Speaker 1: I noticed a technical glitch. I had accidentally included a

Speaker 1: private recording at the end of that podcast, as well

Speaker 1: as the podcast on religious Trauma and Faith. It was

Speaker 1: something I didn't intend to share. It was my own

Speaker 1: personal affirmations, and normally I wouldn't share those affirmations with

Speaker 1: you until I fully processed them, and they've become a

Speaker 1: part of my way of living. But there it was

Speaker 1: live for two days at the end of the Religious

Speaker 1: Trauma show, and for a moment when I realized it,

Speaker 1: I was mortified. I gassed. I shouted, Oh my God

Speaker 1: and loudly, and I wanted to crawl under the bed.

Speaker 1: But then something shifted. I took a breath, and I said,

Speaker 1: let it go. I fixed the technical issue and I

Speaker 1: removed the episode on religious trauma. And even though I

Speaker 1: love that conversation in guidance it offered, it's no longer

Speaker 1: who I am, and then after that I didn't know

Speaker 1: what to do with myself. I grabbed a coffee, I

Speaker 1: sat down, I started working on some notes about a

Speaker 1: manifestation method I've been working on, and then something clicked.

Speaker 1: I knew I needed to do this show. So here's

Speaker 1: the truth. I'm in the middle of a major shift

Speaker 1: at Intuitive Coaching with Amy, and I need to speak

Speaker 1: to you the person who knows that they're meant for

Speaker 1: more but needs the right energetic alignment and strategy to

Speaker 1: claim it. I've spent a lot of time lately getting

Speaker 1: crystal clear on who my ideal client is, and the

Speaker 1: person I'm calling in now isn't the same person I

Speaker 1: used to serve. They're operating at a much higher level

Speaker 1: of consciousness and they're ready for real transformation, not just inspiration.

Speaker 1: Even though the religious trauma episode came from my heart

Speaker 1: and it truly did, it wasn't aligned with the client

Speaker 1: I'm available for now. That episode was for someone I've

Speaker 1: already helped, not someone I'm meant to help next. And

Speaker 1: the bigger truth here is that I am in a

Speaker 1: full on business identity shift, and I don't think we

Speaker 1: talk enough about what it really looks like and feels

Speaker 1: like behind the scenes, because you can do all the

Speaker 1: right things strategically, energetically, and spiritually and it still feel

Speaker 1: like something's off. I knew it, I could feel it

Speaker 1: in my body, and that's what we're talking about here today.

Speaker 1: So as of late, I've done all this clarity work,

Speaker 1: refining my desire, my vision, my identity, but I wasn't

Speaker 1: seeing the shift I wanted. Quite frankly, I wasn't feeling anything.

Speaker 1: I was doing a lot of practices and I was

Speaker 1: doing a lot of business related work, but nothing was

Speaker 1: invoking a feeling. And during this time, I've just continued

Speaker 1: to attract the same type of business that I was

Speaker 1: consciously moving away from. And you know, I'm always grateful

Speaker 1: for business, but I did need to stop and say, huh,

Speaker 1: what needs to change? And that question led me to

Speaker 1: create a new set of affirmations centered around overflow. At first,

Speaker 1: and for many years now, I thought overflow was just financial.

Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, I heard that word from

Speaker 1: a money teacher, and so extra money, abundance, prosperity, more

Speaker 1: than enough, That's what I thought overflow was. But what

Speaker 1: I've come to understand is that Overflow is a frequency.

Speaker 1: It's not just about money. It's a frequency that can

Speaker 1: be used for love. It can be used for leadership,

Speaker 1: it can be used for opportunity, it can be used

Speaker 1: for joy health. Overflow is a state you can embody,

Speaker 1: and when you do, your outer world shifts to match.

Speaker 1: So I crafted these affirmations on overflow separate from money.

Speaker 1: I have tons on overflow and money that I've made,

Speaker 1: but this was just on the energy of overflow. And

Speaker 1: I did a lot of research and processing to get

Speaker 1: to a place where I could craft some affirmations that

Speaker 1: I could then record and listen to over and over

Speaker 1: and over and over again, because that's the way I

Speaker 1: do it. And in twenty four hours of listening to

Speaker 1: that recording, I felt a shift results begin to show up.

Speaker 1: I was moving in the direction of locking in a

Speaker 1: new state of being. Big desires require a big identity upgrade.

Speaker 1: Smaller manifestations used to show up for me. Without deep

Speaker 1: inner work, I might do some, but nothing like what

Speaker 1: I've been doing now. Because what I'm calling in is

Speaker 1: so significant. I can't pretend that in those silent moments

Speaker 1: that it's working if it doesn't feel like it's working.

Speaker 1: In my body. I know, I know when it's working.

Speaker 1: It's a part of my psychic gift, and so I

Speaker 1: had to stop and really look at who I was being.

Speaker 1: So I'll tell you this about this stas I'm going

Speaker 1: through spiritually. There's no high. It's not sexy, it's quiet,

Speaker 1: it's subtle, it's focus, and I can tell you it

Speaker 1: works and it works fast, which was my intention. And

Speaker 1: that's where most people stop, especially the clients I've worked

Speaker 1: with in the past. But I won't stop here, and

Speaker 1: neither will the client that i'm calling forward. So I'll

Speaker 1: say it, and I'll say it directly. I am here

Speaker 1: to serve the spiritual elite, the one who's ready to

Speaker 1: ask what needs to shift to me energetically to move forward.

Speaker 1: I'm not here to be the psychic bestie. I'm here

Speaker 1: to help you transcend your timeline and build a life

Speaker 1: that reflects your highest self. If you hold a frequency

Speaker 1: for long enough, no matter what it is, it will repeat.

Speaker 1: I learned this years ago while manifesting a long term relationship,

Speaker 1: friends with benefits, thinking that would evolve into marriage. But

Speaker 1: it was only when I addressed my worthiness issues, receptivity,

Speaker 1: learned about men and shifted my identity to a person

Speaker 1: who dates, not who makes friends with the man. Then

Speaker 1: I was able to attract marriage. And that's how I

Speaker 1: approach business now. And in this tender and its very

Speaker 1: tender phase, what comforts me is listening to affirmations over

Speaker 1: and over and over again, because that's how I break

Speaker 1: the panic loop. I craft very specific affirmations designed to

Speaker 1: cut through the fluff and speak to my heart. Because

Speaker 1: here's the truth. Overflow isn't about efforting. It's not about overfunctioning,

Speaker 1: which is deeply unhealthy. It's alignment, its identity, its embodiment.

Speaker 1: The panic that used to light a fire in me

Speaker 1: business panic, money panic. I get into that survival mode

Speaker 1: and I was unstoppable. After the initial shock of it all,

Speaker 1: I could solve almost anything. But then I started to

Speaker 1: notice after fifteen years, it only got me so far.

Speaker 1: And so now I can say to you in this

Speaker 1: recording that energy isn't welcome anymore. It's what kept me

Speaker 1: in client calls where people spent sixty minutes looping in

Speaker 1: their story, leaving us only thirty minutes to actually create transformation.

Speaker 1: And at that point you know, you loop a story

Speaker 1: for sixty minutes straight, you're exhausted, and so it was

Speaker 1: heartbreaking to not be able to focus on what I

Speaker 1: was called to do. And I get it. It wasn't

Speaker 1: anybody's fault but mine. I allowed it, and now I

Speaker 1: have to shift it. I have to shift it in

Speaker 1: real time. This is my life, this is my livelihood,

Speaker 1: and most importantly, because it's a misuse of one of

Speaker 1: the best psychics on the planet, I know myself to

Speaker 1: be one of the best psychics on the planet. So

Speaker 1: that's why I've built the affirmations. I've done all this

Speaker 1: deep work to release, rewire and activate overflow, which is

Speaker 1: no more collapsing, there's no more spiraling, there's no more looping,

Speaker 1: just clarity and power and precision. There have been moments

Speaker 1: where everything had shifted today you know what I'm talking about,

Speaker 1: Like everything shifted in that moment, and I did that

Speaker 1: exceptionally well, and it was because I tapped into an

Speaker 1: energy I needed on demand. But it was usually associated

Speaker 1: with a crisis, a panic, something going wrong, like the

Speaker 1: day my mom had a seizure while I was on

Speaker 1: the phone with her. I've said this before. My mom

Speaker 1: had a seizure disorder, one of her many health ailments,

Speaker 1: and at the time I was living very far away

Speaker 1: and they didn't know any of her neighbors, and so

Speaker 1: there I was, and I knew to center myself so

Speaker 1: I could be receptive to supporting her. I prayed, I

Speaker 1: recited the Lord's Prayer with a presence and a power,

Speaker 1: and I can honestly say she came out of that

Speaker 1: seizure instantly. I've never experienced that with her, and she's
12:40
Speaker 1: had tens of tens of tens of seizures. That was
12:46
Speaker 1: precision manifesting. Because but I don't want to just do

Speaker 1: it in a crisis. I want to activate that power

Speaker 1: every single day for every single desire, and I want

Speaker 1: to support others in doing the same. That's what I've

Speaker 1: been studying, the nervous system, the ego, the surrender that

Speaker 1: happens when time collapses. I'm done with the eventually manifestation.

Speaker 1: You know that you do a bunch of practices over

Speaker 1: a long period of time, and you make a list

Speaker 1: of desires and things just kind of show up as

Speaker 1: they show up, and if they don't show up, the

Speaker 1: answer is, well, it's probably not in God's timing, it's

Speaker 1: not in alignment with divine timing. I'm so done with

Speaker 1: that shit because I know there is this now ability

Speaker 1: that we can activate and that's overflow, that's dominion. So

Speaker 1: that's who I want to work with. The one who

Speaker 1: doesn't stop, the one who stays in their spiritual practice,

Speaker 1: the one who wants to create something massive, not for ego,

Speaker 1: not for show, not from a place of arrogance, but

Speaker 1: because they're called to, because they know they can. And
