- 3:55all your seahorse brothers and sisters, and there are many
- 3:59of them. There are lots of other colorful fish swimming nearby,
- 4:08and they too are your friends. You have many friends
- 4:13here deep within this ocean. And you see your friend Seymour,
- 4:19who is a friendly starfish, and you see him moving
- 4:24slowly across the ocean floor.
- 4:28Speaker 3: This is his top speed, by the way, He's moving
- 4:33as quickly as he can because he's on his way
- 4:36home now, as it's nearly his bedtime and it's nearly
- 4:41yours too.
- 4:44Speaker 1: You see a beautiful rainbow fish called George. He too

- 5:18and forth with a great big smile on his face,
- 5:22and he says he can stay out for another ten
- 5:24minutes to play, but then he too has to go home,
- 5:29and off he swims. As you look around you you

- 9:25say good night and you swim off home. You reach
- 9:31your home amongst the gently swaying reeds, and you see
- 9:37your family waiting for you. You find your favorite soft
- 9:42green reeds and begin to settle down with your long
- 9:46tail wrapped around the reeds to keep you safe for
- 9:49the night. As you settle down to rest, waves of
- 9:56peace and calm wash over your entire body. And the
- 10:02waves begin to relax you deeper and deeper. As you
- 10:07sway gently, your tail is very secure so that you
- 10:13won't float off in the night. You'll stay safely right
- 10:17here while you rest tonight. You gently move with the
- 10:24ocean current that sways you back and forth, and as
- 10:30you relax here, you feel yourself becoming so very sleepy.
- 10:37You feel yourself drifting peacefully with a soft and gentle
- 10:43ocean current, but still staying in one place because your
- 10:49tail holds you safely. You feel so amazing floating here,
- 10:59and you know you'll sleep well tonight because your heart
- 11:04feels so happy and your body is completely calm. And
- 11:11as you float on gentle waves of relaxation, your body
- 11:18feels heavy as you drift off into peaceful sleep. Then
- 11:25you feel so happy right now, so peaceful and calm,
- 11:31as you go deeper and deeper into a beautiful sleep,
