- 0:49Speaker 2: Dungeons Ford Indians, a baseball team.
- 0:52Speaker 4: And fun coach t Oh.
- 0:54Speaker 2: It's just a great guy and one of our customers
- 0:57Speaker 2: who's been a long time coach in our community and touched,
- 1:02Speaker 2: you know, hundreds of thousands of young people's lives and
- 1:06Speaker 2: help them build that that structure and spirit of teamwork
- 1:12Speaker 2: and setting goals and dealing with setbacks and stuff like
- 1:18Speaker 2: that that coaches have to deal with. That you is
- 1:22Speaker 2: a busy time of a year for you and one
- 1:25Speaker 2: of your one of the most unique events, I think
- 1:28Speaker 2: in all of our community, which has so many cool events.
- 1:32Speaker 2: But the Dad's Walk. Dad is coming up.
- 1:35Speaker 5: Yeah, so we have before we hit Dad's Walk. Tomorrow
- 1:39Speaker 5: night you have the Eagles. The Fraterneral at our Eagles
- 1:43Speaker 5: is doing a Taco Indian Taco Night for ten bucks.
- 1:48Speaker 5: You get taco and dessert and all of that money
- 1:51Speaker 5: in their bingo will go to Hopestone. So that's huge
- 1:55Speaker 5: and we're really looking forward to that. And then on
- 1:58Speaker 5: Saturdayville Nutrition is doing.
- 2:02Speaker 3: Her Loaded Teas.
- 2:05Speaker 5: Have food truck, all kinds of raffles, things like that.
- 2:09Speaker 3: This is her fifth year of.
- 2:11Speaker 5: Doing that fundraiser for us. I've been very successful. And
- 2:15Speaker 5: then of course, as you said, they have Dad's Walk.
- 2:19Speaker 5: Dad's Walk is massive. This year starts on October twenty third.
- 2:26Speaker 5: It'll be starting at five am out in Claremore at
- 2:29Speaker 5: the American Legion and that first day they will walk
- 2:34Speaker 5: from Claremore to No Wada to the rud Motel. And
- 2:40Speaker 5: then day two is their walk from no Wada to Bartlesville.
- 2:46Speaker 5: They will walk to Hopstone and then head out to
- 2:51Speaker 5: the Osage Casino. The o Sage Casino is hosting a
- 2:55Speaker 5: huge silent live auction music event on Friday the twenty fourth.
- 3:03Speaker 5: I can tell you some of those auction items are amazing. Wow,
- 3:09Speaker 5: definitely one of a kind, definitely.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Big money makers.
- 3:18Speaker 2: You you know, we can talk about all the events,
- 3:21Speaker 2: but what I'm hearing is all of this just keeps growing.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Homestone itself keeps growing, yes.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Because you know, unfortunately cancer touches pretty much everybody, every family,
- 3:33Speaker 2: every business in our community. And you know, Mark said
- 3:37Speaker 2: to say hello as I was leaving the dealership, Mark Servingy,
- 3:40Speaker 2: one of our sales people is you know, loves Hopstone
- 3:44Speaker 2: and you know because it's touched his family and how
- 3:47Speaker 2: you guys have helped them through a time where they
- 3:50Speaker 2: really needed your help. And and let's go back to
- 3:55Speaker 2: the beginning and talk about what does Hopestone do and
- 3:58Speaker 2: how do you impact people in that time a great need.
- 4:03Speaker 5: So, yes, Hopestone we were founded way back in twenty
- 4:10Speaker 5: thirteen by doctor Jennifer mckiss, like with breast cancer, and
- 4:14Speaker 5: so she just had this vision of having all the
- 4:18Speaker 5: services that a cancer patient would need to make life
- 4:21Speaker 5: a little bit easier in one location. So her vision
- 4:26Speaker 5: was to have a meeting place where cancer patients could
- 4:29Speaker 5: get together, a place where they could go and exercise,
- 4:33Speaker 5: a place where they could get assistance with services and
- 4:39Speaker 5: things like that that they needed, wigs, hat, scarves, all
- 4:43Speaker 5: of that kind of stuff, and she wanted all that
- 4:48Speaker 5: in one place, and so when she came back to
- 4:51Speaker 5: Bartlesville from Houston, that's exactly what she started to do.
- 4:55Speaker 5: And so our programs have just grown. We now have
- 5:01Speaker 5: a partnership with Ascension Jane Phillips Pharmacy, and that allows
- 5:07Speaker 5: cancer patients to how their oncologists can send the prescription there,
- 5:13Speaker 5: they go and pick it up and then that pharmacy
- 5:16Speaker 5: will bill us directly for that, so they don't have
- 5:20Speaker 5: to worry about that. We have gas cards, we have
- 5:23Speaker 5: airline vouchers. We have the meal program, which is huge,
- 5:29Speaker 5: you know, where we make four fresh meals every week,
- 5:32Speaker 5: package deliver or they can pick them up. And then
- 5:36Speaker 5: there's also a freezer full of things they can come
- 5:38Speaker 5: and help themselves. To worry about is food, Yeah, all
- 5:43Speaker 5: kinds of nutritional things, so Premiere protein, pediolite, feeding tube stuff,
- 5:50Speaker 5: all kinds of you know, wound care stuff, tons and
- 5:55Speaker 5: tons of different things. And it's kind of interesting because
- 5:59Speaker 5: the community has become so involved in Hopestone.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Like you said, no one has not been touched. And
- 6:07Speaker 3: that's one of.
- 6:07Speaker 5: The things I love this year about our Dad's Walk.
- 6:11Speaker 5: I'm kind of going back to that is this year
- 6:14Speaker 5: we really focused on Bartlesville and Dewey and our community
- 6:20Speaker 5: here and so we reached out to local businesses. We're
- 6:24Speaker 5: still reaching out to local businesses. The goal is to
- 6:27Speaker 5: get all of our local businesses to give us something
- 6:30Speaker 5: for the Silent Auction so that the people coming into
- 6:34Speaker 5: town can really see how Bartlesville is so special. And
- 6:38Speaker 5: then for our huge barbecue which is on Saturday up
- 6:42Speaker 5: in Copane, Whial Mart gave us some meat and then
- 6:46Speaker 5: we had painted Whorse Crossing, Second Chick fil A, Prices
- 6:52Speaker 5: Meat Market, hto Cranky Playing Copine truck stop, UH Burns contractors,
- 7:02Speaker 5: all of these local companies helping us out with food
- 7:08Speaker 5: for the event. So it's just it's really cool that
- 7:13Speaker 5: we can see that. You know, we haven't we have
- 7:15Speaker 5: a couple more. We got to hit up Bambinos and
- 7:17Speaker 5: Dinks and you know, all that kind of stuff, and
- 7:19Speaker 5: don't worry, we'll get you.
- 7:20Speaker 6: We will get you for something.
- 7:23Speaker 3: But it's just really great.
- 7:25Speaker 5: So all these people coming into town and they see,
- 7:28Speaker 5: you know, what a wonderful community.
- 7:31Speaker 3: We're all invested.
- 7:32Speaker 2: It helps show the impact of what you guys are doing.
- 7:36Speaker 2: And also you know, keeps keeps the top of mind
- 7:39Speaker 2: with people too, because I think the often that connectedness
- 7:42Speaker 2: in our community and helping that understand that we're all
- 7:45Speaker 2: in this together.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Yes, right, and yes we are all the garbage. Put
- 7:49Speaker 3: all that garbage aside.
- 7:50Speaker 5: Let's take care of the people that take care of us,
- 7:53Speaker 5: you know, And that's so important. And you know why,
- 7:57Speaker 5: I'm just gonna say this, Why go to Tulsen buy car?
- 8:01Speaker 3: That's why do we go to Tulsa to buy car? No,
- 8:04Speaker 3: that's stupidity.
- 8:06Speaker 2: You know, there are there are some things. We don't
- 8:10Speaker 2: have the largest selection all that. But yes, no, we're
- 8:13Speaker 2: being a small true of course we will and you know,
- 8:17Speaker 2: but being a small Oklahoma family owned car dealership, you know,
- 8:21Speaker 2: community base, we don't we don't sell cars. This is
- 8:24Speaker 2: the only dealership we have. We don't really want to
- 8:26Speaker 2: expand that's not our vision. It's to serve the community,
- 8:29Speaker 2: to lift people up, you know, to really you know,
- 8:33Speaker 2: to you know, in in this world we're in where
- 8:36Speaker 2: you know, consolidation in our industry and in so many industries,
- 8:41Speaker 2: the big box world that we live in, the mega companies,
- 8:46Speaker 2: and and you know it's just not personal. And we
- 8:50Speaker 2: want to live in a in that personal touch thing
- 8:54Speaker 2: take care of our customers.
- 8:57Speaker 4: And that's that's our passion.
- 8:58Speaker 2: We we definitely you know, we want to transform the
- 9:02Speaker 2: perception of buying a car the way that it's purchased.
- 9:05Speaker 2: And you know that we do that through our pay
- 9:09Speaker 2: plans with our people and and just talking about values
- 9:13Speaker 2: really and and and what is the right thing to do.
- 9:16Speaker 2: And you've seen our sparks thing at the leadership before
- 9:20Speaker 2: and I have, and it's uh, you know that that
- 9:23Speaker 2: just continues to kind of grow like Hopestone has in
- 9:27Speaker 2: our company and how people uh you know, at how
- 9:31Speaker 2: it works to help us keep us grounded and with
- 9:33Speaker 2: every decision we make, and and and it is it
- 9:36Speaker 2: is a parallel to to that back to what doctor
- 9:41Speaker 2: McKissick was doing when she when she came back from
- 9:44Speaker 2: her struggles and.
- 9:46Speaker 4: And decided to invest in the community. Yeah.
- 9:49Speaker 2: No, that's ah, that is because it as odd as
- 9:53Speaker 2: it sounds, you know that I'm in the car business to.
- 9:56Speaker 5: Help people right well, you know, they have to get
- 10:00Speaker 5: from one place to another. And how nice is it
- 10:02Speaker 5: that you can just pick up the phone if there's
- 10:04Speaker 5: a problem and say, hey Brad, I need help with this,
- 10:08Speaker 5: or hey Mark, this is going on.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Can you help me out?
- 10:11Speaker 5: Or I have a I have to take a long
- 10:14Speaker 5: trip emergency.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Can I come in for an oil change? You know,
- 10:18Speaker 3: and it's taken care of.
- 10:21Speaker 6: Yeah, you know, you don't have to worry about it.
- 10:22Speaker 3: It's very personal service. I love that about you guys.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 10:26Speaker 5: You know, when we're looking for a car and you.
- 10:29Speaker 3: Know how my husband is he delves bar wide.
- 10:36Speaker 5: Yeah, but he's gonna you know, he's gonna make a
- 10:38Speaker 5: phone call and he said that, you know, we've been
- 10:40Speaker 5: here for twenty two years and he will not buy
- 10:45Speaker 5: a car anywhere else but Bartleswell, that's awesome. You know,
- 10:51Speaker 5: we need to take care of our remunion.
- 10:53Speaker 4: There is a choice.
- 10:54Speaker 2: I made a a my elevator speech at the Rotary
- 10:58Speaker 2: Club on Monday Club and it was was It was
- 11:03Speaker 2: great because I was talking to a lot of friends
- 11:06Speaker 2: and people I know well, but they didn't know the
- 11:09Speaker 2: whole story. And you know, for ninety five years in
- 11:12Speaker 2: our family, we've been doing this and it started with
- 11:16Speaker 2: my grandfather and his mother. His father had passed away,
- 11:22Speaker 2: and they moved from Blackwell to Tonkawa, and she because
- 11:27Speaker 2: she had to get a job, and she was teaching
- 11:29Speaker 2: English in Tonkowa at the small college there, and the
- 11:35Speaker 2: boys all went to work at the Ford Dealership. And
- 11:37Speaker 2: there's a picture of the three brothers playing on a
- 11:41Speaker 2: basketball team at the Ford Dealership and there my grandfather
- 11:47Speaker 2: and two of his brothers.
- 11:49Speaker 4: And you know, five.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Years later, on the verge of the Great Depression, they
- 11:54Speaker 2: bought the car dealership in nineteen twenty nine and then
- 12:00Speaker 2: decided to move to Bartlesville in nineteen forty one, right
- 12:03Speaker 2: as World War two is about to start, and they.
- 12:06Speaker 4: Like a challenge or stop making vehicles.
- 12:09Speaker 2: And you know, I like that part of the story
- 12:12Speaker 2: because it just shows the you know, part of that
- 12:15Speaker 2: sparks thing, the resilience that need to continue overcome and
- 12:21Speaker 2: not be daunted by taking a more challenging path, so
- 12:25Speaker 2: to speak, because you know, that choice to make that
- 12:29Speaker 2: commitment to the community and doing the business the right
- 12:33Speaker 2: way is is hard.
- 12:35Speaker 4: It's harder every you know, there're an outlier and a lot.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Of ways and doing that and it does take our
- 12:41Speaker 2: customers making a choice to do business with us, you know,
- 12:44Speaker 2: and you know I never take that for granted. It's
- 12:47Speaker 2: and I'm constantly talking to the team about.
- 12:50Speaker 4: How we can't and that you know, we all get.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Caught up in our daily lives and the pressures and
- 12:56Speaker 2: the stresses of life, and you know.
- 12:58Speaker 4: That gives us cancer. But you you know that whole
- 13:07Speaker 4: having that group.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Around you that works with you, that believes in something
- 13:11Speaker 2: that that's beyond just you know, a dollar, you know,
- 13:15Speaker 2: makes makes a big difference, and that you know, I
- 13:18Speaker 2: know Hopestone is all about that. And so you know
- 13:21Speaker 2: you mentioned all the companies and individuals that support you
- 13:26Speaker 2: and the impact you've had now in twelve or thirteen
- 13:29Speaker 2: years of doing this in our community of.
- 13:32Speaker 3: People, Yeah, hundreds of people.
- 13:34Speaker 2: You be shocked now, you just you know, it's one
- 13:37Speaker 2: of those things we don't see and don't really want
- 13:40Speaker 2: to talk about a lot, right.
- 13:41Speaker 3: Yeah, scary word, the very scary work.
- 13:45Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 13:46Speaker 2: No, it's one of those things that has to be
- 13:50Speaker 2: made aware of. And you know, and especially that there's
- 13:54Speaker 2: resources like what you offer, because a lot of times
- 13:57Speaker 2: it's kind of hidden until you need it. I think
- 14:00Speaker 2: what Homestone provides and that support network, and you know.
- 14:05Speaker 4: It's kind of become whatever you need, go get it
- 14:08Speaker 4: for me.
- 14:09Speaker 3: That is exactly what it is.
- 14:11Speaker 5: You know, we've grown so much and we've had so
- 14:13Speaker 5: much support, and you know that we've been able to
- 14:18Speaker 5: actually expand our programs so we can send people down
- 14:23Speaker 5: to Houston and we can pay for their hotels day.
- 14:27Speaker 5: You know, there's there's not too many organizations that can say, well,
- 14:33Speaker 5: do you want to go to the second Opinion in Houston?
- 14:35Speaker 5: Is that something your doctor thinks will be great? And
- 14:37Speaker 5: they say, yeah, well, you know we can't. You know,
- 14:41Speaker 5: it's hundreds of dollars to fly, it's hundreds of dollars
- 14:45Speaker 5: to stay. And I just say, well, we're going to
- 14:48Speaker 5: take care of that, and they look at me and
- 14:51Speaker 5: I think they don't believe me sometimes until you know,
- 14:56Speaker 5: I show them. You know, we have two thousand dollars
- 15:03Speaker 5: for you. Do you think that'll fly you down there?
- 15:09Speaker 3: Do you think.
- 15:09Speaker 6: That'll help you with your hotel costs?
- 15:13Speaker 5: You know?
- 15:13Speaker 3: Or you drive? Yeah, it just takes all of that
- 15:17Speaker 3: off of them.
- 15:18Speaker 5: And they're like, oh my gosh, I can't tell you
- 15:23Speaker 5: how many times I see tears.
- 15:25Speaker 3: But that's what we're supposed to do.
- 15:28Speaker 5: That's why we're on the planet to take care of
- 15:30Speaker 5: each other, you know, and we don't have you know,
- 15:34Speaker 5: we don't have this huge staff that we have, you know,
- 15:37Speaker 5: tons of overhead and all that garbage buildings paid off.
- 15:41Speaker 3: We run by volunteers.
- 15:43Speaker 5: I have a phenomenal crew that comes in and cooks
- 15:46Speaker 5: the meals. Organizations. LDS community has helped us a ton.
- 15:52Speaker 5: All the local churches have helped us a ton with
- 15:55Speaker 5: getting our day to day supplies, or coming in and cooking.
- 15:59Speaker 3: Or you know, donating meat.
- 16:03Speaker 5: You know, grass fed, grass finished beef to make our
- 16:06Speaker 5: bone broth and all of those things that we do there.
- 16:09Speaker 5: Everybody just pitches in, you know, so we don't all
- 16:14Speaker 5: of the funding.
- 16:15Speaker 3: All the money can go right where.
- 16:17Speaker 5: It's supposed to go, you know, to take care of
- 16:21Speaker 5: these individuals, help these families.
- 16:23Speaker 2: I know raising money isn't easy always, but it seems
- 16:26Speaker 2: like you guys have a special special I think when
- 16:32Speaker 2: you do.
- 16:33Speaker 5: The right thing for the right reasons, and you know,
- 16:36Speaker 5: you don't ask a lot, you know, five bucks a week.
- 16:40Speaker 5: I have. You know a young man who we helped
- 16:44Speaker 5: his mother out ten years ago, and every two weeks
- 16:47Speaker 5: he sends me ten bucks. You know, so his twenty
- 16:52Speaker 5: dollars just fed a family.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Of four for a week.
- 16:57Speaker 5: You know.
- 16:57Speaker 3: So it's that kind of stuff.
- 17:01Speaker 5: Or you get a group of people, you know, you
- 17:02Speaker 5: get five people sitting around a table, you each give
- 17:05Speaker 5: me five bucks and I can send somebody down Oklahoma
- 17:09Speaker 5: City for a second opinion with a gas card.
- 17:12Speaker 4: Yeah, it doesn't.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Take it doesn't take much. It's just everybody.
- 17:16Speaker 5: And that's why we don't do federal funding because you know,
- 17:21Speaker 5: and we're not part of the United Way.
- 17:23Speaker 3: But I love United Way.
- 17:24Speaker 5: They help us tremendously, but we have some things I
- 17:28Speaker 5: don't want to know anything about.
- 17:30Speaker 3: People.
- 17:31Speaker 6: They have to fill out a lot of paperwork, they
- 17:34Speaker 6: have to they're.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Asked a ton of questions.
- 17:36Speaker 5: I just need your name, your address, who do I
- 17:39Speaker 5: contact in case of an emergency?
- 17:41Speaker 3: In what you're diagnosis? That's all I care about. That's
- 17:44Speaker 3: all I want, And.
- 17:46Speaker 5: So so all the other stuff supportive. Yeah, just tell
- 17:51Speaker 5: me what I need to do for you, tell me
- 17:53Speaker 5: what you needity.
- 17:56Speaker 6: That's right, that's right, that's what it's all about.
- 17:59Speaker 3: That's why you put us.
- 18:01Speaker 2: And these great events coming up, I mean, especially the
- 18:03Speaker 2: Dad's Walk has become such a huge thing and people
- 18:07Speaker 2: may not really.
- 18:08Speaker 7: Understand how big it is and the kinds of acts
- 18:12Speaker 7: that you get here for the country music part of it,
- 18:15Speaker 7: oh yeah. And all from that inspiration of the Dad walking.
- 18:19Speaker 5: That's how what it started was Dwayne made a commitment
- 18:23Speaker 5: to walk for his friend with brain cancer, to raise
- 18:27Speaker 5: money for his friend with brain cancer because she couldn't
- 18:32Speaker 5: afford treatment, and so he started this walk. He was
- 18:36Speaker 5: he was born and raised in Cocaine and he lives
- 18:39Speaker 5: in Claremore.
- 18:41Speaker 3: And so he did it. It was just him and.
- 18:45Speaker 5: I think Trina, a young lady, and they walked and
- 18:51Speaker 5: raised money and that was I believe this is our
- 18:54Speaker 5: fourth year with Dad's Walk, you know. And he just
- 18:57Speaker 5: called me up and he said his his sister in law.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Was one of one of our ladies. And he just
- 19:04Speaker 3: called me up and said, Hey, I'm going to do this.
- 19:07Speaker 6: Can I give you the money?
- 19:09Speaker 5: And I'm like, I'm sure, okay, and you know, and
- 19:16Speaker 5: then it became a thing, and you know, it's grown
- 19:20Speaker 5: into this massive thing.
- 19:22Speaker 3: We now if people don't want to.
- 19:27Speaker 5: Or don't have a passion for cancer, we partner with
- 19:31Speaker 5: Past Independence, which is a school for kids with autism
- 19:35Speaker 5: and so at the event and all around town you'll
- 19:39Speaker 5: see posters and they have these two QR codes and
- 19:42Speaker 5: individuals can just walk up and scan those QR codes
- 19:45Speaker 5: for whichever organization they want to donate to or both,
- 19:49Speaker 5: and you know, five dollars here, five dollars there.
- 19:52Speaker 3: You know, so you don't go to Starbucks today, you know.
- 19:57Speaker 5: But it's really cool because all the funds are going
- 19:59Speaker 5: to directly to the organizations. So while Dwayne is out
- 20:06Speaker 5: there working his tail off and getting all of this
- 20:09Speaker 5: amazing stuff and doing the work, doing the work, all
- 20:16Speaker 5: the money just comes right to us.
- 20:18Speaker 3: So he doesn't even know.
- 20:20Speaker 5: He has like no clue, so he'll call up every
- 20:24Speaker 5: once in a while. He'll just call up every once
- 20:27Speaker 5: in a while and go, hey, you.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Know, it's yeah.
- 20:34Speaker 5: So it's really kind of cool that that's just it
- 20:38Speaker 5: just flows right into our organizations and we immediately put
- 20:41Speaker 5: it to work.
- 20:42Speaker 6: But I will tell you the auction and the.
- 20:45Speaker 5: Barbecue are going to be incredible this year. And it's
- 20:53Speaker 5: cool because people can just walk a mile, you know,
- 20:56Speaker 5: they can just walk from past Independence to Hopstone.
- 21:01Speaker 3: They can just walk, you know, in front of their
- 21:03Speaker 3: house or whatever.
- 21:05Speaker 5: But we have cars all along the way to pick
- 21:08Speaker 5: up people and bring them back to their vehicles. So
- 21:11Speaker 5: there was a company that donated the porta Pattis. Companies
- 21:15Speaker 5: donate the stage, the musicians donate their times and their talents.
- 21:21Speaker 5: These are some big These are some big people.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Yet I'm not going to just listen.
- 21:32Speaker 5: Actually, some of them did give some permission and they're
- 21:36Speaker 5: on the dads. What is it called, It's called Copyan
- 21:42Speaker 5: Garage dot com. You can go on there and you
- 21:45Speaker 5: can buy tickets for the event. So Copyan Garage dot com.
- 21:51Speaker 5: You can buy tickets in advance or you can buy
- 21:54Speaker 5: tickets the day of the event.
- 21:57Speaker 3: And they did tickets this year.
- 21:59Speaker 5: So we can have kind of head count. It's about
- 22:02Speaker 5: five hundred, five hundred and fifty people. So it's a big, big,
- 22:07Speaker 5: big event. There'll be tons of vendors and things like
- 22:12Speaker 5: that there.
- 22:14Speaker 4: It's really good.
- 22:16Speaker 5: So the walk starts October twenty third. The auction is
- 22:22Speaker 5: October twenty fourth out at the O Sage Casino. That
- 22:25Speaker 5: starts at six o'clock with food and drinks and then eight.
- 22:30Speaker 6: O'clock the live auction will start.
- 22:33Speaker 5: And then on Saturday they will walk from Bartlesville into
- 22:40Speaker 5: Copane and that's going to be a huge thing as
- 22:43Speaker 5: they enter Copane and the music and food and just
- 22:49Speaker 5: that is an absolute fantastic event that will start.
- 22:54Speaker 3: I believe it's.
- 22:55Speaker 5: At four o'clock, but you can go on to the
- 22:58Speaker 5: Copane garage. Yes, that is on Saturday, October twenty fifth. Okay,
- 23:05Speaker 5: at four o'clock up in Cocane.
- 23:07Speaker 2: That's going to be And there are limited tickets, maybe just.
- 23:11Speaker 5: Accommodate trying to We're trying to get account for food.
- 23:15Speaker 3: You don't ever want to run out of food.
- 23:16Speaker 5: And I'm Italian, so the food is all the bott
- 23:20Speaker 5: all about the food.
- 23:21Speaker 3: You let me be in charge of a lot of
- 23:23Speaker 3: the food this time.
- 23:24Speaker 4: I'm like, yes, but not necessarily limited. But get your ticket,
- 23:30Speaker 4: get your ticket. So we have food for.
- 23:32Speaker 5: You, yes, yes, so so yeah, but like I said,
- 23:36Speaker 5: you know, ribs and chicken. Ribs and chicken are the
- 23:42Speaker 5: are the meats.
- 23:43Speaker 3: And then there's like I.
- 23:44Speaker 5: Said, you know, Cranky Planks is doing loaded beans and
- 23:47Speaker 5: painted ors and some others are Cocaine truck stop or doing.
- 23:52Speaker 5: There's going to be some pies and they'll be coal slop,
- 23:55Speaker 5: potato salad, you know, chips, all the all the good
- 24:00Speaker 5: stuff and.
- 24:00Speaker 4: So lots of country music, tons.
- 24:03Speaker 5: Of country music, some really good stuff, well, very really good.
- 24:08Speaker 2: Sty'very exciting, and I know a lot of people are
- 24:11Speaker 2: maybe just hearing about this organization or event, and if
- 24:14Speaker 2: you are, how do they get more, you know, more details?
- 24:18Speaker 2: How can they volunteer for Homestone or support.
- 24:21Speaker 5: Yeah, so they can call Hopstone and the numbers nine
- 24:26Speaker 5: to one, eight eight seven, six seventeen oh nine.
- 24:31Speaker 3: That's our office number.
