True Crime Never Sleeps · Mar 16, 2024 · 14m

I dive into the real and horrifying story behind the well-known urban legend of a babysitter's nightmare, centering on the unresolved murder of Janett Christman in 1950, Columbia, Missouri. I detail the investigation's convolutions, touching on racial biases, the questionable execution of Floyd Cochran, and my suspicions towards Robert Mueller, a friend of the victim's family, highlighting the era's judicial missteps and oversights.
