  Christina,
• 1:20
  welcome
• 1:21
  to
• 1:21
  the
• 1:21
  show.
• 1:21
  It's
• 1:22
  good
• 1:22
  to
• 1:22
  have
• 1:22
  you
• 1:22
  back
• 1:22
  on.
• 1:24
  It's
• 1:24
  so
• 1:24
  wonderful
• 1:24
  to
• 1:25
  see
• 1:25
  you
• 1:25
  guys.
• 1:25
  Thanks
• 1:26
  for
• 1:26
  having
• 1:26
  me.
• 1:27
  Yes,
• 1:28
  it's
• 1:28
  great
• 1:28
  to
• 1:28
  see
• 1:28
  you
• 1:28
  again.
• 1:29
  I
• 1:29
  mean,
• 1:29
  for
• 1:29
  those,
• 1:29
  for
• 1:30
  those
• 1:30
  that
• 1:30
  have
• 1:30
  been
• 1:30
  with
• 1:30
  us
• 1:30
  for
• 1:30
  a
• 1:31
  long
• 1:31
  time,
• 1:31
  they
• 1:31
  no
• 1:31
  doubt
• 1:32
  know
• 1:32
  who
• 1:32
  you
• 1:32
  are
• 1:32
  through
• 1:33
  your
• 1:33
  work
• 1:33
  at
• 1:33
  Shop
• 1:34
  Talk
• 1:34
  and
• 1:34
  also
• 1:34
  you've
• 1:34
  been
• 1:35
  on
• 1:35
  our,
• 1:35
  on
• 1:35
  many
• 1:35
  of
• 1:36
  our
• 1:36
  programs
• 1:36
  over
• 1:36
  these
• 1:37
  past
• 1:37
  few
• 1:37
  years
• 1:37
  as
• 1:38
  well.
• 1:38
  So
• 1:38
  it's
• 1:38
  good
• 1:38
  to
• 1:39
  have
• 1:39
  you
• 1:39
  back.
• 1:39
  But
• 1:39
  for
• 1:39
  those
• 1:40
  maybe
• 1:40
  that
• 1:40
  aren't
• 1:40
  as
• 1:40
  familiar
• 1:41
  with
• 1:41
  you,
• 1:41
  Christina,
• 1:42
  why
• 1:42
  don't
• 1:42
  you
• 1:42
  tell
• 1:43
  our
• 1:43
  audience
• 1:43
  a
• 1:43
  little
• 1:43
  bit
• 1:44
  about
• 1:44
  yourself
• 1:44
  and
• 1:44
  then
• 1:45
  also
• 1:45
  about
• 1:45
  your
• 1:45
  other
• 1:46
  co
• 1:46
  founders
• 1:47
  that
• 1:48
  are
• 1:48
  involved
• 1:48
  in
• 1:48
  the
• 1:48
  Retail
• 1:49
  Club.
• 1:49
  Yeah,
• 1:49
  happy
• 1:50
  to
• 1:50
  do
• 1:50
  that.
• 1:50
  Well,
• 1:50
  I
• 1:51
  like
• 1:51
  to
• 1:51
  think
• 1:51
  of
• 1:51
  myself
• 1:51
  first
• 1:52
  and
• 1:52
  foremost
• 1:52
  as
• 1:53
  a
• 1:53
  reformed
• 1:53
  journalist.
• 1:54
  I
• 1:54
  actually
• 1:54
  started
• 1:55
  my
• 1:55
  career
• 1:56
  as
• 1:56
  a
• 1:56
  retail
• 1:56
  reporter
• 1:57
  over
• 1:57
  at
• 1:57
  CNBC
• 1:58
  and
• 1:58
  also
• 1:58
  spent
• 1:59
  a
• 1:59
  couple
• 1:59
  of
• 1:59
  years
• 1:59
  over
• 2:00
  at
• 2:00
  wwd,
• 2:01
  but
• 2:02
  as
• 2:02
  you
• 2:02
  guys
• 2:02
  mentioned,
• 2:03
  made
• 2:03
  the
• 2:03
  jump
• 2:04
  over
• 2:04
  to
• 2:04
  the
• 2:05
  Shop
• 2:05
  Talk
• 2:05
  ship
• 2:06
  back
• 2:06
  in
• 2:07
  2017.
• 2:07
  I
• 2:08
  actually
• 2:08
  attended
• 2:09
  the
• 2:09
  show
• 2:09
  when
• 2:09
  I
• 2:09
  was
• 2:10
  covering
• 2:10
  it
• 2:10
  for
• 2:10
  CNBC
• 2:11
  and
• 2:11
  was
• 2:11
  completely
• 2:12
  blown
• 2:12
  away
• 2:13
  by
• 2:13
  the
• 2:13
  event,
• 2:14
  the
• 2:15
  community
• 2:15
  and
• 2:15
  the
• 2:15
  founders.
• 2:16
  And
• 2:16
  so
• 2:17
  was
• 2:17
  there
• 2:17
  leading
• 2:18
  the
• 2:18
  content
• 2:18
  team
• 2:18
  across
• 2:19
  Shop
• 2:19
  Talk,
• 2:19
  Grocery
• 2:20
  Shop
• 2:20
  and
• 2:20
  Shop

  Talk
• 2:20
  Europe
• 2:21
  for
• 2:21
  several
• 2:22
  years.
• 2:22
  That's
• 2:22
  where
• 2:23
  I
• 2:23
  got
• 2:23
  synced
• 2:23
  up
• 2:23
  with
• 2:24
  the
• 2:24
  other
• 2:25
  founders
• 2:25
  of
• 2:26
  Retail
• 2:26
  Club,
• 2:26
  Anil
• 2:27
  And
• 2:27
  Simran
• 2:28
  Agarwal.
• 2:28
  They
• 2:29
  actually
• 2:29
  founded,
• 2:30
  scaled
• 2:30
  and
• 2:31
  sold
• 2:31
  Shop
• 2:31
  Talk,
• 2:32
  Grocery
• 2:32
  Shop
• 2:32
  and
• 2:33
  a
• 2:33
  couple
• 2:33
  of
• 2:33
  other,
• 2:33
  you
• 2:34
  know,
• 2:34
  tiny
• 2:34
  events.
• 2:35
  Money
• 2:35
  2020
• 2:36
  at
• 2:36
  FinTech
• 2:36
  meetups.
• 2:36
  Just
• 2:37
  those?
• 2:37
  Yeah.
• 2:37
  So
• 2:37
  they've
• 2:38
  been
• 2:38
  around
• 2:38
  the
• 2:38
  block.
• 2:39
  And
• 2:39
  Caroline
• 2:40
  Farley,
• 2:40
  who
• 2:41
  is
• 2:41
  also
• 2:41
  on
• 2:41
  the
• 2:41
  executive
• 2:41
  team
• 2:42
  over
• 2:42
  at
• 2:42
  Shop
• 2:43
  Talk
• 2:43
  and
• 2:43
  was
• 2:43
  one
• 2:43
  of
• 2:43
  the
• 2:44
  founders
• 2:44
  of
• 2:44
  Grocery
• 2:44
  Shop
• 2:45
  and
• 2:45
  fintech
• 2:45
  Meetup
• 2:45
  as
• 2:46
  well.
• 2:46
  So
• 2:46
  we're
• 2:46
  really
• 2:46
  excited
• 2:47
  to
• 2:47
  have
• 2:47
  the
• 2:47
  band
• 2:47
  back
• 2:47
  together.
• 2:48
  And
• 2:48
  hey,
• 2:48
  we
• 2:48
  know
• 2:48
  event,
• 2:49
  we
• 2:49
  know
• 2:49
  retail,
• 2:49
  and
• 2:50
  we're
• 2:50
  ready
• 2:50
  to
• 2:50
  dive
• 2:51
  in.
• 2:52
  Awesome.
• 2:52
  So
• 2:52
  what,
• 2:53
  what
• 2:53
  is,
• 2:53
  what
• 2:53
  is
• 2:53
  the.
• 2:53
  Goal
• 2:54
  of
• 2:54
  this,
• 2:54
  this,
• 2:54
  this
• 2:55
  quote
• 2:55
  unquote
• 2:55
  retail
• 2:56
  club?
• 2:57
  It's
• 2:58
  a
• 2:58
  great
• 2:58
  question.
• 2:59
  So
• 2:59
  Retail
• 3:00
  Club
• 3:00
  really
• 3:00
  is
• 3:00
  an
• 3:01
  entirely
• 3:01
  new
• 3:02
  retreats
• 3:02
  business.
• 3:03
  We
• 3:03
  are
• 3:03
  going
• 3:03
  to
• 3:03
  be
• 3:03
  launching
• 3:04
  with
• 3:04
  our
• 3:04
  first
• 3:05
  retreat,
• 3:05
  which
• 3:05
  is
• 3:05
  an
• 3:06
  AI
• 3:06
  deep
• 3:06
  dive
• 3:07
  retreat
• 3:07
  in
• 3:07
  less
• 3:08
  than
• 3:08
  90
• 3:08
  days.
• 3:08
  We
• 3:09
  are
• 3:09
  moving
• 3:09
  at
• 3:09
  this.
• 3:11
  So
• 3:11
  our
• 3:11
  first
• 3:11
  retreat
• 3:12
  is
• 3:12
  actually
• 3:12
  going
• 3:12
  to
• 3:12
  be
• 3:13
  September
• 3:13
  14th
• 3:14
  to
• 3:14
  17th
• 3:14
  in
• 3:15
  Huntington
• 3:15
  Beach,
• 3:16
  California.
• 3:17
  And
• 3:17
  to
• 3:17
  your
• 3:17
  question
• 3:17
  about
• 3:18
  goals,
• 3:18
  I
• 3:18
  would
• 3:18
  say
• 3:18
  really,
• 3:19
  Chris,
• 3:19
  it's
• 3:19
  two.
• 3:21
  First
• 3:21
  is
• 3:21
  we
• 3:21
  are
• 3:21
  really
• 3:22
  trying
• 3:22
  to
• 3:22
  build
• 3:23
  the
• 3:23
  retail
• 3:23
  industry's
• 3:24
  AI
• 3:24
  native
• 3:25
  community.
• 3:25
  So
• 3:26
  if
• 3:26
  we
• 3:26
  think
• 3:26
  back
• 3:26
  to
• 3:26
  the
• 3:26
  early
• 3:27
  days
• 3:27
  of
• 3:27
  Shop
• 3:27
  Talk,
• 3:28
  our
• 3:28
  goal
• 3:28
  really
• 3:28
  was
• 3:29
  to
• 3:29
  help
• 3:29
  retail
• 3:29
  go
• 3:30
  digital.
• 3:30
  Our
• 3:31
  goal
• 3:31
  for
• 3:31
  Retail
• 3:31
  Club
• 3:32
  is
• 3:32
  to
• 3:32
  help
• 3:32
  it
• 3:32
  go
• 3:32
  AI.
• 3:33
  And
• 3:34
  then
• 3:34
  our
• 3:34
  second
• 3:34
  goal
• 3:34
  is
• 3:34
  actually
• 3:35
  to
• 3:35
  just
• 3:35
  kind
• 3:35
  of
• 3:36
  reinvent
• 3:36
  the
• 3:36
  wheel.
• 3:37
  As
• 3:37
  I
• 3:37
  mentioned,
• 3:38
  our
• 3:38
  founders
• 3:38
  were
• 3:39
  true
• 3:39
  visionaries
• 3:39
  when
• 3:40
  it
• 3:40
  came
• 3:40
  to
• 3:40
  building
• 3:40
  large
• 3:41
  scale
• 3:41
  events.
• 3:41
  I
• 3:42
  think
• 3:42
  there's
• 3:42
  always
• 3:43
  going
• 3:43
  to
• 3:43
  be
• 3:43
  a
• 3:43
  place
• 3:43
  in
• 3:43
  the
• 3:43
  market
• 3:44
  for
• 3:44
  those
• 3:44
  large
• 3:44
  scale
• 3:45
  events,
• 3:45
  but
• 3:45
  they
• 3:46
  saw
• 3:46
  a
• 3:46
  real
• 3:46
  need
• 3:46
  for
• 3:47
  something
• 3:47
  that's
• 3:47
  much
• 3:48
  more
• 3:48
  collaborative,
• 3:49
  a
• 3:50
  place
• 3:50
  where
• 3:50
  people
• 3:50
  can
• 3:50
  really
• 3:51
  come
• 3:51
  and
• 3:51
  share.
• 3:51
  And
• 3:52
  so
• 3:52
  really
• 3:53
  ripping
• 3:53
  up
• 3:53
  the
• 3:53
  traditional
• 3:54
  events
• 3:54
  playbook
• 3:54
  is
• 3:54
  probably
• 3:55
  the
• 3:55
  long
• 3:55
  and
• 3:55
  short
• 3:56
  of
• 3:56
  it.
• 3:56
  You
• 3:56
  know,
• 3:56
  thinking
• 3:56
  no
• 3:57
  booths,
• 3:57
  no
• 3:57
  expo
• 3:58
  hall,
• 3:59
  not
• 3:59
  much
• 3:59
  traditional
• 4:00
  content,
• 4:01
  and
• 4:01
  really
• 4:01
  just
• 4:01
  kind
• 4:02
  of
• 4:02
  focusing
• 4:02
  on
• 4:03
  how
• 4:03
  can
• 4:03
  we
• 4:03
  really
• 4:04
  serve
• 4:04
  the
• 4:04
  retail
• 4:05
  industry
• 4:05
  at
• 4:06
  a
• 4:06
  critical
• 4:06
  juncture
• 4:07
  when
• 4:08
  things
• 4:08
  are
• 4:09
  happening
• 4:09
  fast
• 4:09
  and
• 4:09
  furious
• 4:10
  as
• 4:10
  it
• 4:10
  comes
• 4:10
  to
• 4:11
  AI
• 4:11
  innovation.
• 4:13
  No
• 4:13
  booths.
• 4:14
  Sign
• 4:14
  me
• 4:14
  up.
• 4:14
  Oh
• 4:15
  my
• 4:15
  God.
• 4:15
  No
• 4:15
  booze.
• 4:16
  That's
• 4:16
  like
• 4:16
  crazy
• 4:16
  talk.
• 4:17
  At
• 4:17
  first
• 4:18
  I
• 4:18
  thought
• 4:18
  you
• 4:18
  said
• 4:18
  no
• 4:19
  booze,
• 4:19
  Christina.
• 4:20
  And
• 4:20
  I
• 4:20
  was
• 4:20
  like,
• 4:21
  that's
• 4:21
  not,
• 4:22
  that's
• 4:22
  even
• 4:22
  crazier
• 4:23
  talk.
• 4:23
  I
• 4:23
  don't
• 4:24
  know
• 4:24
  if
• 4:24
  I'm
• 4:24
  ready
• 4:24
  for
• 4:24
  that
• 4:25
  one.
• 4:25
  I
• 4:25
  know
• 4:25
  that's
• 4:26
  the
• 4:26
  trend,
• 4:26
  but
• 4:27
  if
• 4:27
  I
• 4:27
  know
• 4:27
  this
• 4:28
  group,
• 4:28
  they,
• 4:29
  they
• 4:29
  always
• 4:30
  show
• 4:30
  us
• 4:30
  a
• 4:30
  very,
• 4:31
  very
• 4:31
  good
• 4:31
  time.
• 4:32
  Okay,
• 4:33
  so
• 4:33
  Christina,
• 4:33
  the
• 4:33
  AI
• 4:34
  Deep
• 4:34
  Dive
• 4:34
  retreat
• 4:35
  is,
• 4:35
  it's
• 4:35
  the
• 4:35
  first
• 4:36
  event
• 4:37
  for
• 4:37
  Retail
• 4:37
  Club.
• 4:38
  What
• 4:38
  are
• 4:38
  some
• 4:39
  of
• 4:39
  the
• 4:39
  kind
• 4:39
  of
• 4:39
  key
• 4:39
  themes
• 4:40
  that
• 4:40
  people
• 4:40
  should
• 4:41
  expect
• 4:42
  going
• 4:42
  into
• 4:42
  this
• 4:43
  retreat?
• 4:43
  What
• 4:43
  should
• 4:44
  they
• 4:44
  kind
• 4:44
  of
• 4:44
  hope
• 4:45
  to
• 4:45
  take
• 4:45
  away?
• 4:46
  Yeah,
• 4:46
  so
• 4:47
  we
• 4:47
  really
• 4:47
  Want
• 4:47
  people
• 4:47
  to
• 4:48
  walk
• 4:48
  away
• 4:48
  with
• 4:48
  a
• 4:49
  really
• 4:49
  good
• 4:49
  understanding
• 4:50
  of
• 4:50
  where
• 4:50
  AI
• 4:51
  adoption
• 4:51
  in
• 4:51
  retail
• 4:52
  is
• 4:52
  today,
• 4:53
  where
• 4:53
  it's
• 4:53
  headed.
• 4:54
  So
• 4:54
  that
• 4:54
  could
• 4:54
  include
• 4:54
  everything
• 4:55
  from,
• 4:55
  you
• 4:55
  know,
• 4:56
  benchmark
• 4:56
  studies
• 4:57
  about
• 4:57
  what
• 4:57
  applications
• 4:58
  retailers
• 4:58
  are
• 4:59
  actually
• 4:59
  applying
• 5:00
  today,
• 5:00
  you
• 5:00
  know,
• 5:00
  what
• 5:01
  use
• 5:01
  cases
• 5:01
  of
• 5:01
  agentic
• 5:02
  are
• 5:02
  real
• 5:03
  versus,
• 5:03
  you
• 5:03
  know,
• 5:03
  something
• 5:04
  that's
• 5:04
  going
• 5:04
  to
• 5:04
  be
• 5:04
  adopted,
• 5:05
  you
• 5:05
  know,
• 5:05
  seven,
• 5:05
  10
• 5:06
  months
• 5:06
  down
• 5:06
  the
• 5:07
  road,
• 5:07
  maybe
• 5:07
  even
• 5:07
  a
• 5:07
  year
• 5:08
  down
• 5:08
  the
• 5:08
  road.
• 5:09
  And
• 5:09
  really
• 5:09
  kind
• 5:09
  of
• 5:10
  taking
• 5:10
  a
• 5:10
  broad
• 5:11
  look
• 5:11
  at
• 5:11
  just
• 5:12
  kind
• 5:12
  of
• 5:12
  all
• 5:12
  the
• 5:12
  various
• 5:13
  applications
• 5:13
  that
• 5:13
  AI
• 5:14
  is
• 5:14
  going
• 5:14
  to
• 5:14
  have
• 5:14
  across
• 5:14
  the
• 5:15
  organization.
• 5:15
  You
• 5:16
  know,
• 5:16
  we
• 5:16
  feel
• 5:16
  really
• 5:16
  passionately
• 5:17
  that
• 5:17
  we're
• 5:17
  at
• 5:17
  this
• 5:18
  big
• 5:18
  critical
• 5:18
  inflection
• 5:19
  point
• 5:19
  where
• 5:20
  AI
• 5:20
  is
• 5:21
  going
• 5:21
  to
• 5:21
  be
• 5:21
  the
• 5:21
  future
• 5:22
  of
• 5:22
  the
• 5:22
  industry.
• 5:22
  Right.
• 5:22
  It's
• 5:23
  not
• 5:23
  just
• 5:23
  going
• 5:23
  to
• 5:23
  be
• 5:23
  one
• 5:23
  feature
• 5:24
  of
• 5:24
  innovation
• 5:24
  based.
• 5:25
  The
• 5:25
  entire
• 5:25
  retail
• 5:26
  industry
• 5:26
  is
• 5:26
  going
• 5:27
  to
• 5:27
  at
• 5:27
  some
• 5:27
  point
• 5:28
  become
• 5:28
  AI
• 5:28
  first.
• 5:28
  And
• 5:29
  by,
• 5:29
  at
• 5:29
  some
• 5:29
  point
• 5:30
  with
• 5:30
  the
• 5:30
  speed
• 5:30
  of
• 5:30
  adoption
• 5:31
  that
• 5:31
  we're
• 5:31
  seeing,
• 5:31
  it'll
• 5:32
  be
• 5:32
  sometime
• 5:32
  very
• 5:32
  quickly.
• 5:33
  So
• 5:33
  exploring,
• 5:33
  you
• 5:33
  know,
• 5:34
  the
• 5:34
  implications
• 5:34
  that
• 5:35
  it's
• 5:35
  going
• 5:35
  to
• 5:35
  have
• 5:35
  across
• 5:36
  all
• 5:36
  the
• 5:36
  different
• 5:36
  functional
• 5:37
  roles,
• 5:37
  whether
• 5:37
  it's
• 5:37
  marketing,
• 5:38
  whether
• 5:38
  it's
• 5:38
  supply
• 5:38
  chain
• 5:39
  data
• 5:39
  analytics,
• 5:40
  E
• 5:40
  Com,
• 5:41
  you
• 5:41
  know,
• 5:41
  what
• 5:41
  is
• 5:41
  this
• 5:41
  going
• 5:42
  to
• 5:42
  mean
• 5:42
  for
• 5:42
  the
• 5:42
  future
• 5:42
  of
• 5:43
  search
• 5:43
  and
• 5:43
  discovery?
• 5:43
  Is
• 5:44
  the
• 5:44
  brand
• 5:44
  site
• 5:44
  going
• 5:44
  to
• 5:45
  completely
• 5:45
  go
• 5:45
  away?
• 5:46
  You
• 5:46
  know,
• 5:46
  how
• 5:47
  much
• 5:47
  of
• 5:47
  this
• 5:47
  is
• 5:48
  going
• 5:48
  to
• 5:48
  be
• 5:48
  complete
• 5:49
  replacement
• 5:50
  and
• 5:50
  automation
• 5:51
  versus
• 5:51
  just
• 5:51
  augmenting
• 5:52
  the
• 5:53
  work
• 5:53
  of
• 5:53
  human
• 5:53
  workers?
• 5:54
  So
• 5:54
  those
• 5:54
  are
• 5:54
  some
• 5:54
  of
• 5:54
  the
• 5:54
  key
• 5:55
  themes
• 5:55
  that
• 5:55
  we
• 5:55
  want
• 5:55
  people
• 5:56
  to
• 5:56
  be
• 5:56
  able
• 5:56
  to
• 5:56
  dive,
• 5:57
  dive
• 5:57
  into.
• 5:57
  I
• 5:57
  think
• 5:58
  at
• 5:58
  the
• 5:58
  end
• 5:58
  of
• 5:58
  the
• 5:58
  day
• 5:58
  we
• 5:59
  want
• 5:59
  people
• 5:59
  to
• 5:59
  walk
• 5:59
  away
• 6:00
  with
• 6:00
  really
• 6:00
  kind
• 6:01
  of
• 6:01
  great
• 6:02
  ideas
• 6:02
  and,
• 6:02
  and
• 6:03
  some
• 6:03
  tactical
• 6:03
  things
• 6:03
  that
• 6:04
  they
• 6:04
  can
• 6:04
  go
• 6:04
  roll
• 6:04
  out
• 6:05
  in
• 6:05
  their
• 6:05
  own
• 6:05
  organizations.
• 6:06
  But
• 6:06
  I
• 6:06
  think
• 6:06
  we
• 6:06
  also
• 6:06
  need
• 6:07
  to
• 6:07
  be
• 6:07
  honest
• 6:07
  with
• 6:07
  ourselves
• 6:08
  that
• 6:08
  we're
• 6:08
  very
• 6:08
  early
• 6:09
  innings
• 6:09
  in
• 6:09
  what
• 6:09
  this
• 6:10
  technology
• 6:10
  can
• 6:10
  do.
• 6:11
  And
• 6:11
  so
• 6:11
  I
• 6:11
  think
• 6:12
  no
• 6:12
  one
• 6:12
  has
• 6:12
  the
• 6:12
  answers.
• 6:13
  Right.
• 6:13
  And
• 6:13
  so
• 6:13
  getting
• 6:13
  together
• 6:14
  and
• 6:14
  having
• 6:14
  this
• 6:14
  group,
• 6:15
  group
• 6:15
  think
• 6:16
  and
• 6:16
  group
• 6:16
  conversations
• 6:17
  about
• 6:17
  all
• 6:17
  the
• 6:17
  possibilities,
• 6:18
  I
• 6:18
  think
• 6:18
  is
• 6:18
  also
• 6:19
  going
• 6:19
  to
• 6:19
  be
• 6:19
  hugely
• 6:19
  beneficial
• 6:20
  for
• 6:20
  folks.
• 6:20
  Yeah,
• 6:21
  it
• 6:21
  sounds
• 6:21
  like
• 6:21
  Ann,
• 6:22
  being
• 6:22
  able
• 6:22
  to
• 6:22
  have
• 6:23
  some
• 6:23
  other,
• 6:24
  you
• 6:24
  know,
• 6:24
  people
• 6:25
  in
• 6:25
  the
• 6:25
  industry
• 6:25
  to
• 6:26
  reach
• 6:26
  out
• 6:26
  to
• 6:26
  after
• 6:27
  this
• 6:27
  too,
• 6:27
  who,
• 6:27
  you
• 6:28
  know,
• 6:28
  you
• 6:28
  continue
• 6:28
  the
• 6:29
  conversation,
• 6:29
  you
• 6:29
  get
• 6:30
  to
• 6:30
  know
• 6:30
  each
• 6:30
  other
• 6:30
  at
• 6:30
  the
• 6:31
  event
• 6:31
  and,
• 6:31
  and
• 6:31
  start
• 6:32
  to
• 6:32
  share
• 6:33
  where,
• 6:34
  where
• 6:34
  you,
• 6:34
  where
• 6:35
  things
• 6:35
  are
• 6:35
  working
• 6:35
  where
• 6:36
  they're
• 6:36
  not
• 6:36
  working
• 6:36
  like
• 6:37
  that
• 6:37
  real
• 6:37
  networking
• 6:38
  opportunity
• 6:38
  and
• 6:39
  then,
• 6:39
  you
• 6:39
  know,
• 6:39
  being
• 6:39
  able
• 6:40
  to
• 6:40
  tap
• 6:40
  people
• 6:41
  down
• 6:41
  the
• 6:41
  road
• 6:41
  when
• 6:41
  you're
• 6:42
  testing
• 6:42
  things,
• 6:42
  it
• 6:43
  sounds
• 6:43
  like
• 6:44
  further
• 6:44
  along,
• 6:45
  along
• 6:45
  the
• 6:46
  journey.
• 6:46
  Definitely.
• 6:47
  So
• 6:47
  Christina,
• 6:47
  to
• 6:48
  that,
• 6:48
  to
• 6:48
  that
• 6:48
  point
• 6:48
  that
• 6:48
  Ann's
• 6:49
  making,
• 6:49
  the
• 6:49
  one
• 6:49
  thing
• 6:49
  I'm
• 6:49
  curious
• 6:50
  about
• 6:50
  then
• 6:50
  is
• 6:51
  like
• 6:51
  who,
• 6:51
  who
• 6:52
  do
• 6:52
  you
• 6:52
  want
• 6:52
  to
• 6:52
  attend?
• 6:52
  Like
• 6:53
  who,
• 6:53
  who's
• 6:53
  your
• 6:53
  target
• 6:54
  audience
• 6:54
  here?
• 6:55
  That's
• 6:55
  a
• 6:55
  really
• 6:55
  great
• 6:55
  question.
• 6:56
  The
• 6:56
  way
• 6:56
  I
• 6:56
  think
• 6:57
  that
• 6:57
  we're
• 6:57
  describing
• 6:57
  it
• 6:57
  on
• 6:57
  our
• 6:58
  website
• 6:58
  is
• 6:58
  that
• 6:58
  we
• 6:58
  want
• 6:59
  everyone
• 6:59
  who
• 6:59
  is
• 7:00
  AI
• 7:00
  curious
• 7:01
  all
• 7:01
  the
• 7:01
  way
• 7:01
  to
• 7:01
  the
• 7:02
  AI
• 7:02
  change
• 7:02
  makers
• 7:03
  and
• 7:03
  champions
• 7:03
  to
• 7:04
  attend.
• 7:05
  And
• 7:05
  I
• 7:05
  think
• 7:05
  at
• 7:05
  the
• 7:05
  end
• 7:05
  of
• 7:05
  the
• 7:06
  day
• 7:06
  there
• 7:06
  are
• 7:06
  a
• 7:06
  lot
• 7:06
  of
• 7:06
  organizations
• 7:07
  that
• 7:07
  are
• 7:07
  just
• 7:07
  at
• 7:08
  various
• 7:08
  stages
• 7:08
  of
• 7:09
  their
• 7:09
  adoption
• 7:09
  of
• 7:10
  AI.
• 7:10
  We
• 7:10
  want
• 7:10
  to
• 7:10
  make
• 7:11
  sure
• 7:11
  that
• 7:11
  everyone
• 7:11
  feels
• 7:12
  welcome
• 7:12
  at
• 7:12
  this
• 7:12
  event.
• 7:13
  I
• 7:13
  think
• 7:13
  too,
• 7:14
  even
• 7:14
  in
• 7:14
  a
• 7:14
  lot
• 7:14
  of
• 7:14
  the
• 7:14
  conversations
• 7:15
  that
• 7:15
  I
• 7:15
  had
• 7:15
  with
• 7:15
  folks
• 7:16
  as
• 7:16
  we
• 7:16
  were
• 7:16
  kind
• 7:16
  of
• 7:17
  developing
• 7:17
  the
• 7:17
  overall
• 7:18
  concept
• 7:18
  of
• 7:18
  Retail
• 7:19
  Club,
• 7:19
  there
• 7:19
  are
• 7:19
  people
• 7:20
  who
• 7:20
  are
• 7:20
  very
• 7:20
  passionate
• 7:21
  about
• 7:21
  learning
• 7:21
  about
• 7:21
  AI
• 7:22
  for
• 7:22
  their
• 7:22
  own
• 7:22
  personal
• 7:23
  development,
• 7:23
  but
• 7:23
  maybe
• 7:23
  their
• 7:23
  organizations
• 7:24
  aren't
• 7:24
  quite
• 7:25
  there
• 7:25
  yet
• 7:25
  and
• 7:25
  enabling
• 7:26
  them
• 7:26
  to
• 7:26
  really
• 7:26
  kind
• 7:27
  of
• 7:27
  bring
• 7:27
  it
• 7:27
  to
• 7:27
  life
• 7:27
  in
• 7:28
  a
• 7:28
  business
• 7:28
  setting.
• 7:28
  So
• 7:29
  really
• 7:29
  trying
• 7:29
  to
• 7:29
  make
• 7:29
  sure
• 7:30
  everyone
• 7:30
  who
• 7:31
  wants
• 7:31
  to
• 7:31
  be
• 7:31
  learning
• 7:32
  about
• 7:32
  AI
• 7:32
  applications
• 7:33
  in
• 7:33
  retail
• 7:34
  has
• 7:34
  a
• 7:34
  seat
• 7:34
  at
• 7:34
  the
• 7:34
  table.
• 7:35
  But
• 7:35
  I
• 7:35
  think
• 7:35
  if
• 7:35
  we
• 7:36
  look
• 7:36
  at
• 7:36
  this
• 7:36
  more
• 7:36
  concretely
• 7:37
  in
• 7:37
  terms
• 7:37
  of
• 7:37
  just
• 7:38
  kind
• 7:38
  of
• 7:38
  the
• 7:38
  types
• 7:38
  of
• 7:38
  organizations
• 7:39
  and
• 7:39
  functional
• 7:40
  roles
• 7:41
  who
• 7:41
  should
• 7:41
  be
• 7:41
  joining
• 7:42
  Retail
• 7:42
  Club,
• 7:43
  I
• 7:44
  think
• 7:44
  at
• 7:44
  the
• 7:44
  end
• 7:44
  of
• 7:44
  the
• 7:44
  day,
• 7:44
  what's
• 7:45
  really
• 7:45
  exciting
• 7:45
  about
• 7:46
  what
• 7:46
  we're
• 7:46
  seeing
• 7:46
  here
• 7:46
  is
• 7:47
  if
• 7:47
  we
• 7:47
  think
• 7:47
  back
• 7:47
  to
• 7:47
  the
• 7:47
  early
• 7:48
  days
• 7:48
  of
• 7:48
  Shop
• 7:49
  Talk
• 7:49
  and
• 7:49
  sort
• 7:49
  of
• 7:49
  this
• 7:50
  digital
• 7:50
  innovation
• 7:51
  and
• 7:51
  transformation
• 7:51
  of
• 7:52
  the
• 7:52
  industry,
• 7:52
  it
• 7:52
  was
• 7:53
  really
• 7:53
  limited
• 7:53
  to
• 7:54
  some
• 7:54
  of
• 7:54
  the
• 7:54
  more,
• 7:55
  you
• 7:55
  know,
• 7:55
  E
• 7:55
  Com
• 7:56
  marketing
• 7:56
  types
• 7:57
  of
• 7:57
  roles.
• 7:58
  What
• 7:58
  we're
• 7:58
  seeing
• 7:58
  here
• 7:59
  with
• 7:59
  AI
• 7:59
  is
• 7:59
  it
• 7:59
  really
• 8:00
  is
• 8:00
  touching
• 8:00
  every
• 8:01
  single
• 8:01
  part
• 8:01
  of
• 8:01
  the
• 8:02
  organization.
• 8:02
  And
• 8:03
  so
• 8:03
  I
• 8:03
  feel
• 8:03
  like
• 8:03
  everyone
• 8:03
  from
• 8:04
  supply
• 8:04
  chain
• 8:04
  to
• 8:04
  data
• 8:05
  analytics
• 8:05
  to
• 8:05
  machine
• 8:06
  learning
• 8:06
  to
• 8:06
  strategy
• 8:07
  to
• 8:07
  E
• 8:07
  Comm
• 8:07
  to
• 8:08
  marketing,
• 8:08
  they
• 8:09
  all
• 8:09
  really,
• 8:09
  really
• 8:09
  do
• 8:10
  have
• 8:10
  a
• 8:10
  place
• 8:10
  here.
• 8:10
  And
• 8:10
  so
• 8:11
  thinking
• 8:11
  about
• 8:11
  those
• 8:12
  functional
• 8:12
  roles
• 8:12
  across
• 8:13
  established
• 8:13
  retailers
• 8:14
  and
• 8:14
  brand
• 8:15
  VC
• 8:15
  backed
• 8:15
  startups
• 8:16
  on
• 8:16
  both
• 8:16
  kind
• 8:16
  of
• 8:16
  the
• 8:17
  tech
• 8:17
  and
• 8:17
  consumer
• 8:18
  side,
• 8:18
  as
• 8:19
  well
• 8:19
  as
• 8:19
  some
• 8:19
  of
• 8:19
  the
• 8:19
  established
• 8:20
  tech
• 8:20
  companies
• 8:20
  that
• 8:20
  are
• 8:21
  really
• 8:21
  leading
• 8:21
  the
• 8:21
  charge
• 8:22
  in
• 8:22
  a
• 8:22
  lot
• 8:22
  of
• 8:22
  these
• 8:22
  spaces
• 8:23
  as
• 8:23
  well
• 8:24
  as
• 8:24
  VC
• 8:24
  investors,
• 8:24
  consultants,
• 8:25
  etc.
• 8:25
  So
• 8:26
  really
• 8:26
  kind
• 8:26
  of
• 8:26
  trying
• 8:27
  to
• 8:27
  bring
• 8:27
  together
• 8:27
  this
• 8:28
  AI
• 8:28
  native
• 8:28
  ecosystem
• 8:29
  and
• 8:29
  community
• 8:30
  for,
• 8:30
  for
• 8:31
  Retail
• 8:31
  Club.
• 8:32
  Got
• 8:32
  it.
• 8:32
  And
• 8:33
  that
• 8:33
  makes
• 8:33
  sense
• 8:33
  too,
• 8:33
  looking
• 8:33
  at
• 8:34
  the
• 8:34
  founders
• 8:34
  like
• 8:34
  you
• 8:34
  described
• 8:34
  at
• 8:35
  the
• 8:35
  beginning,
• 8:35
  their
• 8:35
  background
• 8:35
  and
• 8:36
  where
• 8:36
  they've,
• 8:36
  you
• 8:36
  know,
• 8:36
  how
• 8:36
  they've,
• 8:37
  they've
• 8:37
  attacked
• 8:37
  the
• 8:38
  industry
• 8:38
  overall
• 8:39
  from
• 8:39
  a
• 8:39
  lot
• 8:39
  of
• 8:39
  different
• 8:39
  angles.
• 8:40
  Now
• 8:40
  they're
• 8:40
  trying
• 8:40
  to
• 8:40
  consolidate
• 8:41
  that
• 8:41
  all
• 8:41
  in
• 8:41
  one
• 8:41
  place.
• 8:42
  And
• 8:42
  with
• 8:42
  the
• 8:42
  name
• 8:42
  Retail
• 8:43
  Club
• 8:43
  too.
• 8:43
  The
• 8:43
  one
• 8:43
  thing
• 8:43
  I
• 8:44
  want
• 8:44
  to
• 8:44
  ask
• 8:44
  you,
• 8:44
  Christina,
• 8:45
  just
• 8:45
  to
• 8:45
  make
• 8:45
  sure
• 8:45
  for
• 8:45
  audience
• 8:46
  you're.
• 8:47
  You're
• 8:47
  targeting
• 8:47
  this
• 8:47
  for
• 8:47
  retailers
• 8:48
  as
• 8:48
  well
• 8:48
  as
• 8:49
  brands
• 8:49
  and
• 8:49
  CPGs
• 8:50
  too,
• 8:50
  right?
• 8:50
  Those
• 8:51
  are
• 8:51
  the
• 8:51
  key
• 8:51
  executives
• 8:52
  that
• 8:52
  you
• 8:52
  want
• 8:52
  to.
• 8:53
  That's
• 8:53
  exactly
• 8:53
  right.
• 8:53
  And
• 8:53
  thank
• 8:54
  you
• 8:54
  for
• 8:54
  clarifying
• 8:54
  that.
• 8:54
  We
• 8:55
  definitely
• 8:55
  want
• 8:55
  brands
• 8:56
  to
• 8:56
  be
• 8:56
  at
• 8:56
  Retail
• 8:57
  Club.
• 8:57
  We
• 8:58
  Actually
• 8:58
  have
• 8:58
  a
• 8:58
  couple
• 8:58
  of
• 8:58
  really
• 8:59
  exciting
• 8:59
  names
• 8:59
  who
• 9:00
  are
• 9:00
  already
• 9:00
  signed
• 9:00
  on
• 9:01
  to
• 9:01
  to
• 9:01
  join
• 9:01
  us
• 9:02
  folks
• 9:02
  from
• 9:02
  Haley
• 9:03
  on,
• 9:03
  Gallo,
• 9:03
  Coca
• 9:03
  Cola,
• 9:04
  etc.
• 9:04
  So
• 9:05
  definitely
• 9:05
  want
• 9:05
  to
• 9:05
  make
• 9:05
  sure
• 9:05
  the
• 9:06
  brand
• 9:06
  community
• 9:06
  is
• 9:06
  there.
• 9:07
  I
• 9:07
  think
• 9:07
  Chris,
• 9:08
  you
• 9:08
  and
• 9:08
  I
• 9:08
  have
• 9:08
  both
• 9:08
  seen
• 9:09
  that
• 9:09
  a
• 9:09
  lot
• 9:09
  of
• 9:09
  the
• 9:09
  innovation
• 9:10
  in
• 9:10
  AI
• 9:10
  is
• 9:10
  happening
• 9:11
  in
• 9:11
  the
• 9:11
  brand
• 9:11
  space,
• 9:12
  particularly
• 9:12
  as
• 9:12
  it
• 9:12
  pertains
• 9:13
  to
• 9:13
  cpg.
• 9:13
  So
• 9:14
  definitely
• 9:14
  want
• 9:14
  to
• 9:14
  make
• 9:15
  sure
• 9:15
  that
• 9:15
  folks
• 9:15
  are
• 9:15
  well
• 9:15
  represented.
• 9:17
  Well
• 9:17
  Christina,
• 9:18
  take
• 9:19
  us
• 9:19
  through
• 9:19
  maybe
• 9:20
  a
• 9:20
  day
• 9:20
  in
• 9:20
  the
• 9:20
  life
• 9:21
  at
• 9:21
  the
• 9:21
  conference.
• 9:22
  Like
• 9:22
  how,
• 9:23
  how
• 9:23
  are
• 9:23
  people
• 9:23
  SETT
• 9:24
  sessions?
• 9:24
  What
• 9:25
  types
• 9:25
  of
• 9:25
  sessions
• 9:26
  can
• 9:26
  they
• 9:26
  expect?
• 9:28
  Maybe
• 9:28
  outline
• 9:29
  or
• 9:29
  even
• 9:29
  out
• 9:30
  activity.
• 9:30
  You're
• 9:31
  on
• 9:31
  a
• 9:31
  beach,
• 9:31
  so
• 9:32
  what
• 9:32
  other.
• 9:32
  And
• 9:32
  wants
• 9:33
  to
• 9:33
  know
• 9:33
  if
• 9:33
  she's
• 9:33
  doing
• 9:33
  beach
• 9:33
  yoga?
• 9:34
  Christina,
• 9:34
  that's
• 9:35
  what
• 9:35
  she's
• 9:35
  getting
• 9:35
  at
• 9:35
  here.
• 9:35
  Exactly,
• 9:36
  exactly.
• 9:38
  I'm
• 9:38
  thinking
• 9:38
  cocktail
• 9:39
  and
• 9:39
  hand
• 9:39
  sunglasses.
• 9:40
  No,
• 9:40
  it's
• 9:40
  definitely
• 9:40
  going
• 9:40
  to
• 9:41
  be
• 9:41
  a
• 9:41
  working
• 9:41
  retreat.
• 9:41
  We
• 9:42
  don't
• 9:42
  want
• 9:42
  the
• 9:42
  retreat
• 9:42
  to
• 9:43
  just
• 9:43
  you
• 9:43
  know,
• 9:43
  denote
• 9:44
  spa
• 9:45
  spa
• 9:45
  sessions
• 9:45
  all
• 9:46
  day.
• 9:46
  But
• 9:46
  yes,
• 9:46
  we
• 9:46
  definitely
• 9:46
  want
• 9:47
  to
• 9:47
  make
• 9:47
  sure
• 9:47
  we're
• 9:47
  infusing
• 9:48
  some
• 9:48
  of
• 9:48
  that
• 9:48
  beachside
• 9:49
  experience,
• 9:50
  some
• 9:50
  fun
• 9:51
  making
• 9:51
  it
• 9:51
  a
• 9:51
  place
• 9:51
  quite
• 9:52
  frankly
• 9:52
  that
• 9:52
  people
• 9:52
  want
• 9:52
  to
• 9:52
  go
• 9:53
  and
• 9:53
  spend
• 9:53
  four
• 9:54
  days
• 9:54
  with
• 9:54
  their
• 9:54
  co
• 9:54
  workers.
• 9:55
  You
• 9:55
  know,
• 9:55
  maybe
• 9:55
  attack
• 9:55
  on
• 9:56
  a
• 9:56
  couple
• 9:56
  days
• 9:57
  beforehand
• 9:57
  or
• 9:57
  after
• 9:58
  after
• 9:58
  the
• 9:58
  event.
• 9:59
  But
• 9:59
  no,
• 9:59
  I
• 10:00
  think
• 10:00
  to
• 10:00
  to
• 10:00
  your
• 10:00
  question
• 10:01
  really
• 10:01
  just
• 10:02
  kind
• 10:02
  of
• 10:02
  trying
• 10:02
  to
• 10:02
  make
• 10:02
  sure
• 10:02
  it's
• 10:03
  a
• 10:03
  really
• 10:03
  well
• 10:03
  rounded
• 10:04
  experience
• 10:04
  for
• 10:04
  folks.
• 10:05
  Again
• 10:05
  something
• 10:05
  that's
• 10:06
  fun
• 10:06
  but
• 10:06
  also
• 10:06
  educational.
• 10:07
  So
• 10:08
  the
• 10:08
  way
• 10:08
  that
• 10:08
  we're
• 10:08
  thinking
• 10:08
  about
• 10:08
  this
• 10:09
  is
• 10:09
  yes,
• 10:09
  we
• 10:09
  are
• 10:09
  going
• 10:10
  to
• 10:10
  have
• 10:10
  some
• 10:10
  traditional
• 10:11
  stage
• 10:12
  content
• 10:12
  really
• 10:12
  to
• 10:12
  kind
• 10:12
  of
• 10:13
  get
• 10:13
  the
• 10:13
  ideas
• 10:13
  flowing
• 10:14
  for
• 10:14
  folks
• 10:14
  who
• 10:15
  are
• 10:15
  attending
• 10:15
  to
• 10:16
  really
• 10:16
  kind
• 10:16
  of
• 10:17
  see
• 10:17
  those
• 10:17
  conversations
• 10:18
  that
• 10:18
  they're
• 10:18
  going
• 10:18
  to
• 10:18
  have
• 10:19
  throughout
• 10:19
  the
• 10:19
  rest
• 10:19
  of
• 10:20
  the
• 10:20
  retreat.
• 10:21
  So
• 10:21
  some
• 10:21
  of
• 10:21
  those
• 10:21
  big
• 10:22
  idea
• 10:22
  sessions
• 10:23
  with
• 10:23
  folks
• 10:23
  kind
• 10:24
  of
• 10:24
  like
• 10:24
  the
• 10:24
  CEO
• 10:24
  and
• 10:24
  CDIO
• 10:25
  over
• 10:25
  at
• 10:25
  PacSun
• 10:26
  who
• 10:26
  are
• 10:26
  going
• 10:26
  to
• 10:26
  be
• 10:26
  talking
• 10:27
  about
• 10:27
  how
• 10:27
  to
• 10:27
  bring
• 10:27
  a
• 10:27
  unifor
• 10:29
  AI
• 10:29
  strategy
• 10:30
  to
• 10:30
  life
• 10:30
  that
• 10:31
  doesn't
• 10:31
  kind
• 10:31
  of
• 10:31
  get
• 10:32
  stuck
• 10:32
  in
• 10:32
  in
• 10:32
  silos.
• 10:34
  But
• 10:34
  then
• 10:34
  we're
• 10:34
  also
• 10:35
  going
• 10:35
  to
• 10:35
  have
• 10:35
  things
• 10:35
  like
• 10:36
  beachside
• 10:36
  yoga
• 10:37
  like
• 10:37
  hit
• 10:38
  activities
• 10:39
  for
• 10:39
  those
• 10:39
  people
• 10:39
  who
• 10:39
  like
• 10:40
  to
• 10:40
  get
• 10:40
  their
• 10:40
  heart
• 10:40
  pumping.
• 10:41
  We'll
• 10:41
  have
• 10:42
  our
• 10:42
  meetings
• 10:42
  program.
• 10:42
  You
• 10:43
  guys
• 10:43
  are
• 10:43
  probably
• 10:43
  familiar
• 10:44
  with
• 10:44
  that
• 10:44
  from
• 10:44
  Shop
• 10:45
  Talk
• 10:45
  where
• 10:45
  it's
• 10:45
  kind
• 10:46
  of
• 10:46
  those
• 10:46
  one
• 10:46
  to
• 10:46
  one
• 10:47
  double
• 10:48
  opt
• 10:48
  in
• 10:48
  meetings
• 10:49
  between
• 10:49
  not
• 10:49
  only
• 10:50
  tech
• 10:50
  solution
• 10:50
  providers
• 10:51
  and
• 10:51
  retailers
• 10:51
  and
• 10:51
  brands,
• 10:52
  but
• 10:52
  basically
• 10:52
  any
• 10:53
  attendee
• 10:53
  who
• 10:54
  is
• 10:54
  there.
• 10:54
  We'll
• 10:55
  have
• 10:55
  peer
• 10:56
  group
• 10:56
  discussions,
• 10:56
  we'll
• 10:57
  have
• 10:57
  expert
• 10:57
  led
• 10:58
  workshops
• 10:58
  where
• 10:58
  we'll
• 10:58
  really
• 10:59
  have
• 10:59
  kind
• 10:59
  of
• 10:59
  that
• 10:59
  thought
• 11:00
  leader
• 11:00
  expert
• 11:01
  leading
• 11:01
  a
• 11:01
  dialogue
• 11:02
  among,
• 11:03
  let's
• 11:03
  call
• 11:03
  it
• 11:03
  up
• 11:03
  to
• 11:03
  30
• 11:04
  participants
• 11:04
  on
• 11:04
  some
• 11:05
  of
• 11:05
  the
• 11:05
  key
• 11:05
  topics.
• 11:06
  And
• 11:06
  then
• 11:07
  one
• 11:07
  thing
• 11:07
  I'm
• 11:07
  really
• 11:07
  excited
• 11:07
  about
• 11:08
  is
• 11:08
  Our
• 11:08
  level
• 11:08
  up
• 11:08
  trainings
• 11:09
  where
• 11:09
  people
• 11:09
  can
• 11:09
  get
• 11:10
  hands
• 11:10
  on
• 11:10
  with
• 11:10
  things
• 11:11
  like,
• 11:11
  you
• 11:11
  know,
• 11:11
  how
• 11:11
  to
• 11:11
  do
• 11:11
  vibe
• 11:12
  coding,
• 11:12
  how
• 11:13
  to
• 11:13
  master
• 11:13
  prompt
• 11:14
  engineering,
• 11:15
  even
• 11:15
  how
• 11:15
  to
• 11:15
  use
• 11:16
  AI
• 11:16
  as
• 11:16
  your
• 11:16
  personal
• 11:16
  assistant.
• 11:17
  So
• 11:17
  we're
• 11:17
  really
• 11:18
  just
• 11:18
  kind
• 11:18
  of
• 11:18
  creative
• 11:19
  about
• 11:19
  the
• 11:20
  formats
• 11:21
  and
• 11:21
  the
• 11:21
  types
• 11:21
  of
• 11:21
  learnings
• 11:22
  that,
• 11:22
  that
• 11:22
  people
• 11:22
  have.
• 11:23
  Well,
• 11:23
  and
• 11:24
  Christina,
• 11:24
  it
• 11:24
  sounds
• 11:25
  like,
• 11:25
  and
• 11:25
  correct
• 11:25
  me
• 11:26
  if
• 11:26
  I'm
• 11:26
  wrong,
• 11:26
  but
• 11:26
  it
• 11:27
  sounds
• 11:27
  like
• 11:27
  you're
• 11:27
  also
• 11:28
  hitting
• 11:28
  on,
• 11:28
  especially
• 11:29
  with
• 11:29
  some
• 11:29
  of
• 11:29
  these
• 11:29
  sessions
• 11:30
  where
• 11:30
  it's
• 11:30
  a
• 11:30
  max
• 11:31
  of
• 11:31
  30
• 11:33
  with
• 11:33
  speakers
• 11:34
  like
• 11:34
  the
• 11:34
  CDO
• 11:35
  and
• 11:35
  the
• 11:35
  CEO
• 11:35
  of
• 11:35
  PacSun.
• 11:36
  Like
• 11:36
  typically
• 11:37
  at
• 11:37
  a
• 11:37
  conference,
• 11:38
  you're
• 11:38
  there
• 11:38
  on
• 11:38
  stage,
• 11:39
  they're
• 11:39
  swarmed
• 11:40
  with
• 11:40
  people.
• 11:40
  At
• 11:40
  the
• 11:40
  end,
• 11:41
  you
• 11:41
  don't
• 11:41
  really
• 11:41
  get
• 11:41
  to
• 11:41
  continue
• 11:42
  that
• 11:42
  conversation.
• 11:43
  But
• 11:43
  am
• 11:44
  I
• 11:44
  correct
• 11:44
  in
• 11:44
  assuming
• 11:45
  that
• 11:45
  this
• 11:45
  might
• 11:45
  be
• 11:45
  different
• 11:46
  in
• 11:46
  that
• 11:46
  way
• 11:46
  where
• 11:47
  you
• 11:47
  really
• 11:47
  do
• 11:47
  get
• 11:48
  to
• 11:48
  have
• 11:48
  more
• 11:48
  interaction,
• 11:49
  whether
• 11:49
  that's
• 11:50
  in
• 11:50
  the
• 11:50
  meetings
• 11:50
  or
• 11:51
  in
• 11:51
  these,
• 11:51
  these
• 11:52
  smaller
• 11:52
  groups
• 11:53
  than
• 11:54
  you
• 11:54
  would
• 11:54
  at
• 11:54
  a
• 11:54
  traditional
• 11:55
  conference?
• 11:56
  Yeah,
• 11:56
  it's
• 11:56
  a
• 11:56
  really
• 11:56
  great
• 11:57
  question.
• 11:57
  And
• 11:57
  actually
• 11:58
  like
• 11:58
  we're
• 11:58
  trying
• 11:58
  to
• 11:58
  rethink
• 11:59
  every
• 11:59
  part
• 11:59
  of
• 11:59
  this
• 12:00
  experience
• 12:00
  and
• 12:00
  so
• 12:01
  not
• 12:01
  even
• 12:01
  just
• 12:01
  calling
• 12:02
  them
• 12:02
  speakers
• 12:02
  anymore,
• 12:02
  but
• 12:03
  calling
• 12:03
  them
• 12:03
  speaker
• 12:04
  discussion
• 12:04
  leaders.
• 12:04
  Right.
• 12:05
  Because
• 12:05
  at
• 12:05
  the
• 12:05
  end
• 12:05
  of
• 12:05
  the
• 12:05
  day,
• 12:05
  that's
• 12:06
  what
• 12:06
  we
• 12:06
  want
• 12:06
  them
• 12:06
  to
• 12:06
  do.
• 12:06
  We
• 12:07
  want
• 12:07
  them
• 12:07
  to
• 12:07
  facilitate
• 12:08
  the
• 12:08
  dialogue
• 12:08
  with
• 12:09
  the
• 12:09
  participants
• 12:09
  in
• 12:10
  their
• 12:10
  sessions,
• 12:10
  you
• 12:10
  know,
• 12:11
  ask
• 12:11
  them
• 12:11
  questions,
• 12:12
  challenge
• 12:12
  their
• 12:13
  ways
• 12:13
  of
• 12:13
  thinking,
• 12:14
  you
• 12:14
  know,
• 12:14
  share
• 12:14
  their
• 12:15
  own
• 12:15
  experiences
• 12:15
  along
• 12:16
  the
• 12:16
  way.
• 12:16
  So
• 12:16
  I
• 12:16
  think
• 12:16
  of
• 12:16
  it
• 12:17
  much
• 12:17
  more
• 12:17
  as
• 12:17
  an
• 12:17
  interactive
• 12:18
  workshop,
• 12:20
  collaborative
• 12:21
  learning
• 12:21
  type
• 12:22
  of
• 12:22
  style
• 12:22
  than
• 12:22
  just
• 12:22
  kind
• 12:23
  of
• 12:23
  when
• 12:23
  you're
• 12:23
  sitting
• 12:23
  in
• 12:23
  an
• 12:23
  audience
• 12:24
  consuming
• 12:24
  passive
• 12:25
  content.
• 12:25
  Yeah.
• 12:26
  Or
• 12:28
  on
• 12:28
  your
• 12:28
  phone
• 12:29
  or
• 12:29
  checking
• 12:29
  your
• 12:29
  email.
• 12:30
  Right,
• 12:30
  right.
• 12:31
  Yeah.
• 12:31
  You
• 12:31
  said
• 12:31
  curious
• 12:32
  before.
• 12:32
  That's
• 12:32
  the
• 12:33
  word
• 12:33
  that
• 12:33
  keeps
• 12:33
  coming
• 12:33
  to
• 12:33
  mind
• 12:34
  for
• 12:34
  me.
• 12:34
  Like,
• 12:34
  you
• 12:34
  want
• 12:34
  people
• 12:35
  that
• 12:35
  are
• 12:35
  really
• 12:35
  curious
• 12:35
  about
• 12:36
  how
• 12:36
  things
• 12:36
  are
• 12:36
  going
• 12:36
  to
• 12:36
  change
• 12:36
  and
• 12:37
  want
• 12:37
  to
• 12:37
  learn
• 12:38
  from,
• 12:38
  from
• 12:38
  everyone
• 12:39
  at
• 12:39
  this
• 12:39
  conference
• 12:39
  in
• 12:39
  terms
• 12:40
  of
• 12:40
  how
• 12:40
  they
• 12:40
  should
• 12:40
  be
• 12:40
  thinking
• 12:41
  about
• 12:41
  things.
• 12:41
  So
• 12:41
  that's
• 12:41
  really
• 12:41
  interesting.
• 12:42
  So
• 12:42
  on
• 12:42
  that
• 12:43
  point,
• 12:43
  my.
• 12:43
  Our
• 12:44
  last
• 12:44
  question
• 12:44
  for
• 12:44
  you
• 12:44
  then,
• 12:44
  Christina,
• 12:45
  is
• 12:45
  what
• 12:45
  are
• 12:46
  you
• 12:46
  most
• 12:46
  excited
• 12:46
  about
• 12:47
  and
• 12:47
  why
• 12:47
  do
• 12:47
  you
• 12:47
  think
• 12:48
  this
• 12:48
  is
• 12:48
  a
• 12:48
  can't
• 12:48
  miss
• 12:49
  event?
• 12:50
  So
• 12:51
  I've
• 12:51
  worked
• 12:51
  in
• 12:52
  content
• 12:52
  for
• 12:52
  many,
• 12:52
  many
• 12:53
  years.
• 12:53
  As
• 12:54
  I
• 12:54
  mentioned
• 12:54
  at
• 12:54
  the
• 12:55
  top
• 12:55
  of
• 12:55
  our
• 12:55
  interview,
• 12:55
  whether
• 12:56
  it's,
• 12:56
  you
• 12:56
  know,
• 12:56
  a
• 12:56
  traditional
• 12:56
  news
• 12:57
  organization
• 12:57
  or,
• 12:58
  or
• 12:58
  in
• 12:58
  traditional
• 12:59
  conference
• 12:59
  content,
• 13:00
  and
• 13:00
  no
• 13:01
  knock
• 13:01
  on
• 13:01
  my
• 13:01
  profession
• 13:02
  and
• 13:03
  how
• 13:03
  amazingly
• 13:03
  I
• 13:04
  did
• 13:04
  this
• 13:04
  job,
• 13:04
  but
• 13:04
  I
• 13:05
  think
• 13:05
  at
• 13:05
  the
• 13:05
  end
• 13:05
  of
• 13:05
  the
• 13:05
  day,
• 13:06
  sometimes
• 13:06
  the
• 13:06
  most
• 13:07
  interesting
• 13:07
  conversations
• 13:08
  that
• 13:08
  even
• 13:08
  I
• 13:08
  was
• 13:09
  having
• 13:09
  were
• 13:09
  the
• 13:09
  ones
• 13:09
  that
• 13:09
  were
• 13:10
  happening
• 13:10
  offstage.
• 13:10
  And
• 13:11
  so
• 13:11
  I
• 13:11
  think
• 13:11
  what
• 13:11
  I'm
• 13:11
  most
• 13:12
  excited
• 13:12
  about
• 13:12
  is
• 13:12
  we're
• 13:13
  really
• 13:13
  flipping
• 13:13
  the
• 13:13
  model
• 13:14
  and
• 13:15
  making
• 13:15
  it
• 13:15
  so
• 13:15
  that
• 13:16
  everyone
• 13:16
  can
• 13:16
  participate
• 13:17
  in
• 13:17
  the
• 13:17
  conversation
• 13:18
  and
• 13:18
  really
• 13:18
  kind
• 13:18
  of
• 13:18
  walk
• 13:19
  away
• 13:19
  with
• 13:20
  real
• 13:20
  solid
• 13:21
  takeaways
• 13:22
  and
• 13:23
  just
• 13:23
  quite
• 13:23
  frankly,
• 13:23
  real
• 13:24
  genuine
• 13:24
  conversations.
• 13:25
  So
• 13:25
  that's
• 13:25
  what
• 13:25
  I'm
• 13:25
  most
• 13:26
  excited
• 13:26
  about.
• 13:27
  And
• 13:27
  then
• 13:27
  in
• 13:27
  terms
• 13:27
  of
• 13:27
  just
• 13:28
  kind
• 13:28
  of
• 13:28
  getting
• 13:28
  people
• 13:29
  to
• 13:29
  the
• 13:29
  event,
• 13:30
  I
• 13:30
  just
• 13:30
  want
• 13:30
  to
• 13:30
  encourage
• 13:30
  everyone
• 13:31
  to
• 13:31
  go
• 13:31
  to
• 13:31
  retailclub.com
• 13:33
  you
• 13:34
  need
• 13:34
  to
• 13:34
  register
• 13:34
  by
• 13:34
  August
• 13:35
  22nd
• 13:35
  in
• 13:36
  order
• 13:36
  to
• 13:36
  participate
• 13:37
  in
• 13:37
  all
• 13:38
  of
• 13:38
  the
• 13:38
  various
• 13:39
  meetings
• 13:39
  and
• 13:39
  programs
• 13:40
  and
• 13:40
  experiences
• 13:40
  that
• 13:41
  we've
• 13:41
  talked
• 13:41
  about
• 13:41
  today.
• 13:42
  And
• 13:42
  just
• 13:42
  a
• 13:42
  quick
• 13:43
  shout
• 13:43
  out
• 13:43
  that
• 13:43
  retailers
• 13:43
  and
• 13:44
  brands
• 13:44
  can
• 13:44
  qualify
• 13:45
  for
• 13:45
  free
• 13:46
  tickets
• 13:46
  and
• 13:47
  up
• 13:47
  to
• 13:47
  1250.
• 13:48
  So
• 13:48
  $1250
• 13:50
  in
• 13:50
  travel
• 13:50
  reimbursement
• 13:51
  by
• 13:51
  participating
• 13:52
  in
• 13:52
  our
• 13:52
  hosted
• 13:53
  program.
• 13:54
  Oh,
• 13:54
  wow.
• 13:54
  Wow.
• 13:55
  That
• 13:55
  should
• 13:55
  be
• 13:55
  enough
• 13:55
  to
• 13:55
  get
• 13:55
  people
• 13:56
  out
• 13:56
  to
• 13:56
  California
• 13:57
  in
• 13:57
  September
• 13:57
  for
• 13:57
  sure.
• 13:58
  Huntington
• 13:58
  beach
• 13:58
  in
• 13:58
  California,
• 13:59
  Beachside.
• 14:00
  Yeah,
• 14:00
  I
• 14:00
  think.
• 14:02
  All
• 14:02
  right.
• 14:02
  Well,
• 14:02
  Christina,
• 14:03
  thanks
• 14:03
  for
• 14:03
  joining
• 14:04
  us.
• 14:04
  It
• 14:04
  was
• 14:04
  great
• 14:04
  to
• 14:04
  hear
• 14:05
  about
• 14:05
  this.
• 14:05
  Always
• 14:05
  excited
• 14:06
  to
• 14:06
  see
• 14:06
  what
• 14:06
  you
• 14:06
  all
• 14:06
  are
• 14:07
  up
• 14:07
  to
• 14:07
  too.
• 14:07
  Like
• 14:07
  you
• 14:08
  got
• 14:08
  whenever
• 14:08
  you
• 14:08
  got
• 14:09
  whatever
• 14:09
  this
• 14:09
  group
• 14:09
  of
• 14:09
  founders
• 14:10
  gets
• 14:10
  together
• 14:10
  and
• 14:11
  you
• 14:11
  got
• 14:11
  to
• 14:11
  pay
• 14:12
  attention
• 14:12
  and
• 14:12
  see
• 14:12
  what
• 14:13
  what
• 14:13
  they've
• 14:13
  got
• 14:13
  cooking
• 14:14
  here.
• 14:14
  So
• 14:14
  thanks
