- 0:30SPEAKER_01: Hello to all.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Divas That Care Network.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: I am Joyce Banning, and I will be your host for this invigorating and sharing robust lifestyle show.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: I am so excited today to have with me my returning diva, Sandra Mendelson.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: And we are going to continue what we talked about in July on growing older and wiser, how animals share their knowledge on aging.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: And the absolute fantastic about all of this is she has an upcoming book, whereas you can go back and read about all the information that you heard in July and that Sandra Sandra is going to share with us here on this podcast.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: So I am so excited, Sandra.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: Could you please introduce yourself to our listeners today?
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: Hi, everybody.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, my name is Sandra Mendelson, and I am a channel of animal consciousness and an animal communicator.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: So in short, for the past decade, I've been getting lots and lots of messages from over 85 species, really to help us humans more than anything else go through life and especially the current challenges with more understanding and ease and joy.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: So today we're going to share some more about a topic that so many animals speak about because we are so upside down in what it means to grow older.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: So today we've got some more stuff to share that hopefully will be of use.
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: But again, as Joyce mentioned, there's just too much for any human to absorb all at once.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: So the new book is kind of like a one-page-at-a-time message for the day kind of thing.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: So people can absorb things at their own pace.
- 2:25SPEAKER_01: That is so exciting.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: I am so excited to have that book come out.
- 2:29SPEAKER_01: I have to ask, when are you tentatively planning to have the book released so our listeners have an idea to be watching for it?
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, glad you asked that because this is kind of like making a baby that decided to stay in the womb for an additional few months.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: The layout has been very challenging for the software program.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: So my layout person's got the final, final, final, and she's working to fix the glitches.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: So...
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: You know, I like to play it safe and say early October.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: I certainly hope it's sooner than that, but it's in her hands.
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: And I'm learning patience.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: So I guess, you know, early, like it's odd, you know, all these Libra books.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: My first book came out in October, too.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: So I'm going to say early October just to play it safe.
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's awesome.
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: That's not very long.
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's so exciting.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: Well, as we talk about what animals share their knowledge on aging of growing older and wiser, which animal we left off kind of in July and we'll pick back up today.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: So I'm just going to let you pick up with that animal and we will start sharing with our listeners about this wonderful topic.
- 3:50UNKNOWN: Okay.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: Well, we're going to pick up with a chimpanzee.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: And, you know, we always talk about how much they are so similar to us.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: Oh, my goodness.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: All the animals have their own lessons to teach us, and they come across in different ways.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: But I'm telling you, more than anything else, chimps really sound so much like humans.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: So here's a chimp on reprioritizing what's truly important.
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: If you have learned life's lessons well, you will be more content with what is.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: Wisdom means not fretting about little things.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: It means letting go, focusing on happiness first, togetherness, peaceful interactions, gratefulness for all things big and little.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: You realize it is a gift to be alive.
- 4:35SPEAKER_01: I used to get worked up a lot.
- 4:37SPEAKER_01: I don't anymore.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: I shrug and don't question so much.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: It's all in the plan.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: You humans would have a much easier time if you did the same.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: So it kind of sounds like a human talking, you know what I mean?
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: It's not stuff that you haven't heard before, but it's a conscious choice to just go, I'm not going to get upset about that.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: This is irrelevant.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: This is unimportant.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: Oh, I just love that.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: by these animals today from the land and the air is really about our perspective and how we see.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: So here, this one is from a goat.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: Peace is your true power.
- 5:46SPEAKER_01: In youth, you huffed and puffed.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: Now train your breath to be even and smooth.
- 5:52SPEAKER_01: Power doesn't come from how big a noise you can make.
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: When you stop the illusion of control and surrender to God's plans, you grow in power and beauty.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: Acceptance gives you peace.
- 6:07SPEAKER_01: And peace is the true power.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: So right now, finding peace amidst chaos, you could say is a full-time job.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: But people seem to keep on forgetting because we believe we are separate, that every single thing you do to calm yourself, to go to gratitude, joy, let things go, focus on your own life and not on the world stage.
- 6:36SPEAKER_01: Every time you make that choice, not only and also when you go to kindness and compassion for yourself and for others, not only do the animals feel it, but you are affecting the globe.
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: You are affecting everything and everyone.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: So On days when you were just sick and tired of everything, it helps to kind of think, you know, wait a minute, I have a mission because everything I'm doing for myself has a much bigger ripple effect.
- 7:06SPEAKER_01: So here's something from a horse named Kodak.
- 7:11SPEAKER_01: Concentrate on presence and energy, not things.
- 7:15SPEAKER_01: As you become less tied to achieving in the third dimension, spend more time in the spiritual realms.
- 7:24SPEAKER_01: Let things fall away.
- 7:26SPEAKER_01: Lighten your load of negative emotions.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: Dump the bucket, so to speak.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: Less identification with your form allows you to fly as your one true nature.
- 7:40SPEAKER_01: So spend more time giving out energy, not things.
- 7:46SPEAKER_01: Presence without distraction is the key in all situations.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: and it is much more fulfilling, you will see.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: The principles we share with you don't change, but your willingness and ability to live them can increase as you move through time.
- 8:05SPEAKER_01: So when you think of, obviously we're talking about letting go of the negativity, but also when you think of being there for other people, remembering that your total presence, your total attention is the greatest gift that you can give anyone, much greater than things.
- 8:23SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah.
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: Oh, how beautiful.
- 8:25SPEAKER_01: And giving off that energy and concentrating on the present and how you're going to come across to others, too.
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: Oh, that is beautiful.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: Well, the animals have told me repeatedly, we put energy first before accomplishment.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: You humans have it backward.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: So focusing on the energy and what you're putting out and what you're reading from others really has a massive impact on the outcome of anything you're trying to accomplish.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: So if the energy is off, it's going to affect your outcome.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: And sometimes we have to learn to back off and let something rest for a little bit, a day, an hour, whatever, until the time the energy is more auspicious.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: You know, if people are really in resistance and they're really struggling, I don't care how much you want to be there for them.
- 9:17SPEAKER_01: If you're preaching, you know it's going to fall on deaf ears.
- 9:21SPEAKER_01: So, you know, just tuning into the quality of the energy and being fully present is the most healing thing you could do for yourself and for everyone else.
- 9:33SPEAKER_01: So when you think about, you know, giving advice, that's a toughie, right?
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: A panda was really cute and came across with this.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: Make the time to commune with others, especially those younger than you.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: You will feel good if they ask for your guidance and wisdom.
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: But always wait to be asked first.
- 9:59SPEAKER_01: No one likes a preachy papa or mama.
- 10:03SPEAKER_01: And I know a lot of my friends are learning this too.
- 10:06SPEAKER_01: We're learning how to just hold our tongue because everyone's on their own path and we have to accept their choices and be supportive and loving no matter what we believe.
- 10:19SPEAKER_01: And that's huge.
- 10:21SPEAKER_01: Right now there's so much divide in what people are choosing to do, what they're allowing into their bodies, what they're allowing into their beliefs.
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: And even especially the people closest to you.
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: It can be the most painful when you see them do something that in your heart, in your knowledge base, you know might be dangerous.
- 10:46SPEAKER_01: It's for you to honor their past.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: And I don't care if it's your child or your mother or your lover, your husband, your wife.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, giving advice only when asked.
- 10:59SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 11:02SPEAKER_01: And everyone has their own choices and they have the ability to make their own choices.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: Oh, yes.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: And that is an ongoing lesson, I think, for all of us right now.
- 11:17SPEAKER_01: Yes, I agree with you totally, totally.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: You have to accept their choices because it's their choice.
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: We all have choices in front of us, and if they ask for your guidance, then you can give it.
- 11:30SPEAKER_01: But otherwise, like you said, they feel like you're preaching to them, and it's falling on deaf ears anyway.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: Yep, you can just feel the tension on the phone or even in an email or a text.
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: If you pay attention, you can feel them shut down.
- 11:45SPEAKER_01: And you go, oh, yeah, shift.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, shouldn't have gone there.
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: Right, exactly.
- 11:52SPEAKER_01: You know, it's interesting because so very many women in particular that I know right now are walking their path without a partner.
- 12:02UNKNOWN: Right.
- 12:02SPEAKER_01: And a rabbit came through with a really, really powerful message that your lessons create your circumstances.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: Humans somehow feel that they're not fully living unless they are with each other.
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: If you find yourself physically alone, realize it is an opportunity for you to reach important understandings.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: The lessons you are here to learn create the structure around you.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: arrange for your highest growth.
- 12:37SPEAKER_01: So understanding, you know, the meaning behind why we find ourselves in a situation has everything to learn, everything to do with soul lessons.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: Instead of fighting it or saying, what did I do wrong or I want to fix or change this, you know, there are lessons you can only learn in the company of another and there are lessons you can only learn along the way.
- 13:00SPEAKER_01: And there's something that I've really seen in the female population, and a wolf even highlighted this, because women not realizing who they are and taking a backseat is no more.
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: We are part of the rise of the divine feminine, which is women, children, Mother Earth, and the animals, all nature.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: It's yin energy.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: So, so much work is being done by women stepping into their own power, understanding what they need and want instead of putting someone else first, which is a huge distraction, away from the self.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: So again, seeing yourself as something, as part of a bigger plan, the rise of healing feminine energy has a lot to do with the circumstances you find yourself in.
- 13:55UNKNOWN: Mm-hmm.
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love that, how you put that on the feminine energy.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: Oh, how beautiful.
- 14:01SPEAKER_01: And it all goes back with Mother Nature, with the animals, with everything.
- 14:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:07SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 14:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:08SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 14:09SPEAKER_01: It's what has been repressed in our society.
- 14:12SPEAKER_01: Look at what we've done to the earth, the animals, children, and women.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: And it isn't to say, oh, women are great, men are horrible.
- 14:19SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, no, no.
- 14:21SPEAKER_01: It's bringing forth the healing energy and stepping into your own divine power, not at the expense of anyone else.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: And certainly not to become hardened to male energy, which we need for the whole, for both halves of the circle to come together.
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: So the animals get that.
- 14:40SPEAKER_01: They are never in resistance to another energy.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: So The next lesson, if you will, the next message here has so much to do with the mind-body connection that we're experiencing.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: It's from a rhino.
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: And the rhino said, keep an open mind if you want a flexible body.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: If you don't pay attention and you allow your thinking to grow rigid, your body will harden like glue.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: Use your mind now as you are aging to loosen up your grip on the reins.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: Let go of your own expectations.
- 15:26SPEAKER_01: Let the carriage take you.
- 15:29SPEAKER_01: And, you know, we blame so much on aging, aging, aging, aging, and we forget that the mind ages the body at a great progression.
- 15:39SPEAKER_01: If we have lost our ability to constantly embrace the new, New challenges, new ideas, new concepts, new pastimes that fuel our soul.
- 15:51SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: We become rigid and then our body becomes rigid, not the other way around.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's a biggie.
- 15:59SPEAKER_01: It's a biggie.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: The people that coast through their latter years still have that joy of a child trying new things, daring to be themselves in ways that they never had.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: And it's huge.
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: You know, we can all become rigid.
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: in how we approach our lives, but it really will take a toll on the body.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: Oh, that is just incredible.
- 16:25SPEAKER_01: What beautiful knowledge coming from that rhino on how to use your mind and how it affects your whole body.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: It affects everything.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: I mean, and like you said, trying new things and having that experience that figure in your life and being happy, you'll be amazed how much better your body reacts.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I really know.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: I know many women in their 70s and above, and I listen to how they spend their time, and it makes me very sad because I see what's happening to them.
- 17:02SPEAKER_01: They have lost the curiosity.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: They don't realize that we're here to learn and enjoy life.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: And that fuels your soul growth.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: The joy fuels your growth.
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: And they just get into this habit.
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: They go to the gym.
- 17:17SPEAKER_01: They go out to lunch.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: And it's like they're flatlining and their bodies are a mess because they've lost their internal youth.
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: I mean, children, it's about giving and receiving and seeing what's beautiful in another and in yourself and trying to New things.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: I mean, who's judging?
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: A lot of these people, you know, they are fine.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: You know, their life circumstances are fine and solid and financially they're fine.
- 17:46SPEAKER_01: And they've lost themselves.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: They've lost that inner curiosity.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: Yep, it's all an inside job over and over and over again.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: It's all within.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: It's all within.
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: And it can keep you very busy.
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: You know, you don't have to run from thing to thing in the outside world because all the most interesting stuff happens from the inside.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: Yes, most definitely.
- 18:18SPEAKER_01: He always does something from a robin.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: much more on the more spiritual plane, that this life is just one adventure in your soul's journey.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: Growing older does not exist the same way for us as it does for you.
- 18:33SPEAKER_01: If you define yourselves only within the limits of 3D reality, you are a prisoner of time.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: If, however, you grasp the immortality of your soul, you will see that every lifetime is a page in your book, adding adventures to your story.
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: The end of this physical life is just a page turning, sometimes giving way to an entirely new chapter.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: The only difference is that you will not remember most of what's on the previous pages.
- 19:06SPEAKER_01: But make no mistake, you are constantly progressing.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: Every life brings you to a new place, and the story of your soul's journey grows richer.
- 19:18SPEAKER_01: So the point in bringing this up is for people who think, oh, my goodness, I can't get it all done.
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: Here we are saying retain your curiosity.
- 19:28SPEAKER_01: But at the same time, no one, no animal ever expects to learn everything in one lifetime.
- 19:35SPEAKER_01: And sometimes we humans think we're going to do it all.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: And we have to realize that what comes up, you know, is what we need to work on.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Not, oh, I need to go learn that and I need to go here and how come I'm not experiencing this and I'm not leaving my body and I'm not natural traveling and I'm not and I'm not and I'm not.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, no, no.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: And we torture ourselves that way.
- 19:57SPEAKER_01: Animals don't do that.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: I got two more.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: I know we have a short time together, so I'm just going to spill right into it.
- 20:06SPEAKER_01: I love this one because when the sheep came through to me, I saw her with a big heart-shaped pink ruff around her neck.
- 20:18SPEAKER_01: If you imagine, she's wearing a neck piece that's in the shape of a pink heart.
- 20:23SPEAKER_01: I'm like, well, that's creative.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: So this sheep said, take bigger risks to express your true self.
- 20:29SPEAKER_01: Growing older means taking bigger risks, but they are different from the risks of youth.
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: Dare to be you in ways you never have been before.
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: You don't have to jump out of an airplane, although you could do that if you like.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: I just failed to see why you'd want to.
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: Whereas you felt you had something to prove to yourself or others in your earlier years, now you can truly live Send a big hello to strangers.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: As we said before, try something just out of curiosity.
- 21:03SPEAKER_01: Who cares about the outcome?
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: But most of all, let that big, beautiful heart out of its cage.
- 21:11SPEAKER_01: Failure to express your love causes heart trouble.
- 21:18UNKNOWN: Oh, wow.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and no one ever thinks of that.
- 21:21SPEAKER_01: When they have cardiac trouble, no one ever thinks that it could have anything to do with how much they're allowing themselves to love, loving yourself.
- 21:31SPEAKER_01: Like they say, fall in love with something every day.
- 21:34SPEAKER_01: Whether you look in the mirror and say, my goodness, I really love you, or it's an animal, a child, a person, a tree, an experience, your home.
- 21:45SPEAKER_01: You know, that constant accessing of the immense amount of love that you have within you is absolutely critical for your health because we bottle it up.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: Men are notorious for that.
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: Stuff it, stuff it, stuff it.
- 21:58SPEAKER_01: So we're so busy focusing on heart-healthy diets and exercise and sometimes even meditation, but we're here to love.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: We are loved.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: So we have to let it out.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 22:12UNKNOWN: Yes.
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: Oh, yes.
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: Love is the greatest.
- 22:16SPEAKER_01: It is.
- 22:17SPEAKER_01: And it feels so good.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: My goodness, if you realize how much better you feel when you're letting it out than when you're in some kind of, you know, head spin about something.
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: You know, after a while you just go, I'm doing that because it feels good.
- 22:28SPEAKER_01: End of story.
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 22:30SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 22:33SPEAKER_02: And
- 22:34SPEAKER_01: so, and finally, you know, we've come to the letter Z.
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: A zebra came through.
- 22:39SPEAKER_01: Very interesting what comes through these pack animals.
- 22:44SPEAKER_01: We never, you know, we see animals alone and then we see these animals that are always in packs.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: And what this zebra shared is that every life path is important and equally valuable.
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: So what I'm going to say may be in zebra speak, but it applies to us as well about what our lessons might be.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: Perhaps it will help if you see as we do.
- 23:06SPEAKER_01: We view everything as steps leading upward.
- 23:09SPEAKER_01: We may wobble, but we are forever progressing toward our destination.
- 23:14SPEAKER_01: Our whole life purpose may simply be to run together in a herd, learning how not to step on anyone else's hood.
- 23:23SPEAKER_01: We might show up in this life to sharpen our intellect, to understand how things stick together.
- 23:29SPEAKER_01: or to learn how to get along with others most harmoniously.
- 23:33SPEAKER_01: Our path in this form may even be to more fully know God because we have been human and could never feel our connection and importance.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: All of these challenges are equally valuable.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: You can never compare anyone's experiences with any others.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: We also know with every inch of our being that we are here only until we learn our most important lesson.
- 24:01SPEAKER_01: The ones we don't learn, we will work on in another lifetime.
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: So we're so quick to say, oh my goodness, maybe my life is too easy or why does this person seem to be lifting heavy boulders with such exquisitely painful challenges.
- 24:19SPEAKER_01: It's not for us to determine what we're here to learn this time.
- 24:23SPEAKER_01: Everything is valuable.
- 24:24SPEAKER_01: Everything is soul growth, especially the most incomprehensible things.
- 24:30SPEAKER_01: And even people that seem to have a calmer, easier life.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: No judgment.
- 24:36SPEAKER_01: I mean, everybody's got challenges.
- 24:39SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: Oh,
- 24:41SPEAKER_02: my word.
- 24:47SPEAKER_02: That was
- 24:47SPEAKER_01: all.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: All of them gave such beautiful.
- 24:51SPEAKER_01: It's just incredible.
- 24:53SPEAKER_01: how the animals...
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: I mean, I see it because I'm around animals all the time.
- 24:59SPEAKER_01: And you can just see and feel the love.
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: I mean, just an expression of love that I see in the cattle so much is they'll just go up to another one of the cows and they start licking their face for no apparent reason.
- 25:15SPEAKER_01: They may be standing at the water tank.
- 25:17SPEAKER_01: They may be standing anywhere.
- 25:18SPEAKER_01: And they just start licking one another.
- 25:21SPEAKER_01: And then how they lift their baby calves.
- 25:24SPEAKER_01: The feeling of love, and I see it with my horses too.
- 25:28SPEAKER_01: All at once they come together and they start nuzzling each other on the neck.
- 25:33SPEAKER_01: It's unbelievable the love that these animals show to one another on a daily basis.
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: You see that love.
- 25:42SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 25:44SPEAKER_01: But the most important thing that I hope people will remember These animals are intentionally doing this.
- 25:52SPEAKER_01: No matter how much pain they have, no matter how much discomfort, no matter what they're clearing out of themselves or the collective or physically what challenges they're going through or with humans and what we do to them, they choose to show up.
- 26:07SPEAKER_01: They choose to go to love.
- 26:09SPEAKER_01: They choose to see the positive.
- 26:11SPEAKER_01: You know, if I can leave nothing with your listeners, it's This is an intentional world.
- 26:18SPEAKER_01: And we think animals just are that way or they don't have as much on their plate.
- 26:22SPEAKER_01: I beg to disagree.
- 26:26SPEAKER_01: And we can make the same choices.
- 26:28SPEAKER_01: No one's judging.
- 26:30SPEAKER_01: It's not like you've got some mark to hit or else you're going to fail.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: In fact, with cows, people really misunderstand them.
- 26:38SPEAKER_01: They choose peace above all.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: People think that they're immovable or they have no emotion or they're, oh my goodness, I hate this, or they're dumb.
- 26:45SPEAKER_01: No.
- 26:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:48SPEAKER_01: How to choose peace above all.
- 26:50SPEAKER_01: That takes a lot of work in our world.
- 26:53SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: Yes, it does.
- 26:56SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 26:57SPEAKER_01: And they deal with so many different things.
- 27:00SPEAKER_01: And you just named a lot of them.
- 27:01SPEAKER_01: And, I mean, they still show love.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: It's just like I have a mare right now that's dealing with some back issues.
- 27:07SPEAKER_01: And she still shows love.
- 27:10SPEAKER_01: She shows love to me.
- 27:11SPEAKER_01: She shows love to the other horses.
- 27:13UNKNOWN: Yes.
- 27:14SPEAKER_01: She doesn't let that stop her and make her and say, well, I'm hurting today.
- 27:19SPEAKER_01: I can't show you any love.
- 27:20SPEAKER_01: No, it's almost the opposite way.
- 27:23SPEAKER_01: It's unbelievable.
- 27:25SPEAKER_01: Animals are just, they're incredible.
- 27:28SPEAKER_01: And not only that, think about animals that know.
- 27:32SPEAKER_01: I mean, they will be food.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: They know.
- 27:37SPEAKER_01: Do you think they stand and worry about the day that they're going to be forced out of their form?
- 27:41SPEAKER_01: No.
- 27:43UNKNOWN: No.
- 27:43SPEAKER_01: They're completely in the moment, connected with the earth, coming from love.
- 27:49SPEAKER_01: You know, I mean, that's what blows my mind.
- 27:51SPEAKER_01: What do you think, they're stupid and they don't know what's ahead?
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: Of course they do.
- 27:55SPEAKER_01: They know they're being farmed for food.
- 27:56SPEAKER_01: Obviously, it's a lot more challenging if they're in a factory farm and they don't have their feet on the earth and, you know, they can't move.
- 28:06SPEAKER_01: I don't want to go there.
- 28:07SPEAKER_01: But when you see cows grazing and you know they are, you know, cattle, And you know why.
- 28:15SPEAKER_01: That, to me, is the most breathtaking example of how they are our teachers.
- 28:22SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 28:22SPEAKER_01: They're not living in what will come.
- 28:25SPEAKER_01: They're getting joy at every single moment.
- 28:28SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 28:29SPEAKER_01: Yes, they do.
- 28:31SPEAKER_01: Oh, Sandra, this has just been, you have given so much information.
- 28:36SPEAKER_01: I have a whole page again I wrote down of each animal, and I just love it.
- 28:40SPEAKER_01: I mean, animals are my life, so I totally relate to them.
- 28:44SPEAKER_01: And it is just you learn so much from animals and nature and just all of it.
- 28:51SPEAKER_01: It's all just a full circle that we truly do need each other in this world to make it all come together and work together.
- 28:58SPEAKER_01: Definitely.
- 28:59SPEAKER_01: Oh, absolutely.
- 29:00SPEAKER_01: I couldn't agree with you more.
- 29:01SPEAKER_01: I applaud people like you that really notice.
- 29:07SPEAKER_01: You know, there are people that work with animals and they notice nothing.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: But your eyes and your heart are wide open.
- 29:12SPEAKER_01: And as they say, teachers are everywhere.
- 29:15SPEAKER_01: And animals are some of the best, especially because we can see them.
- 29:19SPEAKER_01: They are living in a 3D body.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: Even if they're leaving their body all the time and like horses and they're doing all kinds of amazing energy work, they still have to be in the confines of a body and all the things that happen to a body.
- 29:32SPEAKER_01: It's not like they have an easy ride.
- 29:35SPEAKER_01: So thank you, Joyce.
- 29:36SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 29:37SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 29:38SPEAKER_01: You are so welcome, Sandra.
