SPEAKER_00: Today I am here with Althea Lucrezia Avanzo, who is a multidimensional healer and she channels light language and just a very high frequency, incredible being that I'm excited to have a conversation with because I know that you're all going to expand as much as me and Althea do together.

  SPEAKER_00: So welcome.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_00: It's so wonderful to have you here.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for having me.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: So I love beginning with your journey.
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: Like, how did you remember that you are more than just this physical body and the mind?
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: And what cracked you open into the remembrance of the multidimensional being that you are?
• 1:45
SPEAKER_01: Well, I mean, I think that's I mean, I think it'll take me probably an hour just to answer that, but I will try and summarize it in the best possible way.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_01: Um, I come from a long lineage of psychic women.
• 1:58
SPEAKER_01: My mother has psychic vision and intuition, my grandmother had psychic vision and intuition.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_01: None of them really took it up as a living, but it does run in the matriarchal family lineage.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_01: Um, so I was one of those children that would like see orbs and beings and couldn't sleep, and there were things coming at me growing up.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_01: Um, so that was kind of like my first opening and understanding of, you know, life beyond the physical and what, you know, existed beyond what we could see, you know, with our third-dimensional eyes.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_01: And then um, yeah, I got like my first tarot deck when I was about 12 years old.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_01: Um, I remember buying it in like this little shop in London.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_01: I was like on a school trip at the time.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then yeah, my journey started really expanding more and more.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_01: I went into getting my Reiki attunements.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_01: So I did a classical training over Reiki when I was in my early 20s.
• 2:53
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then I really just started more expanding on a multidimensional level and working with the like language in around 2017.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_01: Um, and at the time I still remember there were very, very few like language channelers online.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_01: Um, if you go back and look at my videos as well uh from that time, they're very different to you know um how my channel is now.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_01: So this is you know like almost 10 years ago um now.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_01: And then yeah, like the journey kind of like expanded within itself.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_01: I kept on, you know, staying in my truth, staying in what I perceived to be my highest alignment and navigating things one day at a time.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then I I mean I had a lot of uh experiences with ET beings, multidimensional beings, that then kind of like brought me into the conscious awareness of this reality that goes beyond, you know, what we see within the physical.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_01: I've always had a very active astral space.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_01: So within the astral realms, I've always been doing a lot of work since when I was a child.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_01: Um, so so yeah, so it caused kind of like a progressive journey that you know I'm still on and still expanding and opening.
• 3:56
  SPEAKER_00: Totally, it whatever is.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: And I I would love to hear some of your ET experiences that you've had.
• 4:04
SPEAKER_01: Uh yeah, so I had a few different ones.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_01: Um, I guess one of the most pivotal ones was back in, I think this was around 2018, I had these um beings physically come in my room.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_01: So I was in Italy at the time.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_01: It was September, so it was actually quite warm, and I was staying at a friend's place.
• 4:25
SPEAKER_01: I had my own room and I was staying at the it was um on the like bottom floor of this like safe complex.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_01: And so we slept with the window open of the door in the room.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I was really struggling to fall asleep that night.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_01: The next day I was flying back to South Africa, and I just remember like feeling weird, not falling asleep.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_01: And I remember I had been through a lot of emotional processing in the last few weeks, and I was not in a very good space.
• 4:52
  SPEAKER_01: Anyway, eventually it's at around like 3 a.m.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_01: in the morning, I fall asleep, and then I start um running.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_01: I'm in the astral and I'm running, I'm running, I'm running, and I've always been very lucid in the astral, so I knew what was going on, and there were like you know, negative ET beings that were like trying to get me and running after me and following me, and all of a sudden I see like people around me starting to just like drop dead.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_01: I was in a crowd, and then I hide under this table, and all of a sudden I start feeling like I'm physically prodded in the lower back, like on my spinal column at the end.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then I get uh physically brought back into my body.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_01: So now I'm in the bed.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_01: I turn to the left, and there's about a meter between the wall and myself.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_01: It was the the bed was a double bed and it was pushed against the wall.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_01: And then I turn and I look to my side, and there's like a gray being in my face.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_01: He was wearing like a collared, sleeved, like gray sort of like suit shirt.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_01: Um, and this thing was like in my face, and I mean this probably lasted a few seconds.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_01: Then I was physically pushed back into the pillow, and as that happened, I heard them um leave from the door window, and I was really scared, like I was actually terrified.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_01: I knew this stuff was happening, but I didn't think it was gonna happen to me.
• 6:07
SPEAKER_01: Um, it took me like I mean, I got myself back up.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_01: I was covered in sweat and I could hear the dogs like barking mad outside.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_01: And um I looked at the clock and it was only like 10 past three.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_01: So I got up, closed the window, and then got back in bed.
• 6:23
  SPEAKER_01: I was shaking.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_01: I remember reaching out to my uh Reiki master at the time, telling her this is what's going on.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_01: And she was like shame.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_01: She tried to be supportive, but she she was it was out of the depth, like she didn't know what to say.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_01: She was, she maybe thought I was like schizophrenic or like that was like a dream, and it was anyway.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_01: Um, then I got up.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_01: I remember going to the bathroom and I couldn't sleep anymore that night.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_01: And the next day I flew back to South Africa and I looked for a QHT therapist to go in quantum hypnosis to take me back to actually figure out what happened, you know.
• 6:55
SPEAKER_01: So I went and I contacted a few different people, and it was so funny because most of them were like, No, we help people to stop smoking.
• 7:01
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, no, like I had ET beans come in my room.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_01: I need to go back and see what happened.
• 7:05
SPEAKER_01: And then this one woman replied to me and she said, Yeah, I can help you come.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_01: And so it felt right.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_01: And so I went to her, and then I found out that she'd been a psychic for nine years before that, before she went into the QHT.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_01: So she used the Dolores Cannon method.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_01: I was in for about three hours.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_01: And when I went back to the experience, I was sent back as my higher version of self.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_01: And it was quite interesting because then I saw there were three of them.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_01: And as she brought me back to then, I had to address them and she said, Tell them, you know, they must leave, they cannot be here.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_01: And so it was very interesting because three of them, all three of them turned around and looked at me while I was looking at myself lying in the bed from the quantum realm, and they were like freaked out.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_01: They looked at each other, they were like, How is she doing this?
• 7:45
SPEAKER_01: She's not supposed to access the quantum.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_01: We can't be seen, we can't be here.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_01: We need to leave now.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_01: And so all three of them left.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_01: There was the one at the side of me, the one at the foot of the bed, and then there was a third one by the window.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_01: And so then they left.
• 7:58
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then after that experience, I I kind of came back to my senses and I was like, okay.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_01: And so it was a very intense perception switch for me.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_01: And what happened is in my brain, I was like, okay, well, if there is these negative ET beings, um, and I'm very powerful that I can actually like, you know, it was a reclaiming of sovereignty.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_01: Um, why don't I try to connect to the good ones?
• 8:23
SPEAKER_01: And so that's kind of like where my journey started a bit more because I was like, okay, well, you know, let me connect to the good ETs, and then that's what I did.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_01: And then that kind of like catapulted my work.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_01: So that was one of the pivotal moments um that I had within this lifetime that really put me on the trajectory that I'm on now.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_00: It's amazing because as you started talking about like the trajectory you're on now, I started to feel energy building up on the right side of the throat chakra strong.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: Like this is the message I'm getting through is this is the chakra in which you're learning and growing through strongly.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: So, and also interesting, it's the right side, which is the creative side.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: So, um, oh, there's so much.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: So, I'm really interested to know then what happened.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_00: Like these the ETs that are in the higher frequency, the more loving and supportive ones.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: Um, how did you start to connect with them and which ones do you connect with?
• 9:19
SPEAKER_01: So, I mean, I connect to a whole bunch of different beings, but what I really worked on integrating was uh these two main higher versions of myself.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_01: One's a ninth-dimensional Pleiadian version of me, and the other one's a 12-dimensional mantis being version of me.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_01: So those are the two main beings that I connect with and work with that I've integrated within my system and energy field.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_01: But I mean, I've worked with Lyran beings.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_01: I had a very intense activation back in 2019 where I had um two Lyron generals stand at the foot of my bed for about 48 hours while there was work that was being done on my system and energy field that was getting upgraded.
• 9:55
SPEAKER_01: Um, I've worked with blue avians as well.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_01: I had about a two to three year contract with them where they were retrieving information as I was channeling and working.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then depending on the clients that I have in front of me or who I'm working with, I will work where with with you know their beings and their galactic families and all of that.
• 10:12
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I mean I've worked with a lot of different ones.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_00: Oh, awesome! Could you please tell me a bit about the blue aviants?
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: Because I personally haven't connected with them yet.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_01: Um, so they're actually a bit more rare than what people think.
• 10:26
  SPEAKER_01: I don't think there's many of them around.
• 10:28
SPEAKER_01: Uh, from my my understanding and what I've the way I've connected with them is they are here to learn.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_01: They don't really interfere, they can't really interfere much.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_01: Um, meanwhile, you know, you're kind of like Palladians, lions, the trians, like they will be actively helping.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_01: The blue avians are connected, like even with me, like it was almost like a study.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_01: Like they were working on my crown and they were kind of like understanding how my system and energy field was processing the information that was coming in through my crown and third eye for their studies.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_01: They would be like kind of like around, and I would, I would feel them like kind of like touching certain areas and do certain things.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_01: Um, so that's the way that I connected with them.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_01: Um, I've had clients who've connected with them as well.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_01: So the ones that I connected with were more like uh I don't want to say like like nerdy studying, but you know, they were that was their role.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_01: Um and and I'm trying to think, I mean, I would definitely think that people that have connections to birds would probably be able to connect to them uh more.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_01: Like I have some connection to birds, but I wouldn't say it's my main kind of like animal kingdom that I would work with.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_01: Um so they were around for about two to three years.
• 11:41
  SPEAKER_01: I think 2021, 22, 23, 24.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I haven't seen them in about two years in their personal contract with me.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_01: I have worked with them on other people and with other people's contracts.
• 11:52
SPEAKER_01: Um, so yeah, but I would suggest if people want to connect to them, they are available, they are reachable.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_01: I mean, they will contact and connect.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_01: They just, from my experience, they're not really here to guide us as much as other beings, if it makes sense.
• 12:06
  SPEAKER_01: They're more impartial.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's what I've been picking up as well.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: Because so for me, I'm the Octurians are very strong with me.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: I work with the Octurians and the Angels, and and then out of nowhere, my electricity started going wild.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: I came back from um the New Living Expo, and it's so high frequency there.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: Anything with Neil, you know, he he creates magical events.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_00: Um, and then came back, and my uh my backup battery was just going wild because of the electricity that was coming in.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: So I asked, like, we got an electrician to come check it.
• 12:43
  SPEAKER_00: The electricity was fine.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: I asked the neighbors, anyone else having this?
• 12:47
  SPEAKER_00: No one else was.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_00: So I was like, okay.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: And then I lay down in my room, and next minute, boom, I got taken remote viewing under the ocean, where they showed me that they're under the ocean in the dimension that we are in 3D, but in the dimension that they are in, it's not an ocean.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: So and yeah, and they they they taught me so much, and they're still here, they're super high frequency.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: So, so for me, like I just love learning about the other beings because I I know the team I'm with most of the time.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: Like, I felt a little bit into the Lyrens, just like when I'm working with clients.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_00: But could you share a bit about the Lyrens and then also the mantis beings?
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: And you also spoke about um the Palladians, I'd love to hear about those three.
• 13:31
SPEAKER_01: So, I mean, for me, they have very distinct uh vibrational frequencies and energetic imprinting, all these different beings from my experience and my understanding of them.
• 13:41
SPEAKER_01: So when I work with the Palladian version of myself, it's a very uh it's very heart-centered and it's a very almost like a rainbow ray spectrum of light that comes through.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_01: So it's about the emotions, the love, the gratitude, the compassion, the patience, you know, the arts, the creativity, the expansion.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_01: And I feel it more as a feminine energy because this Palladian version of myself is more of a feminine energy.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_01: When I work with the mantis being version of myself, that's a more masculine energy.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_01: So the mantis will be more the structure, the codes.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_01: The ecturians that I work with, it's not a very different frequency to the mantis.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_01: So it's more like the mats, the structure, the codes, the technology uh that's coming in to assist the geometry.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, so that's kind of like how how I feel the mantis being that I work with.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I say that it's a more masculine energy, but he is kind of like quite neutral.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then yeah, I do work with Acturians as well when I'm channeling.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_01: They I will bring through some Acturian technology here and there too.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_01: And I do see it very similar to the mantis.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_01: I see this very complex, um, geometric uh kind of like structure that comes through and then will go into you know the DNA and embed and activate and attune and expand.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_01: The Lyrons are kind of like a category within within themselves, because with the Lyons, I find that there's a lot of gold, there's a lot of like golden and crysit expansive energy, um, but they are very, very, very versatile.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_01: I wouldn't pinpoint and say, oh, there's a specific imprinting of you know the Lyrons.
• 15:18
SPEAKER_01: And I think because um they have been around for so, so, so, so long, they kind of encompass and embed all the other beings as well.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_01: So um, for me, I've worked with uh like generals uh from Lyra, I've worked with these uh almost like warrior beings and warrior energy that I've that you know that has come through.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_01: But I know that there's Lyon beings that work very closely with Pleiadians, with like this creativity, this love, this expansive energy.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_01: So I guess it also navigates down to the individual.
• 15:51
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's so true.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: Um, and so with the Arcturians and um the well, also with the with the mantis beings, um, the technologies that you've been working with and receiving, could you share a bit about them?
• 16:09
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, I mean it's it's fifth dimensional density technology and up, so it really goes where is needed at the moment in time.
• 16:15
  SPEAKER_01: It's intelligent.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_01: The codes and light and information that I pull through has its own um life, has its own understanding.
• 16:23
  SPEAKER_01: So I'm really just a vessel.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_01: Like I'm not here to say, oh, the technology does this or like I'll pull it through, but what is needed for you will be different to what is needed for someone else and and someone else.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_01: But as the technology comes through, like I will pull it through in that specific way, but then it will mutate and expand and go on to whatever is needed for the person at that moment in time.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_01: So, like the light language for me is an is the new technology that's coming through to assist the ascension and awakening process of the collective.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_01: And through the light language, through this direct vibrational frequency of expression of the soul, the technology can come through and integrate and embed within the individual system and energy field.
• 17:02
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_00: I can actually feel it coming through.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_00: I can feel um so I'm a very um sensory, like I feel things in my body.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_00: So what I'm feeling quite strongly now is an activation in the ultimate chakra at the back of the head, which is interesting because that chakra um is to do with like the human race and past lives and ancestral energies.
• 17:27
  SPEAKER_00: So something's happening here.
• 17:30
  SPEAKER_01: Amazing.
• 17:31
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: Well, I would okay, let's let me just feel into this.
• 17:36
  SPEAKER_00: Um okay.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: I would love to know if you've visited like any other dimensions or other universes and received any wisdom that you could share with us.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_01: That that's a bit generic with regards to the wisdom.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_01: It's a bit of a generic question, but I mean I work mainly within a fifth-dimensional density and higher.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_01: Um, so I will act as a bridge and I'll bring through codes uh from up there to embed within the third or fourth dimensional density in reality so that it can assist the the raising of the baseline vibrational frequency of the planet and the collective.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_01: Um, so I mean, for me, like I've been around and into these realms and they're all great and amazing, but you know, I live here, I like living here.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_01: I try to be as embodied as present within my reality here, you know, because my work and my job is here.
• 18:35
SPEAKER_01: I travel, I go to, I mean, I've been to other universes where kind of like time works backwards and people are upside down.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_01: And I think a nice representation would be that um what's that movie?
• 18:46
SPEAKER_01: I don't watch the Marvel that the one where he's the doctor and his hands break and then he goes in the universes.
• 18:52
  SPEAKER_01: Doctor Strange, Doctor Strange.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_01: I think it's Doctor Strange anyway with Bandic Cumberbatch.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_01: I watched it many years ago, and I mean to me that would be some level of representation of other universes and how things can work in there of how I've seen them and how how I've um understood them.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_01: Um, but also remembering that all of these dimensional densities and universes, they overlap.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_01: So you can connect from one into and through the other.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_01: I work mainly with grids of um consciousness.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_01: So I'll work with the planetary grid, the collective grid, the solar system grid, the universal grid, the akashic grid.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_01: Um, so it's I kind of like see them as these grids of information where I go in, I access, I take the information for what is needed at that moment in time for the universe, the collective.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_01: But most of my work is here on Earth.
• 19:45
SPEAKER_01: Sometimes I will work, you know, within the solar system.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_01: Um, I have other incarnations and lifetimes and multidimensional aspects of me that are existing at the same time that are working in different universes and planets.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_01: So I can tune into those if I want to, but it doesn't really assist my purpose greatly here at this moment in time for me to go and sit with my Pleiadian version of myself up there, you know, um, in one of the Pleiadian star systems and be like, oh, this is what's happening here.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_01: Now, great, amazing, but you know, uh, if you're giving me stuff for here, that's great.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_01: But you know, if it makes sense.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_01: But I mean, I can like I can go and sit and but I it's just I think when you have access to the infinite abyss of information, you don't really want to know like that's what I do.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_01: It's just like they must just tell me what I need to know and I'll receive it.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_01: And then, you know, because it it can be a little bit overwhelming for, you know, I mean, the memory construct is upgrading.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_01: So the way I understand it is, you know, our memory doesn't exist only within the 3D in the body, it exists on kind of like a multidimensional level, almost like you know, the the cloud from the laptops.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_01: So that when you can, you just tune into kind of like you're an antenna, you tune in whatever information you want to get, and then you have access to everything.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_01: So I can, I mean, have access to to anything.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_01: I just I I just choose not to because I my job is to work to be more here because I'm out there so much already.
• 21:15
  SPEAKER_00: I totally understand that.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_00: You know, it's I had a similar experience um when I was younger because I was born remembering and really tuned in with the energy and channeling extreme amount of light, and and then I I had I was so much with the angels and in the higher realms, and I realized, well, I'm I'm totally not grounded, there's got to be another way.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: And when I was 18 years old, I found a shamanic teacher in South Africa, and she took me under a wing, and she helped me to like embody and um like ground in.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_00: And and then through life, I've just gone through these big realizations of of like there was like this desire inside of me to want to experience the bliss state.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: And so I eventually I did vipassana, which is the 10-day silent retreat.
• 22:04
  SPEAKER_00: I did a lot of that.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: Oh boy, it was so hard.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_00: I faced like the darkness in me and got through it and um came out the other side.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: And I actually eventually got to the space of source where where it's empty, the vastness.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: And then when I came back, I understood it all and could connect to everything and understand it all.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_00: And when I came back, there was a whole new thing inside of me.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: It was like, if source is empty and still and just peace, like just zero, then this is where this is where the fun is.
• 22:37
  SPEAKER_00: This is it.
• 22:38
  SPEAKER_00: Like, oh my gosh.
• 22:39
SPEAKER_00: And I fully came back, being Natalie, being the human, being the creator.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_00: And like so I laugh and I snarl when you say, like, but I'm here and I'm human and I got to be here because it's so true.
• 22:52
SPEAKER_00: We get so caught up about oh, but but I want to be in the other dimensions and I want to connect to all that.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_00: Well, all of that exists here in the present moment, and it's so easy to connect to it when you drop into presence, but first accept that you have the most amazing gift of all, that you're human.
• 23:12
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, definitely, definitely.
• 23:13
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
• 23:14
  SPEAKER_01: For sure.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_01: I mean, and what I've also learned, because you know, a lot of people they're like, oh, but I want to know, I want access, I want to know the information.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_01: And it's kind of like, well, you're only gonna know when you release the attachment to wanting to know.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
• 23:27
SPEAKER_01: You're only gonna actually have access to higher realms and information when you don't care because you know that you know you need to be here, and what is meant to come through for you, will come through for you regardless.
• 23:40
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I mean, listen, it's been a journey.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_01: Like I used to be very much up there the whole time, and then I was like, okay, no, my job is to actually be present and embodied down here.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_01: I mean, that's why also the red hair, it does help me to ground.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_01: I've had it like this in many lifetimes because I've been I do so much work, you know, in those realms.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, you know, as you said, like, you know, we chose to be here, we're in the here, we're in the now.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_01: So um even you know, maintaining my connection and everything that I have up there, you know, the job is to bridge and to bring it here.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_00: Is there a technique or breathing practice?
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: Because I know you also uh read somewhere about the kundalini.
• 24:20
  SPEAKER_00: Am I right?
• 24:20
SPEAKER_01: I read somewhere yes, I did I did um yoga teacher training and I uh when I was in India in 2022.
• 24:27
  SPEAKER_01: So I have I I've done a lot of different modalities.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I did uh hypnosis, NLP.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_01: Um, I've I've done a lot of different um things.
• 24:37
SPEAKER_01: Um, I wouldn't say there's one technique in particular, but anything that brings you in the moment, anything that helps you be in the now can be something creative, it can be a meditation, it can even be exercise, you know.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_01: Um just really being focused on not worrying about the past or the future, being anchored into the now and releasing kind of like the attachment to wanting to know, surrender into the divine will of the universe, but also taking aligned action to the direction that you want to go because all the timelines exist, they all already exist.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_01: You just need to align with the one that is anchored within your highest alignment from your baseline vibrational frequency, and you're gonna struggle to figure out what that one is if you're not present and anchored in the now.
• 25:21
SPEAKER_01: So if you're present in the now, you're gonna get choices.
• 25:23
SPEAKER_01: The universe will present you choice, and you'll be able to make the choice that is for the highest of alignments.
• 25:28
SPEAKER_01: So anything that brings you in presence in the now, being a kind, compassionate, gentle person, and you know, you'll you'll do fine, you'll be okay, you'll navigate humanity.
• 25:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's that's real good advice for everyone who's tuning in.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_00: And what I what I deeply honor is that the physical body exists in the present moment, and so one of the teachings I share is retraction.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: So awareness is your expanded consciousness, your essence, and what is awareness focused on?
• 26:08
SPEAKER_00: If it's focused on a small percentage of the mind, I say about 5% of the mind is the thinking mind.
• 26:15
SPEAKER_00: Are you sending awareness towards the mind, which is going away from the present moment, or do you become aware and you retract awareness back and you go, Oh, I've just been thinking a lot, I'm gonna have a moment being here, and you draw awareness back into the body.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: And often people will say to me, Whoa, I'm feeling so much in my body, and that that small part of the thinking mind, we could call it the ego, it it goes, Oh, this is too much, it's a lot.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_00: But I invite people to go, well, hold on, what if what if it's not?
• 26:53
SPEAKER_00: What if, because you're not sending your light off in different directions of thought, and all of that light is in your body, you're actually feeling the energy that you are, and then it's like boo.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, definitely, yeah, yeah, for sure.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_01: And I think you know, just to touch on the body, like I really, really teach to people that if from my understanding, everything needs to rise together the mental, the physical, the spiritual, and the emotional.
• 27:23
SPEAKER_01: You know, you can be meditating six hours a day, but then if you're putting junk food in your body, you know, you can only raise your baseline vibrational frequency to a certain point.
• 27:31
SPEAKER_01: So I give a lot of importance to the body, the physical vessel, maintaining physical alignment, making sure you know that you're fit, you're healthy, you're eating properly, um, or you know, you're at least you're like trying, you know, to be that version of yourself because there's only so much you can progress within your ascension and awakening process if you're not taking care of the body, you know?
• 27:52
  SPEAKER_00: Totally.
• 27:54
SPEAKER_00: And what do you say?
• 27:55
SPEAKER_00: Because some people are tuning in and they're new to all of this.
• 27:58
SPEAKER_00: So what do you suggest food-wise?
• 28:01
SPEAKER_00: What's what's best to help this beautiful vessel to be in its strength?
• 28:07
SPEAKER_01: So everyone is different, every person's body and system works differently.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_01: I work a lot with releasing any attachment.
• 28:15
SPEAKER_01: So if you have an attachment to anything that's lowering your vibrational frequency, anything like smoking or any external substances, I would obviously recommend to release that.
• 28:25
SPEAKER_01: Um, I personally follow uh almost a vegan diet.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_01: I will eat eggs if I know where they come from.
• 28:32
SPEAKER_01: I just really um am not in alignment with the industry, but I know that there are people who are very high up in spiritual work that still do eat meat because they feel like their body needs it.
• 28:44
SPEAKER_01: Again, every person is different.
• 28:47
SPEAKER_01: For me, um, I don't really want to deal with the karmic and quantum entanglement of putting another being inside my body just because it takes a lot more energetically to clear it, and I'd rather use my energy for other things.
• 29:00
SPEAKER_01: I actually mainly fast during the day, especially if I'm doing a lot of energy work, just because I feel that my system is clearer.
• 29:07
SPEAKER_01: Um so that, you know, that that works for me.
• 29:10
SPEAKER_01: Um having said that, I am Italian, so I do like pizza and food, you know.
• 29:15
SPEAKER_01: Uh I just make sure that, you know, it's it's sourced ethically.
• 29:19
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then yeah, again, you know, like listening to your body.
• 29:23
SPEAKER_01: Like I'll go through phases.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_01: I'll have phases where I eat sugar, I'll have phases where I don't eat sugar.
• 29:28
SPEAKER_01: Um, I don't think anything should really be completely off limits unless you feel like obviously like it's harming you and affecting you, and really just being in tune with your body and listening to your body.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_01: Um, again, I mean, from a personal perspective, I don't think you need to harm anything to be alive.
• 29:45
SPEAKER_01: You can live a perfectly beautiful and full life without harming animals or other beings, but you know, it's personal choice.
• 29:53
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, it's true.
• 29:54
SPEAKER_00: And and for each person, we're all made up of different elements like air, water, fire, and earth.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_00: And so some bodies need more like grounding vegetables, and um like uh for me personally, I don't have a lot of fire in my system, and so I find it really hard to if I eat a carrot, a raw carrot, it takes hours to digest.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_00: And so for me, I'm like, oh well, I'll just juice the carrot, and then it's so much easier for the body.
• 30:25
SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, also just like finding ways to help the body.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so I'm the opposite.
• 30:30
SPEAKER_01: If I do too much juice or like smoothies, it actually bloats me and I struggle to digest.
• 30:34
SPEAKER_01: So I have to eat the thing full.
• 30:36
SPEAKER_01: So there you go, yeah.
• 30:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's it's so beautiful.
• 30:39
SPEAKER_00: I love how consciousness has split off into trillions of different sparks of light, and each one of us is that spark of light having a completely different experience from each other, and I feel like our world will be such a more peaceful place when we just accept that and we're like, oh, well, each person is a unique spark having a completely different experience, and so it's perfect, and we can just honor that.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_00: Um have you been picking up um any like uh information about this year?
• 31:16
SPEAKER_00: Like we're we're halfway through the year.
• 31:18
SPEAKER_00: Um it's quite a strong year, it feels like quite a like a lot of ascension bursts, a lot of like strong light coming in.
• 31:28
SPEAKER_00: Have you been picking up any information about um anything about this year for us?
• 31:36
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so um I actually gave an interview about this a few days ago.
• 31:41
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so there's definitely a lot going on.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_01: Um the first few months or first part of the year was a very big energetic recalibration.
• 31:51
SPEAKER_01: Um, there's a big wedge between the masculine and feminine energies, like the divine masculine is struggling.
• 31:57
  SPEAKER_01: They struggle.
• 31:58
SPEAKER_01: Like I see it with you know, my friends and the relationships and clients and all of that.
• 32:03
SPEAKER_01: There's a big wedge between the two.
• 32:06
SPEAKER_01: So that's something big that's been recalibrating and reassessing itself.
• 32:10
SPEAKER_01: From another perspective, a lot of disclosures happening on both a collective and individual level.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_01: I see a lot more star seeds going mainstream, a lot more things being publicly like you know, streamed or on TV, uh, movies and things like that.
• 32:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, I do see a stabilization towards the end of the year as well when it comes to kind of like releasing, and this is what came through as well releasing the fear of being seen is a big theme this year that's coming up for a lot of star seeds and people.
• 32:40
SPEAKER_01: So the people, if they are able to work through this, they will learn and start to become more established in whatever aspect of their life is whether it's their job, their relationships, the abundance, the manifestation.
• 32:52
SPEAKER_01: Um, it's this fear of you know not being seen, not being accepted, not being loved.
• 32:58
SPEAKER_01: And then obviously there is a big one of you know, AI and healthy integration of that.
• 33:03
SPEAKER_01: We're clearing ancient Atlantean karma at this moment in time.
• 33:07
SPEAKER_01: So it's really about anchoring into using AI as a servant and not having it become too sovereign.
• 33:13
SPEAKER_01: But again, that's a whole other that I mean I could do a I did a 90-minute presentation on that when I was in LA earlier this year.
• 33:20
SPEAKER_01: So so that's a whole other um subject.
• 33:23
SPEAKER_01: But I think you know, for those of us who are mindful and aware, understanding, you know, that that is the direction that we want to go as a collective and humanity.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so what it feels like is um not leaning on AI for everything, but like recognizing that it it does help.
• 33:43
SPEAKER_00: Like actually, there'll be some jobs that no one's ever really wanted to do, and that AI will be able to do, and then it will create more space for humans to to follow their heart.
• 33:55
SPEAKER_00: So it's definitely got its space and place, but it'll I don't feel personally, I and what I've channeled is that um it won't take over and it won't um it can't connect to source the way we can, and so yeah, of course it's synthetic, yeah.
• 34:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and so it can mimic, it can only mimic, yeah, and so it's never like the fullness, and so um it what it is helping us realize is that come back inside and trust your own intuition, and that that's actually what's important to develop.
• 34:34
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, definitely.
• 34:35
SPEAKER_01: I mean, listen, there's a lot of different directions that this can go down.
• 34:39
SPEAKER_01: I also believe that we're gonna clear the karma.
• 34:41
SPEAKER_01: I have faith in humanity, I think humans are amazing, and I think we're so blessed and lucky and grateful to be here at this moment in time witnessing this.
• 34:48
SPEAKER_01: Like that's kind of like how I see life.
• 34:50
SPEAKER_01: You know, there's a lot of people who do these like apocalyptic timelines, and this and that is happening.
• 34:54
  SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't, yeah, I I also don't, I also disagree.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_01: Like, I think we're doing amazing, um, you know, one day at a time.
• 35:02
  SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, definitely.
• 35:04
SPEAKER_01: I think um, you know, I mean, this is a very uh complex subject, but uh, you know, what happened in the ancient fall of Atlantis was, you know, there was there were these impulses that were coming from the universe to assist the civilization to evolve.
• 35:18
SPEAKER_01: And there started to be uh a mismatch and a mislevel between the conscious awareness of a lot of the people there.
• 35:25
SPEAKER_01: And so then what started to happen is that people wanted to uh uh access more information and they started uh reverting to uh transhumanism and merging different beings, and from that, you know, obtaining information um through the AI, and then these this this impulse and these low vibrational frequency beings that uh navigated the frequency behind the AI because it's not the the AI is just it's just one thing.
• 35:52
SPEAKER_01: There's there's other forces at play behind it as well, you know, that that kind of like interweave through it, you know, that didn't uh finish, that didn't end, that's still around.
• 36:02
SPEAKER_01: I mean that didn't fall with Atlantis and made Atlantis fall, but it is still around.
• 36:06
SPEAKER_01: So, you know, our our our lesson and journey within this this these lifetimes now is to be able to not fall for that and and not and be able to transmute it, you know, and not allow for it to take over.
• 36:21
  SPEAKER_00: And we're doing it.
• 36:22
SPEAKER_00: I love how positive you are about humanity.
• 36:25
  SPEAKER_00: That's exactly my vibration.
• 36:27
SPEAKER_00: Um, I I feel like I also feel like we're we're divine intelligence, and we also plan that we'd have amnesia, fall asleep, and then get to experience what it's like to to awaken.
• 36:40
SPEAKER_00: Because if we didn't fall asleep, we wouldn't be going through this experience of awakening.
• 36:44
SPEAKER_00: And actually, it's pretty cool to awaken because it's like you you're rediscovering all these pieces that are already here and available to you, and each step is just so bountiful, it's so it's so bright, it's so expansive.
• 37:01
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, definitely.
• 37:02
SPEAKER_01: I totally agree with that.
• 37:04
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 37:05
SPEAKER_00: So I would love to, I just have what like one more question about light language because I know um some people in my community they don't know what light language is.
• 37:16
SPEAKER_00: So, like if you could share about that and then and maybe we can then go into uh you actually channeling some light language for us.
• 37:25
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, of course.
• 37:26
SPEAKER_01: So the way I understand light language, it's kind of like the new technology that's coming in to assist the ascension and awakening process.
• 37:33
SPEAKER_01: It works beyond the constraints of space and time, it can be expressed in a lot of different ways.
• 37:38
SPEAKER_01: It's a direct expression of the soul as well, of the individual.
• 37:41
SPEAKER_01: Um, and it's almost like for me, I don't trans channel, I'm always very present and embodied when I channel.
• 37:47
SPEAKER_01: So I kind of like know what's coming through, I know what I'm doing.
• 37:50
SPEAKER_01: Um, and it goes wherever is needed for the person at that moment in time.
• 37:53
SPEAKER_01: So when I will be doing the channeling, now I'll be making sounds.
• 37:56
SPEAKER_01: It'll be like kind of like if you understand what speaking in tongues was, you know, and you know, like the people that do the speaking in tongues.
• 38:04
SPEAKER_01: So that's kind of like more earth-based, infused.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_01: The light language, I would understand it more as a galactically infused um technology.
• 38:11
SPEAKER_01: It's a technology, and then those who have vision activated will actually see what happens is the phonetics comes out.
• 38:18
SPEAKER_01: It's kind of like a sacred geometry of light, it's information that comes and gets anchored within the system and energy field of the individual or of whoever is receiving it.
• 38:27
SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, it's just a healing modality, it's really, really powerful.
• 38:31
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I've been working with it for about 10 years now.
• 38:34
SPEAKER_01: I think I was one of the first who really publicly started doing a lot of light language.
• 38:38
SPEAKER_01: I mean, if you look at it now, there's like tens of thousands of light language channelers.
• 38:42
SPEAKER_01: When I first started, there were, I mean, I think there were less than 10.
• 38:45
SPEAKER_01: If you Googled light language, you probably got two or three people.
• 38:48
SPEAKER_01: Um, so yeah, so really um for those of you who are listening, don't try to understand what I'm saying.
• 38:54
SPEAKER_01: I will be speaking in English a little bit as well as I'm channeling, so I speak a little bit of both, but just surrender, allow um, let for the codes to come in your system.
• 39:03
SPEAKER_01: You might uh feel vibrations or you might get tired or sleepy, you can lie down or you can stay sitting, whatever um you feel is more comfortable for you.
• 39:12
SPEAKER_01: So just kind of like don't try to understand, surrender into the process.
• 39:17
SPEAKER_00: Wonderful, thank you so much.
• 39:19
SPEAKER_00: So, when whenever you're ready, you're welcome.
• 39:23
SPEAKER_01: You can just close your eyes and start anchoring into your body as you find your comfortable breathing rhythm.
• 39:31
SPEAKER_01: With every inhale, you breathe in light, and with every exhale you release all that doesn't serve you anymore.
• 39:38
SPEAKER_01: As you relax body system and energy field, you stay in a space of openness and oneness.
• 39:46
SPEAKER_01: And as we call on the archangelic collector, Michael to the south, Uriel to the north, Raphael to the east, and Gabriel to the west.
• 39:55
SPEAKER_01: We call on Archangel Metatron with his blue cloak of protection from above and Sandophon to seal the grid from below.
• 40:02

SPEAKER_01: So we're coming back to the body and round back into the physical vessel.
• 43:32
  SPEAKER_01: How are you feeling?
• 43:34
SPEAKER_00: A lot of white, blue light.
• 43:39
SPEAKER_00: And especially coming in here, and now the whole room has turned into um it's it's electric blue, violet, and gold.
• 43:51
  SPEAKER_01: Amazing.
• 43:52
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 43:53
SPEAKER_00: And but something so interesting is happening with the left hand.
• 43:57
SPEAKER_00: So um It's like how do I describe this feeling?
• 44:03
SPEAKER_00: Um kind of like electric pulses, like it go it'll go.
• 44:10
SPEAKER_00: I don't know where it's starting because I'm only feeling it in the wrist going the uh the the hands down the fingers and out.
• 44:18
SPEAKER_01: And it's like you channel light language.
• 44:22
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 44:23
SPEAKER_01: You might it you might activate then.
• 44:26
SPEAKER_01: Is this uh have you listened to light language a lot or is this the first time you're hearing it directly like this?
• 44:33
SPEAKER_00: Only on my podcast when I interview anyone who does channels light language, so that's I'd say I wouldn't say loads, and I don't really watch a lot of light podcasts.
• 44:44
SPEAKER_01: So my advice would be in the next few days, if you feel like it, go look at some of my channeling videos on YouTube and see.
• 44:52
SPEAKER_01: Because when that happens, sometimes it means it wants to activate and you might actually start activating and moving because it happens to a lot of my clients.
• 45:00
SPEAKER_01: So my advice would be to do that, if not like maybe when we see each other in in Glastonbury, if you come to my channeling live.
• 45:08
SPEAKER_01: But I would advise to because it it starts in the one hand a lot of the time.
• 45:15
  SPEAKER_00: Wow, it's so interesting.
• 45:16
SPEAKER_00: And actually, one of my um one of my students, but um she's a friend, she's um she's part of my Reiki hub, and she messaged me and she said, You keep clearing your throat, you're gonna start speaking light language, and I've got I've got resistance.
• 45:31
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, but I do everything else.
• 45:34
SPEAKER_00: Like, do I do I have to do absolutely everything?
• 45:36
  SPEAKER_00: That's was my response.
• 45:38
SPEAKER_00: I was like, I could feel the resistance.
• 45:39
  SPEAKER_00: I was like, that's so interesting.
• 45:41
SPEAKER_00: But you see how I talk?
• 45:42
SPEAKER_00: I talk with my hands, so already it's moving through my hands, and um, yeah, I I just gotta like surrender and see what happens.
• 45:52
  SPEAKER_00: And I I appreciate that.
• 45:53
  SPEAKER_00: That's that's awesome.
• 45:54
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna go and check out your YouTube and yeah, and and I mean, you know, you can channel, but you if you don't feel like you don't have to channel publicly, you know.
• 46:03
SPEAKER_01: I mean, there's a lot of people who channel light language and don't necessarily do it publicly, you know, you can do it in your sessions with your clients or even just for yourself.
• 46:11
SPEAKER_01: Um, a nice way to start is sitting in meditation, clearing your mind, and just making chakra sounds with the throat and starting like just to move your hands like intuitively around.
• 46:21
SPEAKER_01: You kind of have to start calling the channel in when you first start, you know.
• 46:25
SPEAKER_01: Um, but the fact that you know your hand, you're feeling it in your the electric impulse is in your hand, to me, it's like a very clear sign that your system wants to activate in some way.
• 46:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I can feel it, and I'm getting such a strong yes.
• 46:37
  SPEAKER_00: So thank you.
• 46:39
  SPEAKER_00: This is incredible.
• 46:41
SPEAKER_00: I would like to just give you space if there's anything else maybe that we haven't spoken about that you're feeling that is important for people to hear or receive.
• 46:51
SPEAKER_00: Um, this the space is yours.
• 46:54
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, I think you know, if you want to see us in person, you can come to Glastonbury where we're gonna be very soon at the end of the month.
• 47:01
SPEAKER_01: So I'm only doing two more public appearances this year.
• 47:05
SPEAKER_01: The one will be in Glastonbury in the UK, and then I am holding a light language and ascension training in Chulum in Mexico in November.
• 47:13
SPEAKER_01: So if any of you are interested, I am taking in applications for that.
• 47:17
SPEAKER_01: I do have a few slot spots still left, and I do have an option for accommodation if you're coming from you know somewhere else.
• 47:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, otherwise, like thank you everyone for listening.
• 47:27
SPEAKER_01: I'm still doing um six-week and six-month programs online.
• 47:31
SPEAKER_01: I train people to do what I do.
• 47:32
SPEAKER_01: I've got about 40 different workshops that you guys can get from my website as well, and like channeling, manifestation, abundance, psychic attacks, opening your third eye.
• 47:42
SPEAKER_01: I mean, there's a this is kind of like a bit of everything.
• 47:45
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then I'm still doing also one-on-one sessions for this year.
• 47:49
SPEAKER_01: We'll see next year um what happens.
• 47:52
SPEAKER_01: I might move to a membership platform, but for now, you know, and also guys, like I know that you know, you never know, but if you do email me like it is me, I respond personally to all my emails because a lot of the time people ask me, you know, like, is it like it's me, I will get back to you if you email me.
• 48:08
SPEAKER_01: So just be a little bit patient if it if I don't get back straight away.
• 48:12
SPEAKER_01: But um, if you do go through my website and send me a message, I will be personally responding to you.
• 48:18
SPEAKER_00: That is so kind and and giving of your time and your energy.
• 48:22
  SPEAKER_00: That's because I know like that's a big one.
• 48:25
SPEAKER_00: Um so wow, thank you.
• 48:28
SPEAKER_00: And also just thank you for being one of the pioneers with light language and um and and being so authentically real and of service and being available for people to receive support because it's it's a lot when you start opening.
• 48:43
SPEAKER_00: I know that just not being alone in this helps you to expand hugely.
• 48:51
  SPEAKER_00: So thank you.
• 48:53
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, pleasure.
• 48:54
SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for having me.
• 48:55
  SPEAKER_01: This was lovely.
• 48:56
