Teen Arrested in Fatal Short North Shooting | Columbus News
A 19-year-old, Massamba Dieye, faces murder charges after a fatal shooting in the Short North on August 27 — the victim, 20-year-old Tiegiaion Clement, was killed at 3:10 AM. Surveillance footage shows Dieye with two teens, ages 16 and 17, who may have acted as lookouts while the 17-year-old fired shots. Dieye, arrested shortly after, is jailed on a $4 million bond, with his next court date set for September 9. The two juveniles waived their initial hearing, and the investigation continues.
