- 0:13Speaker 3: Have been follow us each on a lot of public
- 0:15Speaker 3: service stuff.
- 0:15Speaker 4: Rich Valdez calumnist now with the Washington Times.
- 0:18Speaker 2: This is America, Richiev.
- 0:20Speaker 3: You're on the air with A Nation.
- 0:23Speaker 2: America with your host, Rich Valdez.
- 0:26Speaker 3: What's up, America.
- 0:27Speaker 4: I am Rich Valdes Valdez with an S at Rich
- 0:30Speaker 4: Valdest on all of the social media. Welcome to the
- 0:33Speaker 4: Monday night edition of the program.
- 0:35Speaker 3: Happy to be with you.
- 0:36Speaker 4: Check us out at Rich Valdest dot com. Of course,
- 0:39Speaker 4: that is Valdest with an S and man. There's so
- 0:41Speaker 4: many things in the news tonight. It reminds me of
- 0:43Speaker 4: an old political joke where there's a robber, right the
- 0:47Speaker 4: guys about to do a stick up and he holds
- 0:50Speaker 4: up a guy.
- 0:51Speaker 3: He's got him at gunpoint.
- 0:52Speaker 4: He's like, you know, put him up, and he's robbing
- 0:54Speaker 4: a really well dressed guy, pointing his gun and he's
- 0:56Speaker 4: yelling and he said, give me all your money, and
- 0:58Speaker 4: the man replies, don't you know who I am? I'm
- 1:00Speaker 4: a US congressman, and then the Robberts says, oh, in
- 1:03Speaker 4: that case, give me all of my money. And that's
- 1:06Speaker 4: exactly how it is, because ultimately in Congress we get
- 1:10Speaker 4: into all sorts of things. So Ed Trompito is meeting
- 1:13Speaker 4: a backlash over this. He says, we've got extra money
- 1:16Speaker 4: from tariffs and he wants to give a dividend check
- 1:20Speaker 4: back to the American people. Members of some members of
- 1:22Speaker 4: Congress are saying, not so fast. We've got a deficit
- 1:26Speaker 4: to take care of. We're going to get into that.
- 1:28Speaker 4: Plus pardons, pardons and forgiveness right, not only for the
- 1:32Speaker 4: turkey today Monday, the President forgave the White House turkey
- 1:37Speaker 4: for Thanksgiving and two other things that were forgiven in
- 1:43Speaker 4: court today, I should say dismissed.
- 1:46Speaker 3: James call me and Letitia James.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Both of their cases were thrown out of court today
- 1:52Speaker 4: in a dismissal, with a federal judge siding with the
- 1:57Speaker 4: arguments that were made by the defense, saying that Lindsay
- 2:01Speaker 4: Halligan did not have the standing to serve as the
- 2:05Speaker 4: United States attorney for that district. So as they do
- 2:09Speaker 4: their appeal and whatnot, I'll keep you posted on that
- 2:11Speaker 4: and I'll get into that in the moment as well.
- 2:13Speaker 4: I also want to talk about what's happening internationally, because
- 2:18Speaker 4: there was really quite a lot happening today internationally, Lots
- 2:22Speaker 4: on the Russia front, lots with Ukraine, with the European Union.
- 2:25Speaker 4: As you know, on Friday, there was a big controversy
- 2:28Speaker 4: over that with respect to the deal coming out and
- 2:32Speaker 4: then people saying, oh, the deal is too favorable to Russia,
- 2:36Speaker 4: and the Ukrainians agreeing that this was not a deal
- 2:39Speaker 4: that they wanted to get involved with. So they're having
- 2:41Speaker 4: that rewritten and I'm guessing that once President Putin sees it,
- 2:46Speaker 4: he's gonna say thanks, but no thanks. This is how
- 2:49Speaker 4: this is going to go back and forth. My hope
- 2:52Speaker 4: is that we'll get some exciting news on that, and
- 2:55Speaker 4: there was a couple of promising reports the White House
- 2:58Speaker 4: signaling a development.
- 3:00Speaker 3: I hope some promise. We'll see how that goes.
- 3:02Speaker 4: But I want you to hear this report because it
- 3:05Speaker 4: has to do with how we get leverage on Russia,
- 3:07Speaker 4: and it's from Fox News. It's about these battlegroups that
- 3:10Speaker 4: are forming in the Caribbean to isolate Venezuela. Now, the
- 3:13Speaker 4: big deal here is that Venezuela is dabbling with China,
- 3:18Speaker 4: dabbling with Russia, dabbling with Iran. So if we can
- 3:22Speaker 4: isolate Venezuela so that they're no longer with these communist
- 3:27Speaker 4: partners globally, it puts the United States in a better position.
- 3:31Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 3:33Speaker 5: Should President Trump order strikes against the Maduro regime, there's
- 3:36Speaker 5: plenty of firepower in the Caribbean to do it, with
- 3:38Speaker 5: about thirty percent of all deployed American warships, including the
- 3:42Speaker 5: aircraft carrier Gerald R four now on station. There are
- 3:45Speaker 5: over two hundred Tomaul cruise missiles in theater aboard destroyers
- 3:49Speaker 5: and US marines aboard the USSE with Reshima and other
- 3:52Speaker 5: amphibs in the ready group now. Head of Thanksgiving, the
- 3:55Speaker 5: US military's top officer, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs
- 3:57Speaker 5: of Staff, General Raisin Kane, arrived in Puerto Rico yesterday
- 4:01Speaker 5: to meet the forces were part of Operation Southern Spear.
- 4:04Speaker 5: So with General Kine in the region, we'll have to
- 4:06Speaker 5: see if Secretary Hegseth follows suit ahead of Thanksgiving.
- 4:10Speaker 3: And one thing.
- 4:11Speaker 5: Officials have said is some of this build up in
- 4:14Speaker 5: the Creeman goes beyond the Maduro regime. It's about getting Russia,
- 4:17Speaker 5: China and Iran out of the Western hemisphere.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Guys should present, So what will happen. There's a lot
- 4:25Speaker 3: of speculation going on.
- 4:26Speaker 4: The New York Post reporting today there was some leaked
- 4:29Speaker 4: information and this is, you know, this developing story from
- 4:35Speaker 4: late last night that the peace deal calls for Ukraine
- 4:39Speaker 4: to keep its forces, but it leaves a NATO door
- 4:41Speaker 4: open in contrast to Trump's proposal. This is what the
- 4:44Speaker 4: Europeans are leaking, saying that they want to suggest. This
- 4:47Speaker 4: European proposal is meant to rival President Trump's twenty eight
- 4:50Speaker 4: point peace plan, and this is being reported by the
- 4:53Speaker 4: New York Post, and they're saying, keep your military forces
- 4:57Speaker 4: and let's keep the option to put you into NATO
- 5:00Speaker 4: on the table for the future. I think this is
- 5:02Speaker 4: obviously the deal breaker. It's literally why many say that
- 5:05Speaker 4: we're in this war to begin with. I don't know
- 5:08Speaker 4: how much of that I believe, but I know that
- 5:10Speaker 4: Putin has alluded to that being a deal breaker. Now,
- 5:15Speaker 4: this was discussed last night Sunday during a meeting between
- 5:19Speaker 4: the Europeans and the Ukrainians looking to put a counterproposal together.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Hoping to reach a deal, so Ursula, vander Lyon and
- 5:31Speaker 4: the rest of the gang are trying to hammer out
- 5:34Speaker 4: a deal here.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Now.
- 5:35Speaker 4: Part of what the deal includes the US plan, which
- 5:39Speaker 4: called on Ukraine to shrink its forces from about nine
- 5:41Speaker 4: hundred thousand soldiers to about six hundred thousand soldiers. European
- 5:45Speaker 4: version has no restriction can be placed on the Ukrainian army,
- 5:51Speaker 4: and obviously it's not much of a peace plan if
- 5:54Speaker 4: you leave, I think all the troops in place, right,
- 5:56Speaker 4: I think you got both sides seemingly unwilling to do it,
- 6:01Speaker 4: and again makes sense, right, I think everybody's making money
- 6:03Speaker 4: with this war over there, including the United States. But
- 6:07Speaker 4: it seems that the United States is looking for peace
- 6:10Speaker 4: way more than the other guys are.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Right.
- 6:12Speaker 4: It seems like Vladimir Putin's like, I'm vettiguti. If he dies,
- 6:15Speaker 4: he dies, right, if you know the reference, you know
- 6:17Speaker 4: the reference, and and Zelensky is you know, he's kind
- 6:22Speaker 4: of moved into this role as I was once an
- 6:24Speaker 4: actor and a comedian, but now I am a wartime president,
- 6:28Speaker 4: and he'll be one. He wants to remain this wartime
- 6:30Speaker 4: president with his sweatshirt, with his little Ukrainian logo on it.
- 6:34Speaker 4: So look, and I'm not trying to ridicule him or
- 6:36Speaker 4: minimize him. I'm just calling it the way I see it.
- 6:40Speaker 4: So what happens, what's next? Where do we go from here? Well,
- 6:44Speaker 4: I think that Secretary of Rubio has been out there
- 6:48Speaker 4: trying to make a deal happen and indicating that they
- 6:52Speaker 4: feel like the Russians might accept the deal. The issue
- 6:55Speaker 4: here is that it's the Ukrainians that look like they're
- 6:58Speaker 4: not going to accept the deal. Now, Rubio was defending
- 7:02Speaker 4: the twenty eight point piece planned because he had something to.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Do with it.
- 7:07Speaker 4: He says that the talks with the Ukrainians have probably
- 7:13Speaker 4: been the most productive that they've been during the entire process,
- 7:20Speaker 4: So that's encouraging. And Zelensky has also said that a
- 7:24Speaker 4: proper peace plan must take Ukraine's priorities into account and
- 7:29Speaker 4: avoid rewarding Russia with launching its invasion in the first
- 7:33Speaker 4: place and starting this whole war.
- 7:36Speaker 3: So we'll see how that ends up playing out.
- 7:40Speaker 6: But this.
- 7:42Speaker 3: Is a precarious situation for show.
- 7:46Speaker 4: Now, speaking of military action, there is a lot a
- 7:52Speaker 4: lot going on. The fallout over these military people continues, Right,
- 7:56Speaker 4: what do I mean by the military people. Well, I'm
- 7:57Speaker 4: talking about these videos that came out last week Democrats
- 8:01Speaker 4: who were calling on members of the military to disobey
- 8:06Speaker 4: illegal orders. And of course, not a single illegal order
- 8:11Speaker 4: has been conveyed. And I think this is part of
- 8:15Speaker 4: the issue. I explained in the previous show, this manipulation.
- 8:21Speaker 4: Not only is it unfair, but it's uncalled for. And
- 8:25Speaker 4: today Senator Elisa Slotkin, well, she admitted as much that
- 8:30Speaker 4: this whole thing was a hoax. She was more than
- 8:34Speaker 4: happy to tell the truth when she was in her
- 8:36Speaker 4: natural habitat CNN.
- 8:38Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 8:39Speaker 6: Well, let's talk right now.
- 8:40Speaker 3: Do you believe President Trump has issued any illegal orders?
- 8:45Speaker 7: To my knowledge, I am not aware of things that
- 8:48Speaker 7: are illegal, but certainly there are some legal gymnastics that
- 8:51Speaker 7: are going on with these Caribbean strikes and everything related
- 8:54Speaker 7: to Venezuela.
- 8:56Speaker 4: Oh, isn't that something? Well, then guess what. It seems
- 9:01Speaker 4: like this whole thing was a fake. It was a phony,
- 9:03Speaker 4: and it was a fraud and they knew that to
- 9:06Speaker 4: begin with. Well, now the Pentagon is threatening to court
- 9:10Speaker 4: martial the Democrat senator over his comment to refuse illegal orders.
- 9:16Speaker 3: In that video.
- 9:18Speaker 4: The Department of War announced earlier today on Monday that
- 9:21Speaker 4: it's opened a formal review into allegations of misconduct against
- 9:25Speaker 4: Democrat Senator Mark Kelly from Arizona over the video he
- 9:29Speaker 4: made calling on service members to refuse illegal orders. Now,
- 9:33Speaker 4: the Pentagon said it may even call Kelly, a retired
- 9:36Speaker 4: Navy captain, back into active duty to face a court
- 9:40Speaker 4: martial proceeding or some other administrative action under the Uniform
- 9:45Speaker 4: Code of Military Justice. Now, I don't know how fair
- 9:47Speaker 4: that is if he's not in the military anymore. But hey,
- 9:52Speaker 4: he shouldn't have opened his mouth. I guess you know.
- 9:55Speaker 4: This is the slippery slope that we play here. I
- 9:59Speaker 4: think that they're trying to make make a case here
- 10:00Speaker 4: for you know, you're out of line, you're out of bounds,
- 10:03Speaker 4: don't do it again.
- 10:05Speaker 3: I don't believe that they have this ability.
- 10:07Speaker 4: And lord knows, if if I was in the military
- 10:11Speaker 4: and was out of the military and then made a
- 10:14Speaker 4: comment that was critical of the president, I would I
- 10:18Speaker 4: would hate to think that they could recall me to
- 10:20Speaker 4: the military to.
- 10:21Speaker 3: Court martial right for saying that Joe L.
- 10:24Speaker 4: Babo so Biden, whether Barack Hussein Obama or any other
- 10:27Speaker 4: President I've never agreed with, you know, was the subject
- 10:32Speaker 4: of my scrutiny. Now, I understand that this is widely
- 10:38Speaker 4: viewed as it's a seditious action.
- 10:41Speaker 3: I do.
- 10:41Speaker 4: I get that, But I also understand that these guys
- 10:45Speaker 4: are no longer in the military, So there's a there's
- 10:48Speaker 4: a burden of proof here. The punishable by death is
- 10:51Speaker 4: the seditious conspiracy. Seditious language is is not last I checked, right.
- 10:59Speaker 4: So this is a distinction with a difference. And this
- 11:03Speaker 4: is not a defense of the Democrats. These guys are
- 11:06Speaker 4: a bunch of clowns that are playing a game that
- 11:08Speaker 4: is incredibly irrosive to the body politic, to the country,
- 11:13Speaker 4: to the fabric of our nation. However, these guys are
- 11:18Speaker 4: experts at walking up to the line and without crossing it.
- 11:21Speaker 4: And so you got to pick and choose your fights carefully.
- 11:25Speaker 4: And now here's a quote from an article in Fox
- 11:28Speaker 4: News about this matter. It says this matter will be
- 11:30Speaker 4: handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality.
- 11:35Speaker 4: The Department said that any further comments would be limited
- 11:39Speaker 4: to protect the integrity of these proceedings. The statement also
- 11:43Speaker 4: underscored that military retirees remain subject to ThEC MJ the
- 11:48Speaker 4: Uniform Code of Military Justice, and reminded service members that
- 11:55Speaker 4: orders are presumed to be lawful and must be obeyed.
- 11:58Speaker 4: The Department cited federal staff excuse me, including eighteen USC.
- 12:04Speaker 4: Section twenty three hundred and eighty seven, which prohibits attempts
- 12:10Speaker 4: to undermine the loyalty, morale, or discipline of US forces.
- 12:14Speaker 4: The Department of War reminds all individuals that military retirees
- 12:18Speaker 4: remains subject to the UCMJ for applicable offenses. The statement read,
- 12:23Speaker 4: a service member's personal philosophy does not justify or excuse
- 12:27Speaker 4: the disobedience of an otherwise lawful order.
- 12:29Speaker 3: Oh oh, I stand corrected.
- 12:32Speaker 4: Even though Kelly left active service years ago, the Pentagon could,
- 12:36Speaker 4: if it determines his actions violate the code, bring him
- 12:40Speaker 4: before a military court. Such recalls are rare and typically
- 12:44Speaker 4: reserved for serious criminal conduct such as espionage, sexual assault,
- 12:49Speaker 4: or fraud. Still precedent exists in the United States versus
- 12:54Speaker 4: Dinger in twenty eighteen and the United States versus Larabee
- 12:58Speaker 4: in twenty twenty. Appellate courts reaffirm that retirees receiving pay
- 13:04Speaker 4: remain under the ucmj's jurisdiction and can be tried for offenses.
- 13:09Speaker 3: Committed after retirement. So I guess that's the question.
- 13:13Speaker 4: If Senator Mr Kelly is receiving a pension from the
- 13:17Speaker 4: United States Military, can he be recalled into active duty
- 13:22Speaker 4: service just to be disciplined. I would say that's arguable, right,
- 13:27Speaker 4: That's very different than Hey, I was in the military
- 13:29Speaker 4: thirty years ago. I've been retired for twenty of those years,
- 13:32Speaker 4: or twenty five of them, and I'm saying what I
- 13:35Speaker 4: want to say because I'm a citizen of the United
- 13:38Speaker 4: States and a sitting member of Congress United States senator
- 13:42Speaker 4: at that.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Something tells me not much will happen.
- 13:46Speaker 4: But they wanted to take a stand to you know,
- 13:50Speaker 4: to be on the record saying hey, watch it, or
- 13:52Speaker 4: as my mother would say, not that, giddo. So this
- 13:57Speaker 4: investigation and review could potentially conclude that Kelly's comments constitute
- 14:02Speaker 4: a conduct to the prejudice of good order and discipline
- 14:06Speaker 4: or a violation of a United States Code which prohibits
- 14:09Speaker 4: encouraging disloyalty or insubordination amongst the armed forces. If so,
- 14:13Speaker 4: he could face recall to active duty for a formal
- 14:16Speaker 4: court martial. Punishments under those statutes can include forfeiture of pay, confinement,
- 14:21Speaker 4: or dismissal from service which he's already gone from, though
- 14:26Speaker 4: such outcomes are extraordinarily rare for political figures. So yeah, again,
- 14:31Speaker 4: I don't think anything's going to happen here, but let
- 14:34Speaker 4: everybody else who's getting any ideas be warned. If you're
- 14:38Speaker 4: getting a pension, you could lose your pension. I would say.
- 14:40Speaker 4: That goes without saying. You know, if I'm getting money
- 14:43Speaker 4: from any organization, I would expect that I have to
- 14:47Speaker 4: do things in the best interest of that relationship. Just
- 14:50Speaker 4: makes sense, right, If you got a sponsor, you know
- 14:53Speaker 4: you're not going to turn around and say this sponsor enough,
- 14:55Speaker 4: you don't like the sponsors, say you don't like the sponsor,
- 14:57Speaker 4: get rid of the sponsor, don't take their money, but
- 14:59Speaker 4: don't take their money, and then go say bad things
- 15:01Speaker 4: about them.
- 15:01Speaker 3: Right, it makes sense to me.
- 15:04Speaker 4: So we'll see what happens, and if there's gonna be
- 15:06Speaker 4: any formal disciplinary reaction, I don't think there will be.
- 15:08Speaker 4: That's my prediction here. I could be wrong, you know,
- 15:10Speaker 4: it might be unpopular opinion. I don't know, but you
- 15:13Speaker 4: let me know. Anyway, there's more to come. I want
- 15:16Speaker 4: to talk about the economy, Secretary best and talking about inflation.
- 15:20Speaker 4: We also have, oh my gosh, the back and forth
- 15:24Speaker 4: between President Trump ilhan Omar and all of the crazy
- 15:28Speaker 4: stuff happening in Dearborn, Michigan, and in Minnesota and all
- 15:34Speaker 4: across the country.
- 15:35Speaker 3: There are some wild stuff going on. Don't go anywhere.
- 15:38Speaker 3: I'm Rich Valdez.
- 15:40Speaker 2: This is America. This is America. He's got the best
- 15:46Speaker 2: head of hair and podcasting. This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 15:54Speaker 3: All right, I mean he goes, Welcome back, Rich Valdez.
- 15:56Speaker 4: Keeping your company this evening at Rich Valdez on all
- 15:59Speaker 4: of the social richveld does dot com. Make sure you
- 16:02Speaker 4: keep it locked there for updates on everything that's going on.
- 16:05Speaker 4: And I want to talk about the economy a little
- 16:07Speaker 4: bit because Secretary Beston was making his rounds this weekend
- 16:11Speaker 4: saying this, saying that going here, going there, fighting off
- 16:14Speaker 4: the deep state, fighting off the left, within the media,
- 16:17Speaker 4: doing all sorts of things that he's pretty good at doing.
- 16:19Speaker 6: Right.
- 16:20Speaker 4: He's pretty snide when he needs to be, and I
- 16:22Speaker 4: think that's a pretty good skill to have when you're
- 16:25Speaker 4: the Treasury Secretary. So I want to go to a clip.
- 16:29Speaker 4: He did an interview with Kristen Welker this weekend from
- 16:33Speaker 4: NBC News. I think that's Meet the Press, and this
- 16:37Speaker 4: is a good one. She hits him on the economy,
- 16:41Speaker 4: on inflation, on all sorts of stuff, and he collaps
- 16:44Speaker 4: right back.
- 16:45Speaker 3: Check this one out.
- 16:46Speaker 8: And yet some prices are going up. Of course, we
- 16:50Speaker 8: have seen prices increasing on staples like coffee, bananas, bacon.
- 16:55Speaker 8: Inflation has gone up. It's it's three percent now, up
- 16:59Speaker 8: from two percent in April when the tariffs were imposed.
- 17:03Speaker 6: No, no, no, no, they weren't. So inflation has it gone up.
- 17:08Speaker 6: And Kristen, the one thing that we're not going to
- 17:11Speaker 6: do is do what the Biden administration did and tell
- 17:14Speaker 6: the American people they don't know how they feel. They
- 17:17Speaker 6: are traumatized and over the Biden inflation. We have slowed
- 17:22Speaker 6: inflation and we are working very hard to bring it down.
- 17:26Speaker 6: Christ And I can tell you that the Council and
- 17:29Speaker 6: Economic Advisors has a study. You know, the best way
- 17:32Speaker 6: to bring your inflation right down. Move from a blue
- 17:35Speaker 6: state to a red state. Blue state inflation is half
- 17:38Speaker 6: a percent higher. And that is because they don't deregulate,
- 17:43Speaker 6: they keep prices up. Energy is higher.
- 17:47Speaker 4: Scott Besson, like he says, always armed with the truth, right,
- 17:51Speaker 4: He says, I have facts, they have opinions. That's what
- 17:54Speaker 4: he told breitbarton interviewed you did with Alex Marlow, and
- 17:58Speaker 4: I think he's right. I think the fact is that
- 18:02Speaker 4: Vesont really is on top of his game.
- 18:04Speaker 3: He knows what's going on.
- 18:05Speaker 4: And of course this has been a tough year for
- 18:09Speaker 4: him for anybody, right that they've been cleaning up a lot,
- 18:13Speaker 4: a lot, a lot of issues from the Biden administration,
- 18:17Speaker 4: from a very crooked Bureau of Labor Statistics reporting agency
- 18:23Speaker 4: for jobs numbers to everything else. Right, you see these
- 18:28Speaker 4: inflation numbers that people keep looking at, and again they're
- 18:32Speaker 4: somewhat manageable now. But my question is when they were
- 18:35Speaker 4: at their highest under Biden. I feel like I could make,
- 18:38Speaker 4: if you give me enough time, a valuable case to
- 18:42Speaker 4: say whatever that number was, it was likely double right,
- 18:45Speaker 4: because I think many of us at certain points during
- 18:48Speaker 4: the Biden administration, I can tell you for me, at least,
- 18:52Speaker 4: I felt like I hit one hundred percent increases on
- 18:56Speaker 4: certain things at some points, many things, So it was very,
- 19:04Speaker 4: very contentious in that time, and I think there's a
- 19:07Speaker 4: lot of that, a lot of catching up to do, right,
- 19:09Speaker 4: So it's kind of a.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Bad situation to be in. You know.
- 19:14Speaker 4: It's not one where they can come and say, voila
- 19:16Speaker 4: wave the magic wand like.
- 19:17Speaker 3: Obama said, well, what's he going to do?
- 19:19Speaker 4: Wave a magic wand let me be clear, No, he
- 19:22Speaker 4: has to do what he has to do in order
- 19:24Speaker 4: to roll back red tape, in order to you know,
- 19:28Speaker 4: eliminate some of this restrictive policies so that people can
- 19:32Speaker 4: actually start making money and be willing to invest. No
- 19:36Speaker 4: small feet right, not to mention President Trump running all
- 19:40Speaker 4: around the world, globe trotting, Hey, Mohammed Ben soundman, Hey,
- 19:45Speaker 4: how's it going, Hey, how are you? And every time
- 19:47Speaker 4: he says hello to somebody, they're like, hey, here's a
- 19:49Speaker 4: trillion dollar investment from our biggest company.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Hey, here's another trillion for you.
- 19:52Speaker 4: So you know, I've got no beef with President Trump,
- 19:55Speaker 4: el trumpitos and all this. Magnus the forty fifth president
- 19:58Speaker 4: of these United States and not mention the forty seventh too.
- 20:02Speaker 3: I think he's doing his thing.
- 20:04Speaker 4: But something that Besson said really stuck with me and
- 20:07Speaker 4: He said policy is personal because it's personnel that's carrying
- 20:13Speaker 4: it through, right, it's people. And when he saw what
- 20:17Speaker 4: President Trump was doing early on, he said one of
- 20:24Speaker 4: his biggest single trading game days was the twenty sixteen victory.
- 20:32Speaker 4: He also said that Trump was going to become president twice,
- 20:35Speaker 4: so he knew.
- 20:36Speaker 3: He kind of predicted it.
- 20:38Speaker 4: Saying that he thought it would be a good idea
- 20:40Speaker 4: to match up President Trump's policies with his own. So
- 20:46Speaker 4: he said, he went to him and he's been advising
- 20:50Speaker 4: him for close to three years now. So isn't that interesting, Right,
- 20:55Speaker 4: You get a smart guy like Scott Bessont that you know,
- 20:58Speaker 4: steps into the folder in the campaign and is ready
- 21:01Speaker 4: to go anyway. I wanted to get into another thing
- 21:05Speaker 4: on the economy here because there's some polling out and
- 21:09Speaker 4: this polling suggests that people are not too thrilled, at
- 21:14Speaker 4: least the people that they interviewed too thrilled about what's
- 21:18Speaker 4: going on with.
- 21:20Speaker 3: The economy.
- 21:22Speaker 4: And Besson says, look, we can have a lot better
- 21:26Speaker 4: outcomes if we had a more functional, cooperative congress right
- 21:32Speaker 4: the Senate and in the House and started pushing back
- 21:35Speaker 4: on the filibuster.
- 21:36Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 21:37Speaker 8: Do you believe that you have enough votes, that the
- 21:39Speaker 8: president has enough votes to get rid of the filibuster?
- 21:43Speaker 6: We will see come January thirties, because that's the point
- 21:46Speaker 6: of my editorial is to put the Senate on notice
- 21:51Speaker 6: that the Democrats keept the government shut down. And Ezra
- 21:56Speaker 6: Klein in the New York Times took the mask off.
- 21:58Speaker 6: He said, this wasn't about healthcare. This was about stopping totalitarianism.
- 22:03Speaker 6: The Democrats haven't been able to stop President Trump in
- 22:06Speaker 6: the courts, they haven't been able to stop him in
- 22:07Speaker 6: the media, so they had to harm the American people
- 22:10Speaker 6: one point five percent hit to GDP eleven billion dollar
- 22:15Speaker 6: permanent hit.
- 22:16Speaker 3: They don't care.
- 22:17Speaker 6: So I believe that Senate Democrats, if if Senate Democrats
- 22:24Speaker 6: close the government again, that Senate Republicans should immediately abrogate
- 22:29Speaker 6: the philibuster. Should you should ask Senator Culbatar whether she
- 22:34Speaker 6: will adhere to the filibuster and whether she will close
- 22:37Speaker 6: the government.
- 22:38Speaker 3: She just or know, though, do.
- 22:39Speaker 8: You acknowledge at this point you don't have the votes
- 22:41Speaker 8: right now to do that?
- 22:42Speaker 6: We will see can have them on January third, when
- 22:45Speaker 6: we see this bad democratic.
- 22:46Speaker 4: Behavior, bad Democrat behavior, again throwing the Senate under the
- 22:51Speaker 4: bus and listen, he's right. I think you can't do
- 22:54Speaker 4: this shutdown stuff right, And sadly, ed Trompito, don all
- 22:59Speaker 4: this magnus is paying the price for some of it, right,
- 23:01Speaker 4: because a majority of Americans that were surveyed in a
- 23:06Speaker 4: CBS News poll that was released late last night Sunday night.
- 23:11Speaker 4: The poll showed that just thirty six percent of the
- 23:13Speaker 4: United States adults approof of Trump's approach to the economy,
- 23:17Speaker 4: while sixty four percent disapproved. Moreover, it's according to the
- 23:22Speaker 4: report and the Daily Caller, seventy seven percent of respondents
- 23:25Speaker 4: said the president is not devoting enough time to handling
- 23:28Speaker 4: inflation in the economy, eighteen percent he was spending an
- 23:31Speaker 4: adequate amount of time, and only five percent said he
- 23:34Speaker 4: was spending too much time on the economy. So I
- 23:38Speaker 4: take these things with a grain of salt. But I
- 23:39Speaker 4: think there's sometimes a trend, right, whether the actual numbers
- 23:42Speaker 4: are accurate or not, the trend is something you can
- 23:45Speaker 4: you can look at, and I would agree, right, we're
- 23:47Speaker 4: coming off this shutdown. We're open back for I don't
- 23:50Speaker 4: know a week or two. The longest shutdown in our
- 23:53Speaker 4: history not Trump's fault, definitely Schumer's fault. Definitely the democrat's fault.
- 23:57Speaker 4: But I think ultimately there's some political fall out there.
- 24:02Speaker 4: There is some collateral damage of these types of exercises.
- 24:05Speaker 4: It's just the reality of politics. And Trump's going to
- 24:09Speaker 4: take it on the chin a little bit until he
- 24:11Speaker 4: can say, hey, look, this is what we're doing for you,
- 24:14Speaker 4: and I understand that. And you know what'll turn that
- 24:17Speaker 4: tide around putting some money in people's pockets. Instead of
- 24:22Speaker 4: seeing a ninety thousand dollars bitcoin, maybe one hundred thousand
- 24:25Speaker 4: dollars bitcoin instead of a two dollars XRP, maybe we'll
- 24:29Speaker 4: see three or four or five or ten or one
- 24:31Speaker 4: hundred dollar XRP.
- 24:32Speaker 3: You know, the more the merrier.
- 24:34Speaker 4: And it's that upward trend that gets people excited. When
- 24:37Speaker 4: people start seeing their crypto portfolios take a hit, When
- 24:40Speaker 4: people start seeing anything take a hit, they tend to
- 24:42Speaker 4: get skittish and say, you know, and I'd rather not
- 24:44Speaker 4: spend money right now.
- 24:45Speaker 3: Yeah, let me hold off, let me hold off. Anyway.
- 24:48Speaker 4: So you've got investment pushing back on the filibuster, and
- 24:53Speaker 4: then you've got the poll saying that it's at Trumpito's
- 24:56Speaker 4: fault and President Trump saying when he met with the
- 25:03Speaker 4: when when the Saudis were in town, he said, let's
- 25:07Speaker 4: see if I can find this quote. Yeah, I'll do
- 25:10Speaker 4: it in my best Trump voice. We're gonna be doing
- 25:15Speaker 4: a dividend to the people, low and middle income, moderate
- 25:19Speaker 4: income people of at least two thousand.
- 25:24Speaker 3: That's Ed Trumpezo.
- 25:25Speaker 4: And that's what he said at the US Saudi Arabia
- 25:28Speaker 4: Investment Forum on Wednesday. These two thousand dollars checks are
- 25:32Speaker 4: a proposal that's coming right now because the publicly held
- 25:36Speaker 4: debt is what is turning some people off, at least
- 25:39Speaker 4: in Congress, people saying, look, we've got a one point
- 25:41Speaker 4: eight trillion dollar deficit from the previous fiscal year and
- 25:47Speaker 4: we have to pay debt service on that. Right, So
- 25:50Speaker 4: this is a huge deal and people are rightfully upset.
- 25:55Speaker 4: I'm upset that we have this, and it's not, you know,
- 25:57Speaker 4: the fault of of a bad decision or anything like that.
- 26:04Speaker 4: This is the fault of a number of things, some
- 26:07Speaker 4: of the fallout from Biden and some of what happened
- 26:10Speaker 4: with the big beautiful bill. Right this was a big
- 26:12Speaker 4: spending bill, and you're gonna have deficits increase when you
- 26:16Speaker 4: have spending bills. I get that. I don't like that,
- 26:19Speaker 4: but I get it. So I understand the pushback when
- 26:24Speaker 4: people are saying, no, no, no, we're not going to give
- 26:26Speaker 4: that money away. We're gonna use that to pay down
- 26:27Speaker 4: the debt. Right, so think about it. You know, you
- 26:30Speaker 4: get your tax return, you're running your household family and
- 26:36Speaker 4: your the mom. The wife, she says, hey, honey, we
- 26:41Speaker 4: got our two thousand dollars tax return.
- 26:44Speaker 3: Let's go to Hawaii.
- 26:47Speaker 4: And the husband's saying, well, hold on a second, we've
- 26:50Speaker 4: got we've got three thousand on the home depot card
- 26:53Speaker 4: that we need to pay down from when we put
- 26:55Speaker 4: the pool in last summer and we built that deck
- 26:57Speaker 4: around it.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Uh oh, so this is you know where it is.
- 27:02Speaker 4: I think everybody makes a valid point, right, Mom the
- 27:05Speaker 4: wife is saying, look, we work hard all year, we
- 27:08Speaker 4: don't do anything. We only have the kids for two
- 27:10Speaker 4: months in the summer when they're not in school. So
- 27:12Speaker 4: and so's coming back from college. This is our chance
- 27:15Speaker 4: to do some family time. And then I understand the
- 27:17Speaker 4: dad who's like, look, you know you worry all day
- 27:21Speaker 4: about the kids, and I worry all day about paying
- 27:23Speaker 4: the bills, and right now we got money to pay bills.
- 27:27Speaker 4: I'm paying bills. I'm not adding to my bills. I'm
- 27:29Speaker 4: paying my bills. So I get that, and not to
- 27:32Speaker 4: make too much of a rudimentary analogy of it, but
- 27:35Speaker 4: that's really what's happening here. So Scott Bessen, the Treasury Secretary,
- 27:39Speaker 4: says that the tariff dividend checks will require an Act
- 27:43Speaker 4: of Congress in order to be distributed to the people,
- 27:45Speaker 4: kind of like the COVID stimulus checks. Trump wants a
- 27:48Speaker 4: two thousand dollars check to go to every American in
- 27:51Speaker 4: that tax bracket that he said, lower to moderate income.
- 27:59Speaker 4: I don't know what those numbers, but I would imagine
- 28:03Speaker 4: it's probably between you know, people that are making ten
- 28:07Speaker 4: thousand dollars a year and people that are making you know,
- 28:12Speaker 4: one hundred and ten thousand dollars a year. That's that
- 28:15Speaker 4: type of range. And listen, who wouldn't want a treasury dividend.
- 28:22Speaker 4: You know, that's not tax dollars. It's being funded by
- 28:26Speaker 4: people that want to buy foreign goods. That's simple, right,
- 28:32Speaker 4: So whether it's being paid by the importer or the exporter,
- 28:36Speaker 4: it's the person that wants the foreign goods in the country,
- 28:38Speaker 4: that's paying extra to get those goods, and that goes
- 28:40Speaker 4: into a treasury account called the tariff Fund. And Trump
- 28:45Speaker 4: is treating that as a sovereign wealth fund where we
- 28:48Speaker 4: get this money, and he's saying, hey, let's be sovereign.
- 28:50Speaker 4: Let's give it back to the people, because that's who
- 28:52Speaker 4: it belongs to. I get it makes sense to me.
- 28:56Speaker 3: Let me know.
- 28:57Speaker 4: Hit me up on any of the social media drop
- 28:59Speaker 4: a comments where if you see one of my posts
- 29:01Speaker 4: and let me know, or just tag me. Should we
- 29:05Speaker 4: be doing this? Should we get the two thousand dollars?
- 29:08Speaker 4: Do you want to get a two thousand dollars check
- 29:11Speaker 4: from your cut of the Trump tariffs or do you
- 29:14Speaker 4: want to see that go towards paying down the national debt?
- 29:17Speaker 4: At Richvaldesk with an s at Richfaldesk. By the way,
- 29:21Speaker 4: the eight hundred number will be up and going soon enough.
- 29:26Speaker 4: I believe the new number is going to be eight
- 29:27Speaker 4: seven to seven valid desks number one eight seven seven
- 29:31Speaker 4: valved desk one. It's not operational now, so you don't
- 29:34Speaker 4: have to dial it, but you can go right ahead
- 29:37Speaker 4: and lock it into your phone, so that when it's
- 29:39Speaker 4: time to start doing open phone in America and taking calls,
- 29:43Speaker 4: we can go ahead and do that at that number.
- 29:44Speaker 3: So stick with me, folks. I appreciate it. We're coming
- 29:47Speaker 3: right back. I'm Richvaldez.
- 29:49Speaker 2: This is America. This is America.
- 30:13Speaker 3: President final, say you up, mister President. Welcome to the program.
- 30:16Speaker 9: Sir, well, thank you, Rich, and thank you for everything.
- 30:19Speaker 2: I know you very well and I have.
- 30:21Speaker 9: I listened, but I have a lot of people that
- 30:23Speaker 9: listen and.
- 30:24Speaker 3: They love your show, and I appreciate.
- 30:25Speaker 10: It very much.
- 30:27Speaker 4: All right, and he goes, welcome back, Rich Valdez. Valdez
- 30:30Speaker 4: with ans at Rich valdest on all of the social media.
- 30:33Speaker 4: And I want to bring your attention to some comments
- 30:38Speaker 4: that President Trump made about a month ago regarding immigration,
- 30:41Speaker 4: about protecting the borders of your country, saying that Prime
- 30:44Speaker 4: Minister Keir Starmer you he puts him on notice, saying, look,
- 30:48Speaker 4: you need to do this or you will not have
- 30:50Speaker 4: a country.
- 30:51Speaker 3: Check this out people.
- 30:52Speaker 9: Coming in from parts of the world. Uh you better
- 30:56Speaker 9: do you know this interview is good for one thing.
- 30:59Speaker 9: You bet to do something about immigration because it's more
- 31:02Speaker 9: important than inflation.
- 31:03Speaker 3: You know, inflation. You can solve.
- 31:05Speaker 10: But when you.
- 31:08Speaker 9: Have people coming into your country and they're bad people,
- 31:12Speaker 9: the wrong people.
- 31:12Speaker 10: It doesn't work. And it's not working.
- 31:15Speaker 9: If you don't get them out, you're not going to
- 31:17Speaker 9: have a country left.
- 31:18Speaker 3: Well, that's a fact. Listen, you will lose everything.
- 31:20Speaker 4: This is why you have to vet and control immigration
- 31:23Speaker 4: into your country. Well, this is the debate that's currently
- 31:27Speaker 4: raging right all over the place. We've got a lot
- 31:29Speaker 4: of people upset about a lot of things, and there's
- 31:32Speaker 4: been a lot of questions about should we impose the
- 31:37Speaker 4: same standard that we impose on the President of the
- 31:40Speaker 4: United States for every elected office in the country. Now,
- 31:45Speaker 4: I'm going to say whatever has to be done to
- 31:47Speaker 4: get to that standard. I think that's a good thing
- 31:50Speaker 4: because it makes sense. Right, It makes sense to say
- 31:54Speaker 4: you need to be a United States citizen that's born
- 31:58Speaker 4: in this country in order to service president. And I
- 32:02Speaker 4: think that's a good policy because it's this country. You
- 32:08Speaker 4: we're seeing what happens in some other places, right, You're
- 32:10Speaker 4: seeing people bringing different cultures, different customs. Does that mean
- 32:16Speaker 4: that we should not melt together in the melting pot? No,
- 32:18Speaker 4: because it's not new. Right, we all grew at least
- 32:21Speaker 4: I did. I grew up with these things. I grew
- 32:22Speaker 4: up with people of many many different faiths, many backgrounds,
- 32:26Speaker 4: many cultures, and you can celebrate the differences in bite
- 32:33Speaker 4: sized portions. I should say, right right, you go, you
- 32:35Speaker 4: learn something. I grew up with a kid across the
- 32:38Speaker 4: hall from the building I lived in when I was
- 32:40Speaker 4: when I first moved to New Jersey, and he listened
- 32:45Speaker 4: to his family.
- 32:46Speaker 3: Beautiful family, by the way.
- 32:48Speaker 4: He was born in Nigeria. His father was born in
- 32:56Speaker 4: what was then India but is today Pakistan. His mother
- 33:01Speaker 4: was born in Vietnam. They're all Indian. They spent time
- 33:08Speaker 4: in the UK, they spent time in Florida, and then
- 33:10Speaker 4: they spent time in New Jersey. And I think now
- 33:12Speaker 4: they're in Indiana. Wonderful people. It's how I learned to
- 33:16Speaker 4: perfect my I have good. I would say my Indian
- 33:20Speaker 4: impression is very good, pretty solid. I can I can
- 33:23Speaker 4: hang with many people with my Indian. It's very good
- 33:25Speaker 4: because I learned from very original source. And I don't
- 33:28Speaker 4: do that to make fun. I do that because it
- 33:30Speaker 4: was a I enjoyed the culture I did. I learned
- 33:33Speaker 4: a lot. But I say this, they they understood America.
- 33:39Speaker 4: Uh and and they appreciated America. And they also appreciated
- 33:43Speaker 4: their their faith and their upbringing, and and and I
- 33:47Speaker 4: appreciated mine. And I don't necessarily need to exist in
- 33:52Speaker 4: a place where I say, well hold on, you do
- 33:53Speaker 4: that differently than me.
- 33:54Speaker 3: I don't think I like you. I'm not.
- 33:55Speaker 4: I'm not that kind of guy. The issue becomes when
- 34:01Speaker 4: you try to impose your will on others. It doesn't
- 34:04Speaker 4: matter what you do per se, right in your house,
- 34:07Speaker 4: you go buy a house, rent an apartment, do what
- 34:09Speaker 4: you want. But it's when you try to change and
- 34:13Speaker 4: bend you impose your will on others.
- 34:16Speaker 3: This is the issue.
- 34:18Speaker 4: So I think we're seeing that in many places. You're
- 34:21Speaker 4: seeing in a deerborn Michigan, you're seeing all sorts of
- 34:24Speaker 4: things coming out of Somalia ending up in Minnesota. Now,
- 34:31Speaker 4: what's interesting about Minnesota?
- 34:33Speaker 3: Right?
- 34:33Speaker 4: And again, about a month ago, maybe two months ago,
- 34:37Speaker 4: we saw the Director of US Citizenship and Immigration Services
- 34:43Speaker 4: holding a press conference, and I think I have a
- 34:46Speaker 4: clip of that so that you can hear a little
- 34:48Speaker 4: bit about what's going on.
- 34:49Speaker 3: I'll check this out.
- 34:51Speaker 7: From our fraud Detection and National Security director working in
- 34:55Speaker 7: teams have conducted over one thousand site visits across the
- 34:58Speaker 7: Minneapolis Saint Paul air as part of this operation. What
- 35:03Speaker 7: they found should shock all of America. Focusing on a
- 35:08Speaker 7: list of over one thousand target cases involving more than
- 35:11Speaker 7: nine hundred individuals, our officers encountered blankedant marriage fraud visa
- 35:16Speaker 7: over states, people claiming to work with businesses that can't
- 35:19Speaker 7: be found, forged documents, abuse of the H one B
- 35:24Speaker 7: visa system, abuse of the F one visus, and many
- 35:28Speaker 7: other discrepancies. Over the course of the operation, our officers
- 35:32Speaker 7: found indication of fraud, non compliance, or public safety and
- 35:36Speaker 7: national security concerns in nearly a little less than fifty
- 35:41Speaker 7: percent of the cases interviewed. We found troubling patterns with
- 35:44Speaker 7: the Uniting for Ukraine program that should have raised serious
- 35:48Speaker 7: concerns under other administrations, such as an individual filing to
- 35:51Speaker 7: sponsor more than one hundred aliens an organization sponsoring hundreds.
- 35:57Speaker 7: We are continuing to investigate these cases.
- 36:00Speaker 4: So that again was a couple of months ago. Right,
- 36:03Speaker 4: you heard that blatant marriage fraud visa overstays all sorts
- 36:07Speaker 4: of things. Right, Then there's there's other reports right back
- 36:12Speaker 4: in the early two thousands, many Somali businesses were raided
- 36:16Speaker 4: and shut down by the FEDS for using those as
- 36:19Speaker 4: fronts to funnel money to Osama bin Laden's Alcata network.
- 36:23Speaker 4: That actually happened back then. So this has been a
- 36:25Speaker 4: hotbed of you know, of terrorism sympathies, if you will.
- 36:33Speaker 4: Doesn't mean that these people are all terror sympathizers, but
- 36:37Speaker 4: amongst them there are some.
- 36:39Speaker 3: I think that's a fair statement. So how do we
- 36:44Speaker 3: prevent some of that?
- 36:45Speaker 4: You can make a law saying that you may not
- 36:47Speaker 4: be able to elect someone like ill hant Omar, But
- 36:50Speaker 4: that's not necessarily going to stop fraudulent people from doing
- 36:53Speaker 4: fraudulent things. But it's a start insomuch as making sure
- 36:58Speaker 4: that you don't legitimize this movement of people that are
- 37:04Speaker 4: in your country using the system to destroy the system.
- 37:07Speaker 4: And when I say these people, I don't mean Muslims overall.
- 37:10Speaker 4: You know, I've interviewed Rudy Jasser many times. He is
- 37:14Speaker 4: a Muslim, and he is I take a fine human being.
- 37:17Speaker 4: I grew up with some kids that were Palestinian fine
- 37:20Speaker 4: human beings. So my issue is not necessarily against Muslims
- 37:24Speaker 4: or because you know, I don't consider them the infidel, right,
- 37:29Speaker 4: I don't they You know, some radicals might consider me that,
- 37:33Speaker 4: but it's not my position to do that. My position
- 37:35Speaker 4: is to pray. You pray for people that don't share
- 37:38Speaker 4: your faith. If you get a chance to share it,
- 37:40Speaker 4: hopefully you do it. Well, it's not one of your
- 37:42Speaker 4: bad days where you're making a rash decision, driving really fast,
- 37:46Speaker 4: you know, saying things you shouldn't say, that type of thing.
- 37:48Speaker 4: But the attorney general in Minnesota, he's flipping out. You
- 37:52Speaker 4: got ill han Omar, she's flipping out to listen to this.
- 37:55Speaker 11: Well, we also know is that there is not a
- 37:59Speaker 11: sin evidence that the President or his coonies have put
- 38:05Speaker 11: forth that there are any single resource from taxpayers in
- 38:10Speaker 11: Minnesota that has gone to aid and obey terrorism. That
- 38:17Speaker 11: language is dangerous. That language puts the lives of Somali's
- 38:23Speaker 11: not only in Minnesota, but across the country in danger.
- 38:28Speaker 11: And if the President believed that, and he had evidence,
- 38:32Speaker 11: he would take people to court. So we are sick
- 38:38Speaker 11: and tired of the President waking up one day and
- 38:43Speaker 11: deciding to put forth falsehoods and demonize whole communities, while
- 38:52Speaker 11: the ignorant people that support him then take the lives
- 38:58Speaker 11: that he's spreading and use it as a fact. We've
- 39:02Speaker 11: seen it doing the campaign where he said Asians were
- 39:07Speaker 11: eating cats and dogs.
- 39:09Speaker 12: We've seen.
- 39:11Speaker 11: His vice president repeat those lies. We've seen the media
- 39:16Speaker 11: run it as a headline as if it was a fact.
- 39:21Speaker 11: That is shameful. That is shameful, that is ignorant. It
- 39:27Speaker 11: makes us look like a stupid nation that does not
- 39:31Speaker 11: believe in truth but traffics and lies. It makes the
- 39:35Speaker 11: world mock us. And we are better than that. We
- 39:39Speaker 11: are better than that as Americans.
- 39:42Speaker 3: It makes the world mock us.
- 39:44Speaker 4: This is the woman who said some people do something right,
- 39:50Speaker 4: some people did something That's what she said referring to
- 39:54Speaker 4: the nine to eleven attacks. So she's talking about she's
- 39:59Speaker 4: going off the rails about a report that came out
- 40:03Speaker 4: over the summer and again just last week regarding Somalians
- 40:09Speaker 4: in Minnesota swindling millions of dollars in state Medicaid aid
- 40:16Speaker 4: autism care programs and sent the cash back into their
- 40:20Speaker 4: homeland and to terrorist groups, according to investigators. Wryitbart News
- 40:25Speaker 4: reported back in July that nearly one hundred autism clinics
- 40:28Speaker 4: in Minnesota were being investigated for fraudulently excuse me, billing
- 40:33Speaker 4: medicaid for treatment of children supposedly diagnosed with autism, most
- 40:38Speaker 4: of it in connection with the rampantly corrupt Somali community
- 40:41Speaker 4: around Minneapolis. This is again from the Breitbart report, but
- 40:47Speaker 4: the fraud is more widespread, with far more money involved
- 40:50Speaker 4: than was previously reported, all of which has been presided
- 40:53Speaker 4: over by former Democrat Party Vice presidential candidate Tim Walls, right,
- 40:58Speaker 4: remember him, Tim up on Tim, Tim and Tim. The
- 41:03Speaker 4: money that was paid out by Minnesota's scandal plagued welfare
- 41:06Speaker 4: schemes is monumental. According to Breitbart, these states failed Medicaid
- 41:11Speaker 4: Housing Stabilization Services program, for instance, was kicked off with
- 41:16Speaker 4: let's see, twenty one million dollars in payouts its first year.
- 41:21Speaker 4: Every subsequent year ballooned to forty two million, then seventy
- 41:24Speaker 4: four million, then one hundred and four million. Wow, and
- 41:29Speaker 4: nobody says, no, you're spending too much.
- 41:32Speaker 3: Right.
- 41:33Speaker 4: That's why President Trump was talking about healthcare reform, and
- 41:36Speaker 4: we'll get to that in the next segment. That's important,
- 41:40Speaker 4: But this is what ilhan Omar is upset about now.
- 41:45Speaker 4: Prosecutors are now saying that there are other people that
- 41:49Speaker 4: were committing this fraud like a woman Somalian woman named
- 41:52Speaker 4: Asha Farhan Hassan. She's been charged with defrauding the state's
- 41:56Speaker 4: early Intensive developmental and behavioral intervention program of fourteen million
- 42:00Speaker 4: dollars with fake diagnoses of autism and children of Somali immigrants. Wow,
- 42:06Speaker 4: that's crazy. Then you got prosecutors now saying that Ms.
- 42:10Speaker 4: Hassan and her cohorts approach Somali families and promised them
- 42:14Speaker 4: kickbacks between three hundred and fifteen hundred bucks a month
- 42:18Speaker 4: per kid if they enrolled in the state's autism treatment program.
- 42:23Speaker 4: So again, you look at something like this and you say, what,
- 42:28Speaker 4: how is this possible? How is this even a thing?
- 42:32Speaker 4: You try to extend the olive branch to someone who's
- 42:35Speaker 4: trying to flee the country they're in. They don't like
- 42:39Speaker 4: it there. They come here. They're free to practice their
- 42:41Speaker 4: faith and do as they wish. And they come here
- 42:45Speaker 4: and they get public assistance, and then this money. It
- 42:48Speaker 4: balloons and balloons and triples and quadruples, and then we
- 42:51Speaker 4: find out it's fraud. You got this doctor that's working
- 42:55Speaker 4: with them saying, hey, look, just bring your kid every
- 42:56Speaker 4: month to the clinic and I'll give you back a
- 42:58Speaker 4: little something, And who knows how many of them even
- 43:00Speaker 4: understood that. I'm sure there's a bunch of them that did,
- 43:02Speaker 4: but I'm sure there's a bunch of them that likely
- 43:04Speaker 4: didn't that. Just you know, they're here going well, I
- 43:06Speaker 4: love this country. You come here, the doctor's so nice,
- 43:09Speaker 4: that doctor pays you to stay home. God bless America.
- 43:13Speaker 4: That American dream really is something else now. Keith Allison,
- 43:17Speaker 4: he is the Attorney General of the State of Minnesota.
- 43:23Speaker 4: He also waited on this. Listen to this.
- 43:26Speaker 12: Weaponizing negative stereotypes and racism against our neighbors is morally wrong.
- 43:32Speaker 12: It has no place in our state, no place in
- 43:34Speaker 12: our law, and no place in public discourse around protecting
- 43:38Speaker 12: people from the most dangerous conditions on the planet. People
- 43:42Speaker 12: from all walks of life and all across the world
- 43:45Speaker 12: are proud to call our state home, and Minnesota is
- 43:48Speaker 12: better for it. We reject this catallous cruelty and embrace
- 43:53Speaker 12: our Somali neighbors with compassion and the care that we
- 43:57Speaker 12: all deserve.
- 44:00Speaker 4: Don't do it to the tune of one hundred million
- 44:02Speaker 4: dollars in kickbacks. All right, mister Attorney in General Again,
- 44:06Speaker 4: that's Keith Ellison, the Attorney General of Minnesota. Anyway, folks,
- 44:09Speaker 4: I just wanted to leave that in your lap. We'll
- 44:11Speaker 4: talk about that a little bit more. I want to
- 44:12Speaker 4: continue on this vein with President Trump weighing in on
- 44:17Speaker 4: his plans for health care. He's doubling down saying America's
- 44:20Speaker 4: need to spend their own money, and I think that's
- 44:23Speaker 4: a pretty good plan. Keep it locked right here. I'm
- 44:25Speaker 4: Rich Valdes.
- 44:26Speaker 2: This is America, this is America.
- 44:30Speaker 1: He's brown, he's bald, and he's breaking it down. Oh
- 44:33Speaker 1: he's so has some what's his day, Rich Valdez?
- 44:41Speaker 2: All right?
- 44:42Speaker 4: I mean he goes, welcome back, Rich Valdez, keeping your company,
- 44:45Speaker 4: Richiev here with you and check this out. I want
- 44:48Speaker 4: to talk about healthcare in this segment because the President
- 44:53Speaker 4: weighed in on healthcare. He had a few things that
- 44:55Speaker 4: he was talking about that over the last few days.
- 44:58Speaker 4: It make a lot of sense and and that opens
- 45:00Speaker 4: the door to some additional conversation on on just a
- 45:04Speaker 4: whole lot of crazy that's going on in the world
- 45:07Speaker 4: of healthcare. And hopefully have time for all of it.
- 45:11Speaker 4: But let's see here. Where is this one?
- 45:13Speaker 1: Here?
- 45:13Speaker 3: It is?
- 45:14Speaker 4: This is al Trumpet, though weighing in Healthcare Price Cuts Act.
- 45:19Speaker 3: This is a good one. Check this out.
- 45:21Speaker 10: Going to go down what the exact opposite with the
- 45:24Speaker 10: biggest increase of any of healthcare in any country. It's
- 45:27Speaker 10: a disaster. And I'm calling today for insurance companies not
- 45:33Speaker 10: to be paid but for the money, this massive amount
- 45:35Speaker 10: of money, to be paid directly to the people of
- 45:38Speaker 10: our country, so that they can buy their own healthcare,
- 45:41Speaker 10: which will be far better and far less expensive than
- 45:46Speaker 10: the disaster known as Obamacare. And I've had I think
- 45:49Speaker 10: great support, I've even had Democrat support. So we want
- 45:52Speaker 10: the money that would be going to the insurance company,
- 45:55Speaker 10: which is hundreds of billions of dollars. You know, their
- 45:59Speaker 10: stock prices have gone up by one thousand percent in
- 46:01Speaker 10: many cases a thousand percent over a short period of
- 46:05Speaker 10: time because our country stupidly pays them so much money
- 46:09Speaker 10: with this Obamacare scandal. So I want the money to
- 46:13Speaker 10: go directly to you, the people, and you go out
- 46:16Speaker 10: and you'll buy your own health insurance, and you'll negotiate
- 46:19Speaker 10: different plans and you'll get much better insurance, and you
- 46:22Speaker 10: will be an entrepreneur for yourself. So I'm always willing
- 46:26Speaker 10: to work with anyone, including the other party. We'll work
- 46:29Speaker 10: on something having to do with healthcare. We can do
- 46:32Speaker 10: a lot better, We can do great. So with all
- 46:35Speaker 10: of that, I just want to tell you the country
- 46:37Speaker 10: has never been in better shape.
- 46:40Speaker 4: That of course El Trumpito making that announcement from the
- 46:43Speaker 4: Oval office. And this is a good thing, I believe, right,
- 46:48Speaker 4: I believe it's a good thing that we.
- 46:51Speaker 3: We're going down this road. Now. If you have this money, right,
- 46:56Speaker 3: you gotta get a lot of money. You're gonna pay
- 46:57Speaker 3: a lot of money.
- 46:58Speaker 4: Maybe you want to get health insurance, or maybe you
- 47:00Speaker 4: just want to take yourself to the shop.
- 47:03Speaker 3: Well, what do you mean to the shop rich? Well,
- 47:04Speaker 3: I'll tell you what I mean.
- 47:06Speaker 4: I mean, maybe you just want to go and get
- 47:10Speaker 4: your self checked out. Maybe you want to go in
- 47:12Speaker 4: and say, hey, I want to get my blood cleansed. Yep,
- 47:19Speaker 4: that's actually a thing some rich people are doing. They
- 47:22Speaker 4: call them longevity seekers, and they're spending thousands of dollars
- 47:25Speaker 4: on blood cleansing to remove toxins from their bodies.
- 47:31Speaker 3: And this is an interesting story of a guy named
- 47:34Speaker 3: John J. Vanes.
- 47:36Speaker 4: His dad died of a massive heart attack at the
- 47:38Speaker 4: age of sixty six, so he started doing literally everything
- 47:42Speaker 4: he could to keep his ticker ticking. This is in
- 47:45Speaker 4: the New York Post. The uh the guy in question,
- 47:51Speaker 4: he's a colleague. He's a radio host out in Phoenix.
- 47:55Speaker 4: He shed about one hundred and sixty pounds. He transformed
- 47:58Speaker 4: himself from morbidly obese too impressively sleek with is twelve
- 48:03Speaker 4: percent body fat. Wow, kudos to you, my brother, And
- 48:06Speaker 4: he embarked on an international biohacking journey. According to the Post,
- 48:11Speaker 4: sources say that he found stem cells in Mexico. He
- 48:17Speaker 4: even got canned hydrogen water imported from Australia. It takes
- 48:22Speaker 4: a lot of wealth for mister Vaness's good health. He
- 48:25Speaker 4: estimated that he drops about one hundred grand a year
- 48:28Speaker 4: on everything from twenty five thousand dollars natural killer cells
- 48:32Speaker 4: to three thousand dollars unlimited red light therapy sessions. I'm
- 48:37Speaker 4: sure I said that wrong. Therapy sessions. Thank you, And
- 48:42Speaker 4: that's crazy, but that's what it is. And you know,
- 48:45Speaker 4: as he was doing the interview, he told the Post,
- 48:46Speaker 4: oh my gosh, that's sick.
- 48:48Speaker 3: I never talleeted it up together.
- 48:50Speaker 4: It's nice to have money, brother, but listen, I think
- 48:54Speaker 4: it's a good thing to engage in alternative therapies.
- 48:57Speaker 3: Me personally, I like to go to the chiropractor. And
- 49:03Speaker 3: I don't mean like, oh I got a kink in
- 49:04Speaker 3: my leg, in my neck, let me go to the chiropractor.
- 49:07Speaker 4: I mean like I like to go, like every week,
- 49:09Speaker 4: sometimes twice, just keep everything in line, keep everything.
- 49:15Speaker 3: Cracked up, jacked up. I like it like that. I've
- 49:17Speaker 3: been doing it for years. I swear by it.
- 49:20Speaker 4: If I go once a week, there's at least two
- 49:22Speaker 4: or three days in the week where I'm just like,
- 49:24Speaker 4: oh man, I'm behind. I think twice a week is
- 49:26Speaker 4: is good. I'd say three times a week is optimal.
- 49:32Speaker 4: I know it sounds like overkill, but I used to
- 49:34Speaker 4: have an insurance years ago that allowed for that. And man,
- 49:38Speaker 4: let me tell you, I was at the top of
- 49:40Speaker 4: my game when I went three times a week. It
- 49:43Speaker 4: was just in and out two minutes. I don't know
- 49:46Speaker 4: how your chiropractor does it, but my guy is a purist.
- 49:48Speaker 4: He doesn't use any machines. There's no massage, there's no
- 49:51Speaker 4: hot and cold. You do that all on your own.
- 49:52Speaker 4: You just walk in there. He you know, does the
- 49:56Speaker 4: quick exam to see you know if all the lumbars
- 50:00Speaker 4: and cervical spine, parts of your neck or in the
- 50:03Speaker 4: right spot if they're not crack, he does the adjustment,
- 50:07Speaker 4: gets you straight, and you're out and literally ninety seconds,
- 50:10Speaker 4: two minutes, three minutes is a long visit. And I
- 50:14Speaker 4: think that stuff is optimal. It really is, So I
- 50:18Speaker 4: swear by it. These people swearing by blood cleansing. Now,
- 50:24Speaker 4: whatever they call it, I mean, blood cleansing has always
- 50:27Speaker 4: been a thing, right, Dialysis has always been around, and.
- 50:33Speaker 3: This is the latest.
- 50:34Speaker 4: Right, he's doing blood cleansing seventy five dollars a pop.
- 50:40Speaker 4: They call it plasma faresis. It involves removing the plasma
- 50:45Speaker 4: that may contain harmful substances like auto antibodies or toxins,
- 50:50Speaker 4: and replacing them with healthy fluid. Never heard of this process,
- 50:55Speaker 4: but it sounds interesting. I don't know if I'm ready
- 50:58Speaker 4: to do it, but I'm ready to learn more. Plasma
- 51:01Speaker 4: plasma pheresis is a form of apharesis. I'm probably saying
- 51:06Speaker 4: that wrong, but I'm gonna stick with that, which has
- 51:09Speaker 4: long been used to treat autommune disorders, certain cancers, blood
- 51:12Speaker 4: disorders like sickle cell anemia, transplant rejection, even high cholesterol.
- 51:18Speaker 4: But the anti aging benefits for healthy people are unproven.
- 51:22Speaker 4: Now that hasn't stopped boldface names like Orlando Bloom or
- 51:26Speaker 4: Brian Johnson, who are both a little older than me
- 51:29Speaker 4: forty eight years old, from sending their blood into the
- 51:32Speaker 4: spin cycle. But a funny article, but you get the point.
- 51:36Speaker 4: And this reminds me of an article like that I
- 51:38Speaker 4: don't know three four years ago where rich people were
- 51:41Speaker 4: having transfusions of the plasma of young people and they
- 51:46Speaker 4: were saying they felt younger, more spry if they were
- 51:50Speaker 4: to get this transfusion of young blood. And it was
- 51:54Speaker 4: a big piece. It was called young Blood in the
- 51:57Speaker 4: in Newsweek Newsweek magazine. Very interesting and I did a
- 52:01Speaker 4: whole podcast on it. You could probably check it in
- 52:04Speaker 4: the podcast listenings if for this is America. But just
- 52:07Speaker 4: interesting what people that have a bunch of money can do.
- 52:11Speaker 4: President Trump taking part in the annual tradition of punishing
- 52:15Speaker 4: or pardoning the turkey as a Thanksgiving tradition at the
- 52:18Speaker 4: White House, he decided to forgive two turkeys, offering them pardons,
- 52:23Speaker 4: one named Gobble and the other one named Waddle. That
- 52:27Speaker 4: wasn't the case for everybody that was seeking punishment or
- 52:32Speaker 4: facing punishment. I should say in the swamp earlier I
- 52:35Speaker 4: mentioned Letitia James and James Comy were both. I'm not
- 52:39Speaker 4: going to say I quit it because they never got adjudicated,
- 52:41Speaker 4: but their cases were dropped today. So I'm going to
- 52:43Speaker 4: get into that straight ahead, as well as talking a
- 52:46Speaker 4: little bit about what happened in the White House with
- 52:48Speaker 4: the Turkey.
- 52:49Speaker 3: Don't go anywhere.
- 52:50Speaker 2: This is America. This is America.
- 52:56Speaker 1: He's making podcasting great again. This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 53:03Speaker 4: All right, I mean he goes welcome back Rich Valdez,
- 53:06Speaker 4: at Rich Valdez. On all of the social media. I
- 53:08Speaker 4: remind you so that you'll engage with me there and
- 53:11Speaker 4: follow me. Give me a follow, It doesn't matter which
- 53:13Speaker 4: one I'm on, I think every single one.
- 53:14Speaker 3: Just put my name in there.
- 53:15Speaker 4: And of course I want to get your feedback and
- 53:18Speaker 4: your five.
- 53:19Speaker 3: Star ratings and whatever you want to share. I'm looking
- 53:22Speaker 3: to hear it.
- 53:23Speaker 4: But I want to talk about this Letitia James, James
- 53:26Speaker 4: Coomy stuff, because this, I feel like is sadly you
- 53:32Speaker 4: know what many of us feared right when we talked
- 53:34Speaker 4: about this, and I had Doug Burns on a couple
- 53:37Speaker 4: of weeks back, maybe a month or two ago, when
- 53:39Speaker 4: this whole thing started to hit the fan, and he said, look,
- 53:44Speaker 4: he made the prediction that one of these was probably
- 53:46Speaker 4: going to go through and the other one was not,
- 53:48Speaker 4: and so far he's half right, and he caveated it,
- 53:54Speaker 4: saying that this could end up happening because there was
- 53:56Speaker 4: so many different things going on.
- 53:59Speaker 3: And the good news is they were dismissed.
- 54:03Speaker 4: Without prejudice, so that you can bring the case again
- 54:08Speaker 4: if I got that right, and I'm pretty sure they
- 54:11Speaker 4: will right because there was a lot of information out
- 54:14Speaker 4: there about how how blatant this was right and good
- 54:19Speaker 4: for them. People are like, oh, Trump's abusing his authority,
- 54:22Speaker 4: And I say, now you know what, they abused Trump.
- 54:24Speaker 4: They abuse their authority to go after Trump, trying to
- 54:28Speaker 4: make it look like he did something that they've actually done. Right,
- 54:35Speaker 4: because you got to remember that there was no issue here.
- 54:39Speaker 3: Trump didn't.
- 54:40Speaker 4: Nobody complained against Trump except Letitia James. That's the issue here.
- 54:44Speaker 4: It's not like he defrauded anyone. The people that he
- 54:47Speaker 4: borrowed the money from got their money.
- 54:48Speaker 11: Now.
- 54:48Speaker 4: I guess she could make the same defense, right. She
- 54:50Speaker 4: could say, well, look, the people I borrow the money
- 54:52Speaker 4: for that mortgage. They got their money too. The problem is,
- 54:56Speaker 4: I bet you if you ask those people and say,
- 54:58Speaker 4: excuse me, bank, if this is true, did you lose
- 55:01Speaker 4: money on the deal, and would you do the deal
- 55:04Speaker 4: with her again, I bet you they'd say no.
- 55:06Speaker 3: They'd say no, no, no.
- 55:07Speaker 4: If it's true, then she should have paid a higher
- 55:10Speaker 4: rate because she's not owner occupied, you know, it was
- 55:13Speaker 4: an investment. Or they might say no, if this is true,
- 55:17Speaker 4: we wouldn't have written the loan because we don't like
- 55:20Speaker 4: the right loans on investments. We like to only do
- 55:22Speaker 4: owner occupied right, that's a possibility. Conversely, with Trump, they
- 55:27Speaker 4: asked the bank, would you do business with them again?
- 55:29Speaker 4: They said absolutely. They said do you have any problem?
- 55:32Speaker 4: They said, no, no problem. He paid every last penny.
- 55:34Speaker 4: The bank went out of their way to testify for
- 55:36Speaker 4: Trump to say what how you know they felt that
- 55:40Speaker 4: this was unfair in so many ways. They didn't say
- 55:43Speaker 4: it was unfair. They just said, hey, look, the guy's solid.
- 55:46Speaker 4: So I think there's a big difference there. But I
- 55:49Speaker 4: want to get into this. Let me see if I
- 55:50Speaker 4: have this audio that I wanted to share with you
- 55:52Speaker 4: on this one do we have the audio? All right,
- 55:54Speaker 4: so we don't have the audio, No problem, So let
- 55:57Speaker 4: me give you the scoop here again.
- 56:00Speaker 3: This is the next article up in the post.
- 56:03Speaker 4: Very interesting here judge dismissed his case against ex FBI
- 56:06Speaker 4: director James Comy and against New York Attorney General uh
- 56:10Speaker 4: Tiss James.
- 56:14Speaker 3: Who's the judge?
- 56:14Speaker 4: Well, the federal judge dismissed the Virginia criminal cases against
- 56:18Speaker 4: former FBI Director James Comy and New York Attorney General
- 56:22Speaker 4: Letitia James on Monday, finding that the interim the United
- 56:25Speaker 4: States Attorney Lindsay Halligan, was improperly appointed to her position
- 56:30Speaker 4: and had no lawful authority to secure the indictments of
- 56:33Speaker 4: either of President Trump's longtime adversaries.
- 56:36Speaker 3: They like to throw that in. It doesn't matter who
- 56:38Speaker 3: they were. They weren't.
- 56:39Speaker 4: They weren't being prosecuted because they were adversaries. They were
- 56:41Speaker 4: being prosecuted because they were suspected of breaking the law.
- 56:45Speaker 4: But anyway, some people can't help themselves. Then it says
- 56:49Speaker 4: the humiliating defeat for the administration. I wouldn't say it's
- 56:53Speaker 4: a humiliating defeat. I mean it's they brought a case
- 56:55Speaker 4: with one charge against comy. How do you how could
- 56:59Speaker 4: you be humiliated if you only brought a case with
- 57:00Speaker 4: one charge. It was either going to get around grand
- 57:04Speaker 4: jury to return the indictment or it wasn't. In this case,
- 57:08Speaker 4: it did and then the judge intervened, so I wouldn't
- 57:11Speaker 4: be humiliated. They did what they had to do. Lindsay
- 57:15Speaker 4: Halligan did her job. They're just saying she wasn't allowed
- 57:19Speaker 4: to do her job. That's a different story.
- 57:23Speaker 3: Now.
- 57:23Speaker 4: David Shoon, who was a one time attorney for Jeffrey Epstein,
- 57:28Speaker 4: he weighed in on this on the Fox News Channel
- 57:31Speaker 4: with Laura Ingram, checked this out.
- 57:32Speaker 11: Some of the procedural stuff here is in question.
- 57:36Speaker 6: But you say this was avoidable.
- 57:39Speaker 13: How so it was avoidable because quite frankly, the Justice
- 57:43Speaker 13: Department should have just put somebody in the room with
- 57:45Speaker 13: Lindsay Halligan, would have taken away all of the arguments
- 57:48Speaker 13: for dismissal. Quite frankly, based on all the decisions around
- 57:51Speaker 13: the country. I still don't think the decision is right,
- 57:54Speaker 13: but it was avoidable in that sense. I give Lindsay
- 57:56Speaker 13: Halligan great credit, and she showed great courage here. She
- 57:59Speaker 13: looked at the fact and the evidence, she saw that
- 58:01Speaker 13: there was a wrong committed and she got an indictment.
- 58:04Speaker 13: She was put in this position and she should have
- 58:06Speaker 13: had more support than she was given. But it's not
- 58:09Speaker 13: a major setback for the Trump administration or anything like that.
- 58:13Speaker 13: It was obviously it was going to happen. But I
- 58:15Speaker 13: think they're wrong in the arguments for a couple of reasons.
- 58:18Speaker 13: There's some pretty esteemed scholars Steve Calabrizi Paul Cassell, who
- 58:22Speaker 13: have explained why the courts just have it wrong with this.
- 58:26Speaker 13: Professor Calabriezy says this section of the law of five
- 58:29Speaker 13: point forty six is unconstitutional. It invades the executive power,
- 58:34Speaker 13: and he cites a couple of recent cases to talk
- 58:36Speaker 13: about the exclusive of executive power and here to a
- 58:39Speaker 13: point a representative of the executive branch. Cassell says, it's constitutional,
- 58:43Speaker 13: but that the president has the right to appoint successive
- 58:46Speaker 13: interim US attorneys, or in this case, she could act
- 58:49Speaker 13: as acting US attorney. We see in the case in
- 58:51Speaker 13: California with Bill alas Sale that he continued to go
- 58:55Speaker 13: on as first assistant. So I give great credit to
- 58:58Speaker 13: miss Halligan. But the other point I would make here
- 59:00Speaker 13: is this these are public figures. First of all, the
- 59:03Speaker 13: hypocrisy of the argument, now given the position these folks
- 59:06Speaker 13: took with Jack Smith, but in any of it putting
- 59:09Speaker 13: that aside, these are public figures. Why not deal with
- 59:12Speaker 13: these cases on the merits they're going to have to
- 59:14Speaker 13: sooner or later because they will be re indicted. And
- 59:16Speaker 13: if you read the Miss James indictment carefully, and of
- 59:20Speaker 13: course everyone's entitled the presumption of innocence, if you read
- 59:23Speaker 13: it carefully, they have her coming and going if they
- 59:26Speaker 13: can prove the allegations in the indictment. First, she claimed
- 59:29Speaker 13: a secondary home, which means she has to have certain
- 59:32Speaker 13: personal use days fourteen days a year. But in her
- 59:34Speaker 13: tax schedule, according to the indictment, at least she said
- 59:37Speaker 13: zero personal days in the home. I would ask questions
- 59:40Speaker 13: like did she have an insurance policy, what did she
- 59:42Speaker 13: put on her application?
- 59:43Speaker 3: Did she make a claim?
- 59:44Speaker 13: What was her capacity there? I think that case is
- 59:47Speaker 13: going to be a slam dunk.
- 59:48Speaker 4: Quite frankly, again, David shown he says that this was avoidable,
- 59:55Speaker 4: but it was the right thing for Halligan to do,
- 59:59Speaker 4: and that it could be a slim done case.
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: So we'll see how this ends.
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: Up playing out for this case if they bring it again,
- 1:00:06Speaker 4: if they don't, I don't know, but I do know
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: that the media is having a field day with it.
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: Should they be having one? I don't think so. I
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: think this is again one of those things that it
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: would have been nicer to go the other way. But
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: I think at the end of the day they'll probably
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: they'll do well. As far as the Coomi, I don't know.
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: That was a more difficult case, I believe, and I
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: think they just wanted to give them a little bit
- 1:00:30Speaker 4: of a black eye because most prosecutors don't like to
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: take cases that they don't know they can win. Anyway,
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: There's a bunch of stuff I want to get into
- 1:00:39Speaker 4: on these kids that get together. They have these car meetups,
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: They run donuts in the streets, er, you know, burner
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: and rubber all over the place. They got into a
- 1:00:49Speaker 4: fight with somebody. They beat these people, then they lit
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: their car on fire. That happened in Vickiy Palladino's district.
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: Maybe she'll join me to talk about that. And there's
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: also this wild undercover audio of Campbell's soup Campbell's soup
- 1:01:07Speaker 4: employee freaking out saying, look this isn't real meat.
- 1:01:10Speaker 3: This meat's made on a three D printer. It's fake meat.
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: I want to get into that and so much more,
- 1:01:16Speaker 4: and we'll do that on the next one. You know
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: what I always say, as Stalla broxima, take care, good night,
- 1:01:21Speaker 4: and God bless you America. And remember you gotta stand
- 1:01:24Speaker 4: for something, because if you stand for nothing, you'll fall
- 1:01:27Speaker 4: for anything. As Stalla Brosima, I'm rich Valdez and this
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: is America.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: This is America.
