- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein chronicles.
- 0:05We keep hearing about all of these raids of Jeffrey
- 0:08Epstein's properties, well not Zorro Ranch, but the other properties,
- 0:12and how they took all of these hard drives and
- 0:15all this other stuff, and how they have all this evidence. Well,
- 0:18what happened to all of that evidence?
- 0:20Speaker 2: Where is it? And is the public ever gonna know
- 0:23about any of it?
- 0:25Speaker 1: Because when we go back in time here and we
- 0:28read articles from twenty and nineteen twenty twenty, there's all
- 0:33this talk about all this evidence and we didn't see
- 0:35any of it at the Maxwell trial, did we? So
- 0:39what are they doing with all of it? Why is
- 0:41the FBI sitting on it? Is this evidence ever going
- 0:44to become available? Are they ever going to use that
- 0:46evidence to go after any of these co conspirators? Well,
- 0:50inquiring minds want to know, However, nothing from the FBI
- 0:57as far as what's on those tapes or what they
- 1:01found or what sort of evidence is there. In fact,
- 1:04nobody else has even been arrested. So what are they doing?
- 1:08Why did they take that evidence if they never planned
- 1:10on using it? And where is all of that evidence?
- 1:13Speaker 2: Now?
- 1:13Speaker 1: Do they still have it. That's a legitimate question to ask.
- 1:17Considering how they lost the footage from Jeffrey Epstein's jail
- 1:20cell from the first alleged suicide attempt, that's a legitimate
- 1:24question to ask. Does the FBI still have this information?
- 1:29Do they still have this evidence? And if so, what
- 1:32are they going to do with it. Unfortunately, however, when
- 1:35it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, Kallan Maxwell, and this human
- 1:39trafficking enterprise, the FBI has not been transparent at all.
- 1:44In fact, they've done everything they can to gum things
- 1:47up when people are looking for information, and for me,
- 1:53a little transparency will go a long way if they
- 1:57want to end all the bullshit. If Epstein really killed
- 1:59the and they have that evidence, let's see it. If
- 2:03there's no evidence of high profile figures using Jeffrey Epstein's services,
- 2:07then tell us. My suspicion, however, is the stuff that
- 2:13they found on those computers is way too damning to
- 2:17release into the public square. They know that it will
- 2:20cause absolute chaos and they can't have it.
- 2:23Speaker 2: They can't lose face like that.
- 2:25Speaker 1: So what they'll do is they'll say it's an ongoing investigation,
- 2:28and then that way they don't have to give you
- 2:30any information about it, even if you apply for a
- 2:33Freedom of Information Act. They can say this is an
- 2:35ongoing investigation and we can't divulge any of the details
- 2:39that you're looking for. And they can get away with it,
- 2:44and they'll continue to do that for as long as
- 2:46they can, but at some point they're going to have
- 2:49to answer where all of this evidence is and what
- 2:53all of these hard drives contained. Today we have an
- 2:57article from CNBC headline FBI seesed computers and raid at
- 3:03Jeffrey Epstein's Virgin Island home. This article was published on
- 3:08August thirteenth of twenty nineteen, and the authors are Dan
- 3:12Mangen and Kevin Bruninger. FBI agents seized computers from wealthy
- 3:20financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's home in the Virgin Islands during
- 3:24a raid of the private island owned by the late
- 3:28accused sex trafficker. According to drone footage, Now, why wouldn't
- 3:32Here's the thing, Okay, let me back up real quick.
- 3:35When you're gonna raid somebody, you have it as a
- 3:38coordinated effort. You don't just raid one house or one property.
- 3:41Everything gets raided at once so that they can't hide evidence. Well,
- 3:45that didn't happen here. Why wasn't Zoro Ranch raided? Why
- 3:49didn't the FBI kicking the door of Zoro Ranch and
- 3:52get any information? Why didn't Baldares, the Attorney General of
- 3:57New Mexico, have a parallel investigation going on the same
- 4:01time the government had one. See these are questions I have, look,
- 4:05I wish I had the answers, and these are pretty
- 4:08basic questions that the FBI and the FED should be
- 4:11able to answer, But they refuse to do so because
- 4:14they know if they answer those questions, it'll open up
- 4:17Pandora's box. If they really had nothing to hide here,
- 4:21if everything was on the up and up, we'd already
- 4:24have transparency here. The footage reviewed by NBC News shows
- 4:30that at least two computer desktops and an Apple computer
- 4:34were packaged and marked to be taken away from Little
- 4:37Saint James Island as part of the FBI probe On Monday,
- 4:42around the time of the raid of that seventy acre Island,
- 4:45Attorney William General barr out in the speech that an
- 4:48investigation into Epstein's alleged conduct would continue. Any co conspirator
- 4:54should not rest easy.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Bar said.
- 4:56Speaker 1: The survivors deserve justice and they will get it. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 5:00thanks Darth Barr. You did such a good job here
- 5:02with Jeffrey Epstein, you scuzzball. Your pops is the one
- 5:05who hired him at Dalton, so please spare me with
- 5:08the Bill Barr, mister policeman of the age is nonsense.
- 5:13The dude is a retread. He's like the Wade Phillips
- 5:15of attorney generals, and why he was ever even brought
- 5:19back onto the scene is mystifying to me. The raid
- 5:24came two days after Epstein, sixty six died as a
- 5:26result of a suspected suicide, so they didn't even raid
- 5:31his house down in the Virgin Islands when he was
- 5:34arrested the second time. The day he was arrested the
- 5:37second time, every single house he owned, every property, should
- 5:41have been raided at the same time so they could
- 5:43have collected more evidence. Why is Jeffrey Epstein being treated
- 5:46different than a mafioso? I guarantee you, folks, I can
- 5:50promise you this from my own experiences. If he had
- 5:53a vowel at the end of his name, he would
- 5:56have been getting a colonoscopy from the FBI. He was
- 6:03found unresponsive Saturday morning in his cell in a federal
- 6:06jail in Manhattan, where he was being held without bond
- 6:09on child sex trafficking charges. Authorities are now investigating that death,
- 6:14which came two weeks after Epstein, a former friend of
- 6:17Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, was found semi conscious
- 6:20in his cell and a possible suicide bid. Yeah right,
- 6:24I don't buy it. I don't know how anyone can
- 6:26buy it. The first time around. I am almost convinced
- 6:31folks that it was not an attempted suicide. You're in
- 6:34a jail cell with Nicholas TARTAGLIONI, a big juice head
- 6:37ass gorilla, a four homicide loser who killed cartel members,
- 6:42and you mean to tell me that this is a
- 6:44guy that should be in there with Epstein. And then
- 6:47Epstein has marks on his neck, tells people he was assaulted,
- 6:50and I should believe the official narrative saying that it
- 6:52wasn't assault, it was an attempted suicide. I mean, if
- 6:57everybody else else wants to be on basalts all day
- 7:00and not understand what they're hearing, then that's fine. But
- 7:03me personally, I'm not buying it. I'm gonna need a
- 7:06lot more than that, folks. Epstein was taken off a
- 7:11suicide watch at the Metropolitan Correctional Center less than a
- 7:14week after that incident, So again, doesn't seem to me
- 7:17like he was suicidal. Why would he be taken off
- 7:19suicide watch if he was suicidal? His lawyer said, not suicidal.
- 7:24His girlfriend at the time not suicidal. Everybody who talked
- 7:27to him, not suicideal the Manhattan US Attorney's Office and
- 7:34the FBI are also continuing to investigate people who are
- 7:38suspected of having conspired to provide him with dozens of
- 7:42young women to be sexually abused from two thousand and
- 7:45two through two thousand and five at his residences on
- 7:49the Upper East Side of Manhattan and in Palm Beach, Florida.
- 7:52It's crazy how little they talk about Zoro Ranch. I mean,
- 7:56it's really insane to me that more is an made
- 8:00of that ranch. That ranch was a key part in
- 8:05what Epstein had going on, and the reason he chose
- 8:08that place is because he didn't have to register as
- 8:10a sex offender. So you would think that there'd be
- 8:12a lot more going on about Zoro Ranch. But again,
- 8:15there isn't no one other than Epstein had been criminally
- 8:19charged in his case at the time of his death. However,
- 8:23the indictment against him says he inspired with other people
- 8:26people in trafficking underage girls to be sexually victimized, sharing
- 8:30visits to his home which he claimed were for massages.
- 8:33So who did he traffic these girls to? That's the
- 8:36real question now, right and he answers for that. Are
- 8:39any of these newspapers out here or any of these
- 8:41outlets who are calling everyone conspiracy theorists digging hard into
- 8:45this to who he trafficked these girls to? Doesn't that matter?
- 8:49So you mean to tell me that the john's using
- 8:51the service it doesn't matter. Well, I'll help you out, Okay.
- 8:55According to Virginia, here are a few names to start with.
- 8:58George Mitchell, Bill Rich, Glenn Dubin, Les Wexner, Alan Dershowitz,
- 9:04just a few dams to start with.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Okay.
- 9:06Speaker 1: You can start there and work your way out if
- 9:10you want. But the fact is Epstein and Maxwell weren't
- 9:14doing this in a bubble. It wasn't just them too
- 9:17doing this, So there are legitimate questions about who they
- 9:21were trafficking these girls. To the indictment said that in
- 9:26order to maintain an increase his supply of survivors, Epstein
- 9:30also paid certain made certain of his victims to recruit
- 9:34additional girls to be abused. And that's where we get
- 9:37the sexual Ponzi scheme from right. He'd bring in these
- 9:40girls and then they'd bring in other girls to abuse her.
- 9:43That's how it worked. The charging document also said in
- 9:47creating and maintaining this network of minor victims in multiple
- 9:52states to sexually abuse and exploit, Epstein worked and conspired
- 9:55with others plural, others including employees and associates plural, who
- 10:02facilitated his conduct. Can we get some indictments?
- 10:05Speaker 2: Please?
- 10:06Speaker 1: How is this not a Rico case? Anyone out there?
- 10:09Can anyone give me a legitimate reason why this is
- 10:12not a Rico case? And I'll tell you what. I
- 10:16haven't really been digging as hard lately on Epstein and
- 10:19what went on here in the corruption. But since the
- 10:22legacy media thinks it's a good idea to start painting
- 10:25people as conspiracy theorists, I figured we'd dive right back
- 10:29in and start going hard in the pain again. And boy,
- 10:32oh boy, I just get angry once again all over again,
- 10:36because there is so much misjustice here, and to see
- 10:39these people run around and pop off at the lip
- 10:41all the time about how they care about people, it's
- 10:44just disgusting to me. Here's an idea. There's a mountain
- 10:48of evidence here. Let's go after these co conspirators. Let's
- 10:51get a RICO charge. And who cares who that hurts.
- 10:57Monday's rayd on Epstein's Island included officials from the New
- 10:59York York Police Department who are members of the FBI
- 11:02New York Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force. The
- 11:07NYPD is a partner in the task force with the
- 11:09FBI that led to the arrest of Jeffrey Epstein last month.
- 11:13An NYPD spokeswoman told CNBC in an email.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Yeah right.
- 11:17Speaker 1: They piggybacked off of the reporting by Julie Brown. If
- 11:20Julie Brown didn't get involved in the story because she
- 11:23was trying to nail Acosta, then this would have never
- 11:26even came to light. The SDNY and the federal government
- 11:29were more than happy to sweep this under the rug
- 11:31and forget about Jeffrey Epstein. This is all an inconvenience
- 11:35to them. That's what this is. The case remains an
- 11:39active and ongoing investigation, and the NYPD continues to work
- 11:43alongside the FBI in investigating leads, including at Epstein's estate
- 11:48in the Virgin Islands. The NYPD declines further comment on
- 11:52an ongoing investigation. The spokeswoman said, and again have we
- 11:56declined comment. We don't have anything for you. Go and
- 11:59make up some conspiracy theories. It's basically what they're telling you.
- 12:04Bar said on Monday that there were serious irregularities at
- 12:08the MCC jail where Epstein died. Oh, that's an understatement.
- 12:13That is an understatement here. It's like saying, oh, you know,
- 12:16Jeff Bezos has a couple of bucks. We will get
- 12:19to the bottom of what happened, Bar vowed at a
- 12:22police event in New Orleans, and there will be accountability.
- 12:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Three years later, where are we, Bill Barr out here
- 12:28whitewashing shit, no accountability, nobody else in prison, Come on, man,
- 12:33stop lying to us. Both the FBI and the Inspector
- 12:38General's Office of the Justice Department are probing the circumstances
- 12:41of Epstein's death. The Bureau of Prisons is an agency
- 12:45of the Justice Department. Which Bar heads. The New York Times,
- 12:48citing prison and law enforcement officials, reported Monday that one
- 12:52of the two people who were supposed to be guarding
- 12:55Epstein in the MCC was not a full fledged correctional officer,
- 12:59and neither guard had checked on mister Epstein for several
- 13:02hours before he was discovered. Hell of a job over
- 13:05there by mister Barr's people at the DOJ. I know,
- 13:08if I was in charge of a department, the buck
- 13:10would be stopping with me. I guess that's not the
- 13:13case that the FBI or the DJ though. You see, folks,
- 13:18there is so much wrong here, so much that is
- 13:21just unanswered for, and then they just expect you to
- 13:24believe whatever narrative that they're pitching without any damn evidence
- 13:28to go along with it. For me, it's all about
- 13:32the evidence in this case. Show me the evidence, and
- 13:36that's what I'm gonna follow. I don't care about Bill
- 13:39Barr's opinion. I don't care about the opinion of some
- 13:42NPR journalist or some journalists from the Washington Post. I
- 13:46don't care about any of that bullshit. Let's see the evidence,
- 13:49and wherever that evidence leads us, that is where we
- 13:52will go on this podcast. All right, folks, that's gonna
- 13:57do it for this episode. If you'd like to contact me,
- 13:59you can do that at Bobby Kapouchi at ProtonMail dot com.
- 14:03That's bo b b Y c apu Cci at ProtonMail
- 14:08dot com. You can also find me on Twitter at
- 14:10bo bb Y Underscore c ap u Cci. The link
- 14:16that I discussed can be found in the description box.
- 14:20It is what's up everyone, and welcome back to the
- 14:23Epstein Chronicles. Yesterday we were talking about the Jeffrey Epstein
- 14:29case overall and the whole conspiracy theory surrounding it, and
- 14:34how a lot of people in the legacy media love
- 14:37to throw that word around but never have any quality
- 14:40answers when you ask them real questions such as why
- 14:43did evidence from Jeffrey Epstein safego missing after the FBI raiate? Well,
- 14:49they'll have no answers for you. And you know why
- 14:51that is because there are no answers for it. This
- 14:56evidence should have never went missing, It should have never
- 14:59been out of the possession of the FBI, and certainly
- 15:03one of Jeffrey Epstein's lawyers should not have been in possession.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Of this shit at all. But here we are.
- 15:10Speaker 1: How is it that after the raid that one of
- 15:13Epstein's a lawyers, Richard Kahn, can go there take items
- 15:17from the house, hard drives and other stuff without the
- 15:21FBI arresting him. You mean to tell me that's normal behavior,
- 15:26that's you know, regular procedure.
- 15:29Speaker 2: So if they raid.
- 15:30Speaker 1: Somebody's house, I can go in there and take whatever
- 15:32I want. Why wasn't that stuff taken with them during
- 15:35the raid. Why wasn't it secured and brought back and
- 15:38given to evidence. You mean to tell me there's no
- 15:42chain of custody. Well, if there's no chain of custody,
- 15:46you certainly don't have a case because that means that
- 15:50evidence could be corrupted, and that's certainly what we're looking
- 15:52at here, folks. So again I ask you, who is
- 15:55the conspiracy theorist and who is whitewashing what went down?
- 16:00And what motivations do people have for whitewashing this. Why
- 16:04would people in the legacy media continue to try and
- 16:07throw a hat on people and call them conspiracy theorists
- 16:10when they're simply digging for answers. Now, if you want
- 16:14to talk about actual conspiracy theorists, great, But what they
- 16:17try and do is malign everybody who has questions here
- 16:20as a conspiracy theorist. And the only point you can
- 16:24come to is that they're doing it for a reason.
- 16:26Who are they trying to protect and why so? To
- 16:30the journalists and all the people out there who want
- 16:32to run that conspiracy crap to make things more difficult
- 16:36on people, well, here's a question for you. Where's the
- 16:39evidence from Jeffrey Epstein? Safe, bueller, bueller, anyone? Exactly? The
- 16:50peanut gallery is certainly silent when they're addressed, and when
- 16:54you bring questions to them that they can't answer, well,
- 16:57they don't have anything to say, do they? Again, take
- 17:01the conspiracy stuff and stuff it. You want to direct
- 17:05it at people who are actually talking conspiracies, great, but
- 17:08don't try and malign a whole ass community. And don't
- 17:11try and malign people who have questions about one of
- 17:14the most prolific sex trafficking rings in history, because it
- 17:18makes you look like the idiot. Really, Today, we have
- 17:22an article from the Telegraph.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Now.
- 17:24Speaker 1: This article is from Glaine Maxwell's trial. Okay, and the
- 17:29authors of this article are Josie Enzor and Jamie Johnson.
- 17:34Headline evidence from Jeffrey Epstein's safe went missing after the
- 17:38FBI raid court. Here's in Gallaine Maxwell trial. Now that's
- 17:42not me telling you. That's not the conspiracy theorist telling
- 17:45you that. That's not Alex Jones telling you that. That's
- 17:49agent Kelley Maguire from the FBI, who testified at Epstein's
- 17:53trial that CD's and hard drives disappeared as authorities waited
- 17:57on a warrant to seize them. Well where do you
- 18:00think they went? Why do you think they disappeared? It
- 18:04was just magic. They just, you know, conveniently disappeared. Of course,
- 18:09not there was a plan. Jeffrey Epstein's executors con and Endyke,
- 18:14at least in my opinion, they knew that there was
- 18:17some seriously bad stuff on there, got their hands on it,
- 18:20and then did what to it.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Who knows. I don't know, but I doubt.
- 18:24Speaker 1: They were just taking a look at pictures from the
- 18:27last barbecue down on the island.
- 18:29Speaker 2: I highly doubt that.
- 18:33Speaker 1: An FBI agent testified to a New York court and
- 18:36Glenn Maxwell's sex trafficking trial on Monday that evidence went
- 18:39missing from Jeffrey Epstein's New York townhouse while authorities were
- 18:43waiting on a warrant. So again, who's the conspiracy theorist?
- 18:47Imagine being a real ass journalist with like resources and
- 18:51shit and not chasing this down and figuring out what
- 18:54happened here, or chasing down the fact that protocol wasn't followed.
- 18:58In the aftermath of Jeff for Epstein's death. In that jail,
- 19:05special agent Kelly Maguire recalled how CDs and other items
- 19:09were recovered by the FBI from a lock safe during
- 19:12an initial search of the Manhattan home on July sixth
- 19:16and July seventh, twenty nineteen, after Epstein's arrest on sex
- 19:21assault charges. Now, after they raided this place the first time,
- 19:25it should have been locked down. Nobody should have been
- 19:27allowed in or out unless you're part of the FBI.
- 19:31But no, Epstein's lawyers can come and go as they please,
- 19:35take whatever they want. Who knows what kind of Tom
- 19:37Dick and Harry were coming and going and where this
- 19:40evidence went, and why wasn't this evidence taken and putting
- 19:43storage the day of That's a question you should be
- 19:46asking yourselves, mister conspiracy theorist. The FBI agent said officers
- 19:54broke open the safe with a saw, finding the CDs, jewelry,
- 19:58computer hard drives, loose diamonds, passports, and large amounts of
- 20:02US currency. So all of that was found but not taken.
- 20:07Why they sure like to take stuff from other places.
- 20:11Let me tell you what. When the FEDS raided the
- 20:15people I care about, well, they took everything. They certainly
- 20:19didn't leave stuff and say, oh, you know what, we'll
- 20:20come back for this tomorrow. And they left the place
- 20:23a mess, by the way, they love to do that.
- 20:27They took photographs of the items, but left them at
- 20:29the residence as they did not have warrants to remove them.
- 20:33When they returned four days later on July eleventh, they
- 20:36were no longer there. I don't buy that they didn't
- 20:39have warrants.
- 20:39Speaker 2: To remove them.
- 20:40Speaker 1: You get a warrant to raid this guy's house, but
- 20:42you don't have a warrant to remove items that are found.
- 20:46Speaker 2: What sort of shoddy ass garbage police work is that?
- 20:50Speaker 1: Obviously, I shouldn't you know, be surprised, considering it's SDN
- 20:54y up to, you know, their old tricks. But it's
- 20:58really flustering, and it's really frustrating when you have this
- 21:01sort of information out there for the general public. And
- 21:04certainly for journalists, and they don't seem to find a
- 21:07problem with it, like, Ah, that's just the way it goes,
- 21:10systemic era folks. Nothing to see here. Well, I refuse
- 21:14to accept that. How many coincidences have to line up
- 21:17before we say to ourselves there is something wrong here?
- 21:21And for me, that boat's already sailed a long time ago.
- 21:27Agent McGuire, a member of an FBI Child Exploitation and
- 21:31Human Trafficking Task Force, said she then called Richard Kahn,
- 21:35Epstein's lawyer, who now serves as the executor of the
- 21:38late financiers of State Pedophile, to ask what happened to
- 21:41the items. Richard Kahn is an accountant, by the way.
- 21:47Twenty to thirty minutes after the conversation, Richard Kahn came
- 21:50to the residence and brought them items back in two suitcases.
- 21:54Agent McGuire said, Oh, that's nice. So he had these items,
- 21:59took him home for whatever reason, broke the chain of custody.
- 22:03And now all of that evidence is out the window
- 22:05no matter what, because in a court of law, once
- 22:08the chain of custody is broke, forget it. Who knows
- 22:11what Connor in Dyke were doing with those hard drives.
- 22:14Did they erase stuff, did they add stuff? Who knows?
- 22:20She could not confirm the content on the return CDs
- 22:23was the same as the ones that were taken, but
- 22:26confirmed all the items were accounted for. Oh that's nice
- 22:30hell of a job over there by the FBI letting
- 22:32these guys take this shit again. And then you wonder
- 22:35why people have questions. You wonder why my big fat,
- 22:38bearded gap continues to run. How about a little transparency.
- 22:46Boxes of CDs and hard drives were discovered in several
- 22:49rooms in Epstein's eight story Upper east Side apartment in Manhattan,
- 22:53including in a so called massage room. Some agent Maguire
- 22:57testified had evidence tape sealing them. He told the court
- 23:01the tape had not been put there by police. Wow, Wow, Wow,
- 23:05I mean, what more do you folks need to know?
- 23:08That everything is fu bar here? They're gaslighting you with
- 23:13the official narrative, and they continue to gaslight us with it,
- 23:18and frankly, I've had my fill. I'm not just gonna
- 23:21accept it. I'm not gonna sit here and be like,
- 23:23oh yeah, well that's what the official narrative says. So
- 23:25we got a roll with it. Especially when the official
- 23:28narrative is filled with so many holes. On the fifth floor,
- 23:35FBI agents also found a shelf full of large black binders.
- 23:39The binders held CDs carefully categorized in plastic slip covers
- 23:44and thumbnails with photos on them. Another FBI agent who
- 23:47took the stand on the sixth day of miss Maxwell's
- 23:50sex trafficking trial confirmed one CD contained a photograph of
- 23:54the socialite and Epstein the socialite hunh, you mean the
- 23:58co conspirator all around scuzbag. Federal prosecutors previously alluded to
- 24:04the contents of the safe in a July twenty ninth
- 24:07excuse me a July twenty nineteen filing when they sought
- 24:11to have the judge deny Epstein's bail application later that month.
- 24:15So really, what you need to ask yourself is why
- 24:17they didn't take this stuff in the first place. That's
- 24:19the real question for this whole entire article, And if
- 24:23anyone has a good answer for that, I'd love to know.
- 24:27According to reports at the time, a trove of lute
- 24:30photographs of children was found in the safe at the property.
- 24:34Court paper said that alongside photos were compact discs with
- 24:38handwritten labels including young Name, miscellaneous nudes one and girl
- 24:43Picks nude. There was also a passport from a foreign
- 24:46country with a picture of Epstein under another name. So
- 24:49let's go back up here a minute. Okay, where are
- 24:52all of these CDs and the handwritten labels and all
- 24:56of that. Where did it all go? We didn't see
- 24:59any of it at the tr So what's the FBI
- 25:01doing with it? Well, according to miss McGuire here, they
- 25:05lost a chain of custody and they don't really know
- 25:07what happened. So how is that acceptable to any of
- 25:10you out there? It's certainly not acceptable to me. And
- 25:13just another reason why I get so fired up when
- 25:16you have these Johnny cum latelies who don't know anything
- 25:19about this story besides a surface scratch or whatever their
- 25:23political ideologues tell them to know, show up and try
- 25:27and talk shit about what's a conspiracy and what's not.
- 25:34The mansion had forty rooms, and miss McGuire testified on
- 25:37Monday that it took about twelve hours for her team
- 25:40to fully search. So I just wanted to go back
- 25:43to this article on the heels of that whole conspiracy
- 25:46garbage we read yesterday and show you folks what the
- 25:49deal really is. And until all of these questions are answered,
- 25:53you better believe people are gonna have legitimate questions. Now,
- 25:57are there people out there that have some wild ass,
- 25:59weird conspiracy theories about Epstein and what went on here?
- 26:02Hell yeah, one percent. But to paint a whole ass
- 26:08community of people as conspiracy theorists is ridiculous. But it's
- 26:14just typical for the legacy media who feels themselves losing
- 26:18their grip, who knows that their viewership's down, and who
- 26:21knows that the bullshit that they're pumping to you is
- 26:23no longer just being accepted and swallowed, and they're panicking,
- 26:28so they have to lash out, right, But in lashing
- 26:31out a lot of times, they're exposing themselves for what
- 26:35they really are. And let's be very clear, the legacy
- 26:39media enabled Jeffrey Epstein for decades. And to all of
- 26:44those blue check marks out there and authors and journalists
- 26:47who don't like it, I don't care, go home, put
- 26:51it in your pipe and smoke it. The legacy media
- 26:54enabled Jeffrey Epstein, protected Jeffrey Epstein, and in some circles,
- 26:59continues to do so. Well, guess what that shit will
- 27:02never happen here, folks, I don't care about Epstein, I
- 27:05don't care about Maxwell, and I don't care about any
- 27:08of their political little friends. The chases on and your
- 27:12boy has his running shoes on his feet. All right,
- 27:17everybody that's gonna do it for this episode. If you'd
- 27:20like to contact me, you can do that at Bobby
- 27:22Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bobby c ap you
- 27:28Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me
- 27:31on Twitter at Bobby Underscore c ap u Cci. The
- 27:37link that I discussed can be found in the description
- 27:40box up in the time Machine. Today and we're going
- 27:44to read an article from July eleventh of twenty nineteen,
- 27:49and the article is talking about how the Department of
- 27:54Justice had a ton of evidence in regards to the
- 27:58Jeffrey Epstein case and they sat on it. They didn't
- 28:03go after the co conspirators, they didn't go after any
- 28:06of the other people involved. They sat on the evidence
- 28:09and it took an investigation from the Miami Herald to
- 28:13spur them into action. How pathetic, how inept do you
- 28:17have to be if it takes an investigation from a
- 28:24newspaper outlet to spur you into action and to make
- 28:27you do your job. If Berman and Komi and the
- 28:31rest of them at the SDNY are not capable of
- 28:34doing their job correctly, well perhaps somebody else should do
- 28:39it for them, because what we have seen thus far
- 28:43from the SDNY, the vaunted SDNY, the historically so great SDNY,
- 28:50we have seen absolutely nothing, no movement. What we saw
- 28:54was Berman get up there in front of everybody and
- 28:57act like he does not even know who Jeffrey epste
- 28:59is is, begging for people to come forward with information. Bitch,
- 29:05we know that you know who Jeffrey Epstein is. How
- 29:07are you gonna get up there and lie to us
- 29:09with your little pointer and your stupid little slide show.
- 29:14Nobody's buying it, mister Berman. Okay, and frankly, nobody's holding
- 29:18you responsible ever, nobody's ever calling you out for a
- 29:21poorly done job. And guess what I'm here to tell you,
- 29:24you're doing a piss poor job. You work for the people,
- 29:28Remember that, sir, And one day the people of New
- 29:32York are gonna wake up from their trance and there
- 29:34is going to be hell to pay for all of
- 29:36you corrupt ta many hall ass politicians that reside there.
- 29:42This article is from the Epic Times and the headline
- 29:47is Justice Department sat on mountain of Epstein evidence for
- 29:50ten years, the author Wilson Miller. At the press conference
- 29:55announcing the indictment of Jeffrey Epstein, a reporter asked US
- 29:59Attorney Jef Bherrmann if new evidence played any role. Berman
- 30:03gave a hat tip to investigative journalists who followed the
- 30:06case after Epstein was handed a sweetheart plea deal when
- 30:09he was prosecuted for sex crimes more than a decade ago.
- 30:13We were assisted from some excellent investigative journalism. Berman said. Now,
- 30:18while I agree that journalism should play a huge part
- 30:21in cases like this, if the FBI and Berman are
- 30:25relying on journalists to do their job for them, then
- 30:29what in the f are they doing hanging out taking
- 30:32up space in their offices. You morons should be doing
- 30:36the job. You idiots should be investigating these crimes. But no,
- 30:40you're too busy playing grab ass all the time, too
- 30:44busy playing politics. Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, who was involved
- 30:51in Epstein's plea deal as a federal prosecutor, referenced new
- 30:54evidence in a Twitter message the following day. The crimes
- 30:58committed by Epstein are horrific, and I am pleased that
- 31:01New York prosecutors are moving forward with a case based
- 31:05on new evidence, Acosta wrote, Now that new evidence an
- 31:08additional testimony is available, the New York prosecution offers an
- 31:12important opportunity to more fully bring him to justice. Acosta
- 31:16is another one that just makes me sick, another one
- 31:18of these guys that refuses to stand up and do
- 31:21the right thing when he was pressured from whoever he
- 31:24was pressured from to make sure Epstein got this sweetheart deal.
- 31:27He should have never bent his back to do it.
- 31:30He should have stood up to whoever was making those
- 31:32requests and brought it to the public, brought it to
- 31:35the Inspector General, whatever it is he should have done.
- 31:39He should have done that, but he should not bend
- 31:41over backwards and help Jeffrey Epstein get out of this jam. Now,
- 31:46of course, you all know how I feel. I don't
- 31:48feel like Acosta was the motivating factor here. There was
- 31:52a lot of people a lot higher than Acosta, all right,
- 31:56Michael Mukasey's office, you know, et cetera, etc. So there's
- 32:01a lot of a lot of moving parts here when
- 32:05it comes to Acosta with this plea deal. But at
- 32:09the same time, a Costa needs to be held accountable
- 32:12for not having the courage to stand up to these people.
- 32:15How dare you get steamrolled over such an important matter?
- 32:18When you're elected and put into an office such as
- 32:21attorney general, it comes with a lot of responsibility, and
- 32:25that responsibility is not only to the state. That responsibility
- 32:28is to the people. Okay, the people first, and all
- 32:32of these people have lost focus to that. Perhaps, in
- 32:37an effort to control the damage, a Costa conducted a
- 32:39press conference at which he repeated his claim that they've
- 32:42brought these charges on new evidence, new evidence and assist
- 32:46from journalists. Don't believe it, and that's a fact. It
- 32:50has nothing to do with that. The SDNY and the
- 32:54Prosecutor's office had all of this evidence, all of it,
- 32:58and the only reason that they were spurred the action
- 33:00is because of Julie Brown's investigation, and I'll give her
- 33:03her props for that. Without that investigation and her bringing
- 33:07some of this stuff to light, the SDNY would have
- 33:10just continued to sit on it and continue to protect
- 33:12their boy, Jeffrey Epstein. How many of these prosecutors have
- 33:17rubbed elbows with Jeffrey Epstein. How many of these das?
- 33:21How many of these judges? The New York Prosecutors didn't
- 33:27take action after reading a newspaper article about a game
- 33:29changing piece of evidence. Compare the two thousand and seven
- 33:33non prosecution agreement with the new indictment. Both address sex
- 33:37trafficking of children. The Department of Justice has been sitting
- 33:40on mountains of evidence confirming Epstein's abuse of young girls
- 33:43for more than ten years, point blank period. That's a fact.
- 33:49So again I ask you, how is Bill Barr doing
- 33:52his job if the Department of Justice is sitting on
- 33:54this mountain of evidence. I heard from so many people
- 34:01that Bill Barr was gonna come in and be a
- 34:02game changer and he was going to clean things up.
- 34:05It's more of the same folks. Okay, it does not
- 34:08matter what side of the aisle these people are on.
- 34:11Bill Barr is just another retread. He's like Wade Phillips
- 34:15and football, another one of these coaches that keeps getting
- 34:17these jobs in the league even though they've been in
- 34:19the league for one hundred years. Enough already, with people
- 34:23like Bill Barr, I am so tired of these retread
- 34:26bureaucrats jumping from administration to administration and wreaking havoc within
- 34:32the justice system. Enough is enough. The assist was instead
- 34:38a wave of public outrage upon the discovery of how
- 34:41the Justice Department and Florida prosecutors protected a child sex
- 34:45offender with a lenient plea deal, hid the details from
- 34:48the victims and the public, and failed to prosecute the
- 34:50women who helped Epstein find groom and exploit children. One
- 34:55hundred percent, that's really what it was, right the Miami
- 35:00Gerold's work that was a vehicle for people to take
- 35:02a ride into Jeffrey Epstein's world, and when they took
- 35:05a little look behind the curtain while they were outraged,
- 35:08and therefore the prosecutor's office knew that they had to act.
- 35:11It had nothing to do with new evidence that came
- 35:14about or with new evidence uncovered by the investigation. No no, no, no, no,
- 35:18no no. It was the interest that the new investigation
- 35:23drummed up. And then the public pressure that was coming
- 35:27on Berman and friends. You see, that's the only thing
- 35:29that gets these guys moving, folks, public pressure when they're
- 35:32at fear of losing their job, or when they're at
- 35:35when the fear they're they're fearing fearful of having to
- 35:39lose some of that power that they have consolidated throughout
- 35:42their despicable lives. Well, that's when they're spurred into motion.
- 35:45That's when they act, That's when they come out with
- 35:47their candas statements. What did the Justice Department have on Epstein?
- 35:55The answers can be found in a two thousand and
- 35:57eight lawsuit in which two of Epstein's alleged survive doverse
- 36:01us sued the United States for violating their rights under
- 36:04the Federal Crimes Victims' Rights Act. In particular, they claimed
- 36:08the government violated their right to confer during the negotiation
- 36:11of the non prosecution agreement and failed to inform the
- 36:15survivors that Epstein's state plea would end the federal case.
- 36:20The survivors also claimed the government violated their right to
- 36:23be treated with fairness by concealing the non prosecution agreement.
- 36:28One hundred percent that is the case. And we see
- 36:34that the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals when they had
- 36:38the three person panel, we know how that turned out.
- 36:40Two of the judges, a ninety year old octog Genarian
- 36:44and a Harvard judge sided with the government, while Judge Hull,
- 36:49a female judge, sided with the survivors. And we know
- 36:54that it's going to go to the full Eleventh Circuit
- 36:57Court of Appeals at this point because the DECI was
- 37:00so hot and heavy, and because of the amicist briefs
- 37:03filed by the three people who co signed the bill
- 37:07into law. So we know that this is going to
- 37:10go before the whole entire impaneled court, and they were
- 37:15going to hear it as the full eleventh Circuit Court.
- 37:20And when that occurs, folks, I guarantee you, unless there
- 37:24is something really really really crazy that happens, I can
- 37:27almost guarantee that there are going to rule in the
- 37:30favor of the survivors when the whole entire court is unpaneled.
- 37:36Judge Kenneth Marras sided with the survivors on February twenty first,
- 37:40ruling that the Justice Department violated the survivor's rights under
- 37:43the Crimes Victims' Rights Act. The opinion set forth the
- 37:47DOJ's conspiracy with Epstein's lawyers to deceive the victims. Some
- 37:51of those who participated in the plea deal at the
- 37:53local level have offered justifications, as the Miami heralds Julie
- 37:57Brown reported, Assistant US Attorney Marie Villafuna in court papers
- 38:02said that prosecutors use their best efforts to comply with
- 38:05the Crime Victim's Rights Act, but exercised their prosecutorial discretion
- 38:10when they chose not to notify the victims. The reasons
- 38:13went like this, The non prosecution deal had a restitution
- 38:17clause that provided the girls a chance to seek compensation
- 38:20from Epstein had the deal fallen through, necessitating a trial.
- 38:24Epstein's lawyers might have used this the prior restitution clause
- 38:27to undermine the girl's credibility as witnesses by claiming they
- 38:31had exaggerated Epstein's behavior and hopes of cashing in. Okay,
- 38:35So basically that's just a bunch of bullshit, right. Maria
- 38:38Villa Fauna is definitely one of the bad actors in
- 38:43this whole entire situation that unfolded the first time around,
- 38:46and her reasoning here is just straight garbage. It's just
- 38:49more excuses to try and cover her ass when in
- 38:52reality we know that every single right of the survivors
- 38:56was stepped on, chewed up, and spit out by these
- 38:59de gusting excuses for prosecutors in Florida and at the
- 39:03federal level. I am absolutely disgusted by all of them,
- 39:08all of their actions, and every single one of these
- 39:10prosecutors who were involved in the first prosecution. They should
- 39:14all all of them should have their law degrees looked
- 39:17at by the bar the bar, and they should all
- 39:20face stiff penalties for what they have done, because this
- 39:23is just ludicrous. These excuses fall flat. The volume of
- 39:29evidence that the DOJ had on Epstein and his criminal
- 39:32enterprise was extensive. For example, privileged logs filed by the
- 39:36prosecutors in the docue show they had records covering every
- 39:40part of Epstein's life, including his finances, corporate records, flight logs,
- 39:45and phone calls with conspirators. And they talk like they
- 39:48have no evidence, right. Burman acts like he has nothing.
- 39:51Burman acts like he needs people to come forward and
- 39:53point out Epstein's crimes to him. Bro, you're not fooling anybody, Okay,
- 39:58nobody's buying your ne narrative and nobody's going to be
- 40:01gas lipped by you people no more. Do your job
- 40:07pretty simple. When it came to the survivors, the evidence
- 40:16was overwhelming. The Department of Justice had an FBI file
- 40:21entitled Summary of Sexual Activity containing an analysis of victim
- 40:24specific information. This included a chart showing phone calls, travel,
- 40:29and grand jerry evidence relevant to possible charges. Records show
- 40:33this involved at least nine potential victims. The Department of
- 40:37Justice was also in possession of FBI reports of interviews
- 40:41of victims and witnesses in New York back in March
- 40:44of two thousand and eight. But no, they didn't have
- 40:46enough evidence to prosecute folks. They need you to come
- 40:49forward and help them out a little bit more. They
- 40:52needed Julie K. Brown's article to come out so that
- 40:54they could learn a little something. And this is supposedly
- 40:59the best prosecutorial department in the United States. These are
- 41:03the people that you're relying on to bring down these
- 41:06evil scumbags. Boy, we're setting ourselves up for a big
- 41:11disappointment if the SDNY is our go to in this case.
- 41:16Court records also revealed the Department of Justice had jerry transcripts,
- 41:21witness and victim interviews, investigative files from the State of
- 41:24Florida and the Palm Beach Police Department, and records on
- 41:28potential co conspirators. You see what I'm talking about all
- 41:32the time. Now, folks, you see what I mean when
- 41:34I tell you that the evidence is there in abundance
- 41:37and not just circumstantial. That's what we might have in
- 41:40the public sphere, right, the things that we put together,
- 41:42those are the breadcrumbs that lead us to the prize
- 41:45at the end. But the government itself, they have dossier's
- 41:49on all of these people. They know intimately what these
- 41:53people were up to, what they were engaging in, who
- 41:55they were involved with. They don't need the help of
- 41:58Julie K. Brown, or of Bobby or anybody else. This
- 42:02is the federal government we're talking about here, with every
- 42:06bit of power that you could possibly imagine at their fingertips.
- 42:13The evidence was there. What was missing was the institutional
- 42:17desire to prosecute child's sex abuse. Let me read that
- 42:20again for those of you on the back that might
- 42:23not have heard it. The evidence was there, what was
- 42:26missing was the institutional desire to prosecute child's sex abuse.
- 42:30The institutions failed the survivors, and the media has failed
- 42:34the public by not demanding those in power answer a
- 42:37simple question why and again, folks, that is the sole
- 42:42reason that you hear my fat yapp on this podcast
- 42:45on a regular basis. Nobody's asking the hard questions. The
- 42:49legacy media has abandoned the survivors. And yet if you
- 42:57dig deep enough, you find out that all of the
- 43:00evidence is already there. Everything that is needed to prosecute
- 43:04them is already there. The only thing that is missing
- 43:07is the desire of those in power. The answer to
- 43:13that question lies with the Department of Justice Headquarters, also
- 43:18known as Maine Justice. They knew. Epstein's criminal defense lawyer,
- 43:22Alan Dershowitz, has stated that the plea deal went through
- 43:25numerous levels of approval at Maine Justice. The involvement of
- 43:30Maine Justice was confirmed in the court's February twenty first opinion,
- 43:33which states any requirement that Epstein carry out his obligations
- 43:37under the non prosecution agreement was delayed while he sought
- 43:41higher level review within the Justice Department. Boy, isn't that nice? Huh?
- 43:46And that's what I'm talking about with Michael Mukasey. Okay,
- 43:51remember that name, because I'm going to have a lot
- 43:52more on that coming soon. Because to get to the end,
- 43:57we must start at the beginning. Further corroboration was provided
- 44:03by Acosta in his July tenth press conference, where he
- 44:06stated that people from the Main Justice were involved early
- 44:08in the development of the Epstein case and were aware
- 44:11of its progression. Acosta declined to state who at Maine
- 44:14Justice was involved in the Epstein case. I have names, guys, ready, Okay.
- 44:21Court records show that post plead deal decisions went up
- 44:24to the Deputy Attorney General, Mark Philippe, who, according to
- 44:28one former Department of Justice official, has a stellar reputation.
- 44:33Philippe was informed of reasons to approve the continued prosecution
- 44:36of Epstein if he didn't comply with the non prosecution agreement.
- 44:39Judge Marra noted that Philippe reviewed the Epstein matter and
- 44:43determined that the federal prosecution of Epstein was appropriate if
- 44:46he did not comply with the terms and conditions of
- 44:48the agreement. Boy, isn't that nice. The George Bush Justice
- 44:54Department sure was a dumpster fire, wasn't it. Alberto Gonzalez
- 44:59and the rest of them, a whole lot of war
- 45:01criminals letting off child sex offenders shouldn't be shocked. But
- 45:05I am another high level Department of Justice official who
- 45:09had his fingerprints on the case, as Andrew Usterbahn, then
- 45:13chief of the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section. A privileged
- 45:17log filed on June twenty three, twenty fifteen, referenced several
- 45:22emails from two thousand and seven between the Florida Federal
- 45:25prosecutors and Ooster Bonn regarding an Epstein meeting and changes
- 45:30to the draft indictment and status of plea negotiations.
- 45:33Speaker 2: So basically, what you.
- 45:34Speaker 1: Had here was the state and federal prosecutors working hand
- 45:38in hand to make sure Jeffrey Epstein got off. I
- 45:41want to see all of those emails, unredacted and for
- 45:44the public to consume because I'll tell you right now,
- 45:47the George Bush administration was run by criminals and worse,
- 45:54and anything that those scumbags put their fingers on should
- 45:57be reviewed and a full review, because I don't trust
- 46:01anything about the George Bush administration, not a thing. Additionally,
- 46:08these records appear to show Epstein's attorneys reached out to
- 46:11Andy Lourie in May two thousand and seven to arrange
- 46:14a meeting to discuss the Epstein investigation. Laurie was the
- 46:18acting chief of the Public Integrity Section of the Criminal
- 46:21Division in Washington in two thousand and six, before becoming
- 46:24the acting Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General and chief of
- 46:28Staff to the Criminal Division by two thousand and seven.
- 46:31In two thousand and seven, he was also an assistant
- 46:34US Attorney in the Southern District of Florida. Laurie was
- 46:38kept in the loop on possible federal coercion and enticement charges,
- 46:42proposed changes to the indictment, finalizing details with the state's
- 46:46attorney's office, and final revisions to indictment packages. Folks, Remember
- 46:52I told you there were other names that needed to
- 46:54be talked about in this case. Well here's some of them.
- 46:58And for those of you who are covering this case
- 47:01and doing research in this case, well there are your breadcrumbs.
- 47:06You now have your homework assignment. Start digging, folks. There
- 47:11are also notations of a two thousand and seven email
- 47:13from Florida federal prosecutors to Maesha Braden, who was serving
- 47:17as a trial attorney for the Child Exploitation and Obscenity
- 47:21Section of the Department of Justice Criminal Division, regarding securing
- 47:25a pre indictment consolation contract. This correspondence took place before
- 47:29Epstein signed the non prosecution agreement. In other words, Maine
- 47:34Justice was well informed with the investigation and status of
- 47:37the case. And I'll take it a step further. I
- 47:40don't have the evidence for approving this as of yet,
- 47:43but I'll say this, Maine Justice was directing the whole
- 47:46entire shebang. Acosta was the fall guy. Acosta was the
- 47:50useful idiot. But this was being run from Maine Justice.
- 47:54This was being run by Mark de philipp This was
- 47:57being run by Mukhesy and the rest of them.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Okay, the whole entire.
- 48:01Speaker 1: Bush administration should be imprisoned as war criminals. The involvement
- 48:09of Maine Justice raises the question of who made the
- 48:11ultimate decision on Epstein's sweetheart deal. Was a cost of
- 48:14following orders from Maine Justice? If so, who issued the
- 48:18orders and how high did it go? Who did Philip
- 48:21Philippe and Ouster Bond report to and why did Main
- 48:24Justice have such an interest in South Florida child sex offenders.
- 48:29This quote from Acosta sided in July ninth, twenty nineteen
- 48:32Daily Beast article may provide the answer. I was told
- 48:36Epstein belonged to intelligence and to leave it alone, folks,
- 48:43The evidence is all right there in our face. The
- 48:47question is when is the legacy media going to stop
- 48:53their bullshit and start doing their job. This case is
- 48:58spanned over or four administrations now, and yet there are
- 49:05no arrests in this case besides the two guards, all
- 49:09sorts of money laundering, child sex, trafficking, et cetera, et cetera,
- 49:13et cetera. This is not normal, okay, This is not
- 49:16how these cases are normally handled. This is not how
- 49:19even people like Weinstein were treated. And this is why
- 49:24I tell you you have to read between the lines.
- 49:28If you ever want to pull that shade back and
- 49:31expose what is really going on, you must read between
- 49:36the lines. Trust nothing that they say, because, as this
- 49:44article just pointed out, folks, the evidence is there. The
- 49:49only thing missing is the will to prosecute. If you'd
