- 0:56Speaker 2: the official trade magazine of radio, talk, radio, music, radio,
- 1:01Speaker 2: all kinds of radio. It's the the trade magazine Barrett Media.
- 1:06Speaker 2: It's a website. You can go look at it, and
- 1:07Speaker 2: you should. It's actually got very interesting stuff if you're
- 1:11Speaker 2: interested in radio and news and talk, and they got
- 1:14Speaker 2: all kinds of great stories, Barrettmedia dot Com, two Ours,
- 1:18Speaker 2: two teas, Barrettmedia dot Com, and then every year at
- 1:22Speaker 2: this time they do. This is like our equivalent of
- 1:25Speaker 2: the Academy Awards, and the best thing you can win
- 1:29Speaker 2: is a number one show. There's a number one show
- 1:32Speaker 2: in America, morning show, number one, afternoon show, number one
- 1:36Speaker 2: midday show. And it just came out today we won
- 1:39Speaker 2: as the number one show in America mid days, number
- 1:43Speaker 2: one in America. This is like winning the Oscar for
- 1:46Speaker 2: Best Pictures. So it's a great honor for all of
- 1:49Speaker 2: us here that work on the show, management, everybody in
- 1:52Speaker 2: the control room, everybody here. Number one. We won last
- 1:55Speaker 2: year's number one. We're number one again this year, so
- 1:58Speaker 2: thanks to Barrett Media. But start reading this site every day.
- 2:00Speaker 2: I think you'll like it. You'll learn a lot of stuff,
- 2:03Speaker 2: not just about radio, but a lot of stuff about
- 2:05Speaker 2: news and talk, and they very good at covering cable
- 2:09Speaker 2: news stuff. But it's like the trade magazine of the
- 2:12Speaker 2: radio industry. Barrettmedia dot Com. Check it out. It's Jason
- 2:17Speaker 2: Barrett and Barrettmedia dot Com. It's a great honor and
- 2:22Speaker 2: we're very happy about it, which means we got to
- 2:24Speaker 2: now look, we got to make room for another. We
- 2:26Speaker 2: have it. The last year's framed over there. We got
- 2:28Speaker 2: to put another one over there. But that's a good
- 2:31Speaker 2: problem to have. The latest on the Guthrie kidnapping. They
- 2:36Speaker 2: found the glove, as you know, on the side of
- 2:39Speaker 2: the road. But here's the part you might not realize.
- 2:42Speaker 2: You know, it's a huge area, it's a lot of desert.
- 2:45Speaker 2: It's an enormous area. Why would they pull up there
- 2:48Speaker 2: and find a glove there? Well, they're not saying much.
- 2:52Speaker 2: The feds are now running things, not the locals, and
- 2:54Speaker 2: the Feds keep everything very quiet. They don't talk, they
- 2:58Speaker 2: don't let on. But apparently they have gone to looking
- 3:03Speaker 2: at every car that was in the area around that time,
- 3:08Speaker 2: anywhere near that time that night. You can get the
- 3:10Speaker 2: GPS off cell phones. Your phone has a GPS in it,
- 3:16Speaker 2: and whether you want to, whether you use it or not,
- 3:19Speaker 2: that GPS is always working. Even if you have your
- 3:21Speaker 2: phone shut off, that GPS is working because as soon
- 3:24Speaker 2: as you turn it back on, it'll upload the GPS
- 3:27Speaker 2: information to somewhere. It's a place where only federal authorities
- 3:31Speaker 2: and really good you know, investigators can get to it.
- 3:35Speaker 2: But apparently they were tracking cars that were going on
- 3:39Speaker 2: certain routes, so that's where they happened to see that glove.
- 3:42Speaker 2: They were following the route of a car that they
- 3:44Speaker 2: had seen. They'd seen the GPS on that car going
- 3:47Speaker 2: that route, so they were driving that route, looking going slow,
- 3:50Speaker 2: looking out the window, and they saw the glove. It
- 3:53Speaker 2: appears to be the glove that the invader there, the kidnapper,
- 3:58Speaker 2: was wearing in that video. We've all seen. It's a big, puffy,
- 4:03Speaker 2: very winter ski glove kind of thing, so not something
- 4:06Speaker 2: anybody in Tucson would ever own or wear. Very unusual,
- 4:10Speaker 2: even that big puffy coat. Tucson doesn't get that cold.
- 4:14Speaker 2: So they found the glove, and because it's such a warm,
- 4:18Speaker 2: warm glove in such a hot climate, it's assumed that
- 4:21Speaker 2: the person must have sweated a lot wearing all that stuff,
- 4:25Speaker 2: and that sweat left a lot of DNA inside the glove.
- 4:28Speaker 2: It's possible there could be a fingerprint, although highly unlikely,
- 4:33Speaker 2: but they're looking at the glove looking for DNA. All
- 4:36Speaker 2: that sweat inside the glove could create some DNA. The
- 4:40Speaker 2: other thing they're looking at is the outside of the glove,
- 4:43Speaker 2: looking for any traces of blood because as we know
- 4:46Speaker 2: Nancy Guthrie was bleeding as they took her out, and
- 4:49Speaker 2: it's possible the glove touched the touch the face or
- 4:52Speaker 2: wherever she was bleeding and got some blood on it,
- 4:54Speaker 2: so you'd have two sets of DNA on that glove.
- 4:57Speaker 2: So that's what they're looking at. Been somehow TMZ got
- 5:03Speaker 2: themselves a little too involved in this. If you have
- 5:06Speaker 2: anything to report, call the FBI. That's the best way
- 5:09Speaker 2: to do it. But a lot of people have been
- 5:11Speaker 2: going to TMZ, which they're very nice. Harvey Leven's a
- 5:13Speaker 2: great guy and tmzs a lot of fun to read.
- 5:17Speaker 2: But it's like, I don't mean this in a bad way,
- 5:20Speaker 2: but it's today's version of the National Inquirer, and they
- 5:24Speaker 2: print all kinds of stuff. They got all kinds of sources,
- 5:27Speaker 2: and a lot of times the stuff is true, but
- 5:28Speaker 2: sometimes it's not so true. I like the National Inquirer,
- 5:32Speaker 2: which broke a lot of big stories, but a lot
- 5:34Speaker 2: of stuff they broke didn't turn out to be exactly true.
- 5:37Speaker 2: So you got the same problem with TMZ. People are
- 5:40Speaker 2: going there. FBI is getting tips.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Now.
- 5:42Speaker 2: The tips are very important because somebody might recognize something
- 5:46Speaker 2: on that video. The way the guy's eyes looked, or
- 5:49Speaker 2: something about his shape. But they've gotten eighteen thousand tips. Now,
- 5:54Speaker 2: it takes incredible manpower because you got to run down
- 5:57Speaker 2: each one of them eighteen and tips have come in.
- 6:01Speaker 2: That's why they arrested that delivery guy the other day. Now,
- 6:05Speaker 2: if you look at that guy, his shape, his body,
- 6:08Speaker 2: his shoulders, the shape of his arms, his legs, he
- 6:11Speaker 2: looks exactly like the guy in the video, and his
- 6:14Speaker 2: eyes look like this guy's video. He has a mustache
- 6:17Speaker 2: just like the guy. The outline of him is exactly
- 6:20Speaker 2: the same as the guy in the video. They've determined
- 6:22Speaker 2: it's not him. I assume he could prove where he
- 6:25Speaker 2: was and it was nowhere near there that night. But
- 6:27Speaker 2: he was a delivery guy. And again they were checking
- 6:30Speaker 2: the GPS's of phones tracing the cars, and apparently his
- 6:35Speaker 2: delivery route that night took him somewhere near that house.
- 6:37Speaker 2: That's why they pulled this guy over. And once they
- 6:40Speaker 2: saw they were following me, I pulled over.
- 6:42Speaker 4: They didn't even have to put a traffic stopper any day.
- 6:44Speaker 4: I got off the car and they arrested me as
- 6:46Speaker 4: soon as I got off the car.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Yeah, he looked like the guy in the It's not
- 6:49Speaker 2: the guy in the video they've determined, but he looked
- 6:50Speaker 2: like it.
- 6:50Speaker 4: And then the detective guy here was the FBI agent
- 6:53Speaker 4: in the Santa Cruz County and they told me I
- 6:56Speaker 4: was being detained for kidnapping. And I asked him I
- 6:59Speaker 4: were kidnapping of who oh and told me just eighty.
- 7:01Speaker 3: I don't know her name and Nancy Guthrie, Yeah.
- 7:05Speaker 4: Sir, I told him I worked it two or something
- 7:07Speaker 4: for Glas. I might have delivered back at your house,
- 7:10Speaker 4: but I know cannot pay anybody. They hold me from
- 7:12Speaker 4: from like four to right now.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Yeah, but they were able to determine he's not the guy,
- 7:17Speaker 2: so we'll see what happens. I think something's gonna break.
- 7:21Speaker 2: They're getting eighteen thousand tips. Takes time to run him down,
- 7:25Speaker 2: but but something could happen. Also, you know this demanding
- 7:31Speaker 2: bitcoin we've saw the two days ago they made a
- 7:35Speaker 2: three hundred dollars deposit into that bitcoin account and yesterday
- 7:38Speaker 2: one hundred dollars deposit. Now what's that all about. Well,
- 7:42Speaker 2: you may not realize this, but bitcoin can be traced
- 7:46Speaker 2: if you're using crypto to hide from the authorities. If
- 7:49Speaker 2: you're a drug dealer, hedge fund guy, paying off people that,
- 7:54Speaker 2: you know, whoever uses crypto for nefarious purposes. It can
- 7:59Speaker 2: be traced. I hate to break it to you. So
- 8:01Speaker 2: the way you trace it, they'll send a little amount
- 8:04Speaker 2: in there, like three hundred bucks or yesterday these one
- 8:07Speaker 2: hundred dollars, and once you send it to a bitcoin address,
- 8:10Speaker 2: it goes through the chain. It goes through the blockchain,
- 8:13Speaker 2: and it leaves footprints all over the place. You can
- 8:17Speaker 2: you can't do it, but the most sophisticated federal investigators
- 8:21Speaker 2: can trace it through the blockchain and see exactly where
- 8:24Speaker 2: it lands. So it is traceable. It's been done before.
- 8:29Speaker 2: So they are tracing the bitcoin as we speak. So
- 8:32Speaker 2: we'll see what develops it. Hey, Tom Holman has announced
- 8:36Speaker 2: ICE is leaving Minnesota. It's over. They say they've arrested
- 8:40Speaker 2: about five six thousand dangerous criminals and they're getting the
- 8:44Speaker 2: hell out of there. You know, they ought to just
- 8:46Speaker 2: to thank Minnesota for their horrifying, awful reception. They ought
- 8:50Speaker 2: to take the six thousand criminals and just dump them
- 8:53Speaker 2: right in the middle of Minneapolis. Here's your criminals back,
- 8:55Speaker 2: here's your dangerous criminals. You want them back here? They
- 8:58Speaker 2: are no, but they're not going to do that. But
- 9:00Speaker 2: it's the end of ICE in Minnesota. They're leaving. They are,
- 9:04Speaker 2: of course, operating in many other cities on a much
- 9:06Speaker 2: bigger scale with no problem at all because local authorities cooperate.
- 9:13Speaker 2: We had Bruce Blakeman on the show the other day,
- 9:16Speaker 2: who should be the governor in November. He'd be the
- 9:18Speaker 2: perfect governor. But I said, you know, they're all over
- 9:21Speaker 2: NASA kind of said, how come we have no problems?
- 9:23Speaker 2: He said, we cooperate. We have full cooperation. We coordinate
- 9:26Speaker 2: with them, We lend them local help, police detectives, we
- 9:30Speaker 2: even lend them jail cells. We cooperate, and it's very
- 9:33Speaker 2: They do pick up dangerous criminals. If we cooperate and
- 9:35Speaker 2: coordinate with them, it's orderly, it's very, very peaceful. Now
- 9:39Speaker 2: that's Bruce Blakeman, who would be a great governor. But
- 9:41Speaker 2: you got that kookie new Jersey governor, the new one,
- 9:45Speaker 2: Mikey Cheryl, who sounds like she's fourteen years old, but
- 9:49Speaker 2: she's not going to cooperate with ICE.
- 9:51Speaker 5: I'm signing an executive order to ban ICE from launching
- 9:55Speaker 5: actions from any state property. That means no ICE state
- 10:01Speaker 5: no processing locations, no operating basis, no federal civil immigration
- 10:07Speaker 5: actions run from any state grounds, not our parks, not
- 10:12Speaker 5: our roadways, not our buildings.
- 10:14Speaker 6: Here you go.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Perfect. You want to come in here and arrest dangerous criminals,
- 10:20Speaker 2: you are not coming in here. We're not going to
- 10:22Speaker 2: let you do that here. Hey, the bad Bunny stuff continues.
- 10:26Speaker 2: I'm actually enjoying this bad Bunny stuff because listen, the
- 10:29Speaker 2: halftime show was pretty good. I don't know what Delly
- 10:31Speaker 2: was singing about. Who could tell what he was singing? Hey,
- 10:34Speaker 2: But half the music today I can't understand what they're
- 10:36Speaker 2: saying either. But and it looked good. It was colorful,
- 10:40Speaker 2: moving dancing, the sets, the scenery was very well done,
- 10:44Speaker 2: very well done. It was great. But I mean, it
- 10:50Speaker 2: wouldn't have been my first choice Bad Bunny, but it
- 10:52Speaker 2: was worth it. Just all these lefties, all these liberals,
- 10:56Speaker 2: all these Democrats now have to run around pretending that
- 11:00Speaker 2: they're bad Bunny fans. They never heard of the guy
- 11:03Speaker 2: two weeks ago, but they're all running around trying to
- 11:06Speaker 2: convince you they're bad Bunny fans. Oh I love bad Bunny.
- 11:08Speaker 2: I love bad Bunny. You do, Oh, I love bad
- 11:10Speaker 2: Bunny name one song by him, You're racist. They just
- 11:15Speaker 2: go crazy. Even Jimmy Kimmel admits it. This week, almost
- 11:18Speaker 2: every liberal I know suddenly really into Bad Bunny. I
- 11:22Speaker 2: mean people I've never heard say the words.
- 11:24Speaker 7: Bad or Bunny in their lives, like I can't wait
- 11:28Speaker 7: for Bad Bunny.
- 11:29Speaker 8: Oh, what's your.
- 11:34Speaker 6: What's your favorite Bad Bunny song?
- 11:36Speaker 2: I don't know, but I love them. I love that.
- 11:39Speaker 2: It's true. They've never heard of this guy three weeks ago.
- 11:41Speaker 2: When was the last time you heard anybody, any Democrat,
- 11:44Speaker 2: any liberal friend of yours say, Hey, we're going to
- 11:47Speaker 2: the Bad Bunny concert though we're gonna see Bad Bunny
- 11:49Speaker 2: in two week. They've never heard of this guy ever, ever, ever,
- 11:54Speaker 2: So uh, Mom, Donnie went to Albany to ask for
- 11:58Speaker 2: more taxes. It's already the highest tax place in America.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Taxes are already out of control. He's asking for more taxes.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Nobody can figure out why. When asked, he gave some
- 12:10Speaker 2: ridiculous explanation about, well, we're already the most expensive place
- 12:14Speaker 2: and might as well. They can't figure out how to
- 12:18Speaker 2: run things. You know, we have the most out of
- 12:20Speaker 2: controlled budget in New York City and New York state.
- 12:23Speaker 2: You know, the New York state budget is double the
- 12:26Speaker 2: budget of Florida. Double. Florida is a bigger state, it
- 12:31Speaker 2: has more major cities. Our budget is double. Florida has
- 12:34Speaker 2: a bigger population. Our budget is twice the budget of Florida.
- 12:38Speaker 2: New York studies budget is like one hundred and twenty billion.
- 12:41Speaker 2: It should be forty billion. It's all wiste, fraud, bloat.
- 12:45Speaker 2: You could easily cut it now, he implied yesterday, he's
- 12:47Speaker 2: done some cutting. We had a twelve billion dollar deficit
- 12:51Speaker 2: coming up.
- 12:51Speaker 6: We have lowered that twelve billion dollar gap to seven
- 12:54Speaker 6: billion dollars over two fiscal years.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Well that's a three billion dollar cut every year. But again,
- 13:01Speaker 2: you could cut half the budget out without affecting anything.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Just stop the waist, the fraud, the bloat. It'd be
- 13:07Speaker 2: very easy enough for a guy like mom Donnie. I mean,
- 13:10Speaker 2: in his defense, he's thirty two years old, he never
- 13:13Speaker 2: had a job before, he's never worked, he's never run anything.
- 13:16Speaker 2: But if you're brought in a top ceo, you brought
- 13:20Speaker 2: the other thing. You know, in New York City, you
- 13:22Speaker 2: probably have the two hundred greatest CEOs in America. They're
- 13:26Speaker 2: all happy to help you. Know, if you call a
- 13:28Speaker 2: guy like Jamie Diamond, if you're in New York City,
- 13:30Speaker 2: we need your help. Could you come down to city.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Guys like that would come right down and help you.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Be happy to help you. If he said, you know,
- 13:37Speaker 2: our budget's got all kinds of waist and fraud and bloat.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Could you take a look at it. One of these
- 13:41Speaker 2: CEOs would send in a team the next day of
- 13:44Speaker 2: twenty top guys in the world to go through your
- 13:47Speaker 2: budget and get rid of the waist the fraud. It'd
- 13:49Speaker 2: be easy to do, but they're politicians. They're they're not
- 13:54Speaker 2: going to they don't want any help. They kind of
- 13:56Speaker 2: like that wasist and fraud and bloat. You know, guys
- 13:59Speaker 2: like Schumer and Mom Donnie, all these politicians, and they are
- 14:02Speaker 2: Republicans too, they can be just as bad. These The waste,
- 14:05Speaker 2: fraud and bloat comes out comes from giving out contracts
- 14:08Speaker 2: everywhere and kind of winking and nodding. You know you're
- 14:11Speaker 2: gonna overcharge us by three thousand percent. Go ahead, when
- 14:15Speaker 2: you're fixing the road or whatever, you want to take
- 14:17Speaker 2: five years longer. Go ahead, you want to put three
- 14:21Speaker 2: times as many pupil as you need to go ahead,
- 14:23Speaker 2: a lot of winking and nodding. Contracts are handed out,
- 14:26Speaker 2: and in exchange, the politicians get massive donations when they
- 14:31Speaker 2: want to run for something or when they got those
- 14:33Speaker 2: political packs. So that's always the deal. We'll get to
- 14:37Speaker 2: Pam Bondi coming up. That was pretty good, and lots
- 14:41Speaker 2: more just ahead, and uh oh Jimmy Fayla will be
- 14:45Speaker 2: with us a little later. We'll get to the economy.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Just ahead. We'll take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three
- 14:52Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred
- 14:55Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Now back to Mark more on w o R.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Well, let's take some calls. Let's go to Rudy. Oh
- 15:08Speaker 2: could this be Rudy Julian Rudy from Wimpy. I don't
- 15:13Speaker 2: think that's Rudy from Long Island. Rudy, how you doing?
- 15:16Speaker 9: Yeah, I'm good, very good.
- 15:19Speaker 2: But do you wonder it sound like you're inside a sofa?
- 15:22Speaker 2: You sound very muffled. Yeah, all right, I'll muffled too.
- 15:26Speaker 2: How's that?
- 15:28Speaker 9: I'm his Spanish? My life and Long Island and Long Island,
- 15:33Speaker 9: Long Island.
- 15:33Speaker 3: New York.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Where do you live in Long Island?
- 15:37Speaker 9: Brainwood? Yeah, I used to be a Democrat all my life.
- 15:42Speaker 9: When I come in here to New York from Dominican Republic,
- 15:45Speaker 9: I used to be Democrat, but I I find out
- 15:48Speaker 9: they don't have no nothing, nothing for the community or
- 15:52Speaker 9: the people they use.
- 15:55Speaker 2: That's not fair. They have crime, they bring your crime,
- 15:58Speaker 2: they bring your eye taxes they have.
- 16:02Speaker 9: Yeah, so that that was my my say. You know,
- 16:05Speaker 9: I changed to Independent because I don't I don't like
- 16:08Speaker 9: the way they moved.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Yeah, now whatever, Rudy, what about your family, your friends,
- 16:13Speaker 2: they find the same thing. They're switching away from Democrats.
- 16:16Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, I sweech to Independent because I don't see
- 16:20Speaker 9: they were only different than what I'm thinking. You know,
- 16:23Speaker 9: when I used to coming here, everything was good with
- 16:26Speaker 9: the Democrat, but now they only changed to that.
- 16:29Speaker 2: You know, good point, good call, Rudy, Thanks for calling.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Yet now I see there there were Bill Clinton Democrats,
- 16:34Speaker 2: common sense and good Democrats, and they don't know what
- 16:38Speaker 2: to do now because their party went way, way, way way,
- 16:41Speaker 2: not just to the left, but like to the Psycho Awards.
- 16:44Speaker 2: So let's go to Stuart in South Carolina. Stuart, how
- 16:47Speaker 2: you doing?
- 16:48Speaker 10: Hey, Mark, how you doing?
- 16:49Speaker 2: Stuart? Million years? You've been in law enforcement forever, you
- 16:52Speaker 2: ever ever have a kidnapping.
- 16:54Speaker 3: No, it's very very rare.
- 16:55Speaker 10: You know, I've done this almost fifty years, and that's
- 16:58Speaker 10: what I want to talk about. You know, every day
- 17:00Speaker 10: the human body sheds about five hundred million to a
- 17:03Speaker 10: billion skin cells up to five billion, And every crime
- 17:07Speaker 10: scene there is always evidence, always, and you just have
- 17:12Speaker 10: to find it. And I cannot believe this guy who
- 17:14Speaker 10: wrapped himself up would be dumb enough to throw a
- 17:16Speaker 10: glove out, you know, close to the crime scene.
- 17:20Speaker 2: That just well it wasn't that close. It was a
- 17:22Speaker 2: ways away. And you know, he was probably sweating to
- 17:24Speaker 2: death in that suit in the hot Tucson weather.
- 17:28Speaker 10: I mean, I understand that, but it's we had a
- 17:31Speaker 10: murder here. In fact, my friend of mine was killed.
- 17:34Speaker 10: We believe her husband did it. He was wrapped up
- 17:36Speaker 10: the same way. They never solved that case. I mean,
- 17:39Speaker 10: we know who killed her, but they didn't have the evidence.
- 17:42Speaker 10: So yeah, but you know, the FBI forensics is very
- 17:45Speaker 10: very good. I have a friend that's uh, in fact,
- 17:48Speaker 10: she's she's probably going to the FBI. She's a forensic
- 17:51Speaker 10: scientist and she just got a fingerprint off a potato,
- 17:55Speaker 10: which was absolutely amazing. But yeah, you know, you know
- 18:00Speaker 10: what my feelings are about this woman right now, and
- 18:05Speaker 10: you know I hate to say that, but it's been
- 18:06Speaker 10: a good while. And as far as the bitcoin, that
- 18:10Speaker 10: makes no sense whatsoever. Like everything you said is correct.
- 18:13Speaker 10: You can trace that, and FBI has has measures to
- 18:17Speaker 10: trace anything. It just a lot of this is just
- 18:20Speaker 10: some stupid to me. It doesn't make any sense.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Hey. Well, you've been in law enforcement, you said, many years.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Have you seen many of the criminals you deal with
- 18:27Speaker 2: are incredibly stupid at being criminals?
- 18:29Speaker 10: Oh? Absolutely, they rob a bank, Mark and they have
- 18:32Speaker 10: tail lights out, or they're speeding, or they run a
- 18:34Speaker 10: red light. They may as well put up a sign
- 18:36Speaker 10: saying I just robbed the bank, Please arrest me. They
- 18:39Speaker 10: are the dumbest people I've ever seen in my life.
- 18:41Speaker 6: Just so stupid.
- 18:42Speaker 2: All right, Stuart, great call, Thanks for Colin. Let's go
- 18:44Speaker 2: to Rich in Myrtle Beach. Rich How you doing?
- 18:47Speaker 3: Hey, thanks, Mark, you're sitting around watching women's curling in
- 18:50Speaker 3: the Olympics, one of my favorite sports.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Well you're listen, where are you? You're in the Myrtle Beach?
- 18:55Speaker 2: What else? Yeah, I got nothing else to do there?
- 18:57Speaker 3: What else are you going to do? You know, I
- 19:00Speaker 3: saw Tom Holman this morning and he was great. He says,
- 19:02Speaker 3: you know, we're pulling out, but the Ice office is
- 19:04Speaker 3: still going to be there. The fraud investigation is still
- 19:07Speaker 3: going to be there. We find illegal was still going
- 19:09Speaker 3: to take them. And I guess you heard about the
- 19:11Speaker 3: winning quarterback on this Seahawks has to pay seventy eight
- 19:15Speaker 3: thousand dollars for playing seven pays in California. Why would
- 19:18Speaker 3: the NFL ever play a super Bowl in California.
- 19:20Speaker 2: Well, but apparently there's like nine cities now, major cities
- 19:23Speaker 2: that have that stupid tax. They tax you to death. Yeah,
- 19:26Speaker 2: tax jock tax. So he made like what it makes
- 19:30Speaker 2: like one hundred and seventy thousand, but the taxes like
- 19:32Speaker 2: two hundred and ninety thousand. He actually loses it. Yeah, right,
- 19:35Speaker 2: we only Democrats. You come up with a tax system
- 19:37Speaker 2: where you pay one hundred and eighty percent of the
- 19:39Speaker 2: money for taxes. It's absolutely ridiculous. One more call. Let's
- 19:45Speaker 2: go to Pat in Scarsdale. Pat, how you doing?
- 19:47Speaker 11: Hey, Mark, how are you good? You know rama Manuel,
- 19:51Speaker 11: when he was Barack Obama's right hand man, he orders
- 19:55Speaker 11: you to say, a crisis is a terrible thing. To waste. Yeah,
- 19:58Speaker 11: and now walls. He ran out of one crisis. Now
- 20:01Speaker 11: a Holman's going to be leaving there, So now he's
- 20:03Speaker 11: going to be faced up to the fraud crisis there
- 20:06Speaker 11: and he's gonna I really think he's gonna be in
- 20:07Speaker 11: a hot seat along with a lot of the other politicians.
- 20:11Speaker 2: Very good, Well, thanks for it. We like Scarsdale a
- 20:13Speaker 2: lot of great restaurants there. You got Martinez Bakery, which
- 20:16Speaker 2: is very good.
- 20:16Speaker 12: Oh the best.
- 20:17Speaker 2: That's the best. I take every ounce of strength to
- 20:21Speaker 2: keep walking by there. All right, thanks for calling. Yeah, Hey, Minnesota,
- 20:26Speaker 2: I know you're cheering. You got rid of Tom Holman.
- 20:28Speaker 2: He said, Ice is leaving. I know you're celebrating. I
- 20:31Speaker 2: hate to break it to you. If the ICE operations
- 20:33Speaker 2: are now over, that means that concentrate full time now
- 20:37Speaker 2: on the fraud investigation looking into the fraud. There may
- 20:41Speaker 2: be a reason why Tim Waltz announced he's not going
- 20:43Speaker 2: to run for reelection and that he's leaving politics. But remember,
- 20:47Speaker 2: you got rid of Ice. Now it's one hundred percent
- 20:50Speaker 2: fraud investigation in Minnesota. Hey, when we come back the
- 20:54Speaker 2: hunt for Steve Moore, Actually no, he's been pretty good
- 20:57Speaker 2: he's been here. Steve Moore is one of the most
- 21:00Speaker 2: brilliant guys in the world, great economists, and he'll be
- 21:02Speaker 2: with us next on seven to ten. Wo aren't they.
- 21:07Speaker 13: Plugged into everything?
- 21:08Speaker 4: New York?
- 21:09Speaker 13: Mark Simone on sevent ten woor.
- 21:12Speaker 2: One, Well, I'd like to bring you the smartest people
- 21:14Speaker 2: on earth, Steve Moore, the brilliant economist. Mate. Make sure
- 21:17Speaker 2: you have his book, his latest book, The Trump Economic Miracle.
- 21:21Speaker 2: It's an excellent book. And he runs the committee to
- 21:24Speaker 2: Unleashed Prosperity. They put out the best daily news and analysis,
- 21:28Speaker 2: best briefing it can get every day. It's free. It'll
- 21:31Speaker 2: come right to your email. Just go sign up for it.
- 21:33Speaker 2: Go to Unleashed Prosperity dot com. Steve Moore, How you
- 21:37Speaker 2: doing well?
- 21:39Speaker 3: Feeling good about things? Given the what happened with the
- 21:42Speaker 3: job support yesterday, Really good numbers on the economy. Economy
- 21:47Speaker 3: continues to expand, businesses are hiring again. And what I
- 21:51Speaker 3: love about the story, Mark, is that you know what
- 21:53Speaker 3: sector of the economy is shrinking?
- 21:57Speaker 2: Government?
- 21:58Speaker 3: Government? Oh goodment. Yeah, So private jobs are booming, and
- 22:05Speaker 3: the and the and the government jobs are shrinking. So
- 22:09Speaker 3: we're draining the swamp in Washington. Federal employment continues to fall,
- 22:13Speaker 3: thank god, but the private sector numbers for hiring were
- 22:17Speaker 3: really good. So and by the way, wages were up
- 22:20Speaker 3: and the unemployment was down.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Oh, I don't know. I got the MSNBC on here.
- 22:27Speaker 2: It says we're in a big affordability crisis at Yeah.
- 22:31Speaker 3: Do you know that the last year, the average median
- 22:35Speaker 3: family income people in the exact metal they saw about
- 22:38Speaker 3: a twenty five hundred dollars increase in their above inflation incomes.
- 22:43Speaker 3: So what I mean, Look, I get it. People are
- 22:46Speaker 3: angry about the price of beef, and they're angry about
- 22:49Speaker 3: you know, the price of coffee, and they're angry about
- 22:51Speaker 3: you know, price of healthcare and housing. But if you
- 22:54Speaker 3: look overall, people have more money in their paychecks. And
- 22:58Speaker 3: by the way, that's partly because the big beautiful bill,
- 23:01Speaker 3: as you know, I mean, people are starting to really
- 23:04Speaker 3: feel it now because they're withholding is starting an earnest
- 23:08Speaker 3: and so that means you're going to have less money
- 23:11Speaker 3: with help from your paycheck by the irs, which means
- 23:14Speaker 3: more money in your paycheck.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, now, would you confirm Steve more that in
- 23:18Speaker 2: the Biden years, during the bid administration when they head
- 23:20Speaker 2: ooh a good job number. It was because the government
- 23:23Speaker 2: would go out and hire people exactly.
- 23:25Speaker 3: Yes, and that's so I used to you know, as
- 23:28Speaker 3: you know, mark every first Friday of every month for
- 23:33Speaker 3: the last ten years, I've been doing this, you know,
- 23:36Speaker 3: the jobs before it comes out on the first pride
- 23:38Speaker 3: of the round, although it didn't this time, came out
- 23:40Speaker 3: on Wednesday because of the government shutdown and they've been
- 23:43Speaker 3: delayed late in getting the data out. But nonetheless, the
- 23:47Speaker 3: during the Biden years, you know, we get these jobs numbers,
- 23:50Speaker 3: one hundred and fifty thousand jobs created, yay, hooray, and
- 23:53Speaker 3: then you look at the numbers and it's like one
- 23:54Speaker 3: hundred thousand more government shops. So we were increasing government
- 23:58Speaker 3: jobs and we were not much grain gain at all
- 24:01Speaker 3: on five effector. And what we've done we've seen now
- 24:03Speaker 3: is a rest where we're now shrinking the government jobs
- 24:06Speaker 3: and increasing five E sector jobs, which is exactly what
- 24:09Speaker 3: we want unless you're a government employee.
- 24:11Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's a much healthier way to run the economy. Yes. Hey,
- 24:15Speaker 2: the CEO of Ford yesterday puts out all these numbers.
- 24:19Speaker 2: Electric car electric vehicle sales was so bad. It brought
- 24:23Speaker 2: down the whole bottom line of the company, and he said,
- 24:27Speaker 2: the customer has spoken. So what do we conclude from that.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Well, that's an interesting thing because you know one of
- 24:36Speaker 3: the reasons that you know, basically under the Biden years,
- 24:39Speaker 3: they were trying to force feed people to buy to
- 24:42Speaker 3: buy electric vehicles with mandates and you had to buy them,
- 24:45Speaker 3: and then all the subsidies to build them, et cetera,
- 24:47Speaker 3: et cetera, et cetera, and a lot of the big
- 24:50Speaker 3: auto manufacturers they bought into it. Oh yeah, let's build
- 24:52Speaker 3: all these these electric vehicles. And by the way, I'm
- 24:56Speaker 3: not against electric vehicles. I was just against by enforcing
- 24:59Speaker 3: people to buy electric vehicles. And so what's happened now
- 25:02Speaker 3: is there's been you know, people have kind of revolted
- 25:06Speaker 3: against that, and for many reasons. People say, you know,
- 25:10Speaker 3: we don't want electric fical. By the way, I have
- 25:12Speaker 3: a hybrid and I love it, so you know, I'm
- 25:14Speaker 3: not against the batteries, but I but I also want
- 25:17Speaker 3: to Yeah, I want to make sure I don't run
- 25:19Speaker 3: out of you know, get a mountain and then don't
- 25:22Speaker 3: have any juice left in my battery. So the point
- 25:26Speaker 3: is that I always have said this that you know,
- 25:29Speaker 3: people when it comes to their cars, people want to
- 25:31Speaker 3: choose themselves. They don't want the government to choose the
- 25:33Speaker 3: car for them because we have a love affair with
- 25:35Speaker 3: our cars in America. And Trump, i mean Biden didn't
- 25:38Speaker 3: seem to understand that. And the more he tried to
- 25:40Speaker 3: force people to buy electric vehicles, the more people have
- 25:43Speaker 3: revolted against buying them. And so now you've got this
- 25:46Speaker 3: huge surplus of electric vehicles that nobody wants to buy.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, we just had a weekend here where
- 25:51Speaker 2: it was like ten below zero. Your electric car doesn't
- 25:53Speaker 2: work when it's.
- 25:54Speaker 3: Exactly that's exactly right. So this is a problem with
- 25:58Speaker 3: evs is that they they're not going to start when
- 26:01Speaker 3: the temperature gets, you know, below ten degrees. And by
- 26:05Speaker 3: the way, in washingt d C. A southern city, we
- 26:08Speaker 3: you know, the temperature for the last twenty days has
- 26:10Speaker 3: been below ten degrees, so you know, then you can't
- 26:13Speaker 3: get out of your driveway.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, we're talking earlier about budgets. You know, the
- 26:18Speaker 2: budget in New York is ridiculous. It's like one hundred
- 26:20Speaker 2: and twenty billion. New York State's budget is double that
- 26:23Speaker 2: of Florida, even though we have less people. This is
- 26:26Speaker 2: all from contracts they hand out where we overpay by
- 26:29Speaker 2: ten million percent for everything we do in the government.
- 26:32Speaker 2: Politicians like handing out those contracts. Is there anything we
- 26:35Speaker 2: could ever do to fix this?
- 26:38Speaker 3: Well, what's going on the big story of America is
- 26:42Speaker 3: that these blue cities and blue states are just dying.
- 26:45Speaker 3: They're dying. And you know it's because I was in
- 26:48Speaker 3: New York earlier this week and talking a lot of
- 26:51Speaker 3: people in New York City, and they were frustrated because Mundonnie,
- 26:56Speaker 3: you know, hadn't even cleared away the snow. The garbage
- 26:59Speaker 3: wasn't being collected. And I don't care what your ideology.
- 27:02Speaker 3: I don't care if you're left, right, center, whatever you are, libertarian, socialist.
- 27:06Speaker 3: Everybody wants the public services to work. And yet Mandamie
- 27:10Speaker 3: has proven in just this first one thirty five days
- 27:13Speaker 3: in office he has no idea what he's doing. Thinks
- 27:16Speaker 3: it's not even the ideology, it's incompetence.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Yeah, it's unbelievable. Hey, we talked at this before too.
- 27:23Speaker 2: You know, they have this jock tax if you play football,
- 27:26Speaker 2: even if it's the Super Bowl. Yeah, the guy one
- 27:29Speaker 2: hundred and seventy thousand for playing the super Bowl and
- 27:31Speaker 2: his taxes were like two hundred and eighty thousand.
- 27:34Speaker 6: How is that? How is that even legal?
- 27:36Speaker 3: The taxi more than any well I know, and that
- 27:39Speaker 3: these are the jack taxes. You have to pay an
- 27:41Speaker 3: income tax if you play, you know, a game in
- 27:45Speaker 3: a in a state that has eye income tax. And so, uh,
- 27:50Speaker 3: the you're right. So now they're saying, well, we're going
- 27:52Speaker 3: to move. We're not going to play the world the
- 27:55Speaker 3: super Bowl in these places with high tax anymore because
- 27:58Speaker 3: the players can't afford it. And by the way, a
- 28:00Speaker 3: lot of the players don't want to even play on
- 28:01Speaker 3: teams you know that are located in blue station cities
- 28:05Speaker 3: like you know, so that's a big tax on getting
- 28:09Speaker 3: a winning team back in New York.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Yeah, hey, but you're right. You know, we pay the
- 28:12Speaker 2: highest taxes in the world in New York City and
- 28:14Speaker 2: they can't even shovel snow.
- 28:16Speaker 3: But shouldn't there be a and they can't collect the garbage.
- 28:21Speaker 3: I saw that that everybody, I think you've probably seen
- 28:24Speaker 3: it. It went viral on the internet of the rabbi out
- 28:26Speaker 3: there helping the garage collect put the garbage in the
- 28:31Speaker 3: truck because too. I mean, you know, he's supposed to
- 28:35Speaker 3: be this brilliant, big thinker. He can't even get the
- 28:38Speaker 3: guverage collected off the street. I mean, I laugh at that,
- 28:40Speaker 3: but it just shows, you know, I would think Mondommie
- 28:44Speaker 3: would say, look, let me go around the city and
- 28:46Speaker 3: you give these speeches and about how great socialism, but
- 28:49Speaker 3: put somebody in charge who knows what they're doing and
- 28:51Speaker 3: how to run something.
- 28:53Speaker 2: Yeah. Hey, in the next month or two, everybody will
- 28:55Speaker 2: start paying their taxes, doing their taxes for the year.
- 28:58Speaker 2: What's going to be the difference now with the big
- 29:00Speaker 2: beautiful bill.
- 29:02Speaker 3: Uh, Well, people are gonna save a lot in terms
- 29:04Speaker 3: of the the withhold. They're going to pay a smaller
- 29:09Speaker 3: tax bill than they did last year. And I don't
- 29:11Speaker 3: know the exact numbers, but on average it's about one
- 29:14Speaker 3: thousand dollars saving. And it was just so ironic because
- 29:17Speaker 3: all the Democrats talk about is affordability, affordability, yet every
- 29:21Speaker 3: one of them voted against the tax cut.
- 29:25Speaker 2: And inflation. We're doing well. And what do you think
- 29:28Speaker 2: give us a growth forecast, a growth number for the
- 29:31Speaker 2: rest of the Oh, I'm going.
- 29:31Speaker 3: To give you the number that Donald Trump gave we're
- 29:33Speaker 3: going to grow by fifteen percent this year. Well, by
- 29:37Speaker 3: the way, I love that about Trump, don't you. Mark,
- 29:39Speaker 3: And I know you're close to Trump, and I talked
- 29:41Speaker 3: to Aim about but you know, he shoots for the move.
- 29:44Speaker 3: He told Larry Cutlow, you know we're gonna fifteen percent
- 29:47Speaker 3: growth because Larry said, do you think we can get
- 29:48Speaker 3: five percent grows? And he said fifty percent? Well, which
- 29:52Speaker 3: would be like but but you know what, he also
- 29:54Speaker 3: said the same thing when you know when the Dow
- 29:56Speaker 3: Jones hit fifty thousand a couple of days ago, by
- 29:58Speaker 3: the way, when I first came to Washington forty years ago,
- 30:00Speaker 3: but that was at one thousand. Now it's at fifty thousand.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Wow.
- 30:03Speaker 3: But the Trump said, you know, by the time I
- 30:07Speaker 3: leave office, and we don't know when that's going to be.
- 30:10Speaker 3: The time I leave office, we're gonna have now one
- 30:12Speaker 3: hundred thousand. So I love it. I love his optimism.
- 30:16Speaker 3: I love that he shoots for the mode.
- 30:17Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a great, great philosophy, great way to live too. Well,
- 30:20Speaker 2: Steve Moore, great stuff, and thanks for He's got an
- 30:23Speaker 2: excellent book called The Trump Economic Miracle. You should get

- 30:46Speaker 3: we've been running. It's because we can't haven't removed the
- 30:49Speaker 3: snow yet in Washington.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Shoh okay. But when you read it you'll see why
- 30:52Speaker 2: it takes a while. It's so well done. Unleashed Prosperity

- 31:41Speaker 2: Ten, Hey, coming up, next hour we go. Jimmy Fayala
- 31:47Speaker 2: will be with us. We got a lot to talk

- 31:51Speaker 2: to the biggest new trend. Well we'll get to that
- 31:54Speaker 2: right after the news. Mark Simone here on seven ten,
- 31:57Speaker 2: wore talking.
- 31:59Speaker 13: About everything you care about. Mark some moons on wo.
- 32:07Speaker 2: Heay, it's Thursday already, practically the weekend. Hey, remember you
- 32:10Speaker 2: got a three day weekend coming up. You got Valentine's
- 32:13Speaker 2: Day Saturday, which is a real pain in the you
- 32:16Speaker 2: know restaurants, It drives them crazy. You think they'd love
- 32:19Speaker 2: it because well they're going to be packed Valentine's Day
- 32:22Speaker 2: in it, But it's all tables of two. Then you
- 32:25Speaker 2: go in a restaurant, there's a lot of tables for four,
- 32:27Speaker 2: tables for two, there's tables for six. So, believe it
- 32:31Speaker 2: or not, every restaurant has to get rid of all
- 32:33Speaker 2: their furniture. They have to all get kick all their
- 32:36Speaker 2: furniture out and rent tables for two because they have
- 32:40Speaker 2: to do the whole room in tables for two, or
- 32:43Speaker 2: as they call them in the restaurant business, deuces, And
- 32:47Speaker 2: it's a you know, they do make a lot of
- 32:49Speaker 2: money Valentine's Day, but every it's Saturday night Valentine's Day,
- 32:54Speaker 2: So everybody that works in the restaurant business obviously can't
- 32:57Speaker 2: go out with their wife or girlfriend or boyfriend that night.
- 33:02Speaker 2: They're all working. So Sunday is known as industry Valentine's
- 33:06Speaker 2: Day night. That's wheneverybody in the restaurant business can go
- 33:11Speaker 2: out Sunday night. Hey, the latest and the Guthrie kidnapping
- 33:15Speaker 2: is they've now put a big white tent up covering
- 33:20Speaker 2: up the entrance to Nancy Guthrie's home. You know, there's
- 33:25Speaker 2: a little porch there and an entrance. It's all covered
- 33:27Speaker 2: with a big white tent. Now, why would they cover
- 33:30Speaker 2: it with a white tent. Usually because they don't want
- 33:33Speaker 2: you to see what they're doing in there. There's photographers
- 33:36Speaker 2: and cameras everywhere, and they don't want you to know
- 33:38Speaker 2: what they're probably doing something in there involving the door,
- 33:41Speaker 2: taking it off, taking it apart clues of some kind
- 33:45Speaker 2: on there. Word is they found two gloves, not one.
- 33:48Speaker 2: There's a second glove. When you wear that kind of big,
- 33:52Speaker 2: big heavy glove in that kind of heat, you're going
- 33:54Speaker 2: to sweat a lot. So they're looking for DNA inside
- 33:58Speaker 2: that sweat. They got eighteen thousand tips that they have
- 34:02Speaker 2: to go through, so that's gonna take a while. Savannah
- 34:06Speaker 2: Guthrie's latest statement is they will never ever ever give up.
- 34:09Speaker 2: She's put out some video that's quite touching of her
- 34:13Speaker 2: mother as you know, much young as a young mom
- 34:16Speaker 2: with her two very young kids. Just very touching to watch.
- 34:21Speaker 2: So we'll keep following it for you. Hey, midterm elections.
- 34:25Speaker 2: You know, in the midterms, you got a lot of
- 34:29Speaker 2: seats that are up, in fact, more than usual. More
- 34:31Speaker 2: than usual. People are leaving Congress, retiring, quitting, you know,
- 34:36Speaker 2: whatever reason, so you gonna have a lot of seats up. Now.
- 34:39Speaker 2: This is a big moment for the Republican National Committee,
- 34:43Speaker 2: the RNC and the DNC because they have to go
- 34:45Speaker 2: to work and do everything they can to support their candidates. Now,
- 34:49Speaker 2: the RNC has double the money of the DNC as
- 34:54Speaker 2: far as fundraising. More money is going to Republicans than
- 34:58Speaker 2: Democrats from the public. The RN now has three hundred
- 35:01Speaker 2: and twenty million dollars three hundred and twenty million. The
- 35:05Speaker 2: DNC only has one hundred and seventy million, so they're
- 35:08Speaker 2: a huge financial disadvantage. But again, a lot of seats
- 35:14Speaker 2: up programs. Anything could happen. It's too early to tell.
- 35:17Speaker 2: I know, you see all these predictions in those polymarket things,
- 35:20Speaker 2: but it means absolutely nothing at this point. The President
- 35:25Speaker 2: has a State of the Union speech coming up, and
- 35:27Speaker 2: that could make a real difference. Now you've seen how
- 35:30Speaker 2: crazy Congress gets. You watched the Pam Bondi hearings yesterday,
- 35:34Speaker 2: and good for her. She told them off. She wasn't
- 35:36Speaker 2: going to take any of their crap. He had the
- 35:39Speaker 2: worst of the worst of the Democrats on the committee,
- 35:41Speaker 2: I mean the real lowlife, real dirty Jerry Nadler, Jamie
- 35:46Speaker 2: Raskin types. And if you're watching Democratic TV like MSNBC
- 35:51Speaker 2: or CNN, all day long, they're talking about how disrespectful
- 35:55Speaker 2: Pam Bondy is. How dare she speak to them like that?
- 35:58Speaker 2: How dare she call them this and then? But she
- 36:00Speaker 2: was just mirroring them. They asked them the most awful, stupid, ridiculous,
- 36:06Speaker 2: gotcha questions. You know, they were trying to make it
- 36:10Speaker 2: sound like she was covering up the Epstein files, and
- 36:12Speaker 2: she kept screaming back at them. You're the people that
- 36:14Speaker 2: hid it for four years. You know, you're trying to
- 36:17Speaker 2: make it look like it's all my problem for four years,
- 36:19Speaker 2: you hid the Epstein file, refuse to even look at it.
- 36:22Speaker 2: And she's got a good point there, but it's just
- 36:26Speaker 2: getting really nasty, ugly. Hey, you always saw that where
- 36:29Speaker 2: the Democrats would beat up a witness and a hearing,
- 36:31Speaker 2: but this was particularly ugly and stupid. The questions, the yelling,
- 36:35Speaker 2: the screaming from Democrats, and she gave it right back.
- 36:38Speaker 2: But it's making people worry about the State of the
- 36:41Speaker 2: Union speech. What are they going to do? You know,
- 36:43Speaker 2: when the president has to go in front of Congress,
- 36:46Speaker 2: Democrats tend to misbehave a lot, you know, walking out
- 36:50Speaker 2: or booing or well, we'll see what they do in Congress. Now.
- 36:53Speaker 2: You know, there's some people that have talked to the
- 36:55Speaker 2: President about doing the State of the Union speech somewhere else,
- 37:02Speaker 2: not in Congress. You know, there's no rule that you
- 37:04Speaker 2: got to do it in front of Congress. He could
- 37:06Speaker 2: do it any place he wants State of Union speech,
- 37:09Speaker 2: and it might be a good idea. Don't do it
- 37:11Speaker 2: in front of Congress. Don't do it in front of
- 37:13Speaker 2: the Democrats in Congress. Do it somewhere in America. Do
- 37:16Speaker 2: it in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Do it in Philadelphia, do
- 37:20Speaker 2: it in Texas. Do it in the middle of America.
- 37:22Speaker 2: Do it at Mount Rushmore. You you can do this
- 37:24Speaker 2: speech anywhere you want, so don't be surprised if at
- 37:27Speaker 2: some point that happens. Hey, you've seen you remember Nicki Haley.
- 37:33Speaker 2: You remember that nasty woman, Nicki Haley, very unpleasant. You
- 37:38Speaker 2: might like her when you see her in a debate
- 37:40Speaker 2: or you watch her on TV. I like that Nicki Haley.
- 37:43Speaker 2: How come they didn't give her something in the Trumpet? Well,
- 37:46Speaker 2: the real reason is to let you in on some
- 37:49Speaker 2: behind the scenes stuff. The real reason is behind the scenes,
- 37:52Speaker 2: she is the nastiest woman, scheming, scamming. Everybody can't stand her.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Everybody ever worked with her, I'll tell you the worst
- 38:00Speaker 2: person they ever worked with. And she might have seen
- 38:03Speaker 2: her on TV the last couple of nights bashing Donald Trump,
- 38:07Speaker 2: bashing the Trump administration, but she was in the Trump
- 38:10Speaker 2: administration the first term. He didn't want her there. It
- 38:13Speaker 2: was a favor to I'm forgetting his name. He was
- 38:16Speaker 2: the lieutenant governor of South Carolina. Trump loved him and
- 38:20Speaker 2: owed him and wanted to give him a job. And
- 38:22Speaker 2: he said, I'd really like to be the governor. If
- 38:24Speaker 2: you could just get Nicki Haley out of here, I'd
- 38:26Speaker 2: become governor. He was lieutenant governor. Trump said, Okay, I
- 38:31Speaker 2: got a job I could dump her in, and he
- 38:33Speaker 2: made her un ambassador. It's a totally worthless, idiotic job,
- 38:37Speaker 2: serves no purpose. They gave it to her. But she
- 38:42Speaker 2: was always always a problem anywhere near the White House, scheming, scamming,
- 38:47Speaker 2: nobody trusted her. Just a horrible woman behind the scenes.
- 38:51Speaker 2: And you know, it's kind of like that, not as bad,
- 38:54Speaker 2: but Carrie Lake, Carrie Lake. Trump had to give her something,
- 39:00Speaker 2: so he stuck her at the Voice of America. It's
- 39:02Speaker 2: another totally worthless, meaningless, dead end job. They couldn't care
- 39:05Speaker 2: less what the hell happens at the Voice of Americas.
- 39:08Speaker 2: They stuck over there. But Carrie, like, she's not as
- 39:10Speaker 2: bad as Nicki Haley, but she's pretty unpleasant behind the scenes.
- 39:13Speaker 2: You do not want to be around this woman. I've
- 39:16Speaker 2: seen it myself a couple of times in different settings.
- 39:19Speaker 2: But she wants to run for congress. Voice of America
- 39:23Speaker 2: is a meaningless job, so she wants to run for Congress,
- 39:26Speaker 2: and she'd like the President to indorse her. And he
- 39:29Speaker 2: has no use for her her Nicki Haley. Nobody wants
- 39:32Speaker 2: to be anywhere near them. So apparently she went to
- 39:35Speaker 2: the White House earlier this week to try to get
- 39:38Speaker 2: him to endorse her. People in the White House saying
- 39:42Speaker 2: she waited in the White House lobby trying to see
- 39:44Speaker 2: Donald Trump. She waited there for several hours. He didn't
- 39:48Speaker 2: want to go anywhere near her, didn't want to run
- 39:50Speaker 2: into her, but she waited and waited and waited, finally
- 39:55Speaker 2: giving up. That's the good news, hey, this here's some
- 40:01Speaker 2: good news. You want, you want to cheer you up.
- 40:03Speaker 2: You know, during the first Trump administration, CNN got what
- 40:06Speaker 2: they call a Trump bump. Oh, ratings were way up
- 40:09Speaker 2: for CNN when Donald Trump was there the first time.
- 40:13Speaker 2: And remember Chris Cuomo Don Lemonley's shows. They weren't doing great,
- 40:18Speaker 2: They were never anywhere near the ratings Fox had, but
- 40:21Speaker 2: they were doing better than ever they were doing great
- 40:25Speaker 2: for them for them, Well, it's the second Trump term
- 40:28Speaker 2: and for whatever reason, CNN is just taking a huge drop.
- 40:32Speaker 2: Nobody's watching CNN anymore. In fact, primetime viewership, primetime viewership
- 40:39Speaker 2: is down to five hundred thousand, daytime viewership down to
- 40:44Speaker 2: four hundred thousand. They're down about forty five percent in
- 40:47Speaker 2: the second Trump term. People just have no use for
- 40:50Speaker 2: CNN anymore. Now. One reason besides in fact nobody likes
- 40:54Speaker 2: CNN anymore is a lot of people are cutting the cord.
- 40:58Speaker 2: They're getting rid of their cable. And the number of
- 41:01Speaker 2: US households that got rid of cable is now eighty
- 41:05Speaker 2: million people. Eighty million people have gotten rid of cable.
- 41:08Speaker 2: You know, you don't need it anymore. You can do
- 41:11Speaker 2: all the streaming services Netflix, all that, But what if
- 41:14Speaker 2: you want to watch the TV channels? The channel four,
- 41:16Speaker 2: channel five, Hulu is very good. You can get Hulu,
- 41:20Speaker 2: but if you have Hulu, you have to pay extra
- 41:22Speaker 2: for Hulu Live. That'll give you all the TV channels
- 41:26Speaker 2: and that way you can watch it on your phone,
- 41:27Speaker 2: your iPad wherever you are. What else? YouTube TV, YouTube
- 41:32Speaker 2: TV's got a lot of channels, Pluto TV is excellent.
- 41:37Speaker 2: You know, if you like to watch Blue Bloods over
- 41:40Speaker 2: and over again, or Law and Order or all the
- 41:42Speaker 2: Pluto TV. It's free. It's absolutely free. It has ads commercials,
- 41:46Speaker 2: but it's free. There's a Blue Bloods network that just
- 41:49Speaker 2: runs Blue Bloods twenty four hours a day. Same thing
- 41:51Speaker 2: with Law and Order and like millions of shows. You'll
- 41:55Speaker 2: try Pluto TV. You'll be quite amazed. Hey, remember the
- 42:03Speaker 2: Epstein hearings with Howard Lutnick. Lutnick denied havn't been around
- 42:07Speaker 2: Epstein in ten years, but they found out he had
- 42:09Speaker 2: lunch with him. More and more calls for him to resign. Now,
- 42:13Speaker 2: why the hell would you resign because you had lunch
- 42:16Speaker 2: with Jeffrey Epstein? You know who had lunch with Jeffrey Epstein?
- 42:19Speaker 2: Almost every major figure in business, government, world leaders, everybody
- 42:24Speaker 2: you could name. Why would you have to resign over that?
- 42:29Speaker 2: I mean he had lunch with him for an hour.
- 42:31Speaker 2: He brought his wife and kids with him, another couple,
- 42:35Speaker 2: he brought his two nannies. I mean, there were a
- 42:37Speaker 2: lot of people there. It didn't mean anything. I don't
- 42:40Speaker 2: know why you have to resign over that. But they're
- 42:42Speaker 2: yelling at this is what they're yelling and screaming about
- 42:44Speaker 2: on CNN last night and MSNBC still today. They can't
- 42:50Speaker 2: believe it. You know, the Pam Bondi hearings. You know,
- 42:53Speaker 2: if you're watching MSNBC today, they're all talking about Morning Joe,
- 42:56Speaker 2: how outrageous her behavior was, how dare she speak to
- 42:59Speaker 2: Congress like that? And they were going on for three hours.
- 43:02Speaker 2: I don't think they realize normal people go to work
- 43:06Speaker 2: every day. They they're not watching the Pam Bondi testimony
- 43:09Speaker 2: in front of Congress. They have jobs, they work all day.
- 43:12Speaker 2: Nobody's paying any attention to this. The MSNBC audience is
- 43:16Speaker 2: pretty tiny, you know, it's like six seven hundred thousand,
- 43:21Speaker 2: that's it. They're not outside of that than other three
- 43:25Speaker 2: hundred million people in America not worrying about Pam Bondi
- 43:30Speaker 2: in her testimony. Hey, you know a lot of fake
- 43:34Speaker 2: news everywhere, obviously, The New York Times fake news, Washington
- 43:39Speaker 2: Post fake news, the networks, Axios, Daily Beast fake news,
- 43:47Speaker 2: just all left wings slanted. But if you got your
- 43:50Speaker 2: iPhone and they you get your iPhone, they try to
- 43:53Speaker 2: make you have Apple News. You get three months free
- 43:56Speaker 2: of Apple News. Sign up for Apple News. Well, Apple
- 44:00Speaker 2: News is one of the worst news services in the world.
- 44:03Speaker 2: It is so biased and so slanted, it's just awful.
- 44:08Speaker 2: Don't ever use Apple News. But the Media Research Center,
- 44:11Speaker 2: which very good to studying this stuff, did a massive
- 44:15Speaker 2: study on Apple News. They checked like the last seven
- 44:20Speaker 2: hundred stories, out of which like eighty percent of them
- 44:24Speaker 2: were from real left wing fake news things like PBS,
- 44:29Speaker 2: Washington Post, New York Times, and they never used any
- 44:34Speaker 2: what would be considered a mainstream conservative site like the
- 44:37Speaker 2: New York Post or Fox News. But it was ridiculously slanted,
- 44:43Speaker 2: I mean amazingly biased Apple News, not even any attempt
- 44:47Speaker 2: to even make it balanced. So it has gone to
- 44:50Speaker 2: the FTC. The Federal Trade Commissioner is looking at this now.
- 44:53Speaker 2: The chairman is warning Apple News that they may have
- 44:56Speaker 2: violated consumer protection laws, and they've sent a fiery letter
- 45:02Speaker 2: to Apple that they better clean this up and fix it.
- 45:05Speaker 2: Tim Cook has not responded yet, But this is going
- 45:10Speaker 2: to be a serious thing for Apple. Be interesting to
- 45:11Speaker 2: see what happens here if you can get one of
- 45:13Speaker 2: these fake news sites like Apple News to actually clean
- 45:16Speaker 2: themselves up. They're trying to do it at CBS very slowly.
- 45:21Speaker 2: But let's see what Apple does in this case. Hey,
- 45:23Speaker 2: we'll take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three
- 45:26Speaker 2: to two one zero seven ten is the number eight
- 45:29Speaker 2: hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 45:33Speaker 1: If you're listening to Mark on the iHeartRadio app, save
- 45:36Speaker 1: time and tap the preset button. Now. Now back to
- 45:39Speaker 1: the Mark Simone show on wor.
- 45:43Speaker 2: Well, you know what is becoming very hot? Majong? Remember
- 45:49Speaker 2: the game Majong? It was like old Yenta's in Brooklyn
- 45:52Speaker 2: and Queen's. The old ladies would play this. Majong was
- 45:55Speaker 2: I didn't know how you play? It's with tiles and
- 45:58Speaker 2: do you remember this a few Seinfeld episodes which George
- 46:00Speaker 2: goes home to visit his mother and she's playing Majong
- 46:03Speaker 2: with the neighbors. Believe it or not, this has become
- 46:06Speaker 2: a very hot, trendy activity right now. Majong is considered
- 46:11Speaker 2: very hot, very cool. Younger people are playing it. You
- 46:14Speaker 2: go to the sleekest, hottest, trendiest new restaurants clubs, they're
- 46:18Speaker 2: playing it. How the hell did this happen? Apparently it
- 46:22Speaker 2: goes back to a couple of years ago. Sarah Jessica
- 46:24Speaker 2: Parker started the trend and another celebrities and then got
- 46:28Speaker 2: on Instagram and then it's getting played all over the
- 46:32Speaker 2: place right now. So these are like the big activities
- 46:37Speaker 2: of the future. Pickleball majong, that's unbelievable. Let's go to
- 46:42Speaker 2: Bob in Mottvale, New Jersey. Bob, how you doing.
- 46:45Speaker 8: I'm doing great, Mark, Thanks for taking my call. Hey,
- 46:48Speaker 8: earlier you mentioned that the State of the Union doesn't
- 46:51Speaker 8: have to take place in Washington, d C. Yeah, Now,
- 46:56Speaker 8: can you imagine live from Greenland with JD and the crew.
- 47:01Speaker 2: Well, you've probably got to do it in America. You
- 47:04Speaker 2: probably got to do it in the US, but you
- 47:05Speaker 2: could do it from different cities every year. No reason
- 47:07Speaker 2: you have to sit there in front of Hakeem Jefferies
- 47:10Speaker 2: and do it. Let's go to David in New Jersey. David,
- 47:12Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 47:14Speaker 14: Thank you for taking my call.
- 47:16Speaker 7: I wanted to say, as an honorably discharged Navy veteran,
- 47:21Speaker 7: where are the indictments on Russia? Gie the gun grabber,
- 47:24Speaker 7: Pam BONDI kept George Zimmerman in jail until his acquittal.
- 47:29Speaker 7: Enough is enough. I have no illusions about anyone ever
- 47:33Speaker 7: actually getting convicted on RUSHIGI, but at least let's have
- 47:36Speaker 7: some indictments.
- 47:37Speaker 2: All right, good idea. Let's go to Bill in Lafayette,
- 47:39Speaker 2: New Jersey. Bill, how you doing?
- 47:42Speaker 3: Hi?
- 47:43Speaker 6: Mark?
- 47:43Speaker 14: Two quick thanks. At the very beginning of the Olympics,
- 47:46Speaker 14: Andrea Bocelli sang, I think it was Palucci Act one
- 47:51Speaker 14: and there is talent.
- 47:54Speaker 9: There.
- 47:54Speaker 14: I stood in my living room crying. The people I
- 47:57Speaker 14: talked to at goosebumps and were shore there's talent, and
- 48:02Speaker 14: that is why my TV went off at halftime.
- 48:05Speaker 2: But you gotta remember, you're an older guy. You like that.
- 48:08Speaker 2: They're younger people like bad Bunny and they don't know
- 48:10Speaker 2: what the hell are android, But Shelley is singing. You
- 48:12Speaker 2: got It was always that way. You can go back
- 48:14Speaker 2: to nineteen fifty eight and if you're young, you liked Elvis,
- 48:16Speaker 2: if you're old, you like Nat King Cole. I mean,
- 48:18Speaker 2: it's always a divided between old and young.
- 48:23Speaker 14: Yeah, But it's about talent, isn't it.
- 48:26Speaker 2: Yeah, But you're not the one the only one to
- 48:28Speaker 2: judge it. Younger people got their idea of talent. You know,
- 48:30Speaker 2: if they like the way back that Bunny's pretty talented.
- 48:34Speaker 14: Well, how many people got the shivers when they listened
- 48:37Speaker 14: to dumb Bunny, I mean compared to.
- 48:39Speaker 2: Well, apparently a lot, because he's the biggest selling recording
- 48:42Speaker 2: artist in the world right now, is a concert sellout.
- 48:47Speaker 14: He's selling had stuff to a bunch of knuckleheads sixteen
- 48:50Speaker 14: year olds.
- 48:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, but they you know, they're not knuckleheads.
- 48:55Speaker 2: You know, everybody said the same thing about the Beatles
- 48:57Speaker 2: back then. They said the same thing about Elvis back then.
- 49:01Speaker 2: There's always going to be this big split in demographics.
- 49:04Speaker 2: Let's go to Vincent in Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing.
- 49:08Speaker 12: Good morning, Mark, Mark, I'm okay. I'd like to extend
- 49:11Speaker 12: my congratulations to you and iHeart Radio station the iHeart
- 49:17Speaker 12: Radio family of stations for winning the Barrett Award. And
- 49:21Speaker 12: as I just told Chris, you call screener. A lot
- 49:24Speaker 12: of people may not know that on Roku TV, iHeart
- 49:29Speaker 12: Radio has an app and sometimes I listen to your
- 49:33Speaker 12: show live via the app on Roe the Roku channel,
- 49:39Speaker 12: or you could listen to the podcast and I don't
- 49:41Speaker 12: need app. Yeah.
- 49:42Speaker 2: You know a lot of our audience listens on Alexa
- 49:45Speaker 2: or a smart speaker. Many listen on their iHeart app
- 49:47Speaker 2: on their phone.
- 49:48Speaker 12: But on the iHeart Radio app on Roku. They have
- 49:53Speaker 12: all the other stations. I mean when the app comes
- 49:56Speaker 12: up on the home screen, the iHeart app, when you
- 49:59Speaker 12: click on it, there's every station. There's even the other
- 50:02Speaker 12: station up the dial.
- 50:03Speaker 2: Yeah, that's why you get that iHeart app. You can
- 50:05Speaker 2: listen to every radio station in the copy.
- 50:08Speaker 12: It's absolutely, it's absolutely, it's incredible. And on the weekends
- 50:13Speaker 12: you get the fifteen minutes, the extra get.
- 50:17Speaker 2: A bonus show from the show. We do an extra
- 50:19Speaker 2: episode for the podcast listeners.
- 50:22Speaker 12: And I mean, so I have a digital antenna on
- 50:26Speaker 12: my Team TV, and I have the Roku app, and
- 50:30Speaker 12: I don't need the cable and I don't need to
- 50:32Speaker 12: listen to any of those garbage news stations. You know,
- 50:37Speaker 12: you can pick and choose what you want, and it's
- 50:39Speaker 12: relatively inexpensive. And you know, if you don't want to
- 50:45Speaker 12: pay eighty dollars one hundred dollars a month to just
- 50:49Speaker 12: get basic cable service, I'm telling you it's the way
- 50:53Speaker 12: to go. You buy, you buy the Rocu setup. It's great.

- 52:35Speaker 2: funniest comedians in America, Jimmy Fayla. Excellent show every night
- 52:40Speaker 2: nine to midnight here on seven ten WOR and then
- 52:44Speaker 2: Saturday nights he does the best late night show on
- 52:46Speaker 2: television ten o'clock Saturday nights, Fox News Channel. President Trump'
- 52:51Speaker 2: said it's a show he never misses on Saturday nights.
- 52:55Speaker 2: Jimmy Fayla, how you doing, yo?
- 52:58Speaker 6: It's great. And not only just President Trump never missed
- 53:01Speaker 6: my show. The listeners of your show don't miss it
- 53:04Speaker 6: ever since we mentioned it on your show. I had
- 53:06Speaker 6: another couple show up last Thursday. They were from Sam's
- 53:09Speaker 6: Point Long Island. He was a real estate lawyer. They're like, yeah,
- 53:12Speaker 6: we heard you on Simone. It was amazing. I mean,
- 53:15Speaker 6: we did have to throw him out, but no, I'm kidding.
- 53:17Speaker 15: But they were your listeners. They was your They're like, yeah,
- 53:20Speaker 15: we heard you turning out of Mark Samo. We came
- 53:21Speaker 15: down so again, thank.
- 53:23Speaker 2: You San's point agent. We got a classy audience and
- 53:26Speaker 2: now can people people want to come sit in the audience.
- 53:28Speaker 6: What do they do to the tickets? If you ever
- 53:31Speaker 6: want to go to the show, it's free, you just
- 53:33Speaker 6: have to register. It's foxacross America dot com. And you
- 53:37Speaker 6: can come to Fox News Saturday night. It's a TV taping.
- 53:39Speaker 6: You'll meet all the Fox Foxes. If that's how you roll,
- 53:42Speaker 6: you know, don't get caught staring in front of your wife.
- 53:44Speaker 6: That's sort of thing. But this week we have Jillian
- 53:47Speaker 6: Michaels from the Biggest Loser. Kennedy's going to be on.
- 53:49Speaker 6: My wife's going to be on because it's Valentine's Day
- 53:52Speaker 6: and that's cheaper than buying her a gift.
- 53:53Speaker 2: Yeah. Well uh. And to go to Fox News, I
- 53:57Speaker 2: go to that building all the time. You have to
- 53:59Speaker 2: show photo ID, which is every office building in New
- 54:03Speaker 2: York come to iHeart, you got to show photo ID.
- 54:06Speaker 2: Why would these congressmen pretend you don't need it for
- 54:09Speaker 2: an election? I know?
- 54:11Speaker 6: And it's so embarrassing that Obama, of all people, just
- 54:14Speaker 6: came out against voter ID because Obamacare requires photo ID.
- 54:19Speaker 6: Should we be accusing him of health care suppression like
- 54:22Speaker 6: he's accusing us of voter suppression. Of course not.
- 54:25Speaker 15: It's a scam and they can't give.
- 54:27Speaker 6: You a reason. Okay, everybody listening knows the Olympics are
- 54:30Speaker 6: on right now. If an Olympic country fought against drug
- 54:33Speaker 6: testing as hard as the Democrats fought against vot ID,
- 54:37Speaker 6: you go, I get it. The whole country's on steroids.
- 54:39Speaker 6: It makes sense now, and that's what we're watching right now.
- 54:42Speaker 6: So I just I hope people stay on the gas
- 54:45Speaker 6: on this one because it's a real issue. And if
- 54:48Speaker 6: you're a Democrat, okay, understand, eighty four percent of voters
- 54:52Speaker 6: want this, including seventy six percent of black voters. So
- 54:56Speaker 6: the idea that the Democrats tell you they're protecting democracy
- 54:59Speaker 6: in one and then refuse to do with eighty four
- 55:02Speaker 6: percent of us want in the next, like there's no
- 55:05Speaker 6: bigger middle finger in the world at the moment, that's
- 55:08Speaker 6: not smart.
- 55:09Speaker 2: I would say Chuck Schumer is the single biggest racist
- 55:12Speaker 2: on earth. I've never heard any more racist comment than well,
- 55:15Speaker 2: minority voters can't get photo ID, they don't know how
- 55:19Speaker 2: to get they're incapable of getting it. What the hell
- 55:21Speaker 2: does that mean?
- 55:22Speaker 6: Mark? Think about this. If Chuck Schumer remade the movie
- 55:26Speaker 6: Snakes on a plane, Samuel L.
- 55:29Speaker 15: Jackson couldn't board.
- 55:30Speaker 6: The plane because he didn't have ID.
- 55:33Speaker 15: He's just sitting there at the.
- 55:35Speaker 6: Baggage claim, yelling at people for no reason.
- 55:38Speaker 15: He never even sees the snakes.
- 55:39Speaker 6: It's crazy.
- 55:41Speaker 2: Oh hey, Jimmy Fayla, I don't know if you know
- 55:44Speaker 2: you're in the Epstein files.
- 55:49Speaker 15: You are, well, you know what.
- 55:50Speaker 6: My lawyer owes me a refund, but I'll let you.
- 55:53Speaker 6: I don't know where this is going.
- 55:54Speaker 2: No, I go to the Epstein files, the government site
- 55:58Speaker 2: you can search. I search people I know would be
- 56:00Speaker 2: in there. One day, just for I searched my name.
- 56:02Speaker 2: I came up six times. Nothing bad. He was going
- 56:05Speaker 2: to something. I was at the MC and But so
- 56:10Speaker 2: I just tried you in it. You came up once
- 56:13Speaker 2: because somebody emailed them to tell them about something you
- 56:16Speaker 2: said on TV.
- 56:19Speaker 6: No, yeah, true, Yeah, that's hilarious. Well, I don't know
- 56:24Speaker 6: if you know this, but I met the Clintons at
- 56:27Speaker 6: O'Hare International Airport the night before he was found dead
- 56:32Speaker 6: in his cell. So this is going to be on
- 56:34Speaker 6: my show this week, and I'm going to show people
- 56:36Speaker 6: the pictures from the airport so they understand this. Epstein
- 56:39Speaker 6: was found dead on August tenth, twenty nineteen. Okay, on
- 56:42Speaker 6: August ninth, twenty nineteen, the Clinton flew into O'Hare airport
- 56:47Speaker 6: and they flew in on the plane that I was
- 56:49Speaker 6: basically flying back to New York on. They flew commercial,
- 56:52Speaker 6: and they got off the plane. They took pictures with
- 56:54Speaker 6: anybody there, including myself, and about eight hours later they
- 56:58Speaker 6: announced he was found dead in his out. And as
- 57:01Speaker 6: crazy as that sounds, you know, all my conspiracy friends
- 57:04Speaker 6: are like, you're the alibi. I actually they were not
- 57:08Speaker 6: like that in any way. They were very friendly. In fact,
- 57:10Speaker 6: Hillary actually gave me a rope from her purse that
- 57:13Speaker 6: she said, I thought it was a nice couch. I think,
- 57:17Speaker 6: I don't know, maybe do a tire swing for your
- 57:19Speaker 6: son or something. I don't know, but that that whole
- 57:22Speaker 6: story is real. I really did meet him.
- 57:24Speaker 12: The pictures.
- 57:25Speaker 2: Now on the show, you can point out you come up.
- 57:27Speaker 2: You got one hit there in the Epstein files. Some
- 57:29Speaker 2: guy's telling him about something you said on the on
- 57:31Speaker 2: the air the night before and apparently had a real
- 57:35Speaker 2: thing for comedians. He's emailing back and forth with Jackie Martling,
- 57:39Speaker 2: Bobby Slayton, Nick Depoulo, Gilbert Godfried. He was big comed
- 57:44Speaker 2: I didn't know that.
- 57:45Speaker 6: I mean, at least these were all good comics. You know,
- 57:48Speaker 6: wouldn't wouldn't bum you out? I mean, if he's emailing
- 57:51Speaker 6: Jimmy Kimmel, come on, man pressing. So he likes comics.
- 57:56Speaker 6: I mean, I don't agree with his taste in women,
- 57:58Speaker 6: but I do I do agree with the comedy.
- 58:00Speaker 2: I just want to make tex creare. Oh there you go, hey,
- 58:03Speaker 2: Valentine's Day. You got any advice for the men out there?
- 58:05Speaker 2: What should they do for their significant other?
- 58:10Speaker 12: Ooh?
- 58:11Speaker 6: All right, So this is a good one. And it
- 58:13Speaker 6: really depends on how long you've been together. Okay, if
- 58:17Speaker 6: it's new, you gotta do something exciting. Okay, I'm married
- 58:21Speaker 6: twenty years. We got each other tender accounts. Okay, we
- 58:24Speaker 6: don't even care. Like I said, let's go find somebody else. Okay,
- 58:28Speaker 6: But if it's new, if it's new, you're the guy
- 58:31Speaker 6: who has to take the beating. It's like it or not.
- 58:33Speaker 6: You gotta go out. You gotta get the flowers. You
- 58:35Speaker 6: got to overpay for everything, but you got to commit.
- 58:38Speaker 6: And the only workaround, if anybody's listening right now, who
- 58:41Speaker 6: is broke Like I was in my single days, I
- 58:43Speaker 6: was driving a taxi. I obviously didn't have money, is
- 58:46Speaker 6: you can commit to things that have that are good ideas,
- 58:49Speaker 6: meaning creativity gets you out of spending money. That is
- 58:52Speaker 6: it Like if you're lazy, you know you get a
- 58:54Speaker 6: Flowers steak, you gotta spend money. There's nothing you can do.
- 58:56Speaker 6: But if you want to work around that, something she
- 58:58Speaker 6: will appreciate more is look around at like what's playing
- 59:02Speaker 6: off Broadway? What kind of free thing is happening tomorrow
- 59:06Speaker 6: and night, because there's some of them might wind up
- 59:08Speaker 6: being pretty cool like they might. There might be a
- 59:10Speaker 6: movie theater screening love Actually, and that's gonna cost you
- 59:13Speaker 6: a thirty bucks instead of that nine hundred dollars box
- 59:16Speaker 6: of roses. You know what I'm saying, And she'll like it,
- 59:19Speaker 6: so you gotta It's basically what it comes down to.
- 59:21Speaker 6: It's a creativity tax. If you can think of a
- 59:23Speaker 6: good idea, you're gonna save yourself a lot of money
- 59:26Speaker 6: gott If you can't think of a good idea. Oh man,
- 59:29Speaker 6: this is gonna hurt.
- 59:30Speaker 2: That's very good advice. Hey, did you watch Pam Bondi
- 59:33Speaker 2: testify yesterday screaming and yelling back and forth to those idiots.
- 59:37Speaker 6: Yeah, that was a great Yeah. I thought that was
- 59:39Speaker 6: the best episode of the Real Housewives I've seen. Like,
- 59:41Speaker 6: they they should have gave her a glass of wine
- 59:43Speaker 6: to throw at Jamie Rapkins. And when it comes back,
- 59:46Speaker 6: what it comes back to on this, right is they're
- 59:49Speaker 6: given her hard time? Is there anything more insane than
- 59:52Speaker 6: the Democrats who sat on these files for four years
- 59:55Speaker 6: accusing the people who released them of the cover up? Like,
- 59:58Speaker 6: is there anything crazier than that? And that's excuse me
- 1:00:03Speaker 6: what they're doing. That's why she's so apoplectic and good
- 1:00:06Speaker 6: on her. It was absurd. It was very cartoony, But
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: I didn't mind that she did it because those people
- 1:00:12Speaker 6: need to hear their truth sometimes.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Yeah, hey, we're talking about this before. You know what
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: the biggest trendiest new thing now is for people to
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: play majong. Used to be old old ladies. Yeah, it's
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: like a big hot game and like the hottest clubs
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: restaurants have majong. Apparently Sarah Jessica Parker started it on Instagram.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: But it's very trendy now.
- 1:00:33Speaker 6: Well, I didn't realize my aunt brand was a trendsetter.
- 1:00:37Speaker 6: She's eight four years old. I didn't realize she was
- 1:00:40Speaker 6: driving the zeitsgeist, but apparently she is.
- 1:00:43Speaker 15: I think that's funny.
- 1:00:44Speaker 6: I liked the idea. I've been a gambling my whole life, man.
- 1:00:49Speaker 6: Like I you know, I grew up in a card
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: playing family at Polish migrants on my mom's side. My
- 1:00:53Speaker 6: dad's side was Italian, so there was always a card game.
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: I mean on the Polish side. On the Italian side,
- 1:00:59Speaker 6: it was usually a thick horse raise. But the point
- 1:01:01Speaker 6: is the money was flowing.
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: Yeh, that's good to know. Jimmy fails on every night
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: here on WR. You should listen to the show every night,
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: nine o'clock nine to midnight, every weeknight. What do you
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: got on tonight show?
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: Oh?
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: Man? So we got to go in the night. This
- 1:01:16Speaker 6: is like, we have real adulting to do over this
- 1:01:19Speaker 6: voter I d thing. I'm furious. So I'm bringing in
- 1:01:21Speaker 6: Giano Caldwell because he wrote a book He's from Chicago,
- 1:01:24Speaker 6: called Taken for Granted. How Obama stiffed the black community
- 1:01:28Speaker 6: in Chicago and keeps rape America. So there's a fun
- 1:01:32Speaker 6: one for me because I get to tell Obama jokes
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: and he gets to make serious points. It's actually gonna
- 1:01:36Speaker 6: be a really good show, right.
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: That's tonight seven to ten. WR tonight nine o'clock, and
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: make sure you watch his Saturday night show ten o'clock
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: Fox Newschanne's the best late night show on television. Do
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: you know what you're gonna do there on Saturday night?
- 1:01:49Speaker 6: Yes, Oh, it's we got Jillian is coming by to
- 1:01:51Speaker 6: the Biggest Loser. We're playing a game because the number
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: one entree on Valentine's Day is steak for two. That's
- 1:01:58Speaker 6: for real. That's a real true story that came out
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: this week.
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:02:00Speaker 6: So we're playing a game with the panel called steakhouse
- 1:02:04Speaker 6: or gay bar, and I'm going to read them the
- 1:02:06Speaker 6: name of a restaurant and they have to guess if
- 1:02:08Speaker 6: it's a steakhouse or a gay bar. And it'll be fun.
- 1:02:11Speaker 6: Kennedy's there, Jillian Michaels, my wife, it's gonna be it's
- 1:02:13Speaker 6: gonna be nuts. And yeah, if anybody wants to come
- 1:02:15Speaker 6: in the Tri State area, your audience has been showing
- 1:02:18Speaker 6: up every week. So I throw Fox across America dot com.
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: You get free tickets, come hang.
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: Out, free tickets. You gotta be there Friday evening right,
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: free tickets.
- 1:02:24Speaker 12: Yep.

- 1:02:30Speaker 2: Friday night.
- 1:02:31Speaker 6: You can be in the audience Valentine's Day. And that's
- 1:02:34Speaker 6: that cheap option I was talking about earlier in the chat.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: Where do they go again? Where do they go to?
- 1:02:39Speaker 6: Fox across America dot com.

- 1:02:57Speaker 2: a great thing to do. Go see it. And then
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: not a lot of TV show in New York anymore,

- 1:03:18Speaker 2: He's always on headline.
- 1:03:19Speaker 13: I had Mark Simmo seven ten wor.
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: Today that we're out of time. Hey, tomorrow's Friday, and
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: then remember you got a three day weekend coming up,
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: and then you got thirty six days until spring begins.
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: It's not that far away. What thirty six days as well,
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: it's like five weeks, five weeks, six weeks. It's nothing.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: It's nothing, just a few weeks away. And it'll be
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: in the forties for part of this weekend. So that's
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: the good news. Hey, thanks again to Barrett Media. That's
