- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Oh my goodness, here we go, starting a brand new week,
- 0:04Speaker 2: starting a brand new month together, Ricky, Zach, myself.
- 0:07Speaker 3: We're all back together. Here we go. Ricky's got those
- 0:10Speaker 3: three things.
- 0:11Speaker 4: Zootopia two has had the biggest extended opening weekend for
- 0:15Speaker 4: an animated film of all time. The movie has brought
- 0:18Speaker 4: in five hundred and fifty six million globally, which completely
- 0:22Speaker 4: dominates over the three hundred and seventy eight million, which
- 0:25Speaker 4: is a record set by the Super Mario Brothers movie.
- 0:28Speaker 4: So this movie is just absolutely insane right now. Has
- 0:31Speaker 4: a ninety one percent fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes with
- 0:33Speaker 4: a ninety five percent audience score. Hardly ever happens for
- 0:37Speaker 4: a sequel, let alone and animated scenes.
- 0:40Speaker 1: I saw it.
- 0:40Speaker 3: I loved it.
- 0:41Speaker 5: Oh you did see it. I need to see it,
- 0:44Speaker 5: I really do. I'm such a child.
- 0:45Speaker 4: I love cartoons so much and they really do bring
- 0:47Speaker 4: me so much joy. I'm going to be in a
- 0:49Speaker 4: theater with a bunch of children, which is I think
- 0:51Speaker 4: why I'm waiting until it comes out on streaming.
- 0:54Speaker 5: You're sure to watch it at home.
- 0:56Speaker 4: Amazon is offering extended returns for holiday shopping.
- 0:59Speaker 5: This is super convenient for people who are like me and.
- 1:03Speaker 4: They panic and think, Oh, this is gonna be a
- 1:05Speaker 4: great gift, and then later on go, nope, I.
- 1:07Speaker 5: Hate that idea. That's a terrible gift.
- 1:09Speaker 4: So they're extending the return window to January thirty first
- 1:13Speaker 4: of twenty twenty six on most items bought from now
- 1:15Speaker 4: until the end of the year. There are some fine
- 1:18Speaker 4: print notes to keep in mind though, like apple products,
- 1:21Speaker 4: they all have to go back by January fifteenth instead
- 1:24Speaker 4: of the thirty first, and then there are certain non
- 1:26Speaker 4: refundable things perishables, customized items, pharmacy products, things like that,
- 1:32Speaker 4: things that say final sale.
- 1:34Speaker 5: All of those obviously do.
- 1:35Speaker 4: Not count for this, but the majority of the site.
- 1:37Speaker 4: The window is extended until January thirty first of next year,
- 1:41Speaker 4: and Nashville Used in New Music will permanently close after
- 1:45Speaker 4: fifty years in the business.
- 1:47Speaker 5: I hate saying these things.
- 1:49Speaker 4: I hate these stories, but we got to let you
- 1:52Speaker 4: know when these things are happening. So industry changes as
- 1:54Speaker 4: well as their lease ending, we're given as reasons for
- 1:57Speaker 4: the closing. You can stop by the shop before December
- 1:59Speaker 4: twenty three to support them their liquidating inventory. So most
- 2:02Speaker 4: of their items are currently twenty percent off. The announcement
- 2:06Speaker 4: was made on their Instagram, with multiple people commenting their
- 2:09Speaker 4: memories of the shop, like buying their first guitar from
- 2:12Speaker 4: them after they moved here to Nashville, calling the shop
- 2:15Speaker 4: the mecca for musicians, and a whole lot of thank yous. Obviously,
- 2:20Speaker 4: really sad to see and really hard to see a
- 2:22Speaker 4: lot of small businesses struggling right now in Nashville.
- 2:25Speaker 5: So I hope a lot of you.
- 2:26Speaker 4: Shopped small this Saturday or last Saturday, because that is
- 2:30Speaker 4: very important. And when it comes to buying gifts. I
- 2:32Speaker 4: know I just said Amazon is extending their return policy.
- 2:35Speaker 4: Try to shop small if you can. You might shock
- 2:38Speaker 4: yourself with the amount of things that you can find
- 2:40Speaker 4: at the small businesses here in Nashville, and support them.
- 2:42Speaker 5: A'mricky Sanchez and those are the three things you need
- 2:44Speaker 5: to know.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Thank you so much, Ricky, appreciate it.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Here's post Malone. We are playing Pick your Package in minutes.
- 2:50Speaker 2: I can't believe we're saying that, but the game is
- 2:52Speaker 2: efficiently back this thing we do every year. There's a
- 2:54Speaker 2: lot of good stuff under our tree and we're gonna
- 2:56Speaker 2: start playing this morning within about ten minutes.
- 2:58Speaker 3: We'll ask you to call don't pick your package on.
- 3:05Speaker 4: We'll playing pick your package on one oh seventy five
- 3:07Speaker 4: the River.
- 3:08Speaker 5: If you have never played before.
- 3:10Speaker 4: This one's a wild game. Okay, we got Cassie amount
- 3:13Speaker 4: Pleasant on the line. Good morning, Cassie.
- 3:16Speaker 5: Morning. Hello.
- 3:17Speaker 4: So Cassie, you have an idea of how to play
- 3:19Speaker 4: the game, right, But I'm gonna give you a little
- 3:21Speaker 4: quick synopsis of just how this works for anybody who
- 3:24Speaker 4: doesn't know. You have to pick a number one through
- 3:26Speaker 4: thirty two. Behind that number is a is a gift.
- 3:29Speaker 4: We're gonna unwrap the gift and tell you what's inside.
- 3:32Speaker 5: If you like that gift, you keep it.
- 3:34Speaker 4: If you hate it, you can put it back and
- 3:36Speaker 4: you pick a second number.
- 3:37Speaker 5: The thing is that second one that you pick is yours.
- 3:40Speaker 5: You can't put it back. Okay, sound good, sounds good?
- 3:45Speaker 5: All right, Cassie, pick a number one through thirty two.
- 3:48Speaker 5: We'll pick twenty three.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Okay, it's a good number. Zach's getting it from under
- 3:52Speaker 2: the tree. We're gonna rip it open here.
- 3:56Speaker 6: Oh, Cassie, you got a Dollywood four pack of tickets.
- 3:59Speaker 7: Oh alsome, that's a.
- 4:01Speaker 5: Pretty good one.
- 4:02Speaker 8: Has a good one.
- 4:03Speaker 5: How are you feeling. Do you want to keep that?
- 4:07Speaker 7: I think I'm gonna trade that one.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Okay, So now everybody playing along nose. The number twenty
- 4:12Speaker 2: three is a Dollywood four pack, so that's going back
- 4:14Speaker 2: under the tree.
- 4:15Speaker 5: All right, Cassie, what's your second number that you want
- 4:17Speaker 5: to pick? Number eight?
- 4:19Speaker 4: Number eight, And just keep in mind whatever this is,
- 4:21Speaker 4: you're stuck with it.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Jack's got it, Zach.
- 4:27Speaker 6: Oh, Cassie, this is my favorite thing underneath the tree,
- 4:30Speaker 6: porta potty shot glasses.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Even her phone is pissed.
- 4:38Speaker 5: Oh, I think we lost her.
- 4:39Speaker 6: Actually, she literally hung up said she didn't want the
- 4:42Speaker 6: porter party shot glasses.
- 4:43Speaker 3: I choose to believe that we lost the connection there.
- 4:46Speaker 4: I think we actually lost the connection because of the
- 4:48Speaker 4: noise that happened first.
- 4:49Speaker 5: So Cassie, if.
- 4:50Speaker 4: You still want your porta potty shot glasses, calls back,
- 4:53Speaker 4: make sure that you get. But now everybody knows this
- 4:56Speaker 4: is gonna be the last time that we say this
- 4:58Speaker 4: out loud. Number e eight is the porta potty shot
- 5:01Speaker 4: glass that's gone, And yes, if she calls back, and
- 5:04Speaker 4: that's gone. And twenty three was the Dollywood four pack
- 5:08Speaker 4: that's still.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Up for crabs.
- 5:09Speaker 2: So if you really want the Dollywood tickets go with
- 5:11Speaker 2: twenty three.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Uh man.
- 5:12Speaker 2: That's kind of the fun of the game, though, because
- 5:14Speaker 2: she gave up something great for something, you know, questionable.
- 5:17Speaker 3: I think it's.
- 5:17Speaker 8: Pretty great that porta party shots to talk about a
- 5:19Speaker 8: party trick, Zach's favorite.
- 5:21Speaker 3: I'm gonna literally.
- 5:22Speaker 8: Bring them to every party if she doesn't come, pick
- 5:24Speaker 8: these up in their mind.
- 5:26Speaker 2: You nine to twenty this morning, we'll play and then
- 5:30Speaker 2: one four twenty, so four times a day.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Pick your package on one of seven five the.
- 5:34Speaker 9: Rivers Ricky, Zach and meno in the morning on.
- 5:38Speaker 4: This isn't like a wild statement that I'm about to say,
- 5:41Speaker 4: but it's one that has to be said.
- 5:43Speaker 5: Zach's madic Kevin again. Yeah, yeah, it's Ricky, Zach.
- 5:47Speaker 4: And Manno in the morning on one O seven five
- 5:49Speaker 4: of the River. This happens quite often, so it's really
- 5:51Speaker 4: not shocking. But I love every time it happens because
- 5:54Speaker 4: I get to be in the middle as like the judge.
- 5:57Speaker 5: So, Zach, what do Kevin duty?
- 6:00Speaker 6: Well, clearly I care about Kevin way more than he
- 6:02Speaker 6: cares about me. I think about him very often when
- 6:05Speaker 6: we're not at work, and I love this man, except
- 6:07Speaker 6: for the fact that he's rude and very mean to me.
- 6:09Speaker 4: Okay, it sounds like you're pandering right now. What exactly
- 6:12Speaker 4: did he do?
- 6:12Speaker 1: So?
- 6:13Speaker 6: I was scrolling through Pinterest and I found this cute
- 6:15Speaker 6: little recipe that says roasted cauliflower burrita bowl sounds which
- 6:19Speaker 6: Kevin is a vegetarian. He mentioned a couple of weeks
- 6:22Speaker 6: ago that he wants to start cooking. Oh yeah, he
- 6:26Speaker 6: said that that he's like interested in starting to start
- 6:28Speaker 6: cooking again.
- 6:29Speaker 5: So I said, right.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Page, not again. I'd be starting time.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Ripe page of fork and I'm just kidding.
- 6:39Speaker 5: It's never too late.
- 6:40Speaker 6: So I sent him this recipe for roasted cauliflower burrita bowls,
- 6:43Speaker 6: and I said, I saw.
- 6:44Speaker 8: This and thought of you.
- 6:45Speaker 6: He responded with the screenshot of my picture of my
- 6:48Speaker 6: on pinteress and was trolling my photo. Not about the recipe,
- 6:54Speaker 6: not literally, just about my pictures.
- 6:56Speaker 4: Give some context here. The picture that Zach has on
- 6:59Speaker 4: his Pinterest is from ten years.
- 7:01Speaker 6: Ago minimum, So ten years ago.
- 7:05Speaker 5: He refuses to change it.
- 7:06Speaker 8: I don't know how to change it on Pinterest.
- 7:08Speaker 4: Okay, because he does the same thing on his Venmo. Yeah,
- 7:11Speaker 4: it's a picture from like ten years ago. Minimum that
- 7:14Speaker 4: is very rude, Kevin.
- 7:15Speaker 5: No oh.
- 7:17Speaker 6: I was scrolling through on my Sunday by myself, and
- 7:20Speaker 6: I was like, oh, Kevin would like this, and I
- 7:22Speaker 6: send it to him.
- 7:22Speaker 8: And that's the response.
- 7:23Speaker 4: That kind of what was your thought process when he
- 7:25Speaker 4: sent you this beautiful recipe because he cares about you
- 7:29Speaker 4: and wants you to start cooking, because he wants to help.
- 7:31Speaker 5: You with your goals.
- 7:32Speaker 8: I want the best?
- 7:32Speaker 5: What was your thought process here?
- 7:34Speaker 3: When I got the text from Zach? I clicked on it.
- 7:37Speaker 2: The very first thing that opens, Ricky, I'll show you
- 7:38Speaker 2: this year. It opens just to this picture of Zach.
- 7:41Speaker 5: Like.
- 7:41Speaker 3: It doesn't show a recipe. I didn't know what I
- 7:43Speaker 3: was clicking on.
- 7:44Speaker 2: It just goes to this loading where yeah, where it's like,
- 7:47Speaker 2: who is this young.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Fellow that I've never ever seen before? I don't know this.
- 7:51Speaker 6: Never ever young fellow that I've never looked like a teenager?
- 7:56Speaker 3: In this picture, you do.
- 7:57Speaker 5: Look like a teenager.
- 7:58Speaker 8: Okay, doesn't mean you haven't me before.
- 8:02Speaker 2: He's taking a screenshot and sending it to you. Why
- 8:04Speaker 2: do you assume that's a negative thing. I was like, wow, Zach,
- 8:06Speaker 2: I like this picture.
- 8:07Speaker 8: That's what was an you said you looked fourteen.
- 8:12Speaker 3: I mean it's a period.
- 8:13Speaker 2: You know, I've never seen this picture of you before,
- 8:15Speaker 2: and I was like, oh my gosh, and I took
- 8:17Speaker 2: a screenshot.
- 8:17Speaker 3: I was like, wow, I've never seen this before.
- 8:19Speaker 5: It was your modeling days right back in the day. Behave.
- 8:21Speaker 2: So there was nothing malicious about what I was doing,
- 8:24Speaker 2: I promise you. And then I went on to say
- 8:26Speaker 2: thank you for the recipe, maybe I'll make this all
- 8:29Speaker 2: that stuff, But truly, I was not doing that to
- 8:32Speaker 2: troll you.
- 8:32Speaker 3: I was just like, wow, I've never seen this picture before.
- 8:34Speaker 6: The first thing you think of when I'm thinking about
- 8:37Speaker 6: you and trying to be nice and sending your recipe,
- 8:39Speaker 6: Kevin is just rude.
- 8:40Speaker 3: That's not rude. I stand by it. And I don't know, man.
- 8:44Speaker 3: We all had a.
- 8:45Speaker 2: Little time off last week for Thanksgiving. This is one
- 8:48Speaker 2: of very few interactions that Zach and I had in
- 8:50Speaker 2: the last week. And I hold onto it except right
- 8:52Speaker 2: on the land mine there. It's it's not easy.
- 8:55Speaker 5: He's been holding onto this and he's not easy. You're
- 8:58Speaker 5: not making it.
- 9:00Speaker 8: Get a hole.
- 9:01Speaker 5: I'm gonna help. I'm gonna save you from yourself. Stop talking, Okay,
- 9:05Speaker 5: three things.
- 9:06Speaker 2: You need to know just past seven o'clock on this
- 9:08Speaker 2: first day of December. Welcome to it. Thank you for
- 9:11Speaker 2: starting your day with us. Ricky's got those three things.
- 9:13Speaker 4: Vanderbilt beat out Tennessee over the weekend in a rivalrymatch
- 9:17Speaker 4: that just blew everyone away.
- 9:19Speaker 5: Diego Pavio was the highlight.
- 9:21Speaker 4: Throwing for two hundred and sixty eight yards running for
- 9:23Speaker 4: one hundred and sixty five yards to lead Vandy to
- 9:26Speaker 4: a forty five to twenty four win over Tennessee. The
- 9:29Speaker 4: game was crazy, absolutely nuts. This is now the first
- 9:33Speaker 4: ten game win season in Vandy history. More good news
- 9:37Speaker 4: for Vanderbilt, they extended head coach Clark Lee to a
- 9:40Speaker 4: six year extension, so all good stuff coming out of Vandy.
- 9:43Speaker 4: We love to see this obviously. Like I said, that
- 9:46Speaker 4: game was just nuts. If you got a chance to
- 9:48Speaker 4: watch it, I know you had just as much fun
- 9:49Speaker 4: as I did. Nick Jonas is coming out with a
- 9:52Speaker 4: solo album. He made the announcement last night. It's called
- 9:55Speaker 4: Sunday Best, comes out February sixth of next year. He
- 9:59Speaker 4: made the announced after hosting a Sunday Best brunch at
- 10:02Speaker 4: his family restaurant in Vegas, and he previewed some of
- 10:05Speaker 4: his new songs the night before he performed in Las Vegas.
- 10:08Speaker 4: He previewed this song, nine to eleven, a bunch of
- 10:13Speaker 4: the ones who will Baby, I can't.
- 10:18Speaker 5: Help but take it.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Pusson tell me.
- 10:29Speaker 5: Nine one one, I said nine to eleven. Originally it's
- 10:31Speaker 5: nine one one. Nine one one is the name of
- 10:34Speaker 5: his song.
- 10:34Speaker 4: He previewed a bunch of other songs at the brunch
- 10:36Speaker 4: with a bunch of people there to celebrate this new album.
- 10:40Speaker 4: Like I said, you can expect it February sixth of
- 10:42Speaker 4: next year. If you're gearing up to take family photos soon,
- 10:45Speaker 4: I know a lot of people are taking their pictures
- 10:47Speaker 4: for the Christmas season. A photographer is going viral for
- 10:50Speaker 4: her hack to make sure that your kids smile big
- 10:53Speaker 4: for those pictures. Family photographer Alison Burris said that you
- 10:56Speaker 4: should just feed them a little bit of ice cream
- 10:58Speaker 4: in between snaps of pictures and it'll work. Almost every
- 11:02Speaker 4: single time she tried it on her own kids. First
- 11:05Speaker 4: she had posted the results, she went viral for it,
- 11:08Speaker 4: and now her clients are showing up to her shoots
- 11:10Speaker 4: with ice cream in coolers in order to get the
- 11:12Speaker 4: same types of happy family photos. It's such a simple
- 11:16Speaker 4: hack that it just kind of makes you wonder why nobody's.
- 11:19Speaker 5: Thought of it before.
- 11:19Speaker 2: It's very smart. We normally just like yell, like like
- 11:22Speaker 2: fark jokes and stuff. And that makes my son laugh.
- 11:24Speaker 5: That makes sense.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Maybe the ice cream. As he gets a little older,
- 11:27Speaker 2: maybe ice cream.
- 11:28Speaker 5: Try out the ice cream hack.
- 11:29Speaker 4: See if it works for you. I'm Ricky Sanchez and
- 11:32Speaker 4: those are the three things you need to know.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Ricky. Right after this song, we're
- 11:35Speaker 2: gonna play Morgan Wall and Tate McCrae. We're gonna learn together.
- 11:38Speaker 2: I know a lot of people have had some time off.
- 11:40Speaker 2: You gotta wake up that brain.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Dusted off Zach's fax next minutes away on the.
- 11:44Speaker 9: River, wake up happy with the Ricky, Zach and Manno
- 11:48Speaker 9: in the morning ons.
- 11:51Speaker 5: Geared up ready to go. He said he was born
- 11:53Speaker 5: ready for this. It's Zack's fax on one of seven
- 11:55Speaker 5: five of the river.
- 11:56Speaker 6: So, since it is officially December, first, I wanted to
- 11:58Speaker 6: give you a fact about decen Did you guys know
- 12:01Speaker 6: that December the name comes from the Latin word for tenth,
- 12:04Speaker 6: and it was originally the tenth month of the Roman
- 12:06Speaker 6: calendar before January and February.
- 12:08Speaker 3: We're at it.
- 12:09Speaker 2: I do always get very confused about that. The calendar,
- 12:11Speaker 2: the names of the months kind of make no sense.
- 12:13Speaker 6: That's accurate, but it was the tenth month, that's why.
- 12:17Speaker 6: And then they added January and February.
- 12:18Speaker 3: For whatever reason, it was changed its name to Twelvember.
- 12:22Speaker 8: I like this, Kevin, I don't. And there's your fact.
- 12:25Speaker 3: That the day Ricky, Zach and mannow in the morning.
- 12:31Speaker 2: December one means elfan a shell for so many people.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Those scout elves have returned. I saw mine as I
- 12:36Speaker 2: was leaving this morning, leave early for work, so I
- 12:39Speaker 2: saw a cocoa and chippy there hanging by the Christmas tree.
- 12:42Speaker 4: Very exciting coco And they know then that you get
- 12:45Speaker 4: up early.
- 12:47Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I don't.
- 12:48Speaker 5: Even really creeping in the middle of the night.
- 12:50Speaker 2: I don't know exactly what time they show up. We've
- 12:52Speaker 2: never been able to, you know, nail that down.
- 12:54Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, but they they're back. They're officially back, and
- 12:57Speaker 3: so many they are. I'm sure there are some.
- 13:00Speaker 2: That come maybe a little bit later in the month,
- 13:01Speaker 2: but a lot of scout Elves returning now.
- 13:03Speaker 3: So we want scout Elf shout outs.
- 13:07Speaker 4: We want to hear the name of your elf. We
- 13:09Speaker 4: want to hear you know what you love about your
- 13:11Speaker 4: elf so much? Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine,
- 13:15Speaker 4: one oh seven, shout out your elf.
- 13:17Speaker 5: I think your elf is gonna like it if they
- 13:18Speaker 5: hear it.
- 13:19Speaker 3: I think it's like a little like Brownie points with
- 13:21Speaker 3: the elves and with the yeah.
- 13:23Speaker 2: So shout out those elves. What are their names we
- 13:24Speaker 2: want to hear. Here's Bieber on the.
- 13:25Speaker 9: River, Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.
- 13:30Speaker 4: We are shouting out our elves on the shelves this
- 13:33Speaker 4: morning on one oh seven five the river.
- 13:36Speaker 5: We think that this is.
- 13:36Speaker 4: Like good Brownie points with your elf for sure, if
- 13:39Speaker 4: you get the chance to shout.
- 13:40Speaker 5: Them out on the radio. Evelyn in Nashville, what's your
- 13:42Speaker 5: ELF's name? Five four Sparkles.
- 13:46Speaker 8: That's so cute.
- 13:47Speaker 4: I found a green hat and he's wearing it right now.
- 13:53Speaker 3: That's cool.
- 13:54Speaker 4: Okay, did you give the green hat to your elf
- 13:57Speaker 4: or they found it that you found it.
- 14:00Speaker 5: I found it.
- 14:00Speaker 4: I put it next to the elf, and then you
- 14:03Speaker 4: just put it on.
- 14:07Speaker 5: I love that Sparkles likes what you're giving him.
- 14:10Speaker 7: I like chocolate.
- 14:12Speaker 4: I think that Sparkles probably loves the chocolate that you give.
- 14:16Speaker 3: Yeah, well, thank you for Colin Evelyn. Have a great
- 14:18Speaker 3: December and tell that elf we said. Hi, Okay, I love.
- 14:25Speaker 5: Eleanor Lucy and Nashville. Shout out your elves. Graham and Sprinkle.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, good names. Graham like Graham Cracker and Sprinkles
- 14:34Speaker 2: like sprinkles. Those are great names.
- 14:36Speaker 8: I was thinking like that that one of them was
- 14:38Speaker 8: older than the other. That's why you called it Graham
- 14:40Speaker 8: like grandma.
- 14:41Speaker 5: Oh no, like Graham Cracker.
- 14:43Speaker 8: That makes way more sense.
- 14:45Speaker 4: That would not be very good at naming his elf.
- 14:48Speaker 4: What's your favorite part about your elves?
- 14:51Speaker 2: Were a lot of stuff they we leave that, like
- 14:54Speaker 2: baking materials and like.
- 14:56Speaker 5: They're really creative and how they hide themselves sometimes.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Whoa ziplines through the house. That's amazing.
- 15:05Speaker 5: Yeah, that's really impressive. It's not velines.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Once we found a zipline in our living room from
- 15:12Speaker 2: walls one wall to the other with like a little seat.
- 15:15Speaker 5: At a little engineer.
- 15:20Speaker 2: They're thrill seekers. Well, thank you for calling you guys,
- 15:23Speaker 2: Thank you for shouting out those.
- 15:24Speaker 3: They're gonna love it.
- 15:25Speaker 2: Bye bye, adrenaline junkies. Quick Zach, what would you name
- 15:29Speaker 2: your off if you had one elephant.
- 15:31Speaker 3: Okay, I like it. That was off the top of
- 15:33Speaker 3: your head. There's no wrong answer here, Ricky, what about you?
- 15:36Speaker 9: There?
- 15:36Speaker 5: You go? Oh, I don't know. This is really hard
- 15:39Speaker 5: because they all have a really cute name.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Coming up with names for things.
- 15:47Speaker 4: He also thought the ones name was Grandmai. Zach morning
- 15:53Speaker 4: playing a new Kevin Bano's Game of the Day on
- 15:55Speaker 4: one O seven five the River. This is the first
- 15:57Speaker 4: time we're ever playing this, and we're playing for GK tickets.
- 16:00Speaker 5: The game is called Zachronyms.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Yes, Zach is very heavily involved here. He's going to
- 16:05Speaker 2: read a sentence to our contestant. And our contestant this
- 16:08Speaker 2: morning is Daniella.
- 16:09Speaker 8: Good morning, Good morning.
- 16:10Speaker 3: How are you feeling on this Monday.
- 16:12Speaker 4: I'm feeling okay.
- 16:13Speaker 3: How are you good?
- 16:14Speaker 2: Yeah, we're excited. It's December, the holidays are Here. Is
- 16:17Speaker 2: your brain feeling awake?
- 16:20Speaker 5: I'm getting a little nervous. Yes, I am very nervous.
- 16:25Speaker 5: That's okay.
- 16:26Speaker 4: Nervous means that you're focused, So I have faith in you.
- 16:29Speaker 5: This is going to work out really well.
- 16:30Speaker 2: Zach is going to read you a sentence here. That
- 16:33Speaker 2: sentence will contain three different acronyms. You have to tell
- 16:37Speaker 2: us what two of them stand for two out of three.
- 16:39Speaker 2: And the MGK tickets are years Okay, okay, Dan, Yeah.
- 16:43Speaker 5: I believe in you.
- 16:45Speaker 8: Sounds good, I hope so though. The DM I got
- 16:48Speaker 8: an ig made me r O f L the directing
- 16:54Speaker 8: message on Instagram.
- 16:56Speaker 5: There you go, y.
- 16:58Speaker 2: And then for you know, oh my gosh, you guys,
- 17:01Speaker 2: I'm not I'm.
- 17:02Speaker 7: Not ready for I was so nervous.
- 17:05Speaker 4: You did great and just her funzies the last one
- 17:08Speaker 4: again zach r olfl Witch Kevin.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Rolling on the floor with laughter, rolling on the floor laughing.
- 17:14Speaker 2: However you want to say it.
- 17:15Speaker 8: Oh, I know you guys think I'm dumb, but I
- 17:17Speaker 8: was so nervous.
- 17:18Speaker 4: No, nobody thinks you did a great job. We are
- 17:24Speaker 4: so happy for you. Congratulations. You're gonna go see MGK
- 17:27Speaker 4: at Bridgeton Arena.
- 17:28Speaker 5: On the sixteenth. Thank you so much. You're welcome.
- 17:32Speaker 2: Hang on line for bit, Danielle. We're playing again tomorrow.
- 17:34Speaker 2: We wanted to start with a slightly easier one on
- 17:37Speaker 2: a Monday since it's a new game, but tomorrow probably
- 17:39Speaker 2: not as easy.
- 17:40Speaker 8: Oh, we're going to up the anti tomorrow.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Three things you need to know past eight o'clock on
- 17:45Speaker 3: this Monday morning.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Thank you for starting a brand new week with us.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things.
- 17:49Speaker 4: Actress Millie Bobby Brown has shared how she feels about
- 17:52Speaker 4: David Harbor after rumors of bullying on the set of
- 17:55Speaker 4: Stranger Things. She's promoting the final season obviously of Stranger Things,
- 17:59Speaker 4: along with everybody else right now, and she told Deadline
- 18:02Speaker 4: that her and David Harbor have quote great relationship with
- 18:05Speaker 4: each other and that she feels safe with him. She
- 18:09Speaker 4: even said that playing eleven alongside his hopper role has
- 18:12Speaker 4: made her want to bring out her a game because
- 18:14Speaker 4: she knows that he's going to be doing the same.
- 18:16Speaker 5: All of this comes.
- 18:17Speaker 4: After there were all these rumors flying around that she
- 18:20Speaker 4: filed bullying and harassment paperwork against David Harbor on set
- 18:23Speaker 4: while filming this season, which blew everybody away because they've
- 18:27Speaker 4: always had a very close relationship for what it seems
- 18:29Speaker 4: like during press, So she's kind of squashing it without
- 18:33Speaker 4: saying anything. Neither of them have actually said anything about
- 18:36Speaker 4: the accusations of bullying on set, but this kind of
- 18:39Speaker 4: seems like she's letting everybody know that that's not the case.
- 18:42Speaker 4: So I'm guessing all of that were rumors or it
- 18:45Speaker 4: had happened, and they're good now one or the other,
- 18:49Speaker 4: and is reducing speed limits along Gallatin Pike to support
- 18:52Speaker 4: the department's Vision zero goals. So you can expect to
- 18:55Speaker 4: start seeing messaging about the change today if you are
- 18:57Speaker 4: driving along Gallatin Pike with new speed limits. They're going
- 19:01Speaker 4: to be set to take effect week of December fifteenth.
- 19:04Speaker 4: The specific areas that will be impacted are found on
- 19:07Speaker 4: end dot's websites. Vision zero is an initiative with a
- 19:10Speaker 4: goal to have a future with zero roadway depths on
- 19:14Speaker 4: our streets. So obviously this is to make sure that
- 19:16Speaker 4: everybody's driving safely, so they're going to reduce speed limits.
- 19:20Speaker 4: Like I said, you can find all of the information
- 19:21Speaker 4: of exactly where on Gallatin Pike on end dot's website
- 19:25Speaker 4: because it's specific.
- 19:26Speaker 5: Areas and I can't list all of them. But this
- 19:28Speaker 5: is good news.
- 19:30Speaker 4: And if you still have Thanksgiving leftovers and you're wondering
- 19:32Speaker 4: how long they're gonna last, here's a quick little guideline
- 19:35Speaker 4: for you. It all depends on how the food is
- 19:37Speaker 4: stored and how long it sits. Out before it's put
- 19:39Speaker 4: away in place in the fridge or the freezer, whichever
- 19:42Speaker 4: one you decide on. But if the leftovers are put
- 19:44Speaker 4: away within two hours of being served and they're stored
- 19:47Speaker 4: in airtight containers, experts are saying that they'll be safe
- 19:50Speaker 4: in the fridge for up to four days, which means
- 19:53Speaker 4: that today's kind of your last data to eat what
- 19:56Speaker 4: you got. But if you put it in the freezer,
- 19:58Speaker 4: you can store it for up to six months, so
- 20:00Speaker 4: that's something to keep in mind for next year.
- 20:02Speaker 5: I know that today is my last day for eating leftovers.
- 20:05Speaker 4: Also at this point you're exhausted of the leftovers. How
- 20:08Speaker 4: many more days possibly leftovers? Of course, nobody wants to
- 20:13Speaker 4: waste food, and I totally get that we don't waste
- 20:15Speaker 4: food either, which is why I will be stuff in
- 20:17Speaker 4: my face.
- 20:18Speaker 5: All day long today, Amrit Sanchez. And those are the
- 20:21Speaker 5: three things you need to know.
- 20:21Speaker 2: What I'm curious about is the pie. Like we had
- 20:23Speaker 2: a pumpkin pie, but when we bought it in the store.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Wasn't refrigerated, it was just out.
- 20:27Speaker 2: And then do you have to refrigerate it after you like,
- 20:29Speaker 2: you know, to keep it for a few days, like
- 20:31Speaker 2: we you know we had something, so just leave it up,
- 20:33Speaker 2: leave it on then I think you leave it on
- 20:35Speaker 2: the counter.
- 20:35Speaker 4: I also will say that I kind of push things
- 20:37Speaker 4: a little more than I should when it comes to eating. Sure, sure,
- 20:40Speaker 4: because I don't like to waste it.
- 20:42Speaker 6: According to Google, yes, you need to refrigerate pumpkin pie.
- 20:46Speaker 8: Okay, never it contains eggs and dairy.
- 20:49Speaker 5: I have never and I have never gotten sick.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Well, thank you both, Thanks Zach, thank you rick And
- 20:53Speaker 3: now I don't know what.
- 20:54Speaker 9: To do with Ricky is Zach and manno in the
- 20:57Speaker 9: morning on the river went.
- 21:00Speaker 2: A wedding recently. She was just recapping a story. A
- 21:03Speaker 2: friend of hers apparently sent back his steak. He wasn't
- 21:05Speaker 2: happy with the way it was got.
- 21:07Speaker 4: Prime rib at this wedding, which is a very very
- 21:10Speaker 4: nice meal to get at a wedding, and he did
- 21:12Speaker 4: not like the way it was cooked. The only one,
- 21:15Speaker 4: mind you, out of the entire wedding who did not
- 21:17Speaker 4: like the way it was cooked sent it back for
- 21:19Speaker 4: them to remake it.
- 21:20Speaker 5: I think that's certifiably insane.
- 21:23Speaker 8: You said he did it in a really dramatic way.
- 21:25Speaker 8: Can you please recreate how he sent this back?
- 21:27Speaker 4: He had to look for someone with the plate, like
- 21:31Speaker 4: walk around around with the plate in order to tell
- 21:35Speaker 4: them that he didn't like the way it was cooked,
- 21:37Speaker 4: to send it back to kind of making a scene,
- 21:40Speaker 4: especially at this point, and I just feel like at
- 21:42Speaker 4: a wedding, you know, that's a really nice wedding meal,
- 21:45Speaker 4: a prime rib, but typically, like the mood at a
- 21:47Speaker 4: wedding isn't that great?
- 21:49Speaker 5: You're not going and getting it freshly made to you
- 21:52Speaker 5: right away. There's three hundred people at this wedding, like
- 21:54Speaker 5: it's gonna be eh, you know, but this was really good.
- 21:58Speaker 5: Nobody else complained.
- 21:59Speaker 2: I kind of wanted to take his side for a second,
- 22:01Speaker 2: But now that I know that he was walking around
- 22:03Speaker 2: in plate trying to if he had just politely said
- 22:07Speaker 2: to the person that delivered the food, like I am
- 22:09Speaker 2: so sorry, Is it possible to get I really like
- 22:11Speaker 2: my steak rare?
- 22:12Speaker 3: Is it possible to get a different you know, like
- 22:14Speaker 3: be polite about it. I don't think one steak is
- 22:16Speaker 3: going to derail the kitchen back there. Uh, but yeah, no,
- 22:19Speaker 3: the way he did, it's probably not cool. No, Kevin.
- 22:21Speaker 6: Also, to even say it politely, that's still so rude,
- 22:25Speaker 6: Like you didn't pay for this meal.
- 22:26Speaker 8: Number one?
- 22:27Speaker 6: Right, number two? They paid per person, so they have
- 22:30Speaker 6: this many meals prepared. They don't have just extra.
- 22:32Speaker 8: Sitting in the back to go make him a fresh one.
- 22:34Speaker 3: They might.
- 22:35Speaker 5: I was more so blown away because I'm like, you
- 22:37Speaker 5: didn't pay for this meal? What are you upseid?
- 22:39Speaker 6: Yeah, if you don't like it, just push that that
- 22:42Speaker 6: portion to the side and eat everything else.
- 22:44Speaker 2: Okay, here's a I guess it opens up another question.
- 22:47Speaker 2: He didn't pay for the meal, sure, but a wedding
- 22:50Speaker 2: is not cheap to attend. You're sort of paying for
- 22:52Speaker 2: it kind of.
- 22:54Speaker 4: I mean, you're supposed to technically pay for your plate, yeah,
- 22:57Speaker 4: when you.
- 22:57Speaker 5: Go to a wedding.
- 22:59Speaker 4: So yeah, I guess, Plain Devil's Advocate he did kind.
- 23:02Speaker 3: Of pay for Like you had to travel for this wedding.
- 23:05Speaker 3: That was expensive for you?
- 23:06Speaker 5: Oh yeah, it was very expensive for me.
- 23:08Speaker 4: But that's also assuming that he actually gave a good
- 23:11Speaker 4: enough gift to pay for his meal.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Who knows, you know, do you think he gave a
- 23:17Speaker 2: good enough gift?
- 23:18Speaker 5: I'm questioning.
- 23:21Speaker 8: Last question. Do the bride and groom know that he
- 23:23Speaker 8: did this?
- 23:24Speaker 5: I think they do know now because I would.
- 23:26Speaker 6: Be so offended and like embarrassed to have that person
- 23:29Speaker 6: that friend am I wedding to treat the way staff
- 23:31Speaker 6: like that.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Yeah, I think they do know, but I also think
- 23:34Speaker 4: that they were so just excited about their day that
- 23:36Speaker 4: it didn't really matter much. Later on, it's going to
- 23:39Speaker 4: become a conversation that comes off.
- 23:40Speaker 8: Yeah, I'm not inviting you anywhere ever again.
- 23:43Speaker 2: And just to defend this guy, I don't think he
- 23:44Speaker 2: was berating the weight, Steff.
- 23:46Speaker 6: I don't think he was around the while everybody else
- 23:50Speaker 6: was sitting down eating and this man is walking around
- 23:52Speaker 6: with this plate.
- 23:53Speaker 4: He wasn't like rude about it, but it was still
- 23:56Speaker 4: kind of sort of rude, do you know what I mean?
- 23:58Speaker 5: Like it was borderline.
- 23:59Speaker 2: What your thoughts six one five, seven, three seven nine
- 24:02Speaker 2: one o seven Can you send food back at a way?
- 24:07Speaker 1: Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning, I'm kind.
- 24:11Speaker 4: Of flabbergasted by the fact that my friend had sent
- 24:13Speaker 4: back food at the wedding that.
- 24:15Speaker 5: I was at recently. He didn't like the way.
- 24:16Speaker 4: That his prime rib was cooked, so we actually got
- 24:19Speaker 4: up from the seat that he was sitting at and
- 24:21Speaker 4: looked for the staff in order to have them make
- 24:24Speaker 4: him a new one, Sheila and Fairview, what do you
- 24:27Speaker 4: think about that? Do you think it's okay to send
- 24:28Speaker 4: back food at a wedding.
- 24:30Speaker 7: As somebody that cannot eat any meat with any pink
- 24:33Speaker 7: in it because it physically hurts me.
- 24:35Speaker 4: Later, Oh, I have to.
- 24:37Speaker 7: Kind of ask all the time, can you make it
- 24:39Speaker 7: well done? But I do it quietly at the table
- 24:41Speaker 7: when they're kind of bringing around, I go, is there
- 24:44Speaker 7: any way I can get a paste that's well done?
- 24:46Speaker 6: I feel like that's a normal common thing, like, hey,
- 24:48Speaker 6: it's gonna mess my stomach up. Can you just look
- 24:51Speaker 6: for something that is a little bit more cooked for me?
- 24:54Speaker 7: And you know, they want to put colic in mashed
- 24:56Speaker 7: potatoes or something. I can't do that. So basically it
- 24:59Speaker 7: makes I'm not real hungry when I go somewhere then
- 25:02Speaker 7: I don't know what's happening with the food, and I
- 25:04Speaker 7: have peanut burned crackers.
- 25:06Speaker 3: Yeah, there you go. You bring your own snacks.
- 25:07Speaker 4: But that's smart And as somebody who's gluten free, Sheila,
- 25:10Speaker 4: I do that quite often as well. I bring snacks
- 25:12Speaker 4: just in case because I don't want to get glutened
- 25:14Speaker 4: while I'm out.
- 25:15Speaker 8: Don't glute me?
- 25:17Speaker 5: So I often bring snacks.
- 25:19Speaker 4: But you're saying that in that scenario, you would send
- 25:21Speaker 4: it back.
- 25:22Speaker 7: I would ask, okay, well, I would ask when they
- 25:24Speaker 7: come around and start putting plates. Before I touched the plate,
- 25:27Speaker 7: I'm like, is there anywhere and get one that I
- 25:29Speaker 7: have to bring them around.
- 25:30Speaker 2: Sheila like, if you know that, you know a steak
- 25:32Speaker 2: could potentially upset your stomach, maybe go for the fish
- 25:35Speaker 2: option or the veggie option, right the chicken?
- 25:37Speaker 7: Well, yeah, I mean I would look at those things too.
- 25:40Speaker 4: There's an easy way to approach this prior to it
- 25:42Speaker 4: becoming a problem is essentially what it comes down to,
- 25:45Speaker 4: so that you don't even have the option of having
- 25:47Speaker 4: to send.
- 25:47Speaker 6: It back there could I'm just gonna say, I really
- 25:51Speaker 6: like Sheila's pro tip I bring her own snacks because
- 25:53Speaker 6: I'm about to bring a backpack full of snacks everywhere
- 25:56Speaker 6: I go.
- 25:59Speaker 5: It's the only way to s.
- 26:01Speaker 7: I kind of please it when people ask me over
- 26:03Speaker 7: to eat and I'm like, I don't know me who will?
- 26:07Speaker 7: You won't be rude, but you know there's just things
- 26:09Speaker 7: I can't do.
- 26:10Speaker 4: Yeah, you just making sure that you don't get sick later.
- 26:12Speaker 4: But we appreciate you calling in Sheila.
- 26:14Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, you're the happy Thanksgiving you too.
- 26:19Speaker 3: Love Thanks Sheila, Bye bye, Zach.
- 26:23Speaker 2: I picture you like you know how you see like
- 26:24Speaker 2: runners with that backpack that's full of water, with like
- 26:26Speaker 2: the little hose, like I want you to have a hose.
- 26:28Speaker 3: You just suck snacks up in your mouth.
- 26:31Speaker 6: Also, every time I come to your house and I
- 26:32Speaker 6: have a backpack, that's why because Kevin's a vegetarian and
- 26:35Speaker 6: I need my meat. Like if I just pull a
- 26:37Speaker 6: steak out of my backpack, don't worry about it.
- 26:39Speaker 9: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning on time.
- 26:43Speaker 2: For the daily double Tap. Here it's one O seven
- 26:45Speaker 2: five the River. Every day about this time, we play
- 26:47Speaker 2: some audio from a video. Ricky found this one, and yeah,
- 26:51Speaker 2: it's something that they're doing over at BNA that I
- 26:53Speaker 2: personally had not really thought about this. But once you
- 26:56Speaker 2: hear it.
- 26:57Speaker 4: Oh, Zach and I talk about it all the time
- 27:00Speaker 4: in the face, you.
- 27:00Speaker 5: Feel real broke. Yeah, real four real fast.
- 27:04Speaker 4: You genuinely go, oh, okay, I guess I'll just go
- 27:07Speaker 4: over here.
- 27:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 27:08Speaker 9: Uh.
- 27:09Speaker 2: This is not a very long clip, but I will
- 27:10Speaker 2: say the last two seconds are my favorite.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Here we go Today's Daily double tip.
- 27:14Speaker 1: The Nashville Airport is so good at making people look
- 27:16Speaker 1: poor and stupid because if you fly Spirit, they shuttled
- 27:20Speaker 1: you to a different building, like they really said, yeah
- 27:27Speaker 1: broke like banjo in Yeah.
- 27:30Speaker 8: It's so true though, Like if you fly Allegiance Spirit.
- 27:32Speaker 6: Like count Airlines, yeah, they shuttle you off to this
- 27:36Speaker 6: other terminal, like we don't even want to look at you.
- 27:38Speaker 8: And I'm like, okay, fine.
- 27:40Speaker 4: And the worst part is like for people who don't
- 27:42Speaker 4: know that they do that, or the first time that
- 27:45Speaker 4: it happens to you, it's because the first time that
- 27:47Speaker 4: I had to do it, I.
- 27:48Speaker 5: Was like, why is this happening to me?
- 27:51Speaker 3: But it is a nice terminal. Once you get there,
- 27:53Speaker 3: it's outiful. The segregation is not cool.
- 27:56Speaker 5: It just shove you off to the side.
- 27:59Speaker 3: You're flying Spirit. God, So.
- 28:04Speaker 1: You pick your package on.
- 28:08Speaker 4: It's one oh seven five the River. We're playing pick
- 28:10Speaker 4: your Package. It's the first day of December, so it
- 28:13Speaker 4: is back. If you don't know how to play, we
- 28:15Speaker 4: will explain. But we got Roger and Hermitage on the line.
- 28:18Speaker 5: Good morning Roger, good morning everybody. I know that you
- 28:21Speaker 5: were pumped to get through.
- 28:23Speaker 7: Yeah, because I'd never get through.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Its exciting.
- 28:26Speaker 3: Heank you a lucky day. Have you heard us play
- 28:28Speaker 3: this game in previous years?
- 28:29Speaker 9: Yes, Hey, I listen to you guys regularly.
- 28:31Speaker 5: So yes, well, thank you for listening.
