Ben left a career at Twitter to start Guardian, a nonprofit that now runs almost 40 free kids' jiu jitsu academies around the world without an office, rent or a salary for its founder. He explains how it works, why he runs it so differently from most nonprofits, and how Craig Jones and CJI became one of its biggest supporters.
