- 0:05Speaker 1: Let's go.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Bootleg cap podcasts. I have not been so excited to
- 0:12Speaker 2: doing it for a very long time. My favorite wrapper
- 0:16Speaker 2: in the entire world.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Man, don't boost me like that. My head already big here.
- 0:21Speaker 2: Man, big X. The plug is here.
- 0:24Speaker 1: Man.
- 0:24Speaker 2: You guys have heard me talking about this guy for
- 0:26Speaker 2: a long time on the podcast. I bring you up
- 0:28Speaker 2: all the time. Whoever's on the show. That's hard.
- 0:32Speaker 1: It's just it, man, It's good to see you. Bro
- 0:33Speaker 1: appreciates man. I'm happy to be here.
- 0:35Speaker 2: How's the tour stressful? Man?
- 0:38Speaker 1: Stressful? I'm living out of CITs, I'm living out of people.
- 0:42Speaker 1: But I just closed on the house back home.
- 0:44Speaker 2: Some congrats, I'm re. I just want to say we
- 0:47Speaker 2: also got Roll some in the building, who is an
- 0:48Speaker 2: incredible MC who's on a lot of people listen to you.
- 0:52Speaker 2: They've heard him incredible the whole cruise here. You just
- 0:56Speaker 2: closed on a house for some reason. The world is
- 0:59Speaker 2: like the outgorithm is pushing me on Instagram to move
- 1:02Speaker 2: to Texas because all I do is get these tiktoks
- 1:07Speaker 2: on my ig feed that say, this is what three
- 1:09Speaker 2: hundred thousand dollars can get you in Frisco, Texas.
- 1:12Speaker 1: That's why I moved through Frisco, Texas. So you live
- 1:16Speaker 1: in like a god right now.
- 1:19Speaker 2: And like I show my wife, I just paid one
- 1:22Speaker 2: point three million dollars from my house in Burbank and
- 1:26Speaker 2: it's a very modest house. I'll be seeing that in Frisco, Texas.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Brett and I'm like, how far is that from Dallas?
- 1:37Speaker 2: I might I'm doing research. I'm like, what kind of
- 1:40Speaker 2: flight is that to l A. I'm like, man, we
- 1:43Speaker 2: might have to go to dacup and carry it.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Can't get in.
- 1:46Speaker 2: I'm married. We're keeping it either way. You know what
- 1:50Speaker 2: I'm saying, be strapped up out there.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Yeah for sure, go.
- 1:54Speaker 2: Watch the white greatness of Luca Donks in person. You
- 1:56Speaker 2: know what I'm saying.
- 1:58Speaker 1: You got a lot.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Texas is cam the cost of living is amazing.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Yeah, community, yes, yeah.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Which city in your opinion? I know you haven't been
- 2:12Speaker 2: to La much, but La or Texas. On the Mexican food,
- 2:16Speaker 2: definitely La at least you're honest.
- 2:19Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely a La got it with the tacos.
- 2:21Speaker 2: And yeah, that Mexicano Ta lied to everybody when it
- 2:24Speaker 2: came on into Texas.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I don't know why he did that. I mean, you
- 2:27Speaker 1: got a few, but la Is is different.
- 2:32Speaker 2: It's crazy to watch the renaissance of Texas hip hop
- 2:35Speaker 2: and again, like there's been a lot going on in
- 2:39Speaker 2: Texas over the last decade. There's been like, obviously, we
- 2:43Speaker 2: can't be ignorant to the fact Travis Scot's from Houston,
- 2:46Speaker 2: Megan the Stigns from Houston. A guy like Yellow Beezy
- 2:48Speaker 2: had a huge hit record is from Dallas. Most three
- 2:51Speaker 2: rest in post Malone. Post Malone is from Dallas, the
- 2:54Speaker 2: biggest of the biggest Dallas Texas. He's got a Cowboys tattoo.
- 2:58Speaker 1: He's from Grand Pririe, but definitely is Dallas.
- 3:01Speaker 2: I think his dad worked for the Cowboys, but.
- 3:03Speaker 1: He's definitely from dallastein the Cowboys.
- 3:07Speaker 2: But just in terms of like the camaraderie now and
- 3:11Speaker 2: I just feel like there's just a special energy between
- 3:14Speaker 2: yourself Row. I feel like that Mexicano t is having
- 3:17Speaker 2: a moment. The Dallas h town connection is strong now
- 3:22Speaker 2: as to where I feel like we really only thought
- 3:24Speaker 2: about Houston. Yeah, or you know, shout out to UGK,
- 3:29Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying from Port Arthur, but uh,
- 3:31Speaker 2: but what do you what do you attribute to like
- 3:34Speaker 2: the current, you know, moment that's happening.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I really feel like just like me, like people like me,
- 3:39Speaker 1: he Ro like you said, Miot and it's it's a
- 3:42Speaker 1: couple of other artists. It's just like a breath of
- 3:44Speaker 1: fresh air. Like because like you said, for the for
- 3:47Speaker 1: the longest, Dallas and Houston like it's Texas, but everybody
- 3:52Speaker 1: was just kind of doing their own thing. Like Dallas
- 3:54Speaker 1: had what they had going on, Houston was for Houston,
- 3:57Speaker 1: San Antonio or San Antonio. Everybody was just for theyself.
- 4:00Speaker 1: And I feel like people like me that Mexican Tea
- 4:03Speaker 1: kind of opened it up to like we just opened
- 4:06Speaker 1: you know, we just opened it back up, like gave
- 4:08Speaker 1: people made people want to do music again if they
- 4:15Speaker 1: make sense, like.
- 4:15Speaker 2: You guys are unapologetically Texas.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, so you gotta gotta put on for the stage.
- 4:22Speaker 2: That's how I found you. Was like December of last year.
- 4:25Speaker 2: I was I was, me and my kids were driving
- 4:28Speaker 2: a big Bear that's throw the most necessary and the
- 4:31Speaker 2: Texas came on. I said, oh my god, this voice
- 4:34Speaker 2: is crazy. Yeah, and then from there. I just was, dude,
- 4:37Speaker 2: I just dined in and I was like, I appreciate that. Man.
- 4:40Speaker 2: How have I never heard a big extra blog? This
- 4:41Speaker 2: is crazy? But you know, but but you guys, like again,
- 4:46Speaker 2: you're unapologetically Texas. I mean thinking about OT's record that's
- 4:49Speaker 2: on top one hundred right now is called Johnny.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Yeah, you gotta going crazy right now? Well yeah, Texas. Man,
- 4:56Speaker 1: It's just I don't know, like I feel like Texas
- 4:58Speaker 1: and always stuck behind each other. But like I said,
- 5:02Speaker 1: it's kind of been slipping.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Lately and it's been isolated.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Yeah yeah that too, and so with me, and that
- 5:09Speaker 1: makes knot kind of just yelling Texas, you know, just
- 5:13Speaker 1: putting on for it's kind of made everybody want to
- 5:16Speaker 1: like reunite. It just unite in general. So like now,
- 5:19Speaker 1: it's like when I got my chain, I called sut
- 5:22Speaker 1: Walker Suthwalkers on the first people called me like, yeah, man,
- 5:25Speaker 1: that you're going crazy. So I just feel like we're
- 5:27Speaker 1: bringing out that back like I did something with Mike
- 5:30Speaker 1: doms so boom, that's I believe he and San Antonio.
- 5:33Speaker 1: So it's just we're just bringing Texas back to one.
- 5:36Speaker 1: I feel like Texas gonna be the Atlanta and the
- 5:39Speaker 1: more my fault the Memphis right now, because Memphis got
- 5:41Speaker 1: it on locker. Yeah, and I feel like Texas is finna,
- 5:44Speaker 1: we feel.
- 5:45Speaker 2: I mean, listen, everybody loves Texas already. I mean, it's
- 5:49Speaker 2: a lot of people like low Ki got cribs there, like,
- 5:52Speaker 2: but that's just.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Because of the like it's the cost of living. And
- 5:55Speaker 1: then it's like it's a big market. A lot of
- 5:57Speaker 1: people well a lot of people do know, but they
- 5:59Speaker 1: try to keep it here. But Dallas and just Texas
- 6:01Speaker 1: and general is a huge market.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Dallas and Houston are huge margins, especially like if you
- 6:06Speaker 2: think of just media size. Oh god.
- 6:09Speaker 1: And so that's why a lot of those people do.
- 6:12Speaker 2: That cost of living solid and then you guys have
- 6:14Speaker 2: amazing advancing establishments.
- 6:18Speaker 3: True.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, we we were just like talking about.
- 6:22Speaker 2: That got the b ylb over there, which is I
- 6:27Speaker 2: never even knew until I went to Texas.
- 6:29Speaker 1: You know, I just put liquor in a water bottle
- 6:31Speaker 1: for the first well no, this wasn't the first time,
- 6:33Speaker 1: but I had to put liquor in the water bottle.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Left the two o'clock at a club here out here.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah, No, that's trash. But yeah, that's welcome
- 6:41Speaker 2: to Cally or the West Coast in general. I mean,
- 6:43Speaker 2: I went a nightclub in scott Stale, so yeah, there's
- 6:46Speaker 2: once like one fifty five hits it's liquor pick.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Up club and uh at there too. And I believe
- 6:52Speaker 1: we couldn't even control the bottle, like they had a
- 6:55Speaker 1: lock on the bottle and never ever in my life
- 6:58Speaker 1: had that. And I think I spent like five all.
- 7:00Speaker 2: There is a lock, can't you ship you can't drink
- 7:03Speaker 2: out of it? Technically you're not supposed to. Yeah, I
- 7:08Speaker 2: can't even that's crazy. It's crazy, man, it is wild. Yo.
- 7:12Speaker 2: I got to ask you one random question on Safe
- 7:16Speaker 2: House when you kept your running out of breath in
- 7:21Speaker 2: and then you rehit your line, was that what happened?
- 7:23Speaker 2: Did you run out of breath? And you were like,
- 7:25Speaker 2: not keep that in? So just let me tell you
- 7:28Speaker 2: my perspective before you answer, because I'm thinking this guy's overweight.
- 7:32Speaker 4: Yeah, And I'm like, it's one of the most fire
- 7:37Speaker 4: things I've ever seen an artist do, because you were
- 7:40Speaker 4: just fucking going in and then you almost like kind
- 7:43Speaker 4: of got winded and you're not keep all that in
- 7:45Speaker 4: and then you picked it right back up.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Okay, so boom. If you watch the video, you can't
- 7:50Speaker 1: hear me breathing them out. So the audio that got
- 7:53Speaker 1: dropped wasn't the the mastered, mixed and mastered version. So
- 7:58Speaker 1: like you can hear all of that extra stuff in
- 8:01Speaker 1: the bag, Like you can hear me breathing heavy and
- 8:02Speaker 1: all of that, but the YouTube version wouldn't. But it
- 8:05Speaker 1: just so happened. It went crazy. They lived it.
- 8:07Speaker 2: So but was that what happened?
- 8:09Speaker 1: You read like genuinely I ran out of breath, But
- 8:13Speaker 1: it was like I meant to, like it was always
- 8:15Speaker 1: meant for me.
- 8:16Speaker 2: The Clions, fat guy should I've ever seen an artist
- 8:22Speaker 2: kept that ship.
- 8:24Speaker 1: I appreciate that.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Biggie didn't do that brock out of breath. Biggie was
- 8:29Speaker 2: that big pun was running out of breath. They didn't
- 8:32Speaker 2: keep that ship in. I was like, that ship is hard.
- 8:34Speaker 1: I started off putting on for the Big Feelers, first
- 8:37Speaker 1: putting on for the Big Fellers, my city, then the state.
- 8:40Speaker 2: I appreciate you for wearing a shirt I was. I
- 8:42Speaker 2: was afraid that if you came to your shirtlest I
- 8:44Speaker 2: was gonna then take my shirt off.
- 8:47Speaker 1: See so lately a lot of people. I can't go
- 8:50Speaker 1: nowhere without my shirt. Now, Like I walk in the place,
- 8:51Speaker 1: my managers like, all right, come on, give it to me.
- 8:54Speaker 1: What you're talking about, give me a shirt. They don't
- 8:57Speaker 1: want you in there. N lists you got your shirt out.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Your trademark.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Yeah. So now it's like, well, if that's what they want,
- 9:02Speaker 1: they gotta pay for it. So now I try to
- 9:04Speaker 1: go everywhere with his shirt on and they're like, come on, man,
- 9:07Speaker 1: take it off, and I'm like, what you want.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Have you ever heard of the comedian Burt Kreischer. Okay,
- 9:12Speaker 2: so he's this white dude. He's one of the biggest
- 9:13Speaker 2: comedians in the world. But he does all his stand up.
- 9:17Speaker 2: He's a chubby, white dude. He has to have a
- 9:18Speaker 2: shirt off. It's like his thing. Everyone screams like he
- 9:21Speaker 2: almost can't do comedy with a shirt on. It's kind
- 9:23Speaker 2: of he's kind of I feel bad for you made
- 9:26Speaker 2: the right choice to be like, I'm gonna start wearing it,
- 9:28Speaker 2: because then you're just always going to be the naked dude.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, exactly. I mean it's crazy. I'm the most
- 9:33Speaker 1: comfortable naked. I feel like I was a newdist I
- 9:36Speaker 1: was a newdist in my past life. I don't know
- 9:37Speaker 1: about everybody else, but in my past life, I was
- 9:40Speaker 1: a naked man for sure, for sure, and so now
- 9:45Speaker 1: I don't know. I just I've always been comfortable, like
- 9:47Speaker 1: I was a football player. So I'm always being comfortable
- 9:50Speaker 1: just with my body, like if I wanted to right now,
- 9:52Speaker 1: I can go to the gym and I look like that.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Then black Brock listener, you know what I'm saying.
- 9:57Speaker 2: F five and motherfuckers me. That's that's a signature move.
- 10:02Speaker 1: That's his signature. I know bout Lizard as the UFC
- 10:06Speaker 1: fighter I watched wrestling. I didn't I didn't see him
- 10:09Speaker 1: in the wrestling. I was a big Randy Order fan
- 10:13Speaker 1: about the ko Yes, sir, I used to I used
- 10:16Speaker 1: to bang on the floor and drew out of my mouth, yeah,
- 10:19Speaker 1: and then hop up and yeah. I used to do that.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Got in trouble for it a lot. But I used
- 10:22Speaker 1: to do his shirt off.
- 10:24Speaker 2: I mean, you know, Stone cald the Goat is from Texas.
- 10:26Speaker 1: I just I didn't like I don't like to be here,
- 10:28Speaker 1: so I never I never liked that when he did that.
- 10:34Speaker 2: What do you drink?
- 10:35Speaker 1: I just started drinking liquor that I'm like a rapper
- 10:40Speaker 1: out of.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Time, right, So now you're starting to drink more.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Yeah, like I drink once that first bottle gone, It's
- 10:45Speaker 1: like we five bottles in there, But what are you drinking? Yeah,
- 10:51Speaker 1: that's that's that's the thing for me. It used to
- 10:53Speaker 1: be Hennessy though, but we used to shut down every
- 10:55Speaker 1: clib so he had stopped.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Everyone switched. Yeah, we had a lot less violent of
- 10:59Speaker 2: a if you're off exactly I'm fighting or I'm naked.
- 11:03Speaker 2: I'm naked, bro, both right, naked, It's been both before. No,
- 11:11Speaker 2: it's crazy. I was gonna ask you, like, who would
- 11:15Speaker 2: you consider because again, like I hear so much. Obviously
- 11:19Speaker 2: I hear the Texas in you, but when I hear you,
- 11:21Speaker 2: I'm like, man, this motherfucker's rapping. Like he I'm just
- 11:25Speaker 2: curious who your influences are, bro, who are you listening.
- 11:27Speaker 1: To as far as rapping? Like, who's so Like when
- 11:31Speaker 1: I was my mom, it was like a bunch of UGK,
- 11:35Speaker 1: so j K and Luwayne. That was it. That was it.
- 11:38Speaker 1: But when it came to my dad, it was no rap.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Like my pops will listen to whatever was on the radio.
- 11:43Speaker 1: But other than that, it's I brother, this is a
- 11:46Speaker 1: bunch of slow stuff with him. So I feel like that.
- 11:48Speaker 1: That's like, you can hear that in my music, you
- 11:50Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. So so as far as just influences,
- 11:53Speaker 1: I ain't really. I didn't want to be a rapper,
- 11:56Speaker 1: so I never just was like, oh, I look up
- 11:58Speaker 1: to this rapper, I want to be like that rapper.
- 12:01Speaker 2: I mean, what was what was the dream before hip hop?
- 12:04Speaker 2: Was a football? I was a football player. Yeah, you
- 12:05Speaker 2: were liking to try to really were you? I could
- 12:07Speaker 2: have went to the league lineman, yes, sir, by the way,
- 12:11Speaker 2: I mean that was an obvious of course. Have you
- 12:15Speaker 2: seen this guy went on?
- 12:17Speaker 1: I played middle linebacker at first, and then but I
- 12:21Speaker 1: was like I was I was fast, but I was
- 12:24Speaker 1: too big to play middle linebacker. Yeah, so they was like,
- 12:27Speaker 1: let's put you on d end and I got on
- 12:28Speaker 1: the d n A was okay, I't too small to
- 12:31Speaker 1: play this. So they actually made me eat. They made
- 12:36Speaker 1: me eat.
- 12:37Speaker 2: So what were you defensive tackle? Offensive lining?
- 12:39Speaker 5: I started off as a middle line, but I don't
- 12:40Speaker 5: know you talking about what did you end up like?
- 12:43Speaker 1: Yeah? I ended up being an office line for the
- 12:46Speaker 1: wall to protect the quarterback. Yes, sir, somebody had to
- 12:49Speaker 1: do it.
- 12:49Speaker 2: What was your like, Like, how far did those aspirations go?
- 12:54Speaker 2: Did you end up playing in college?
- 12:55Speaker 1: Yeah? I went to college. I played college to well
- 12:57Speaker 1: for it. I went for a semester, but I was
- 12:59Speaker 1: just home sick. I was born Minnesota, the Badgers, so
- 13:05Speaker 1: I was in it. I was supposed to, but I
- 13:07Speaker 1: had to go do us. It was only supposed to
- 13:10Speaker 1: be a year at like this juco out there. Yeah,
- 13:13Speaker 1: and I was gonna transfer, but I can't do it.
- 13:17Speaker 1: I got kicked out the first semester.
- 13:19Speaker 2: Minnesota is an interesting place because it's like when we
- 13:21Speaker 2: think of Minnesota, we think of a lot of whites,
- 13:24Speaker 2: you know, but Minneapolis is a vibe. I was in
- 13:29Speaker 2: The Princess from there.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Yeah, he is, and that's crazy. You got to pass
- 13:32Speaker 1: by his house to go to the Mall of America
- 13:34Speaker 1: and it's just like a big It's like a big
- 13:37Speaker 1: ball with purple lights on it.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Incredible god rest. Yeah, yeah, so you didn't like Minnesota.
- 13:45Speaker 1: No, the mosquito. Whenever it's not cold, the mosquitos try
- 13:49Speaker 1: to kill you. And then whenever it's cold, it's cold.
- 13:53Speaker 1: So it's cold. It's the worst place, yeah, for sure, freezing,
- 13:59Speaker 1: And so imagine imagine having to play games in that
- 14:02Speaker 1: practice and that.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Oh I can't even imagine practicing in the snow or
- 14:08Speaker 2: in that cold.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I had never imagined it either until I was down there.
- 14:12Speaker 1: It was hell.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Yeah. In Texas, football is a religion, bro. Yeah, high
- 14:16Speaker 2: school football is like I think of Friday night lights
- 14:18Speaker 2: and ship. Yeah for sure, it's like really like fucking
- 14:22Speaker 2: and it brings a lot of people, it feels like
- 14:23Speaker 2: in Texas, it probably brings a lot of people together
- 14:25Speaker 2: who otherwise wouldn't be together.
- 14:27Speaker 1: I feel like that's why I'm able to like handle
- 14:32Speaker 1: the rap stuff how I handle it because of football.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Like coach Gross, you did an amazing job because he
- 14:40Speaker 1: taught me how to like really just with life in general.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Football helped me with a lot. You just gotta you know.
- 14:46Speaker 2: What I'm discipline to make it even to make it
- 14:48Speaker 2: to a general.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Looking for the word, and he took it right out
- 14:50Speaker 1: of my mask discipline because it's a lot of fake
- 14:54Speaker 1: crazy stuff they're going in this industry men, And just
- 14:57Speaker 1: that just helped me keep my composer and just stay
- 14:59Speaker 1: in my lane. That's another reason why I feel like
- 15:02Speaker 1: I don't. I've been blessed and been able to do
- 15:04Speaker 1: what I do cause I stay on my own and
- 15:05Speaker 1: I don't worry about nobody else. If you got something
- 15:07Speaker 1: going on with this person, okay, cool, you got something
- 15:10Speaker 1: going on with this person, Okay, cool, ain't got ment
- 15:11Speaker 1: to do with me. I'm still I do the song.
- 15:13Speaker 1: I do a song with the both of you.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm switchering. I'm in the middle.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I know they got men to do with me.
- 15:20Speaker 1: I'm for money, I'm for I'm for taking care of
- 15:22Speaker 1: my child.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Do you think because like I said, there obviously has
- 15:26Speaker 2: been like there was like a little motion going in Dallas,
- 15:29Speaker 2: but there was a lot of division that was obviously
- 15:31Speaker 2: publicized in Dallas. Obviously God Rest mult three Soul we
- 15:34Speaker 2: passed away. But there always felt like anytime there was
- 15:38Speaker 2: some shit popping in Dallas, you would just I would
- 15:39Speaker 2: just see like people beefing with each other. There's a
- 15:42Speaker 2: lot of negativity coming out. I feel like that's not
- 15:46Speaker 2: the same energy that's talking right now in terms of
- 15:49Speaker 2: like just from a fan's perspective, the way I like
- 15:52Speaker 2: take you and I'm like, oh, this dude is just raw.
- 15:55Speaker 1: And that's what I'm saying. That's why I was like, Texas,
- 15:58Speaker 1: I feel like it's it's lay on that trying to unite.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Because since I've been rappering, like yeah you got your
- 16:04Speaker 1: you got your people saying whatever. But as far as
- 16:06Speaker 1: like yeah, you're gonna have those, but as far as
- 16:09Speaker 1: the like, as far as the rappers who everybody is
- 16:12Speaker 1: for it, you know what I'm saying, because they see
- 16:14Speaker 1: somebody who got their head down, who just trying to
- 16:17Speaker 1: take care of his people. So it kind of make
- 16:19Speaker 1: them like, Okay, well if he doing it, he ain't
- 16:24Speaker 1: doing nothing but keeping his head down, doing what everybody
- 16:26Speaker 1: they liked the music, but all the other stuff, you
- 16:28Speaker 1: ain't got to do that for what what is that
- 16:30Speaker 1: doing other than taking people's lives?
- 16:33Speaker 2: And you know what I'm saying.
- 16:34Speaker 1: So I don't know, I just feel like it's showing
- 16:37Speaker 1: people that you you ain't got to do all that too.
- 16:41Speaker 2: How big of an impact just from like a kid
- 16:43Speaker 2: coming up in Texas doing hip hop? Was someone like
- 16:46Speaker 2: Mo three on you like because he obviously I feel like,
- 16:49Speaker 2: was unfortunately more appreciated after his passion.
- 16:52Speaker 1: No, for sure, I mean, if we're being honest, he
- 16:57Speaker 1: had like he had like songs in the city that
- 16:59Speaker 1: just was obviously viol So everybody knew him. But I
- 17:02Speaker 1: didn't really listen to Three until after he passed. When
- 17:05Speaker 1: he passed, I listened to his whole album to this day.
- 17:09Speaker 1: So but I'm not gonna say that I just was.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Oh I was. I was a three fan. Yeah, I
- 17:15Speaker 1: wasn't until after when he passed. Yeah, and that's when
- 17:18Speaker 1: I just really started making music.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Anyways, You're like, damn, like this dude really was doing
- 17:22Speaker 2: a lot of a lot of the melodic ship was
- 17:24Speaker 2: hard at a high level.
- 17:25Speaker 1: He was definitely something different and if it wasn't before me,
- 17:29Speaker 1: it was gonna be him for sure.
- 17:31Speaker 2: For sure.
- 17:32Speaker 1: I agree.
- 17:33Speaker 2: You're obviously a Cowboys fan, right, No, no, okay, this
- 17:36Speaker 2: is interesting. Who's your team?
- 17:38Speaker 1: I'm I want to say I was a Texans fan?
- 17:42Speaker 2: Whoa Texas? Jesus Christ? You're getting rubbing tongues with Deshaun
- 17:47Speaker 2: Watson or what what's going on?
- 17:49Speaker 1: And that's that's the whole reason.
- 17:51Speaker 2: When I was j Davy and Clanney first fucking beasts.
- 17:56Speaker 2: You meant to say bust, but he was a beast
- 17:59Speaker 2: in college. He was and then and then obviously JJ Watt.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Everyone thought you had JJ White, Clowney, It's over, But
- 18:04Speaker 2: it wasn't over.
- 18:04Speaker 1: We had Clowney, we had the Badger, we had the
- 18:08Speaker 1: defense was stacked at one point in time.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Yeah, honey, Badger was on the team. Who So you're
- 18:12Speaker 2: a fucking You're from Dallas and you're a Texans fan.
- 18:17Speaker 2: What is going on there?
- 18:18Speaker 1: I don't think I like football no more. I don't
- 18:20Speaker 1: think I happen.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Does that happen?
- 18:22Speaker 1: It was the players like I was. I used to
- 18:25Speaker 1: be a Cowboys fan. Like I used to watch my
- 18:27Speaker 1: dad throw the controller at the TV.
- 18:29Speaker 2: A lot of that game. Did you decide I don't
- 18:31Speaker 2: want to live distressful life?
- 18:32Speaker 1: I did. I watched my dad I damned the father
- 18:35Speaker 1: his knees one game, and I said, oh no, I
- 18:38Speaker 1: can never be like that. So I ended up falling
- 18:41Speaker 1: in love with JJ. Watch Davian clowning people like that. Man.
- 18:44Speaker 1: It just kind of drew me to It started off
- 18:47Speaker 1: with JJ now and that kind of drew me to
- 18:49Speaker 1: the team, and then I just was a Taxans fan afterday.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Did your dad look at you like I think he
- 18:55Speaker 2: hates me for I can imagine, Well, I'm a Sons fan,
- 19:01Speaker 2: and one of my younger sons is pretty much growing
- 19:04Speaker 2: up in LA so he's a Laker fan and I
- 19:07Speaker 2: hate him for it. If he was here, he'd probably
- 19:10Speaker 2: say then, but when the Sons are in the finals,
- 19:13Speaker 2: he wants to put on the Sun's jerseys. That's a
- 19:15Speaker 2: little nine year old ass.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm pretty sure if the tax Us ever go
- 19:18Speaker 1: to the super Bowl, he don't want to be there.
- 19:21Speaker 2: But as and if the Dallas Cowboys ever go to
- 19:24Speaker 2: the super Bowl, don't do that. Don't do that, I
- 19:29Speaker 2: almost said, without laughing. Come on, guys, Mike McCarthy's your coach. Anyway,
- 19:37Speaker 2: I'm sure you'll.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Support I got to.
- 19:41Speaker 2: You, guys, got the crazy. I went to WrestleMania at
- 19:44Speaker 2: your stadium in Plano? Plan Is I stayed in Plano?
- 19:47Speaker 1: No, it's in the stadium is in Arlington.
- 19:49Speaker 2: No, I stayed in Plano. By the way, shout out
- 19:51Speaker 2: to Plano chicks over there. Yeah, there's a what's the
- 19:55Speaker 2: name of that restaurant where they dressed like lumberjack prostitutes.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Uh boomer Jacks.
- 20:01Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, it's like Hooters, but like like
- 20:03Speaker 2: fucking checkered.
- 20:05Speaker 1: You got Boomer Jacks.
- 20:06Speaker 2: You got Twin Peaks, Twin Peaks, Yeah, to a Twin Peaks.
- 20:10Speaker 1: And Plano and at the time, you gotta go to
- 20:13Speaker 1: the Twin Peaks. What's the one that we'd be going
- 20:15Speaker 1: to before we go to the club? Bombs Bomb, go to.
- 20:20Speaker 5: Bombs yea bombs Okay, yeah.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Not shout out to plane out. No, but I went
- 20:28Speaker 2: to the fucking stadium for WrestleMania that shi. It was crazy,
- 20:31Speaker 2: So a.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Lot of people don't even know. That's why I damn
- 20:33Speaker 1: it kind of got to be a Cowboys again because
- 20:35Speaker 1: I just like the take. They just did a remix.
- 20:38Speaker 1: They want me to do a remix for Texas for the.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Stadium mix just for the stadium, for the Cowboys.
- 20:44Speaker 1: I mean for the Cowboys, for the stadium.
- 20:46Speaker 2: You're a Cowboys fan? Which one of those overpaid bumps jerseys?
- 20:50Speaker 2: A you're gonna wear with the video?
- 20:54Speaker 1: What can I just get my name on it? Hey?
- 20:58Speaker 2: You know what the trayvon.
- 21:01Speaker 1: I said?
- 21:01Speaker 2: Overpaid? Yeah, I'm really only speaking about was Zekie Elliott
- 21:06Speaker 2: ain't even on the team anymore. Dad Prescott Like, come on, like,
- 21:10Speaker 2: you know, you know who's the beast where the digs
- 21:13Speaker 2: Jersey Digs. Tevon Diggs is a fucking.
- 21:18Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Not a fan of him. Do you guys have some
- 21:24Speaker 2: interactions or something, I mean interactions with nobody. Out of
- 21:29Speaker 2: all of the Cowboys players, since you've been able old
- 21:33Speaker 2: enough to go to clubs, who's the most outside?
- 21:36Speaker 1: Okay, you want to be honest, who's outside? So, like,
- 21:43Speaker 1: I go to clubs, but I'll go to like I
- 21:46Speaker 1: still go to Hole in the Walls, like I love,
- 21:48Speaker 1: that's my ship. I go to who showed me live
- 21:50Speaker 1: from the jump? Yeah, And so for the first time
- 21:53Speaker 1: everybody went to like a one of the biggest big spot, Yeah,
- 21:57Speaker 1: the five Am. I go in there and every Cowboys
- 22:02Speaker 1: players and backing there with his shut up but he
- 22:06Speaker 1: fucked up. It was just everybody was in there. Everybody
- 22:09Speaker 1: was in there, So I can't even just say one
- 22:11Speaker 1: of them because they.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Was shuld have brought your dad with you so he
- 22:13Speaker 2: could have went over to dock and said, get the
- 22:14Speaker 2: fuck home and study so we can win a fucking
- 22:17Speaker 2: playoff game, You soft ass motherfucker. What are we doing.
- 22:20Speaker 1: I look at him, I said, that's why I'm.
- 22:24Speaker 2: A Suns fan and I have good friends on the
- 22:26Speaker 2: Suns and a couple of them. Just they're at my
- 22:29Speaker 2: club a lot, right, So they're big customers for our club,
- 22:32Speaker 2: you know, eleven eleven in Scottsdale. And during the season,
- 22:37Speaker 2: you know, I gotta be like, hey, do I say something, Hey, man,
- 22:43Speaker 2: are you sure you want to buy ten bottles tonight
- 22:46Speaker 2: there's a game tomorrow?
- 22:49Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah. And they do it too every time because
- 22:53Speaker 1: they Yeah, I've never been to a club where you
- 22:56Speaker 1: you literally get ones just to throw them. Just it's
- 22:58Speaker 1: like a net hanging party, just a stupid see what
- 23:01Speaker 1: meant saying, I'm not gonna lie. Here's a bunch of
- 23:04Speaker 1: cowboy players and I gotta I gotta try to do something.
- 23:07Speaker 1: But I ended up gaining some friends. Jalen named j oh.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Yeah he's yeah, he's the white Out. Yeah, he was
- 23:18Speaker 2: on Eagle. He was on Eagles.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Yeah, he played for Minnesota man.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Yeah, probably goes for Minnesota.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Yeah, he was there. There's a lot of people there.
- 23:26Speaker 2: What about Have you ever hung with DeShawn Watson? I
- 23:30Speaker 2: have not, Probably don't, probably not. I feel like he'd
- 23:33Speaker 2: be a good time. Just go ahead an Asian massage
- 23:36Speaker 2: parlor with him.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Oh, him at the club and he said, man, I
- 23:41Speaker 1: got this.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Have you ever been to a Robin Tug? Like it's
- 23:47Speaker 2: like a massage parlor right where you go to and
- 23:49Speaker 2: there's like a little old Asian lady and she'll like
- 23:52Speaker 2: rub you down, I want you one time, and then
- 23:54Speaker 2: she'll flip you over and then she'll jerk you off.
- 23:56Speaker 1: I want to, but I don't want to know that
- 23:58Speaker 1: that's what it is.
- 23:59Speaker 2: You kind of got to know that's what it is, though,
- 24:01Speaker 2: otherwise it's awkward.
- 24:03Speaker 1: No, it's not gonna be awkward. I feel like it's
- 24:06Speaker 1: not going to be awkward if you go to one
- 24:07Speaker 1: and you don't know, it's like kind of just like
- 24:09Speaker 1: a oh it like.
- 24:11Speaker 2: What is this?
- 24:12Speaker 1: What is this?
- 24:13Speaker 2: How to reach you around?
- 24:15Speaker 1: And then you just go You just go with the flow.
- 24:17Speaker 1: I don't think it's just yeah, I feel like you
- 24:20Speaker 1: knowing that you're going now now you got to sneak
- 24:22Speaker 1: in and nah, I just I'm go get THEE.
- 24:26Speaker 2: How does the because obviously we're in l A. And uh,
- 24:29Speaker 2: you know, the politics of Los Angeles are widely spoken about.
- 24:35Speaker 2: You obviously are from a certain area in Dallas and
- 24:38Speaker 2: represent certain something from Dallas. What is the difference because
- 24:42Speaker 2: when we think of like l A and like crips
- 24:45Speaker 2: and bloods. Out here, there's a lot of crypt sets
- 24:47Speaker 2: that be for crypt sets, and the politics are just
- 24:49Speaker 2: once you dive in, like it's if you're not from
- 24:51Speaker 2: l A. Once you come here and you learn everything,
- 24:53Speaker 2: you're like, whoa, Yeah, what's it like out there?
- 24:56Speaker 1: So, like, honestly, out there to me is water damn
- 25:00Speaker 1: Like it's out here. I feel like it's they stepped
- 25:04Speaker 1: behind this ship more for sure. But add in Dallas,
- 25:06Speaker 1: it's like, you gotta, it's just not.
- 25:08Speaker 4: What it is.
- 25:09Speaker 2: It's not what it is, you know what.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I'm saying, Like, yeah, you got a bunch of people
- 25:11Speaker 1: that claim its claim that, but I feel like I
- 25:14Speaker 1: there more people fight for their hoods then they they
- 25:18Speaker 1: sit like I gotta one of my partners is blood,
- 25:21Speaker 1: he'll crip you know what I'm saying. But it's allegedly, yeah,
- 25:26Speaker 1: allegedly so, but yeah, yeah, I don't know. It's just
- 25:30Speaker 1: it's different.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Yeah, it's different. That's good because like out here, like
- 25:33Speaker 2: you know, you can't you couldn't wear a fucking Houston
- 25:35Speaker 2: Astros hat out here. I told that. I was like, hey, bro,
- 25:38Speaker 2: I tell everybody, don't wear Yankees don't wear astros. I mean, really,
- 25:41Speaker 2: you can't wear many hats if you're not going to
- 25:44Speaker 2: be like if you're going to be in the valley
- 25:46Speaker 2: or like your show or something different, if you like
- 25:49Speaker 2: go hang out to go eat like in l A
- 25:52Speaker 2: l A. You gotta kind of watch your fitted choice.
- 25:56Speaker 1: But see, I mean, it's it's different when you can
- 25:59Speaker 1: you can you can vouch behind your ship, you know
- 26:01Speaker 1: what I'm saying. So Ni, somebody might try to do
- 26:04Speaker 1: check you. You just gotta be you gotta.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Say, do you have like big hobies in LA actually tapping.
- 26:09Speaker 1: In with people as we speaks, you know what I'm saying.
- 26:12Speaker 2: But that's the right thing to do.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I mean, but it's like it's different when a nigga say, oh,
- 26:16Speaker 1: you got to.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Check in and because that sounds a little like.
- 26:19Speaker 1: Yeah, like no, I'm not checking in nowhere. But and
- 26:22Speaker 1: now if you hear me like, hey man, I fuck
- 26:24Speaker 1: with what you got going? Different, it's different. And so
- 26:29Speaker 1: we had a couple of people do that. So we're
- 26:31Speaker 1: in the processes happening with those people right now.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Any LA hip hop you're listening to or anybody who
- 26:35Speaker 2: you fuck without here just did his house or rest
- 26:39Speaker 2: time prison there, and.
- 26:41Speaker 1: I need to he did, and I fuck agreeda and
- 26:44Speaker 1: I need to apologize to him right now on your
- 26:46Speaker 1: podcast because he sent me a song that he wanted
- 26:49Speaker 1: me to do. I think he wanted me to be
- 26:51Speaker 1: on his next project. And I ended up getting a
- 26:54Speaker 1: whole new phone, so I lost number, even I still
- 26:57Speaker 1: had his Instagram, but it was just like I have
- 27:00Speaker 1: forgot to heaven. But when you just say that, I
- 27:03Speaker 1: was like, creta, damn me smack here, Damn we were
- 27:05Speaker 1: supposed to do it, so I'm gonna give it. So yeah,
- 27:08Speaker 1: I apologize to you, my boy. And if you still
- 27:10Speaker 1: want me to do that song, matter of fact, I'm
- 27:12Speaker 1: the deam.

- 29:25Speaker 2: of the year. Appreciate you appreciate what I mean. Obviously
- 29:30Speaker 2: you're on the road right now, but you also just
- 29:31Speaker 2: were in Arizona working on new music. Yeah, so what
- 29:35Speaker 2: is the Are we getting some new ship soon? Obviously
- 29:39Speaker 2: you just put a single out.
- 29:41Speaker 1: With with Beeble.
- 29:42Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 29:44Speaker 1: That one's going crazy. But you know, on tour right now,
- 29:46Speaker 1: so we already we just scheduled out to mix for
- 29:49Speaker 1: a single drops a hard Man. You know. After that
- 29:52Speaker 1: we come with like an EP or something. I kind
- 29:53Speaker 1: of I'm not I'm not changing method.
- 29:56Speaker 2: Why don't y'all do it like a joint album.
- 29:58Speaker 1: Oh that's all the way, that's on the way. So
- 30:00Speaker 1: that's gonna be the Like I just started a label
- 30:03Speaker 1: six Entertainment.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Yeah, so that's gonna I'm gonna need a chain for sure.
- 30:08Speaker 1: All my people got the mos, Like, so I got you?
- 30:10Speaker 2: How did you guys link up?
- 30:12Speaker 1: We actually met senior high school. So I got kicked
- 30:14Speaker 1: out of three schools my senior ye oh, while he
- 30:17Speaker 1: was one of them. I was. I was a football player,
- 30:19Speaker 1: but I had got big hitted, like I had offers everywhere. Yeah,
- 30:23Speaker 1: like that's what I ended up having to go to
- 30:24Speaker 1: a juco because my head got so be in trouble.
- 30:28Speaker 1: I got kicked. I swung on the coach at my
- 30:31Speaker 1: first school. Oh shit, I kicked out. Ended up going
- 30:34Speaker 1: to like this little school in the country, play like
- 30:36Speaker 1: four games topped them to the playoffs right after the
- 30:39Speaker 1: football season. Eight turned out to be very much racist,
- 30:44Speaker 1: and yeah, so I ended up getting kicked out of
- 30:46Speaker 1: that school.
- 30:46Speaker 2: The school was racist, Yeah in Texas, no way, I'm kidding.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, like I'm talking about like drove around with
- 30:54Speaker 1: Confederate flags on the back of their trucks.
- 30:56Speaker 2: So I lived in Florida for a few years, and
- 30:58Speaker 2: I didn't even know, Like, I'm from Arizona, which is
- 31:00Speaker 2: like there's a certain element of white trash out there,
- 31:02Speaker 2: but it ain't like it's like tweaker like biker gang
- 31:05Speaker 2: white trash. It ain't like redneck white trash, right, So
- 31:08Speaker 2: when I moved to Florida, when I moved to Florida,
- 31:11Speaker 2: like there was a whole new white trash introducing into
- 31:16Speaker 2: my life. And it was like Southerner white trash and
- 31:18Speaker 2: these guys who got like the South will Rise again
- 31:20Speaker 2: flags and I was just like these people are still oh.
- 31:26Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah it was. I got kicked out of the
- 31:28Speaker 1: school for my safety.
- 31:31Speaker 2: What the fuck? What's the name of h I left?
- 31:35Speaker 2: So I when I lived in Florida, I drove from
- 31:39Speaker 2: Phoenix to Tampa, Tampa to Phoenix, and I was with
- 31:44Speaker 2: my boys who were brown, and my homie from Houston
- 31:48Speaker 2: was like, East Texas. There's a town, he said, whatever
- 31:52Speaker 2: you do, don't stop there. I think it starts with
- 31:54Speaker 2: a v is it visits.
- 31:58Speaker 1: I would have thought they was talking about the top.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Is a Valdyt Valdy Texas, Valdy, Texas. But but I
- 32:05Speaker 2: heard that, like in Texas there's some cities that are
- 32:07Speaker 2: like fucking they're just openly.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Ellis County.
- 32:12Speaker 2: Uh you said Tyler.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Tyler said, yeah, yeah, they they're still trying to hang
- 32:20Speaker 1: for us. Oh my god, Yeah, it's going down.
- 32:22Speaker 2: The KKK is very active in Texas.
- 32:24Speaker 1: I've heard having meats and ship for that.
- 32:29Speaker 2: It's so crazy because Texas is one of the it
- 32:32Speaker 2: reminds me of Florida in terms of like you could
- 32:35Speaker 2: be like one town over from like some real lit
- 32:38Speaker 2: racist like ship, but then you go to the next
- 32:41Speaker 2: town and it's like and.
- 32:42Speaker 1: The white people is at the black people barbecues.
- 32:44Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. Yeah, because like man, like when
- 32:47Speaker 2: you go to Houston, you're like, oh, this is a
- 32:49Speaker 2: melting pot. Everyone kind of gets.
- 32:50Speaker 1: A long you know.
- 32:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I went to Dallas one I told you I
- 32:54Speaker 2: went to Dallas wrestling. It had a good time, but
- 32:56Speaker 2: it was it wasn't my favorite city. But I feel
- 32:59Speaker 2: like I did I went to the wrong people.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Gotta go with me.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I definitely was like with you know guys
- 33:05Speaker 2: where I was just like, I was like, these places
- 33:08Speaker 2: are trapped, like you gotta go and then we try
- 33:13Speaker 2: to get into a spot. Was there a strip club
- 33:14Speaker 2: called Onyx back in the day. Yeah, yeah, like but
- 33:20Speaker 2: it was like maybe eight years.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Ago, right, Yeah, yeah, that was before I was going.
- 33:24Speaker 2: To Maybe it was called maybe it was called Babbylon
- 33:27Speaker 2: maybe I don't know, but anyway, trying to.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Go it probably was.
- 33:31Speaker 2: For sure. I was just disappointed with the talent because.
- 33:33Speaker 1: You got to go to like really just depend on
- 33:37Speaker 1: what you like.
- 33:38Speaker 2: But Latin and women of colors, ecstasy non whites.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Yeah, he had ecstasy, for sure. I see him. I
- 33:47Speaker 1: see him going crazy ecstasy. I see we take him
- 33:51Speaker 1: the cab North easing me into it by like the
- 33:55Speaker 1: third bottle. He's having a great time.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Hey, tours over him coming to Texas, got come to
- 34:00Speaker 2: hang out. Also, you guys are able to carry guns, yes,
- 34:05Speaker 2: which is a plus in my opinion.
- 34:07Speaker 1: Yeah, but it's they they pull a lot of little
- 34:09Speaker 1: bullshit though, So like you you can have a gun,
- 34:12Speaker 1: but if you got like they pulled me up right now,
- 34:14Speaker 1: I got this with me.
- 34:16Speaker 2: Because you got the gun, it's a problem.
- 34:17Speaker 1: It's now unlawful.
- 34:18Speaker 2: Care what yes, Oh that's crazy. You can't.
- 34:22Speaker 1: You can't be doing any You can't run a red
- 34:25Speaker 1: light while you got a gun.
- 34:26Speaker 2: Unlawful. So if you're breaking any other law while you
- 34:30Speaker 2: have a gun, it's unlawful. I forget you. Guys can't smoke.
- 34:33Speaker 2: We legally there.
- 34:34Speaker 1: We were just we just had to show in San Antonio,
- 34:36Speaker 1: and everybody in my car went to jail but me
- 34:39Speaker 1: for weed. The driver went to jail because he had
- 34:43Speaker 1: he had a gun on him and he ran a
- 34:45Speaker 1: red light. Boom took him to jail. Uh. The passenger
- 34:49Speaker 1: of my little brother, he was a real one. He
- 34:51Speaker 1: you know, yeah, he did what he supsed to do.
- 34:54Speaker 1: He went to jail. There was another young lady in
- 34:57Speaker 1: the car. She had like a little weaving up in
- 34:59Speaker 1: the bottom. A person went to jail.
- 35:02Speaker 2: We're so spoiled here because I don't even think that.
- 35:04Speaker 2: I forget that that's still a thing. Like people go
- 35:06Speaker 2: to jail.
- 35:06Speaker 1: We take advantag when we go to states like this,
- 35:08Speaker 1: we take advantage, Like we were just in New York.
- 35:10Speaker 2: Just blowing it down right in front of the police officers.
- 35:12Speaker 2: Just they don't give a bro. You saw in New York,
- 35:15Speaker 2: like you guys walk by the little tables or people
- 35:17Speaker 2: just selling weed in the middle of like everywhere, these
- 35:20Speaker 2: fold up tables at.
- 35:21Speaker 1: The park, they got ten dollars, grams, blessings.
- 35:27Speaker 2: I don't know if I want that. What kind of
- 35:29Speaker 2: fucking trash is in those backs?
- 35:31Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 35:32Speaker 2: Oh my goodness. Yeah for you man, you've obviously done
- 35:35Speaker 2: so much independently. You're headlining your on tour, You're doing
- 35:42Speaker 2: these numbers that a lot of these guys on these
- 35:43Speaker 2: major labels, with these major co signs aren't necessarily doing.
- 35:47Speaker 2: What is your game plan moving forward? Are you somebody
- 35:50Speaker 2: who's gonna obviously you're always going to look at all options,
- 35:53Speaker 2: But like, do you have the aspiration to continue to
- 35:55Speaker 2: be independent? Do you want to try to party major?
- 35:58Speaker 1: Feel like I definitely feel like I want stay independent
- 36:01Speaker 1: just off the strength of I need my child to
- 36:04Speaker 1: be good for forever. Like when I if I was
- 36:07Speaker 1: to go today, my son for showed good until eighteen. Yeah,
- 36:12Speaker 1: and that's what that's what I care about. You know
- 36:13Speaker 1: what I'm saying, I don't care about. But now I'm
- 36:16Speaker 1: thinking about longevity. I'm thinking about you know what I'm saying.
- 36:19Speaker 1: And so I just feel like, and that's the independence
- 36:22Speaker 1: the way. And then it's like I still get to
- 36:23Speaker 1: I can control. I can control. I couldn't. I've never
- 36:27Speaker 1: really had a job because I can't do a manager.
- 36:30Speaker 1: I'm like, not a manager, but like a boss figure.
- 36:34Speaker 1: I can't cause I'm a boss. So it's like, yeah,
- 36:37Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, So it just don't go.
- 36:39Speaker 1: So now it's like I'm my own boss. I got
- 36:42Speaker 1: a great team, you know what I'm saying that, and
- 36:44Speaker 1: we all want the same thing. We all want a
- 36:47Speaker 1: longevity of winning. Like no, we're not trying to just
- 36:49Speaker 1: win for right now. We're trying to win forever. Like
- 36:52Speaker 1: whenever everything is all gone, we still winning, you know
- 36:55Speaker 1: what I'm saying. And so I just feel like, now
- 36:59Speaker 1: I gonna say I've done enough for myself. I'm still
- 37:02Speaker 1: getting myself to you know, getting up there. But now
- 37:05Speaker 1: it's like, Okay, I'm at a I'm at a part
- 37:07Speaker 1: in life where I'm finna be done with my option
- 37:11Speaker 1: at UM now I can. I want a label deal,
- 37:15Speaker 1: but it's like I've done so much already, they can't
- 37:18Speaker 1: come at me with no.
- 37:20Speaker 2: Bullshit bullshit because you also know that, you know, I mean,
- 37:22Speaker 2: you were more educated about the business.
- 37:24Speaker 1: Exactly, and I think I do. And I had I
- 37:27Speaker 1: had a manager before, like way before this, and we
- 37:31Speaker 1: fell out and I don't even really funck with them.
- 37:32Speaker 1: No more like that now. But if I was ever
- 37:36Speaker 1: to see him before I reacted, I would tell him
- 37:39Speaker 1: I just wanna let you know, I thank you for
- 37:42Speaker 1: telling me to go to United Masters first, because I
- 37:45Speaker 1: could have signed Major at first, but it was just
- 37:48Speaker 1: I don't like doing stuff that I don't I understand,
- 37:51Speaker 1: I don't know the I don't know.
- 37:52Speaker 2: Yeah, because you're gonna have a fucking twenty page contract
- 37:54Speaker 2: twenty five and then you're paying an entertainment lawyer who
- 38:00Speaker 2: really just wants to get paid.
- 38:01Speaker 1: I mean I still had to do that. I still no, no, no, for.
- 38:03Speaker 2: Sure, you need a lawyer, right, But I mean, this
- 38:05Speaker 2: is the one thing I'll say is like a lot
- 38:06Speaker 2: of artists like I see it, like you know, their
- 38:09Speaker 2: team is just pushing for whatever. The biggest advanceage because
- 38:15Speaker 2: the now they get paid on the now. They're around
- 38:17Speaker 2: for the now. So your manager and not saying that
- 38:20Speaker 2: happened to you, But like I've seen this with artists
- 38:22Speaker 2: where their managers are pushing them to sign shitty deals
- 38:24Speaker 2: because they're gonna get paid now off of it, and
- 38:26Speaker 2: they got five other clients, so they don't really give
- 38:28Speaker 2: a fuck to be around in nine years, five years,
- 38:31Speaker 2: six years to get the the smaller bread over time.
- 38:35Speaker 2: So you artists got to look out for that man.
- 38:37Speaker 2: I definitely think some managers have you fucked up for
- 38:43Speaker 2: him shots in I was gonna say for you, like
- 38:48Speaker 2: what you know, we talked about post Malone earlier. These
- 38:52Speaker 2: guys I as someone like post or like Travis Erning.
- 38:54Speaker 2: These guys tapped in.
- 38:56Speaker 1: No post Malone, haven't Travis had? I reached out to Meghan.
- 39:02Speaker 2: Nothing for Megan. She's going through a lot, you know.
- 39:05Speaker 1: So overstood. Really, the biggest, biggest thing I don't reached
- 39:10Speaker 1: out to me is a.
- 39:12Speaker 2: Fire other Dallas legend. Definitely always forget you from Dallas.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Yeah, Bunbee.
- 39:25Speaker 2: Tiberger.
- 39:25Speaker 1: Yet No, I was supposed to have win that roller
- 39:28Speaker 1: lamp and I missed out on it because I was late.
- 39:30Speaker 2: I feel like you got to go to the restaurant.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Now, Yeah, I'm finna go to Houston. I gotta show
- 39:34Speaker 1: you Houston. So we're definitely gonna stop by.
- 39:36Speaker 2: The what's your biggest market outside of the state of
- 39:38Speaker 2: Texas because you're doing numbers so like you gotta have
- 39:40Speaker 2: fans everywhere.
- 39:41Speaker 1: Uh. I can look right there and see you.
- 39:45Speaker 2: Can look on your at your back end, on your
- 39:48Speaker 2: back you're probably Spotify artists.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Right, I just going to the United Master's average show me.
- 39:57Speaker 1: Uh well, let's see, right, I don't know, I've been having.
- 40:05Speaker 2: The worst sitting lately. Just what even love him?
- 40:12Speaker 1: But I'm probably gonna say, like so outside of Texas,
- 40:17Speaker 1: what about.
- 40:17Speaker 2: On the tour, like, what's been the crazy show? What's
- 40:19Speaker 2: sold out the fastest?
- 40:23Speaker 1: I mean Texas a lout of texas As already saw that,
- 40:27Speaker 1: but I mean everywhere every show we done did then
- 40:30Speaker 1: show that. Yeah, Like by the time we get there,
- 40:33Speaker 1: it's only like fifteen tickets left. So that's fire. Milwaukeeans
- 40:38Speaker 1: gonna take that.
- 40:38Speaker 2: Take it out. Yeah, So even hey Luca Dirk Dirk,
- 40:43Speaker 2: oh yeah, he got you the ring.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Yeah, come on, come on, he can't go can't go
- 40:47Speaker 1: against the grain. Yeah, it can't go against the grand
- 40:50Speaker 1: How do you feel about Luca though? I mean I
- 40:53Speaker 1: feel like he got Dirk potential he does. I feel
- 40:57Speaker 1: like he could be.
- 40:58Speaker 2: He seems like not the easiest guy to pla.
- 41:00Speaker 1: Man, it's crazy because it's somebody that got to be
- 41:03Speaker 1: from overseas to take us there.
- 41:07Speaker 2: Hey man, that's that. But that's Texas teams in general.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Y'all had Y'allming and Houston. Y'all had fucking Tim Duncans
- 41:12Speaker 2: from the Virgin Islands. Got it, Mono, Gerobli, Lucas and Dirk.
- 41:18Speaker 1: At least, you know, we love everybody.
- 41:19Speaker 2: Y'all love every well, I mean some of y'all love everybody.
- 41:26Speaker 1: I love everybody. Let me say that that.
- 41:28Speaker 2: Did and then y'all got Kyrie.
- 41:30Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that was a shot.
- 41:33Speaker 2: There's not a lot of defense getting played.
- 41:35Speaker 1: It's like one.
- 41:38Speaker 2: Fifty two games all year. Next year, that's.
- 41:41Speaker 1: Cool, We're gonna put something together them in. I'm gonna
- 41:44Speaker 1: talk to him. I got I got livers now I
- 41:45Speaker 1: can come up there and talk to him.
- 41:48Speaker 2: How how much are you you say you got one more?
- 41:51Speaker 2: I'm left on the deal. How close are you to
- 41:53Speaker 2: complete the project.
- 41:55Speaker 1: I mean, if you're asking me, I'm.
- 41:57Speaker 2: Done, it's done, features and everything.
- 42:00Speaker 1: You know, I'm not really a big feature person.
- 42:03Speaker 2: Is great with the album, I'm sure, yeah.
- 42:07Speaker 1: Yeah, But that's that's different. That's like that man, an
- 42:10Speaker 1: extension of me, you know what I'm saying. So like
- 42:12Speaker 1: if I i'm I'm the type of person that would
- 42:15Speaker 1: do an album and put one of his songs on.
- 42:17Speaker 2: There just just you know what I'm saying like that,
- 42:20Speaker 2: so that.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Don't even be counting. But like with the with the album,
- 42:23Speaker 1: I think what I put Airbanks on their tape money Southwalker,
- 42:26Speaker 1: that was just Texas. You know what I'm saying. I
- 42:28Speaker 1: was trying to lock in Texas. So like now you
- 42:32Speaker 1: am asking me, like mynors to ask me, man, come on,
- 42:35Speaker 1: we gotta do some big features, so you think we
- 42:37Speaker 1: should do it. Took me like a month to finally
- 42:39Speaker 1: just be like to sit down and actually listen to.
- 42:42Speaker 2: Certain songs and be like, okay, who can fit on this? Yeah?
- 42:45Speaker 1: And so I don't. I don't like the because now
- 42:49Speaker 1: that I know the business and I look at numbers
- 42:52Speaker 1: and all of that, some of these artists like there
- 42:55Speaker 1: will reach out and They'll be like, oh, this amount
- 42:57Speaker 1: of money, and I'll be like, bro, what you're not
- 43:01Speaker 1: streaming right now? What are we doing? But I know
- 43:06Speaker 1: it's part of the game, so well.
- 43:08Speaker 2: A lot of these guys, unfortunately, they're in positions where
- 43:11Speaker 2: that's a lot of their income comes from. It's features
- 43:15Speaker 2: and back end because they are not in the most
- 43:19Speaker 2: I understand, so you know, but you don't get offended
- 43:22Speaker 2: when that happens, because some people get pissed off and
- 43:24Speaker 2: then they are right.
- 43:24Speaker 1: Out because I know, I know what I would. Yeah,
- 43:29Speaker 1: I understand, but the people that they charge. Those people
- 43:35Speaker 1: are just talking about yeah, we're not even gonna do them.
- 43:38Speaker 1: But people that I am gonna do features with, Uh,
- 43:41Speaker 1: I'm gonna do something with h I'm trying to get
- 43:43Speaker 1: something with all sick Fire. I got a song I
- 43:45Speaker 1: want him? Who were saying? And it's two times I
- 43:50Speaker 1: got a song with him? Like you said, yeah, uh,
- 43:57Speaker 1: who else?
- 43:57Speaker 2: He's running around like everywhere with that little kid rapper
- 44:00Speaker 2: get the kids.
- 44:00Speaker 1: He just followed me on Instagram. I got so excited
- 44:02Speaker 1: last night.
- 44:02Speaker 2: I sat with him at the BT Awards and I
- 44:04Speaker 2: thought it was his son because like Finesse two times
- 44:06Speaker 2: sits with the kid and I was like, hey, what's
- 44:09Speaker 2: I was like, is this your kid? You know? And
- 44:12Speaker 2: he's like no, He's like he's a rapper. I was like,
- 44:15Speaker 2: what I paid him the freestyle? I asked him to rap,
- 44:17Speaker 2: and he's I don't wrap for free. So I gave him.
- 44:20Speaker 2: I had Mexican pasos in my wallet, so I's like,
- 44:22Speaker 2: here's some pasos and he wrapped. And this little kid
- 44:25Speaker 2: was talking like he was a thirty nine year old
- 44:27Speaker 2: trapper who just got out of prison. I was like,
- 44:30Speaker 2: what's happening here? It was the craziest shit ever. And
- 44:35Speaker 2: I was like, this sounds like the type of kid
- 44:36Speaker 2: that might be raised by Finesse two times indeed, not
- 44:42Speaker 2: his son.
- 44:43Speaker 1: Yeah, no, that's crazy. I thought that was his kid.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Not his kid, just a kid.
- 44:47Speaker 1: But Kings just following me on King, Yes, he was
- 44:50Speaker 1: followed me on Instagram last night and I blurted it
- 44:52Speaker 1: out in the sprinting. I see y'all Kings just following
- 44:54Speaker 1: me on Instagram?
- 44:55Speaker 2: So you have to Finesse anybody else?
- 44:57Speaker 1: Uh right now? In the moment two I done came.
- 45:00Speaker 2: Hey you're on that Mexicans album you got?
- 45:03Speaker 1: You know, we made this song two years ago. Really,
- 45:09Speaker 1: I was right when we both started bubbling. He reached
- 45:12Speaker 1: that to me, and we just at first it was
- 45:15Speaker 1: just kind of vibing, and then he sent me something.
- 45:18Speaker 1: We did it. He came, we shot a video for it,
- 45:20Speaker 1: like this one. He was on his first tour.
- 45:23Speaker 2: Oh wow.
- 45:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:24Speaker 2: So well, you guys are both, in my opinion, like
- 45:27Speaker 2: two of the best rappers just here. Also, both of
- 45:31Speaker 2: you have an affinity for being naked. H He's a
- 45:37Speaker 2: shirtless fuck as well. A couple of shirtless guys. You know,
- 45:42Speaker 2: I think you guys should do.
- 45:43Speaker 1: We've never been shirtless together, not yet. I might keep
- 45:48Speaker 1: my shirt on.
- 45:49Speaker 2: The keep, I was gonna say, if you guys, I mean,
- 45:55Speaker 2: both of you guys are independent ish. I know he's
- 45:58Speaker 2: with Johnny and good talk and got upstream together Johnny.
- 46:03Speaker 2: This feels like a perfect moment for y'all to do
- 46:07Speaker 2: like a fucking collapse project together, a little eight piece,
- 46:13Speaker 2: a little seven pieces six We definitely, we definitely and
- 46:17Speaker 2: neither of you should have shirts on on the cover.
- 46:22Speaker 1: And like he got like a loutra door mass Con
- 46:25Speaker 1: and I have like a cowboy hand on.
- 46:26Speaker 2: You guys both have cowboys hands you got both no shirts? Man,
- 46:32Speaker 2: I mean I feel like that would be like fucking
- 46:36Speaker 2: the equivalent to like Nas and jay Z coming together
- 46:38Speaker 2: like ninety eight and doing it all together.
- 46:40Speaker 1: But see, I gotta stretch you out because, like I said,
- 46:42Speaker 1: I got the one coming with ROW, I got one
- 46:44Speaker 1: coming with Yevo.
- 46:45Speaker 2: No, no, no shot to Yevo, who's incredible as well. He's
- 46:48Speaker 2: from Alabama, right, yeah, yeah, I gotta tap him man.
- 46:51Speaker 1: He's yeah, he actually be you know, we're here on
- 46:53Speaker 1: my tours.
- 46:54Speaker 2: Yeah, Yevo's dope. But you and OT, Yeah we have
- 46:57Speaker 2: to do that too, man, that'll be history.
- 47:00Speaker 1: Yeah, members like crazy.
- 47:04Speaker 2: What was your last real job?
- 47:08Speaker 1: My last real job was? I want to say, ups?
- 47:17Speaker 1: You wear a UPS or UPS? Were you delivering or
- 47:20Speaker 1: were you love it?
- 47:22Speaker 2: I loved it the trip? Do you have to wear brown? No,
- 47:25Speaker 2: that's a.
- 47:27Speaker 1: That's for the drivers only.
- 47:29Speaker 2: I always wonder, because I may or may not know
- 47:33Speaker 2: somebody very close to my life that may or may
- 47:35Speaker 2: not be me, that have sent a lot of marijuana
- 47:38Speaker 2: through the mail over ten years ago, of course, statute
- 47:41Speaker 2: of limitations. I always wonder do the UPS drivers or
- 47:47Speaker 2: the UPS factory workers if the box bus open or
- 47:51Speaker 2: y'all think there's some fucking packs in there.
- 47:54Speaker 1: They can definitely just bust their motherfucker up and if
- 47:56Speaker 1: they want to.
- 47:56Speaker 6: But have you ever like I always wonder if they
- 47:58Speaker 6: keep it so it depends Like it's like if I'm
- 48:02Speaker 6: working at UPS and a fucking a ten piece comes
- 48:04Speaker 6: through and a bus open, I'm just like, how do
- 48:06Speaker 6: we get this out of here?
- 48:07Speaker 1: So, like you said, if there was somebody like me
- 48:11Speaker 1: that worked at UPS that unloaded the trucks and just
- 48:15Speaker 1: happened to be cool with the person who you know
- 48:18Speaker 1: used to pull up with the trucks, you know, and
- 48:20Speaker 1: those certain packages came through, you just leave them on
- 48:22Speaker 1: the truck. I'm pretty sure that's what they would do. Yeah,
- 48:25Speaker 1: And then.
- 48:25Speaker 2: Hey, just so you know, this one's not going to
- 48:27Speaker 2: get reported missing. Yeah, who's going to call you ps
- 48:31Speaker 2: and be like, hey, so my technical ten pounds of
- 48:34Speaker 2: marijuana didn't land in Ohio exactly.
- 48:37Speaker 1: So, but I don't know. Nowadays they now you will
- 48:41Speaker 1: you can always tell. But now it's like, okay, do
- 48:44Speaker 1: I just I bust it open to see what it
- 48:46Speaker 1: is and then if you see it, I keep it
- 48:47Speaker 1: in the truck or do I.
- 48:50Speaker 2: Because there's also the risk that you also could be
- 48:52Speaker 2: just hating on someone's hustle, because exactly, you don't want
- 48:54Speaker 2: to shoot on a guy who's you know, sending weed
- 48:56Speaker 2: through the man.
- 48:56Speaker 1: But it's like, technically, I don't really mean mean to
- 49:00Speaker 1: do with me. No, you know what I'm saying. If
- 49:02Speaker 1: I if I.
- 49:03Speaker 2: Find it miss me, No, it's you for sure. But
- 49:07Speaker 2: I mean like if you ain't got the plug with
- 49:09Speaker 2: the guy in the truck, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, then
- 49:11Speaker 2: you're just opening it up.
- 49:12Speaker 1: It's a lot harder then though, because now you gotta
- 49:14Speaker 1: you gotta try to you gotta take it out of
- 49:16Speaker 1: the box, you gotta try to get it to the restroom.
- 49:17Speaker 1: You gotta try to put it in the roof. You
- 49:19Speaker 1: gotta work it. Shift.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Do they poke the box to see if because I've
- 49:25Speaker 2: heard at the post office take.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Open it, cut it. You can just cut it open
- 49:29Speaker 1: and just retape it.
- 49:30Speaker 2: Wow.
- 49:30Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it goes down and then build it. Yes.
- 49:37Speaker 2: Have you ever found any backs work?
- 49:39Speaker 1: Yeah allegedly, yeah, but I am do man with it
- 49:44Speaker 1: because I found it with the supervisor.
- 49:48Speaker 2: Yeah, so he was like, we have to report that.
- 49:49Speaker 1: It just smeant like like coffee beans real band. I
- 49:52Speaker 1: know the real So I'm like, but I know, I
- 49:55Speaker 1: bust the bikes open. And when I bust it open, allegedly,
- 49:58Speaker 1: when I bust the bikes open, the supervisor came in.
- 50:01Speaker 1: I just made it look like, oh, what do we
- 50:03Speaker 1: have here?
- 50:04Speaker 2: What is this?
- 50:04Speaker 1: What is this? And they caught it in. They took
- 50:08Speaker 1: me at the truck. I was unloving at the truck
- 50:10Speaker 1: or watching crying.
- 50:11Speaker 2: Like damn, it could have been me. That's yeah, you
- 50:15Speaker 2: gotta you gotta get creative with how you send stuff
- 50:17Speaker 2: in the mouth because people like you.
- 50:19Speaker 1: But it's like in the warehouse, it's like you kind
- 50:22Speaker 1: of can after a while.
- 50:23Speaker 2: You know, you got a triple vacuum seal.
- 50:26Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, we got to put the diamonds. Like
- 50:29Speaker 1: you can tell when people send it down, like if
- 50:31Speaker 1: it's a certain like if it's something that's worth over.
- 50:34Speaker 1: I think it was like fifty thousand dollars. They would
- 50:36Speaker 1: put like a white and red bag around it so
- 50:38Speaker 1: that when they want, like, you don't even unload it.
- 50:41Speaker 2: Usually it's insured, right.
- 50:43Speaker 1: E rig, they don't even like you don't even get
- 50:46Speaker 1: to unloaded somebody. It's people that drive around the warehouse
- 50:49Speaker 1: that come and get the e rigs from.
- 50:51Speaker 2: Out of Yeah, those are probably a little harder to
- 50:53Speaker 2: bust open.
- 50:54Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 50:55Speaker 2: Yeah, did you work there as well?
- 50:58Speaker 1: Right, he worked at Fex. He was a delivery guy.
- 51:03Speaker 1: Oh that's why he got the video. He got fired
- 51:07Speaker 1: for that video.
- 51:07Speaker 2: Actually, wait a minute, So you worked at UPS, you
- 51:11Speaker 2: worked at FedEx. This is like the bloods and the
- 51:13Speaker 2: crips coming together. Right. Uh so you were how long
- 51:21Speaker 2: were you a delivery driver?
- 51:23Speaker 3: Like nine months?
- 51:24Speaker 2: In that nine months, how much drugs did you steal
- 51:26Speaker 2: from hard working drug dealers coming allegedly allegedly allegedly If
- 51:33Speaker 2: there was somebody who was doing the same job as you,
- 51:35Speaker 2: how much would they have taken?
- 51:37Speaker 1: Like not you?
- 51:37Speaker 2: Of course?
- 51:39Speaker 3: Probably cool little twenty ball Jesus.
- 51:45Speaker 2: I mean, I know there's motherfuckers like you, because I'd
- 51:48Speaker 2: be like, Yo, my shoes. What happens? You're looking at
- 51:52Speaker 2: the fucking tracking and then it says out for delivery
- 51:55Speaker 2: and it just never gets delivered and you're.
- 51:57Speaker 1: Like, oh, or it'll say it's there but it's.
- 52:01Speaker 3: Not there, or it'll be there, it's just be an
- 52:05Speaker 3: empty box. And then you just press insured and you know,
- 52:09Speaker 3: and you again.
- 52:10Speaker 2: Wow, bro, you're a fucking you know, a crazy guy.
- 52:15Speaker 2: You're not crazy?
- 52:16Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 52:16Speaker 3: I know people, man, they do.
- 52:20Speaker 1: We really took over the warehouse industry. Yeah, break the Phoenix.
- 52:25Speaker 3: Yeah, you know what I'm saying. I don't seen people
- 52:29Speaker 3: make over twenty five thousand in a day delivery.
- 52:35Speaker 1: When when the PS five's was was hot, really.
- 52:37Speaker 3: PS five you gotta think about it. PS five dropped
- 52:40Speaker 3: when the iPhones dropped, so I was so yeah.
- 52:45Speaker 1: You want to tell you a funny story. Allegedly yeah, allegedly,
- 52:48Speaker 1: of course you know someone right, Uh, this is right.
- 52:52Speaker 1: When I'm no longer working, I done signed my first
- 52:54Speaker 1: little distribution deal United Master's. They gave me a nice
- 52:57Speaker 1: little bag. We wrapping. I'm rapping now. He's working at Fitex. Allegedly,
- 53:03Speaker 1: were gonna do a show. We go do a show,

- 53:29Speaker 1: my first ever carry. This is when I found out
- 53:32Speaker 1: you can't be doing something illegal. While you got a gun.
- 53:35Speaker 1: Because as soon as they pull us up, I'm like, yeah, officer,
- 53:37Speaker 1: I gotta I got a little bit of weed. I
- 53:40Speaker 1: got a gun that's registered to meter, so you can't
- 53:42Speaker 1: really do nothing about it. He's like, okay. I'm like,
- 53:45Speaker 1: I'm like, here's two guns in the car. They both
- 53:46Speaker 1: in somebody name. At the time, I'm not even knowing
- 53:49Speaker 1: that this is allegedly, So I'm like, there's two guns.
- 53:52Speaker 1: They they both in the name. We're good. They pulled
- 53:54Speaker 1: me over, they take me to jail because I had
- 53:56Speaker 1: a little bit of weed, anlawful carry, and they let
- 53:59Speaker 1: this nigga go. They adn't even run the guns because
- 54:03Speaker 1: I was so honest with him, you know, I was, yeah,

- 54:11Speaker 2: gun fell off the back of a truck allegedly.
- 54:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 54:14Speaker 2: Wow. So when they say things fall off of the

- 58:24Speaker 2: don't want to work in me. Oh god, how I

- 58:43Speaker 1: me seven seventy five, he said, it's seven twenty He
- 58:46Speaker 1: was mixic. He said it's seven twenty five, but for
- 58:49Speaker 1: you seven seventy five.
- 58:51Speaker 2: And I was like, man, I was like, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 58:56Speaker 2: what would you buy with your paychecks back then? At seventeen?

- 1:02:00Speaker 2: You didn't say Dallas. I was gonna say, you're a
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: fucking trader because you're a fucking Texans.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: No, they played Texas. They played a song, so oh,
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: they play your song, Texas crazy.
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: You're right, there has There's no way you walk into
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: an arena in the state of Texas and they're not
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: playing that song.
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: So that's everything we're saying.
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: When I heard that song in my head, I just
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: pictured the source magazine Don't Mess With Texas cover from
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: like My Childhood just playing out in person. Do you
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: remember that.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: Cover you said from your Childhood? I'm only twenty five.
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: It was like j Prince Bunbe, Mike Jones, fucking everybody
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: was on this cover and I like pulled out and
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: it was like during that like real, I guess the
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: last time like was litly so like you don't know,
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: it was a time were you listening to. Like the
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: thing about Dallas, people don't understand it is like a
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: lot of the like older dollar shit, like I think
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: at Dureaux, you know, I think of like some of
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: the more fun shit. Uh yeah, my Dougie.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: That's definitely what Dallas is based off of.
- 1:03:02Speaker 2: Right, It's more like the yeah, a lot of dancing
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: and ship. And then when we think of Houston, we
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: think of the screwing and Shopsisher House and all that ship.
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: I feel like, for like, did you grow up listening
- 1:03:14Speaker 2: to any of that, like more the dance dancing.
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: I used to be a dancing motherfucker everybody would if
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: you say you wasn't dancing, was from Dallas?
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: Your lying so you could do the line. You got
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: some moves, you got some tiktoks in you.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: You gonna see it. You gotta come to show.
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: When's the LA Show Friday. I'll be there Friday Friday night.
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: I'm fucking coming. Pause. Hey, yo, I've been I've been
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: getting away with some egregious ones lately.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: Man.
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: I'm sorry you're performing. Yeah, uh when is listen you're
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: about the freestyle. So you guys are gonna see how
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: crazy he is as an artist. But what do you
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: got going on?
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: Brough h Just a bunch of singles right now? Yeah,
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: there's dropping a whole bunch of singles.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: You guys are like, fucking you guys really came in
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: the ship together, the high school together. You guys fucking
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: ran up the shipping war.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: Now. He asked me, the one who he's been rapping,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: Did you learn a lot from him?
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: Yeah? For sure.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: That's why I keep with me, because it's like I
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: still it's still a ship that I don't know, like
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: when it comes to writing and smosh and he was
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: just I just got the voice them.
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: Alice is special.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: I got the voice and.
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: You could rap bro.
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I just got some of the top.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: I mean it's not hard to.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: You got some really bad rappers there. Yeah, I just
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: like I saw a Playboy Cardian concert roll. I just
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: was really lost. I was like, I just really confused.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: And I respect his team and I respect him and
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: I respect their movement. But he's the one artist because
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: I get most of this ship. It might not be
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: for me, but like you know, I get a little
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: woozy like I might get it, it's hard I get it.
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: Play with card is the.
- 1:05:00Speaker 6: One guy, and I don't know what the fuck's going on.
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: I'm gonna more and more.
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: Jalil Well, he'd just be doing backflips. I ain't heard
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: one of his songs. I just know that motherfucker is ripped.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: I know Jalio. I should check his music out because
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: I don't want to speak about his music without having
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: listened to it. I just know he is. He's got
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: a career in like, you know, wrestling, wrestling. Oh my god,
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: he could be a wrestler.
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: He Julia, Yeah.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: Standing backflips and just he's just fucking like and I'm like, bruh.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: He actually do like wrestling stunts on his should I.
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: Saw you know, I've seen a lot of artists starting
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: to like do these fake fucking wrestling moves on fans,
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: which is crazy because if they are real fans, it's
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: dangerous as fu. But there's no way they're real fans.
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: Motherfuckers are doing r KOs and the tables in the
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: middle of their show and they're like, it was a fan.
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: I'm like, no, it wasn't. You're not just r KO
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: and a random stranger into a table. That's a lawsuit.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: Have you ever this is a wild question, should have
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: an obvious no to it. But have you ever crowdserved?
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: No? One of these days, I'm gonna get my bigger
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: up there. They carry you better. But what you don't
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: do is t I'm like Beyonce or Drake levels like
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: i gotta like, I'm gonna get on my knees and laid.
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: So what you do is Paul, So what you do
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: is a.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: Bunch of crowds.
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: Crows hurts a lot in my life. You get into
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: the crowd and you find the biggest motherfucker right, and
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: then you just tap their shoulder and you say and
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: then they'll get you up and then you start tapping
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: the people in front, so then they'll tappen. And this
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: is at rock shows for the most part, or like
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: a Tech nine concert, and then and then they'll then
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: usually everyone's in communication. That was dangerous and when you do,
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: it's like out of nowhere, Like then you jump and
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: your fans aren't expecting you to do that. One you
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: might die, and to you might kill someone. And I
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: mean that with all due respect.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: No, I'm an athlete, man, I feel like I can't.
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: I can't off.
- 1:07:14Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying, Like in the middle of
- 1:07:16Speaker 5: the air, I can't. Oh ship, they're not they're not yet. No, No,
- 1:07:20Speaker 5: you should do it. Both of y'all should do it.
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: That's why I keep me, because I can't do he
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: can do. Like whenever we it's certain stages where I
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: can't get down row go.
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: It's like crowdserve is lit. Just don't have money trying
- 1:07:36Speaker 2: to rob you.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: You gotta you gotta wait till you gotta way to
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: be like like Super Megga store. I feel like right
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: away the crowd surf right now, someone would die. Though
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: not if everybody's on the same page.
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: Everyone has to be on the same page.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: You gotta say hey about the crowd, but you got
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: jump though, No, no, no, That's why I said. It's
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: more of a you gotta like sit down and just
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: laid back, and.
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: Yes, you gotta do this.
- 1:08:03Speaker 3: You go slow because if he jump, they're gonna do
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: like but to get him back on stage, whoever.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't know if you saw Roadway's
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: broken the whole stage before. I don't know if you
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: saw that.
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: And and I'm gonna take up for him because that's
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: actually my favorite artist.
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: That wasn't his fault, that was all those people that
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: were on stage with him. Also shot to Rod Wave,
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: one of my favorite artists. He's from Saint Petersburg, Florida,
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: which I used to live. He's a sweet guy too, man, Yeah,
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: I like you know what I like about Rod Wave.
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: He's so anti industry. Yeah, Like, he don't give a
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: funk about being your friend. He ain't trying to kick
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: it with rappers. He ain't doing none of the weirdo ship.
- 1:08:37Speaker 2: He's just making records.
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: I'm trying to kick you with you. Listen, listen, man,
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: I fuck with you. Ain't got to do no songs
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: roers with you yeah, we need to know.
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: I love Rod and he's like he can make country,
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: he can make pop music and he's just such an
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: amazing songwriter. Yeah, that don't happen for you, man, I
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: need that it's gonna happen.
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: We was just at G five of Miami Place. He
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: was there, Great Chickens and it was they said he
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: was there, I ain't see him. That happened to DJ
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: said old Rode Wave or something something.
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: What if the DJ accidentally thought you were road Wave?
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: That would be fucked up. I get that all the time.
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: I get this out.
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: Like you walked in and the guys are like, yo,
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: shout out to Rod Wave in the building and you you're.
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: Like if that's what he was talking about.
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: And then you're like you're like, Yo, that's dope road
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: Waves here. But the DJ thought you were with me.
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: Then he plays fight the Feeling and he's wondering why
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: you're not playing Fight the Feelings. I am excited because
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: I'm sinking. I'm a singing word for way.
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: So glad fans say this ship out of time like
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: before they are you are you out? No, okay, you're
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: from Texas And it's like that every time.
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: Are your gross permanent? Are you popped my permanent permanent?
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: So I had one of my first nah take my
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: first grill was it was a pull up, but a
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: dog like the smile of Yorky, like literally chewed the tip.
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: I had diamonds missing and some more ship, and I
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: was just like maybe.
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: Again I had a when I went through my girl face.
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: It was because I lived in Florida. Everybody in Florida
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: got grills.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: The gold grills.
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: So the jeweler just just gave me some grills, and
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: uh man, I just I couldn't get used to them.
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: Brouh And then and then you know what I realized
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: because I would talk to dudes with grills right, and
- 1:10:35Speaker 2: I'd be like, yo, why everybody I know into in Florida?
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: And also could say a lot about the type of
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: guys I was in close proximity with talking to just
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: had like really bad breath, and I was like, is
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: my breath funky? Because I got mel in my mouth?
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: I don't know. I stopped wearing them.
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: So it's really like, you're supposed to go get your
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: ship clean? You are you supposed to go get them
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: took out and cleaned. Every I think it's like every
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: three no, no, no, it's not it's not on It's like
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: every three months he's supposed to go back to the
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: Dinnis he take them off.
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: Take your actual teeth off.
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: No no, no, no no, So like they it's like
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: they're seamen on my.
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: On your actual they shaved your teeth down underneath.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: Yeah, but they didn't just they didn't codeact my No,
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: I understand, but but what you're saying is every three
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: months they're supposed to take the caps.
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: Off the mouth. They straight they get the seamen off,
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: clean my teeth, and then I take the actual diamonds
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: and ship to Johnny. They clean them that grill. Wow,
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: I go back to the Dinnists. He put them back on.
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: That's commitment. How long before you say this ship and
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: you get veneers?
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: I'm ready for veneers.
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: I was gonna say six months. Guess yeah. I feel
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: like everybody who has the grills, at least besides Birdman,
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: who I think recently took him out because Birdman was
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: committed to him. But all the homies I know who
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: are younger, they get the grills to perms and I
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: see him like two months later, two years later or something,
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: and they just they got them pearly whites.
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: Because it's only because I just never thought that I
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: would lose, like a diamond would come out of my mouth.
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: And a diamond came out of my mouth. What were
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: you eating?
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: I wouldn't even eating them, or I don't know. I
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: just I didn't even notice it was missing. I was
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: in the fucking Arizona recording, so I didn't even know.
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: I just I never knew that somebody pointed to.
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: That, like, damn, diamond's missing. And then you gotta you
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: have special toothpaste.
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: Uh you can't. I mean you could, just it's certain
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: toothpastes that you can use it like I use any toothpaste,
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: but it's like this black one that you can use
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: that's supposed to the charcoal. Yeah, but I don't think
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: it made no difference.
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: And you just pop yours out and back to it.
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: I'd be seeing him do this shit sometimes and I
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: just go, I know, you feel so relieved, but it's like,
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: I don't know, I don't feel like you make a difference.
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: Well, your only option after this is veneers. You can't
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: go back now. You need veneers, which I mean, don't
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: get them super crazy motherfuckers out here looking crazy. These
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: mothering artists out here got these fucking teeth, is brother,
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: the teeth. These fools got these fucking surfboards, and and
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: it's like, oh, I see what you did there? The
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: most unnatural looking fucking horse smile in the world.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm gonna go with the person who put my
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: parents in Bollywood. He do he did Javonte Davis teeth,
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: You do all the he didfinite well he different it's
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: two times teeth.
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: He did some teeth. Who doesn't have teeth? Right now?
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: Everybody's got veneers. You know what sucks is we have
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: like a whole entire generation of hip hop artists who
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: have little weird things underneath their fake teeth.
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: Yeah, see mine nasty.
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: Did you see a shout out to Texas be King
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: He actually posted a picture.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: Yeah with oh my god, see he appreciated him, showing.
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: Everybody like this is what this ship?
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, and that was just with veneers. He never had.
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: Agreed, right, he had veneers?
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I guess he just got out his ship actually
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: pulled out.
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: And got like implants. Yeah, and implants is the wave,
- 1:14:19Speaker 2: but they're painful as fuck.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: Takes a while, brou because then you've seen he just
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: he just lost the tooth. I had to get it
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: redne he was eating something in the tooth.
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: By the way, Texas legend.
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: Yeah, for sure, for sure him.
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I'd like to attribute all of the cucumber
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: action of like twenty eighteen.
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: Twenty all those definitely went to him.
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: Oh my god, I remember seeing like trouble and boozy.
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: Did you remember seeing that if full party?
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: I was like, what the fuck?
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: And then you never been to a party like that?
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: No, I wouldn't. I wouldn't want to go. I'm married. Yeah,
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: my wife would not approve. Yeah. Now, somebody who looked
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: like me and had similar interest as me that was
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: not married, I cannot confirm nor disconfirm that they would
- 1:15:12Speaker 2: enjoy such events. But me, I would not enjoy it.
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: I wouldn't even First off, I went, I'd hate it
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: a terrible time. I would I would.
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: Feel like it's.
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: Smell like, you know, fucking backward smoothie.
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: Yeah, that's hint. The cucumber.
- 1:15:35Speaker 2: It just was out here being reckless with cucumbers. Bro
- 1:15:38Speaker 2: Oh my god, it's kind of crazy. All right, man,
- 1:15:41Speaker 2: We'll look at the tour is going crazy, So congratulations
- 1:15:44Speaker 2: on the tour. Appreciate how much you guys are almost done.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: Yeah we were over passed halfway through it, but then
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: right after this tour we came to this tour.
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: So wow, have you like Kevin yet? Not in personal
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: You guys are gonna have a fun time. He's a
- 1:15:58Speaker 2: very good guy. He's also intense, but he's like a hugger,
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying, Like, if he fucks with you,
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: you're gonna hug.
- 1:16:05Speaker 4: You.
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: Guys are gonna hug if you don't fuck with you,
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: I don't know. Yeah, but you wouldn't be. But he's
- 1:16:11Speaker 2: a great dude. You might end up Muslim at the
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: end of the tour though, Yeah, Gates. I feel like
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: all the rappers are kicking with Kevin Gates. They're Muslim
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: right after like, shout out to fucking young boys, Muslim
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: money bag.
