Reality Bytes #47: Eliza to Neural Networks: The AI Workplace Journey
Welcome back to Reality Bytes! Today, we dive into the history of AI in the workplace with the panel, featuring Dina, Oriana, Sean, and Megan. Inspired by Megan Brake's brilliant article on the Nexthink blog, we explore the origins and evolution of AI, from early sci-fi imaginings and Alan Turing's theoretical work to the Dartmouth Conference's pioneering research. The team discusses the first interactive chatbot, Eliza, and the progression from rules-based systems to today's neural networks and machine learning.
