Speaker 1: probably overcome us. But when we have the full armor

Speaker 1: all the schemes, all of them, and the strategies and

Speaker 1: the deceits of the devil, we can be successful and

Speaker 1: we can stand because we had the full armor of God.

Speaker 1: So this is spiritual warfare. This is definitely some scripture

Speaker 1: that you can read in Ephesians chapter six that you

Speaker 1: will get to an understanding of how powerful God has

Speaker 1: weapons of warfare against the enemy, and how we can

Speaker 1: we're still in victory because we're shielding ourselves from all

Speaker 1: kinds of things that the enemy is throwing at us daily.

Speaker 1: Have you noticed that the enemy never stops doing his thing?

Speaker 1: So that's an indicator for me at least that I

Speaker 1: should not stop doing God's thing in my life either.

Speaker 1: The enemy is always waiting for opportunity to get us

Speaker 1: when we are at our weakest. Amen. He has legions

Speaker 1: and legions of demons roaming throughout the earth. He's not omnipresent,

Speaker 1: he's not warring against God. He's already defeated the Lord,

Speaker 1: already defeated the devil. But what he's doing because he's old,

Speaker 1: and he's deceitful, and he's patient, literally patient. He's waiting

Speaker 1: try to attack me. And I think he could see

Speaker 1: when we had the full armor of God on. I'm

Speaker 1: just saying, but he'll continually shoot his fiery darts to

Speaker 1: see who those fiery darts will penetrate, who those fiery

Speaker 1: darts will hit, who those fiery darts will damage a man.

Speaker 1: But it's about staying rooted in who Christ Jesus is.

Speaker 1: we have everything we need to live a holy, righteous,

Speaker 1: successful life. When we're standing against the devil schemes. Number one,

Speaker 1: the Truth means we stay rooted in the word of God.

Speaker 1: in God to extinguish any temptation, to distinguish any fiery

Speaker 1: we have this helmet, this helmet that we put on,

Speaker 1: and that helps us to guide and guard our mind, right,

Speaker 1: the helmet of salvation. So many voices, so many things

Speaker 1: coming our way as believers. Our eyes are open, our

Speaker 1: as well, but we need to guard our mind and heart.

Speaker 1: Philippians chapter four and eight. If you ever read that scripture. Basically,

Speaker 1: about noble things, think about pure and lovely things, things

Speaker 1: that are praise worthy men. When we have the helmet

Speaker 1: of salvation, we're reminded of the heavenly way of thinking.

Speaker 1: We're reminded that we are transformed and renewed in our

Speaker 1: mind Romans chapter twelve. We are reminded of who we

Speaker 1: are in Christ, and who we are in Christ. We're

Speaker 1: reminded of our newness in life. We were reminded of

Speaker 1: our victorious ways in Christ Jesus, not in of religion,

Speaker 1: not in our specific church building, not because of a

Speaker 1: specific apostle pit, evangelist, prophet teacher. Those are people who

Speaker 1: help help us to be equipped and go ahead and

Speaker 1: do the works of the ministry. Ultimately is God who

Speaker 1: gives us the victory. Ultimate is God's Holy Spirit, Holy

Speaker 1: Spirit God that guides us into all truth. And we're

Speaker 1: guarding our mind and we're guarding our hearts because we

Speaker 1: have the helmet of salvation. Amen. So to be strategic,

Speaker 1: we need to avoid environments that might challenge who we

Speaker 1: are in Christ. Entertainment is very dangerous sometimes because if

Speaker 1: you get into the wrong pieces of entertainment that please

Speaker 1: not the spirit but pleases the flesh, you might get trapped, right,

Speaker 1: You might be in some kind of trap that the

Speaker 1: enemy has placed in front of you. And men to

Speaker 1: be mindful of those environments of entertainment, right, and the

Speaker 1: influences that open the door to sin. That's why the

Speaker 1: Bible is very clear bad company corrupts good character, good morals. Amen.

Speaker 1: So if you surround yourself with bad company, amen, and

Speaker 1: you're trying to stay, if you're trying to be the

Speaker 1: influencer on your own strength and you're not rooting that

Speaker 1: in Christ and you're not using wisdom, you're not using

Speaker 1: what you know, Amen, you might be in a trap

Speaker 1: and you might fall and slip and make a mistake.

Speaker 1: And also remember people are following you. You say you're

Speaker 1: born again believer. People are following you. They're watching your

Speaker 1: and how you react when times get rough, when you

Speaker 1: go through bad situations, when you lose loved ones, Amen,

Speaker 1: when you have to admit sin, and when you have

Speaker 1: to ask somebody to forgive you for sinning. They're watching

Speaker 1: because deep down inside the world knows that a believer

Speaker 1: in Christ should be different, and we should be handling

Speaker 1: We're in this world, the Bible says, but we're not

Speaker 1: all this world. So we shouldn't be adopting anything from

Speaker 1: we're doing. Because we have the holiness of God, the

Speaker 1: righteousness of God. We're a royal priesthood right, we are
