- 0:06Speaker 1: and grassroots and they've disintermediated the entire donor class, dis
- 0:11Speaker 1: mediated the entire consulting class. And this is a revolution.

- 3:01Speaker 2: Update and it starts right now.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 3:04Speaker 2: I want you to understand the magnitude of what we're
- 3:07Speaker 2: learning about the organized legal resistance to President Donald Trump.
- 3:11Speaker 2: I'm talking about liberal ages conspiring to go after Donald
- 3:16Speaker 2: Trump with law fair months before he became president. Yet again, now,
- 3:21Speaker 2: Democrats not only they spend years telling Americans that Donald
- 3:25Speaker 2: Trump was a threat to democracy, they also told you
- 3:29Speaker 2: elections were sacred. They told you voters must be respected,
- 3:34Speaker 2: and they told you that when the American people speak
- 3:37Speaker 2: of the ballot box, especially if it's for a Democrat,
- 3:41Speaker 2: then you must accept the results. But apparently Democrat attorney
- 3:46Speaker 2: generals around the country they didn't see any of it
- 3:49Speaker 2: that way. In fact, they were preparing for something very different.
- 3:55Speaker 2: In the new shocking allegations. Months before Americans voted in
- 3:59Speaker 2: the twenty twenty four President Joe election, Democrat attorney generals
- 4:04Speaker 2: conspired together on how they would fight a second Trump
- 4:09Speaker 2: administration in court if he won.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Now, I want you to.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Think about the significance of that. Donald Trump hadn't won yet,
- 4:17Speaker 2: Kamala Harris hadn't lost yet. In fact, Joe Biden was
- 4:20Speaker 2: still the nominee. The American people hadn't cast their ballots
- 4:25Speaker 2: even early voting yet, and Trump hadn't even taken the
- 4:29Speaker 2: oath of office. Now, not only that, but Donald Trump
- 4:32Speaker 2: hadn't signed a single executive order because Joe Biden was
- 4:35Speaker 2: still the president. And Democrat Attorney general said, hold on
- 4:39Speaker 2: a second, we got to get ready to tie up
- 4:42Speaker 2: Trump if he wins with a full out legal war.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Now this isn't speculation. After the fact, we now know
- 4:51Speaker 2: this is what was really going on. The Democrat Attorney
- 4:54Speaker 2: General's Association itself later highlighted reporting the Democrat governors and
- 5:01Speaker 2: attorney generals had spent months strategizing about how to respond
- 5:06Speaker 2: to a potential second Trump administration. For example, the New
- 5:11Speaker 2: York Attorney General, Letitia James has said that attorney generals
- 5:16Speaker 2: began meeting before the election to discuss fighting Donald Trump
- 5:20Speaker 2: in his second term. And after Trump won, according to
- 5:24Speaker 2: subsequent reporting, now Democrat ages dramatically intensified their coordination. In
- 5:30Speaker 2: other words, they were ready, and boy did they use it.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Donald Trump. They said, you know what, he takes office
- 5:38Speaker 2: January twentieth, and the lawsuits, well, they started flying, one
- 5:42Speaker 2: after another, executive orders, federal funding, immigration, environmental regulations, government restructuring,
- 5:51Speaker 2: federal employees, education, health policy, even elections and tariffs. Whatever
- 5:59Speaker 2: the policy fight was, the Democrat attorney generals turned to
- 6:04Speaker 2: the courtroom and they made that into their battlefield. And
- 6:08Speaker 2: by April the first of twenty twenty six, the Democrat
- 6:12Speaker 2: Attorney General's Association proudly announced something extraordinary. Democrat Attorney generals
- 6:19Speaker 2: had collectively filed their one hundredth lawsuit against the Trump administration.
- 6:25Speaker 2: This is lawfare, and they were celebrating it. One hunderd lawsuits,
- 6:29Speaker 2: not in four years, just over a year into Trump's
- 6:33Speaker 2: second term, and their own political organization celebrated it. And
- 6:37Speaker 2: by the way, they were wasting your tax dollars because
- 6:40Speaker 2: you're the one paying the legal fees. So I think
- 6:43Speaker 2: Americans are entitled to ask this question, at what point
- 6:47Speaker 2: does a legitimate constitutional oversight become organized political lawfare, because
- 6:53Speaker 2: the attorney generals absolutely have a constitutional role if a
- 6:58Speaker 2: president exceeds his authorities state to have the right to
- 7:00Speaker 2: challenge the federal government. Now, Republican attorney generals did that
- 7:04Speaker 2: with Barack Obama, and they did it with Joe Biden.
- 7:07Speaker 2: But the difference here is this Democrat attorney generals did
- 7:11Speaker 2: it during Trump's first administration. That is the part of
- 7:15Speaker 2: the American system. But this is where it becomes so
- 7:18Speaker 2: much different. The second time, they were already conspiring. They
- 7:24Speaker 2: were already preparing the legal machinery before Trump had even
- 7:29Speaker 2: been elected, before you had even been able to cast
- 7:32Speaker 2: your vote. They didn't know what actions President Trump would
- 7:36Speaker 2: ultimately take. It didn't matter. They didn't know precisely what
- 7:40Speaker 2: regulations would be issued. Again, it didn't matter. They didn't
- 7:45Speaker 2: know which executive orders would survive the internal policy process
- 7:49Speaker 2: and yet again it didn't matter. They knew one thing.
- 7:53Speaker 2: If Trump won, they were going to be ready to
- 7:56Speaker 2: sue him, to stop him in court on anything he did.
- 8:00Speaker 2: In other words, they said, if the American people choose Trump,
- 8:04Speaker 2: we're going to undermine the will of the people. We're
- 8:07Speaker 2: going to undermine their vote, We're going to undermine the country.
- 8:13Speaker 2: We're going to undermine free and fair elections. We're going
- 8:16Speaker 2: to undermine it all to stop the agenda that the
- 8:20Speaker 2: American people actually voted for. That is what all of
- 8:26Speaker 2: this coordination was really all about, which brings me to
- 8:31Speaker 2: the big point here. This wasn't merely a reaction to
- 8:35Speaker 2: something Trump did. This was a setup of a resistance
- 8:40Speaker 2: infrastructure weaponizing our government through the Democratic Party and the
- 8:46Speaker 2: attorney generals to stop the will of the people. Democrats
- 8:50Speaker 2: spent four years saying Republicans need to respect election results. Okay, well,
- 8:55Speaker 2: Donald Trump won the election in twenty twenty four, he
- 8:58Speaker 2: wins the electoral college, who's the popular vote, Republicans win
- 9:02Speaker 2: control of Congress. The voters gave Trump another term, they
- 9:05Speaker 2: gave him a mandate. And what do they do. The
- 9:09Speaker 2: Democratic Attorney general said, we're waiting at the courthouse door,
- 9:13Speaker 2: and we're going to stop everything you want to do
- 9:16Speaker 2: that the American people voted for. Now, Democrat ags have
- 9:21Speaker 2: won injunctions and other favorable rulings in many of these
- 9:24Speaker 2: cases early on. Much of it, by the way, is
- 9:27Speaker 2: then overturned by the other courts after they get out
- 9:30Speaker 2: of the activist judge's way. And then Democrats are now
- 9:34Speaker 2: saying they're never going to stop.
- 9:36Speaker 4: This is their new policy.
- 9:39Speaker 2: They want to freeze anybody out who is elected by
- 9:42Speaker 2: the American people they don't agree with. I want you
- 9:46Speaker 2: to hear what Senator Ted Cruz had to say about
- 9:48Speaker 2: all of this, and what a threat this is truly
- 9:51Speaker 2: to this country and our democracy in general. That's who
- 9:55Speaker 2: he is. Finally, I want to get to this other story,
- 9:57Speaker 2: and it deals with ags conspiring to go after after
- 10:00Speaker 2: Donald Trump's months ahead of his reelect. Let's tell people
- 10:05Speaker 2: what we found out.
- 10:06Speaker 4: Well, another story that broke its headlined Democrat ags planned
- 10:11Speaker 4: to sue Trump nearly seven months before he was re elected.
- 10:16Speaker 4: There it is nearly two dozen state attorneys general banded
- 10:19Speaker 4: together as early as April twenty twenty four to plot
- 10:23Speaker 4: litigation against President Donald Trump, long before he was reelected,
- 10:27Speaker 4: According to a confidential document attained by The Center Square,
- 10:30Speaker 4: The document was signed approximately three months before President Joe
- 10:34Speaker 4: Biden exited from the race and Vice President Kamala Harris
- 10:37Speaker 4: became the Democratic nominee for president. It was signed nearly
- 10:41Speaker 4: seven months before Trump was re elected by two point
- 10:44Speaker 4: three million more votes than Harris, almost nine months before
- 10:48Speaker 4: he was inaugurated. State attorneys general has sued the Trump
- 10:51Speaker 4: administration nearly one hundred times since January twenty twenty five.
- 10:57Speaker 4: The coordinated effort appears to have a nickname quote the
- 11:00Speaker 4: Project for Federal Accountability. Not all of the lawsuits have
- 11:04Speaker 4: been joined by each attorney general, and some offices take
- 11:06Speaker 4: a lead on different cases. At the last count California
- 11:10Speaker 4: Attorney General Rob Bonta has participated in eighty two lawsuits.
- 11:15Speaker 4: Colorado Attorney General Phil Wiser has joined at least seventy
- 11:18Speaker 4: five lawsuits. Washington State Attorney General Brown has joined seventy lawsuits.
- 11:24Speaker 4: Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays has joined forty six lawsuits.
- 11:30Speaker 4: At a news conference on Tuesday, Montes stated the lawsuits
- 11:33Speaker 4: are a political yeah right. He announced the lawsuits have
- 11:37Speaker 4: cost California taxpayers nineteen million dollars and he will continue
- 11:42Speaker 4: to file them as needed. If Trump doesn't want to
- 11:45Speaker 4: get sued, all he has to do is follow the law.
- 11:48Speaker 4: Bonta said, I don't think our cases are likely to
- 11:50Speaker 4: be dismissed. Trump shows no sign of slowing down, so
- 11:53Speaker 4: we will continue to sue him. This is an example
- 11:56Speaker 4: where the deep state in the Democrat machine, they like
- 12:00Speaker 4: to talk about we support democracy. They beat their chest,
- 12:03Speaker 4: we're four democracy. Yeah, today's democrats hate democracy. And I
- 12:08Speaker 4: don't mean to be provocative in that statement, but if
- 12:11Speaker 4: they actually respected democracy, they would say, you know what,
- 12:15Speaker 4: the voters get to choose who the president's gonna be.
- 12:18Speaker 4: We're gonna have an election November twenty twenty four, and
- 12:21Speaker 4: they're going to choose either Donald Trump or initially it
- 12:24Speaker 4: was Joe Biden. But then when they realized Joe Biden
- 12:27Speaker 4: was deep into dimension was no longer capable of winning,
- 12:30Speaker 4: they threw Joe Biden overboard. They tossed him into a
- 12:33Speaker 4: shark pit and immediately inserted Kamala Harris, who nobody had
- 12:37Speaker 4: voted for. YEP, and when Trump won, they do not care.
- 12:42Speaker 4: They're using law fair to destroy him. And understand these
- 12:45Speaker 4: Democrat ags joined together to do so seven months before
- 12:51Speaker 4: he was elected president. Because they don't care what the
- 12:53Speaker 4: voters say. They want power and they're willing to abuse
- 12:57Speaker 4: the system to get it.
- 13:00Speaker 2: How big of a deal is this moving into the midterms,
- 13:02Speaker 2: It's a massive deal. You need to know exactly who's
- 13:06Speaker 2: on the ballot. You need to understand what the Democrats
- 13:08Speaker 2: are going to continue to do moving forward. They made
- 13:12Speaker 2: it clear lawfare is part of their strategy. They've made
- 13:16Speaker 2: it clear that they're going to continue to elect and
- 13:18Speaker 2: they're going to continue to re elect any individual that's
- 13:22Speaker 2: willing to use their position of power to silence and
- 13:26Speaker 2: shut down the American people and their will. Make no mistake,
- 13:30Speaker 2: this isn't just an attack on Donald Trump. This is
- 13:33Speaker 2: an attack on the American voter. And what the Democrats
- 13:37Speaker 2: are now saying is if an American voter votes for
- 13:41Speaker 2: someone they don't like, not only will they go after
- 13:44Speaker 2: that person, but they will go after their agenda using lawfair.
- 13:49Speaker 2: They will do whatever they can to stop the will
- 13:53Speaker 2: of the American people. This is so much bigger than
- 13:56Speaker 2: Donald Trump. This is about a man Erica's freedom and
- 14:01Speaker 2: democracy and the will of the people being silenced by
- 14:06Speaker 2: radicals on the left who are abusing their power each
- 14:09Speaker 2: and every day.
