- 0:08Things are shifting
- 0:18who are fake news.
- 0:20I am not suicidal.
- 0:24We'll circle back with you directly. If I can circle back, I'll circle back!
- 0:29Do not come.
- 0:32do not come.
- 0:36Testecleese: Hello, and welcome to 255 of the Jeffrey and Brian show. I am Jeffrey.
- 0:41Brian McFadden: I'm Brian.
- 0:42Testecleese: You guys drinking some beers talking about what's going on
- 0:46Testecleese: been busy as we approach elections. So we've had to double up as often as we do these.
- 0:52Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 0:53Testecleese: So anyone is used to finding us. Sunday, ish? Check check middle week we've been recording on Tuesdays
- 1:01Testecleese: and intend to right through the the election.
- 1:07Testecleese: So
- 1:08Testecleese: we've been talking about Boeing in general for a little while, basically, since the panels flew off their doors right.
- 1:15Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:17Testecleese: And we're saying this might be the end of Boeing.
- 1:21Testecleese: Now there are the machinists have
- 1:24Testecleese: refused the aura.
- 1:26Brian McFadden: The contract, the contract.
- 1:28Testecleese: Yeah, there you go.
- 1:29Testecleese: refused it, and are gonna stay on strike.
- 1:32Testecleese: And Boeing is having all sorts of issues
- 1:36Testecleese: that. We.
- 1:37Brian McFadden: Losing a lot of order, you know, because they can't fulfill them.
- 1:40Testecleese: Yeah, oh, and then.
- 1:41Brian McFadden: People are going to Airbus.
- 1:44Testecleese: They got canceled
- 1:46Testecleese: by NASA.
- 1:48Brian McFadden: Well, officially, they're not canceled, but you know they're in Slowdown mode.
- 1:55Testecleese: All right. Well, they they have their commercial airlines.
- 1:59Testecleese: aircraft falling apart. We just lost the navy jet made by Boeing
- 2:05Testecleese: in the middle of a strike. This cannot be good for business.
- 2:08Brian McFadden: No, not at all.
- 2:10Testecleese: Now you think Boeing's gonna bounce back.
- 2:14Brian McFadden: If they can. Maybe with, if they can get this strike sorted out quickly
- 2:20Brian McFadden: might be.
- 2:21Testecleese: Letting them take a dip and buying a dip.
- 2:25Brian McFadden: There might be.
- 2:27Testecleese: They're gonna just like what happens with oil. You know, you buy it when it's cheap, because, you know, it's gonna go back up.
- 2:32Testecleese: It doesn't say, or gold doesn't say cheap long.
- 2:35Brian McFadden: But no.
- 2:36Testecleese: No one ever wants to buy it when it's less expensive.
- 2:38Testecleese: He's like, Oh, it's cheap! It's like Monte.
- 2:42Testecleese: Yes, but when the price goes back up. It won't be.
- 2:45Brian McFadden: Right.
- 2:47Testecleese: And that bridge that got wrecked in Baltimore. They still haven't repaired.
- 2:53Brian McFadden: So it's
- 2:54Brian McFadden: they're figuring out how to pay for it right now and then. They gotta plan it all out and build it back. You know, it's gonna be years before that thing's working again.
- 3:05Testecleese: You think they would have found a way to build it first, st and then figure out how to pay for it? But I understand what issues that can run into.
- 3:11Brian McFadden: Well, they gotta figure out. I don't know if they got a design agreed on for the new bridge, so.
- 3:18Testecleese: 1st one that operates. But I get I get it. It just seems like it's an important bridge. You think they would do something in a hurry, you know.
- 3:24Brian McFadden: But it's got to be high enough, or a drawbridge, so that the cargo ships can get through on a regular basis.
- 3:29Testecleese: Hmm!
- 3:30Testecleese: So that'll do.
- 3:31Brian McFadden: Bridge tunnel.
- 3:34Brian McFadden: There is bridge tunnels in the Baltimore
- 3:37Brian McFadden: in that area, but
- 3:40Testecleese: It's not bridge. They're not iconic, like bridges.
- 3:47Testecleese: I mean don't get wrong. Bridges are pretty, and they're fun.
- 3:50Testecleese: but
- 3:52Testecleese: they're they're in the room.
- 3:52Brian McFadden: These are usually cheaper to cheaper and easier to build, too.
- 3:57Testecleese: Really. I suppose
- 4:01Testecleese: they're getting pretty good with this bridge tunnel thing.
- 4:03Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 4:05Testecleese: And then you don't have to worry about seafaring vessels getting in the way.
- 4:09Testecleese: Of course, I guess. I suppose if you lose complete control. You could hurt a whole lot of people. But.
- 4:13Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 4:14Testecleese: Usually it's far enough on the ground that it's not an issue at all for the ships to actually hit it. You know.
- 4:19Testecleese: I know everyone out there. There's not more.
- 4:22Testecleese: The tunnel's not more likely to collapse when a ship goes overhead.
- 4:27Testecleese: because it's not just the water underneath that ship directly under it, holding up. It's the entire ocean.
- 4:32Brian McFadden: Yeah, exactly.
- 4:33Testecleese: Whatever
- 4:34Testecleese: people don't, for whatever reason, displacement for
- 4:37Testecleese: go, people just freak out in these things. You know what I mean.
- 4:40Testecleese: and you know exactly what I'm talking about. Everyone goes into those bridge tunnels half at least half of a slam. Their brakes.
- 4:45Brian McFadden: Oh, they all slam on the brake. Even the regulars tend to slam on their brakes, too. It drives me fucking insane.
- 4:52Testecleese: Yeah, you go from like 65 to 40 all of a sudden, and there's no good reason.
- 4:56Brian McFadden: No.
- 4:57Testecleese: Road. The road doesn't even narrow. You just go in the tunnel.
- 5:03Testecleese: Oh, driving me nuts!
- 5:06Testecleese: Oh.
- 5:07Testecleese: alright! Well, we've talked about Daniel Penny yesterday or yesterday, Tuesday, a little bit.
- 5:12Brian McFadden: Yeah. Cause the court. The trial's on right now.
- 5:16Testecleese: Yes, and they're still picked in. Well, they're still picking jurors.
- 5:20Testecleese: and they were asked if they're
- 5:23Testecleese: afraid or feel safe on the subway.
- 5:26Testecleese: And this was potential jurors. And it's like
- 5:30Testecleese: I got a feeling you're gonna have a tough time finding anyone who normally rides the the train say that they feel safe there.
- 5:36Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 5:37Testecleese: It's 1 thing to not feel under a threat, but to feel safe. You know what I mean.
- 5:43Testecleese: So this, this
- 5:45Testecleese: I want to keep an eye on this I should. This should be a very interesting
- 5:49Testecleese: to see which way this goes because I got a feeling a lot of people are gonna take off out of New York
- 5:55Testecleese: and have to not take anyone who has any.
- 5:58Testecleese: for the most part, anyone drives getting the gun.
- 6:02Testecleese: because, like, you're just gonna be robbed. There's nothing you can do about it.
- 6:05Brian McFadden: Right, and eventually you can't make any money being robbed all the time.
- 6:10Testecleese: Yeah, then. Now, there's no one left to rob.
- 6:14Testecleese: I don't know.
- 6:15Testecleese: and of course
- 6:17Testecleese: we have to come back to Alec Baldwin before we go anywhere?
- 6:20Testecleese: Oh, Hi!
- 6:21Brian McFadden: You predicted this from the get go, and I hate to admit you are right.
- 6:26Testecleese: Yeah, indeed, not not even beat the appeal
- 6:30Testecleese: judge throughout everything. Just like, yeah, we're not. We're not even gonna talk about this anymore. It's over with.
- 6:38Testecleese: And yeah, saw that coming like, Dude pointed a gun at someone, pulled the trigger, killed them.
- 6:44Brian McFadden: Not his fault.
- 6:45Testecleese: But he's out, Baldwin, so it's not his fault
- 6:48Testecleese: any any other situation. Whoever's holding the gun is at fault, or the legal guardian responsible for that person.
- 6:57Testecleese: because apparently that's a thing. Now you'll go to jail if your kid goes to school with a gun.
- 7:01Brian McFadden: Yeah. Well, that's the new thing. That's the new thing. Yep.
- 7:06Testecleese: Yeah, looks like that's gonna keep going around
- 7:09Testecleese: still, a little torn on what I think of it.
- 7:12Testecleese: But
- 7:13Testecleese: it makes it sound. It makes it sound like the parents are being tried for the school shooting, but they're not.
- 7:19Brian McFadden: They're being tried for
- 7:21Brian McFadden: not properly. So you're carrying their weapons at home.
- 7:24Testecleese: That. But then they also, they add in these
- 7:28Testecleese: felony murder cases onto it, because the felony
- 7:32Testecleese: was committed, and you were part of the felony that was committed. So therefore yours, you are also guilty if anyone is dead.
- 7:39Testecleese: So it's yeah.
- 7:40Testecleese: I get it, and I see the legalese.
- 7:43Testecleese: But if you didn't pull the trigger, you didn't pull the trigger. If you did pull the trigger, you did pull the trigger. We got dads going to jail because the son lost it after being picked on.
- 7:52Testecleese: Meanwhile famous dude shoots a lady in the chest
- 7:55Testecleese: point blank in front of people on camera.
- 7:59Testecleese: and he gets to go home. No problem.
- 8:04Testecleese: Alright. Well.
- 8:06Testecleese: that's our follow up section. So let's at least get into our intro, and we're already getting riled up over here.
- 8:12Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, it doesn't take much.
- 8:14Brian McFadden: not around election time.
- 8:16Testecleese: You following the baseball season at all. It is October.
- 8:19Brian McFadden: I was when the tigers were still in the series.
- 8:23Testecleese: They?
- 8:24Testecleese: They did better than most teams.
- 8:27Brian McFadden: Yes, they did. They made.
- 8:28Testecleese: I'll give them that. Yeah, they actually made it to the game.
- 8:34Testecleese: you see, game one of world series yesterday.
- 8:37Brian McFadden: No, I didn't watch it.
- 8:40Testecleese: Dude reached out
- 8:42Testecleese: into into the stadium deal the play, and grab the ball
- 8:48Testecleese: which was probably was probably gonna be a home run, but got turned into a ground rule double by the umpire.
- 8:57Testecleese: Everyone immediately started referring to Jeffrey Mayer. Remember him? It was like 93, 94, or something like that.
- 9:04Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 9:05Testecleese: Who did this did the same thing.
- 9:08Testecleese: But and funny thing is, that was Yankees versus Baltimore orioles.
- 9:12Brian McFadden: Hmm, okay.
- 9:13Testecleese: So yeah, the Yankees have bad luck with the fan interference in the playoffs, because that was a Alcs game.
- 9:20Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 9:22Testecleese: I thought it was hilarious that it happened again. It's unfortunate because it ruins the game.
- 9:27Testecleese: and I do love baseball, but
- 9:30Testecleese: it's always funny when some jackass thinks they're more important than everyone else. They're watching everyone watching the World series. You know what I mean.
- 9:39Testecleese: And and
- 9:40Testecleese: so you didn't see the game click on this link and have a look. There's a woman behind the umpire on like the 3rd row.
- 9:48Testecleese: I'm sorry. Second row, maybe possibly 1st
- 9:51Testecleese: with a make America great again. Hat on in Los Angeles.
- 9:55Brian McFadden: Awesome.
- 9:57Testecleese: Yes, and it caused quite the stirring on the interwebs.
- 10:03Brian McFadden: That's fantastic.
- 10:05Testecleese: I thought it was hilarious.
- 10:08Testecleese: But yeah, right behind you, could anytime you had the pictures point of view
- 10:12Testecleese: or a view of home point. This woman was in the camera
- 10:16Testecleese: with her red mega hat.
- 10:22Testecleese: did you see?
- 10:24Testecleese: And okay, I know. Guapo saw this because he shared the same article, like 45 min after me.
- 10:30Brian McFadden: Yeah, I saw it, too. Yeah, the lithium. You could.
- 10:33Testecleese: That's funny.
- 10:34Brian McFadden: Because we talk about. You know the one of the reasons why
- 10:37Brian McFadden: we want to stay overseas and
- 10:40Brian McFadden: places like Ukraine is for precious metals.
- 10:43Testecleese: Exactly, and we just discovered a massive lithium deposit
- 10:48Testecleese: in Arkansas on that.
- 10:49Brian McFadden: Will the EPA allow
- 10:54Brian McFadden: us to get to it?
- 10:56Testecleese: See, that's I hate to say it. I hope the EPA says no.
- 11:01Testecleese: because one that's enough lithium they're saying to create all the electric vehicles we're gonna need through 2035 alone.
- 11:10Testecleese: you know. Excuse me.
- 11:13Testecleese: so why not sit on some of this like we sit on oil in Alaska.
- 11:17Testecleese: Let the rest of the world run out. Then we tap into ours and say, Fuck, all you guys, this is ours.
- 11:24Testecleese: and you really want to rip apart
- 11:26Testecleese: Arkansas
- 11:28Testecleese: that just completely level the entire area to rip the metal out of the ground.
- 11:36Testecleese: Maybe I got
- 11:38Testecleese: maybe I mean, United States is a big place. It would just really stink to just relocate all those people
- 11:44Testecleese: cause you wanna strip mine Arkansas. You know what I mean.
- 11:47Brian McFadden: It was done in West Virginia before.
- 11:52Testecleese: Well.
- 11:52Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 11:53Testecleese: It was a different mining process then, though they weren't. You know what I mean. They didn't just rip the ground up in layers
- 12:00Testecleese: and scoop out what they wanted.
- 12:02Testecleese: But isn't it?
- 12:04Testecleese: Anyway.
- 12:07Testecleese: yeah, I don't really care basis for the grateful dead. Died 84 years old.
- 12:11Brian McFadden: It happens when you get that old.
- 12:13Testecleese: Yeah, 84 years old. That happens. I mean, I'm kind of shocked that the original member of Grateful dead lived to be 84.
- 12:20Brian McFadden: With all the drugs they did along the way. Yeah.
- 12:22Testecleese: Yeah.
- 12:23Brian McFadden: Baron. Maybe drugs are better for you than we think.
- 12:25Testecleese: But
- 12:28Testecleese: well put
- 12:30Testecleese: and go figure. The people of California are begging for harsher punishment, punishments
- 12:36Testecleese: for crimes committed.
- 12:38Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 12:39Testecleese: They're saying it is ridiculous that people are getting away with stealing a thousand dollars worth of stuff and smashing windows, and all this other.
- 12:45Brian McFadden: This is. This is a law that
- 12:48Brian McFadden: our current vice President pretty much put in place.
- 12:54Testecleese: Well, see, that's the thing is that these
- 12:57Testecleese: these dems
- 12:59Testecleese: tend to vote emotionally.
- 13:02Testecleese: When something happens, they're like, Oh, defund the police. We need to get rid of the police. Oh, yeah, we gotta let people out of jail.
- 13:08Testecleese: And then you do. And all of a sudden you're overridden with crime.
- 13:12Brian McFadden: I don't know why that could happen.
- 13:14Testecleese: They don't connect it to. They really don't. And they're like, Well, we have to do something about this crime, so they vote against it.
- 13:20Testecleese: And then in 5 years, when there's no more crime, that's they go ahead.
- 13:23Brian McFadden: It's like they had no memory.
- 13:26Testecleese: Yeah, it's like, it's the story of the wife
- 13:29Testecleese: who was upset about the fence that her husband had built to keep the wolves out because she had never seen the wolves.
- 13:35Testecleese: so she tore the fence down, was promptly eaten by a wolf.
- 13:40Brian McFadden: Right.
- 13:41Testecleese: I did.
- 13:43Testecleese: It's a cycle. You can. You can predict it. You can see it coming.
- 13:47Testecleese: And you know how it's all gonna play out because it's happening every what 12 years, when it seems to be speeding up now.
- 13:52Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 13:54Testecleese: I mean we had Brodney King style style riots after George Floyd.
- 13:59Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 14:00Brian McFadden: And everybody. I still hear people talking in different places.
- 14:04Brian McFadden: and of a different of a distinct ethnic group that still believes George Floyd.
- 14:12Brian McFadden: The whole story.
- 14:14Testecleese: What's his story? The guy was jacked up on a fentanyl to kill a rhinoceros.
- 14:18Brian McFadden: Yeah, but he couldn't breathe, and the cops smothered him to death.
- 14:21Brian McFadden: I still hear people think that's the actual story behind it.
- 14:26Testecleese: Maybe I wasn't there, but I do know that. If you can say I can't breathe. You are, in fact, breathing.
- 14:33Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 14:35Testecleese: And I know that
- 14:37Testecleese: They are. The. The
- 14:39Testecleese: charges they brought Chauvin up on
- 14:43Testecleese: should have been thrown away. Be simply because that was the technique he was trained in by the police department.
- 14:49Brian McFadden: Alright!
- 14:50Testecleese: So the police department should have been the ones on trial. Not Derek Chauvin.
- 14:54Brian McFadden: Yeah, that was never gonna happen.
- 14:56Brian McFadden: Alright.
- 14:57Testecleese: I think that's a better way to get back at the cops for being evil people, because, you know, they're all just hunting people down.
- 15:03Testecleese: Then putting one guy in jail for 30 years, and the guy who video recorded it.
- 15:09Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 15:09Testecleese: Yeah.
- 15:11Testecleese: anyway, Brian, we got another pizza story.
- 15:13Brian McFadden: I know this is turning into a new theme. We're finding these kind of stories almost every episode now.
- 15:19Testecleese: If we do, I'm definitely putting aside a segment for.
- 15:22Brian McFadden: If we probably, if we looked for it, we probably would.
- 15:26Brian McFadden: But this Wisconsin pizzeria apologizes after customers get high from pizzas that accidentally contaminated with Thc.
- 15:37Testecleese: Yeah.
- 15:38Brian McFadden: This is a delta 8 thc, it's not like a real.
- 15:42Testecleese: The dough.
- 15:42Brian McFadden: I see.
- 15:43Testecleese: No, it's the Delta 9.
- 15:44Testecleese: I thought it said.
- 15:46Testecleese: Okay.
- 15:47Testecleese: well, the Delta 9 is that one that gives you the swimming in your head, feeling.
- 15:50Brian McFadden: But it's not. Most states don't have it.
- 15:53Brian McFadden: It's legal in most states.
- 15:56Testecleese: Yeah.
- 15:58Brian McFadden: Not like true marijuana, thc.
- 16:01Testecleese: No, but well, it is.
- 16:04Brian McFadden: Chromosome off, or something like that.
- 16:06Testecleese: No, it is marijuana. Thc, it's just a different.
- 16:11Testecleese: whatever it is. Thc, is this broad spectrum of different
- 16:17Testecleese: Now, technically, thc is one word that's this chemical layout. But.
- 16:23Testecleese: There's different strains or different parts.
- 16:25Brian McFadden: But this was in a state that doesn't have recreational marijuana.
- 16:29Testecleese: Yes, yes.
- 16:31Testecleese: but anyway.
- 16:32Brian McFadden: It was the Delta Brand.
- 16:34Testecleese: They were using
- 16:37Testecleese: they used it as oil, making their dough for 2 days.
- 16:41Brian McFadden: But yeah, and basically a commercial kitchen
- 16:45Brian McFadden: rent space out of there, like one of those ghost kitchens out of their pizzerias. And that's how the oils got mixed up.
- 16:55Testecleese: Oh, man.
- 16:56Testecleese: yeah, for real. Let's make an effort to find a pizza with drugs story every week.
- 17:03Brian McFadden: I? Alright! Let's do it. Bring it on. Sounds like a challenge.
- 17:08Testecleese: Alright. What's going? Okay, what's going on with this Navy fed thing that's happening in the Norfolk area?
- 17:14Brian McFadden: Yeah, it's it's a scam that people are falling for.
- 17:23Brian McFadden: basically. This person was trying to help somebody when they asked them they need said they needed to use his phone, apparently, while people while you give them their phone
- 17:34Brian McFadden: because you've already unlocked it for them to make calls. They can get into your navy Federal app.
- 17:39Brian McFadden: and it's created alone.
- 17:42Brian McFadden: and, you know, apply for a loan and get approved for the loan and transfer the money out of your account all within minutes. I didn't think
- 17:49Brian McFadden: even an online app was as fast as that.
- 17:53Testecleese: They can be. But what gets me is who doesn't have a different password on, or at least some kind of lock on their bank account in their phone.
- 18:04Brian McFadden: Yeah, but I turn it off with facial recognition.
- 18:08Testecleese: Oh, I don't have mine turned on.
- 18:10Testecleese: I have to put in a different password than I do.
- 18:13Brian McFadden: On my phone. I can get right in with my face.
- 18:17Testecleese: See, the wife uses a thumbprint, and I'm like I get it. I get it.
- 18:20Testecleese: But I use different. So like, even if you know my PIN to unlock my home screen. It still won't get you into my navy fed account or my capital one account or my you know what I mean.
- 18:30Brian McFadden: No, it get you into mine. But every loan application I've ever done, whether it's online or on paper.
- 18:38Brian McFadden: It it's never been as simple as, Hey, I just need to make a phone call unless they're like, say, they gotta call somebody. And the people don't answer. And Hey, can you hang around here for 15 min while I wait to try them again, or type of thing you know.
- 18:54Testecleese: You know. Probably you know they have it set up so that even if it takes 20 min, it's already set up to be transferred, and you won't realize it until you get home and get.
- 19:02Brian McFadden: Right.
- 19:03Testecleese: The old
- 19:04Testecleese: usability.
- 19:04Brian McFadden: You get the bill on your email saying, Hey, you know. Or you see, the new loan on your online online account, you know. So.
- 19:13Testecleese: You also.
- 19:13Brian McFadden: Twinklers.
- 19:14Testecleese: Yeah, you owe us a hundred 20 bucks that by the end of the month. Why.
- 19:19Brian McFadden: Yup.
- 19:21Brian McFadden: and there was a Federal ruling here in the Virginia area that said that they got to put all those people that are. They said that they're illegal aliens on their applications to vote back on the ballots because it was too close to the election.
- 19:40Testecleese: Yeah. And Governor Youngkin is unhappy.
- 19:44Brian McFadden: It says.
- 19:45Testecleese: It's very.
- 19:45Brian McFadden: And to appeal.
- 19:48Testecleese: Yeah. But
- 19:49Testecleese: why didn't they do this
- 19:52Testecleese: before 90 before the 90 day window? That's when you're supposed to.
- 19:55Brian McFadden: I don't know.
- 19:57Testecleese: It just seems like you're trying to start shit to make a point about it right now. But now you have to let these people vote at this point.
- 20:05Testecleese: What do you know anything about.
- 20:06Brian McFadden: Would it be a provisional ballot? So we can like throw it out when we prove that they're not actual, eligible vote.
- 20:14Testecleese: Maybe, but then you'd have to deal with. Do I know whose vote this is? Because there's only a handful of them?
- 20:20Testecleese: I don't know.
- 20:25Testecleese: I don't know. You should have done this. Just all these States should have done this at the right time.
- 20:30Testecleese: By the time that you're not allowed to register anymore. You know what I mean.
- 20:35Testecleese: so you can't go and register the day after they verified you. You know what I mean
- 20:39Testecleese: can't be registered.
- 20:41Testecleese: But at the same time it's like.
- 20:44Testecleese: if these people aren't even American citizens, let alone
- 20:49Testecleese: legal
- 20:50Testecleese: residence, or whatever you want to.
- 20:52Brian McFadden: Private.
- 20:53Testecleese: Yeah, you don't get. You don't get a say at all.
- 20:56Testecleese: I don't think she can get a say in local stuff, but apparently a lot of California areas will let you vote in local elections.
- 21:02Brian McFadden: Well, and also they're already getting counted
- 21:06Brian McFadden: As for benefit for House of Representatives in each State.
- 21:12Testecleese: Yeah.
- 21:12Brian McFadden: Vote or not. You're already counted.
- 21:15Testecleese: Yeah, well, not just House of Representatives, but that's also electoral college votes.
- 21:20Brian McFadden: Yeah, they're tied together.
- 21:22Testecleese: Well, that's the the big issue I brought up before was by dumping these people in. You're giving more Congression, more Congressmen to an area where fewer people can vote
- 21:31Testecleese: and gaining more power, and who chooses the President by people who can't vote.
- 21:36Testecleese: And this is why I brought up the 3 fifths compromise
- 21:39Testecleese: that people find so offensive
- 21:42Testecleese: realistically, none of these people should be counted on the census.
- 21:47Testecleese: or at least not counted in representation.
- 21:49Testecleese: But if we're going to. I say, maybe we take 3 out of 5,
- 21:53Testecleese: take 3 fifths of their population and account for that many instead.
- 21:59Testecleese: That would be a compromise
- 22:01Testecleese: versus saying, No, you guys don't get any representation.
- 22:05Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 22:08Testecleese: By the way, just anyone who doesn't know what that is that the 3 fifths compromises when they're saying that all these people, only 3 fifths of a person.
- 22:15Testecleese: No, it was what they were.
- 22:17Testecleese: Slaves were people's property.
- 22:19Testecleese: You didn't get to use your slaves to sway the vote because you had more people to be represented by Congress.
- 22:26Brian McFadden: Right.
- 22:30Testecleese: And that's
- 22:31Testecleese: and people don't understand that like they just they
- 22:34Testecleese: they just want to be offended instead of jeez. You know what that actually kind of makes sense. Actually, they shouldn't have counted them at all.
- 22:41Testecleese: Now, once
- 22:43Testecleese: these folks weren't
- 22:44Testecleese: owned by slave owners.
- 22:48Testecleese: they should be counted represented. Anyway.
- 22:53Testecleese: I don't know. I just people's history is so poor dude.
- 22:59Brian McFadden: It is.
- 23:00Testecleese: I honestly think your average person doesn't realize that Abraham Lincoln, the man who freed the slaves, the great Emancipator.
- 23:07Testecleese: was the 1st Republican President.
- 23:09Brian McFadden: No, they don't.
- 23:11Testecleese: They have no idea.
- 23:12Brian McFadden: Nope.
- 23:13Testecleese: But they don't care either, and even when you bring it up they bring up like the oh, the great party switch!
- 23:19Testecleese: What the what the hell is that
- 23:23Testecleese: you've heard this right.
- 23:25Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 23:26Testecleese: So what do you tell me that?
- 23:28Testecleese: Okay, if that's possible, let's do it right. Now.
- 23:31Testecleese: we have the power of the Internet to communicate this across the entire country overnight. Let's all just decide to
- 23:37Testecleese: switch parties.
- 23:39Brian McFadden: Right.
- 23:40Testecleese: You tell me this happened, how, how long ago, and just
- 23:45Testecleese: how is there? I don't know this. I just don't believe it. You don't just all of a sudden start voting the other way.
- 23:49Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 23:51Testecleese: Democrats today still trying to segregate people and have different graduation ceremonies for yeah.
- 23:58Brian McFadden: They sure are.
- 23:59Testecleese: Alright, anyway.
- 24:02Testecleese: what's going on?
- 24:04Testecleese: And why do you guys still have Abcs.
- 24:06Brian McFadden: Because that the the Commonwealth of Virginia likes to make a lot of money off liquor sales in Virginia.
- 24:16Testecleese: Yeah, you can get beer and wine outside of the ABC. Right?
- 24:19Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 24:20Testecleese: Okay. Yeah. Alright.
- 24:22Testecleese: There you go.
- 24:23Brian McFadden: But basically, there's been so many thefts in the ABC. Stores, and the cops have been getting called in.
- 24:28Brian McFadden: They actually want the Virginia ABC. To create its own police force and investigate their own things inside the ABC. Store. Maybe not a police force. But
- 24:39Brian McFadden: you know.
- 24:40Testecleese: Yeah.
- 24:40Brian McFadden: Their own investigative services basically.
- 24:44Testecleese: Thinking. Maybe that's an inside job, because there's so much booze to be stolen, and it's so easy.
- 24:52Brian McFadden: Oh, I just all don't think that I think the cops want to focus on
- 24:57Brian McFadden: bigger crime than
- 24:59Brian McFadden: alcohol crime. Basically.
- 25:02Testecleese: Well, I
- 25:04Testecleese: I understand what you mean, but if they don't handle this, the Atf may get involved.
- 25:09Testecleese: and nothing good happens when the Atf shows up.
- 25:13Brian McFadden: Depends on what your last name is.
- 25:16Testecleese: Better not be Jewish.
- 25:18Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 25:22Brian McFadden: Better not be
- 25:24Brian McFadden: ray, Jackie.
- 25:26Brian McFadden: Oh, damn it! Brain fart.
- 25:29Testecleese: Koresh Davidian.
- 25:32Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 25:34Testecleese: Sounds like a Jewish name, doesn't it?
- 25:36Brian McFadden: Does.
- 25:38Testecleese: I don't know if it is or not.
- 25:40Testecleese: At least I was Eastern European.
- 25:45Testecleese: There's no Abcs here in West Virginia. I can buy Jack Daniels at the gas station.
- 25:51Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 25:53Testecleese: I don't, but I could, because it's there.
- 25:56Brian McFadden: It's a lot more expensive there for convenient prices.
- 26:00Testecleese: I don't know. Taxes here are actually pretty good
- 26:04Testecleese: in general.
- 26:06Testecleese: But did you see the sign.
- 26:08Brian McFadden: I didn't. I think I've seen it, but I didn't share this article.
- 26:11Testecleese: I shared it because I.
- 26:12Brian McFadden: So booby trap pro-trump sign in Virginia actually has shotgun shells on it, and it's totally legal.
- 26:22Testecleese: Yeah, because apparently
- 26:24Testecleese: well, not being in a barrel, the shotgun shell going off wouldn't actually be incredibly
- 26:31Testecleese: dangerous.
- 26:32Brian McFadden: Right.
- 26:32Testecleese: Don't get me wrong. It still is, but you can easily load in.
- 26:35Testecleese: load in nothing. Just have the powder go off to scare the fuck out of someone you know.
- 26:41Testecleese: This must be in Northern Virginia if they had to booby trap their trump sign in Virginia, though right.
- 26:46Brian McFadden: Right.
- 26:50Testecleese: yeah, there was a trial or all that stuff. And like, no, the guys completely allowed to do this.
- 26:56Testecleese: He just hooked up an alarm system, basically. Oh, God.
- 27:00Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 27:03Testecleese: Well, it turns out here in West Virginia. It's 1 of the most expensive States in terms of groceries
- 27:10Testecleese: in the in the Union.
- 27:12Brian McFadden: That per that percentage still seems low.
- 27:15Testecleese: Whoa, that's 16% of their income in groceries.
- 27:19Brian McFadden: Right.
- 27:21Brian McFadden: I would think people are spending more on groceries than that.
- 27:25Testecleese: No, most States are less not right now. Actually, no, we're still spending less than that right now.
- 27:31Testecleese: and we are loading this house up with food.
- 27:36Testecleese: Yeah. Remember, though, the average household income is something like $36,000 a year in West Virginia.
- 27:43Brian McFadden: You probably get that off of retirement from the military alone.
- 27:49Testecleese: I will say that her retirement and our disabilities, we have more than enough to pay the mortgage.
- 27:55Brian McFadden: Right, cool.
- 27:56Testecleese: Okay?
- 27:57Testecleese: And then don't forget she's working a remote job in Boston, too.
- 28:01Brian McFadden: Yeah, that makes a difference.
- 28:03Testecleese: It's crazy.
- 28:06Testecleese: Yes, she's bringing in a decent paycheck to the point where
- 28:10Testecleese: I get to stay home and take care of the girls instead of
- 28:13Testecleese: going out and working hard and paying someone to watch the girls while the big one's not at school, you know.
- 28:20Brian McFadden: Right
- 28:23Testecleese: And yes, I do more.
- 28:26Testecleese: more household chores than I used to.
- 28:29Brian McFadden: Oh, wow!
- 28:30Testecleese: No, but like it wasn't stuff I wouldn't do. I take the trash out, you know. Clean the dishes
- 28:37Testecleese: what's up on the roof today cleaning the gutters out. Dear God, they haven't been cleaned out.
- 28:41Brian McFadden: You gotta do that very often in West Virginia should be done like twice a year.
- 28:47Testecleese: Shouldn't be done hasn't done in years. I put moss and mushrooms out.
- 28:52Brian McFadden: The good, kind.
- 28:54Testecleese: No.
- 28:55Testecleese: not at all, unfortunately.
- 28:59Testecleese: but yeah, exactly. I'm in the middle of a
- 29:02Testecleese: I'm surrounded by oak trees. There's just leaves everywhere.
- 29:05Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 29:08Testecleese: Oh.
- 29:10Testecleese: and I can cook.
- 29:12Testecleese: I'm pretty good at cooking.
- 29:14Testecleese: but the wife cooks so good.
- 29:17Testecleese: Oh, my goodness!
- 29:20Testecleese: Sorry to go off on a tangent, but she can cook, and now we're we're dehydrating
- 29:25Testecleese: and
- 29:27Testecleese: preserving all sorts of food for like emergencies.
- 29:33Testecleese: I don't know. It just feels like I'm raising my kids like a generation and a half before I was alive. You know.
- 29:40Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 29:42Testecleese: Great.
- 29:43Testecleese: And maybe that's because West Virginia is the 3rd most haunted state
- 29:48Testecleese: in these here United States.
- 29:51Brian McFadden: Well, what's the number one?
- 29:53Testecleese: It's an excellent question. I read like 2 thirds of the article and gave up because I didn't care anymore.
- 30:00Testecleese: but like this, somehow some weird confirmation process to use, which I
- 30:04Testecleese: don't know how you confirm on things.
- 30:07Testecleese: but I bet Massachusetts is on the list.
- 30:12Testecleese: There are all sorts of haunted places
- 30:15Testecleese: that are recognized, that.
- 30:16Brian McFadden: California is the most haunted state
- 30:20Brian McFadden: from Alcatraz and the Winchester Mystery House in the Bay Area to the Queen Mary and Long Beach. All the way down to the Amarosa Opera House, Death Valley
- 30:30Brian McFadden: paranormal activity everywhere. I would not have thought. I guess California is a good choice, because it's so large of a state. If you've never been there and driven it, you wouldn't realize how big it is.
- 30:42Testecleese: Are you kidding me? It's like the almost the entire west coast of the United States.
- 30:46Brian McFadden: There's 2 or more States on the west coast of the United States.
- 30:49Testecleese: 2 more States. Look at New England.
- 30:53Testecleese: You mean you got what Maine, New Hampshire.
- 30:58Testecleese: New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, doesn't touch the ocean. But then you got a Rhode Island, Connecticut.
- 31:04Testecleese: are all states that touch the ocean on the east coast.
- 31:07Brian McFadden: Right.
- 31:07Testecleese: Just a that's only ha! That's only down to like New England.
- 31:11Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 31:13Testecleese: Let alone like. Now you start getting to like Virginia, North Carolina, South Florida.
- 31:19Brian McFadden: Right. That's what I'm saying. Yeah, California's.
- 31:22Testecleese: California is enormous.
- 31:23Brian McFadden: It could easily be broken up. And it's like 3 different states.
- 31:27Testecleese: Yeah, it could easily stand alone as its own nation. It's bigger than
- 31:32Testecleese: the island that has Scotland and England and Wales on it, whatever they call that United Kingdom. I don't know. Great Britain.
- 31:39Brian McFadden: That's that's not.
- 31:41Brian McFadden: Ireland is not on the same continent, is.
- 31:44Testecleese: Not Ireland Scotland My Mistake.
- 31:46Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, United Kingdom's everybody
- 31:52Brian McFadden: in that area. Yeah. So
- 31:56Brian McFadden: we knew we joked about this on Tuesday. Show how Kamala wanted to do the same thing.
- 32:02Brian McFadden: But Trump just appeared on the Joe Rogan, podcast which hasn't even been released to the public, yet he not.
- 32:10Testecleese: True at all. It was released at 10 Pm. Last night.
- 32:13Brian McFadden: Oh, okay.
- 32:15Testecleese: Yeah. They dropped.
- 32:15Brian McFadden: Let me check my rss. Feed for Joe Rogan, and see if it's there.
- 32:19Testecleese: Yeah, you will, because it dropped. It was funny. I was watching Tim Pool's live show.
- 32:23Testecleese: and at 10 pm. He's holding up his phone. He goes. Look at this, and it's trump on Rogan.
- 32:28Testecleese: and he goes. Oh, look at my my viewership! Go down, down.
- 32:33Brian McFadden: It is there. Dang! 20 h ago.
- 32:36Testecleese: Yeah.
- 32:37Testecleese: 10 pm. Last night.
- 32:39Brian McFadden: I got something, another podcast, to listen to.
- 32:43Testecleese: We are.
- 32:43Brian McFadden: I download them all. But I pick and choose who I want to listen to, and usually don't ever make it through a whole podcast of his because. We joke about how long our podcasts are.
- 32:55Testecleese: Yeah, he does. 3.
- 32:56Brian McFadden: He does over 3 h more than once a week.
- 32:59Testecleese: Yeah, he did.
- 33:00Brian McFadden: I think he records them all on the same day.
- 33:03Testecleese: Maybe.
- 33:03Brian McFadden: They get they get released on like 3 different days of the week.
- 33:08Testecleese: Well, what was interesting is he released it at 10 pm. On a Friday like, that's where news goes to die.
- 33:13Brian McFadden: Not this?
- 33:14Testecleese: But yeah, anyone who subscribed to Joe Rogan, which is what 15 million people.
- 33:19Testecleese: God, and you, too.
- 33:21Brian McFadden: And spotify.
- 33:22Testecleese: Yeah. So they got the notification, and then they went and shared it out to everyone else, and that instantly everyone knew that trump was on Rogan.
- 33:31Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 33:32Brian McFadden: And I liked in here how you know, Rogan asked, what is
- 33:37Brian McFadden: what he regretted most about his 1st term, and he said some of his appointments that he, you know, got, and when we talked about it John Bolton was like horrible.
- 33:47Testecleese: Yeah.
- 33:48Testecleese: yeah.
- 33:49Brian McFadden: And because he was so horrible. Now he's on the Kamala Harris team, saying, and he's in all our ad saying, Oh, you know I'm his former blah blah, and he's so crazy now you can't reelect. You can't elect him as president again. Type thing.
- 34:07Testecleese: Yeah,
- 34:09Testecleese: and that's the problem is, it's not even a Republican Democrat thing anymore. It's.
- 34:14Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 34:15Testecleese: Can you pay attention to what's going like? Actually see what's happening in front of your face?
- 34:20Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 34:21Testecleese: Hey?
- 34:22Testecleese: And I understand like, Hey, we disagree on
- 34:26Testecleese: politics.
- 34:27Testecleese: I I can understand that. But people just
- 34:31Testecleese: he. He's guilty of all these crimes. You ask him what crimes they have no idea.
- 34:35Brian McFadden: Oh, they don't have a clue. Only thing he's been convicted of is that crazy? You know.
- 34:41Brian McFadden: Business thing in New York State.
- 34:43Testecleese: And it looks like that's about to be overturned by the Appellate court because they laughed the attorneys out of the courtroom
- 34:50Testecleese: like, Are you kidding me?
- 34:52Testecleese: There's no aggrieved party.
- 34:54Testecleese: They're still doing business.
- 34:57Testecleese: Has anyone else ever been tried for this.
- 34:59Brian McFadden: No.
- 35:01Brian McFadden: only for.
- 35:01Testecleese: And then he's liable for rape charges. 1st of all, liable. That's not a criminal case. Now it's a civil case, and
- 35:09Testecleese: they extended the statute of limitations in both these situations.
- 35:13Testecleese: To to allow this to be tried in a courtroom instead of saying, it's been too long, doesn't matter anymore.
- 35:25Testecleese: I don't like saying it, man, but it it seems like it. It's an obvious witch hunt. It's right there. It's all.
- 35:31Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, it's definitely obvious. We're trying.
- 35:35Testecleese: Exactly.
- 35:35Brian McFadden: And another thing, that.
- 35:37Testecleese: People think you're fucking nuts.
- 35:38Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 35:39Brian McFadden: Joe also asked Trump about all the chemicals and ingredients in our food that are.
- 35:46Testecleese: Yeah.
- 35:47Brian McFadden: Other countries because they've been shown to be toxic.
- 35:49Testecleese: Okay, go ahead.
- 35:50Brian McFadden: And he basically said, Rfk is going to be, you know, I think he's a great guy. He's gonna fix this problem.
- 35:57Testecleese: Maha make America healthy again right.
- 36:00Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 36:02Testecleese: You know, that's a Rfk junior campaign right now. Right?
- 36:07Testecleese: Yeah. Hell, alright.
- 36:09Brian McFadden: Yeah. And I knew that if he was, if he was going to endorse trump, he was gonna definitely get
- 36:14Brian McFadden: some kind of position of authority in the administration.
- 36:19Testecleese: Yeah. Well, he's supposed to be in charge of all sorts of like top secret stuff, and he gets to like, declassify
- 36:26Testecleese: a conspiracy theory theory file.
- 36:28Brian McFadden: Oh, I would love it if you did that.
- 36:30Testecleese: Who killed his uncle, for example.
- 36:32Brian McFadden: That would be so awesome.
- 36:34Testecleese: Oh!
- 36:35Brian McFadden: I've been hiding that shit for decades.
- 36:37Brian McFadden: Even Trump didn't release it, which I was shocked with, you know.
- 36:41Testecleese: Yeah. Makes me think that it's way worse than even the conspiracy theories we hear about. Like the
- 36:49Testecleese: I mean
- 36:50Testecleese: to be a conspiracy. That means there's been more than one person involved which would be the
- 36:54Brian McFadden: It does. Yeah.
- 36:56Brian McFadden: Or maybe even more than one government.
- 36:59Testecleese: Who? Where was the other shot allegedly taken from?
- 37:03Testecleese: There's something.
- 37:04Brian McFadden: Grassy Knoll.
- 37:05Testecleese: The grassy knoll allegedly, is where the second shot would have taken.
- 37:09Testecleese: Because, you know, the magic bullet theory.
- 37:12Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 37:14Testecleese: It would be good to see what came out.
- 37:17Testecleese: But watch it turn out to be that we designed some crazy bullets, make it look like it could have come from any direction. And was our own guys.
- 37:24Testecleese: Hmm!
- 37:26Brian McFadden: And then he also said.
- 37:28Brian McFadden: apparent because Kamala's biggest. Her last ditch effort is to compare trump to Hitler.
- 37:35Testecleese: Again.
- 37:36Brian McFadden: And he's like.
- 37:39Brian McFadden: there's, you know, it's just like she's very low, IQ,
- 37:43Brian McFadden: I mean, very low, like you. I know I'm taking.
- 37:45Testecleese: All right.
- 37:46Brian McFadden: S. 2, but blah blah blah.
- 37:49Testecleese: Well, I think
- 37:51Testecleese: the bringing up the hit with thing again
- 37:53Testecleese: is not
- 37:56Testecleese: Try and change minds at this point. I think they're setting up the landscape.
- 38:00Testecleese: for after the election
- 38:03Testecleese: should trump win.
- 38:05Testecleese: They want all these people to think that Hitler just took charge.
- 38:11Testecleese: And then you have the standalone complex. No, they're not conspiring, but they send the message out. And of all these people some idiots gonna go kill, trump.
- 38:22Brian McFadden: Well, that isn't that signal has been going out, and
- 38:26Brian McFadden: they almost did.
- 38:27Testecleese: Well.
- 38:28Testecleese: and the thing is, I'm hearing people tell me like, Oh, no, no one would do. That's not what's going on like. 1st of all, one dude took a shot. Another guy tried to, so don't say no one. Yeah.
- 38:37Brian McFadden: Right.
- 38:38Brian McFadden: You can't say no one.
- 38:40Testecleese: Yeah, I was like, and
- 38:43Testecleese: most people, not most people. But this is like the go back in time and kill Baby Hitler theory. If you could go back in time and kill Hitler before he became a grown man, would you do it?
- 38:55Brian McFadden: Are we in like a quantum leap episode or something? Now.
- 38:58Testecleese: Sure, Brian, if you go back in time and kill Hitler as a baby. So he never grew up and did what he did. Would you do it.
- 39:04Brian McFadden: No.
- 39:06Testecleese: I would not, either, because that is
- 39:08Testecleese: not the right decision
- 39:10Testecleese: morally to me. But a lot of people say yes, it would save so many lives. And if people believe that.
- 39:16Brian McFadden: Well, somebody else, I mean, if you kill Baby Hitler, some other evil person would come along down the road, you know, down the road and basically do the same thing.
- 39:24Testecleese: Well, it's entirely possible Mussolini just would have done his thing on his own from Italy, and it would have gone completely, differently.
- 39:33Testecleese: right.
- 39:35Testecleese: But the the folks that would kill Baby Hitler.
- 39:38Testecleese: What's the difference between that and killing trump? Now.
- 39:42Brian McFadden: Nothing. There's no difference.
- 39:45Testecleese: So, you know, if you believe you are morally justified in killing people.
- 39:50Testecleese: it gets more and more difficult for me to
- 39:55Testecleese: trust that you're not going to kill people. You know what I mean.
- 39:59Testecleese: Another reason why I'm
- 40:01Testecleese: I'm I've been waiver on the death penalty, but I think I'm finally making a decision against it because
- 40:06Testecleese: of all the people I trust in the world. The government is on the bottom of the list, and they're deciding who gets executed for for crimes.
- 40:14Brian McFadden: Right
- 40:16Brian McFadden: for me.
- 40:17Testecleese: Anyway, that was all the stuff that was good for trump.
- 40:21Testecleese: Now let's talk about how bad trump is.
- 40:23Brian McFadden: Oh, man.
- 40:24Brian McFadden: bad, bad, bad, bad.
- 40:27Brian McFadden: We got Hillary Clinton accusing trump of reacting the infamous Nazi rally at Madison Square Garden. We can't ignore it.
- 40:38Testecleese: Yeah, no one else knows anything about this besides Hillary Clinton. And you think of having Madison Square Garden.
- 40:45Testecleese: They'd be like video
- 40:47Testecleese: besides trump saying, Fight, fight.
- 40:50Testecleese: but apparently that makes you a Nazi.
- 40:53Testecleese: Oh.
- 40:54Brian McFadden: I don't know what we the Tds syndrome is so bad these days, and it's just getting worse and worse and worse as closer to the election we get well, imagine what it's gonna be like if he actually wins the election.
- 41:08Testecleese: Well, that's what I'm saying. Man is, they're not trying to convince anyone. He's a Nazi. At this point they're setting the stage for. It's okay to go kill this guy because he's so bad.
- 41:17Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 41:19Testecleese: They're they're saying, get ready for a fight because Hitler is taking charge.
- 41:26Testecleese: And what do
- 41:27Testecleese: do about it?
- 41:27Brian McFadden: Has a sense of humor, and he joked about how he was going to suspend the Constitution for one day to go after the people that have been going after him.
- 41:36Testecleese: Yeah. Meanwhile the newspapers that support the left, said, the Constitution is dangerous.
- 41:42Testecleese: right? So it sounds sounds like they should agree.
- 41:44Brian McFadden: Yeah, but they don't.
- 41:46Testecleese: No, this shit out
- 41:51Testecleese: problem is the guys on the left side, the constitution is dangerous, are being serious. Trump makes a joke about how he can get so much done if the Constitution wasn't there. That protects the people, you know.
- 42:00Brian McFadden: Yeah. Obama said that.
- 42:02Testecleese: Yeah, but Obama said, the Constitution keeps getting. I would get so much done, but the Constitution keeps getting in my way. He wasn't making a joke about it. He actually.
- 42:10Brian McFadden: No, he actually meant it. Yeah, he meant it.
- 42:13Testecleese: It's like, yeah, that's literally why.
- 42:15Brian McFadden: What the Constitution for. That's what the founding. That's why it was created by the founding father.
- 42:20Testecleese: Yeah, it was supposed to be in the way of
- 42:22Brian McFadden: Yeah. Go.
- 42:23Testecleese: From it, from just doing what they want.
- 42:25Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 42:29Testecleese: Well.
- 42:31Testecleese: well, Harris and all them keep calling trump a Nazi! And apparently it is greatly offended. A holocaust survivor.
- 42:39Brian McFadden: As it should.
- 42:41Testecleese: Yeah. Apparently the Nazis killed his parents, killed his cousins, killed his neighbors.
- 42:47Testecleese: put him in prison for a while.
- 42:49Brian McFadden: Obviously he's not a trump supporter, though.
- 42:54Testecleese: Doesn't have to be, but he's afraid that they they keep talking.
- 42:57Brian McFadden: No, no, that's fine. Yeah. But he also called the ex-president a Mensch.
- 43:02Testecleese: Yeah.
- 43:03Brian McFadden: Which is, I believe, a derogatory term for
- 43:07Testecleese: Of course there is.
- 43:09Testecleese: Oh, yeah. Dude even pulled up his sleeve and showed off his serial number, tattooed on his wrist as a Jew.
- 43:14Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 43:18Testecleese: Yeah. And now now Jimmy Kimmel was like
- 43:21Testecleese: concerned about retribution from trump, cause you know trump's like so vengeful.
- 43:26Brian McFadden: Well, he already proved he wasn't, because, you know, the whole champ on the last time he ran the 1st time was lock her up, lock her up.
- 43:35Brian McFadden: and he didn't do anything to Hillary Clinton. Didn't even
- 43:38Brian McFadden: you appoint a special counsel or anything like that to investigate her?
- 43:44Brian McFadden: You just let it go to try to heal the country a little bit.
- 43:48Testecleese: Yeah, meanwhile
- 43:51Testecleese: they've got what? Navarro and
- 43:56Testecleese: Oh, Bannon
- 43:58Testecleese: in jail, trying to put trump in jail.
- 44:01Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 44:05Testecleese: It sounds more and more like Saul Linsky's rules of Radicals. Accuse your enemy of doing what it is you're doing.
- 44:12Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 44:13Testecleese: Okay?
- 44:16Testecleese: And that's what's so frustrating is Hillary. Clinton made a big deal of praising this dude Saul Linsky. That's why I went and looked this guy up and read his book. Yeah, because Hillary Clinton kept talking about this guy.
- 44:26Brian McFadden: But Obama.
- 44:28Testecleese: Yeah.
- 44:29Brian McFadden: Obama was like one of his mentor. He was one of Obama's mentors.
- 44:34Testecleese: Yeah.
- 44:36Testecleese: And
- 44:37Testecleese: Burr bird.
- 44:40Testecleese: Who? Who is the
- 44:44Testecleese: Hillary? Clinton was at his funeral.
- 44:48Brian McFadden: Wondering.
- 44:48Testecleese: No, the Aaron Burr, not she's not that old.
- 44:53Brian McFadden: He's all.
- 44:54Testecleese: Aaron Burke killed Alexander Hamilton
- 44:58Testecleese: in a dual.
- 44:59Testecleese: No, the Robert Roberts Berg.
- 45:02Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, you should know you should see his name everywhere in West Virginia.
- 45:07Testecleese: Yeah, I've seen it before.
- 45:09Testecleese: Yeah. The Ku Klux Klan.
- 45:12Testecleese: like Grand Wizard.
- 45:13Brian McFadden: Yeah. Yeah. He was a Senator from West Virginia brought tons of money to West Virginia.
- 45:20Testecleese: Yeah, John used to be very Democrat in West Virginia.
- 45:26Testecleese: But trump, actually.
- 45:28Testecleese: what trump flipped it on its head, and everyone was like, Nope, fuck it!
- 45:31Testecleese: I'm tired of the, you know.
- 45:34Testecleese: Scoop it up my toilet because my, I can't flush it. You know what I mean.
- 45:40Testecleese: Alright!
- 45:42Testecleese: Did you? Did you see this? This hobbit shit.
- 45:45Brian McFadden: Yeah, I, put it in there. Yeah.
- 45:46Testecleese: Did you? I should have put it under Massachusetts. But
- 45:53Brian McFadden: They said that
- 45:55Brian McFadden: these professors at Harvard says America needs a militant democracy to stop trump.
- 46:02Testecleese: Yeah, what does what does that mean?
- 46:04Brian McFadden: It basically means that
- 46:08Testecleese: Well for one they want to censor Elon Musk.
- 46:11Brian McFadden: Yeah. And it also means like
- 46:13Brian McFadden: the military shouldn't be afraid to keep him from assuming power if they deem it's necessary for the democracy which
- 46:22Brian McFadden: a pet peeve of mine.
- 46:25Brian McFadden: anybody that knows anything about politics in the United States knows we are not a democracy.
- 46:31Brian McFadden: We are a representative republic.
- 46:34Brian McFadden: but these Harvard professors obviously don't know the difference.
- 46:38Testecleese: Well, that's the problem is they do.
- 46:40Testecleese: They do know the difference. They expect you to not know the difference.
- 46:46Testecleese: Then they
- 46:47Testecleese: but I don't understand why these
- 46:50Testecleese: quite so.
- 46:52Testecleese: Are these college professors making that much money
- 46:57Testecleese: that it's worth doing.
- 46:59Testecleese: It's oh, my God! Oh.
- 47:02Brian McFadden: Well, they're at Harvard, so I'm
- 47:04Brian McFadden: imagine they're making decent money.
- 47:07Testecleese: Best embrace used to come out of that school.
- 47:09Brian McFadden: Not anymore.
- 47:10Testecleese: And now they're coming out telling me that a man can become a woman.
- 47:14Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 47:15Testecleese: I got nothing against the trans community. But you don't actually become a woman. You just
- 47:21Testecleese: up here as a woman.
- 47:23Brian McFadden: Right.
- 47:25Testecleese: And I don't want to put words in Clay's mouth, but I'm pretty sure Clay would agree with that.
- 47:30Testecleese: Still a biological male.
- 47:36Testecleese: And have you noticed how you don't see a whole lot of people going female to male trends
- 47:42Testecleese: breaking into the Nba and Nhl and Nfl.
- 47:45Brian McFadden: Because it doesn't happen.
- 47:47Brian McFadden: not a thing.
- 47:48Testecleese: Yeah. Strange how the other way around, though, is a is a big thing.
- 47:54Brian McFadden: And we had another Biden Gaffe hopefully. We'll have a few more of these before he fades off into the sunset
- 48:00Brian McFadden: of.
- 48:02Testecleese: I'll be back in.
- 48:03Brian McFadden: In the beach in Delaware.
- 48:06Brian McFadden: but he said that he was calling for Trump to be locked up politically.
- 48:20Brian McFadden: so locked up politically.
- 48:23Brian McFadden: It's crazy he was in New Hampshire when he said it.
- 48:31Brian McFadden: Let me prepare to play it for you.
- 48:35Brian McFadden: I'm sure there's a commercial, hey? There is.
- 48:39Brian McFadden: What do you want to know about arthritis? I can tell you all about it from this ad.
- 49:04Brian McFadden: So I know this sounds bizarre. It sounds like I said this
- 49:08Brian McFadden: 5 years ago you'd locked me up.
- 49:10Brian McFadden: We got to lock him up.
- 49:13Brian McFadden: Then log them up.
- 49:15Brian McFadden: Political document politically.
- 49:17Testecleese: Well, we said.
- 49:18Brian McFadden: Block him out. That's what.
- 49:20Testecleese: The world
- 49:21Testecleese: later.
- 49:25Testecleese: Yeah. The argument. Who said politically.
- 49:28Testecleese: he's like, yeah. It was 4 seconds later when he realized what he said out loud.
- 49:32Brian McFadden: Yeah, because what did the teleprompter say?
- 49:38Testecleese: It's just this is what he's gonna do is what he's gonna do while you're actively doing the same thing.
- 49:44Brian McFadden: Right.
- 49:48Testecleese: And then Biden, apparently months ago, approved
- 49:53Testecleese: force of military against United States citizens depending on like
- 49:57Testecleese: riot, situations, etc.
- 50:00Brian McFadden: I don't think he has that authority, does he?
- 50:03Testecleese: State of emergency, and we've been in a state of emergency since. September 11, th 2,001.
- 50:08Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 50:13Testecleese: I've been hearing the news a lot lately how Trump was going to use the military against American citizens, and Biden already went and approved it.
- 50:20Brian McFadden: Yeah, exactly.
- 50:23Testecleese: Did Kamala know about this?
- 50:25Brian McFadden: I'm sure she did.
- 50:27Brian McFadden: She's really the President. She's running the show.
- 50:31Testecleese: So it's so.
- 50:33Testecleese: And I've asked on the interwebs.
- 50:37Testecleese: I was like, why should I? Why should I vote for Harris
- 50:41Testecleese: and don't give me
- 50:44Testecleese: because Orange ran bad.
- 50:46Testecleese: and all I ever get is because
- 50:49Testecleese: Orange man, fat.
- 50:50Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 50:51Testecleese: But yeah, but that's not a reason to vote for this person. It's a reason to not vote for that person. I'm looking for any reason.
- 51:01Testecleese: and the best I've gotten is well, she said, no tax on tips like yeah, that she took directly from Trump. So maybe Trump has a better plan if he came up with it 1st
- 51:11Testecleese: anywhere.
- 51:14Testecleese: I don't
- 51:17Testecleese: trump is trying to figure out how the Us. Got so toxic and divided.
- 51:20Brian McFadden: Obama, Obama.
- 51:23Testecleese: You're right. I'm sorry.
- 51:25Testecleese: Obama. He doesn't know what's going on, how we got so toxic and just
- 51:31Testecleese: so divided and so bitter. And I get. Why, sometimes people just don't want to pay attention to it. And we all have friends like that. We have family members who are just like, you know
- 51:41Testecleese: it's all.
- 51:42Testecleese: It's all a circus out there. I get that.
- 51:46Brian McFadden: He created it.
- 51:51Testecleese: Yeah, well.
- 51:51Brian McFadden: Everybody voted for him for his presidency, because they thought that was going to heal the country.
- 51:57Brian McFadden: But I actually think it was the start of the dividing of the country more.
- 52:02Testecleese: Yeah, then it's then people start taking sides, which is.
- 52:07Testecleese: I mean, I've encountered true racism a handful of times.
- 52:10Testecleese: but realistically, it's not as common as people want you to believe.
- 52:17Testecleese: Best example I can come up with is when I was kicked out of a bar with a buddy of mine because we were white
- 52:23Testecleese: in Virginia.
- 52:25Testecleese: We had no idea we weren't welcome.
- 52:28Testecleese: It was a strip club, a Go-go bar.
- 52:32Brian McFadden: But not for white people. Huh!
- 52:35Testecleese: Well, no, she she served us our beers. No problem. She was really cool.
- 52:38Testecleese: Then she came by and like, Hey, just a heads up fellas.
- 52:42Testecleese: You guys probably don't want to hang around here.
- 52:45Testecleese: Yeah, they don't. Folks around here don't take kindly to your kind, basically is what she said.
- 52:50Brian McFadden: Wow!
- 52:51Testecleese: And I was like what? And I looked around
- 52:54Testecleese: and my buddy with me.
- 52:56Testecleese: We're like, Oh, shit! We're the only white people in here.
- 52:59Testecleese: And she's like, Yeah, I was like.
- 53:01Testecleese: alright, well, that's a problem.
- 53:03Testecleese: So you know, we finished our base, paid our tab and left no problem. But I was. I was like I've never been asked to leave because I was white before. You know.
- 53:11Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 53:12Testecleese: And I'm sure it happens more.
- 53:13Brian McFadden: Was that in Virginia.
- 53:15Testecleese: It was in Virginia on it was right off of
- 53:18Brian McFadden: Portsmouth.
- 53:19Testecleese: No right off of Mercury, West Mercury, Boulevard.
- 53:22Brian McFadden: Oh, okay.
- 53:25Testecleese: they were like.
- 53:27Testecleese: this is gonna sound racist.
- 53:28Testecleese: It it had like a jungle theme.
- 53:31Brian McFadden: Okay. It was a newborn news.
- 53:34Testecleese: Oh, there you go.
- 53:36Testecleese: hey, guys, so you know what I'm talking about.
- 53:39Testecleese: Really? Yeah.
- 53:40Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 53:41Testecleese: But yeah, I thought it was nuts. I was like, All right, man. I thought my money was just as green, you know.
- 53:46Testecleese: We can find somewhere else. We just want a cheap beer.
- 53:48Brian McFadden: Right. That's.
- 53:49Testecleese: And typically the go-go bars were the cheapest beer.
- 53:53Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 53:56Testecleese: Used to go to one outside of Portsmouth
- 53:59Testecleese: right off of, you know the
- 54:01Testecleese: annexed.
- 54:03Testecleese: and get a beer up to work every day with this other dude I worked with on while I was in
- 54:08Testecleese: What do they call when you're broken.
- 54:10Brian McFadden: A tpu.
- 54:12Testecleese: Tpu when I was working through a temporary whatever. Whatever.
- 54:16Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 54:19Testecleese: I was working in the hobby shop.
- 54:21Brian McFadden: That sounds like a fun job.
- 54:23Testecleese: Oh, it was! It was skate dude
- 54:26Testecleese: but we would go every day after and get a cheeseburger, and like 5 beers from this go Go Club, because it was like it was like $12 for the Cheeseburger and the 5 Beers, because typically people there for the the dancers.
- 54:39Brian McFadden: Oh, and in Virginia, in order to keep your liquor license, you have to sell a certain amount of food.
- 54:44Testecleese: True, but we would just sit at the bar, eat our food, drink our beer.
- 54:49Testecleese: Just to not be jerks. We would toss 10 bucks for whoever was dancing when we left.
- 54:54Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 54:57Testecleese: It was always funny, though, like the the women dancing at Tuesday at 5 Pm. When you get out of work, are are not.
- 55:03Brian McFadden: How many pregnancy scars do they have.
- 55:07Testecleese: Yes, see more caesarious guys than you'd believe.
- 55:11Testecleese: Yeah, it's not. It's not the women you get in California dancing on Friday night at 2 in the morning, you know.
- 55:17Brian McFadden: Not the dancers get anywhere dancing anywhere. On Friday night.
- 55:22Testecleese: Alright!
- 55:24Brian McFadden: There's.
- 55:27Testecleese: Alright! Alright!
- 55:28Testecleese: Getting getting a little crazy here.
- 55:32Testecleese: Yeah. Well, all right. Missouri is.
- 55:36Testecleese: get into the investigation with Google for their concerns
- 55:40Testecleese: suppressing Conservatives, free speech, there.
- 55:43Brian McFadden: So as though it seems.
- 55:47Brian McFadden: yeah.
- 55:47Testecleese: And a lot of people would say that.
- 55:50Testecleese: because when you look stuff up like gosh.
- 55:52Testecleese: even trying to bring up Trump's assassination attempts.
- 55:57Testecleese: the Truman
- 55:59Testecleese: would show up
- 56:00Testecleese: like it wouldn't auto fill. You know what I mean?
- 56:04Testecleese: Well, if you tried to like auto type in like assassination attempt of trump.
- 56:10Testecleese: It would go to Truman
- 56:12Testecleese: before trump.
- 56:14Brian McFadden: Oh! Me!
- 56:15Testecleese: Yeah. And it
- 56:17Testecleese: it was all sorts of weird stuff
- 56:19Testecleese: that would show up. Instead of that, it's like, they're doing your damage to draw people away from the actual. What happened, you know.
- 56:29Testecleese: we'll see what happens. Though Google has been under threat
- 56:33Testecleese: in general
- 56:34Testecleese: between this and their monopoly that
- 56:38Testecleese: the the Biden Administration is getting involved in
- 56:41Testecleese: Google might lose their monopoly on search engines, for like cell phones and stuff.
- 56:47Brian McFadden: Right.
- 56:49Testecleese: Alright. Well, this next one we're gonna move into the town hall that Harris did.
- 56:53Brian McFadden: Okay.
- 56:55Testecleese: This next story.
- 56:58Testecleese: it's written by the hill, and it's for takeaways.
- 57:03Testecleese: And well, they're trying to spin it. What were the good things about this town.
- 57:09Brian McFadden: The hell! What's up?
- 57:10Brian McFadden: You would expect them to be pro kamala.
- 57:14Testecleese: Yeah. And now, as what do they call that is, oh, Jesus Christ, of course, I get a giant commercial.
- 57:21Testecleese: They said. Basically as a criticism is that she over relies on her stump speech.
- 57:27Brian McFadden: The one species has.
- 57:29Testecleese: I grew up in a middle class area in a middle class house.
- 57:34Brian McFadden: I'm African, American.
- 57:37Testecleese: Yeah,
- 57:38Testecleese: she apparently agrees that trump is a fascist. So that's
- 57:42Testecleese: one big thing to take out of.
- 57:45Testecleese: You know, this town hall.
- 57:48Testecleese: Remember, this is the one looking for her. What? What she did so well.
- 57:51Testecleese: she. She addresses her weaknesses and mistakes. We have a fun audio clip to play. After this about this
- 57:59Testecleese: they asked about her greatest weaknesses, and she didn't answer the question, and then said, basically, it would be unfortunate to not be ready to answer the questions.
- 58:07Testecleese: and I was like you should have, said my aunt. My problem is, my weaknesses are answering questions.
- 58:14Testecleese: I'm sorry. That was all 4,
- 58:16Testecleese: hey?
- 58:20Testecleese: I don't even know what. Oh, Jesus Christ! I opened up too many articles.
- 58:24Testecleese: It just
- 58:25Testecleese: yeah. I know
- 58:27Testecleese: she she didn't give a good answer. This is what they're trying to explain how she's done a good job. You know what I mean.
- 58:35Testecleese: Even David Axelrod. He was working for.
- 58:40Brian McFadden: He was part of the Obama Administration.
- 58:42Testecleese: Obama my mistake.
- 58:44Testecleese: See, I only ever really oh, here we go!
- 58:48Testecleese: Let me boom.
- 58:51Brian McFadden: You sharing it, or am I.
- 58:55Testecleese: Oh, shoot! I'm not sharing, am I?
- 58:57Brian McFadden: Neither one of us are.
- 58:59Testecleese: Alright, honestly. Well, that's easy. I will share the sound.
- 59:02Brian McFadden: Alright!
- 59:04Testecleese: Easy enough. My apologies
- 59:08Testecleese: said that would concern me, and then I she did one thing at the end that I thought was really important.
- 59:13Testecleese: The things that would concern me is when she doesn't want to answer a question.
- 59:17Testecleese: Her habit is to
- 59:19Testecleese: kind of go to world word salad city. And she did that on a couple of answers one was on Israel. Anderson asked a direct question, would you be stronger on Israel than trump? And there was a 7 min answer, but none of it related to the question he was asking. And so, you know, on certain questions like that on immigration. I thought she missed an opportunity, because she would acknowledge no
- 59:44Testecleese: concerns about any of the Administration's policies, and.
- 59:48Brian McFadden: Oh, yeah, sometimes you have to concede things. And she didn't concede much. But
- 59:54Brian McFadden: and this just shows you as another. I think, example of what they really don't want Kamala to win, because.
- 1:00:05Testecleese: Obama.
- 1:00:05Brian McFadden: Out there campaigning for, but I think in the back of his mind
- 1:00:10Brian McFadden: no.
- 1:00:13Testecleese: Yeah. Well.
- 1:00:14Testecleese: here we go is this one of the Town hall. She did.
- 1:00:18Testecleese: and she's answering a question about her weaknesses.
- 1:00:22Testecleese: And it's it cuts to a sketch of Michael Scott from the office
- 1:00:27Testecleese: a couple of times.
- 1:00:28Testecleese: perhaps a weakness, some would say, but I actually think it's the strength that well, my weaknesses are actually
- 1:00:34Testecleese: strengths.
- 1:00:36Testecleese: Oh.
- 1:00:38Testecleese: I'm good.
- 1:00:40Testecleese: very good. I really do value
- 1:00:43Testecleese: having a team of very smart people around me. I work too hard.
- 1:00:48Testecleese: I care too much, and sometimes I can be too invested in my job.
- 1:00:53Testecleese: Perhaps a weakness, some would say, but I actually think it's the strength.
- 1:00:59Testecleese: Oh, anyway, yeah, it's just her basically talking around the question
- 1:01:07Testecleese: well, being being Kamala talk around the question doesn't want to answer it.
- 1:01:12Testecleese: you know. Talk about how her weaknesses are her strengths.
- 1:01:16Testecleese: you know. It's like an episode of the office.
- 1:01:20Brian McFadden: Yeah, basically yeah.
- 1:01:25Testecleese: And apparently one of the people in this Town Hall meeting
- 1:01:28Testecleese: is a donor to the Democrat party.
- 1:01:31Testecleese: heavy donor, and even said she had no intention for voting for Harris. I'm sorry for trump.
- 1:01:38Testecleese: Before she walked into the Town Hall.
- 1:01:41Brian McFadden: That's crazy.
- 1:01:43Testecleese: Town halls must be undecided voters right.
- 1:01:46Brian McFadden: Both of me.
- 1:01:48Testecleese: Yeah. Well, let's move on to what's going on with the ballots.
- 1:01:54Testecleese: Did you see the 5th Circuit
- 1:01:57Testecleese: Court? The ruling.
- 1:01:59Brian McFadden: -
- 1:02:01Testecleese: Oh!
- 1:02:02Testecleese: Any ballot received after election day, even by mail, will not be honored.
- 1:02:09Brian McFadden: In what state.
- 1:02:12Testecleese: Well, 5th Circuit Court is like California, Nevada, Arizona.
- 1:02:17Testecleese: in another area. But it's a Federal thing.
- 1:02:22Testecleese: So unless the Supreme Court gets involved
- 1:02:26Testecleese: and stops this. This is really going to help the Republican party.
- 1:02:30Testecleese: basically saying, election day, not election month.
- 1:02:33Brian McFadden: Right. Well, election months is pre-election now, so.
- 1:02:38Testecleese: For the most part, but that was that it shouldn't be postmarked by it should be received by.
- 1:02:42Brian McFadden: I agree.
- 1:02:43Testecleese: You do the same shape of Christmas presents, don't you?
- 1:02:46Testecleese: You won't do it for your vote.
- 1:02:48Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:02:51Testecleese: So this is gonna be huge. This is gonna turn into an enormous thing.
- 1:02:57Testecleese: Come
- 1:02:58Testecleese: That would harvesting and counting.
- 1:03:03Brian McFadden: Smell. Harvesting's a thing.
- 1:03:06Testecleese: Well, yeah, it's not necessarily legal either.
- 1:03:09Testecleese: Depends on where you are.
- 1:03:15Testecleese: Oh, did you see this election worker in.
- 1:03:19Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:03:19Testecleese: I want.
- 1:03:20Testecleese: let's say, Colorado. But it wasn't.
- 1:03:25Brian McFadden: Have a bunch of ballots.
- 1:03:28Brian McFadden: Oh, she had boxes of unsecured ballots in a parking lot, and they're saying that those ballots still count.
- 1:03:36Testecleese: Yeah. Well, he's a pallet, Harvester.
- 1:03:39Testecleese: He was collecting all the ballots.
- 1:03:43Testecleese: but yeah, he left his vehicle unattended in a parking lot with the door open, and all these, and boxes and boxes. What 6 boxes, I think
- 1:03:52Testecleese: of ballots.
- 1:03:54Brian McFadden: Not be allowed to do that.
- 1:03:57Testecleese: You're not supposed to.
- 1:03:59Testecleese: but they're saying that it was on camera the whole time. But the actual
- 1:04:03Testecleese: security camera on the building wasn't a good angle.
- 1:04:09Testecleese: This just sounds like you're opening the door to see if it's something you can do.
- 1:04:13Brian McFadden: Yeah.
- 1:04:17Brian McFadden: Totally.
- 1:04:19Testecleese: I just I don't like. Oh, everyone's voter count this guy screwed up. Yeah, but that's how you get someone to slip in the passenger door
- 1:04:27Testecleese: on the opposite side. You know the rear passenger door.
- 1:04:32Testecleese: and slip a box of ballots in.
- 1:04:34Brian McFadden: And what's this guy here.
- 1:04:36Brian McFadden: where there's a video that
- 1:04:38Brian McFadden: appears to show democrat operative tampering with ballot boxes.
- 1:04:43Testecleese: He basically tries to rip a new ballot box off the wall
- 1:04:48Testecleese: or the.
- 1:04:49Brian McFadden: Who are those.
- 1:04:51Brian McFadden: What's he gonna do with it after he rips it off the wall.
- 1:04:54Testecleese: Maybe decide which ballots go in. I don't know.
- 1:04:58Testecleese: But he ended up losing his job over it. But they said that
- 1:05:02Testecleese: He was just testing to make sure it was secure, because the last one was, you know, destroyed.
- 1:05:10Testecleese: Then why'd you fire him if he was out there doing it, doing the job. You said.
- 1:05:13Brian McFadden: Yeah, exactly. Yeah.
- 1:05:17Testecleese: But you know that doesn't make sense to a lot of people.
- 1:05:20Brian McFadden: Apparently in the Latin times.
- 1:05:23Brian McFadden: a stolen bag. Let's where cast encountered in Colorado, but they cannot be removed now.
- 1:05:29Testecleese: Yes.
- 1:05:30Testecleese: they know that people stole ballots from people. A mail-in ballots like I used to get in the mail in Massachusetts all the time.
- 1:05:36Brian McFadden: He used to get like 5 or 6 of them each election.
- 1:05:39Testecleese: Yeah, no? Well, exactly. It drove me nuts in Massachusetts, like, Oh, yeah, come, come, vote or not even come, vote, vote through the mail.
- 1:05:48Testecleese: so people stole them, as we said would happen.
- 1:05:51Testecleese: Fill them out, turn them in, and hey, you know it sucks to be you. They're gonna be counted. Now. Yep.
- 1:06:02Testecleese: I don't know, man.
- 1:06:04Brian McFadden: Well, that's the only way people in Washington State vote now is mail-in ballots. So.
- 1:06:10Testecleese: Jesus Christ.
- 1:06:13Testecleese: and apparently in Phoenix
- 1:06:15Testecleese: some dude lit a ballot box on fire.
- 1:06:23Testecleese: Don't know why you would do that.
- 1:06:25Testecleese: I guess. Maybe if you were.
- 1:06:27Brian McFadden: Way the votes
- 1:06:29Brian McFadden: you're.
- 1:06:30Testecleese: Like.
- 1:06:30Brian McFadden: Get rid of the voters that you don't want to be voting.
- 1:06:33Testecleese: Exactly. You go into a district that you disagree with. But even so, that district is still gonna
- 1:06:38Testecleese: overwhelm in that way and get their vote anyway.
- 1:06:43Testecleese: But yeah, maybe it could be.
- 1:06:46Testecleese: You know, red Guy goes into a blue district and destroys the blue boats, or vice versa, you know.
- 1:06:54Brian McFadden: okay.
- 1:06:55Testecleese: Meanwhile, the Us. Intelligence agencies had to get involved, because apparently this video would do destroying ballots.
- 1:07:03Testecleese: and I think it was in Washington.
- 1:07:05Testecleese: and now the one.
- 1:07:06Brian McFadden: Gosh!
- 1:07:06Testecleese: Is.
- 1:07:07Testecleese: yeah.
- 1:07:09Brian McFadden: I thought that was Pennsylvania.
- 1:07:10Testecleese: Oh, no, you're right. It is Pennsylvania.
- 1:07:15Testecleese: yeah. Now, they're saying, it's the Russians that that made this video.
- 1:07:19Brian McFadden: Russia, Russia.
- 1:07:21Testecleese: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:07:24Testecleese: Oh.
- 1:07:24Testecleese: I'm I'm believing less and less dude, like.
- 1:07:30Testecleese: whatever.
- 1:07:32Testecleese: Okay, have you? Okay, have you seen this slew of
- 1:07:38Testecleese: newspapers that are not supporting, not supporting the Democrats.
- 1:07:42Brian McFadden: They're not supporting anybody all of a sudden. They're not going to make an endorsement. Yes, I saw a.
- 1:07:49Testecleese: Okay, this. This pisses me off a little bit because
- 1:07:53Testecleese: a newspaper shouldn't be endorsing one side or the other.
- 1:07:57Brian McFadden: Yeah, but they've been doing it for decades and decades and decades. So
- 1:08:02Brian McFadden: to have all of a sudden decide they're not going to do it anymore. That means they really want to keep the readers they got and not alienate anybody.
- 1:08:11Brian McFadden: No, I get that. They realize how how hated
- 1:08:16Brian McFadden: the current administration is because they're not even. There's unions that normally endorse somebody, a Democrat every election cycle. And they're not. They said they're not doing it either, because they don't want to lose any more membership.
- 1:08:32Testecleese: Yeah,
- 1:08:33Testecleese: there you go. The voter
- 1:08:35Testecleese: and the people that are
- 1:08:37Testecleese: paying attention to the voters don't agree with Harris.
- 1:08:41Testecleese: but the newspaper shouldn't be endorsing the President one way or the other.
- 1:08:46Testecleese: they're not there
- 1:08:48Testecleese: to pick the President. They are here to report the news, and I think that's the big problem that we're having.
- 1:08:52Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:08:53Testecleese: And why no one trusts mainstream media anymore. Everyone's getting their news
- 1:08:57Testecleese: from from dumbasses like us which don't get you news here.
- 1:09:01Testecleese: I just read a whole bunch of articles and decide what I think is accurate, and for the most part.
- 1:09:06Brian McFadden: Me too.
- 1:09:07Testecleese: We just discuss
- 1:09:09Testecleese: one of the articles that bring up the whole topic.
- 1:09:12Brian McFadden: Yeah. And it's only stuff that semi interests us.
- 1:09:16Testecleese: Exactly, but like Washington Post, like apparently this woman, this woman who worked.
- 1:09:22Brian McFadden: Belong to the Washington Post.
- 1:09:25Testecleese: Well, Jeff bezos.
- 1:09:26Brian McFadden: Exactly.
- 1:09:28Testecleese: Yes, and he doesn't want to
- 1:09:31Testecleese: endorse Harris.
- 1:09:34Testecleese: because maybe there should be election interference.
- 1:09:37Brian McFadden: Well, this reporter's mom canceled her subscription because of the.
- 1:09:42Testecleese: Yeah, and a bunch of people from the New York Times resigned over it.
- 1:09:50Testecleese: I use.
- 1:09:51Brian McFadden: And then the LA. Times to.
- 1:09:54Testecleese: No, at times. Maybe maybe that's what I'm thinking of.
- 1:09:57Testecleese: But are you supposed to be reporters and not biased?
- 1:10:01Testecleese: We don't.
- 1:10:02Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, unfortunately. Fortunately, that's journalism these days. But yeah, when I was in the Navy, and I was a journalist.
- 1:10:09Brian McFadden: that was the deal was. You're supposed to be impartial, you know.
- 1:10:13Testecleese: Your opinion means, Jack. Shit here. It's what actually happened.
- 1:10:20Testecleese: That's that's going away. Dude.
- 1:10:22Brian McFadden: No, it's all gone.
- 1:10:26Brian McFadden: And because of that they're ruining the journalism profession.
- 1:10:30Testecleese: Well.
- 1:10:32Testecleese: speaking of your journalism in the Navy.
- 1:10:35Testecleese: Apparently the Navy is looking
- 1:10:37Testecleese: at least considering
- 1:10:39Testecleese: setting up a micro grid.
- 1:10:42Testecleese: Yeah, at at the shipyard in Norfolk.
- 1:10:45Brian McFadden: There's all the shipyards in the Us.
- 1:10:48Brian McFadden: Not just Norfolk.
- 1:10:49Testecleese: Well, this is the one I saw naval.
- 1:10:51Brian McFadden: Yeah. Yeah. But if you did, if you were able to read the article, you would see that
- 1:10:55Brian McFadden: there, this whole program is designed to like, do this on all 4 shipyards that are owned by the navy, Honolulu.
- 1:11:07Brian McFadden: Norfolk, Portsmouth. No Norfolk is Portsmouth.
- 1:11:12Brian McFadden: Bremerton.
- 1:11:14Brian McFadden: and then the one up in New Hampshire.
- 1:11:19Testecleese: I thought it was Maine. But yeah, okay.
- 1:11:21Brian McFadden: It might be me. I don't know. I'm not looking at the article
- 1:11:24Brian McFadden: well, basically, they want to be able to create a way where the shipyard can stay going
- 1:11:32Brian McFadden: for up to 14 days.
- 1:11:34Brian McFadden: If a major power grid outage happens so they'll have water and electricity for an extra 14 days
- 1:11:41Brian McFadden: when the zombie apocalypse happens.
- 1:11:46Testecleese: No, this is a great idea. You you take out part of the grid. You only screw up this area versus everyone.
- 1:11:54Testecleese: But how should there be an Emp which I'm assuming? This is the idea we're saving this for.
- 1:12:00Testecleese: How do you get in touch with all your sales? I guess as soon, I guess as soon as I'm out in town.
- 1:12:05Brian McFadden: Well, I don't think when it's that when it comes to the shipyard point of view.
- 1:12:09Brian McFadden: they're looking at the way to.
- 1:12:12Testecleese: Reduction.
- 1:12:13Brian McFadden: Finish up the maintenance on it. You know they're not
- 1:12:17Brian McFadden: not like. I don't know.
- 1:12:19Testecleese: Getting underway.
- 1:12:20Brian McFadden: Yeah, exactly. But the faster the maintenance done on the ships, the faster they can get underway.
- 1:12:27Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:12:28Testecleese: I suppose if I was out in town and all the lights went out in my phone.
- 1:12:32Brian McFadden: I'm going.
- 1:12:33Testecleese: 1st thing I 1st thing I do.
- 1:12:34Brian McFadden: No, there's electricity on the ship at a minimum. So.
- 1:12:37Testecleese: No, okay at a minimum. And something terrible probably just happened. And it's good. It's either gonna be better there or we're going to war.
- 1:12:44Brian McFadden: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:12:48Testecleese: No.
- 1:12:49Testecleese: alright.
- 1:12:51Testecleese: Israel
- 1:12:53Testecleese: finally carried out that counterattack that we knew about with Iran.
- 1:12:59Testecleese: Apparently it was insanely vicious, lasted a couple of days they took out like 20 targets with a hundred jets.
- 1:13:06Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:13:07Testecleese: And unloaded missiles.
- 1:13:12Testecleese: Things are not gonna calm down now that
- 1:13:16Testecleese: they killed the hezbollah guy.
- 1:13:19Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:13:20Testecleese: Things are escalating quickly
- 1:13:23Testecleese: and
- 1:13:26Testecleese: but has.
- 1:13:27Brian McFadden: Isn't blinking there to de-escalate.
- 1:13:30Testecleese: Yeah, that's what they say. But
- 1:13:32Testecleese: Hezbollah launched 80 missiles
- 1:13:35Testecleese: each from 2 different locations.
- 1:13:38Testecleese: one in Lebanon, one in Iran.
- 1:13:42Testecleese: since this counterattack.
- 1:13:44Testecleese: So they immediately fired back at Israel.
- 1:13:48Brian McFadden: That was smart.
- 1:13:50Testecleese: Yeah, this is a giant. Then you're gonna blame Israel, and they come back and blow shit up again. It's like.
- 1:13:55Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 1:13:56Testecleese: Stop fucking with Israel. I promise you they'll leave you alone.
- 1:14:01Brian McFadden: They don't care as long as you don't fuck with them.
- 1:14:07Testecleese: But
- 1:14:10Testecleese: I don't even know what to say.
- 1:14:12Testecleese: Even even the I hate the Jews. People now are starting to
- 1:14:17Brian McFadden: No, I hate the Jews.
- 1:14:19Testecleese: Well, I meant, like
- 1:14:21Testecleese: the the ultra
- 1:14:22Testecleese: Islamic culture
- 1:14:24Testecleese: we're starting to align with trump because this Harris.
- 1:14:28Testecleese: which is hilarious, you know, Trump's gonna take care of Israel.
- 1:14:32Testecleese: but they're so offended that Harris won't just blow Israel up that they're going to vote against her.
- 1:14:37Brian McFadden: Yeah, yeah, I mean, I've seen ads for that, too, as much as I try to avoid the political ads
- 1:14:43Brian McFadden: that you know show that, and we I know it from personal experience on the show, and we talked about it over and over again. Trump got us out of all the the conflicts
- 1:14:55Brian McFadden: for better or for worse on how he did it, but he did it.
- 1:14:59Brian McFadden: and as soon as Biden became president we were back in, and then some.
- 1:15:04Testecleese: The Isis was gone.
- 1:15:07Testecleese: Now, isn't there an issue again?
- 1:15:11Brian McFadden: Yep.
- 1:15:11Testecleese: But anyway, now sleep is up.
- 1:15:13Brian McFadden: Alabama was gone.
- 1:15:15Testecleese: Yeah.
- 1:15:16Testecleese: And now you got sleep massage from Hezbollah.
- 1:15:19Testecleese: I, apparently in the Us. Are ready to like attack in retaliation to what happened in Iran.
- 1:15:25Brian McFadden: Hmm.
- 1:15:28Testecleese: Tell you, nothing. Good's gonna happen if the United States gets directly involved in a war in the Middle East right now.
- 1:15:33Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:15:36Testecleese: Especially not involving Israel.
- 1:15:40Testecleese: Wow.
- 1:15:40Brian McFadden: We got Ukraine and Russia.
- 1:15:43Testecleese: Yeah, apparently the.
- 1:15:44Brian McFadden: And apparently Russia's augmenting their troops. Now they're going to be able. They're gonna not have to bring in the 14 year olds anymore. They're going to be able to rely on North Korea.
- 1:15:55Testecleese: Yeah. But apparently the Russians are annoyed with the North Koreans because they suck and don't know how to fight.
- 1:16:01Testecleese: They can march.
- 1:16:04Testecleese: Apparently Russia is about to carry out some training exercises. Belarus
- 1:16:11Testecleese: Ukraine's not particularly worried.
- 1:16:14Testecleese: Apparently they do it well within Belarusian
- 1:16:17Testecleese: borders, typically
- 1:16:21Testecleese: but they are prepared for
- 1:16:23Testecleese: coordinated attack, because this is a good opportunity to do it, you know.
- 1:16:31Testecleese: Anyway, as we mentioned earlier, Boeing.
- 1:16:34Testecleese: yeah, sucks
- 1:16:37Testecleese: one of their satellites blew up.
- 1:16:43Testecleese: and
- 1:16:45Testecleese: not sure what an actual explosion of space looks like.
- 1:16:49Testecleese: But I bet it's crazy.
- 1:16:51Testecleese: They said it was after some anomaly. But this is according to Cbs.
- 1:16:57Testecleese: But it seems like everything Boeing has been doing has been falling to shit, and their employees refuse to work too.
- 1:17:04Brian McFadden: Right.
- 1:17:06Testecleese: Can't be good.
- 1:17:09Testecleese: I don't care about playing that video.
- 1:17:12Testecleese: Meanwhile Spacex just brought back our astronauts.
- 1:17:16Testecleese: One of them.
- 1:17:17Brian McFadden: Following ones.
- 1:17:18Testecleese: Yep, some of them were hospitalized they're all out now.
- 1:17:23Testecleese: and that was mostly because they were hospitalized because they were in space so long
- 1:17:27Testecleese: feeling the gravity of earth was.
- 1:17:30Brian McFadden: Overwhelming.
- 1:17:31Testecleese: Yeah, it are painful and difficult.
- 1:17:36Testecleese: Oh.
- 1:17:38Testecleese: alright, I'm I'm laughing now, because moving into leftovers
- 1:17:43Testecleese: feel free to dig into any of these that you want, and one of them I can't open. I tried several times. One of your apple ones.
- 1:17:49Brian McFadden: Okay, let me see what it is.
- 1:17:52Testecleese: But apparently Covid the Cdc. Is now saying they're now recommending
- 1:17:58Testecleese: now recommending a second dose for for older adults.
- 1:18:03Testecleese: Oh, didn't they? Didn't they want you to get like 5 updates?
- 1:18:06Brian McFadden: Yeah, you should be up to 5 or 6 doses by now.
- 1:18:10Brian McFadden: but that just shows you how many people stopped the Covid vaccine that they're saying, Well, at a minimum. You now should have this over this period of time.
- 1:18:19Brian McFadden: This article that you can't open is about.
- 1:18:22Brian McFadden: And this is a segue
- 1:18:25Brian McFadden: Bart. Workers that were fired due to the Covid vaccine vaccine mandate
- 1:18:32Brian McFadden: are going to get over a million dollars each
- 1:18:35Brian McFadden: when they said they were fired wrongly.
- 1:18:39Testecleese: Oh, well, there you go! That's
- 1:18:41Testecleese: a good connection to that.
- 1:18:44Testecleese: Didn't get your vaccine. You get fired. It's like, Yeah, you're not allowed to do that, and we all.
- 1:18:49Brian McFadden: I'm in New York City, too.
- 1:18:51Brian McFadden: We talked about in our previous episode.
- 1:18:53Brian McFadden: I'm waiting for somebody to bring back
- 1:18:57Brian McFadden: and back pay the military that got shafted in this deal, too.
- 1:19:02Testecleese: As long as they did.
- 1:19:03Brian McFadden: Huh!
- 1:19:05Testecleese: I thought they did.
- 1:19:07Brian McFadden: I don't remember that.
- 1:19:09Testecleese: Maybe not.
- 1:19:11Testecleese: What we said is like, you can't just fire people over this.
- 1:19:14Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:19:18Testecleese: no one cared. They said, you're crazy. You don't understand what's going on. I was like, yes, I do.
- 1:19:22Testecleese: You're not paying attention to what's going on.
- 1:19:26Brian McFadden: I mean trump what he had to do to create the vaccine. But
- 1:19:29Brian McFadden: a normal vaccine
- 1:19:31Brian McFadden: takes decades to get through the the trial process and the approval process.
- 1:19:40Brian McFadden: because it took like a year and a half that there were going to be a lot of side effects, and it may not be worth the effort that was put into it, but it made the Americans feel good that it was available to them, so maybe that.
- 1:19:55Testecleese: The planet, the planet. But the thing is, we had all those people, young people, young athletes, hearts exploding.
- 1:20:02Brian McFadden: Still, happening.
- 1:20:05Testecleese: And they're like, Oh, this is a normal thing like no, no, it's not.
- 1:20:08Testecleese: You don't usually see soccer players. Hearts explode on the field of play.
- 1:20:12Brian McFadden: Oh!
- 1:20:13Testecleese: Not a normal thing.
- 1:20:14Brian McFadden: Not a 20 year old.
- 1:20:19Testecleese: Well, anyway, economic stuff.
- 1:20:22Testecleese: Denny's is about to close 150 locations by the end of next year.
- 1:20:27Brian McFadden: No.
- 1:20:29Testecleese: Yeah, I don't think I've ever eaten at a Denny's, but.
- 1:20:32Brian McFadden: Oh, I love
