Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Over the past few days, we've been talking
• 0:07
Speaker 1: about Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn and the alleged investigation
• 0:12
Speaker 1: that has been opened into them. Well, we're finding out
• 0:16
Speaker 1: a little bit more about what that investigation might be
• 0:19
Speaker 1: focusing on. And if what we're hearing is true, it
• 0:23
Speaker 1: could potentially blow the doors off the whole investigation. And
• 0:27
Speaker 1: why do I say that? Well... Because if they're looking
• 0:30
Speaker 1: at the Science Foundation and the fact that it's Fugazi,
• 0:34
Speaker 1: then that ultimately means that Jeffrey Epstein violated the terms
• 0:38
Speaker 1: of the NPA. And if he violated the terms of
• 0:42
Speaker 1: the NPA, then the DOJ can rip it up. And
• 0:45
Speaker 1: without that NPA, the people that were around Epstein that
• 0:48
Speaker 1: relied on that NPA can no longer use it as
• 0:51
Speaker 1: a crutch. I mean, how many times have we heard
• 0:53
Speaker 1: people talk about, oh, well, I'm protected by the NPA.
• 0:56
Speaker 1: The NPA is going to protect me. From Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 1:00
Speaker 1: to the Core Four, to Prince Andrew. Everybody tried to
• 1:04
Speaker 1: use it. And now, if these reports are true, we
• 1:08
Speaker 1: might actually be turning a corner. But as usual, I
• 1:12
Speaker 1: remain cynical until we see the evidence. So in this episode,
• 1:16
Speaker 1: we're going to talk about the Science Foundation and this
• 1:19
Speaker 1: investigation a little bit more. Because what's reportedly taking shape
• 1:23
Speaker 1: around Indycan Khan and the Florida Science Foundation is... is
• 1:27
Speaker 1: potentially far more consequential than another backward-looking examination of Jeffrey
• 1:31
Speaker 1: Epstein's finances. According to multiple reports, federal investigators have been
• 1:37
Speaker 1: interviewing potential witnesses, including survivors, seeking records such as emails
• 1:43
Speaker 1: and checks, and asking about Epstein-linked entities, including the Florida
• 1:47
Speaker 1: Science Foundation. And as you all know, the significance of
• 1:51
Speaker 1: that foundation is far from theoretical. Because it was incorporated
• 1:55
Speaker 1: in Florida, On November 1, 2007, while Epstein's extraordinary federal
• 2:00
Speaker 1: non-prosecution agreement was already in effect, corporate records identified Darren
• 2:06
Speaker 1: Indyke as an assistant director, placing one of Epstein's longtime
• 2:10
Speaker 1: lawyers directly inside the formal structure of the organization. Now,
• 2:15
Speaker 1: survivors have also alleged that the foundation was used as
• 2:18
Speaker 1: a mechanism through which Epstein continued obtaining access to women
• 2:21
Speaker 1: and girls. One survivor told Congress that Epstein offered her
• 2:25
Speaker 1: a position at the Florida Science Foundation, and that she
• 2:29
Speaker 1: was subsequently sexually abused while he was under house arrest.
• 2:33
Speaker 1: If investigators can corroborate allegations like that with corporate records, payments, communications,
• 2:38
Speaker 1: and testimony, that foundation stops looking like an obscure non-profit
• 2:43
Speaker 1: and starts looking like infrastructure. And that would place its
• 2:47
Speaker 1: creation squarely inside one of the most sensitive periods in
• 2:51
Speaker 1: the entire Epstein chronology. Yo, Epstein wasn't some unfettered man
• 2:56
Speaker 1: starting a new enterprise before anyone knew what he was
• 2:59
Speaker 1: accused of doing. This Facha de Gatz was a convicted
• 3:02
Speaker 1: sex offender operating under a negotiated arrangement that had supposedly
• 3:07
Speaker 1: resolved a federal investigation into the sexual exploitation of minors.
• 3:11
Speaker 1: I mean, look at the timeline. Epstein signed the federal
• 3:15
Speaker 1: NPA in September of 2007 and the foundation was incorporated
• 3:19
Speaker 1: only weeks later. The agreement did not merely hand Epstein immunity.
• 3:23
Speaker 1: and send him on his way without conditions, federal prosecution
• 3:26
Speaker 1: was deferred on the express premise that Epstein would abide
• 3:30
Speaker 1: by the requirements of the agreement, and the document repeatedly
• 3:34
Speaker 1: tied its benefits to successful compliance. It also stated that
• 3:39
Speaker 1: each term was material and that a breach of any
• 3:41
Speaker 1: one condition could permit the United States to terminate the
• 3:44
Speaker 1: agreement and investigate or prosecute Epstein and any other individual
• 3:48
Speaker 1: or entity for any and all federal offenses. And whenever
• 3:52
Speaker 1: you're talking about a deal with the government, the language
• 3:55
Speaker 1: matters because the immunity granted to potential co-conspirators was likewise
• 3:59
Speaker 1: conditioned on Epstein successfully fulfilling the agreement. In other words,
• 4:04
Speaker 1: the MPA was not written as an unconditional pardon for
• 4:07
Speaker 1: an entire network. It was a bargain whose extraordinary protections
• 4:12
Speaker 1: depended on Epstein doing what he promised to do. If
• 4:15
Speaker 1: a foundation created during the life of that bargain was
• 4:18
Speaker 1: knowingly used to facilitate fresh sexual exploitation, Investigators would have
• 4:23
Speaker 1: to examine whether the factual premise supporting continued federal restraint
• 4:28
Speaker 1: had collapsed almost immediately. The question would no longer be
• 4:32
Speaker 1: simply whether Epstein committed crimes after receiving leniency, but whether
• 4:36
Speaker 1: the machinery through which he committed them was assembled while
• 4:39
Speaker 1: the government was still relying on his promised compliance. And
• 4:43
Speaker 1: that distinction could transform the legal and historical meaning of
• 4:46
Speaker 1: the MPA. For years, the agreement's been treated as the
• 4:49
Speaker 1: great shield hanging over the Florida chapter. of the Epstein investigation,
• 4:54
Speaker 1: protecting Epstein from the federal case that had been prepared
• 4:57
Speaker 1: against him and extending remarkable language to potential co-conspirators. Yet
• 5:02
Speaker 1: the agreement itself contained the mechanism for destroying that shield
• 5:06
Speaker 1: if Epstein materially breached it. Federal records make the issue
• 5:10
Speaker 1: even more extraordinary because prosecutors were already discussing breach in 2008.
• 5:15
  Speaker 1: A July 2008 communication from the U.S. Attorney's Office stated
• 5:21
Speaker 1: that the United States Attorney had determined, based on reliable evidence,
• 5:25
Speaker 1: that Epstein had willfully violated conditions of the MPA. Internal
• 5:30
Speaker 1: government material from the same period also recommended declaring Epstein
• 5:34
Speaker 1: in breach and proceeding toward indictment. That history demolishes any
• 5:39
Speaker 1: simplistic notion that breach is a theory invented years after
• 5:43
Speaker 1: Epstein's death. The government itself confronted the issue while Epstein
• 5:48
Speaker 1: was alive. and while the agreement was still operational. What
• 5:52
Speaker 1: a Florida Science Foundation investigation could now provide is something different.
• 5:57
Speaker 1: A potentially concrete evidentiary trail showing what Epstein and the
• 6:02
Speaker 1: people around him were actually building and doing during the
• 6:05
Speaker 1: protected period. If that trail demonstrates that an Epstein-controlled organization
• 6:09
Speaker 1: functioned as a pathway to continued abuse, then the breach
• 6:13
Speaker 1: question becomes tied not merely to technical noncompliance, but to
• 6:17
Speaker 1: the very criminal conduct the agreement was supposed to stop.
• 6:21
Speaker 1: And that's where Indyke and Kahn become central rather than
• 6:25
Speaker 1: people on the edges. Indyke wasn't just some attorney occasionally
• 6:28
Speaker 1: performing that legal work for Epstein. Bro was his Tom Hagen,
• 6:33
Speaker 1: and Kahn was not simply an accountant over at H
• 6:36
Speaker 1: & R Block. Both of these men occupied positions of
• 6:39
Speaker 1: enormous trust inside Epstein's business, legal, and financial structure, and
• 6:44
Speaker 1: both eventually became co-executors of his estate. Indyke's documented connections
• 6:51
Speaker 1: to the Florida Science Foundation makes investigators' interest in its
• 6:54
Speaker 1: formation especially important because corporate creation leaves records. There are
• 7:00
Speaker 1: incorporation documents, banking relationships, office arrangements, accounting records, payments, tax material, correspondence,
• 7:08
Speaker 1: and potentially instructions identifying who authorized what. If investigators are
• 7:14
Speaker 1: reconstructing the foundation properly, they will not begin and end
• 7:17
Speaker 1: with its stated charitable purpose. They'll follow the money, establish
• 7:21
Speaker 1: who controlled its accounts, determine who was brought into its orbit.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: They'll compare those records against Epstein's custody, work release, and
• 7:29
Speaker 1: house arrest schedules to determine whether the organization intersected with
• 7:33
Speaker 1: periods when his movement were supposedly being supervised. They'll also
• 7:38
Speaker 1: want to know what Indykin Khan knew about the Foundation's operations,
• 7:42
Speaker 1: what services they provided to it, and whether either man
• 7:45
Speaker 1: encountered information inconsistent with a legitimate scientific or charitable enterprise. Now,
• 7:51
Speaker 1: of course, look, none of this proves criminal wrongdoing by
• 7:54
Speaker 1: either man by itself, but it explains why people responsible
• 7:58
Speaker 1: for Epstein's legal and financial machinery would be an unavoidable
• 8:02
Speaker 1: witness or investigative subject in any serious reconstruction of the foundation. Now,
• 8:08
Speaker 1: I think that the deeper problem is that the Florida
• 8:10
Speaker 1: Science Foundation may offer investigators something they have rarely possessed
• 8:14
Speaker 1: in the Epstein story. a bridge between the sexual abuse
• 8:18
Speaker 1: operation and the corporate architecture surrounding it. Look, for decades,
• 8:23
Speaker 1: those two subjects have often been discussed separately, as though
• 8:27
Speaker 1: the abuse existed in one universe, and Epstein's foundations, corporations, trusts,
• 8:32
Speaker 1: bank accounts, and professional advisors existed in another. And that
• 8:37
Speaker 1: separation was always artificial. A trafficking or exploitation operation requires places, payments, scheduling, transportation, staffing, bookkeeping,
• 8:47
Speaker 1: and entities capable of making ordinary activity look legitimate. If
• 8:52
Speaker 1: the Florida Science Foundation provided employment, office space, money, or
• 8:56
Speaker 1: an institutional explanation for why young women were interacting with Epstein,
• 9:01
Speaker 1: then its function becomes evidentiary rather than cosmetic. investigators would
• 9:07
Speaker 1: naturally ask whether charitable language was being used to disguise recruitment, access,
• 9:12
Speaker 1: or financial support. They would also ask whether the money
• 9:15
Speaker 1: moving through the organization corresponded with payments to people who
• 9:19
Speaker 1: entered Epstein's world during the period of incarceration and supervision.
• 9:24
Speaker 1: Checks that once looked like mundane administrative expenses could take
• 9:28
Speaker 1: on an entirely different meaning when matched against witness testimony
• 9:32
Speaker 1: and contemporaneous communication. Emails that seemed unremarkable in isolation could
• 9:37
Speaker 1: establish knowledge, instructions, scheduling, or purpose when placed beside financial records.
• 9:43
Speaker 1: The strength of an investigation like this comes from convergence,
• 9:47
Speaker 1: where testimony, money, corporate documents, and chronology all begin telling
• 9:51
Speaker 1: the same story. And if that convergence occurs, the ramifications
• 9:55
Speaker 1: for the NPA are enormous, but they must be described precisely.
• 10:00
Speaker 1: It would not mean that a prosecutor in 2026 could
• 10:03
Speaker 1: simply announce that the entire agreement never existed and erase
• 10:06
Speaker 1: 18 years of litigation with a press release. Questions of timing, enforcement,
• 10:11
Speaker 1: third-party rights, and the legal effect of Epstein's death would
• 10:15
Speaker 1: still have to be confronted. Now, those legal complications do
• 10:18
Speaker 1: not erase the breach provision. They determine by whom, and
• 10:22
Speaker 1: against whom, it could still be invoked. Courts have already
• 10:26
Speaker 1: wrestled with the unusual breadth of the NPA, including arguments
• 10:29
Speaker 1: by Ghislaine Maxwell. That its co-conspirator language protected her from prosecution,
• 10:35
Speaker 1: arguments that ultimately did not overturn her conviction. But the
• 10:39
Speaker 1: agreement's own language remains extraordinarily important because the immunity for
• 10:43
Speaker 1: potential co-conspirators was expressly tied to Epstein's successfully fulfilling its
• 10:47
Speaker 1: terms and conditions. Evidence that Epstein was using a newly
• 10:52
Speaker 1: created foundation to facilitate sexual abuse during the agreement's operative
• 10:56
Speaker 1: period would therefore attack the factual predicate upon which that
• 11:00
Speaker 1: protection depended. It could give prosecutors a powerful basis to
• 11:05
Speaker 1: argue that Epstein never earned the full benefit of the
• 11:07
Speaker 1: bargain in the first place. It could also force a
• 11:10
Speaker 1: fresh examination of why federal authorities did not act more
• 11:14
Speaker 1: aggressively when breach concerns surfaced contemporaneously. Most importantly, it could
• 11:19
Speaker 1: reopen the question of whether people and entities surrounding Epstein
• 11:23
Speaker 1: benefited for years from protections that should have been vulnerable
• 11:27
Speaker 1: the moment his own conduct violated that agreement. And look,
• 11:32
Speaker 1: I think that the timeline makes that institutional question almost
• 11:35
Speaker 1: impossible to avoid. The federal government had spent years investigating
• 11:40
Speaker 1: Epstein before the MPA was finalized. and prosecutors knew they
• 11:44
Speaker 1: were dealing with allegations involving numerous underage victims. They nevertheless
• 11:49
Speaker 1: entered an agreement so broad that it suspended a federal
• 11:52
Speaker 1: grand jury investigation, held subpoenas in abeyance, and extended protection
• 11:57
Speaker 1: to unnamed potential co-conspirators. The bargain only made sense on
• 12:02
Speaker 1: its own terms if Epstein actually complied with the conditions
• 12:05
Speaker 1: imposed upon him. Yet the Florida Science Foundation appeared almost
• 12:09
Speaker 1: immediately after the NPA was executed, and later allegations connected
• 12:14
Speaker 1: the entity to continued abuse. If investigators now prove that
• 12:18
Speaker 1: the organization was created for that purpose, the obvious question
• 12:22
Speaker 1: becomes how such activity escaped meaningful federal intervention at the time.
• 12:27
Speaker 1: Another question follows directly behind it. Who knew enough to
• 12:31
Speaker 1: recognize what was happening and who failed to act? This
• 12:35
Speaker 1: is where the inquiry can grow beyond Epstein because organizations
• 12:39
Speaker 1: do not incorporate themselves rent offices by themselves, open accounts
• 12:43
Speaker 1: by themselves, or move money without human beings performing those tasks.
• 12:49
Speaker 1: A serious investigation will therefore map responsibility, function by function,
• 12:54
Speaker 1: rather than treating Epstein's name as the beginning and end
• 12:57
Speaker 1: of every transaction. And that is precisely why Indyk and Kahn,
• 13:01
Speaker 1: and every professional involved in the relevant entities, accounts, and paperwork,
• 13:06
Speaker 1: matter to the Reconstruction. There is also a profound evidentiary
• 13:11
Speaker 1: difference between proving that Epstein continued abusing people after his
• 13:15
Speaker 1: Florida conviction and proving that he constructed an institutional vehicle
• 13:19
Speaker 1: to help him do it. The first establishes recidivism by
• 13:24
Speaker 1: a man whose predatory behavior is already extensively documented. The
• 13:28
Speaker 1: second can reveal organization, planning, concealment, and participation by others.
• 13:35
Speaker 1: If the foundation had legitimate scientific activities, investigators will have
• 13:39
Speaker 1: to separate those from any alleged misuse rather than assume
• 13:43
Speaker 1: that every transaction was corrupt. But if its legitimate footprint
• 13:47
Speaker 1: was thin, while its practical activity repeatedly intersected with Epstein's
• 13:51
Speaker 1: access to vulnerable women, that discrepancy would demand explanation. Investigators
• 13:56
Speaker 1: would want witness rosters, payroll information, grant records, invoices, bank statements,
• 14:02
Speaker 1: office logs, and every available communication describing the Foundation's mission.
• 14:08
Speaker 1: They would compare what the organization claimed to be doing
• 14:11
Speaker 1: with what its money and personnel were actually doing. They
• 14:14
Speaker 1: would identify who conceived the entity, who approved its incorporation,
• 14:19
Speaker 1: who selected its officers, and who understood the reason for
• 14:22
Speaker 1: its existence. They would determine whether people were offered jobs
• 14:26
Speaker 1: or financial assistance through the Foundation as a means of
• 14:29
Speaker 1: drawing them closer to Epstein. And if survivor accounts are
• 14:33
Speaker 1: corroborated by that documentary record, the Florida Science Foundation could
• 14:37
Speaker 1: become one of the clearest examples of how respectable corporate
• 14:42
Speaker 1: forms were allegedly used to camouflage access and exploitation, and
• 14:47
Speaker 1: the historical consequences would extend well beyond a single non-profit.
• 14:51
Speaker 1: For years, one of the central unresolved questions in the
• 14:54
Speaker 1: Epstein case The Florida Science Foundation sits directly inside that
• 14:58
Speaker 1: unanswered period. It wasn't an entity created decades before the
• 15:01
Speaker 1: Palm Beach investigation or years after Epstein completed his sentence.
• 15:19
Speaker 1: It emerged while federal prosecutors, state authorities, and Epstein's lawyers
• 15:23
Speaker 1: were still managing the consequences of the case that was
• 15:26
Speaker 1: supposed to restrain him. If it was being used as alleged,
• 15:30
Speaker 1: then the failure was not merely that Epstein eventually returned
• 15:33
Speaker 1: to his old behavior. The failure was that the behavior
• 15:37
Speaker 1: may have continued through newly organized infrastructure, while the ink
• 15:41
Speaker 1: on the federal bargain was barely dry. And I think
• 15:44
Speaker 1: that would radically sharpen questions about supervision, work release, prosecutorial follow-through,
• 15:50
Speaker 1: and the government's decision not to revive the federal case,
• 15:53
Speaker 1: despite documented concerns about breach. It would also strengthen the
• 15:58
Speaker 1: argument that the Epstein story cannot be understood by studying
• 16:02
Speaker 1: isolated acts of abuse without examining the financial and corporate
• 16:06
Speaker 1: systems that made those acts easier to continue. I think
• 16:10
Speaker 1: that the Foundation could become a case study in how paperwork, money,
• 16:13
Speaker 1: and professional service can matter just as much as bedrooms, airplanes,
• 16:18
Speaker 1: and recruiting networks when investigators reconstruct an enterprise built around exploitation.
• 16:26
Speaker 1: And I think that's why this investigation has the potential
• 16:29
Speaker 1: to become much larger than an inquiry into Darren Indyk,
• 16:31
Speaker 1: Richard Kahn, or one obscure Florida corporation. If investigators establish
• 16:37
Speaker 1: that the Florida Science Foundation was deliberately created or operated
• 16:41
Speaker 1: as a vehicle that facilitated Epstein's continued abuse, they will
• 16:46
Speaker 1: have connected the post-NPA criminal conduct directly to an entity
• 16:49
Speaker 1: formed during the agreement's life. If they establish who created
• 16:54
Speaker 1: the structure, who financed it, who administered it, and who
• 16:58
Speaker 1: knew it was being used, they may also identify responsibility
• 17:02
Speaker 1: that has never seriously examined when Epstein received his original deal.
• 17:08
Speaker 1: The NPA itself gives that inquiry extraordinary significance because its
• 17:12
Speaker 1: protections were not supposed to survive a material breach automatically
• 17:16
Speaker 1: and forever. Its language contemplated termination for nude investigation and
• 17:22
Speaker 1: prosecution when its conditions were violated. The government's own historical
• 17:27
Speaker 1: records show that breach was not merely imaginable. Federal prosecutors
• 17:31
Speaker 1: were discussing and asserting it while Epstein was serving his sentence.
• 17:36
Speaker 1: A proven Florida Science Foundation nexus could therefore supply a
• 17:40
Speaker 1: factual centerpiece around which years of scattered evidence suddenly align.
• 17:45
Speaker 1: It could explain how Epstein continued operating, expose who was
• 17:49
Speaker 1: positioned around the machinery that enabled him, and force renewed
• 17:52
Speaker 1: scrutiny of why the original federal case was allowed to die.
• 17:57
Speaker 1: It could also undermine the assumption that the NPA permanently
• 18:00
Speaker 1: settled the exposure of everyone who happened to fall within
• 18:04
Speaker 1: Epstein's orbit. If the bargain was conditioned on compliance, and
• 18:08
Speaker 1: the evidence ultimately shows that Epstein was building a vehicle
• 18:12
Speaker 1: for continued exploitation almost from the moment the bargain was signed,
• 18:16
Speaker 1: then it leaves one devastatingly simple question. What exactly was
• 18:21
Speaker 1: the federal government protecting when it continued honoring a deal
• 18:24
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein himself never honored at all? All the
• 18:29
Speaker 1: information that goes with this episode can be found in
• 18:32
  Speaker 1: the description box.
