Controlling your tongue through prayer

James 1:26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain. 💥💥💥 One way we can "bridle our own tongue" is by praying instead of saying that which we want to say. Often I will just say, "God, please help me not to say that!"
