- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 0:23Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 0:28Speaker 1: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 0:31Speaker 1: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 0:35Speaker 1: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 0:39Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 0:43Speaker 1: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 0:46Speaker 1: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 0:55Speaker 1: border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Right eight is preparing for Chapter eleven bankruptcy. Should this
- 1:04Speaker 3: be of concern and how can we profit from it?
- 1:11Speaker 4: It's a sector that I'm really not favorable about it all,
- 1:14Speaker 4: and it's like the fast pharmacy model. So Walgreens CEO
- 1:20Speaker 4: step down right eight is not going through a bankruptcy issue.
- 1:24Speaker 4: CVS is like floundering. It's okay. Number one, I would
- 1:27Speaker 4: stay away from the sector all together. Like, if you
- 1:29Speaker 4: are going to invest in healthcare space, you have to
- 1:32Speaker 4: swim upstream to big pharma or.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Big healthcare companies.
- 1:39Speaker 4: And if you're going to be invested in a Walgreens
- 1:43Speaker 4: Boots Alliance or a right aid, like you're better off
- 1:45Speaker 4: picking a pure real estate play because it's really a hybrid,
- 1:49Speaker 4: and a hybrid that has not dominated. I would, and
- 1:52Speaker 4: I very really say this, like this is a sector
- 1:55Speaker 4: I would stay away from all together, like CBS, Walgreens,
- 1:59Speaker 4: any mixed medicine, mixed use, retail pharmacy space. The margins
- 2:05Speaker 4: are not great. It's too much competition. There's not enough
- 2:09Speaker 4: loyalty amongst like I mean even Kroger. Like, once you
- 2:12Speaker 4: start to get into that space, you're now competing against Walmart, Kroger,
- 2:16Speaker 4: even Target they've had some issues, but you're competing against
- 2:20Speaker 4: the big boys who have way more space, way more
- 2:23Speaker 4: reached than you outpert. Since there's a competition now, there
- 2:26Speaker 4: isn't much creative as there, so I would stay away
- 2:30Speaker 4: all together and then just go upstream.
- 2:33Speaker 5: I put CBS is one of my sleepers. I think
- 2:35Speaker 5: we did that at the one of the shows, to
- 2:39Speaker 5: put it as one of my sleepers. But I think
- 2:42Speaker 5: we'd be remiss if we didn't say why. Right eight
- 2:45Speaker 5: it's filing for chapter eleven because that that's the biggest
- 2:49Speaker 5: part of this thing, is the why. And they're preparing
- 2:51Speaker 5: it because they've been federal lawsuits right for their role
- 2:56Speaker 5: in the sale of opiates. And so this has happened
- 2:59Speaker 5: over the past couple of year. In fact, in twenty eighteen,
- 3:01Speaker 5: Walgreens was in talks to acquire Right Aid I didn't
- 3:05Speaker 5: pan out, and now we see what happened with the
- 3:07Speaker 5: lawsuit with the I think they owe three point three
- 3:10Speaker 5: billion dollars in debt from legal, yeah, from legal allegations
- 3:15Speaker 5: that they oversupplied prescription painkillers, and so they lost that suit.
- 3:18Speaker 5: So you're talking about over I think there's over a
- 3:21Speaker 5: thousand a thousand plaintiffs in the lawsuit. Three point three billion.
- 3:27Speaker 5: I mean, that's a a healty, healthy amount of money
- 3:30Speaker 5: to be paid, especially from the business model that they have,
- 3:33Speaker 5: and so that's why they're filing for bankruptcy. But then
- 3:35Speaker 5: I started thinking, how can we invest in it? Not
- 3:38Speaker 5: right itself, but maybe it is inside that mergers and
- 3:41Speaker 5: acquisitions Walgreens didn't work. Maybe they'll revisit it now that
- 3:44Speaker 5: they're one of their competitors. Is now at a point
- 3:46Speaker 5: where it could be something that they could acquire or
- 3:50Speaker 5: is it a CDs that comes in or is it
- 3:52Speaker 5: an Amazon and says.
- 3:53Speaker 4: All right, well, that would be great.
- 3:56Speaker 5: Something that we can add as we go into this
- 3:58Speaker 5: healthcare space as well. And so the important piece is
- 4:01Speaker 5: like why they're filing, but then also from an emergenc
- 4:04Speaker 5: and acquisitions, which companies are in place. That's why I
- 4:06Speaker 5: always talk about cash flow. It's like, who can now
- 4:09Speaker 5: say that was somebody that had a long standing enterprise
- 4:14Speaker 5: in the space that is now floundered. Can we acquit
- 4:17Speaker 5: added to our portfolio and make this a better rebranding situation.
- 4:21Speaker 5: So I think from an investment point, I think that's
- 4:23Speaker 5: we should be looking at companies that can do that
- 4:25Speaker 5: inside of the healthcare space. But the why is important.
- 4:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree, And if.
- 4:30Speaker 4: They got sued for the opioid crisis, at what point
- 4:33Speaker 4: where the music industry be held Libel. I don't know
- 4:36Speaker 4: if it's come out publicly yet, but there's been a
- 4:38Speaker 4: couple of rumors that the Sackler family, who is.
- 4:42Speaker 5: Ernest. What's up? You ever walk into a small business
- 4:45Speaker 5: and everything just works like, the checkout is fast, the

- 6:33Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 6:36Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 6:40Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 6:45Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 6:49Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 6:52Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm christin nom the United States
- 6:56Speaker 1: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, a tempted illegal
- 7:00Speaker 1: border crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and
- 7:04Speaker 1: over one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If
- 7:08Speaker 1: you were here illegally, your next you will be fine

- 7:27Speaker 1: America's laws border and families will be protected.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security, tied
- 7:34Speaker 2: to Purdue Pharma, who caused the crisis at one point
- 7:37Speaker 2: was paying for promotion through artists to get the word
- 7:42Speaker 2: out at one point.
- 7:44Speaker 4: What do we think the music industry would have to
- 7:46Speaker 4: be responsible? I mean, we'll have to tackle it today.
- 7:49Speaker 4: But I do think once we talk about this opioid
- 7:51Speaker 4: crisis and a pipeline, I never even thought I would
- 7:54Speaker 4: hear prescription.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Being mentioned in rap songs being be played on the radio.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Yeah, like Big and of course like Biden is starting
- 8:03Speaker 4: to attack Big Pharma. I don't know if that's the
- 8:06Speaker 4: best thing to do in terms of an election because
- 8:08Speaker 4: pharmaceutical industry has a lot of power. But if we
- 8:10Speaker 4: are going to attack these companies and sue them, I
- 8:13Speaker 4: think we have to attack the entire pipeline or supply chain.
- 8:16Speaker 5: Yeah, Purdue Pharma went under their lossuit was I think
- 8:19Speaker 5: they lost? It was six point six billion.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, but I think they made sixteen.
- 8:24Speaker 5: So yeah, right, right, so they went under write eight
- 8:28Speaker 5: is on his way. Yeah, So it's an interesting time
- 8:32Speaker 5: to watch this play out. But I think you bring
- 8:34Speaker 5: up a good point about what role did does music
- 8:38Speaker 5: play in that? Or not the music but the actual
- 8:41Speaker 5: labels themselves.
- 8:42Speaker 6: Yeah, it's interesting, but.
- 8:43Speaker 4: Like for a year, I mean, I know it's a
- 8:45Speaker 4: thing in Houston, but then like it went worldwide, like
- 8:49Speaker 4: the use of Lane and like that guy went to jail,
- 8:53Speaker 4: but the fine was minimal. Like of course they took
- 8:56Speaker 4: it off the market, but if you're you're paying artists
- 8:59Speaker 4: or there's inducement to advertise it at some point, even
- 9:02Speaker 4: like the FTC and like why are you letting drugs
- 9:06Speaker 4: being marketed through music? But that goes back to the
- 9:10Speaker 4: relationship with the pharmaceutical company and how much they run advertising.
- 9:13Speaker 4: So true shots, you can stop me if I'm getting
- 9:16Speaker 4: too crazy. I'm trying to keep.
- 9:19Speaker 5: You watch TV. You watch as you watch you know,
- 9:22Speaker 5: CBS or NBC or ABC during the daytime programming. Look
- 9:27Speaker 5: how the healthcare commercials are on your screen on a
- 9:31Speaker 5: daily basis. Obviously the money is being spent. I mean
- 9:34Speaker 5: it's by far the most.
- 9:37Speaker 4: Even went to the Grammys. I'm like, that was a
- 9:38Speaker 4: Fighter Awards, right, They they ran all the awards like
- 9:44Speaker 4: it's it's you know, seeing in And that's a whole
- 9:47Speaker 4: other topic for another day. With shout out to Eli Lilly,
- 9:50Speaker 4: I appreciate you guys.
- 9:51Speaker 2: I want to smoke throw my cape real quick.
- 9:54Speaker 4: I would be honest with my caper.
- 9:56Speaker 5: Hey, hello to the good folks.
- 9:57Speaker 2: A striker.
- 9:59Speaker 5: Yes, America absolutely, Dermo fisheries in America.
- 10:04Speaker 3: Healthcare. Healthcare is the biggest business in America by far.
- 10:10Speaker 4: I mean, we're gonna be honest that that poison index
- 10:12Speaker 4: of the food, pharma, alcohol, drugs, that's sixty percent of
- 10:19Speaker 4: all United States legal commerce. The food will make you sick,
- 10:24Speaker 4: then you have a pill to fix it. And then
- 10:25Speaker 4: when you come off the pill to cope, let's sell
- 10:29Speaker 4: you some Budweiser and Duce and shot to du say
- 10:32Speaker 4: I love y'all and every other kind of cognac. So,
- 10:37Speaker 4: but the poison index is one of the most profitable food, pharma,
- 10:40Speaker 4: and alcohol. For those who say, I don't give you
- 10:43Speaker 4: all a new tips, don't get choked out. We can
- 10:44Speaker 4: cut it out.
- 10:46Speaker 6: Not just gotcha, gotcha old by black man, drugs, drugs
- 10:58Speaker 6: move the needle.
- 11:00Speaker 3: They are moving a needle.
- 11:02Speaker 2: I'll sing with you. Do you rappings you on a
- 11:04Speaker 2: love album?
- 11:05Speaker 3: What's up a love album?
- 11:07Speaker 6: Love?
- 11:07Speaker 3: Love check the featuregra oh Man.
