- 0:00Speaker 1: Yeah, that Uh, Chuck Norris was chasing the Tyrannosaurus Rex.
- 0:05Speaker 2: The rex was not chasing the jeep. Murray, Murray, you there.
- 0:09Speaker 2: You love sandwiches. Huh, Let's go to uh eighty. It
- 0:14Speaker 2: was bo wow that Prime Time. Maybe I had a
- 0:18Speaker 2: crush on Betty Rubble. I honestly, until after the segment
- 0:21Speaker 2: ended and we went to commercial break, had no idea
- 0:24Speaker 2: that Jonathan Coachman was black. He caught them the game
- 0:26Speaker 2: last night, although they won the game. You're listening to
- 0:30Speaker 2: Two Gotts in Company.
- 0:31Speaker 1: It is Two Gotts and Company presented by Vanduel and
- 0:34Speaker 1: the FanDuel Sportsbook. We have a weather situation going on
- 0:37Speaker 1: up where Mikey lives in Connecticut. We have a Teaky
- 0:40Speaker 1: Barber situation going on. We have a Chip Kelly situation
- 0:44Speaker 1: going on in Israel. Goody Eras just realized the Dolphins
- 0:48Speaker 1: have an All Pro linebacker.
- 0:50Speaker 3: There's no chance, yea, that's not his headline. And I
- 0:54Speaker 3: was like, what the Dolphins had an All Pro player?
- 0:57Speaker 3: I had no clue.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Yes, Brooks is his name.
- 1:00Speaker 1: I don't know his first name, but I know his
- 1:01Speaker 1: last name is Brooks, and I know it's a lot
- 1:03Speaker 1: wealthier today than he was a day ago. How about that,
- 1:05Speaker 1: Jordan Brooks JB. Taylor just sent me a picture here.
- 1:12Speaker 1: We'll get to Tiki Barber at Mikey's weather situation at
- 1:15Speaker 1: just a second. But Taylor just set me a picture
- 1:19Speaker 1: of Chip Kelly. Now is he before he set that picture?
- 1:24Speaker 1: Did you know where Chip Kelly was coaching this season?
- 1:27Speaker 4: No?
- 1:27Speaker 2: I have no idea.
- 1:28Speaker 3: The last I remember him linked to what was it,
- 1:30Speaker 3: the forty nine ers in the NFL, and then that's
- 1:34Speaker 3: all I can remember. Oh, somewhere in California. Yeah, southern California.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, Well, now.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Was the OC for Northwestern, who is breaking in a
- 1:43Speaker 1: new stadium this season, which I'm very excited about. By
- 1:47Speaker 1: the way, this stadium looks fantastic. I'm up there all
- 1:49Speaker 1: the time. My daughter goes to college there plays lacrosse.
- 1:52Speaker 1: I've seen that stadium from the ground up. I saw
- 1:56Speaker 1: when they started putting that thing up. It looks fantastic.
- 2:00Speaker 1: And listen, in an era where Indiana is dominating college football,
- 2:05Speaker 1: why not Northwestern and chip Kelly?
- 2:07Speaker 2: I mean, how about that reason?
- 2:08Speaker 3: By the way, he was the Raiders offensive coordinator most recently.
- 2:12Speaker 5: Yes, and fired really quickly.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Yeah, But what are you guys laughing at?
- 2:16Speaker 1: Is it Chip Kelly and his round body, his add
- 2:20Speaker 1: of shape body and a in a hard hat?
- 2:21Speaker 2: What's going on here? It's it's a combination of things.
- 2:26Speaker 5: I mean, first off, the mic stand looks like it's
- 2:29Speaker 5: set to the lowest possible setting and it's still almost
- 2:32Speaker 5: an eye level of Chip Kelly. He's wearing a hard hat,
- 2:36Speaker 5: but it looks more like a spilunking helmet or something
- 2:39Speaker 5: you would wear like if you went to like the
- 2:42Speaker 5: low cost bungee jumping place, or like whitewater rafting. And
- 2:47Speaker 5: he just looks so squat, and he looks like a
- 2:51Speaker 5: regional Bolooney salesman.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Yeap, he looks uncomfortable. Go ahead?
- 2:55Speaker 3: Is wait, what's the difference between a regional Bologney salesman
- 2:59Speaker 3: and any other kind of Bolooney salesman?
- 3:01Speaker 2: Numbers? Baby numbers? What are you saying about the regional guys? Though?
- 3:07Speaker 2: I'm with Izzy on this, Like the national guys are
- 3:09Speaker 2: making a lot more money. Is that what you're saying?
- 3:11Speaker 5: Yeah, listen, they're hoping one of those national guys you know,
- 3:15Speaker 5: drops the ball or retires so that one of those
- 3:17Speaker 5: guys can take over the national route.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Yeah, he looks like a football guy. He does.
- 3:23Speaker 1: I mean, hard hat, disheveled. He looks like he doesn't
- 3:27Speaker 1: want to be there. Actually, now I'm looking at it,
- 3:31Speaker 1: he just has.
- 3:31Speaker 2: No interest in doing it.
- 3:32Speaker 3: I've never seen anybody that looks more natural in this outfit.
- 3:36Speaker 3: I mean whether he's selling, you know, regional boloney or
- 3:39Speaker 3: coaching a football team. He looks like a hard hat
- 3:41Speaker 3: and a vest.
- 3:42Speaker 2: Guy put it on the ball.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Does Chip Kelly look like a hard hat and a
- 3:46Speaker 1: vest guy also put it on the boll?
- 3:49Speaker 2: What'd you call him, Mike? A regional on baloney boney sales?
- 3:53Speaker 2: Does Chip Kelly look like a regional bologney salesman? I
- 3:57Speaker 2: feel like you have to link the picture right.
- 4:00Speaker 3: There's just something funny. Regardless of what you include the
- 4:04Speaker 3: baloney in, it's always just funny. The funniest thing I've
- 4:07Speaker 3: ever heard an insult regarding baloney was one time Raseuel
- 4:13Speaker 3: Butler rest in Power. He was telling a story because
- 4:18Speaker 3: ray Faar Austin and Eddie House were having a conversation.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Rasseul Butler a former Heat player.
- 4:22Speaker 3: By the way, yeah, former NBA player, and he Eddie House.
- 4:26Speaker 3: After speaking with ray fa Austen went up to Rasul
- 4:29Speaker 3: Butler and said, Damn, Rayfa Austin's breath smells like burnt baloney.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Never have I heard a more specific description of a
- 4:40Speaker 3: smell than burnt baloney, because I don't think I've ever
- 4:43Speaker 3: smelled Burt Baloney. But ray Fer Austin did have some
- 4:45Speaker 3: bad breath.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Taylor put it on the pole.
- 4:47Speaker 1: Have you ever referred to someone's breath as smelling like
- 4:50Speaker 1: burnt baloney?
- 4:54Speaker 2: It's a great pole question. Go ahead, Mikey.
- 4:57Speaker 5: I'm just so happy you guys explained to me that
- 5:00Speaker 5: because the stadium was still under construction, that he has
- 5:03Speaker 5: to probably wear a hard hat, because I would hate
- 5:06Speaker 5: to think Chip Kelly was the guy that's showing up
- 5:09Speaker 5: in July to the field wearing a hard hat like
- 5:12Speaker 5: this is installed, abab you came to work because I
- 5:15Speaker 5: got my hard hat.
- 5:16Speaker 2: No, he's not sending a message, he's not doing anything
- 5:19Speaker 2: like that. The thing is still under construction.
- 5:21Speaker 1: In fact, I think they have to play the first
- 5:22Speaker 1: game or two it Soldier Field with the Bears play, but.
- 5:26Speaker 2: That thing, we'll be ready. I think the third or
- 5:27Speaker 2: fourth home game of the season.
- 5:29Speaker 3: There's nothing about Chip Kelly's offense that I know of
- 5:31Speaker 3: that would require a hard hat. If it was a
- 5:35Speaker 3: defensive coordinator, I would understand a hard head chip Kelly's offense.
- 5:38Speaker 1: No, I gotta tell you, Mikey, do you want Chip
- 5:40Speaker 1: Kelly on your staff if you're a head coach, if
- 5:42Speaker 1: you're the head coach at Northwestern we had him on
- 5:45Speaker 1: last year. Do you want Chip Kelly lurking over your shoulder?
- 5:49Speaker 5: No? I mean I don't want him on because like
- 5:53Speaker 5: everything we were told about Chip Kelly was just smoking mirrors.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Like do you remember what he was going to do
- 5:59Speaker 5: to the philadel the Eagles offense when they hired him,
- 6:02Speaker 5: Like we have to talk to the reps before games
- 6:05Speaker 5: so that they know we are going to play faster
- 6:08Speaker 5: than they've ever played before. And not only are we
- 6:11Speaker 5: going to have the best offense, but I'm going to
- 6:14Speaker 5: how did he put it, He was going to dissect
- 6:16Speaker 5: every player's diet and give them smoothies that they had
- 6:19Speaker 5: to drink every day to maximize their particular body type
- 6:24Speaker 5: and what they needed to do on the field, and
- 6:26Speaker 5: all they did was just poop the bed.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Right, It seems like Izzy would love it there.
- 6:30Speaker 3: No, No, well not from him. It's the same reason
- 6:34Speaker 3: I don't trust a skinny chef. I don't trust the
- 6:36Speaker 3: guy telling me what to eat who's terribly out of shade.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Yeah, but he's getting it from somebody who knows what
- 6:42Speaker 2: they're talking about, right, you would hope.
- 6:44Speaker 3: So it would help that they cut out the middle
- 6:46Speaker 3: man and just give me the nutritionist directly.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Please, not even Chip Kelly. I mean the Stugotts. There's
- 6:51Speaker 2: a little bit of stick Gotts in everyone, but not
- 6:53Speaker 2: even Chip Kelly would have the audacity to give out
- 6:57Speaker 2: fitness advice looking the way he does. I'm telling you
- 7:00Speaker 2: I went Jimpsman on the show with us several times.
- 7:02Speaker 2: He's got a pretty decent sense of humor. Like, there's
- 7:05Speaker 2: no way he's doing that. Go ahead, tayll it.
- 7:07Speaker 4: So the first two games Northwestern plays this year are
- 7:09Speaker 4: not going to be at Soldier Field. They're gonna be
- 7:11Speaker 4: at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium. So I'm pretty
- 7:14Speaker 4: sure where the lacrosse team plays now the right house
- 7:17Speaker 4: that is he skiing built.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I gotta be honest with you. The lacrosse team
- 7:20Speaker 1: is starting to get pissed off. All the trophies in
- 7:22Speaker 1: the Northwestern trophy case belong to the women's lacrosse program
- 7:26Speaker 1: and the field hockey program. Most of them the lacrosse program,
- 7:29Speaker 1: and they're like, hey, this is our field.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Get the hell off of it already.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Although it does look nice on a beautiful saturdaday fall
- 7:36Speaker 1: afternoon at Northwestern. So they'll have two games there and
- 7:40Speaker 1: then that thing will be We'll be done in the
- 7:43Speaker 1: new stadium and Chip Kelly will no longer have to
- 7:45Speaker 1: wear a hard hat when he walks into it.
- 7:47Speaker 3: What's the name of the stadium? Medicine? What where they're
- 7:51Speaker 3: playing in the first two games.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Uh, Northwestern Medicine something at Martin Field.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:58Speaker 1: The kids aren't fucking around there, is he. There're so
- 8:00Speaker 1: solving real problems. I mean, my daughter's up there just
- 8:02Speaker 1: fucking around playing lacrosse. Most of the kids up there
- 8:05Speaker 1: have no time to play lacrosse or watch it.
- 8:07Speaker 3: That sounds like the greatest place to get an injury.
- 8:10Speaker 3: It's like, if you're going to get injured, I feel
- 8:12Speaker 3: like you're gonna have somebody to take care of your injury.
- 8:14Speaker 2: I feel like Evanston's a pretty good place to get injured.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Yes, put it on the pall tailer, if you're going
- 8:19Speaker 1: to get injured, should he get injured in Evanston.
- 8:23Speaker 3: They also can solve journalistic dilemmas there.
- 8:25Speaker 1: They really can, and business problems and they're trying to
- 8:28Speaker 1: cure cancer, right And this group of LA crosse players
- 8:33Speaker 1: they walk around like they own the campus.
- 8:35Speaker 2: And these kids they're not impressed. They don't care. They're
- 8:38Speaker 2: doing real things there is he I mean, Michael.
- 8:42Speaker 5: Do they know how to tape a sprained ankle?
- 8:45Speaker 2: Yeah? Or run gassers?
- 8:46Speaker 1: Yes, they don't care when that when that new stadium's
- 8:51Speaker 1: going up, They just don't. Mikey, what is happening with
- 8:56Speaker 1: your weather situation in Connecticut here?
- 8:57Speaker 2: What is what is going on?
- 8:59Speaker 5: So we got this alert and it says and the
- 9:02Speaker 5: problem is like when you have an iPhone and Alexa
- 9:05Speaker 5: and all that, you get multiple alerts at the same time.
- 9:08Speaker 2: And it says.
- 9:09Speaker 5: Critical Imminent Threat Alert National Weather Service, a flash flood
- 9:14Speaker 5: warning is in effect in your area. And I look
- 9:17Speaker 5: outside and they they don't write about this kind of
- 9:21Speaker 5: weather in the Bible, Like this is just like it
- 9:24Speaker 5: went from day to night and like the rain is
- 9:29Speaker 5: I'm terrified for the for the trees around me to
- 9:32Speaker 5: fall or to lose power and internet and stuff. But
- 9:37Speaker 5: I say that to people who live in South Florida
- 9:40Speaker 5: and they're like, oh, you mean every day at three o'clock?
- 9:43Speaker 2: Yes?
- 9:43Speaker 1: Literally, yeah, yeah, you could see it coming. I mean
- 9:46Speaker 1: I was just outside. You could see it coming from
- 9:48Speaker 1: like you know miles away?
- 9:50Speaker 2: Is he every day at three four o'clock? It is?
- 9:53Speaker 2: South Florida is the same day every day of the summers.
- 9:55Speaker 2: That's fair.
- 9:56Speaker 3: It's very fair, right are we doing? Do me a
- 9:58Speaker 3: favor later, because I'm just gonna say, right quick, do
- 10:00Speaker 3: me a favor. If you're caught up in a storm
- 10:02Speaker 3: like that, Please don't turn on your hazards when you're driving.
- 10:05Speaker 3: Just regular headlights. That's all that's required.
- 10:07Speaker 2: Yeah, it's so annoying.
- 10:08Speaker 1: It's normal down here. There's no reason for hazards. Like
- 10:10Speaker 1: you haven't learned you're drive in that weather when you're
- 10:12Speaker 1: down here.
- 10:12Speaker 3: That's how you know somebody is not from here, or
- 10:14Speaker 3: they just learned to drive what they're old.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Yes, Option three, Mikey, So are you worried at all? Like,
- 10:22Speaker 1: are like, what's what are they saying?
- 10:24Speaker 2: Up there?
- 10:25Speaker 4: Uh?
- 10:26Speaker 5: I'm I'm I'm on top of a hill on my street,
- 10:29Speaker 5: so like, I'm not too worried. But at the same time,
- 10:32Speaker 5: you know, trees can come down anywhere. Yeah, that's that's
- 10:35Speaker 5: That's where I'm worried about.
- 10:36Speaker 2: But those peons at the bottom of the hill, how
- 10:38Speaker 2: about them? You're worried about them? Your neighbor. I like
- 10:40Speaker 2: looking I like looking down on them. You should have
- 10:44Speaker 2: held out.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Yeah, and a windstorm though you'll be in the wrong place.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Yes, I'm thinking about the hazards because it's funny.
- 10:52Speaker 2: I get annoyed at that every single time. Which part
- 10:56Speaker 2: people driving with their hazards? Yes, because it's raining out
- 10:59Speaker 2: unless you're to.
- 11:00Speaker 3: Pull over and not drive. Don't turn on your head.
- 11:03Speaker 3: You just look like a coward.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Yes, we're all still waiting around for Lebron James to
- 11:08Speaker 1: make his decision. I'm tired of him. Stu Gottson Company

- 13:03Speaker 1: Taylor, what is going on with Tiki Barber? Normally, if
- 13:07Speaker 1: it was Christopher mad Dog Russo who said with Tiki Barber,
- 13:11Speaker 1: what we're about to play from Tiki Barber, I would
- 13:13Speaker 1: have led the show with it.
- 13:13Speaker 2: But I never leave with Tiki Barber.
- 13:15Speaker 1: No, I only leave with Christopher mad Dog Russo. So
- 13:19Speaker 1: what did Tiki Barber have to say about soccer?
- 13:22Speaker 4: So this sound is gonna come courtesy of w f
- 13:25Speaker 4: A N and Evan and Evan Roberts Tiki Barber after
- 13:29Speaker 4: the World Cup final. They are having the is soccer
- 13:32Speaker 4: boring debate? Evan Roberts is arguing, yes, Tiki Barber is
- 13:37Speaker 4: defending soccer. He's saying that to understand and appreciate soccer,
- 13:41Speaker 4: you have to first watch it with someone who understands
- 13:45Speaker 4: soccer to help explain it for you.
- 13:46Speaker 2: Jesus christ So, I mean just like splitting Adams. It's
- 13:49Speaker 2: a soccer game for crying out loud.
- 13:52Speaker 4: So in this roundabout way of trying to defend soccer
- 13:55Speaker 4: and champion soccer and Tiki Barber's love for soccer, he
- 13:59Speaker 4: tried to make an analogy, and in his analogy he
- 14:04Speaker 4: just loses everybody in the process. And then that's how
- 14:07Speaker 4: we got this sound.
- 14:09Speaker 6: Have you guys seen Dune? Yes, the New The New
- 14:13Speaker 6: Ka with Timothy Charlemagne. So that movie is phenomenal. When
- 14:19Speaker 6: you did you watch it and not have an idea
- 14:21Speaker 6: of what was going on between the hearkenings and the
- 14:23Speaker 6: h I really didn't know what was going on, Like,
- 14:25Speaker 6: what the hell is a racus? Why are they on
- 14:27Speaker 6: this other planet? So I was watching Sunday night. The
- 14:30Speaker 6: girls had a night out, so me and my buddy
- 14:32Speaker 6: Greg were sitting in our house. We watched the highlights
- 14:35Speaker 6: of the England of the France England game, and then
- 14:38Speaker 6: we're like, what are we gonna do? The girl's gonna
- 14:40Speaker 6: be out for another two hours or whatever it is.
- 14:42Speaker 2: I said, no, have you seen Dune yet?
- 14:43Speaker 6: He's like, no, I haven't seen it. So I was like, oh,
- 14:45Speaker 6: let's watch Dune because there's a third one coming out
- 14:48Speaker 6: later this year. And so we started watching Done, and
- 14:51Speaker 6: I'm sitting there watching it with him, and he's I
- 14:53Speaker 6: can tell he's like confused, So I just start explaining
- 14:55Speaker 6: it to him.
- 14:56Speaker 2: This is the Ben and jesterate.
- 14:57Speaker 6: They're like the leaders advisors, but they were like witches.
- 15:01Speaker 2: And they only have girls.
- 15:03Speaker 6: But they did have a boy, the one boy who
- 15:05Speaker 6: was Paul at tradees like all these things like and
- 15:08Speaker 6: so he has this skill that only has been a
- 15:10Speaker 6: gesture it has, but they expect to be women, so
- 15:12Speaker 6: they think he's the savior. So I was explaining it
- 15:14Speaker 6: to him, and so as we're watching it, he's getting
- 15:17Speaker 6: what's happening. If you watch soccer without someone who does who,
- 15:21Speaker 6: if you without someone who knows soccer, you're gonna be
- 15:24Speaker 6: bored by it. But as soon as you know it,
- 15:27Speaker 6: it gets really entertaining.
- 15:28Speaker 2: I give you a lot of credit. I was bored
- 15:30Speaker 2: about one thing. You got me bored about something else.
- 15:33Speaker 2: I mean, he's watching Dunes. Great response by Evan Roberts.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Yes, so not only was it a terrible analogy, but
- 15:40Speaker 3: it gets me to thinking this the person who wants
- 15:43Speaker 3: to rewatch a movie with somebody who has never watched
- 15:48Speaker 3: said movie, so he explain, Yes, I already don't really
- 15:54Speaker 3: love Ticky Barker Barbara, but I hate that person because listen,
- 15:58Speaker 3: you're putting me in a terrible spot. YEA, what if
- 16:00Speaker 3: I hate this movie and you're like, no, no, give
- 16:03Speaker 3: it a try. I know pretty soon when I dislike
- 16:06Speaker 3: a movie and I would just be watching so this
- 16:08Speaker 3: person could let me watch it with them, And it's
- 16:11Speaker 3: just it's a little self centered to me.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Taylor put it on a pole.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Are you convinced that Tiki Barber has seen Dune?
- 16:20Speaker 2: Because I'm not go ahead.
- 16:23Speaker 4: If I was on the fence about seeing Dune and
- 16:26Speaker 4: I was Dune's director, I would be messaging Tiki Barber
- 16:29Speaker 4: being like, you gotta stop explaining the movie to people,
- 16:31Speaker 4: because the more you explain it, the more people are
- 16:34Speaker 4: gonna be less likely to want to watch it. Where
- 16:37Speaker 4: if I came in on the fence about wanting to
- 16:39Speaker 4: see Dune and I'm listening to WFA Ann and I'm
- 16:41Speaker 4: hearing Tiki Barber trying to make this analogy, I'm like, yeah,
- 16:44Speaker 4: I think I think this movie has lost me too.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Now.
- 16:47Speaker 3: Yeah, In fact, the best movie he mentioned was Wanka, Yes,
- 16:49Speaker 3: it's way better.
- 16:50Speaker 2: I say this, I'm being critical of Tiki for explaining
- 16:54Speaker 2: a movie to someone who doesn't want it explained. But
- 16:57Speaker 2: I just did it to Abby with Field of Dreams.
- 17:00Speaker 1: I did like when he turns the van around after
- 17:03Speaker 1: he takes Terrence Man to Fenway Park, right, and you know,
- 17:08Speaker 1: the message came up on the board, feel the dreams
- 17:11Speaker 1: against me every time?
- 17:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll stop the distance baseball.
- 17:17Speaker 1: But when he turns his van around they go to Fenway,
- 17:20Speaker 1: Terrence Man he heard a message Ray and sella did
- 17:23Speaker 1: Terrence Man didn't hear that message, or so he said
- 17:25Speaker 1: when he was at Fenway. Then he drops him back
- 17:28Speaker 1: off at home and his job is done, and he
- 17:30Speaker 1: turns the van around and there's James Earl Jones with
- 17:33Speaker 1: his arms folded, Terrence.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Man saying, ease his pain. And I get goosebumps every
- 17:40Speaker 2: single time. And I explained to Abby in that moment,
- 17:43Speaker 2: he heard the same message at Fenway that Ray could
- 17:47Speaker 2: sell a hurt and it was an illumina. It was
- 17:49Speaker 2: an illuminating moment for Abby.
- 17:51Speaker 1: She's like, oh, that's what happened there, and she was
- 17:53Speaker 1: also terribly annoyed by me.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Well, that was also a very clear description of what happened,
- 17:57Speaker 3: not so much with TV. He said. There also, here's
- 18:00Speaker 3: my connection.
- 18:01Speaker 2: I was just doing play by play.
- 18:03Speaker 3: Well that's that's fine that you did decent play by play, right, Yes, yeah,
- 18:06Speaker 3: but my connection with Field of Dreams, Taylor. You know
- 18:08Speaker 3: what I call myself these days, Moonlight Graham.
- 18:11Speaker 2: What's that?
- 18:12Speaker 3: I'm Moonlight Graham. I love or I have a zero
- 18:14Speaker 3: I have a zero batting average. I've appeared in games,
- 18:18Speaker 3: but there's no proof that I've done anything.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Yeah, why are you.
- 18:25Speaker 4: Talking about Field of Dreams to Abby? Like Field the
- 18:29Speaker 4: Dreams is like Interstellar or some like complex plotline where
- 18:33Speaker 4: it's like, I don't know, Oh, there's there's people out there,
- 18:36Speaker 4: but only only the family and the ones that could
- 18:38Speaker 4: believe can see the players.
- 18:40Speaker 2: It's like if you.
- 18:41Speaker 4: Watch the movie, feel the dream, feel like you kind
- 18:43Speaker 4: of understand the storyline, feel the dream.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Yeah, we'll same with soccer.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Do you know what you should do when you have
- 18:49Speaker 3: a couple of hours to kill? Say hebby, Let's go
- 18:51Speaker 3: watch Fields of Dreams.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:52Speaker 3: I won't explain it to you, I promise.
- 18:54Speaker 1: So when they when they left Moonlight Graham and they
- 18:57Speaker 1: realized he was dead. And then they're driving back to
- 19:00Speaker 1: Iowa and they pick up Archie Graham on the side
- 19:02Speaker 1: of the road because he's just a kid looking to
- 19:03Speaker 1: play baseball somewhere, and he introduces himself as Archie Graham.
- 19:07Speaker 1: I'm telling Abby, hey, that's the doctor. You just saw
- 19:10Speaker 1: the old guy. That's him as a kid, And Abby's like, I.
- 19:14Speaker 3: Know, if for some reason you start your podcast. Right
- 19:18Speaker 3: in the middle, we're catching up with Field of Dreams
- 19:21Speaker 3: and Steve Guys is telling us.
- 19:22Speaker 1: All the plot and then and then you know, Ray's
- 19:26Speaker 1: daughter is choking on a hot dog because she she
- 19:28Speaker 1: fell from the bleachers, and Archie Graham, who was finally
- 19:31Speaker 1: getting a shot to play with shoeless Joe Jackson and
- 19:34Speaker 1: professional baseball players, he has to save the day because
- 19:37Speaker 1: really he's a doctor, right, And he steps off the field.
- 19:40Speaker 2: And when he stepped off the field and turned into
- 19:42Speaker 2: the old version of Archie Graham, doctor Graham, I explained
- 19:46Speaker 2: to Abby, he can't go back.
- 19:51Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure Abby wanted no part of this conversation.
- 19:56Speaker 2: She wants no part of me.
- 19:59Speaker 5: I think you should play Tiki Barber's explanation of Dune
- 20:02Speaker 5: and then make her watch.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Dude, I don't know why I do it. I do
- 20:07Speaker 1: play by play to feel the dreams. It's a movie
- 20:10Speaker 1: no one should ever watch with me. By the way,
- 20:12Speaker 1: first take right now is discussing whether or not Joe
- 20:14Speaker 1: Burrow is a top five quarterback in the NFL.
- 20:16Speaker 2: Right now, My answer is yes.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Is that better or worse than Pat McAfee dissecting Karl
- 20:23Speaker 3: Anthony Towns as two choke slams in whatever WWE event
- 20:27Speaker 3: he was at.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Man is ESPN letting a lot of people go so
- 20:30Speaker 1: they can afford Pat McAfee.
- 20:32Speaker 3: I don't know how those finances work, but every time
- 20:35Speaker 3: these layoffs come around it makes me super sad.
- 20:37Speaker 2: I'll tell you how they work.
- 20:40Speaker 1: We gotta pay Pat sixty million a year free of
- 20:43Speaker 1: some cash
