- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05Hope everybody's having a great Sunday morning out there, and
- 0:08hopefully you've all had a great weekend as well. Today
- 0:12on the program, we have two separate articles that we're
- 0:15going to discuss, one of them talking about how Prince
- 0:20Andrew and Glaine Maxwell we're a bit closer than he's
- 0:25letting on, considering she was introduced as Prince Andrew's ex
- 0:29girlfriend during the Palace tour. That would indicate to me
- 0:33that you might have known Gallaine Maxwell at some point
- 0:36in your life if she's being introduced as your ex.
- 0:39But remember, according to the Prince of Nothing, they're not
- 0:43very close. They don't know each other. He has no
- 0:45idea if they're really friends, he can't recall when in reality,
- 0:49the writing's on the wall. We can all see it
- 0:52for what it is. And the fact of the matter
- 0:54is Prince Andrew and Gallainne Maxwell very good friends. Where
- 0:58they romantically connected? I don't know. I don't have any
- 1:02evidence to prove that, but a lot of these people
- 1:05that were around them seem to believe they were. And
- 1:08would that shock you, Glenn Maxwell, that's the kind of
- 1:12person she was. Do you think that she would be
- 1:14above using sexuality to try and rope somebody in There's
- 1:19also reports about her having a romantic relationship with Bill Clinton.
- 1:24Nobody wants to talk about that though. And you know
- 1:26what else is funny while we're talking about old slick
- 1:28Willy here the fact that just recently, when it was
- 1:33asserted that him and Epstein were super close this that
- 1:37the other thing, his spokesperson referred to the statement that
- 1:42they put out two years ago, two and a half
- 1:45years ago, as if that statement was still factual when
- 1:48we know now, especially after the trial and everything that
- 1:51has come after that, Bill Clinton has been lying as well.
- 1:57Yet nobody in the legacy media ischallenging him. Nobody's challenging
- 2:01his spokesperson about it. I can't tell you how annoying
- 2:07it is to get on Twitter and see these blue
- 2:09check marks talk about ridiculous nonsense like the Sarah Palin trial.
- 2:14You're gonna clog up people's feeds with that, and not
- 2:17one of you is going to challenge Bill Clinton and
- 2:21his narrative. It's gross, but I come to expect that
- 2:26from our legacy media they have no desire to hold
- 2:29Bill Clinton accountable zero desire when we all know that
- 2:34Bill Clinton was super close with these people. See my
- 2:37point is, Prince Andrew is under the microscope in England.
- 2:41Prince Andrew is getting hammered in all of these articles.
- 2:45Where's the same pressure, where is the same energy for
- 2:50Bill Clinton? All right, so let's jump into this first
- 2:55article today and let's see what the Mirror has to
- 2:58say about Glen max Well introducing introduced as Prince Andrew's
- 3:03ex girlfriend. Headline Gleaanne Maxwell introduced is Prince Andrew's ex
- 3:08girlfriend on guided palace tour? Well that's nice. A guided
- 3:13palace tour. Huh, must be nice to get one of those.
- 3:18The author of the article is Graham Murray. Gleanne Maxwell
- 3:23was introduced as a former girlfriend of Prince Andrew on
- 3:26a Buckingham Palace tour, reports have claimed. So that's pretty
- 3:30interesting considering they're not very close, right, They don't really
- 3:34know each other according to Prince Andrew, So why would
- 3:38she be introduced as his ex girlfriend? And wouldn't that
- 3:44call into question everything else Prince Andrew has told us,
- 3:47considering he can't even get the very basics of the
- 3:50story correct. He can't even tell the truth about if
- 3:53he knows or doesn't know somebody. So you tell me
- 3:57how you can believe anything this, this bumbling moron has
- 4:02to say. The introduction was reported to have been made
- 4:06while former US President Bill Clinton was taking part in
- 4:09the guided visit. You know, birds of a feather, right,
- 4:12Prince Andrew sure does hang out with a lot of
- 4:14people who have either a been convicted of sexual offenses
- 4:18or b under the microscope for him. I don't know
- 4:22about you folks out there, but I don't know one
- 4:24sex offender, never mind the whole entire gaggle of them.
- 4:32In a picture published this weekend, convicted sex offender Glenn Maxwell,
- 4:36who faces a possible forty years in jail, is seen
- 4:39with the Duke of York and mister Clinton. No, I
- 4:42don't think that was the Duke of York. I think
- 4:44it was the body double, the Irish body double. Remember
- 4:47the Lady of Victoria Hervey was telling us about, maybe
- 4:51it's a fake picture, Maybe this is all just a simulation.
- 4:54Lady Victoria Heavey. Andrew is seen pointing into the distance
- 5:02past Maxwell, who stands with her back turned and arms folded,
- 5:06looking at something in the ballroom with mister Clinton. An
- 5:10unidentified woman with Maxwell wears a T shirt with the
- 5:13words God Saved the Queen emblazoned on it. Yeah, well,
- 5:16the God's gonna have to step in to save the
- 5:18queen after the mess andrews made? Could this guy have
- 5:23ruined anything worse? Could he caused any more damage to
- 5:28the monarchy and to the queen and to her legacy
- 5:31than he has? This is legitimately a crisis for the monarchy.
- 5:42Andrew sixty one disputes being a close friend of Maxwell.
- 5:45In a legal response to Virginia Roberts thirty eight, who
- 5:48is taking legal action against the Prince. The son quotes
- 5:51a member of a two thousand and two tour party
- 5:53as saying, Glane was described to me as an ex
- 5:56girlfriend of Andrew. And again that shouldn't shock anybody. Do
- 6:00you know that Gallain Maxwell got around. She wasn't you
- 6:02know some Uh, she wasn't a nun right sitting around
- 6:06not dating nobody. She knew how to use her sexuality
- 6:09to get what she wanted, and she certainly did that.
- 6:14The impression we all had was that there was some
- 6:16relationship there. They clearly knew each other very well. She
- 6:20was very friendly and cheery. Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey, also
- 6:24a alleged abuser and sex offender, was also seen with
- 6:29Maxwell as the pair enjoyed sitting on thrones in the palace.
- 6:32So you had two sex offenders sitting on the thrones
- 6:34in the palace. This is what Prince Andrew brings to
- 6:37his house. Imagine bringing these kinds of people into your
- 6:40parents' home. I mean, that's kind of weird to say,
- 6:43considering he's a grown ass man. He shouldn't be living
- 6:45with his parents. But I guess that's neither here nor
- 6:47there for now. But really, you're gonna bring these people
- 6:51into your home and let them sit on the throne.
- 6:55I'm sure William the Conqueror is very very happy about that.
- 6:58He's not rolling over in his gray I've the source
- 7:03suggested that Maxwell was familiar with the palace and newer
- 7:06way around. Well, yeah, we know that because she had
- 7:09carte blanche, right, she had like a season's pass to
- 7:12the palace. Back in the day here in Las Vegas,
- 7:14we had a place called Wet and Wild, and you'd
- 7:16buy a season's pass, or your parents would buy you one,
- 7:19and it would be your babysitter for the whole summer.
- 7:21That was like Maxwell, she had like a season's pass
- 7:23to Buckingham Palace. Just show up whenever she wants to
- 7:27go on the Deristuka or the bubble up. Andrew Maxwell,
- 7:33mister Clinton and the women were pictured seen in the
- 7:36ballroom eighteen months after Andrew is alleged alleged who have
- 7:40had sex with seventeen year old Virginia at Maxwell's London home.
- 7:46In the other picture, Maxwell and Spacey are shown sitting
- 7:48on chairs of the State which were used for the
- 7:51nineteen fifty three coronation. I mean, wow, now you have
- 7:55to burn them. Maybe just nuke it from the sky
- 7:59to bee sure, like Ripley said in Aliens, because who
- 8:04wants to sit on a chair after these disgusting people
- 8:06have sat on it? Talk about soiling it up. The
- 8:10Daily Telegraph first published the image of Andrew with Maxwell
- 8:14and mister Clinton. A source told the newspaper the tour
- 8:19was for Clinton and Spacey, they were Prince Andrew's guests,
- 8:22but Glaine seemed to be leading the charge at such bs.
- 8:26It wasn't so really, you made for Kevin Spacey be
- 8:30the whole tour for the Palace for Kevin Spacey. Huh.
- 8:32And as far as Bill Clinton goes, Bill Clinton could
- 8:34tour the Palace whenever he wants with one phone call.
- 8:37This was all about Maxwell, and Maxwell was certainly leading
- 8:41the charge. Just like they say. The impression we all
- 8:45had was that there was some sort of relationship between
- 8:48between Prince Andrew and Glenn Maxwell. They clearly knew each
- 8:52other very well. She was very friendly and cheery. The
- 8:55former US President toured Africa with Maxwell and mister Spacey
- 8:59the previous week. Andrew has denied Virginia Roberts claims in
- 9:03a US court. Look, so that trip to Africa, who
- 9:09knows what went down on that trip. I'm not saying
- 9:11anyone was abused or anything like that, but it is
- 9:14such a bad look that Bill Clinton is flying around
- 9:17with Jeffrey Epstein. And then you add to that the
- 9:20fact that there's pictures of him getting a massage from
- 9:24Chante Davies, who is one of Epstein's victims, and it's
- 9:28just beyond the pale. The Mirror told this week how
- 9:35an order for flags to be flown in honor of
- 9:37Prince Andrew's birthday has been scrapped. In the latest humiliation
- 9:41for the disgraced royal. The decision taken in consultation with
- 9:45Buckingham Palace means government buildings will not be expected to
- 9:49raise the Union flag when the Duke of York turned
- 9:52sixty two. Ah, poor Duke not gonna have any banners
- 9:56raised for him, who cares man. While it is encouraged.
- 10:03While it is encouraged that buildings should always fly the
- 10:06flag on some days like the Queen's birthday, it is
- 10:09compulsory until this week. These days included February nineteenth, the
- 10:13Duke of York's birthday, but it has now quietly been
- 10:16removed from civil service guidance. Virginia Roberts thirty eight claims
- 10:21she was forced by Epstein to have sex with Andrew
- 10:24three times between nineteen ninety nine and two thousand and
- 10:27two in London, New York and on the Dead Pedophiles
- 10:31Caribbean Island. So there is the first article for you
- 10:36folks this morning, and again it just goes to show
- 10:38you the relationship between Maxwell and Andrew. And that's what
- 10:43I continue to try and show you folks, that these
- 10:46two were super close. Andrew is lying through his teeth
- 10:49and the things that he was asserting in his legal
- 10:53documentation is is borderline bullshit. All of it right, every
- 10:58bit of it is one toe in the bullshit water.
- 11:03So I don't know how he's going plans on defending
- 11:05all of that moving forward with all of this evidence
- 11:07against him, But words are wind. At the end of
- 11:10the day, you're gonna have to bring some evidence to
- 11:12the table and back up the bullshit that you're pumping.
- 11:17All right, now onto article number two. This is an
- 11:21article from The Independent and the headline Glenn Maxwell's motion
- 11:26for retrial has been unsealed and it makes no mention
- 11:30of Jerry bias. This article was authored by Nathan Place.
- 11:35So Glenn Maxwell and her legal team made this huge,
- 11:39huge stink about Scottie David or fifty and his supposed
- 11:44transgressions as far as becoming a jur. Well, now that
- 11:50it's all unsealed, Judge Nathan unsealed the request and unsealed
- 11:55their ask and wouldn't you know, has nothing to do
- 12:00with anything like that. So let's jump into this article
- 12:04and let's see exactly what the hell is going on here.
- 12:09Glenn Maxwell's motion for a new trial makes no mention
- 12:13of her jur excuse me of the jur her lawyers
- 12:16have loudly accused of bias. Court documents show so right
- 12:20there from the jump, it shows you the misdirection that
- 12:23they were playing with right the game that they were playing.
- 12:26Oh well, it's all about duror misconduct, it's the other thing,
- 12:30and trying to sow seeds of discontent within the you know,
- 12:35media or the population whatever. But they were trying to
- 12:40make it look like Maxwell wasn't served up a fair
- 12:42trial and when in reality she really was. Lawyers from Maxwell,
- 12:48who was convicted of five of six sex trafficking charges
- 12:52in December, had previously argued that a jur known as
- 12:56Scotty David, who says he was sexually abused as a child,
- 13:00erupted the jerry selection process and tainted the trial. In
- 13:04a letter to Judge Allison Nathan, the defense implied that
- 13:07this was the basis of their request for a retrial.
- 13:10So they basically lied to Judge Nathan saying that this
- 13:13was their basis for a retrial. Right, it's because of
- 13:17jura misconduct. She didn't get a fair shake, Scottie David
- 13:21wasn't honest, and on and on and on and on
- 13:26Juror fifty's responses to the Jerry questionnaire and questions posed
- 13:31to him during in person questioning corrupted the process and
- 13:35violated Miss Maxwell's right to a fair trial. Attorney Christian
- 13:39Everdell wrote, so right away, you think, all right, they
- 13:42have something here. Maxwell's team found something. They're gonna chew
- 13:46on it, bite on it, and see where it goes.
- 13:49But in reality, it's just another pathway to nowhere. And
- 13:56we've seen it throughout the whole entire ordeal for Maxwell.
- 13:59They have tried every every every loophole, every technicality, you
- 14:02name it, they have tried it. But when you don't
- 14:05have the truth on your side, it is very difficult
- 14:08for you to defend yourself in front of a jury
- 14:11of your peers. You have to rely on loopholes, and
- 14:13you have to rely on technicalities, and if your lawyer
- 14:16cannot find them or exploit them, it's going to be
- 14:18a long, long day. As set forth in the motion,
- 14:24the defense believes that the existing record is clear and
- 14:28more than sufficient for the court to grant Miss Maxwell
- 14:31a new trial without the need for further factual development.
- 14:34So what they're saying is there's enough here for a
- 14:36new trial. They don't even need an investigation or anything
- 14:39like that. Let's just get the new trial started because
- 14:41there's plenty here, uh wrong. In the same letter, mister
- 14:46Everdell asked the judge to keep the motion for retrials
- 14:49sealed along with all other documents related to it. Now
- 14:53when that first cracked off, of course, you know how
- 14:56I feel about it. Transparency is the most important thing,
- 15:00especially when there's no faith in the institutions. So the
- 15:03second they filed this under seal, everybody was like, up
- 15:06here we go. But thankfully Judge Nathan she quashed this
- 15:10shit and they weren't able to get away with filing
- 15:13it under seal. Judge Nathan refused, and both the motion
- 15:21and the defense's memorandum supporting it were unsealed on Saturday.
- 15:26What's inside, oddly, is completely unrelated to the jur And see,
- 15:30this is what I'm talking about with them playing fast
- 15:33and loose. When you have high powered attorneys like this,
- 15:37they will do anything they possibly can to try and
- 15:39change the narrative, to try and get the public opinion
- 15:42on their side to try and that's what they did here.
- 15:44They made it look like Glenn Maxwell got absolutely steamrolled
- 15:48by the process, when in reality she got a fair shake,
- 15:52and in fact, she was only convicted on five of
- 15:54the six. If she was getting steamrolled, don't you think
- 15:57all six of those would have come back with guilty please?
- 16:03The memo sets forth a number of arguments that Maxwell's
- 16:06trial was unfair, including that the charges were brought too late,
- 16:09many of the alleged sex acts took place outside of
- 16:12New York, and the conspiracy charges overlapped and therefore should
- 16:17not count as separate crimes. So basically they're just going
- 16:20through a nitpicking and trying to find anything to sink
- 16:23their teeth into. But the reality of it is this.
- 16:27They asserted that this was going to be about jur
- 16:30number fifty, and now that we see it's not, they've
- 16:33shown their hand. And again I wonder, like I said
- 16:37from the beginning, did Maxwell's defense team just miss all
- 16:40of this? Maybe the proof at trial established at most
- 16:46a single conspiracy. Maxwell's lawyers wrote again with the conspiracy too,
- 16:51don't you need more than one person to be involved
- 16:53in a conspiracy? Where are all of her co conspirators
- 16:56and why are they not indicted? But no mention is
- 17:01made of Scottie David nor does the memo even address
- 17:04the questions of whether a sexually abused person should have
- 17:07been able to serve on the jury or whether that
- 17:10juror answered the pre trial questionnaire. Honestly, the memo silence
- 17:15on those issues was startling, considering how aggressively Maxwell's lawyers
- 17:20had pursued them before. And again, whenever there's smoke, there's fire. Right,
- 17:25there's something else going on here, and there's something going
- 17:28on behind the scenes, always is. But for me anyway,
- 17:34Maxwell and her team they've shown their hand now and
- 17:36we see why they were trying to keep it under sealed.
- 17:38They have nothing here, and even Juror fifty, it looks
- 17:41like they have nothing there. So Glenne Maxwell, like I've
- 17:45said for a very long time, better get comfortable in
- 17:48that jail cell. Better get comfortable knowing she's going to
- 17:51be in prison for the rest of her natural life.
- 17:56Miss Maxwell vigorously asserts that she did not receive a
- 17:59fair trial because of Juror fifty's presence on the jury
- 18:03and potentially the presence of other jurors who were the
- 18:07victims of sexual abuse. Mister Everdell had written in his
- 18:10letter to Judge Nathan so that was the letter that
- 18:13they wrote initially, right, talking about Juror fifty, talking about
- 18:17how he corrupted the process, all of that. But in
- 18:21the actual court filings there is no mention of any
- 18:24of that. So what does that tell you, folks? Nice
- 18:28pump fake It's not going to work though. The court
- 18:33is on to you, the public is on to you. Hell,
- 18:36the whole world is on to you. And you're going
- 18:39to have to really prove all of this stuff if
- 18:43you want it to work in your favor, because guess
- 18:45what you are now? A convicted human trafficker, Glenn Maxwell,
- 18:51That's what you are, okay, Not a former socialite, none
- 18:53of that. Convicted human trafficker and somebody who, in my opinion,
- 18:58is going to spend the rest of their life in prison.
- 19:02Enjoy the Boloney sandwiches. All right, folks, that's gonna do
- 19:06it for today's morning update. Now, today's Super Bowl Sunday,
- 19:10as you all know, so I probably won't be back
- 19:13with an evening update. However, there will be context episodes
- 19:17coming your way like usual. If you're fans of football
- 19:21and you're gonna be sitting around watching the ball game today,
- 19:23Hope you all have a great time with your friends
- 19:25and your family, all your loved ones, whatever it might be.
- 19:29To the rest of you who might not enjoy football, well,
- 19:32I hope you enjoy your Sunday doing whatever it is
- 19:35you enjoy doing. If you'd like to contact me, you
- 19:38can do that at Bobby Capuci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 19:41That's b O b b Y c ap you Cci
- 19:45at ProtonMail dot com. You can also find me on
- 19:48that cesspool Twitter at Bobby Underscore cap you Cci. The
- 19:55links that we discussed in this episode can be found
- 19:58in the description box. So we've been talking, obviously a
- 20:02lot about the Joe exotic of the Windsor family and
- 20:06his refusal to do the honorable thing and speak with
- 20:11the authorities. Now, remember he is the one who said
- 20:16that he would speak to the authorities. Nobody made that
- 20:20statement up. Nobody just woke up one day and attributed
- 20:24that statement to him. Those words came out of his
- 20:26mouth on the interview. And yet he is still refused
- 20:33to speak to the authorities, refused to help with the
- 20:36investigation and in fact refused to be a man Instead.
- 20:41What has he done went in a hid with mummy
- 20:45up at Balmoral, ducked and dodged the media, and they
- 20:52even had a press release put out saying that no
- 20:55pictures were to be allowed to be taken at Bellmoral.
- 20:59So he's done everything incomplete opposite of what he said
- 21:05he was going to do and who he said he was.
- 21:10Someone like this who says they're going to talk to
- 21:12the authorities and then does not the lawyers up the
- 21:17way he did, and then still refuses to speak to
- 21:20the authorities, Well that kind of sends up a few
- 21:24red flags because most people would be chomping at the
- 21:29bit to clear their name. You mean to tell me
- 21:33if this was you, you wouldn't be going crazy to get
- 21:36your name cleared. I certainly wouldn't be hiding at my
- 21:38mom's house. Not like that would be an option anyway
- 21:41for me. But I mean, I don't understand how this
- 21:46guy isn't standing on mountaintops declaring his innocence. See what's
- 21:51going on here is it's not only his name that's
- 21:54in jeopardy, right, He's dragging his whole entire family's name
- 21:57through the mud. The whole entire monarchy is on a
- 22:02precipice because of this man, and he refuses to step
- 22:06up to the plate, he refuses to do what is necessary,
- 22:12and even after he was served in a manner that
- 22:17is befitting the treaty that has been signed between the
- 22:21United States and the UK and the Hay Convention. Even
- 22:26though that has occurred, Andrew and his team have been obstinate,
- 22:31They've refused to cooperate, they've refused to speak to the authorities. Well,
- 22:37it looks like those days are coming to a screeching
- 22:40haul of folks because the UK High Court they're ready
- 22:44to weigh in on the Prince Andrew situation. And if
- 22:50he thinks that he is going to get away with
- 22:56all of this, if he thinks that he's not going
- 22:58to be served, he is wrong because the High Court
- 23:01of the UK, according to this report in Bloomberg, is
- 23:06ready to step in and serve his punk ass. So
- 23:12what's he gonna do? Now? Where's there to run? Now,
- 23:14there's nowhere left to run. The walls are closing in.
- 23:20And like we have seen in the other instances in
- 23:24this case, once the walls close in in a civil suit,
- 23:28and once the civil suit commences, the person who is
- 23:31being targeted in that civil suit is in severe jeopardy
- 23:35of a criminal suit coming up after it. And we've
- 23:41seen it with Maxwell and we've seen it with Epstein
- 23:44both in this case, it seems to be the pattern
- 23:47that is emerging. And for Prince Andrew, you know that
- 23:54his legal team is certainly aware of it. But his
- 24:00days of honoring himself and thinking he's going to get
- 24:05away with this are coming to a screeching halt. Now again,
- 24:09I'm not saying, oh, he's going to prison or you know,
- 24:12they're gonna find a judgment against him. He's gonna have
- 24:15to answer for this shit though, right, and really that's
- 24:19what all of this is about, these people not answering
- 24:23for what they have done. So it's definitely a step
- 24:25in the right direction, right, gotta walk before we crawl,
- 24:30Before you build a skyscraper, you gotta have that foundation, right,
- 24:34And each one of these people who get slapped in
- 24:37the mouth by the law, well that's another building block
- 24:40to build on top of. All right, So let's jump
- 24:45in here to Bloomberg and let's see what author Jonathan
- 24:50Browning has to say UK Court to weigh in over
- 24:56Prince Andrew's sex assault case. Probably not the headline that
- 25:01Prince Andrew and his high flying team of lawyers wanted
- 25:06to see or hear. Right, certainly not the news you
- 25:09want to wake up to if your Prince Andrew knowing
- 25:12that your country now is also getting in the mix,
- 25:16that the authorities in your home country are now also
- 25:20getting involved. And if you don't think that some of
- 25:27these folks who are involved in situations such as this
- 25:36don't want to blow the doors off of Prince Andrew
- 25:40and the royal family, you're wrong, right. I'm sure that
- 25:45there's a lot of axes to grind here as far
- 25:48as you know, the monarchy and some of the politicians
- 25:52in the UK. So again, Andrew's in serious, serious jeopardy here,
- 26:00and maybe the UK courts are looking to, you know,
- 26:04make a statement that they're they're not going to harbor
- 26:09a man like Andrew, They're not going to facilitate his
- 26:13avoidance of the law in the United States. That's a
- 26:18good sign, right, certainly a good sign to see right
- 26:21off of the bat. Now, like usual, though, like we
- 26:24always have to be cautious of, we have to make
- 26:28sure that they follow through with it, right. It's one
- 26:31thing to say something, it's another thing for these people
- 26:33to actually follow through with it. So we'll see where
- 26:36this all goes. But with the current wins and the
- 26:40way things are going in the world right now, I
- 26:43would be very, very shocked if the UK courts didn't
- 26:47step in and make sure that this becomes more of
- 26:50a seamless process because they understand the stakes, right They
- 26:56believe me, the people in the UK courts, people, everybody
- 27:02understands that this is a big, big, big deal and
- 27:09the world is watching. Prince Andrew, who has so far
- 27:15avoided responding to a US claim of sexual assault, may
- 27:19have to formally answer the lawsuit after the British Court
- 27:23said they were prepared to weigh in over the disputed litigation.
- 27:27And I know that this was a discussion I was
- 27:29having with several people about the UK courts and if
- 27:33they would step in or not. And like I said
- 27:36during those conversations, I'm not an expert on UK law.
- 27:40I really don't know any of the players on the
- 27:42stage or anything like that, so I don't have a
- 27:46firm grip on what the lawmakers in the UK will
- 27:50or will not do. So to see this this morning
- 27:56when I woke up, it was pretty interesting, honestly, because
- 28:00I really didn't know what to make of the talk
- 28:04about the British courts getting involved, because they've seemed to
- 28:08be very hesitant to do so thus far. But now
- 28:13them signaling that they're willing to be part of the
- 28:16process here, I you know, I have a lot more
- 28:20confidence that perhaps Scotland Yard and the investigators and the
- 28:28legal system of the UK has finally woken up to
- 28:31what's going on here and they're starting to take it
- 28:35a bit more serious. Perhaps. The second son of Queen
- 28:41Elizabeth has been contesting the service of a New York
- 28:45suit by a woman who claims she was recruited no more.
- 28:48That's let's rephrase that in a suit by a woman
- 28:52who was recruited by Jeffrey Epstein as a teenager and
- 28:56lent out to the British Royal and other men for sex. Well,
- 29:00we haven't proven that part yet, right as far as
- 29:03the British Royal goes. So that's alleged, but there's no
- 29:06alleged about her being recruited by Jeffrey Epstein as a
- 29:10teenager and being lent out. Those are facts. Again, if
- 29:14that wasn't the case, why would the estate take on
- 29:17the liability and pay out that money. Don't you think
- 29:20they would have fought those charges tooth and nail if
- 29:23it wasn't true. So they accepted responsibility for what Jeffrey
- 29:28Epstein did to Virginia and others. Just so we're clear,
- 29:37London's High Court said lawyers representing Virginia Roberts had provided
- 29:41new information allowing for judges to accept the request for service.
- 29:47The High Court will now take steps to serve the
- 29:50Prince unless service is arranged by agreement between the parties.
- 29:54A spokesman for the court said in an email Wednesday, YO,
- 29:58I hope they send one of those do dudes that
- 30:00wears the hat and stands there at attention, you know,
- 30:03the red outfit with the big ass black hat. I
- 30:06don't know what they're called, the Queen's Guards or something.
- 30:08They should send one of those dudes to serve him.
- 30:11That would be sick, That would be hilarious or Like
- 30:14I've said from the beginning, one of my favorite authors
- 30:18is Joe Abercrombie, and he has an incredible, incredible series
- 30:22of books, the First Law Trilogy, and one of those
- 30:26characters in the book is an inquisitor named san Dan Glocta,
- 30:31and the dude is an absolute savage. One of the
- 30:35greatest characters ever penned in my opinion as far as
- 30:38fantasy goes, I mean right up there with Tiry and Lanister.
- 30:42And the dude is an absolute savage when it comes
- 30:47to questioning prisoners. So maybe Joe Abercrombie, who is a
- 30:54subject of the Queen, maybe he could lend us, mister
- 30:58glocta all sticks to go on have a conversation with
- 31:01Prince Andrews, since you know the UK courts are getting
- 31:03involved in all. The suit was filed last month by Roberts,
- 31:10who claims Prince Andrew sexually abused her in Epstein's New
- 31:14York home, on his private island in the US Virgin Islands,
- 31:18and in the London home of British socialite what co
- 31:22conspirator general all around scusbag fellow child abuse her and
- 31:27bipedal serpent Glean Maxwell, who is in jail awaiting trial
- 31:31on sex trafficking charges. Prince Andrew has denied he had
- 31:36ever had sex with Roberts. Yeah, not only deny that, right,
- 31:39because if he denied that then it's a he said,
- 31:42she said situation, And I'd be a lot less inclined
- 31:46to dive in and believe what was being said about him.
- 31:52But the problem with him is this, he hasn't just
- 31:55denied that, he's denied even knowing Virginia, even though we
- 31:58know that's not the case. And you know, I don't
- 32:02want to rehash all of that again. We've talked about
- 32:03it at nauseum lately. But the fact of the matter
- 32:07is this, he's done nothing but lie as far as
- 32:09I can tell, whereas Virginia and her claims, as far
- 32:13as we know, as far as the circumstantial evidence points,
- 32:18certainly seems to be telling the truth here. So when
- 32:22you have somebody who's lying about the basic details of
- 32:26even meeting somebody, and then somebody else, being Virginia, who
- 32:30is providing proof, pictures, corroborated statements, and the rest of it,
- 32:35how can anyone believe that this moron is telling the truth. Look,
- 32:45you're not hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein because the guy
- 32:48had great fashion tips for you. You're not hanging out
- 32:51with Jeffrey Epstein because he makes a fantastic plate of
- 32:56spotted dick. You were hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein because
- 33:01A you love the fact that he had doe and
- 33:04B you wanted access to all of those beautiful ladies
- 33:07he had around them, and those young ladies he had
- 33:10around him. Just be honest, Prince Ling, you're a piece
- 33:15of shit. Just admit it and move on with your life.
- 33:19The hiding, the ducking, the obfuscating, straight bitch move, and
- 33:25the whole world sees it. I mean, look, I'm sure
- 33:28there's a few people still that are rallying around mister
- 33:31dildo head over here. I'm sure there are. Look, there's
- 33:34always some sick people in the world, right, Even like
- 33:36with Elizabeth Holmes, you have people who think that she's
- 33:41some kind of hero or something. And that's just the
- 33:44way society works, right, There's always a few buffoons who
- 33:47think they're edgy or whatever. But the fact of the
- 33:50matter is this Joe Exotic of the Windsor family has
- 33:56straight up lied to us several times. So if you
- 34:01want to believe somebody who's lied to you a bunch
- 34:03of times, that's cool, that's your business. But me, when
- 34:07a motherfucker shows me who they are, I pay attention.
- 34:13And we all know what Andrew has shown us and
- 34:18who he has shown us to be, So I'm gonna
- 34:20take him at his word. Prince Andrew likely must answer
- 34:27sex abuse suit, the judge says. The Duke of York
- 34:30spokeswoman did not immediately comment on the development. His US
- 34:34lawyers didn't respond to a request for comment sent outside
- 34:37of usual business hours. The Prince's UK lawyers, who aren't
- 34:41instructed on the US matter, declined to comment. Yeah, they
- 34:44better decline to comment. And it's no wonder they hired Brettler,
- 34:49mister Hollywood hotshot lawyer, mister Southern District of New York
- 34:57old chum. They know that that they're in for it now.
- 35:01They know that this is serious. This is not something
- 35:03that can be ignored, and especially now with the British
- 35:07courts weighing in. So old boys getting it from both ends, right,
- 35:13He's catching heat from both ends, both sides of the pond. Now,
- 35:17where are you gonna go? What are you gonna go?
- 35:18Run away and hide with one of your arms dealer
- 35:20friends in barn or something, because that's the next step
- 35:24for this dude. I'm telling you right now. If this
- 35:27was the old days and we're talking about like you know,
- 35:30the Tutors or the Plantagenets or William the Conqueror bro
- 35:36this guy would have been sent to the furthest flungs
- 35:38of the Empire would have been put in London Tower
- 35:42until nobody ever saw him again. He certainly wouldn't be
- 35:47walking around still and mucking shit up. The guy's in
- 35:52absolute embarrassment to the country, to the Queen, and to
- 35:57men in general. Honestly. US District Judge Lewis Kaplan said
- 36:04this week that the Prince will be properly served sooner
- 36:07or later with papers requiring him to respond. A filing
- 36:12in the US suit claimed to have successfully delivered the
- 36:14lawsuit papers to the Prince at his home in Windsor
- 36:17at the end of August. The documents were left at
- 36:21the gates of the residents and the agent didn't hand
- 36:24them to the Prince directly. Again, it's a game of
- 36:27technicalities for these people. They're not interested in the truth
- 36:32or whose right, or who's wrong, or what's true and
- 36:35what's untrue. All they care about is trying to make
- 36:39sure that this dude gets off, and that's the lawyer's job, right.
- 36:44But it's not going to be so easy this time.
- 36:53According to Roberts, Prince Andrew is liable for battery and
- 36:57for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Prince Andrew committed sexual
- 37:01assault and battery upon plaintiff when she was seventeen years old,
- 37:05she claimed in the complaint. The case is Roberts versus
- 37:09Prince Andrew won twenty one Dash CV Dash zero six
- 37:14seven zero two at the US District Court, Southern District
- 37:18of New York, Manhattan. All right, so things are eating
- 37:22up here, right, we got you know, things are moving
- 37:25and things are happening behind the scenes that you know
- 37:28are going to tell the story of where this all goes.
- 37:34And I'm very, very interested to see the response now
- 37:38from the Joe exotic of the Windsor family's team in
- 37:42light of the UK Court saying it's willing to get
- 37:45involved here because this is a new significant hurdle for
- 37:49him and his team. Up until this point, he had
- 37:52the shroud of protection, if you will, of being in
- 37:58the UK, of not being in the United States, of
- 38:01hiding at Mummy's house at Balmoral. He had all of
- 38:05these advantages before the UK courts decided to step in.
- 38:09Now that the UK Court is also involved, those advantages
- 38:13have all shriveled up and the walls most certainly are
- 38:20closing in. If you'd like to contact me, You can
- 38:24do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's
- 38:28bo bb Y c ap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 38:35You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
- 38:39c ap Ucci. All of the links that go with
- 38:43this episode can be found in the description box. Today,
- 38:47we're gonna dive right back in to the whole entire
- 38:51Prince Andrew situation and the confidential document that he requested
- 38:56be turned over to him. Now we know that the
- 38:59court agreed, We know that David Boyse and Virginia's legal
- 39:03team they agreed as well. Well. Now the estate has
- 39:07also agreed, so there is no impediment to the Joe
- 39:11Exotic of the Windsor Family aka Prince Andrew getting this document.
- 39:20So that's one rest technicality that we have to deal with. Hopefully,
- 39:25hopefully he'll get this document, Brettler will look over it,
- 39:28see that it means nothing, and we'll keep it moving
- 39:32because I have had my fill of technicalities and loopholes
- 39:36from these people. Today is the three year anniversary of
- 39:40the podcast, Folks, three years every single day on air
- 39:46airing these dudes out, and we're gonna be here every
- 39:52day until this trial ends. But the fact remains that
- 39:59with this document coming to the forefront here now and
- 40:03everybody agreeing to it, hopefully we can move past the
- 40:08technicality and loophole issue here at least and get down
- 40:13to some of the meat and the potatoes. Everybody has
- 40:19been calling for the same thing, Prince Andrew to answer questions,
- 40:23and he wouldn't even do that for all these years now,
- 40:29especially since his interview on the BBC. He talked about
- 40:33how honorable he was and how he's willing to help authorities,
- 40:38and we knew none of that's true. If he wanted
- 40:40to help authorities, he wouldn't be talking about it, he'd
- 40:43be doing it. And they had the strategy of mum's
- 40:49the word, let's keep quiet, let's not talk about anything.
- 40:52We'll just shut our mouths and hope this goes away. Well,
- 40:55that's not going to work, certainly not going to work
- 40:58with somebody like Virginia. So now he's forced to actually
- 41:04come to terms with the reality that he's going to
- 41:07have to answer these questions. And for Prince Andrew, we
- 41:13all know that's not going to be an easy task.
- 41:17We saw how he acted with Emily Maitliss talking to him.
- 41:21Imagine an FBI interrogator would not end well for Prince Andrew,
- 41:26so his team is trying to maneuver behind the scenes
- 41:29to make sure that doesn't happen. They don't want this
- 41:32to ever get to court. They don't want him sitting
- 41:35down to get deposed, they don't want any of it.
- 41:39In their perfect world, this all gets thrown out. The
- 41:42document that's being released will be the the straw that
- 41:45breaks the camel's back. They'll get it thrown out, and
- 41:48the Prince will be on his way to go in
- 41:50grifts steel and have shooting parties to his heart's delight.
- 41:56That's the scenario they hope play out in reality. I
- 42:01don't think that's going to be the case. I think
- 42:05Prince Andrew's in some jeopardy here, folks. Now, not criminal,
- 42:09but as far as civily goes, there is a lot
- 42:14of jeopardy for Andrew here. And now that we're going
- 42:19to be able to probably get rid of this document
- 42:23and put it in the past, they're gonna have to
- 42:25come up with another strategy. And unless that strategy has
- 42:29something to do with, you know, the truth, I don't
- 42:32think they have that gread of a chance because remember,
- 42:35they're not going against some jerk off lawyer. They're not
- 42:38going against some you know, better call Saul knockoff. They're
- 42:43going out, you know, up against a very powerful lawyer
- 42:46in his own right, with a lot of resources of
- 42:48his own. So when that's the case and the lawyers
- 42:52are basically you know, locking horns as equals in the courtroom,
- 42:56it comes down to a who has the connections and
- 43:01then be well, who's telling the truth. And I think
- 43:07when all is said and done here, I think Andrew's
- 43:09gonna end up on the losing end. Is That's what
- 43:13I think will end up happening. However long this takes.
- 43:17Either there'll be some sort of settlement out of court
- 43:19that he'll have to pay money, or it'll be a
- 43:21judgment against him. That's my personal opinion. Now I don't
- 43:24have anything to back that up. I don't have any
- 43:27you know, sources or inside info about it. That's just
- 43:29my gut feeling. And that's why he's fighting so hard
- 43:33to not even get to that point. All right. So
- 43:38our article today is from Law and Crime and Adam Klasfeld.
- 43:44And again, if you guys aren't following Adam Klassfeld on
- 43:46Twitter or social media or whatever, you probably should. He
- 43:50has great insight when it comes to things in the
- 43:53realm of the legal land, and especially has given some
- 43:57really good insight throughout this whole entire Epstein's situation. So
- 44:02I would definitely suggest checking him out if you're not
- 44:04familiar with his work. Headline Jeffrey Epstein's estate agrees to
- 44:10disclose confidential deal requested by Prince Andrew. Court documents say
- 44:17Jeffrey Epstein's estate has agreed to disclose a confidential settlement
- 44:21agreement that Prince Andrew invoked in an attempt to scuttle
- 44:24a lawsuit filed against him by Virginia Roberts, a US
- 44:28court filing revealed on Thursday. So that just means everybody's
- 44:32in agreement here, David boys, Prince Andrew's people and the
- 44:40state as well as the court, that this is okay
- 44:45for this document be given to Prince Andrew for his
- 44:48team to take a look at and to see what's what. Now.
- 44:52They're all biz they're going to find something in there
- 44:54that helps Prince Andrew get rid of this lawsuit altogether.
- 45:00They're hoping that it gives him cover. But according to
- 45:05David Boyes and other people close to the situation. It
- 45:08doesn't look like that's going to occur. During a court
- 45:14hearing on September thirteenth, the Prince's attorney, Andrew Brettler, claimed
- 45:18the deal would expose Robert's lawsuit as baseless, non viable,
- 45:22and potentially unlawful. There has been a settlement agreement that
- 45:26the plaintiff has entered into in a prior action that
- 45:30releases the Duke and others from any and all potential liability,
- 45:36Bretler said earlier this month to US District Judge Lewis Kaplan,
- 45:40who appeared to have little patience for the claim. Yeah,
- 45:43because it's a stupid claim. All right, Let's be real.
- 45:47Prince Andrew was not in the employee of Jeffrey Epstein?
- 45:49Was he not to our knowledge? And if he was,
- 45:53boy that's a story in itself. Prince Andrew wasn't you know,
- 46:00to Jeffrey Epstein except for a friend supposedly. So how
- 46:03could this agreement have anything to do or have any
- 46:06bearing on Prince Andrew. It's such a reach by his
- 46:11team that it's not even funny. Another way to muddy
- 46:14things up, another way to try and steer everybody into
- 46:19the mud and out of the clear water. At the time,
- 46:26the Prince had been disputing that Robert served him properly
- 46:29with the lawsuit, and the judge wanted to resolve that
- 46:32issue before turning to different arguments. Prince Andrew formally stipulated
- 46:37last week that Robert successfully served him with the court papers.
- 46:41Oh yeah, did she really? Oh thanks, Prince Andrew. This
- 46:45guy's such a clown, him and his team, all of them.
- 46:48You should have accepted the papers right away. This was inevitable.
- 46:52The fact that you won't even accept the papers to
- 46:55battle it out in the courtroom tells me everything I
- 46:58need to know about you. Robert's high powered attorney, David Boyce,
- 47:06called the Epstein agreement in question irrelevant to the Duke
- 47:09the Duke's case, but the attorney agreed he has a
- 47:12right to see it. Although we believe that the release
- 47:15is irrelevant to the case against Prince Andrew. Now that
- 47:18service has been accepted and the case is proceeding to
- 47:21a determination on the merits, we believe that the Council
- 47:25for Prince Andrew have a right to review the release
- 47:28and to make whatever arguments they believe appropriate based on it.
- 47:32Boys wrote in a letter on September twenty third. So
- 47:35what that says to me is that David Boys is
- 47:37pretty confident that this documentation is not going to have
- 47:41any bearing on the outcome of this case. That's what
- 47:45it says to me. Again, I could be wrong. He
- 47:48could just be floss and and flexing and acting like
- 47:50he's confident. I don't know, but when you look at
- 47:54his reaction to this and his comments, it certainly seems
- 47:57to me that he's confident that this document is going
- 48:02to mean nothing. The agreement is currently under a protective
- 48:10order in Robert's litigation with former Epstein lawyer and professor
- 48:14at Harvard Law School, Alan Dershowitz, Roberts has also accused
- 48:18Dershowitz of sexually abusing her. Dershowitz, who denied the allegations,
- 48:23countersued Roberts for defamation. Look, Alan Dershowitz is one of
- 48:28the most reprehensible people I have ever ever had the
- 48:35disgusting luck of hearing about in my life. I just
- 48:40do not like the man, the way he goes about himself,
- 48:42the way he carries himself, and certainly the way he
- 48:46manipulates the law. We all know that when you're hiring
- 48:51Alan Dershowitz. You're not hiring him for the courtroom. You're
- 48:54hiring him because he has access to all of his
- 48:56buddies at Harvard who litter. On Thursday, Boys followed up
- 49:02with another letter informing the judge presiding over this dispute
- 49:06about the breakthrough regarding Epstein's estate. Jeffrey Epstein's estate has
- 49:10now consented to Miss Roberts providing a copy of the
- 49:13confidential agreement at issue to Prince Andrew. Boys told uh
- 49:18Senior US District Judge Loretta Presca, we thus request permission
- 49:22from the Court the Court pursuant to this Court's protective
- 49:26order to furnish a copy of the release to Prince
- 49:29Andrew's council. So again, sure seems like Boys and company
- 49:34here are like, all right, here's the document, Bring it on,
- 49:38let's see what you got. And I'm pretty interested to
- 49:43see where this all goes, what comes of this. Roberts,
- 49:53one of the most widely known women to accuse since
- 49:56deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein of abuse, has sued three
- 49:59other people for allegedly sexually exploiting her. Robert's Sybil complaint
- 50:04alleging that accused sex trafficker Glainne Maxwell turned her into
- 50:08Epstein's sex slave, helped spark the British heiress's criminal prosecution.
- 50:13The lawsuits against Alan Dershowitz and Prince Andrew sprung from
- 50:16allegations that first became public during the litigation with Maxwell. Now,
- 50:22that was all during the deposition, and the stuff that
- 50:26Virginia talked about in that deposition very very disturbing, and
- 50:31it's obvious that prosecutors believed her because well, Maxwell is
- 50:36charged with perjury based on her responses during that deposition.
- 50:44Robert's latest lawsuit accuses Prince Andrew of sexually assaulting her
- 50:48in three locations, Epstein's New York mansion and private island
- 50:51in the US Virgin Islands, as well as Maxwell's London home.
- 50:56The latter locale is where the Prince was pictured with
- 50:58his arm around Robert's waist. And that's the clincher for me.
- 51:03That's the evidence. That is the Locke evidence, right, the
- 51:07evidence that you look at it and you're like, oh, man,
- 51:09I don't know how you get over that dude has
- 51:13a picture with her at Maxwell's house, arm around her barrel,
- 51:17Wiste and then he has the audacity to say he
- 51:20doesn't even know her. Nobody's believing that. Roberts filed her
- 51:29claims on August ninth, as the window was closing on
- 51:32the New York Child Victims Act, which suspended the statute
- 51:35of limitations on civil allegations involving alleged sexual abuse against miners.
- 51:41She was seventeen years old when she alleges the conduct occurred.
- 51:45Andrew has not been charged with any crimes. The Prince's
- 51:48attorney did not immediately respond to an email requesting comment. Yeah,
- 51:53that's the mo of these guys. They're not going to
- 51:55say nothing. Andrew's people, Mum's the word, folks. That's how
- 52:00it's been for a while. Now. With Bretler being involved,
- 52:04it might become a little different. He's a Hollywood guy.
- 52:07Might take to a little more public denial or whatever.
- 52:11We'll have to see. But as of now, we've heard
- 52:14nothing pretty much from the Joe Exotic of the Windsor
- 52:17Families camp, and I don't expect that to change, all right. So,
- 52:24also tomorrow we have a there's a new article out
- 52:28in Politico about the fund and it's relatively long. So
- 52:32I'm going to do it in a couple of pieces
- 52:34starting tomorrow morning. I think that's the best way to
- 52:38do those long articles. It's worked out for us in
- 52:40the past like that. I'll probably break it down into
- 52:42three pieces and then that way you folks can digest
- 52:46it a little bit at a time, as opposed to
- 52:49going through, you know, a marathon hour and a half
- 52:52or whatever it may be. So that's gonna be that
- 52:56for today and for tomorrow. That's what you can expect. Obviously,
- 53:01if anything else happens, we get some breaking news or
- 53:04something that turns the case on its head, I'll definitely
- 53:07be back. But if not, we will pick up where
- 53:12we left off tomorrow. If you'd like to contact me,
