A 23-year-old Richmond man named Andrew Jones, known as “3” to his family, was fatally shot during a block party on August 15. Though police detained a suspect near the scene, no charges have been filed. His grieving family, including his sister Iyanna and mother Angelica Jamison, are pleading with witnesses to come forward — especially those who were at the party — to help solve the case and bring justice.
