- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: All right, here we go, just after six o'clock starting
- 0:04Speaker 2: a brand new week. Thank you for starting with us.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Sorry, somebody was sitting on my microphone. It's not to work,
- 0:11Speaker 3: so I'm sorry if you hear muffling noises happening. Okay,
- 0:14Speaker 3: the Emmys were last night, and there's some controversy happening
- 0:17Speaker 3: all over the online spaces, all over social media. The Bear,
- 0:21Speaker 3: starring Jeremy Allen White, beat their own record of the
- 0:23Speaker 3: most Emmy wins in a comedy series the.
- 0:25Speaker 4: Eleven Awards last night.
- 0:27Speaker 3: People online were upset that they took over the category,
- 0:30Speaker 3: consider it's not really a comedy series when people think
- 0:33Speaker 3: about it. Even Eugene and Dan Levy, who hosted the
- 0:36Speaker 3: event last night, they did a very good job, made
- 0:38Speaker 3: a joke about it during their open monologue.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Here it is.
- 0:40Speaker 4: I know some of you might be expecting us to
- 0:43Speaker 4: make a joke about whether The Bear is really a comedy,
- 0:47Speaker 4: but in the true spirit of The Bear, we will not.
- 0:50Speaker 5: Be making any jokes.
- 0:52Speaker 1: That's good.
- 0:53Speaker 4: I watched The Bear. I love the show.
- 0:55Speaker 3: I think all of the people that are on it
- 0:58Speaker 3: are top notch. It certainly doesn't feel like a comedy
- 1:01Speaker 3: when you're watching it. It feels more like a drama. But
- 1:03Speaker 3: the reason that it's considered one at the Emmys is
- 1:05Speaker 3: because the producers of the show see it.
- 1:07Speaker 4: As a comedy.
- 1:08Speaker 3: So the Academy doesn't have any rules or guidelines for
- 1:11Speaker 3: that because it's very hard to decipher what a comedy is.
- 1:15Speaker 5: It's subjecting, sure.
- 1:16Speaker 3: So that's why they are considered a comedy series every year,
- 1:21Speaker 3: just to kind of clear it up for everybody, because
- 1:22Speaker 3: a lot of people are upset about this.
- 1:24Speaker 4: And I hope you're ready.
- 1:25Speaker 3: In Nashville, we're getting another music venue, The Pinnacle at
- 1:28Speaker 3: Nashville Yards, is expected to open in March of twenty
- 1:31Speaker 3: twenty five, according to updates via their Instagram page. So
- 1:34Speaker 3: the Pinnacle is going to hold forty five hundred people
- 1:36Speaker 3: and it's going to serve as a live music and
- 1:38Speaker 3: event venue. One more place for us to check out.
- 1:41Speaker 3: I'm excited for And Target is doing one of my
- 1:44Speaker 3: favorite events of the year that they do their car
- 1:46Speaker 3: seat trade in program. So it's happening from now through
- 1:49Speaker 3: September twenty eighth. Customers who drop off old car seats
- 1:52Speaker 3: at participating stores are going to get twenty percent discounts
- 1:55Speaker 3: on baby gear, including car seats and strollers and things
- 1:59Speaker 3: like that, redeem through October twelve. So this program accepts
- 2:03Speaker 3: all types of seats. It could be an expired or
- 2:05Speaker 3: a damaged one. They're recycling the materials, so it doesn't
- 2:08Speaker 3: matter if it's all dirty, you know what I mean,
- 2:10Speaker 3: or you're looking at it you're like, none of this works.
- 2:12Speaker 4: That's okay. Take it to Target. They will take it.
- 2:15Speaker 3: This initiative has recycled over three million car seats since
- 2:18Speaker 3: twenty sixteen when it started. Wow, which is amazing helping
- 2:22Speaker 3: with landfows.
- 2:23Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
- 2:24Speaker 4: need to know.
- 2:25Speaker 2: I have two in our garage just sitting there waiting
- 2:27Speaker 2: for this target event that I will be dropping.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Now was the time.
- 2:30Speaker 2: And in addition to that many car seats, I'm sure
- 2:32Speaker 2: they have collected like thousands of pounds of cheerios and
- 2:35Speaker 2: goldfish from the cracks of those car seats. Here's Benson
- 2:38Speaker 2: Boone getting into the music on this Monday morning. Thank
- 2:41Speaker 2: you for being here.
- 2:41Speaker 5: It's the River one oh seven.
- 2:43Speaker 6: Five of the River.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Ricky Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Good morning, Happy Monday, and the glorious week here.
- 2:51Speaker 2: I'm existent right now.
- 2:52Speaker 4: You can't sell, but we're gonna start your week off right.
- 2:55Speaker 3: We've got tickets to see Trans Siberian Orchestra for the
- 2:58Speaker 3: first collar of the day. So all your little Christmas elves,
- 3:01Speaker 3: everybody who's excited for Christmas, now's your time to shine.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Did you say tso love me some Trans I'm very north.
- 3:10Speaker 2: They're gonna be here December eleventh doing Bridgestone Arena, and yeah,
- 3:14Speaker 2: all week long this time six one five, seven, three, seven,
- 3:17Speaker 2: nine seven, that first caller of the day, you get tickets.
- 3:19Speaker 2: We're talking to you next.
- 3:20Speaker 1: On the River one O seven five the River, Ricky,
- 3:24Speaker 1: Zach and Manow in the morning.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Good morning, Carla, it's one of seven five the river.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Where are you calling from, Carl On.
- 3:30Speaker 7: The way to work, barely away? How are you?
- 3:33Speaker 6: Oh?
- 3:33Speaker 3: So you're feeling the same way that I'm feeling today, Carla.
- 3:36Speaker 4: Oh my god, I feel like I'm something wrong.
- 3:38Speaker 2: I woke up thinking that I was still the weekend.
- 3:41Speaker 3: I guess I don't know.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Oh, I can tell you're a little off today, Carlo.
- 3:45Speaker 2: What what'd you do this weekend? What led to this,
- 3:48Speaker 2: uh morning of grogginess? What'd you do this weekend?
- 3:54Speaker 3: It's just one of those times. It happens every so often.
- 3:57Speaker 3: I had to fly back home to New Jersey for
- 3:59Speaker 3: my best friend, so I was running around like a little.
- 4:01Speaker 4: Take doing wedding things all we gain.
- 4:03Speaker 3: Yeah, even though your weekend may have thrown you off,
- 4:07Speaker 3: we're gonna start your week on a very happy note.
- 4:09Speaker 3: You are the first color of the day on one
- 4:11Speaker 3: of seven five the River.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Yeah, you're going to see Tso at Bridgestone. That is
- 4:16Speaker 2: such a great Christmas show December eleven. They're gonna be
- 4:20Speaker 2: there Bridgestone Arena, TSL. Congratulations, Carla, Thank you so much.
- 4:25Speaker 3: I'll definitely enjoy that. We are so excited for you.
- 4:28Speaker 3: We hope this obviously sets the tone for the rest
- 4:31Speaker 3: of the day and it gets better.
- 4:33Speaker 8: Thank you so much.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Well, Okay, we're gonna put you on hold for a second,
- 4:36Speaker 2: and I hope you have so much fun on December
- 4:38Speaker 2: eleventh that December twelfth isn't even worse morning for you
- 4:42Speaker 2: than today.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Hey, Okay, setting her up for failure, Kevin, all.
- 4:49Speaker 2: Right, it's gonna be fun. More of these tomorrow, same.
- 4:52Speaker 6: Time, Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning.
- 4:58Speaker 3: So normally the way that this works is that but
- 5:00Speaker 3: Zach is sending Kevin and I unhinged text messages. But
- 5:04Speaker 3: I think, for the first time so far in this friendship,
- 5:08Speaker 3: Kevin's the one sending unhinged text messages to Zach out.
- 5:11Speaker 5: Of nowhere too. Like I had no expectation.
- 5:14Speaker 3: It's one of seven five of the River, so you
- 5:17Speaker 3: send a very specific text message to Zach. I'm not
- 5:19Speaker 3: gonna say what it is just yet, but I need
- 5:21Speaker 3: more context as to why he would send it.
- 5:24Speaker 2: I promise I'll give you all the context you need.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I know it's a little bit unethical as well, but
- 5:28Speaker 2: I will defend this until the day I die. Oh
- 5:30Speaker 2: my god, Kevin, I don't I don't care. I'm gonna
- 5:33Speaker 2: ask everybody listening for the same in zach favor I
- 5:35Speaker 2: as Zach. I need it, and uh yeah, I'll get
- 5:37Speaker 2: into it.
- 5:37Speaker 4: I probably know it's illegal for you, well legal for you.
- 5:42Speaker 2: Gray area. We'll talk about that. He's not a great
- 5:45Speaker 2: ARAA about six seven minutes. I'll let you know. It's
- 5:47Speaker 2: one of seven five the River. I don't think it's.
- 5:49Speaker 6: Legal one O seven five of the River.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach, and mar.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Kevin sent a very unhinged text to Zach which said, I.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Asked, I thought, for some reason Zach had a hand
- 6:00Speaker 2: the cap placard because he has a bad hip or
- 6:02Speaker 2: somebody's always getting hurt. He's like made up a glass.
- 6:04Speaker 2: So I asked if I could borrow his handicap placard.
- 6:06Speaker 3: Okay, but why? I don't know why you sent it.
- 6:09Speaker 3: I only know what the text message was.
- 6:11Speaker 7: That was my first response he texted me, and I
- 6:13Speaker 7: just responded with dot dot dot.
- 6:15Speaker 5: But why that's why?
- 6:16Speaker 2: Great reason why. My parents are visiting there in town
- 6:19Speaker 2: right now. And my dad and I wanted to go
- 6:21Speaker 2: play golf yesterday. My dad's almost eighty okay, So we
- 6:24Speaker 2: went to this little golf course unnamed golf course. Uh,
- 6:27Speaker 2: And they have a rule where that you can't rent
- 6:29Speaker 2: a golf cart like a writing cart, unless you have
- 6:32Speaker 2: proof of a handicapped disability. So you need to have
- 6:35Speaker 2: your handicap placard otherwise they're gonna make him go walk
- 6:38Speaker 2: the whole course. And he's a little too old, as
- 6:41Speaker 2: a little too hilly to be doing that. I think
- 6:43Speaker 2: it's a crazy policy. So we tried to play yesterday.
- 6:46Speaker 2: It didn't really work out because of the heat, the hills,
- 6:48Speaker 2: the walking. So we want to go today, but I
- 6:51Speaker 2: need to get my hands on a handicap plackard.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Or you could just go to a different it's a.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Really cool course. It's a nice course, it's close to
- 6:57Speaker 2: the house, it's really cool.
- 6:58Speaker 4: You're very about it, So maybe you just go to
- 7:01Speaker 4: a differ.
- 7:01Speaker 2: It's not crowded, it's nice, it's clean, it's close.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Crowded because nobody can rent a car. I understand the
- 7:09Speaker 3: issue here.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Why I thought I would text my buddy's act and say, hey,
- 7:12Speaker 2: can I borrow your handicap plackard for a day? He doesn't.
- 7:14Speaker 5: Actually I don't have one.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Don't know why I thought he did.
- 7:17Speaker 7: That's why I was so confused. I was like, what
- 7:19Speaker 7: made you think that I have one of these?
- 7:21Speaker 5: Well?
- 7:21Speaker 2: What is this policy of theirs?
- 7:22Speaker 4: Come on, I don't know why they have the policy.
- 7:25Speaker 3: I feel a little bit better, still not great about
- 7:28Speaker 3: the reason why you want one, But I thought you
- 7:30Speaker 3: needed it for your actual car.
- 7:32Speaker 4: So I was like, it is illegal, Kevin.
- 7:34Speaker 3: That would be a handicap placard if you're not actually handicapped.
- 7:38Speaker 2: This is just so I go golfing with my dad.
- 7:40Speaker 4: You just okay, still feel yeah, Kenvin?
- 7:44Speaker 5: I agree? You should just find a different golf course.
- 7:46Speaker 2: If anybody shady has a tip here, like a fake
- 7:49Speaker 2: doctor's note, or if you can drop off a handicap plaggard,
- 7:51Speaker 2: or tell me where I can get one, like on
- 7:52Speaker 2: the black market. This morning, I do that.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Kevin slipped the guy one hundred dollars Bill. I'm sure
- 7:56Speaker 3: he's going to give you a golf cart.
- 7:58Speaker 2: That seems like a lot of money. But you're I
- 8:00Speaker 2: didn't think to grease the wheels. I could try that.
- 8:02Speaker 7: You could try it thought, or like just print went
- 8:05Speaker 7: off the internet, They have them on Google Images. Just
- 8:08Speaker 7: print went off, cut it out, and then here's the
- 8:10Speaker 7: hand paper.
- 8:11Speaker 5: We can laminate it. Do we have laminade?
- 8:13Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 8:13Speaker 2: Oh okay from Solve it still feels eighty three things
- 8:19Speaker 2: you need to know. Just past seven o'clock on this
- 8:21Speaker 2: Monday morning, Hello, thank you for starting your week with us.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Boreshead has decided to shut down the plant that was
- 8:28Speaker 3: involved in a deadly listeria outbreak. They said they are
- 8:31Speaker 3: indefinitely closing the Virginia plant that is linked to this
- 8:35Speaker 3: specific outbreak. This plant hasn't been used since July when
- 8:39Speaker 3: they recalled seven million pounds of meat and regulators found
- 8:43Speaker 3: a slew of different food violations. This led to cause
- 8:46Speaker 3: nine people to pass away and sickened at least fifty,
- 8:50Speaker 3: so they are permanently going to close it. They are
- 8:52Speaker 3: also permanently going to stop making liver worse, which was
- 8:54Speaker 3: the product that was tied to the outbreak.
- 8:56Speaker 4: So it's good to see that they.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Are doing the proper things that they need to be
- 9:00Speaker 3: doing to make sure that everybody is safe through bores Head.
- 9:03Speaker 3: Yesterday was a big day in Nashville. The Titans had
- 9:06Speaker 3: their home opener against the New York Jets.
- 9:08Speaker 4: They lost. Kevin was about to sorry.
- 9:14Speaker 2: And I knew they lost. I was gonna congratulate you
- 9:16Speaker 2: because you're a Jets.
- 9:17Speaker 4: I am a Jets fan.
- 9:18Speaker 3: Sorry, Nashville, I love you so so so much, and
- 9:21Speaker 3: I do root for the Titans.
- 9:22Speaker 4: Just when you're playing my Jets, I'm gonna root for
- 9:24Speaker 4: the Jets. Sorry to say so.
- 9:26Speaker 3: The Jets did win the game yesterday, but good news
- 9:29Speaker 3: for football fans, the Balls not only beat Kent State
- 9:32Speaker 3: on Saturday, but they broke some records. So the game
- 9:35Speaker 3: ended with the score of seventy one to zero, which
- 9:38Speaker 3: is wild as the most total points scored for Tennessee.
- 9:41Speaker 3: The previous record was seventy and the end of the
- 9:44Speaker 3: game with seven hundred and forty total yards in offense,
- 9:47Speaker 3: which is another record for them. So that is amazing,
- 9:50Speaker 3: and that is huge, and that's something to be celebrated. Yes,
- 9:54Speaker 3: congrats to the balls and everybody on the team. I'm
- 9:56Speaker 3: Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you need
- 9:58Speaker 3: to know.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Thank you, rick at schaffle Rone. Right after good luck,
- 10:02Speaker 2: Babe Zach's Fax, We're all gonna get a little bit smarter.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Smarter with an asterisk. Right after this three minutes away.
- 10:12Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and manno in the morning on.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Travelarone and one oh seven five the river. Are you
- 10:20Speaker 2: ready to grow your brain? We are at Zach's Fax.
- 10:23Speaker 2: Take it away. Man.
- 10:23Speaker 5: Did you guys ever watch Game of Thrones?
- 10:25Speaker 4: Of course? I love Game throw.
- 10:26Speaker 7: Okay, so you know the infamous Night Nights watch cloaks. Yes,
- 10:30Speaker 7: so they're made out of two hundred and fifty dollars
- 10:33Speaker 7: ikea rugs. Apparently the designers like found them at Ikea.
- 10:36Speaker 7: They cut them apart, they died them, and then they
- 10:38Speaker 7: sewed them all together to make these cloaks.
- 10:40Speaker 5: Out of Ikea rugs.
- 10:42Speaker 4: That's impressive.
- 10:43Speaker 5: It's really really impressive.
- 10:45Speaker 7: If you don't know what they look like, I'm gonna
- 10:46Speaker 7: share a photo of them on our Instagram story.
- 10:48Speaker 5: Just follow us. It's at one O seven five the River.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Thanks Zach.
- 10:51Speaker 6: Yeah, Kevin, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning
- 10:56Speaker 6: on the River.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Zach wants to know what your last Amazon order was,
- 11:01Speaker 3: And if you know Zach, you know that that's not
- 11:03Speaker 3: that strange.
- 11:04Speaker 4: Of a question for him.
- 11:05Speaker 5: I just gotta know you want to feel a little.
- 11:07Speaker 4: Bit better about your recent purchases.
- 11:08Speaker 3: It seems like though, because you bought some things, you
- 11:11Speaker 3: went crazy over the weekend.
- 11:12Speaker 7: So you know, like the valves on your tires, like
- 11:14Speaker 7: whenever you have to put air in your tires or
- 11:17Speaker 7: whatever and you have to under kems.
- 11:18Speaker 4: It closes.
- 11:19Speaker 7: Yet Yeah, well I bought these rhinestone ones that they
- 11:22Speaker 7: have off Amazon, and they are so beautiful then that
- 11:25Speaker 7: you just screw them onto your tire and now your
- 11:27Speaker 7: tire is sparkly and has rhindstones on it and it's so.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Excited about that.
- 11:31Speaker 4: He's so happy.
- 11:33Speaker 5: I love them so much, best six dollars I've ever spent.
- 11:36Speaker 2: And honestly, that proves that they have everything on Amazon.
- 11:39Speaker 5: They do.
- 11:40Speaker 2: So what was your last purchase? Zach really wants to know.
- 11:42Speaker 2: He's very nosy six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
- 11:45Speaker 2: one oh seven. And would you be willing to run
- 11:47Speaker 2: down maybe a couple more of your recent purchases?
- 11:49Speaker 5: Done?
- 11:50Speaker 2: Okay, great? Let us know we're talking about an next
- 11:52Speaker 2: other river.
- 11:53Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the river.
- 11:58Speaker 2: A minute ago, Zach was being very nosey, asking you
- 12:02Speaker 2: your most recent Amazon purchases.
- 12:04Speaker 5: I just want to know.
- 12:05Speaker 2: And we got a text from Jean and I looked
- 12:07Speaker 2: up the thing that she said that she bought, and
- 12:09Speaker 2: I'm gonna pass my computer around. It's real, it's on Amazon.
- 12:12Speaker 5: It's real Amazon.
- 12:15Speaker 3: It's a custom Nicholas Cage plowcase. Oh yeah, he's not
- 12:20Speaker 3: wearing a shirt and he's looking very sensually at the camera.
- 12:23Speaker 5: I want to know, why is this on her bed?
- 12:26Speaker 5: And she cuddles it.
- 12:27Speaker 2: It was a gift for a friend. And let's give
- 12:29Speaker 2: Gene the benefit of the dot.
- 12:30Speaker 3: I don't know, hey, ge, no judgement. It's your money.
- 12:32Speaker 3: I mean it wasn't a lot of money. It's only
- 12:33Speaker 3: about five bucks.
- 12:34Speaker 2: You have five dollars, buy one of these.
- 12:36Speaker 7: I'm gonna get Kevin one of those for Christmas, like
- 12:39Speaker 7: Nicholas Cage.
- 12:40Speaker 3: Zach, you gotta steal with your recent purchase for your car,
- 12:43Speaker 3: your little bedazzled.
- 12:45Speaker 5: Yeah, they're rhymestone like valves for your tire. They're so cute.
- 12:49Speaker 7: I bought him for like six bucks off Amazon, and
- 12:51Speaker 7: I'm obsessed with them, so I was like, please make
- 12:54Speaker 7: me feel better for buying the most gaudy thing on
- 12:56Speaker 7: the entire plant, Like what did you buy off Amazon?
- 12:58Speaker 3: But instead, what we're gonna do, We're going to go
- 13:00Speaker 3: through some of his other recent purchases that he has.
- 13:03Speaker 4: I have his phone and it does.
- 13:05Speaker 5: Have my phone right now.
- 13:06Speaker 3: There is this uh inflatable lounger air sofa hammock.
- 13:11Speaker 5: It's like an inflatable bean bag for the beach.
- 13:13Speaker 4: It's portable.
- 13:14Speaker 2: You can take it to the beach or use it
- 13:15Speaker 2: at home.
- 13:15Speaker 7: I have taken it to the beach multiple times and
- 13:18Speaker 7: you just run around with it like it's a kite.
- 13:20Speaker 7: So it catches air and then you fold up the
- 13:22Speaker 7: edges and it's like a bean bag for the beach
- 13:24Speaker 7: that it's very comfortable.
- 13:26Speaker 4: Okay, I'll allow it. I'll low it some throw pillows.
- 13:30Speaker 5: I guess I need a lot of pillows.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Oh this is for your bed. How many pillows do
- 13:34Speaker 4: you have on your bed?
- 13:36Speaker 5: Probably twelve?
- 13:37Speaker 3: Oh, there's leader hosen on here.
- 13:41Speaker 2: That makes sense. You're going to Octoberfest in Germany.
- 13:43Speaker 5: I am. We're going to Munich, Germany for Octoberfest.
- 13:46Speaker 2: And we've got hoses.
- 13:48Speaker 7: We've got real leather leader hose in and I tried
- 13:50Speaker 7: them on last night. They are not comfortable. I'll say that.
- 13:53Speaker 5: Wait, which one of.
- 13:54Speaker 3: You is wearing the green ones? And which one of
- 13:56Speaker 3: you is wearing the brown one? My boyfriend and green? Yes,
- 13:58Speaker 3: my boyfriend David is wearing the green one. I'm wearing
- 14:00Speaker 3: the tan ones. Okay, okay, Well, if you want to

- 14:06Speaker 3: you can top leader host.
- 14:07Speaker 2: I don't think anyoney's gonna be able top that, not
- 14:09Speaker 2: even the Nicholas Cage Phil top set. What can we
- 14:11Speaker 2: see it? Can you ever post a photo of these
- 14:13Speaker 2: leader hosing of.
- 14:14Speaker 5: Them on my body?
- 14:15Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 14:15Speaker 7: Yeah, Well yeah, while I'm in Germany, but not beforehand.
- 14:18Speaker 7: I do you want me to try them on tonight
- 14:19Speaker 7: and send your.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Not send me a post to everybody.
- 14:22Speaker 3: You're gonna post seven five the River. We're gonna see
- 14:24Speaker 3: if you hot or not should you wear those?
- 14:26Speaker 6: Let's sign up Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 14:31Speaker 1: On the River.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Good morning, Alicia Murphy'sboro. Welcome to one O seven five
- 14:36Speaker 3: the River. Are you ready to play Kevin Mendo's Game
- 14:39Speaker 3: of the Day, presented by Genesis Diamonds.
- 14:41Speaker 2: Yes, okay, good. We're playing a new game called Initial Response.
- 14:45Speaker 2: The game is all about initials and acronyms. Okay, okay, okay.
- 14:49Speaker 2: We have MGK playing our river on the Rooftop Show
- 14:52Speaker 2: next week. He's headlining. So I'm gonna throw some some
- 14:55Speaker 2: acronyms at you, some initials. If you can tell us
- 14:57Speaker 2: what they stand for, you win VIP pass. Okay, Okay,
- 15:01Speaker 2: She's right, he.
- 15:02Speaker 4: Is, like, I'm ready.
- 15:03Speaker 2: She's like, let's get it.
- 15:05Speaker 4: Just tell me the question.
- 15:07Speaker 2: Okay, what does potus when you hear somebody say potus,
- 15:10Speaker 2: what does that stand for?
- 15:14Speaker 1: P O t I S p O t U s oh?
- 15:20Speaker 2: I have no idea if somebody said the Potus was there,
- 15:23Speaker 2: the Potus was at River on the rooftop, who would they.
- 15:26Speaker 5: Be talking wild.
- 15:29Speaker 2: P o T Yeah, okay, all right, that's fine. You
- 15:33Speaker 2: need two out of three, so that's just one, but
- 15:34Speaker 2: potus just so you know, that's President of the United States.
- 15:38Speaker 6: Oh okay, that's okay.
- 15:41Speaker 3: Like we said, you got it. You have two more.
- 15:42Speaker 3: You got to get these next two.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Right when you see the term CST, what does that mean. CST.
- 15:49Speaker 3: That's the Central Standard time.
- 15:52Speaker 2: All right, nice shot, the standard ten. Nice job. You
- 15:55Speaker 2: need one more and you're on your way to the show. Okay, okay,
- 15:59Speaker 2: what banned occasionally goes by r HCP r HP.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Yeah, uh older bands.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Older bands, still very active. Oh yes, Eludia, job, nice job.
- 16:18Speaker 2: I didn't think we were heading toward a victory, but
- 16:20Speaker 2: you one. Nice job.
- 16:21Speaker 4: Congratulations.
- 16:22Speaker 3: You will be VIP at our River on the rooftop
- 16:25Speaker 3: next week, next Tuesday with MGK tapping at Skydeck on Broadway.
- 16:30Speaker 4: We are so psyched to have you there.
- 16:31Speaker 7: I'm very excited.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Three things you need to know eight oh five here
- 16:36Speaker 2: in Nashville on this Monday morning. Hello, friends, will be
- 16:38Speaker 2: had a nice weekend. Thanks for being here, Ricky's got
- 16:40Speaker 2: those three things.
- 16:41Speaker 4: TikTok is going to court today.
- 16:43Speaker 3: A federal appeals court is set to hear arguments on
- 16:46Speaker 3: challenges to a law that would ban TikTok in the US.
- 16:49Speaker 3: A group of TikTok creators filed a lawsuit to block
- 16:52Speaker 3: the law from coming in for coming into effect, and
- 16:55Speaker 3: now the US Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments today.
- 16:59Speaker 3: They have I've asked for ruling by December sixth so
- 17:02Speaker 3: that the Supreme Court can take up the case before
- 17:04Speaker 3: any ban would actually take place.
- 17:06Speaker 4: There's a lot that's going to happen with this.
- 17:08Speaker 3: We are going to keep you updated as everything comes out,
- 17:11Speaker 3: but like I said, there's going to be a lot
- 17:12Speaker 3: of stuff that's going to be changing, happening, Just consistently
- 17:17Speaker 3: keeping you up to date with this entire scenario because
- 17:20Speaker 3: there are a lot of different ways that this can go.
- 17:22Speaker 4: And we have a new hot Jigen vendor in Nissan
- 17:24Speaker 4: Stadium Hattie Bees.
- 17:26Speaker 3: They've replaced for Party foul was previously and they officially
- 17:29Speaker 3: opened during the home opener yesterday, So you can grab
- 17:32Speaker 3: some hot Hattie Bees near sections one, twenty one and
- 17:35Speaker 3: three point thirty nine when you're at Nissan.
- 17:36Speaker 4: Stadium, we will love to see it.
- 17:38Speaker 3: And since the first day of fall happens this weekend,
- 17:41Speaker 3: it's on the twenty second. Kind of crazy to think
- 17:43Speaker 3: that it's supposed to be fall when it's going to
- 17:45Speaker 3: be ninety this week. But I read this and I
- 17:49Speaker 3: found it kind of interesting. That can of pumpkin puree
- 17:52Speaker 3: that you might use for baking your favorite recipes and
- 17:55Speaker 3: things like that, it's not necessarily the.
- 17:57Speaker 4: Pumpkin that you think it is. So when you're thinking pumpkin.
- 17:59Speaker 3: Pure or when you're looking at pictures of it, you're thinking,
- 18:01Speaker 3: like the cute little pumpkins that you buy.
- 18:03Speaker 2: From your car.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not always those pumpkins. It's not always the
- 18:08Speaker 3: jack o' lantern type pumpkins. There are so many different types.
- 18:11Speaker 4: Of pumpkins squash, Like.
- 18:13Speaker 3: The list is outrageous that you're probably getting a bunch
- 18:16Speaker 3: of other variations.
- 18:18Speaker 4: Of squash and not the pumpkins that you think you're.
- 18:20Speaker 3: Getting, so like gords and stuff, yep, So that still
- 18:24Speaker 3: counts as pumpkins. So when you read something this's like
- 18:26Speaker 3: one hundred percent pumpkin, it's not the pumpkins you think
- 18:29Speaker 3: it is. Really yeah, fun facts right there. I had
- 18:31Speaker 3: no idea. I'm like, oh, all the tiny, cute little pumpkins. Nope,
- 18:34Speaker 3: it's a bunch of different squashes all put together.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Okay, And those are.
- 18:38Speaker 4: The three things you need to know.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Wow, I had pumpkin pie last night. I don't usually
- 18:42Speaker 2: I don't really have a sweet too that onn't go
- 18:44Speaker 2: for the desserts too often. My parents are in town. Oh, man,
- 18:47Speaker 2: I love pumpkin pie.
- 18:48Speaker 4: It's so good.
- 18:49Speaker 2: But now I guess we'll call it squash gorn pies.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Squash pie. All right, here's Hosier.
- 18:55Speaker 6: It's the River, Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 19:00Speaker 2: On the River seven five the River. It's Ricky Zachamanno
- 19:04Speaker 2: in the morning. And we're all here today. It's so
- 19:06Speaker 2: nice to have the gang back together. Ricky was out
- 19:08Speaker 2: on Friday because she had her best friend's wedding in
- 19:10Speaker 2: New Jersey and traveling wasn't super smooth for you.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Ricky, I had just terrible trips both ways, terrible trips
- 19:17Speaker 3: in New Jersey, terrible trip back.
- 19:19Speaker 4: But the one back is the one that I have
- 19:20Speaker 4: a question about.
- 19:21Speaker 3: I want to know if like I'm a terrible person
- 19:23Speaker 3: for this scenario, I was in the middle seats. AJ
- 19:26Speaker 3: was to the left of me my fiance, and to
- 19:28Speaker 3: the right way of me was this random person.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Right.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Typically how it happens on a plane, Yeah, there's a
- 19:33Speaker 3: stranger near you, which is whatever. But this stranger fell
- 19:37Speaker 3: asleep and kept falling asleep into my area and onto
- 19:41Speaker 3: my shoulder. So every time that would happen, I would
- 19:45Speaker 3: try not to be rude about it. I don't want
- 19:47Speaker 3: to like nudge them and like hurt them or anything
- 19:49Speaker 3: like that. And I also didn't want to wake them
- 19:51Speaker 3: up because they were sleepy. But I kept moving and
- 19:53Speaker 3: scooching closer and closer to my fiance. But when I
- 19:56Speaker 3: would do that, this person would then end up in
- 19:58Speaker 3: my entire seat.
- 19:59Speaker 4: Essentially, that's not good. It was a mess.
- 20:02Speaker 3: But I felt so bad about it all night last
- 20:05Speaker 3: night that I didn't just let the person sleep on
- 20:07Speaker 3: my shoulder.
- 20:07Speaker 4: Oh but it hapn't throw the.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Entire flights, Okay, I don't think you should. Okay, whatever,
- 20:11Speaker 2: I'll save my opinion. Six one, five, seven, three seven,
- 20:14Speaker 2: nine one oh seven. That's the question. Was Ricky a
- 20:16Speaker 2: bad person for not letting the stranger knap on her
- 20:20Speaker 2: they for sure had.
- 20:20Speaker 4: A cake in their neck this morning.
- 20:22Speaker 5: Yeah, Keussin Bade, Yeah.
- 20:23Speaker 2: What would you do in that situation? Let us know
- 20:25Speaker 2: six one five, seven, three seven nine one.
- 20:27Speaker 6: Seven, one oh seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach
- 20:31Speaker 6: and Mano in the Morning.
- 20:32Speaker 2: Ricky wants to know if it's okay to let strangers
- 20:34Speaker 2: sleep on you, and the answer is just no, it's not.
- 20:37Speaker 3: Well none, If it's okay, just like if I'm a
- 20:38Speaker 3: bad person for not letting it happen.
- 20:40Speaker 5: Oh, you're not at all.
- 20:42Speaker 3: It's Ricky Zecondmano in the Morning on one oh seven
- 20:44Speaker 3: five the River. I was on a plane yesterday and
- 20:48Speaker 3: finished a weekend of just lots of weddings stuff for
- 20:51Speaker 3: my best friend, which was the greatest time ever, but
- 20:53Speaker 3: it's exhausting when you're at a wedding. So I was like, oh,
- 20:56Speaker 3: I'm excited on this plane to kind of get cozy
- 20:58Speaker 3: and maybe like fall asleep for a little bit. But
- 21:00Speaker 3: I was the middle seat in between my fiance and
- 21:03Speaker 3: this stranger, and this stranger just kept falling asleep on
- 21:06Speaker 3: my shoulder.
- 21:08Speaker 2: I'm picturing like weekend at Bernie. It's just like a
- 21:10Speaker 2: limp body continually falling on top of.
- 21:12Speaker 4: You'd be correct.
- 21:13Speaker 3: That was exactly what it was like, and this was
- 21:15Speaker 3: a grown man, had to be college age. The craziest
- 21:18Speaker 3: part of the entire experience, though, was that that person
- 21:20Speaker 3: never acknowledged that he was falling asleep on my shoulder,
- 21:23Speaker 3: because he kept waking up and then would fall asleep
- 21:26Speaker 3: on my shoulder again.
- 21:27Speaker 7: I feel like there's two things here. Number one, he
- 21:30Speaker 7: can't control what his body does while he's sleeping. Okay,
- 21:33Speaker 7: so also number two, you both paid the same price
- 21:36Speaker 7: for your seat, so like, bro, stay in your seat.
- 21:39Speaker 7: I paid for mine, so I'm gonna stay in mine. Yeah,
- 21:41Speaker 7: you paid for years, you stay over there. I definitely
- 21:44Speaker 7: would have said something to him.
- 21:46Speaker 3: I didn't feel like I should because I didn't want
- 21:48Speaker 3: to wake him up.
- 21:49Speaker 4: I felt bad.
- 21:49Speaker 7: I would have woken him up and tap him on
- 21:51Speaker 7: the should excuse me, sir, use your own shoulder.
- 21:54Speaker 2: I think I would have too, like do you mind, star?
- 21:55Speaker 2: Are you kind of on my shoulder? You're sleeping on me?
- 21:58Speaker 3: I felt bad and I felt ALTI I just kept
- 22:00Speaker 3: scooching over closer to my fiance that it would be fine,
- 22:04Speaker 3: But then he just kept moving closer into my seat.
- 22:07Speaker 4: I had no seat. Guys, I didn't sleep.
- 22:09Speaker 3: At all, and I felt bad because I felt like
- 22:11Speaker 3: I was disturbing his sleep.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Oh that's nice, you're a good person. I think you Ken,
- 22:15Speaker 2: You're welcome.
- 22:16Speaker 5: That was very Sky was just tired, and that's what
- 22:18Speaker 5: I figured.
- 22:18Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, he's just really sleepy.
- 22:20Speaker 3: I mind blown by the fact that there was no
- 22:23Speaker 3: like hey.
- 22:24Speaker 4: Thanks for not waking.
- 22:25Speaker 5: Me up at the end, or like, hey, I'm so sorry.
- 22:28Speaker 5: If I fell asleep on you, that was totally bad.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Did he drool on you at all?
- 22:32Speaker 4: He did not.
- 22:34Speaker 5: That's a lot positive.
- 22:35Speaker 3: If he did, I would have woken him up and
- 22:36Speaker 3: I would have been like, sirr, you're drolling on me.
- 22:38Speaker 4: You need to move. That's disgusting.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Was he cute when he slept, Like, was he like
- 22:41Speaker 2: Kevin dreams, like a little puppy run in the field.
- 22:43Speaker 5: No, No, he wasn't even hot.
- 22:45Speaker 1: No.
- 22:46Speaker 4: Also my beance but no, I don't know.
- 22:50Speaker 2: Smushed between these two guys. I used to be a
- 22:52Speaker 2: kind of excited way terrible.
- 22:54Speaker 7: We know what Kevin dreams about it.
- 22:58Speaker 3: But I felt bad and I thought maybe I was
- 23:00Speaker 3: rude for not just letting him sleep on my shoulder.
- 23:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't think so. I don't think so.
- 23:05Speaker 5: No, I would have welcome woke, come up.
- 23:07Speaker 3: I feel a lot better about this, I'm honest to God,
- 23:09Speaker 3: got very anxious about it later on in the dead.
- 23:11Speaker 2: I think you're the opposite for you're very polite for
- 23:13Speaker 2: letting the man sleep on you.
- 23:14Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Okay, I feel a lot better, Ricky, Zach and Mennow.
- 23:20Speaker 4: In the morning, it's one of seven five the river.
- 23:23Speaker 4: It's start time for our daily double tap. Kevin's looking
- 23:27Speaker 4: so confused right now. It is our daily double tap.
- 23:30Speaker 3: This one is a local one, our local guy, Butch Woolmer.
- 23:33Speaker 3: He is a NASA, a NASA astronaut. Right now, he's
- 23:37Speaker 3: up in space.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Uh.
- 23:38Speaker 3: They all together saying, Rocky Top, I love it out
- 23:41Speaker 3: in space and they recorded.
- 23:42Speaker 4: It and it sounds so cool just to like have that.
- 23:45Speaker 2: Moment in space. This is recorded in space.
- 23:48Speaker 8: Ye ready, guys, all right here we go. Wish that
- 23:52Speaker 8: I was on ol Rocky Top down in the Tennessee Hills.
- 23:57Speaker 8: Hein no smoggy smoke, Rocky Top, ain't no cell phone bills.
- 24:04Speaker 8: Rocky Top, You'll always be.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Home, sweet home.
- 24:09Speaker 2: Okay, we're gonna start this over in a second, because
- 24:10Speaker 2: that just sing out loud. Man, you're like whispering, whispering
- 24:13Speaker 2: the words in here. So can you just do it
- 24:15Speaker 2: and sing along? Is that possible? Sure? Okay, here we
- 24:17Speaker 2: go one more time.
- 24:18Speaker 8: Ready, guys, all right, here we go. Wish that I
- 24:22Speaker 8: was no Rocky Top down in the Tennessee. Ain't no
- 24:28Speaker 8: smoggy smoke Rocky Top. Ain't no cell phone bills, Rocky Top,
- 24:35Speaker 8: you always home, sweet home to me, good old Rocky Top.
- 24:42Speaker 5: Will Rocky Top Tennessee?
- 24:46Speaker 2: Yes, that's so.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Now.
- 24:47Speaker 3: That was Butch Wiemore, local guy, along with NASA astronauts
- 24:52Speaker 3: and Zach.
- 24:53Speaker 7: I'm putting out of my resume that I sang with
- 24:55Speaker 7: astronauts in space.
- 24:56Speaker 4: It won't mean anything, but you can go ahead and
- 24:59Speaker 4: do that.
- 25:00Speaker 2: Why are you punching up your resume by should we
- 25:02Speaker 2: have a talk about I'm just saying for future.
- 25:04Speaker 3: I'm gonna post it at one of seven five the
- 25:06Speaker 3: River in our Instagram stories. They will unfortunately not have
- 25:09Speaker 3: the audio of Zach also singing with them.
- 25:12Speaker 4: It will only be the astronauts and.
- 25:15Speaker 2: What was like a live like one time show like
- 25:17Speaker 2: you to be here to experience that magic and how
- 25:19Speaker 2: it's gone.
- 25:19Speaker 7: For like the Adele residency, it's a one time, Zach.
- 25:22Speaker 7: I'm retiring after you caught that you're in luck.
- 25:24Speaker 4: When I think of Adele, I think of you, Zach.
- 25:27Speaker 6: You should Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning
- 25:31Speaker 6: on the river
