- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 3: It's time War War.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:41Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots. All right,
- 0:58Speaker 2: there we go.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome, Welcome to day ten of January
- 1:04Speaker 1: twenty twenty five. My name is Lee Elsie and this,
- 1:08Speaker 1: of course is War the talk media network making it
- 1:12Speaker 1: all go from one coast to another. Our friends up
- 1:14Speaker 1: in Minnesota, Daniel and the boys, they push the buttons
- 1:17Speaker 1: keep us on the air. Thank you very much, and
- 1:20Speaker 1: once again, if you want to email me, you can
- 1:22Speaker 1: Lee Elceradio at gmail dot com. That's l E E
- 1:26Speaker 1: E Lciradio at gmail dot com. From all over the country,
- 1:30Speaker 1: we go back and forth with all of these great
- 1:33Speaker 1: emails from all the magnificent listeners, way and again we'll
- 1:36Speaker 1: be here in less than sixty minutes. Stick around for that.
- 1:40Speaker 1: So here on the radio, I've said this over and
- 1:42Speaker 1: over and over again. I've talked about Biden often on
- 1:45Speaker 1: the radio right, talk about the inadequacies, his complete demise here.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Certainly in the second half of his four year reign
- 1:55Speaker 1: here in the United States, he has really taken a
- 1:57Speaker 1: turn for the worse. He was bad when he ran
- 1:59Speaker 1: as a candidate, locking him away in the basement. We
- 2:03Speaker 1: knew we were in for a long four years, and
- 2:06Speaker 1: in fact we were in for a long four years,
- 2:09Speaker 1: or were at the end of a very long four years.
- 2:12Speaker 1: But I've said this before that history will show that
- 2:16Speaker 1: Biden was, in fact, is, in fact the most corrupt
- 2:21Speaker 1: president that this country has ever had. The tentacles, the money,
- 2:27Speaker 1: all of that reach that he's had over fifty years.
- 2:30Speaker 1: It will show itself somewhere along the line down the
- 2:33Speaker 1: road where we'll realize that Joe Biden was in fact
- 2:38Speaker 1: nothing more than a mafia crime boss or an underling
- 2:43Speaker 1: for the true mafia crime boss. However that story plays
- 2:47Speaker 1: itself out. However, there's a piece in the New York
- 2:51Speaker 1: Times which is very interesting, which has called out four deceptions,
- 2:56Speaker 1: four illusions of President Biden's tenure, and that piece was
- 3:03Speaker 1: published on Wednesday. The illusions include Biden's assertion at the
- 3:09Speaker 1: twenty twenty one migration surge was seasonal. These are things
- 3:13Speaker 1: that Biden has said. These are things that are being
- 3:15Speaker 1: pointed out by The New York Times that Biden said
- 3:19Speaker 1: in his presidency that were flat out lies, diversions, manipulations,
- 3:28Speaker 1: and he teamed up with the media to do it,
- 3:30Speaker 1: and they either fell for it or were complicit with
- 3:33Speaker 1: it and enabled it. So, yes, the migration surge was
- 3:38Speaker 1: not seasonal. They kept coming, and they kept coming because
- 3:44Speaker 1: you told them it was okay for them to keep coming.
- 3:48Speaker 1: So thousands after thousands, which turned into hundreds of thousands
- 3:52Speaker 1: after hundreds of thousands, which in fact then turned into millions,
- 3:57Speaker 1: came across the southern border unchecked, unvails, and now have
- 4:02Speaker 1: created a colossal log jam of people awaiting even those
- 4:09Speaker 1: who may show up awaiting some sort of a hearing
- 4:14Speaker 1: as to their immigration status, a backlog which will take
- 4:19Speaker 1: us a decade minimum to roll through. So Biden lied
- 4:25Speaker 1: about the immigration status. Biden said that it was highly
- 4:32Speaker 1: unlikely that the Taliban would take control of Afghanistan, highly unlikely,
- 4:40Speaker 1: so he gave up all our assets, he tucked tail
- 4:45Speaker 1: and ran. He then put our soldiers in harm his way.
- 4:51Speaker 1: They died as a result of that, and within weeks
- 4:56Speaker 1: the Taliban not only had control of Afghanistan again, but
- 5:01Speaker 1: that crucial airport that we left, and now they've teamed
- 5:06Speaker 1: up with the Chinese and now have that airport built
- 5:09Speaker 1: by US. So another huge miscalculation or flat out lie
- 5:17Speaker 1: from President Joe Biden. His claim that inflation was transitory
- 5:25Speaker 1: and would it last. Well, I don't know about you.
- 5:31Speaker 1: When I go to the supermarket and I go buy
- 5:35Speaker 1: the same things that I buy every week, that price
- 5:39Speaker 1: keeps going up and up and up, and I don't
- 5:43Speaker 1: buy anything different. I buy the same thing. And what
- 5:46Speaker 1: was once forty five fifty bucks five years ago is
- 5:51Speaker 1: literally one hundred and twenty dollars now. So for you
- 5:55Speaker 1: to tell me that inflation wasn't going to last, that
- 6:02Speaker 1: was either a miscalculation on your part or another deception
- 6:07Speaker 1: or another case that you're throwing out there that shows
- 6:11Speaker 1: and proves how inept and foolish you are. And lastly,
- 6:18Speaker 1: his claim, now his most recent claim is that he
- 6:21Speaker 1: would have beaten Donald Trump had he been given the chance,
- 6:25Speaker 1: had he stuck it out, old man talk, lunacy talk,
- 6:29Speaker 1: crazy talk. I can't imagine another debate. How would he
- 6:35Speaker 1: have handled the rigors of the campaign trail, getting up
- 6:41Speaker 1: and giving speech after speech, exposing himself on that campaign trail.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Maybe people did have a severe distaste for Kamala Harris.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Maybe America isn't ready for a female president. I should
- 6:55Speaker 1: have ran, I should have stuck it out. Who knows
- 6:57Speaker 1: what would have happened. America could not have survived another
- 7:00Speaker 1: four years at Joe Biden. They could not have survived
- 7:05Speaker 1: everything that I talk about. Everything we talk about is
- 7:09Speaker 1: fueled by the media and the lack of not only transparency,
- 7:14Speaker 1: but the lack of fairness in the media. We have
- 7:19Speaker 1: lost the fourth estate. I'm so disappointed with the media,
- 7:23Speaker 1: the way they've carried themselves. I'm talking about the mainstream media,
- 7:27Speaker 1: the way they've carried themselves. You know, since Obama became president,
- 7:32Speaker 1: maybe even before that, but Obama was sort of that
- 7:36Speaker 1: that turning point where there became a real love affair
- 7:40Speaker 1: with the Democrat Party and there was a sense that
- 7:44Speaker 1: he could do no wrong or you couldn't print anything
- 7:47Speaker 1: negative about him because that would be turned into a
- 7:50Speaker 1: racial sort of epitaph. And then Trump came in, and
- 7:55Speaker 1: you know, he was hard to take and hard to
- 7:57Speaker 1: stomach at sometimes, you know, sometimes he had a huge
- 7:59Speaker 1: ego and all that went along with that. So he
- 8:02Speaker 1: was an easy target. Fine, they went after him with
- 8:05Speaker 1: both guns blazing, So got him out of there with
- 8:08Speaker 1: manipulated stories. And then this old man comes in and
- 8:12Speaker 1: he's viewing lie after lie. But there's a trail fifty
- 8:17Speaker 1: years long, fifty years long of his deception and his
- 8:25Speaker 1: greed and lies. Yet they didn't want to pay any
- 8:29Speaker 1: attention to that. Why And anybody who can tell me
- 8:34Speaker 1: to my face that this was a successful presidency is insane.
- 8:37Speaker 1: What was accomplished? What did we get done? How are
- 8:42Speaker 1: we perceived around the globe? All of those things are
- 8:46Speaker 1: trending in the wrong direction. And the one thing he
- 8:49Speaker 1: wanted to hang his hat on unity, that's a joke.
- 8:52Speaker 1: We're less unified than we've ever been. When I say he,
- 8:56Speaker 1: I mean him as an everyday micro man of what
- 9:01Speaker 1: we've done or not done in the last four years.
- 9:05Speaker 1: It's just a phrase. It doesn't really mean anything. We
- 9:07Speaker 1: all know he's not doing it right. There's somebody else
- 9:10Speaker 1: doing it. Clearly that came to light for everyone at
- 9:16Speaker 1: the debate. All of us on this side knew it,
- 9:19Speaker 1: you know, we watched him, we observed him, We had
- 9:24Speaker 1: experts come in here and tell us this guy is compromised,
- 9:29Speaker 1: and we knew it. But the other side didn't want
- 9:31Speaker 1: to bite into that apple until they actually had to
- 9:34Speaker 1: see it for themselves on the big screen and watch
- 9:38Speaker 1: him go into the tank during that debate. Things that
- 9:41Speaker 1: we already knew now they sort of know. But still
- 9:43Speaker 1: we still make this assumption that he's not in control.
- 9:46Speaker 1: He's never been in control, right, which is very scary
- 9:50Speaker 1: to think about. I mean, it's like a skip from
- 9:53Speaker 1: Saturday Night Live. You can't make it up. That's what
- 9:55Speaker 1: we had for the last four years six if you
- 9:57Speaker 1: want to go back to the campaign. So I just
- 10:01Speaker 1: keep saying to myself over and over again. The biggest
- 10:03Speaker 1: disappointment in all of this is the media. America was duped. Sure, okay,
- 10:07Speaker 1: America gets stooped because they listen to what has spoon
- 10:12Speaker 1: fed them much of the time. Although they learned, we
- 10:16Speaker 1: all learned in twenty twenty four not to go down
- 10:18Speaker 1: that road again, and they didn't the media. You know,
- 10:23Speaker 1: Rush used to talk about how you know, the drive
- 10:25Speaker 1: by media and all. I guess maybe you can go
- 10:28Speaker 1: all the way back to then, but it really got
- 10:32Speaker 1: ramped up and got on steroids. I think in the
- 10:35Speaker 1: last decade there's always been a bias, but now it's
- 10:40Speaker 1: almost as if they just refuse to cover these things
- 10:45Speaker 1: that we all know. And it's not a conspiracy theory.
- 10:49Speaker 1: We just opened our eyes and we watched the president's
- 10:53Speaker 1: demise to think for a second that he could have
- 10:57Speaker 1: won in twenty twenty fours and saying to me, well,
- 11:01Speaker 1: it doesn't matter. It's just sleepy Joe being sleepy Joe
- 11:05Speaker 1: sour grapes, all of that. That's what we got with
- 11:08Speaker 1: our current fearless leader, at least for another ten days,
- 11:12Speaker 1: ten days in counting, until we flip the script once
- 11:16Speaker 1: and for all and get rid of all the bad
- 11:19Speaker 1: and move to the light, if you will. All right,
- 11:22Speaker 1: my name is Lee Elsie. Thanks for joining the broadcast.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Rude is your host for the most and
- 11:27Speaker 1: he in fact will be here in about forty five minutes.
- 11:30Speaker 1: It's his show. It's called War. You can hear it
- 11:34Speaker 1: all over the world and I'm just humbled and honored
- 11:37Speaker 1: to get a chance to share a little bit of
- 11:39Speaker 1: time with you these first hours on Friday. We'll take
- 11:42Speaker 1: a short break. We'll come right back. Don't you dare move?
- 11:45Speaker 1: You are listening to war.
- 11:50Speaker 3: Hi, I'm weena Ellen Roots.
- 11:51Speaker 4: You know the biggest secret in America Obama chairs the
- 11:54Speaker 4: biggest failure ever.
- 11:55Speaker 3: Healthcare costs more now than at any time in history.
- 11:57Speaker 4: Middle class families, entrepreneurs, and small are being bankrupted by
- 12:01Speaker 4: the obscene cost of health insurance.
- 12:03Speaker 3: But there is a solution. I'm so proud to bring
- 12:06Speaker 3: it to you.
- 12:07Speaker 4: Let me introduce you to share Right, a not for

- 12:50Speaker 3: Wayne Allen Root here victory Trump one and we know it.
- 12:54Speaker 4: But I'm still feeling something very bad and frightening in
- 12:56Speaker 4: the pit of my stomach. I don't believe for a
- 12:58Speaker 4: second the radical leftists running our government will accept Trump's
- 13:02Speaker 4: victory or agree to leave peacefully. They have weeks to
- 13:04Speaker 4: cause trouble until Inauguration Day. That's why everyone needs to
- 13:07Speaker 4: own an insurance policy. Gold Advantage Goal was awarded number
- 13:10Speaker 4: one gold company in America by trust Link for eight

- 13:20Speaker 4: business and billions in transactions to have zero negative complaints
- 13:24Speaker 4: with the Better Business Bureau.
- 13:25Speaker 3: That's the triple crown of credibility.
- 13:27Speaker 4: That's why I had my friends in Advantage Gold put

- 14:54Speaker 1: All right, everyone, welcome back. My name is Lee Elsie
- 14:57Speaker 1: filling in this hour for Wayne Allen wrote really not
- 14:59Speaker 1: a fiel one. Essentially, I get the first hour here
- 15:03Speaker 1: on Fridays to try to hand deliver a message across
- 15:08Speaker 1: the entire country. Wayne comes in after the top of
- 15:11Speaker 1: the hour, hits the ground running and just lays waste
- 15:16Speaker 1: to everything in his path as he does so eloquently.
- 15:20Speaker 1: But he'll be here right after the top of the hour.
- 15:22Speaker 1: You can email me Lee Elsradio gmail dot com. That's
- 15:26Speaker 1: Lee els Radio at gmail dot com. And a couple
- 15:31Speaker 1: things got me thinking about this next topic, in particular
- 15:35Speaker 1: the just flat out in competence of the President of
- 15:38Speaker 1: the United States and the thought that he would actually
- 15:41Speaker 1: give away these medals to know people who are traitorous
- 15:47Speaker 1: to the country, Hillary Clinton and George Soros. But on
- 15:50Speaker 1: top of that, there was something that my Orcis said
- 15:55Speaker 1: recently that really bothered me. So my Orcus has now
- 16:00Speaker 1: warned us of ISIS inspired threats. After the new Orleans attack.
- 16:09Speaker 1: So this is the gentleman who told us the border
- 16:12Speaker 1: was secure, told us that time and time and time
- 16:15Speaker 1: and time again, and now he is saying that, No,
- 16:23Speaker 1: we really need to be vigilant and pay very close
- 16:26Speaker 1: attention because isis is here, isis inspired actors are here.
- 16:33Speaker 1: I would say that and itself is not only negligent,
- 16:37Speaker 1: but it is a disgusting example of incompetence. And that
- 16:42Speaker 1: leads me to what I really want to talk about
- 16:44Speaker 1: here is the dangers of certainty and leadership without vision.
- 16:53Speaker 1: The greatest danger, the greatest danger in leadership comes from
- 16:58Speaker 1: the certainty without actually possessing wisdom or vision. In competence. Incompetence,
- 17:07Speaker 1: not necessarily evil, is often the cause of catastrophic decisions.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Leaders who act with unchecked arrogance and ignorance wreak more
- 17:20Speaker 1: havoc than all of the malevolent individuals throughout history combined.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Leaders who believe they have all of the answers are
- 17:31Speaker 1: blind in many cases to the unintended consequences. What we
- 17:36Speaker 1: talk about often here are unintended consequences. You need to
- 17:40Speaker 1: be playing chess. When you're playing checkers, you're not seeing
- 17:44Speaker 1: the big picture that causes catastrophic damage. Just think about
- 17:49Speaker 1: what leadership made us do during COVID without any clue
- 17:53Speaker 1: as to why we were doing it, wearing masks why
- 17:57Speaker 1: made no sense. The consequence is mental health crisis, disruption
- 18:02Speaker 1: and education, small business closures, almost a complete collapse of
- 18:06Speaker 1: the economy. That was reckless policy decision making, ignorance. They
- 18:13Speaker 1: knew at all, but they had no wisdom. Humility over arrogance.
- 18:20Speaker 1: These are the things we need to learn. These are
- 18:21Speaker 1: the things our leaders should know. Humility, That is what
- 18:26Speaker 1: effective leaders always have. They seek advice, they welcome dissent.
- 18:32Speaker 1: They evaluate every decision that they're going to make carefully.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Leadership requires caution and big picture perspectives. You've got to
- 18:44Speaker 1: consider the ripple effect. Whatever you do as a leader
- 18:47Speaker 1: of a town, a state, a country has ripple effects,
- 18:53Speaker 1: has unintended consequences. A true leader surrounds themselves with casors
- 19:01Speaker 1: and they're willing to have back and forth discord, and
- 19:04Speaker 1: like I said, dissent should be welcomed. The road to
- 19:08Speaker 1: disaster is paved with arrogance, ignorance, and unchecked certainty. I
- 19:16Speaker 1: don't expect my leaders to be right every single time,
- 19:19Speaker 1: but I expect them to tell me when they're not.
- 19:22Speaker 1: We made a mistake. I thought this was the best
- 19:25Speaker 1: course of action.
- 19:26Speaker 3: I was wrong.
- 19:28Speaker 1: That's really not a lot to ask transparency, accountability, Leadership
- 19:34Speaker 1: without wisdom isn't just ineffective, it's dangerous, downright dangerous, which
- 19:42Speaker 1: is why I do want Trump to surround himself with
- 19:45Speaker 1: more than just yes men. I don't think Musk is
- 19:48Speaker 1: a yes man. I don't think Rfk is a yes man.
- 19:53Speaker 1: And I think they're going to do well by sitting
- 19:58Speaker 1: right next to Donald J. Trump to untangle the ugly
- 20:02Speaker 1: web that was woven by disadministration, in particular Joe Biden,
- 20:08Speaker 1: most corrupt president in the history of the United States
- 20:12Speaker 1: of America. All Right, we'll take a short break. We'll
- 20:15Speaker 1: come back in just a couple of minutes. Don't forget.
- 20:17Speaker 1: We've got a lot happening. Yes at the bottom, weighing
- 20:20Speaker 1: at the top, all that coming up. I want to
- 20:22Speaker 1: thank the boys in Minnesota pushing the buttons keeping us
- 20:25Speaker 1: on the air. Without them, like I said to you
- 20:27Speaker 1: a million different times, we'd have nothing but static.
- 20:30Speaker 3: I don't know what I'm doing.
- 20:31Speaker 1: I can't keep us on the air. That's frue that's
- 20:34Speaker 1: for sure. All right, we'll take our short time out.
- 20:37Speaker 1: We'll come right back. Everybody, keep it right here. You're
- 20:39Speaker 1: listening to.

- 21:43Speaker 1: All right, welcome back, you're listening to war. My next guest,
- 21:48Speaker 1: one of our favorite guests as a matter of fact,
- 21:51Speaker 1: his name is Colonel Rob Simmons, former CIA agent, former congressman,
- 21:56Speaker 1: Vietnam veteran. And there's really nothing that Rob doesn't know something.
- 22:00Speaker 1: So Rob, I want to start. I want you to
- 22:03Speaker 1: kind of get into some detail on what you know
- 22:06Speaker 1: about these fires out in Los Angeles and you know
- 22:09Speaker 1: how the elected officials and leaders actually have responded to this.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Has it been good, has it been bad? But you know,
- 22:16Speaker 1: what's your take on what's going on out in California
- 22:19Speaker 1: with these fires.
- 22:20Speaker 5: There's an old saying that I used to tell my
- 22:22Speaker 5: family when I ran for public office. I'd say, what's
- 22:27Speaker 5: the worst thing that can happen on election night?
- 22:29Speaker 3: Oh?
- 22:30Speaker 5: My daughters, Oh, you could lose me, table my son? Yeah,
- 22:34Speaker 5: you know you don't want to lose, you know, so
- 22:37Speaker 5: do songs and I say, wait, wait, hold on, hold on.
- 22:40Speaker 5: The worst thing that can happen on election night is
- 22:43Speaker 5: you can win, Yeah, because then then you gotta do
- 22:48Speaker 5: the job.
- 22:48Speaker 1: You gotta do the job.
- 22:50Speaker 5: Forest fires in California are part and parcel of the
- 22:53Speaker 5: problems that are wrong with Democrat governors and Democrat mayors
- 22:58Speaker 5: in the in these big states Chicago, Illinois, New York.
- 23:03Speaker 5: What's going wrong? And you know the issue of forest fires.
- 23:08Speaker 5: Let me ask you this, Lee, is this something new?
- 23:11Speaker 4: No?
- 23:12Speaker 5: No, this is this a brand new development, sir? Is
- 23:16Speaker 5: this something that just came up? Or has this been
- 23:19Speaker 5: going on for a while, that's been going on? Because
- 23:21Speaker 5: I remember almost over twenty years ago, going out to
- 23:27Speaker 5: northern California to the Klamath area, which is a forested area,
- 23:33Speaker 5: and spending five days working my way through the Klamath
- 23:37Speaker 5: Area with a bunch of foresters and fire managers and
- 23:41Speaker 5: others and talking about the forestry practices in California that
- 23:48Speaker 5: were leading to these fires in northern California. And the
- 23:51Speaker 5: forestry practices were that there was no controlled burning that
- 23:56Speaker 5: was a critical element, and that if you had infest
- 24:00Speaker 5: station of beetles, which they do, they have natural phenomenon
- 24:05Speaker 5: that kills the trees. If you have an infestation of
- 24:08Speaker 5: beetles that kills the trees, the trees fall down and
- 24:12Speaker 5: they become shuel on the floor of the fire the forest.
- 24:15Speaker 5: They become shual, they've become stuff that can burn. And
- 24:19Speaker 5: there are two ways of dealing with that. One way
- 24:21Speaker 5: is you can let it sit there for ten, twelve,
- 24:23Speaker 5: fifteen years until there's a lightning strike or arson or
- 24:26Speaker 5: a power cable sets it on fire, in which case
- 24:29Speaker 5: you have a massive, massive, uncontrolled fire. Or secondly, you
- 24:32Speaker 5: can do limited controlled burns, small areas controlled with firefighters
- 24:37Speaker 5: and other resources available to control the burn to get.
- 24:40Speaker 3: Rid of that.
- 24:43Speaker 5: The fuel on the floor of the forest. That's point one.
- 24:47Speaker 5: Point two is when you do your cutting, you got
- 24:51Speaker 5: to make sure that you're cutting. When you're cutting trees,
- 24:53Speaker 5: you're harvesting trees. And I'm a forester. I owned a
- 24:58Speaker 5: stewardship forest and for over fifty years, so I've done
- 25:02Speaker 5: forestry practices in Vermont. You know, you can do clean cut,
- 25:07Speaker 5: you can do selective cut, you can do patch cut.
- 25:10Speaker 5: You can there are many ways you can go about it,
- 25:12Speaker 5: but one of the best ways is to clear cut
- 25:14Speaker 5: and patches. If you clear cut and patches, you surround
- 25:18Speaker 5: it with the root structure of other trees so you
- 25:20Speaker 5: don't get erosion. Animals can operate in a clear cut
- 25:24Speaker 5: area that brings actually brings animals back, especially birds, because
- 25:29Speaker 5: then the critters that live in the open areas are
- 25:32Speaker 5: easily available as a food source, and overall it's best
- 25:36Speaker 5: for the best for the forest. Well, you know that
- 25:38Speaker 5: that wasn't being done. Either portions of the forest were
- 25:41Speaker 5: being clear cut, which is not good, or the environmentalists
- 25:45Speaker 5: were preserving portions of forest not to be cut at all,
- 25:48Speaker 5: which is also not good. Not harvesting mature trees is
- 25:53Speaker 5: not good for the harvest. They're naturally harvested through death.
- 25:56Speaker 5: But then you get but then you get natural fires
- 25:58Speaker 5: which clean them out. These forestry practices have not been
- 26:02Speaker 5: followed as a matter of policy by the state of California,
- 26:05Speaker 5: and certainly not by Los Angeles as a major city.
- 26:12Speaker 5: So at least point one bad forestry practices. Two underfunding
- 26:16Speaker 5: the firemen. That's pretty obvious. If you're having more and
- 26:20Speaker 5: more fires, which they are, why are you cutting the
- 26:23Speaker 5: budget for the firefighters. That doesn't make any sense at all.
- 26:26Speaker 5: Point three water southern California is naturally what it's a desert.
- 26:34Speaker 5: It's a desert. Yeah, it's a desert. It's like Israel.
- 26:39Speaker 5: You go to Israel and talk to the Jews about
- 26:43Speaker 5: what that place looked like seventy years ago. What they
- 26:46Speaker 5: look like a desert. Nobody wanted to live there. But
- 26:50Speaker 5: what did they do? They brought in water, They did
- 26:54Speaker 5: desalinization of water, They brought in irrigation. The areas of
- 26:59Speaker 5: Israe that are controlled by the Jews are flourishing. But
- 27:05Speaker 5: when you drive around Israel in a car and you
- 27:08Speaker 5: go to look at the date palms, so you go
- 27:10Speaker 5: to look at some of the other fruit trees, the
- 27:14Speaker 5: other agricultural product. You're driving through an area that is
- 27:17Speaker 5: desert and then suddenly you lo behold, whow here's a
- 27:21Speaker 5: one hundred acres of date pumps. Where'd they come from? Well,
- 27:25Speaker 5: they came out of the ground. But they were able
- 27:27Speaker 5: to bring water in. So when you bring water in,
- 27:30Speaker 5: or you bring in people for development, you bring in populations.
- 27:33Speaker 5: Southern California, all the way up the coast of San Francisco,
- 27:37Speaker 5: they were, by and large it was forest property. Because
- 27:41Speaker 5: over half of California's forestland or was these shumongous ranches,
- 27:46Speaker 5: very big ranches, cattle ranches. And now what has happened
- 27:50Speaker 5: to those very big cattle ranches, they're developed. And where
- 27:55Speaker 5: do the California people want to build their fancy homes
- 27:59Speaker 5: that looks nice and looks so cool. Where do they
- 28:01Speaker 5: want to build them? Do they want to build them
- 28:03Speaker 5: in downtown La No, it's basically a slum, a sanctuary
- 28:08Speaker 5: city slum.
- 28:09Speaker 1: No.
- 28:10Speaker 5: No, they want to build them on the heights or
- 28:13Speaker 5: on the on the shoreline, the so called palisades. Why
- 28:17Speaker 5: do they want to build on the palisades? Kind of steep?
- 28:20Speaker 5: Why do they want to build there for the view? Yeah?
- 28:23Speaker 5: But how do you get the water in there? If
- 28:26Speaker 5: it's along the West Coast Highway and it's a palisade,
- 28:30Speaker 5: which means a very steep slope, how do you get
- 28:31Speaker 5: the water in the well? You've got to have reservoirs.
- 28:35Speaker 5: But you know, they decided not to do the reservoirs.
- 28:39Speaker 5: The reservoirs were too expensive. If it costs too much
- 28:42Speaker 5: money to fill a reservoir with water so that you
- 28:46Speaker 5: could so that the fire hydrants would have water in them,
- 28:49Speaker 5: what you're going to do is you're going to have
- 28:52Speaker 5: tank trucks, right, tank trucks. Now, if you had a
- 28:57Speaker 5: choice between a fire hydrant service by a reservoir for
- 29:01Speaker 5: your house or a tank truck? Which would you prefer?
- 29:03Speaker 5: Fireg No kidding, because wait a minute, the tank trucks. Now,
- 29:09Speaker 5: the tank trucks have to have water in them. Well,
- 29:13Speaker 5: apparently some of the tank trucks didn't have water in them.
- 29:16Speaker 5: And then the tank truck has to drive along the
- 29:18Speaker 5: road to bring the water to the fire. And how
- 29:21Speaker 5: quickly do you consume the water in a tank truck?
- 29:24Speaker 5: Maybe there's some firemen listening who can tell us how
- 29:29Speaker 5: long does it take for a what thousand thousand gallon
- 29:32Speaker 5: tank truck to empty out the water if you're fighting
- 29:35Speaker 5: a big fire.
- 29:36Speaker 1: My guess would be minutes, ten minutes, maybe I don't know,
- 29:40Speaker 1: that's my guess.
- 29:40Speaker 5: Maybe fifteen Yeah, maybe not. And what if the tank
- 29:44Speaker 5: truck catches fire and the tires burst, Well, then it's useless.
- 29:48Speaker 5: Whereas the water pipes are underground, so no water. But
- 29:52Speaker 5: there's a bigger issue that California has. There's a bigger issue,
- 29:56Speaker 5: which is the fact that a huge out of their
- 30:00Speaker 5: water comes from the Colorado River. Now, how is it
- 30:06Speaker 5: the Colorado River, which obviously is in Colorado. How is
- 30:09Speaker 5: that that it provides water for Los Angeles and San
- 30:13Speaker 5: Diego in southern California. In factly the Colorado River provides
- 30:20Speaker 5: water for the following states Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada.
- 30:30Speaker 5: And did I mention California, California? And who is the
- 30:35Speaker 5: biggest consumer of the Colorado River water? We would assume
- 30:38Speaker 5: it's Colorado.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, we would assume that. But it's not true.
- 30:41Speaker 5: No, no, it's not true. Want to guess, Let's see Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, California, Colorado,
- 30:48Speaker 5: which is the biggest consumer? Which state consumes the most
- 30:52Speaker 5: of the Colorado River?
- 30:53Speaker 1: It sounds like a trick question, but I'll stay California.
- 30:55Speaker 5: Ding dinging, you win the prize. California jomes most of
- 31:00Speaker 5: the water from the Colorado River. Is that a new thing?
- 31:04Speaker 1: No?
- 31:05Speaker 5: Hasn't that been going on for like one hundred years?
- 31:09Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 31:09Speaker 5: Probably, yeah, probably about maybe eighty maybe one hundred years.
- 31:14Speaker 5: It's been going on for a long time. It's been
- 31:17Speaker 5: going on for a long time now. The Kola River
- 31:22Speaker 5: has been down, the flow the river flow from the
- 31:25Speaker 5: Colorado Rodo River has been going down, but also the
- 31:30Speaker 5: allocation of water from the Coli River has been quote
- 31:34Speaker 5: unquote overallocated. What does it mean? What does it mean
- 31:39Speaker 5: when you overallocate water from the Colorado River water that
- 31:44Speaker 5: is currently held by dams creating reservoirs. And these reservoirs
- 31:50Speaker 5: were not built, you know, by a bunch of wokie
- 31:54Speaker 5: Democrats out in California. They were built one hundred years
- 31:57Speaker 5: ago or eighty years ago as massive public works projects
- 32:03Speaker 5: pursued in a Byparis, in a fashion, by responsible public officials.
- 32:07Speaker 5: What happens when you over allocate the water from the river.
- 32:11Speaker 5: Do the reservoirs maintain the water or does the water
- 32:14Speaker 5: go down?
- 32:14Speaker 1: The water goes down?
- 32:16Speaker 5: Well, how long has the water been going down in
- 32:18Speaker 5: these reservoirs? And I'll answer the question because I mean,
- 32:21Speaker 5: you know, I haven't briefed you on any on this,
- 32:23Speaker 5: because we don't prepare for the show. Not twenty three years. Okay,
- 32:27Speaker 5: twenty three years, so that's uh, it's twenty twenty five.
- 32:31Speaker 5: So they've been going down since, you know, the Bush administration.
- 32:35Speaker 5: If in fact you have declining water for whatever reasons,
- 32:38Speaker 5: of course, the Democrats say, wow, global warming, global warming.
- 32:41Speaker 5: We need to have electric cars. That's how we're going
- 32:43Speaker 5: to solve the problem. No, we're not. We're not going
- 32:45Speaker 5: to solve the problem with electric cars. We're going to
- 32:48Speaker 5: solve the problem with water conservation and probably nuclear fueled
- 32:55Speaker 5: water desalination for drinking water and for farming produce. This
- 33:00Speaker 5: is But if the water supply has been going down
- 33:03Speaker 5: for twenty three years, twenty years, ten years, fifteen years,
- 33:07Speaker 5: eight years, ten years, shouldn't as a matter of public policy,
- 33:11Speaker 5: shouldn't the government be doing something about that?
- 33:15Speaker 1: And there's the crux of the problem that their leadership
- 33:18Speaker 1: in California not doing anything to help out their citizens. Rob,
- 33:22Speaker 1: we got to run. Thank you as always for breaking
- 33:25Speaker 1: some of this stuff down. The fire is out in California.

- 36:35Speaker 1: Welcome back all Top Media Network show is War. My
- 36:38Speaker 1: name is Lee else Wayne. Of course we'll be here
- 36:40Speaker 1: at the top of the hour. One of our favorite
- 36:42Speaker 1: guests is Colonel Stephen Bocci, forty years of military excellence
- 36:46Speaker 1: and he joins us now through the Heritage Foundation. You
- 36:49Speaker 1: can find him at Espucci on the X. So I'm
- 36:52Speaker 1: going to ask you again, probably for the million time,
- 36:56Speaker 1: about drones. But there has been new that has surfaced
- 37:01Speaker 1: this individual who took his own life, and we can
- 37:04Speaker 1: get to him in a second. You know, claims that
- 37:07Speaker 1: the government is hiding or the Chinese are hiding these
- 37:10Speaker 1: high propulsion types of pieces of equipment that you know,
- 37:14Speaker 1: it's things that we don't know about yet, and those
- 37:18Speaker 1: are the actual drones that we're seeing up in the sky.
- 37:21Speaker 1: That there is you know, a military advantage, whether it's
- 37:24Speaker 1: a Chinese military advantage or United States advantage. But I
- 37:28Speaker 1: just wanted to get your thoughts on some of the
- 37:30Speaker 1: new information that has popped out within the last week
- 37:33Speaker 1: or so.
- 37:34Speaker 3: Well.
- 37:34Speaker 6: First, I think if if China had some sort of
- 37:38Speaker 6: you know, super secret advanced technology, I don't take to
- 37:42Speaker 6: be texting it over our country out of submarines because
- 37:46Speaker 6: if something happens, you know, machines break, even the most advanced.
- 37:50Speaker 6: If something happens, the one goes down, suddenly, their advanced
- 37:53Speaker 6: technology is you know, falling into the somebody's lawn in
- 37:57Speaker 6: Maryland or in southern Jersey, and and we have it.
- 38:02Speaker 6: So I mean, that story I think is a little
- 38:05Speaker 6: out there, but look, if somebody has technology like that, yeah,
- 38:10Speaker 6: we are vulnerable too. If you could launch something that
- 38:14Speaker 6: can stay below radar, like a easily controllable drone could
- 38:19Speaker 6: and can then get over our air space stay below
- 38:24Speaker 6: the four hundred feet so that the FAA won't even
- 38:29Speaker 6: let anybody mess with it. Then, you know, I don't
- 38:32Speaker 6: understand if these things are supposed to be registered, and
- 38:36Speaker 6: they are particularly above a certain size, and these all
- 38:40Speaker 6: seem to be above that size, why can't the FAA
- 38:45Speaker 6: allow somebody to do something to enforce the law if
- 38:49Speaker 6: you are not supposed to be out there unregistered. So
- 38:54Speaker 6: it's it's kind of one of these things that you know,
- 38:57Speaker 6: the government is saying one thing, but they're not seemingly
- 39:01Speaker 6: following their own rules. The government's not usually just oh well, yeah,
- 39:07Speaker 6: I know you're breaking our laws, but it's not a
- 39:09Speaker 6: big law. So we're not gonna do anything about it,
- 39:11Speaker 6: and we're not gonna let anybody else do anything about it. Right,
- 39:14Speaker 6: there's some conficiencirely, Yeah, And I don't think it's the Chinese.
- 39:18Speaker 6: I think it's something internal. And my guess is, you know,
- 39:23Speaker 6: they wanted to get whatever this test done before Trump
- 39:27Speaker 6: comes into office for some reason. I don't know what
- 39:30Speaker 6: that reason is. That seems a more likely thing some
- 39:33Speaker 6: knucklehead somewhere in our own government is doing this stuff,
- 39:38Speaker 6: and now you know, thinks they've got their their stuff
- 39:42Speaker 6: all completed before Trump can come in and mess with it.
- 39:47Speaker 6: It's not right, it's not what should happen. But boys,
- 39:51Speaker 6: you know, when you look at what this administration, the
- 39:53Speaker 6: present administration has been doing out in front of the
- 39:57Speaker 6: TV cameras, lord knows what they're doing in the dark, right.
- 40:02Speaker 1: What's your thoughts, colonel on the military person who took
- 40:05Speaker 1: his own life outside of Trump Tower in Las Vegas.
- 40:08Speaker 6: We need to be looking into this fella a little more.
- 40:11Speaker 6: You know, he's a fellow Special Forces guy, served a
- 40:15Speaker 6: long time and served well. But it seems to have
- 40:19Speaker 6: had some kind of break and I'm not sure you know,
- 40:23Speaker 6: if it's connected to PTSD, is it's connected to the
- 40:26Speaker 6: fact that his second wife had just announced to him
- 40:29Speaker 6: that she was taken off. We don't know, but there
- 40:33Speaker 6: there needs to be more in there. I know there's
- 40:35Speaker 6: some people that you know, have some credibility that are saying, hey,
- 40:40Speaker 6: this this looks like a you know, a false flag,
- 40:42Speaker 6: some kind of setup on this guy. This could have
- 40:46Speaker 6: never happened. I'm not sure that's true. I think there's
- 40:50Speaker 6: some people there that are hoping against hope that a
- 40:53Speaker 6: good guy didn't turn into somebody who is doing things
- 40:58Speaker 6: that we connect with bad dies. But I think that
- 41:02Speaker 6: may be what's happened. So we just need to do
- 41:05Speaker 6: more investigations before we make any conclusions on it.
- 41:09Speaker 1: Fair enough, fair enough, One more drone question, I believe
- 41:12Speaker 1: it or not. In this area, there's a there's a
- 41:14Speaker 1: power plant. It's Millstone power Plant. At one point in
- 41:19Speaker 1: time was under the I think it was a bottom
- 41:22Speaker 1: five in the country as far as safety regulations and precautions,
- 41:26Speaker 1: et cetera. But it literally is you know, it's a
- 41:28Speaker 1: stone stroke from where I grew up. But I've been
- 41:30Speaker 1: getting messages over the last forty eight hours that drones
- 41:34Speaker 1: have been flying constantly over these power plants. Now, I
- 41:37Speaker 1: don't know if it's drones from within the power plant
- 41:39Speaker 1: itself to take a look. Maybe it is, Maybe it's
- 41:42Speaker 1: outside sources. But my guess is things like that, like
- 41:45Speaker 1: power plants or military bases, they should have an extreme
- 41:49Speaker 1: amount of precaution about what kind of drones can fly
- 41:52Speaker 1: over them.
- 41:52Speaker 6: Right absolutely. Look, you know a facility like that could
- 41:57Speaker 6: be using drones to do maintenance checks in areas that
- 42:00Speaker 6: are hard to reach. There's a lot of legitimate reasons
- 42:04Speaker 6: and legitimate reasons for having surveillance kind of drones up
- 42:09Speaker 6: in the vicinity of those facilities from a protection standpoint,
- 42:15Speaker 6: and there are technologies that are out there that can
- 42:20Speaker 6: you know, protect those facilities from bad guy drones. They're
- 42:25Speaker 6: really just sort of in the beginning of the the
- 42:29Speaker 6: effort to field those kind of technologies for civilian targets
- 42:34Speaker 6: and to utilize them. But the stuff is out there.
- 42:38Speaker 6: So either the good guys are doing what they're supposed
- 42:42Speaker 6: to do, which you know you always hoped for but
- 42:45Speaker 6: kind of surprised when they do, or you know, they
- 42:49Speaker 6: should be doing more to keep bad guy drones away
- 42:53Speaker 6: from these facilities. We have a lot of infrastructure lead
- 42:56Speaker 6: that is essentially naked in the Brier Patch.
- 43:00Speaker 1: All right, Colonel I gotta jump in. Sorry about that.
- 43:02Speaker 1: We're out of time, but thanks as always, Colonel Stephen Buchi.
