13:41Speaker 1: keep bringing this up as the left pushes this narrative
- 13:43Speaker 1: that somehow it's racist to not want illegals in our
- 13:45Speaker 1: country or not want them to vote in our country.
- 13:49Speaker 6: Dr.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Umar went on The Breakfast Club and he illustrated Breakfast
- 13:52Speaker 1: Club is, of course, a very popular podcast show. And Dr.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Umar is a black activist. He illustrated what I'm talking
- 14:00Speaker 1: about so perfectly. Listen to what he said.
- 14:03Speaker 7: Let's look at what Eric Adams is doing over there
- 14:05Speaker 7: in New York. A family of four is getting $ 1, 400
- 14:07Speaker 7: a month. $ 1, 400 a month. Do you know that that's
- 14:11Speaker 7: more than what some of the veterans are getting with
- 14:13Speaker 7: a child? They're getting more money than veterans who served
- 14:16Speaker 7: in the military. Not only that, they're getting free food stamps,
- 14:19Speaker 7: free childcare, and permanent housing. Although New York City... has
- 14:25Speaker 7: a black homelessness rate no less than 35%.
- 14:28Speaker 3: So you got black people who pay taxes living on
- 14:31Speaker 3: the street and you got migrants who ain't paid a
- 14:34Speaker 3: single tax in their life eating and living better than
- 14:37Speaker 3: the black people who built the country.
- 14:40Speaker 1: He is so... right here. And Democrats are disrespecting their base. Remember,
- 14:47Speaker 1: these are the people that they, that Democrats feel they own,
- 14:51Speaker 1: that they can rely on all the time. Hispanics too.
- 14:54Speaker 1: And they clearly cannot anymore because people are so angry
- 14:58Speaker 1: about Joe Biden's performance. And they've said to their base,
- 15:00Speaker 1: all right, screw you guys. We'll just import illegals and
- 15:03Speaker 1: have them vote in your place and we'll still win.
- 15:06Speaker 1: That's infuriating for people that, I mean, that is so
- 15:09Speaker 1: disrespectful to the individuals who they claim to represent. They
- 15:14Speaker 1: claim to represent black people, and they are hurting black people.
- 15:19Speaker 1: We're going to switch gears a little bit, and you
- 15:21Speaker 1: have to listen to this video of Secretary of Homeland
- 15:22Speaker 1: Security Alejandro Mayorkas. It gets under my skin, and I'm
- 15:27Speaker 1: going to talk about it in a second. Let's play
- 15:29Speaker 1: the video. On that, does the president have confidence in
- 15:33Speaker 1: the Secret Service director after Saturday's failures?
- 15:36Speaker 2: I have 100% confidence in the director of the United
- 15:39Speaker 2: States Secret Service. I have 100% confidence in the United
- 15:43Speaker 2: States Secret Service. And what you saw on stage on
- 15:47Speaker 2: Saturday with respect to individuals putting their own lives at
- 15:51Speaker 2: risk for the protection of another is exactly what the
- 15:54Speaker 2: American public should see every single day. It is what
- 15:58Speaker 2: I indeed do.
- 16:01Speaker 1: I don't have 100% faith in the Secret Service. And
- 16:04Speaker 1: Dan is going to talk about this today. Of course,
- 16:06Speaker 1: there were many mistakes made last Saturday. There are many
- 16:11Speaker 1: unanswered questions. I'm going to let him get into that more.
- 16:14Speaker 1: I just want to point out that Trump's Secret Service
- 16:17Speaker 1: team was allowed the FBI to ransack his home, rummage
- 16:23Speaker 1: through Melania Trump's underwear drawer. There is a lot of
- 16:26Speaker 1: evidence that the Secret Service is not the organization that
- 16:29Speaker 1: it used to be, that it's not apolitical, that it's
- 16:32Speaker 1: actually been corrupted by partisan politics. We also know the
- 16:35Speaker 1: Secret Service covered up both Hunter Biden's illegal drug purchase
- 16:40Speaker 1: and the infamous cocaine in the White House scandal. I
- 16:43Speaker 1: didn't even know this until after last Saturday. But in 2016,
- 16:48Speaker 1: there was a senior Secret Service agent who actually said
- 16:51Speaker 1: that she would not take a bullet for Trump. And
- 16:54Speaker 1: that agent, of course, was removed, but she was allowed
- 16:57Speaker 1: to retire with full benefits and a fully intact security clearance.
- 17:02Speaker 1: There's a lot of evidence that the Secret Service has
- 17:05Speaker 1: been politicized. It has been corrupted. And I don't take
- 17:08Speaker 1: Mayorkas' word for it. Frankly, I don't take anything he
- 17:10Speaker 1: says seriously because, of course, this man is just as
- 17:13Speaker 1: corrupted as the other agencies in our federal government, like
- 17:17Speaker 1: the Secret Service. And that brings me to this article
- 17:20Speaker 1: by my former colleague at The Federalist, Joy Pullman. She said,
- 17:25Speaker 1: and this is a headline, any assassination investigation that includes
- 17:29Speaker 1: Merrick Garland or Chris Wray is a cover-up. And she
- 17:34Speaker 1: is so right. This is what she said. In a
- 17:36Speaker 1: city as corrupt as Washington, D.C., investigation is politico speak
- 17:41Speaker 1: for cover up. That goes double speak for Merrick Garland
- 17:44Speaker 1: or Chris Wray, the heads of the DOJ and FBI, respectively.
- 17:47Speaker 1: Any investigation into this assassination attempt from which they do
- 17:50Speaker 1: not recuse themselves is irrevocably poisoned. And she makes this
- 17:54Speaker 1: great point that. Merrick Garland, the man who personally authorized
- 18:00Speaker 1: FBI agents to assassinate Trump if he got in the
- 18:03Speaker 1: way of their Mar-a-Lago raid, is the guy who is
- 18:06Speaker 1: now overseeing the investigation into the assassination attempt on Trump.
- 18:13Speaker 1: That seems like a conflict to me. That seems like
- 18:15Speaker 1: a serious conflict to me. And of course, she also
- 18:18Speaker 1: goes over Christopher Wray, the FBI, the laundry list of
- 18:22Speaker 1: malfeasances with him. This is a guy, of course, who
- 18:25Speaker 1: heads an agency that has weaponized itself fully against half
- 18:28Speaker 1: of the country, has labeled himself. Trump supporters as domestic,
- 18:32Speaker 1: potential domestic terrorists, has gone after traditional Catholics, after pro-lifers, after,
- 18:37Speaker 1: of course, Trump himself at Mar-a-Lago. These are not straight shooters.
- 18:42Speaker 1: These are not trustworthy people. And it's, I think, a
- 18:46Speaker 1: reminder that we have to put a lot of pressure
- 18:48Speaker 1: on our representatives to fully investigate this because the federal government,
- 18:53Speaker 1: at least the executive branch, is not going to do so.
- 18:57Speaker 1: it is going to fall on our representatives and they
- 19:00Speaker 1: need to step up. Now the upside of all of this,
- 19:04Speaker 1: I think is that people are starting to become aware,
- 19:06Speaker 1: starting to become aware of the deep state, aware of
- 19:09Speaker 1: the media malfeasance. And that has made me really happy
- 19:13Speaker 1: here at the convention, really optimistic to see, um, the,
- 19:18Speaker 1: the wokeness. And I say that in a good way, right?
- 19:20Speaker 1: The awakeness of people to the left. I want to
- 19:26Speaker 1: end on something really amazing and wonderful that happened yesterday
- 19:31Speaker 1: here at the RNC in the Rumble studio. Russell Brand,
- 19:37Speaker 1: former comedian, actor, was not always a very Christian man.
- 19:42Speaker 1: I would say not at all. He has made a
- 19:45Speaker 1: conversion to Catholicism. He was in the Rumble studio yesterday
- 19:48Speaker 1: doing his show and And I approached him because my grandmother,
- 19:55Speaker 1: I call her Yaya, she prays the rosary every day
- 19:59Speaker 1: with Russell Brand and his viral rosary video. And I
- 20:03Speaker 1: asked him to give her a little shout-out for her,
- 20:08Speaker 1: and I sent it to her. This is what he did.
- 20:11Speaker 1: It was so wonderful, so gracious of him.
- 20:13Speaker 6: Pilar, encantado or encantada.
- 20:17Speaker 1: For a woman? I don't know. I don't think that.
- 20:21Speaker 6: Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
- 20:23Speaker 6: Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit
- 20:25Speaker 6: of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray
- 20:27Speaker 6: for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Amen.
- 20:30Speaker 6: Thank you so much, your beautiful granddaughter. Explain to me
- 20:34Speaker 6: that you have listened to me, praying the Holy Rosary
- 20:38Speaker 6: of our Divine Mother. I'm sending you all of my
- 20:42Speaker 6: love and my respect, and I hope that one day
- 20:44Speaker 6: we get to meet on this path. In Jesus' name
- 20:47Speaker 6: I pray.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Amen. So many people, like Russell Brand, are noticing the
- 20:53Speaker 1: rot of modern life, the anxiety of the depression. corruption,
- 20:59Speaker 1: just like we've been talking about all day. And they
- 21:01Speaker 1: are wanting to embrace traditionalism. They are wanting to go
- 21:05Speaker 1: back to the beauty of faithfulness that once animated our country.
- 21:09Speaker 1: And it just makes me feel so optimistic, so happy
- 21:13Speaker 1: to be a part of this movement. I was listening
- 21:16Speaker 1: to the speeches last night and Ben Carson, I think
- 21:19Speaker 1: he made one of the best ones. And he said,
- 21:22Speaker 1: something that I want to note. He was quoting Alexis
- 21:26Speaker 1: de Tocqueville, famous French philosopher who traveled around America in
- 21:29Speaker 1: the 1800s. And Alexis de Tocqueville, which Ben Carson quoted, said,
- 21:33Speaker 1: America is great because America is good. And part of
- 21:39Speaker 1: what I think we are doing right now here at
- 21:42Speaker 1: the RNC, part of what I think Russell Brand really
- 21:45Speaker 1: embodies and so many others who are noticing problems in
- 21:48Speaker 1: our culture is that we want to make America good again.
- 21:51Speaker 1: We want to embrace the tradition and the faithfulness and
- 21:55Speaker 1: the centering on Christ that we once had in our country.
- 22:00Speaker 1: And that makes me really, really optimistic and happy. And
