- 0:09Speaker 1: Vice. It's nice, Hey lover, never love lo Hello, welcome
- 0:16Speaker 1: to the Naughty but Nicsia. I'm your house, rubshooter. It's Thursday.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Thursday's my favorite day for many many reasons, one of
- 0:23Speaker 1: which is we are joined by our dear friend Mark Lupo,
- 0:26Speaker 1: Hey LUPI, are you there? Loopy? Lewis here? Hey Ruby Loopy?
- 0:31Speaker 1: Did you see Stephen Cole there? Last night? He had
- 0:35Speaker 1: a surprise guess.
- 0:36Speaker 2: I saw Prince Harry.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Prince Harry walked out. I thought he was adorable, you know,
- 0:41Speaker 1: doing this, doing shtick, doing stand up, and it's scripted.
- 0:45Speaker 1: It's quite difficult. He's not an actor, he's a prince,
- 0:48Speaker 1: and so I thought he did a pretty good job
- 0:50Speaker 1: some of the jokes. It's hard to deliver a joke
- 0:53Speaker 1: if you were not trained. It's hard to do anything
- 0:55Speaker 1: if you're not trained, and so I give him a pass.
- 0:58Speaker 1: It wasn't great, but I I love that he did it.
- 1:01Speaker 1: What are your thoughts about it?
- 1:02Speaker 2: I mean, I just love that he's in on the
- 1:04Speaker 2: joke and it can have fun and poke fun on himself.
- 1:06Speaker 2: And yeah it was great.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Yeah, well, making fun of holiday movies that are always
- 1:11Speaker 1: about a prince. It sucks me in. Every year, hallmart
- 1:17Speaker 1: if you are watching listening Gallo Almolo. Every year I'm
- 1:20Speaker 1: flicking through the channels. I always get to a Christmas movie.
- 1:23Speaker 1: There's always a prince involved, and so I think our
- 1:25Speaker 1: obsession with royals with holidays is a good thing. And
- 1:29Speaker 1: Harry joked that he'd love to do a Christmas movie.
- 1:32Speaker 1: You're going to hear today that Harry's making a Christmas movie.
- 1:34Speaker 1: It's absolutely not true. It's not true, but it is
- 1:38Speaker 1: not a terrible idea. Okay, let's jump into asha. What
- 1:40Speaker 1: time is it, my friends? It is tea time. So
- 1:43Speaker 1: our lead story today was going to be Megan Michael's
- 1:46Speaker 1: Christmas Special, which has come out. The teaser has come out. However,
- 1:49Speaker 1: bigger news has broke about Meghan and Harry, so we're
- 1:52Speaker 1: going to jump into that. Mark Harry is pushing Megan
- 1:54Speaker 1: to make peace with her dad, Thomas Markle before it's
- 1:57Speaker 1: too late. So sources tell me Harry is being gentle
- 2:01Speaker 1: but firm, urging Meghan to reach out to her father,
- 2:04Speaker 1: Thomas Markel, who is in intensive care in the Philippines
- 2:08Speaker 1: after going through emergency surgery. I'm told her dad's in
- 2:12Speaker 1: really bad shape. He lives in the Philippines now. He
- 2:14Speaker 1: wanted to get away. He's done some really dumb things,
- 2:17Speaker 1: selling stories to the media, talking too much. He just
- 2:20Speaker 1: wanted to get away from all that, so he moved
- 2:22Speaker 1: to the Philippines. He's not a well man. If you
- 2:25Speaker 1: just look at him, it's pretty clear. Mark. I think
- 2:28Speaker 1: he had a heart attack around the wedding, and that
- 2:31Speaker 1: was years ago. He hasn't lost any way. He doesn't
- 2:33Speaker 1: take that much good care of himself. But he is
- 2:35Speaker 1: a very, very sick man, and now he is in
- 2:38Speaker 1: the hospital, which really brings up the question what does
- 2:41Speaker 1: Megan do. There is no doubt Mark that Thomas Markle
- 2:45Speaker 1: has been a foolish, vain and dare I say, a
- 2:48Speaker 1: greedy man. But does that justify a total freeze out
- 2:53Speaker 1: from a daughter who sells compassion as a global product?
- 2:57Speaker 1: She does. It's like the Ellen brand. Ellen's brand was
- 3:00Speaker 1: about being kind and then we found out it really wasn't.
- 3:05Speaker 1: And so Megan here has spent a lot of time
- 3:08Speaker 1: talking about bullying, talking about compassion, talking about forgiveness. Does
- 3:12Speaker 1: that start at home?
- 3:15Speaker 2: Oh, that's a great question, And I think we're missing
- 3:17Speaker 2: some context. We don't know exactly what the status of
- 3:20Speaker 2: their connection is currently. I would imagine it's still no contact.
- 3:24Speaker 2: I think it's hard, right, I mean, he's it's your
- 3:27Speaker 2: damn if you're due, Damn if you don't like if
- 3:28Speaker 2: she goes there and visits, he might tell the press
- 3:31Speaker 2: about that. If she doesn't, he's gonna speak about that.
- 3:33Speaker 2: You know. I've had experiences with him where I've called
- 3:36Speaker 2: him randomly as a reporter and he puts up the
- 3:38Speaker 2: phone and said mean things about her. I mean, if
- 3:41Speaker 2: she doesn't go, I kind of get it.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you can't trust him. It's really complicated here,
- 3:47Speaker 1: and all the mega haters are going to jump on
- 3:49Speaker 1: her regardless of what she does here. But think this
- 3:51Speaker 1: through for a minute. He really has betrayed her. He
- 3:54Speaker 1: used to call me. I mean I started calling him
- 3:57Speaker 1: and then I couldn't get rid of him. He called
- 3:58Speaker 1: me all the time. He was bored. He just called
- 4:00Speaker 1: me to say awful things about her. He's really really angry.
- 4:03Speaker 1: They have zero contact now, Harry. Though Harry has tried
- 4:07Speaker 1: to make peace with his dad. His dad is not
- 4:09Speaker 1: very well. We know King Charles has cancer. Harry went
- 4:12Speaker 1: over and had like a meeting with his dad. I'm
- 4:14Speaker 1: told they've made peace sort of, and Harry has not
- 4:18Speaker 1: betrayed that trust. We know very little about that meeting.
- 4:21Speaker 1: The problem with Toomusmarkle is if you go and meet
- 4:25Speaker 1: with him, there'll be a camera crew outside, and then
- 4:28Speaker 1: he'll probably have inside addition in the room where he'll
- 4:31Speaker 1: be selling it for some money. So it's the boy
- 4:34Speaker 1: that cried wolf here, isn't it. How many times do
- 4:37Speaker 1: you trust somebody? It doesn't matter if it's a dad
- 4:39Speaker 1: or a friend, somebody you work with, how many times
- 4:43Speaker 1: do you trust them? I always give a lot more
- 4:46Speaker 1: leeway to family, to blood relatives, then I probably would
- 4:49Speaker 1: have friends. There are relatives of mine that I probably
- 4:52Speaker 1: would not talk to if they were not blood relatives.
- 4:55Speaker 1: If there were just somebody I worked with or met
- 4:57Speaker 1: in a bar or something, I wouldn't really want them
- 4:59Speaker 1: in my life life. And as I do get that,
- 5:01Speaker 1: but you can't get away from the fact he is
- 5:04Speaker 1: her dad. I think she should probably put out a
- 5:06Speaker 1: statement talking about how complicated this is. I would write
- 5:10Speaker 1: an essay if I was her, for Vanity Fair or
- 5:12Speaker 1: for The New Yorker, talking about holidays are coming up,
- 5:15Speaker 1: how complicated families can be and she loves her dad,
- 5:19Speaker 1: but she just can't let him into her life. When
- 5:22Speaker 1: my dad was dying, Mark, I went back to Britain
- 5:25Speaker 1: three times to say goodbye, and I'm so glad I didn't.
- 5:30Speaker 1: I'm so glad we had a complicated relationship, having a gay,
- 5:34Speaker 1: disabled son like me with a bad arm. That's a
- 5:37Speaker 1: lot for a man of my dad's background to take
- 5:40Speaker 1: on a working class kid in the Midlands. In England,
- 5:44Speaker 1: he did not expect a son as fabulous. I was
- 5:48Speaker 1: just a lot, and so we do have complicated relationships.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Miley Cyrus said once, and it really really struck me.
- 5:55Speaker 1: It stuck with me Mark. She said, when you stop
- 5:58Speaker 1: thinking of your parents as pair parents and start thinking
- 6:01Speaker 1: in them as human beings, as real people. Check they
- 6:04Speaker 1: have their own fears, they have their own desires, they
- 6:07Speaker 1: have their own excitement, they have stuff that triggers them,
- 6:10Speaker 1: they have their own worries. And when you start realizing
- 6:14Speaker 1: that life gets better. This is so complicated. I think Harry,
- 6:18Speaker 1: who's softer than Megan. Let's be honest here, anybody that's
- 6:21Speaker 1: had any interaction with them, Harry is quite a soft
- 6:23Speaker 1: soul here. He gets a little angry sometimes but I
- 6:26Speaker 1: think going and seeing his dad makes total sense. Meghan's tough,
- 6:29Speaker 1: and I'm not saying that's any disrespect. I like strong women.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Meghan's not rushing to the Philippines until she knows that
- 6:38Speaker 1: A this is really serious and B there's some guarantees
- 6:41Speaker 1: that she's not going to be ambushed when she gets
- 6:43Speaker 1: off the plane. Her half sister's there and we know
- 6:45Speaker 1: there that's trouble. Trouble are her half brothers there? And
- 6:50Speaker 1: so I feel for Meghan on this one. But boy,
- 6:53Speaker 1: is she in a tricky position, which brings us to
- 6:56Speaker 1: our whole question of the day once again. Thomas Markle
- 6:59Speaker 1: has been far, She's been vain, He's been greedy, But
- 7:02Speaker 1: does that justify being totally froze out by your daughter,
- 7:07Speaker 1: potentially on your deathbed? Who sells compassion as a global product?
- 7:12Speaker 1: That's Megan's thing, compassion. It's tricky, Mark. What do you
- 7:17Speaker 1: think should she go and see her d Yes or no?
- 7:21Speaker 1: It's a big, big topic today. Go vote on our
- 7:25Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob Our facebook page is
- 7:28Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip. Be sure to check back tomorrow. This is
- 7:31Speaker 1: a good one to hear your results. Okay, Lupy what
- 7:34Speaker 1: are you working on?
- 7:35Speaker 2: Yes, so some happier news here. Miley Cyrus has planned
- 7:39Speaker 2: to propose to her now fiance Max Morando until he
- 7:43Speaker 2: beat her to it. So the sourus is close to
- 7:46Speaker 2: the couple say, Cyrus has been discreetly planning her own
- 7:48Speaker 2: proposal for weeks, gathering ring inspiration and discussing timelines with
- 7:52Speaker 2: her trusted friends. Now During the couple's recent trip to Asia,
- 7:56Speaker 2: which Cyrus described as a rare moment of Saren under
- 8:00Speaker 2: in control, Morandeau got down on one knee before she
- 8:03Speaker 2: could execute her plan. She thought she'd be the one
- 8:06Speaker 2: doing the surprising, one insider said, But she was told
- 8:09Speaker 2: friends she wants to propose before the end of the year.
- 8:12Speaker 2: I know a couple of minut on a blind eight
- 8:15Speaker 2: years ago, lived together since twenty twenty four. It had
- 8:18Speaker 2: already discussed marriage at length, and friends, hay, Cyrus has
- 8:20Speaker 2: been deeply in love and deeply settled for more than
- 8:24Speaker 2: a year.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Oh what do you think? So it's so so cute.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Remember that song flowers. I love her song flowers. She
- 8:30Speaker 1: does not need anybody buying her flowers, she can buy
- 8:33Speaker 1: them herself. So this totally ties into that Miley's a
- 8:36Speaker 1: strong person. She ain't waiting for someone to propose to her.
- 8:39Speaker 1: If she wants to propose, she will do it, and
- 8:42Speaker 1: I've told she very much did. She's also somebody that
- 8:44Speaker 1: I don't think you surprised, like she's had a really
- 8:47Speaker 1: ugly breakup at a really nasty divrse. I think you
- 8:51Speaker 1: have to be like, are you ready to maybe do
- 8:53Speaker 1: this against that I'm here. There'd been lots of conversationation,
- 8:56Speaker 1: so she was on GMA. She was great, saying how
- 8:58Speaker 1: surprise she was. Friends called me and they're like, well, sort
- 9:01Speaker 1: of surprise, Like the moment was surprising, but she knew
- 9:04Speaker 1: they'd had a conversation about this, because you don't want
- 9:07Speaker 1: to propose to somebody and then they say, oh, I'm
- 9:09Speaker 1: never getting married again. I had a really ugly divorce
- 9:11Speaker 1: and I don't like. Bobby Flay was recently on TV
- 9:14Speaker 1: saying I've tried marriage I think two or three times
- 9:16Speaker 1: and it's not working for me, so I'm not going
- 9:18Speaker 1: to do it again. And his girlfriend was in the
- 9:19Speaker 1: room when he said that, so you do sort of know,
- 9:22Speaker 1: so he tested the waters. I do love that she
- 9:26Speaker 1: she was preparing to do this and he'd beat up.
- 9:29Speaker 1: I had that with Bruce. Bruce proposed to me shortly
- 9:33Speaker 1: after gay marriage was the law at least in New York,
- 9:36Speaker 1: not the law of the land. But shortly after that,
- 9:39Speaker 1: Bruce popped the question. I was planning to ask him,
- 9:42Speaker 1: but I was waiting for the weekend, and so technically
- 9:46Speaker 1: I know excuse. So he technically did propose to me.
- 9:49Speaker 1: But it wasn't as if I had had thoughts about, Oh,
- 9:52Speaker 1: should we do it in Central Park? Or where should
- 9:54Speaker 1: we go? The Highlight I love or maybe at Katsy's
- 9:57Speaker 1: Deli I love myself for PASTI Where should we do?
- 10:01Speaker 1: Bruce proposed in our literal room. I think we were
- 10:03Speaker 1: watching Jeopardy, which doesn't sound that romantic, but it was
- 10:06Speaker 1: really lovely. Mark. Now you've been with Kevin Jonas. I
- 10:09Speaker 1: know your private life is your private life. So we're
- 10:11Speaker 1: gonna tread very kid and your mummy listens to the So, Hello,
- 10:15Speaker 1: storries you and Kevin? Has there been any talk? Would
- 10:19Speaker 1: they be talk or would it be a surprise?
- 10:22Speaker 2: You know, it's funny. I don't Me and Kevin don't
- 10:24Speaker 2: talk about marriage because we don't another. Neither one of
- 10:26Speaker 2: us want to get married right at least right away. Yeah,
- 10:29Speaker 2: so it's not like a priority. But it's a sweet idea.
- 10:32Speaker 1: It's a sweet idea. But I do think that's really interesting.
- 10:34Speaker 1: And that's the Miley tell there. You both know you
- 10:37Speaker 1: don't want to do it. Yeah, but that's a good
- 10:39Speaker 1: conversation to have. If Miley did not want to get
- 10:43Speaker 1: married and he proposed, how awkward is that because then
- 10:46Speaker 1: you're like, oh, no, are we going to stay together? No?
- 10:49Speaker 1: Or should we break up? Or I was really happy
- 10:51Speaker 1: with things. Have the conversations, everybody, There's nothing wrong with this.
- 10:54Speaker 1: I have friends who had conversations about having children. We
- 10:57Speaker 1: have conversations me and Bruce about where we're going for
- 11:00Speaker 1: in the tonight, so we could certainly have a conversation
- 11:02Speaker 1: about the really big stuff. By it, it makes me happy.
- 11:05Speaker 1: I want you to be happy. These two are a
- 11:08Speaker 1: cute pair. Okay, moving along, We've got some exclusive news here.
- 11:11Speaker 1: So remember the Netflix documentary by fifty cent about Diddy.
- 11:15Speaker 1: It came out just a few days ago. Well, there's
- 11:17Speaker 1: some really really interesting footage in the documentary and nobody
- 11:20Speaker 1: can understand how fifty cent got his hands on it.
- 11:23Speaker 1: So this private footage of Diddy in a hotel room
- 11:25Speaker 1: actually talking to his lawyer, So maybe that could be
- 11:28Speaker 1: a confidential conversation. When I worked with Puff, he had
- 11:32Speaker 1: camera crew's, videographers, photographers following him around pretty much all day.
- 11:37Speaker 1: It was almost embarrassing. I went to his house once
- 11:39Speaker 1: and it was early in the morning and someone's videoing
- 11:41Speaker 1: him like just he enjoyed to be on camera. Now,
- 11:45Speaker 1: because Puffy was cheap, he never really paid them and
- 11:49Speaker 1: so he never signed a contract. So the photographers would
- 11:52Speaker 1: send me pictures after the event, but I couldn't release
- 11:55Speaker 1: the until Puff paid, and it was a little tricky
- 11:57Speaker 1: getting the money out of Puff. Now, his cheapness apparently
- 12:00Speaker 1: has bit him in the bottom because that footage that
- 12:04Speaker 1: was filmed in a hotel room, It was not filmed
- 12:06Speaker 1: at Bottlenos, It was not filmed on the street. It's
- 12:08Speaker 1: in a hotel room, so it's a very closed environment.
- 12:12Speaker 1: That ended up in fifty cents documentary on Netflix because
- 12:17Speaker 1: they bought the rights to it, and the only people
- 12:19Speaker 1: you could buy them from did he wasn't selling them,
- 12:22Speaker 1: was clearly the videographer. So be careful here. If you're
- 12:25Speaker 1: going to allow somebody to follow you around, make sure
- 12:27Speaker 1: you sign a contract before you start filming. Make sure
- 12:30Speaker 1: you own that footage, make sure you pay for that footage.
- 12:33Speaker 1: The other thing too, that's interesting about this is that
- 12:35Speaker 1: did his lawyers are calling you to legal footage stolen footage. However, Mark,
- 12:40Speaker 1: We've worked for some really big companies. Netflix do not
- 12:44Speaker 1: play about like this. You can't put a photograph on television.
- 12:48Speaker 1: When I had my morning show on v H one,
- 12:50Speaker 1: we had lawyers and I could not show a photograph
- 12:54Speaker 1: on the Telly unless I had the rights to it.
- 12:57Speaker 1: So there's no way that Netflix were like, well, just
- 13:00Speaker 1: wing this, We'll just there the footage. No, this is
- 13:03Speaker 1: all cleared through Netflix and lawyers. And that's how I'm
- 13:07Speaker 1: told they got the footage. What do you think? I mean?
- 13:09Speaker 2: I love it, and it's true rub clearing photos music,
- 13:13Speaker 2: it's a beast and it's they don't make mistakes in
- 13:16Speaker 2: that way. I will say, though, this is the ultimate
- 13:18Speaker 2: harmor for him, and it's just you know, it highlights
- 13:21Speaker 2: his narcissism. He was recording himself as he's about to
- 13:25Speaker 2: get arrested, and here you go. You shared this gift
- 13:28Speaker 2: with all of us.
- 13:28Speaker 1: So this gift when I was working with Puff those
- 13:33Speaker 1: months and months he didn't pay my bill. And I
- 13:35Speaker 1: was working for a big company and the accountants and
- 13:38Speaker 1: the head of the company would call me and say,
- 13:41Speaker 1: the whole team has to stop all work on Diddy
- 13:43Speaker 1: till we get a check. And it was so awkward.
- 13:45Speaker 1: I'd have to call him and say, Puff, we can't
- 13:47Speaker 1: do any work on your account. And they did have to,
- 13:49Speaker 1: like messenger a check over that morning. I'd have to
- 13:52Speaker 1: send an intern up to his account. It was really strange.
- 13:55Speaker 1: You think that these big companies would be really buttoned up,
- 13:57Speaker 1: but sloppy, sloppy, sloppy, And this is okay, this story
- 14:01Speaker 1: makes me a little bit sad. So Christopher Schwarzenegger has
- 14:04Speaker 1: lost a tunnel wight. He was always adorable, but now
- 14:07Speaker 1: he's getting mistaken for somebody that clearly triggers him.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Yes, So, sources connected to the Schwarzenegger family tell us
- 14:17Speaker 2: that Christopher Schwarzenegger was privately upset after being widely mistaken
- 14:21Speaker 2: online for his half brother Joseph Benea recent photos. And
- 14:26Speaker 2: I mean, not gonna lie, I kind of I thought
- 14:28Speaker 2: the same, So.
- 14:29Speaker 1: I thought he did.
- 14:31Speaker 2: The mixup sparked viral speculation about the supposed Galoa, prompting
- 14:36Speaker 2: comparisons that insider say Christopher found uncomfortable and discouraging. He
- 14:40Speaker 2: spent years focusing on his personal health and confidence, and
- 14:43Speaker 2: he had hoped that the public appearance would be received
- 14:47Speaker 2: on its own terms instead of Social media quickly flooded
- 14:50Speaker 2: posts attributing his photos to his half brother.
- 14:53Speaker 1: He did look like him and this half brother. It's
- 14:55Speaker 1: really messy. If you remember, his dad cheated on the
- 14:57Speaker 1: maid Mildred and he was married at the time to
- 15:02Speaker 1: Maria Schneider, and then Mildred out of the Sun and
- 15:05Speaker 1: there was a photograph of the Sun who was like fifteen.
- 15:07Speaker 1: We're like, he looked just like Arnold, and even Maria,
- 15:09Speaker 1: even Maria was like that baby that my maid's baby
- 15:13Speaker 1: looks like my I mean, we all knew Arnold was
- 15:16Speaker 1: the father. Well, no wonder, Christopher looks like his half brother.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Arnold clearly has strong jeans, strong DNA. They do look similar.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Book God, Good Grief talk about being triggered, because it's
- 15:27Speaker 1: not it's not that you don't like look like someone
- 15:29Speaker 1: that's handsome. It's flattering to say you look like this
- 15:32Speaker 1: guy is a really hot guy. The problem is is
- 15:35Speaker 1: that you know how that guy came into existence, and
- 15:38Speaker 1: it involves the maid and in invulsion mother, it involves Mildred,
- 15:42Speaker 1: it involves Maria. Oh, sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. You can't you
- 15:47Speaker 1: can't ever get away with it. Every time Chris looks
- 15:50Speaker 1: in the mirror he sees Joseph's face, it's just, oh,
- 15:55Speaker 1: breaks my heart a little bit. Okay, we're going to
- 15:56Speaker 1: take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Welcome back to the naughty but nic Sham your hair
- 16:03Speaker 1: strum Shooter with our dear friend Mark Lupo. Hey LOUPI,
- 16:06Speaker 1: let's get to the polls done, don da. So Matt
- 16:09Speaker 1: Loward does indeed want to make a media come back.
- 16:11Speaker 1: People Magazine had this big revelation that he wants to
- 16:14Speaker 1: come back. No, yeah, we all knew that. The problem
- 16:17Speaker 1: is what he wants to come back to doesn't exist anymore.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Matt has been out of the business eight years now
- 16:22Speaker 1: and it's changed. He's not going to be Don Lemon,
- 16:24Speaker 1: He's not doing a YouTube show. He's not going to
- 16:26Speaker 1: be Megan Kelly saying really controversial stuff to get viewers.
- 16:30Speaker 1: That's just not who Matt is. So where does he go.
- 16:33Speaker 1: CNN didn't want him, Fox News don't want that. Networks
- 16:36Speaker 1: aren't going to hire him. So unless he's willing to
- 16:38Speaker 1: start a podcast or go on a reality show or
- 16:40Speaker 1: walk around the street asking people questions like Donnie's doing,
- 16:44Speaker 1: I love it, but that is not that loud. DoD
- 16:47Speaker 1: was always sloppy, even when he was at CNN, he
- 16:49Speaker 1: pretended to be quite polished. But the done you see
- 16:52Speaker 1: now is like the brick that you see. It's the
- 16:53Speaker 1: true it's the true version of him. Matt. I've met
- 16:56Speaker 1: Matt many many times. I've had dinner with him. I've
- 16:58Speaker 1: been at house parties with him. He's quite He's not
- 17:01Speaker 1: sloppy like that, and so I just don't see this return.
- 17:04Speaker 1: But my question was, would you watch him if Matt
- 17:06Speaker 1: came back, would you watch him? Let's have a look. Ooh,
- 17:10Speaker 1: seventy five percent said no. Over Matt Lauer, I think,
- 17:12Speaker 1: I think, I think I am too. I liked him
- 17:15Speaker 1: on the show, but I got to admit those accusations
- 17:17Speaker 1: did sting, and I was like, oh, I would feel
- 17:19Speaker 1: a little a little sloppy watching him now. Okay, don't
- 17:22Speaker 1: forget to vote on Today's paul A Tough question today,
- 17:25Speaker 1: make a markl and her dad. Mark, I could go
- 17:27Speaker 1: either way on that one. You said that I could.
- 17:29Speaker 1: I understand why she's not jumping on the plane, but
- 17:32Speaker 1: he's still it's your dad and he's really, really sick.
- 17:35Speaker 1: So go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice
- 17:38Speaker 1: rob at facebook page is Naughty Gossip and be sure
- 17:41Speaker 1: to chair by Dammar rou to hear your results. And now,
- 17:44Speaker 1: oh this is a serious one, but it is the
- 17:46Speaker 1: nicest of the day.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Oh wow. So Sidney Crawford has been laser focused on
- 17:54Speaker 2: supporting her son Presley. Let me explain why So is
- 17:58Speaker 2: close to Sydney, tell me and tell us the podcast
- 18:01Speaker 2: that the supermodel is prioritizing her son Presley above all
- 18:04Speaker 2: else as he continues to speak out publicly about his
- 18:07Speaker 2: personal struggles. Now, family insiders say cropperd has embraced a
- 18:12Speaker 2: full focused, full support approach, encouraging honesty and emphasizing emotional
- 18:17Speaker 2: safety over public perception.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Wow. Well, because in the video shock It, he put
- 18:22Speaker 1: out a video clearly struggling. A lot of people were like, oh,
- 18:24Speaker 1: I embarrassing for his family. I'm told the opposite, Cindy
- 18:27Speaker 1: is not embarrassed. This is happening. She's got to help
- 18:30Speaker 1: and all she cares about is protecting her son. It
- 18:33Speaker 1: must be awful to grow up being Cindy Crawford Randy
- 18:37Speaker 1: Goebbers so and you think of all the good things
- 18:38Speaker 1: about it, all the money or the prestige, all the privilege,
- 18:42Speaker 1: but it's also, well, what are you going to do
- 18:44Speaker 1: with your life? A few years ago we got a
- 18:45Speaker 1: face tattoo, and remember we were like, good grief, what's
- 18:48Speaker 1: going on? And they sort of downplayed it. Now I'm
- 18:51Speaker 1: told Cindy and the family are not downplaying this. They
- 18:53Speaker 1: know it's serious and they're there to help him and
- 18:55Speaker 1: they want transparacy. Would they rather him stay offline and
- 18:59Speaker 1: do this privately? Course every parent would, but that is
- 19:02Speaker 1: not what's going to happen here. Hey, you're sending you
- 19:04Speaker 1: our best and nan I naughty is the day, naughty, naughty, naughty.
- 19:07Speaker 1: I love this. Simon Cowl and Ryan Seacrest feud is
- 19:10Speaker 1: heated up. So I knew for a long time, but
- 19:12Speaker 1: they were not that close. They got on each other's
- 19:14Speaker 1: nerves a little bit. So Simon sort of takes complete
- 19:18Speaker 1: credit for discovering Ryan. If you remember American Idol did
- 19:21Speaker 1: put him on the map. I've never heard of Ryan
- 19:23Speaker 1: Seacrest until American Idol, and Simon was sort of the
- 19:25Speaker 1: boss of that show, so he really thinks he invented Ryan. Well,
- 19:28Speaker 1: Ryan's gone on to tremendous success, and he was asked
- 19:31Speaker 1: recently about Ryan, and he said that he always wanted
- 19:34Speaker 1: to be famous, and he does not really follow Ryan's career.
- 19:37Speaker 1: That's a dick. How can you not? He's everywhere? And
- 19:40Speaker 1: so we had a little bit of a dig here.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Industry sources tell me that Ryan thinks Simon uses him
- 19:47Speaker 1: as a punchline when he wants to get attention. He's
- 19:50Speaker 1: tired of it, and another added that Simon's comments stem
- 19:54Speaker 1: from a sense of ownership over his early career. These two,
- 19:59Speaker 1: what makes this so funny is they're both doing so well.
- 20:02Speaker 1: There's no losers like. They're both worth millions and millions
- 20:05Speaker 1: of dollars. They're both super super successful. So you two
- 20:08Speaker 1: go to war and I will sit back and enjoy
- 20:11Speaker 1: every minute of it. It's fascinated, isn't it? Here? A
- 20:14Speaker 1: little tension. We knew about it, Mark, but now it's
- 20:16Speaker 1: act in the open.
- 20:17Speaker 2: I thought it was a joke, honestly, but you know
- 20:20Speaker 2: I've met Simon before and he does not care. He
- 20:22Speaker 2: has no cares. So I believe all this.
- 20:26Speaker 1: I believe all of it. Let's said, with the moment
- 20:28Speaker 1: of rob, you're gonna rob, you gonna rob, You're gonna rob,
- 20:30Speaker 1: you get a rob, don't take this the wrong way?
- 20:34Speaker 1: That have you ever said that? Mark, don't take this
- 20:36Speaker 1: the wrong way? Don't say this is the wrong way.
- 20:38Speaker 1: I've said it so many times. It has a zero
- 20:40Speaker 1: success rater zero because the moment you say it, someone's
- 20:44Speaker 1: brain goes into defensive mode. If I say to you, Mark,
- 20:47Speaker 1: don't take this the wrong way. Both before I've even
- 20:49Speaker 1: told you the butt, you're in defensive mode. So stop
- 20:53Speaker 1: out sourcing your discomfort to a disclaimer, because that's basically
- 20:56Speaker 1: what it is. It's a disclaimer because you're uncomfortable. If
- 20:59Speaker 1: something matters, say it, say it with clarity and kindness
- 21:02Speaker 1: and ownership. Try this and stead here's what I'm feeling.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Here's while this is important. When you drop that protective
- 21:11Speaker 1: pre amble, then you build some trust instead of tension.
- 21:16Speaker 1: So once again, let's let's get rid of the phrase
- 21:20Speaker 1: don't take this the wrong way because it has zero
- 21:24Speaker 1: success rate. Hey, that is it for today. Thank you
- 21:27Speaker 1: so much for listening. They're not a Bit Nice with
- 21:28Speaker 1: Rob and Mark Show, a production of Elvis Duran and iHeartRadio.

- 21:39Speaker 1: going to be naughty, if you've got to, let me
- 21:42Speaker 1: hear you nice. Let's don't care everybody nice with Rah
