- 1:40Speaker 3: You full of cheese? What are you eating with cheese?
- 1:43Speaker 5: Pepperoni's?
- 1:44Speaker 3: That is so hood not love? I love it for you. Wow,
- 1:54Speaker 3: it's February. Like where did January go? It feels like,
- 2:00Speaker 3: but it probably Actually it has been a month of
- 2:02Speaker 3: Sunday since you know you and our last.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Talk man January came in with a vengeance, gave us
- 2:08Speaker 1: all this damn smell.
- 2:09Speaker 5: That's still people are trying to get rid.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Of depending on yourself, dependent on your city. Yeah, it's
- 2:18Speaker 3: it's wild out here and this, uh, this news cycle
- 2:21Speaker 3: has been mind blowing. So bring me up to speed,
- 2:26Speaker 3: Miss Lyric. How is you? How you feeling? What's going on?
- 2:28Speaker 4: In your word?
- 2:30Speaker 5: I'm cooling.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Actually, I have been getting so much needed rest.
- 2:36Speaker 5: Okay, for the past let's say two weeks or so,
- 2:41Speaker 5: I've been able to go to sleep.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I've been going to sleep until like, let's see three
- 2:45Speaker 1: point thirty four o'clock, sometimes even five o'clock in the morning.
- 2:49Speaker 1: But baby, when I tell you I be sleeping in
- 2:52Speaker 1: sep and that be, that'd be the best sleep.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Not mad at it, the best sleep, not mad at it.
- 3:00Speaker 3: I've I've been in a good place too, Like I mean,
- 3:04Speaker 3: there's so much chaos happening like right now, and my
- 3:08Speaker 3: black ass has just been sitting back working on my head,
- 3:12Speaker 3: working on my mind, just you know, trying to be in.
- 3:16Speaker 5: To flip off.
- 3:17Speaker 3: And it really is, it really is. All right, Let's
- 3:21Speaker 3: start with the letter this week. This is from Derek
- 3:24Speaker 3: Off of TikTok. Actually it's a message. He said, if
- 3:26Speaker 3: you both could change a point in time that you
- 3:29Speaker 3: feel that you would change the significance of what we
- 3:32Speaker 3: are going through right now, what would it be. I
- 3:36Speaker 3: thought about this so aol discs I would I would
- 3:40Speaker 3: change the point in time. You remember the time that
- 3:42Speaker 3: they used to mail that ship out to people. I
- 3:45Speaker 3: would change. I would go back in time and change
- 3:47Speaker 3: that point because then everybody got access to the internet
- 3:50Speaker 3: in a world that robs us of our authenticity. Yeah,
- 3:55Speaker 3: I believe that people then felt even more of a
- 3:59Speaker 3: need to be less authentic because they wanted to be viral,
- 4:03Speaker 3: they wanted to be accepted by you know, whatever's going
- 4:06Speaker 3: on in the world. Things the same reasons that it
- 4:10Speaker 3: was meant to connect us, it has disconnected us so much.
- 4:14Speaker 3: And now you have you know, oligarchs, like really like
- 4:18Speaker 3: this sounds like a comic book. You have rich tech
- 4:21Speaker 3: oligarchs trying to take over the world and if with
- 4:24Speaker 3: a form of mind control. This is straight out of
- 4:27Speaker 3: Superman's playbook.
- 4:28Speaker 5: Yep.
- 4:29Speaker 3: So that's what I would change.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I would have to think about that first thing, maybe
- 4:34Speaker 1: off the top of my head, since it would probably
- 4:38Speaker 1: be something music related. Okay, I would change the way,
- 4:42Speaker 1: uh music would be able to be.
- 4:47Speaker 5: Placed on the in it yes, placed on the Internet.
- 4:50Speaker 1: I don't like the fact that certain sites or whatever
- 4:54Speaker 1: I mean, even though you know, people were having fun
- 4:57Speaker 1: taking the music, like off of sites like naps, stir
- 5:00Speaker 1: and stuff like that. I think about it in another
- 5:03Speaker 1: place of how much money that the artists and groups
- 5:07Speaker 1: were losing because all of this music was put on
- 5:11Speaker 1: these platforms and shared freely and nobody had to pay
- 5:14Speaker 1: for it.
- 5:14Speaker 3: That's true.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Another problem would I would go back to that time
- 5:18Speaker 1: and get rid of that ship.
- 5:20Speaker 3: See my ship would fix your ship. We're in alignment
- 5:24Speaker 3: or some shit. I don't know. I'm not answering this
- 5:28Speaker 3: one from Harold from Westchester. He said, I mean he
- 5:32Speaker 3: said kind of things about the podcast that y'all y'all know,
- 5:35Speaker 3: this ship makes me feel weird reading Anyways, he offered
- 5:38Speaker 3: his services for PR, said he loved the nostalgic moments
- 5:42Speaker 3: we often take the s does both the recount funny
- 5:46Speaker 3: stories about our childhoods. I'm not doing that.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Yeah, we need a PR person for are we saying
- 5:57Speaker 1: something wrong?
- 5:58Speaker 5: Are we speaking the truth.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Or get I think it's more so black networking.
- 6:02Speaker 5: So you know, well I think we good on that.
- 6:05Speaker 5: But I appreciate their kind words. So yeah, guy.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Absolutely, Uh let's see when you grow up, what your monna? Do?
- 6:17Speaker 3: You want to go first to me?
- 6:18Speaker 5: So do got it? Thanks to my mom, go ahead,
- 6:22Speaker 5: who just put us up on her page.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Work mom, mhm.
- 6:26Speaker 1: I want to be like Aaron Jackson, who is the
- 6:29Speaker 1: first black woman to win an individual gold medal in
- 6:32Speaker 1: the Winter Olympics, who also has been picked as the
- 6:36Speaker 1: US flag bearer for the twenty twenty six Winter Olympics.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Work let me look her name up again.
- 6:43Speaker 5: You say it again, Aaron Jackson, E R I N.
- 6:47Speaker 3: Jackson got you? Oh right work Olympics. Oh wows gorgeous too.
- 6:57Speaker 3: When I grow up now and always, I hope to
- 7:00Speaker 3: be like Kendrick Lamar, a writer and an artist whose
- 7:03Speaker 3: pen I respect more than y'all will ever know, and
- 7:06Speaker 3: who also went into the twenty twenty six Grammy Awards
- 7:11Speaker 3: is the most nominated artist. That's right, according to Forbes
- 7:14Speaker 3: dot Com, as the hip hop powerhouse rocked up nine
- 7:19Speaker 3: chances to score for more gold this time around. He
- 7:22Speaker 3: ended the evening as the top winner as he collected
- 7:25Speaker 3: like five new trophies, beating Bad Bunny Jelly Roll, who
- 7:31Speaker 3: tied for the second most Grammys with three apiece. Kendrick's
- 7:35Speaker 3: evening was a historic one, and he came out on
- 7:38Speaker 3: top in what is often considered the most competitive field
- 7:41Speaker 3: for the second year in a row. Record of the year.
- 7:44Speaker 3: So this is twice that he's done this two years
- 7:46Speaker 3: in a row.
- 7:47Speaker 5: But this year he beat jay Z's record. Did he Yes,
- 7:51Speaker 5: he did.
- 7:51Speaker 4: Let's see yes.
- 7:53Speaker 3: Yeah. I'm trying not to go through the whole article,
- 7:56Speaker 3: but I'm gonna throw in the fact like I said that.
- 7:58Speaker 3: He has also snagged Ricord of the Year last year
- 8:02Speaker 3: for that, Drake distract that Drake's about Did you hear
- 8:06Speaker 3: about that? By the way, I think he told me
- 8:08Speaker 3: about it, Drake, you know that he's not letting that
- 8:11Speaker 3: ship go. Yeah, he's trying to appeal the case. I
- 8:14Speaker 3: haven't followed up on it.
- 8:16Speaker 5: So it's giving skin behavior.
- 8:22Speaker 3: It's given something that.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Wow, Okay, you don't count when I say that, because
- 8:35Speaker 1: you don't do no bamb stuff Like no, I don't.
- 8:38Speaker 5: Don't you know what I mean when I say skin.
- 8:41Speaker 3: Field nigga, I don't. I don't do that. I don't
- 8:44Speaker 3: know what y'all are doing.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Does he need to let it go? Like? That's That's
- 8:48Speaker 1: what pisses me off and makes me laugh at Drake,
- 8:52Speaker 1: because as you came out, you.
- 8:54Speaker 5: Like you surround yourself by all of.
- 8:56Speaker 6: These actual hood niggas, these actual people, people who have
- 9:00Speaker 6: really done stuff out here, right, and then you go
- 9:04Speaker 6: basically snitch to the to the people's because somebody hurt
- 9:08Speaker 6: your feelings in a rap and you didn't keep it
- 9:10Speaker 6: about the music, right.
- 9:11Speaker 3: I mean, you attacked the man personally. You didn't even
- 9:14Speaker 3: make it like I mean, there's fun rap banter. You
- 9:17Speaker 3: can like joke about somebody wig or whatever, but y'all
- 9:20Speaker 3: be taking it to the jugular talking about people's babies,
- 9:22Speaker 3: nicky magminage, you know, all shit like that. Y'all do
- 9:26Speaker 3: weird shit.
- 9:27Speaker 1: But that's what it's based on down and that's that's
- 9:31Speaker 1: a whole not of around it is. When it comes
- 9:34Speaker 1: to rap. There are rap battles, underground battles where nothing nothing,
- 9:40Speaker 1: no topic. I don't care how sensitive the matter is.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Nothing is off topic.
- 9:45Speaker 5: Nothing.
- 9:46Speaker 1: You could have just lost your baby and had a miscarriage.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Let somebody from the other side find out about it.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Going in the rapt seen it, I think people about
- 9:57Speaker 1: to fight and everything.
- 9:58Speaker 3: What see?
- 9:59Speaker 7: Yup?
- 10:00Speaker 3: I stay in house. That's why I stay in the house.
- 10:02Speaker 3: Y'all up here wrap? How do you wrap somebody's miscarriage?
- 10:05Speaker 3: Come on now? Really? I mean I wouldn't even attempt
- 10:08Speaker 3: that's right, Okay, look back.
- 10:11Speaker 5: That's why I can do it, because it's like it
- 10:14Speaker 5: takes the fun out of it.
- 10:15Speaker 3: It really does real for real.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Because you you getting what they're called personals. It's an
- 10:20Speaker 1: actual thing. They get personal with their opponent, and it
- 10:24Speaker 1: is what it is. That's why I said, I used
- 10:26Speaker 1: to you know, could write like that. But it is like,
- 10:29Speaker 1: what what are we doing that for? It's a waste
- 10:31Speaker 1: of time, it's not You're not getting any money from
- 10:34Speaker 1: it unless you're being promoted in one of those groups
- 10:38Speaker 1: or whatever that actually goes like state to state in
- 10:42Speaker 1: has these like rap tournaments and stuff like that. You're
- 10:45Speaker 1: not getting any real money from it. True, So what
- 10:47Speaker 1: are we doing it for?
- 10:48Speaker 3: Well, well, I don't know what y'all are doing it
- 10:52Speaker 3: like in those circles, but I do, like I said,
- 10:54Speaker 3: I respect Kendricks Penn because I've always had a passion
- 10:58Speaker 3: for being able to right. I believe that so on
- 11:01Speaker 3: so many things. The pen is mightier than the sword,
- 11:04Speaker 3: and Kendrick is that person. He will eviscerate you in
- 11:09Speaker 3: your face and on his pen. So much respect for him.
- 11:13Speaker 3: So shout out to you brother. What's his headline? Jay
- 11:18Speaker 3: Z supposedly congratulated Kendrick Lamar on breaking Instagram's record. Awesome,
- 11:22Speaker 3: so nice, so work, mister Lamar. We see you, we
- 11:27Speaker 3: see ready to answer some bullshit?
- 11:31Speaker 5: Why not?
- 11:32Speaker 3: All right? If it were up next, We'll be right back.
- 11:36Speaker 8: We have some pretty significant news right now. Donald Trump's
- 11:39Speaker 8: former chief of staff, Nick mulvaney has come out tonight
- 11:41Speaker 8: and said that Donald Trump's post about the Obamas the
- 11:44Speaker 8: Races post on Truth Social likely costs Republicans the midterms.
- 11:48Speaker 8: It's that bad. There's that much concern within Republican circles
- 11:51Speaker 8: this evening. Mckmulvaney told this to Kelly Meyer this evening,
- 11:54Speaker 8: and well. He says that if he were chief of staff,
- 11:56Speaker 8: he would offer his resignation immediately. He would also find
- 11:59Speaker 8: the staff for quote unquote who did this and fire them.
- 12:02Speaker 8: But he made clear to Kelly that while only two
- 12:05Speaker 8: people likely have access to this truth Social account other
- 12:08Speaker 8: than the President of the United States, and these are
- 12:10Speaker 8: top senior staffers. These are not just your everyday interns
- 12:13Speaker 8: at the White House. And he says that Republicans are
- 12:16Speaker 8: freaking out, essentially that they don't know how they would
- 12:19Speaker 8: be able to defend this. It's indefensible on the campaign
- 12:21Speaker 8: trail that in his opinion, this just cost the Republican
- 12:25Speaker 8: Party the midterm elections. It's that bad of a post.
- 12:28Speaker 8: We'll see if he's right. Spread the word. I'll have
- 12:31Speaker 8: more updates on my substack linked to bio subscribe for free,
- 12:34Speaker 8: follow a long step state on all the news you
- 12:36Speaker 8: need to know about more to come.
- 12:38Speaker 9: Conservative males intentionally withholding or lying about the fact that
- 12:42Speaker 9: they're conservative and intentionally going for liberal women is an
- 12:47Speaker 9: extension of rape culture, and I don't understand why people
- 12:51Speaker 9: are confused about that. Why would a conservative male go
- 12:56Speaker 9: for a liberal woman to conquer her? Because the same
- 13:01Speaker 9: way you ask that question, I could ask the question,
- 13:04Speaker 9: why would a dude who doesn't want anything serious go
- 13:07Speaker 9: for the girl that does and lie and say that
- 13:10Speaker 9: he does.
- 13:10Speaker 10: Too to conquer her.
- 13:14Speaker 9: It is all about the flex is being able to
- 13:18Speaker 9: finagle and finesse their way into the pants of a
- 13:21Speaker 9: woman that, if she knew the full truth, would not
- 13:23Speaker 9: want him. It is a lack of consent. Rape culture.
- 13:30Speaker 9: Men do it all the time in different ways. Political
- 13:33Speaker 9: views is no different. It's the same shit package differently.
- 13:38Speaker 9: It is not about why would you want to be
- 13:41Speaker 9: with someone different plical views because it's not about the
- 13:43Speaker 9: political views. It's about the flex and being able to
- 13:46Speaker 9: say that I was able to be a wolf in
- 13:49Speaker 9: sheep's clothing and fool this liberal woman into being with
- 13:53Speaker 9: me a conservative man.
- 13:58Speaker 10: It's rape culture.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Babes help.
- 14:02Speaker 4: You, but definitely she would.
- 14:07Speaker 5: What's up, y'all, sagarl miss link, and I'm back with my.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Segment if it were LAK, where I discuss your situationships, friendships,
- 14:13Speaker 1: relationships and everything in between. And I give my two
- 14:17Speaker 1: cents about it. If you want to continue to send
- 14:20Speaker 1: your advice, questions or your stories to me, please send
- 14:23Speaker 1: them to my gmail at Lark Provado at gmail dot com.
- 14:27Speaker 5: Now let's get into this tea. All right, sure, I'll
- 14:32Speaker 5: go first.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Let's see, all right, this first one comes from Dana.
- 14:40Speaker 5: All right, Dana, Okay.
- 14:42Speaker 1: It says deal with my boyfriend does not allow me
- 14:45Speaker 1: access to our savings. How do I address it? I'm
- 14:50Speaker 1: frustrated and I need advice. We've been together for three
- 14:53Speaker 1: years and three months at this point. We have a
- 14:56Speaker 1: savings account for our future home. The funny thing is
- 15:02Speaker 1: I have absolutely no access to it because it's in
- 15:06Speaker 1: his name at his bank. I put into the savings
- 15:09Speaker 1: by sending him money through an app, and he deposits
- 15:13Speaker 1: it into the account. Oh, whenever I need to borrow
- 15:16Speaker 1: money from the account for emergencies, I have to go
- 15:20Speaker 1: through him. He has to approve me taking it out.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Then he will send me it on the app. For example,
- 15:28Speaker 1: the other day, I forgot my lunch at home. I
- 15:31Speaker 1: asked him to send me some money to go and
- 15:32Speaker 1: grab some McDonald's across the street from my job, and
- 15:35Speaker 1: he told me no. I asked him if he could
- 15:38Speaker 1: bring me something from home, and he also said no,
- 15:41Speaker 1: So I starved my entire workday. There's so many things
- 15:47Speaker 1: he does as well, but I don't feel the need
- 15:50Speaker 1: to get into it. I need to know what to
- 15:52Speaker 1: do about this because I don't think it's fair to
- 15:55Speaker 1: not have access to our account or what do you
- 15:59Speaker 1: think I should do? Girl, you gotta take that al
- 16:03Speaker 1: because you then gave him.
- 16:04Speaker 3: All your God damn your fault. That is your fault.
- 16:07Speaker 3: I was gonna say the same thing, but oh my gosh.
- 16:12Speaker 1: He is financially abusing your ass. Keep falling for it.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Give me more, daddy.
- 16:18Speaker 1: I don't know how much you're sending him a mom
- 16:21Speaker 1: but girl, I'm not even that is just your boyfriend
- 16:24Speaker 1: and you have a shared savings account that you can't
- 16:27Speaker 1: even have access to because he done gooped you into
- 16:31Speaker 1: not having your name.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Also did all that he is He is systemically oppressing you.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it's gonna happen. I'm gonna get that house.
- 16:40Speaker 1: You're not gonna be on that deed. You're not gonna
- 16:42Speaker 1: be on nothing. It's gonna be his house.
- 16:44Speaker 11: Wow.
- 16:45Speaker 1: And guess what's gonna happen after that? Whenever he get
- 16:47Speaker 1: good and tired of you, you're gonna get put the
- 16:50Speaker 1: fuck out. Yeah, he seems like the tact that would
- 16:53Speaker 1: go through the extreme of getting the course involved to
- 16:56Speaker 1: get you evicted from your own home, even if you
- 16:58Speaker 1: put money in it.
- 17:00Speaker 3: But we do realize that times are hard. So if
- 17:03Speaker 3: you do stay, I would recommend pre nups and I
- 17:06Speaker 3: would recommend you squirrelling away some money for yourself that
- 17:11Speaker 3: mask funds, that accounts they don't know about. Because I mean,
- 17:17Speaker 3: that's if you do stay.
- 17:18Speaker 5: Times may be hot, but we want you to ready,
- 17:21Speaker 5: and we want you to three years in three months.
- 17:24Speaker 1: That's who he is. He is not changing no time soon.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I'm telling you some good shit. Yeah, you need to
- 17:29Speaker 1: hurry up and get out of this abusive relationship, because
- 17:31Speaker 1: you also said there's other things that he does, which
- 17:34Speaker 1: leads me to believe that it's even worse. Thanks while
- 17:38Speaker 1: you staying where obviously he's using you for what you
- 17:41Speaker 1: can add to his pie, because that's his pie. As
- 17:44Speaker 1: far as I'm concerned. He got his name on the account.
- 17:47Speaker 1: You can't get it. You gotta ask him for lunch.
- 17:49Speaker 1: He's telling you, no, he don't even care about your
- 17:52Speaker 1: well being enough to give you money for food.
- 17:55Speaker 3: Can't see it, can't see it. You made the I
- 17:58Speaker 3: had you starve at for some McDonalds McDonald's, baby. I
- 18:05Speaker 3: don't eat McDonald's. But if McDonald's.
- 18:08Speaker 1: What When I be reading these back, I'd be like,
- 18:11Speaker 1: do y'all read these to yourselves before you send them back, because.
- 18:16Speaker 5: The answer be right there.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Oh that's bad.
- 18:19Speaker 1: He let me starve at work?
- 18:22Speaker 3: Oh no, no, all day.
- 18:25Speaker 1: And I don't know what type of shift you had.
- 18:26Speaker 1: You might have had an eight hour, ten hour, twelve hour,
- 18:29Speaker 1: and you might have some overtime. Who gives a shit?
- 18:32Speaker 1: He lets you starve?
- 18:33Speaker 3: Baby, We love you, But and that's.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Supposed to be somebody you're sharing a life with and
- 18:43Speaker 1: sharing a bed with.
- 18:44Speaker 10: Oh no, and he lets you starve?
- 18:47Speaker 3: Nah boo, run get.
- 18:50Speaker 5: That, ain't it?
- 18:51Speaker 1: Get listen? You need to get your own accounts because
- 18:55Speaker 1: in here I see you're twenty three years old. There's
- 18:57Speaker 1: no excuse for that.
- 18:58Speaker 3: All of the accounts, all of them.
- 19:00Speaker 5: Start putting your money up. Don't give him another cent.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Cash.
- 19:06Speaker 1: I start trying to plan your exit because that right
- 19:08Speaker 1: there is not going to stop. He's going to continue
- 19:11Speaker 1: to take advantage of you and use you and take
- 19:13Speaker 1: you for everything you got.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Imagine a nigga I'm telling you, Imagine telling you just
- 19:22Speaker 3: the cash up, be your savings. I'll put it in
- 19:25Speaker 3: the account that has exclusively my name on it. Imagine
- 19:28Speaker 3: that there didn't.
- 19:31Speaker 5: I'm thinking, ask what what what was it? I'm doing next?
- 19:39Speaker 3: All right? I have two Which one do you want?
- 19:42Speaker 3: Or we can do them both. But one is from
- 19:44Speaker 3: some lady crushing on her coworker, and the others from
- 19:47Speaker 3: somebody asking how to deal with their stinky friend. Your
- 19:50Speaker 3: call hot puss or hot ass, because it's some bullshit
- 19:53Speaker 3: this week the crush.
- 19:55Speaker 5: Let's do with the crush.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Let's get past the stinky friend coworking mess. All right,
- 20:03Speaker 3: what's up, miss Lyric? Last year a new man started
- 20:06Speaker 3: at my work. He's not my boss yet, but he
- 20:09Speaker 3: will be once my boss retires in the immediate future. Physically,
- 20:14Speaker 3: he's exactly my type. The guy. The guy could not
- 20:17Speaker 3: be more perfect to look at. We've mostly avoided each other,
- 20:20Speaker 3: but the job is pushing us closer together all the time.
- 20:23Speaker 3: There's even some work trips on the horizon that him
- 20:26Speaker 3: and I will be together for he turned He turned
- 20:29Speaker 3: red when he pitched the idea to me, so I
- 20:32Speaker 3: suspect he has a similar interest. The problem is I
- 20:36Speaker 3: do not date people I work with, never have, never will,
- 20:39Speaker 3: and I have no plans to quit my job. It's
- 20:42Speaker 3: close to my home, everyone loves me, and they pay
- 20:44Speaker 3: me way above industry standard. I may never leave of work,
- 20:51Speaker 3: she said. I recently, I've recently started having very spicy
- 20:56Speaker 3: dreams about this guy, and it's made working with him uncomfortable.
- 21:01Speaker 3: I'm almost sure I'm blushing the whole time that I'm
- 21:04Speaker 3: near him, and my brain stopped working. It stops working completely.
- 21:07Speaker 3: So I turn to y'all some strangers for suggestions because
- 21:12Speaker 3: my friends are not helping. Now accepting all of ice,
- 21:17Speaker 3: hinged and unhinged. If it were you, how would you
- 21:20Speaker 3: stop being attracted to this man? Signed? Oh, her name's
- 21:25Speaker 3: Tiffany H.
- 21:26Speaker 1: First of all, what's more important to you? Because, as
- 21:30Speaker 1: far as I'm concerned, if it were me, I wouldn't
- 21:33Speaker 1: do it. As far as I'm concerned, my livelihood, man,
- 21:38Speaker 1: the bread, paying the bills, getting that coin is far
- 21:42Speaker 1: more important than entertaining somebody at work.
- 21:45Speaker 3: She said that she has an attraction to this man,
- 21:48Speaker 3: and every time that he gets near her, she gets
- 21:51Speaker 3: near him. Young kiddy, be like per per, somebody need
- 21:54Speaker 3: to pass.
- 21:55Speaker 1: Oh well, you got to find something else to do
- 21:58Speaker 1: with your friends, because let.
- 22:01Speaker 5: Me tell you something.
- 22:01Speaker 1: If the ship don't work out, you said he gonna
- 22:04Speaker 1: be your boss.
- 22:05Speaker 5: That means you're expendable. Why even entertain.
- 22:08Speaker 1: That you don't ship where you eat at keep it separate. Yeah,
- 22:13Speaker 1: go have a girl's night and or go out on
- 22:17Speaker 1: town with you with your girl girls or whatever. Go
- 22:19Speaker 1: find you somebody that you do not work with, because
- 22:22Speaker 1: it's not going to work.
- 22:23Speaker 5: Baby, it's not work. Because the minute.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Y'all get the arguing, or if something goes side ways
- 22:29Speaker 1: and turns left, it's it. You're gonna ruin your workplace space.
- 22:35Speaker 1: It gets weird tension, all of that stuff. It No,
- 22:39Speaker 1: it's not worth it. I'm telling you it's not worth it.
- 22:42Speaker 3: I feel the same about coworkers too, Like, even if
- 22:45Speaker 3: you're not my boss, coworker.
- 22:48Speaker 1: No. Now, first of all, when I get a new job,
- 22:52Speaker 1: well when I used to, I block everybody that I've
- 22:56Speaker 1: seen on my social media.
- 22:58Speaker 3: But okay, don't play that.
- 23:01Speaker 5: How far I go.
- 23:02Speaker 3: I got you one.
- 23:03Speaker 1: People are messy. They'll go back and tell if they
- 23:06Speaker 1: think that you posted something inappropriate to try to get
- 23:09Speaker 1: you in trouble.
- 23:10Speaker 3: That's what happened to that white man at my job.
- 23:12Speaker 3: Remember he was saying, like the on the internet or whatever,
- 23:16Speaker 3: and they ran it back to my job.
- 23:18Speaker 5: I mean, that's that's valid. Though.
- 23:20Speaker 1: I'm talking about say you was you had something, you
- 23:23Speaker 1: was out at the club and you have something revealing
- 23:25Speaker 1: on or whatever, and they took that picture off your
- 23:27Speaker 1: Facebook and shedded it amongst themselves at work.
- 23:29Speaker 5: I'm talking about stupid stuff like people do that.
- 23:33Speaker 3: I got you.
- 23:35Speaker 1: I don't be friend nobody I work with unless we
- 23:37Speaker 1: were friends before the job.
- 23:39Speaker 7: I do not do that.
- 23:40Speaker 1: And I would never date anybody that I work with.
- 23:43Speaker 1: That's crazy to me. No, don't do it. That's my advice.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Save yourself the problems.
- 23:52Speaker 3: Good luck to you. Tiffany that's my sister's name.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Yeah, let's do the other one next week, because that
- 24:01Speaker 1: baffled me, like.
- 24:02Speaker 5: Girl, yeah, are you serious?
- 24:04Speaker 3: And this funky friend, how are you still stinking? And
- 24:08Speaker 3: it's like February?
- 24:09Speaker 7: What?
- 24:09Speaker 3: Okay?
- 24:10Speaker 1: Anyways, up now, I'm not even going to address that
- 24:13Speaker 1: because guess what, if you don't know what you're supposed
- 24:15Speaker 1: to be doing as an adult, then you've already lost.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Well, these are young people. One is eighteen and one
- 24:22Speaker 3: is twenty three. Why are y'all listening to this show? Okay? Anyways? Oh,
- 24:27Speaker 3: you want to do your wrap up? Or should I
- 24:29Speaker 3: just move on?
- 24:30Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 24:30Speaker 1: I'll go ahead and do my wrap up, which is
- 24:32Speaker 1: the following. If you want to continue sending your advice, questions,
- 24:36Speaker 1: and stories or whatever the case may be, send them
- 24:40Speaker 1: to my Gmail at lyric provider at gremail dot com.
- 24:45Speaker 5: Until next time.
- 24:47Speaker 3: Her sye, her smell lingers after she leaves places, and
- 24:53Speaker 3: after she leaves places and stays on things she touches
- 24:57Speaker 3: or sits on. Okay, I'm not doing this up now
- 25:01Speaker 3: the timeline.
- 25:01Speaker 13: We'll be back and if this can help anybody else today,
- 25:05Speaker 13: I just want to tell y'all this. Hopefully this can
- 25:07Speaker 13: actually blow somebody's mind today.
- 25:09Speaker 11: Y'all.
- 25:09Speaker 13: Parents be grooming y'all to accept them when you're older.
- 25:14Speaker 10: By whooping your ass.
- 25:15Speaker 13: Now, y'all, parents be confusing your mentality and your intellect
- 25:20Speaker 13: by beating your ass and then coming back and talking
- 25:23Speaker 13: to you like they're your friend. And this in turn
- 25:26Speaker 13: basically creates a safe space for them once you get older,
- 25:30Speaker 13: to be their friend, and they can still do whatever
- 25:33Speaker 13: the fuck they want to do with you because they
- 25:34Speaker 13: know for a fact you're not gonna do shit but
- 25:36Speaker 13: come back. They are conditioning you to be okay with
- 25:39Speaker 13: their abuse just so you can call it love and
- 25:42Speaker 13: respect and still have these people beside you while they
- 25:45Speaker 13: gain nothing but benefits from you. If you recognize now
- 25:47Speaker 13: that you are in your thirties and you're now trying
- 25:49Speaker 13: to work through childhood trauma, and you're going to therapy
- 25:52Speaker 13: and you're doing your work to become a better person,
- 25:54Speaker 13: and you still recognize that your mother is a trigger
- 25:57Speaker 13: for you, you're basically planting boundaries with her. You're trying
- 26:00Speaker 13: your hardest to communicate with this woman. You're using your words,
- 26:03Speaker 13: but she consistently keep using her hands, She keeps using
- 26:06Speaker 13: aggressive tactics to basically get you to fall in line.
- 26:11Speaker 13: You can't even you still have to walk on eggshells
- 26:13Speaker 13: around your mama. Why she's in her sixties and seventies,
- 26:15Speaker 13: but she still demands that you take care of her.
- 26:19Speaker 13: She demands that you take her place, and she demands
- 26:21Speaker 13: that you still respect her as a mother. I want
- 26:23Speaker 13: you to know that they are literally programming you from
- 26:26Speaker 13: a child to self their fucking terrible behavior. They are
- 26:30Speaker 13: literally abusing you in younger years, so you can actually
- 26:34Speaker 13: ignore and dismiss their mental health and continuously believe that
- 26:38Speaker 13: they are not a perfect being and they deserve to
- 26:40Speaker 13: act that way because in return, you are their child
- 26:44Speaker 13: and they brought you here, and you should not be
- 26:46Speaker 13: judging their character but still loving them as a mother
- 26:49Speaker 13: or father.
- 26:49Speaker 10: Y'all gotta know when to cut the cord.
- 26:53Speaker 13: Y'all see such an uprise and no contact with parents
- 26:56Speaker 13: nowadays because a lot of people are now recognizing their
- 26:58Speaker 13: worth and recognizing their life.
- 27:00Speaker 10: Love does not hurt.
- 27:01Speaker 13: Love is not abusive, Love is not confusing, and love
- 27:04Speaker 13: does not create such a termio of consequences that the
- 27:08Speaker 13: only person that is being.
- 27:09Speaker 10: At fault is you.
- 27:12Speaker 13: The first step with recognizing that love does not hurt
- 27:15Speaker 13: is going back to the grain, bitch. It makes you
- 27:18Speaker 13: go back into your childhood and recognize how bad of
- 27:22Speaker 13: terrible parents you had. The only way that they was
- 27:24Speaker 13: able to ever show you love is if your ass
- 27:26Speaker 13: was complacent, you was quiet, and you were seen and
- 27:29Speaker 13: you was not heard. That was the only time they
- 27:31Speaker 13: was able to extend love to you. You recognize that
- 27:33Speaker 13: you had to be the person to pick yourself up.
- 27:35Speaker 10: You had to be the emotional.
- 27:39Speaker 13: Stepping point for yourself because everybody else around you was
- 27:41Speaker 13: emotionally unavailable. You had to be more self sufficient and
- 27:45Speaker 13: more independent in your younger years because everybody else around
- 27:49Speaker 13: you chose to just have you abandon you and then
- 27:52Speaker 13: make it.
- 27:52Speaker 10: Your duty and your job to figure everything out from
- 27:56Speaker 10: the get go.
- 27:57Speaker 13: You see what I'm saying, And once you hit this realization,
- 28:00Speaker 13: a lot of people be in fear cause I recognize this.
- 28:03Speaker 13: When y'all start recognizing it, a lot of y'all triggers
- 28:05Speaker 13: and a lot of y'all problems come from the literal
- 28:08Speaker 13: person that brought you here. This is when fear kicks
- 28:11Speaker 13: in because you know the right answer is to let
- 28:14Speaker 13: them go. But because that's your mother, that show everything,
- 28:17Speaker 13: that's your father, they brought you here, they sacrifice so
- 28:20Speaker 13: fucking much they still sacrifice into this day. They are
- 28:24Speaker 13: doing that shit because they feel like you are obligated
- 28:27Speaker 13: to give them things back involuntary. Involuntarily. For example, if
- 28:32Speaker 13: you recognize that your father is paying let's just say
- 28:36Speaker 13: your father's paying your phone bill or your rent, or
- 28:38Speaker 13: your your your mother is watching your kids for you
- 28:40Speaker 13: on a day to day basis, that still does not
- 28:42Speaker 13: justify them disrespecting you, them doing basic shit in the
- 28:47Speaker 13: family tree that they're supposed to do, because again, they
- 28:50Speaker 13: brought you here, so they also know that sooner or
- 28:52Speaker 13: later you was gonna want kids too, so they created
- 28:55Speaker 13: the family tree. It is n how can I put this?
- 29:00Speaker 13: It's still not your responsibility to take on additional loads
- 29:03Speaker 13: because of their lack of or their portions of neglect.
- 29:07Speaker 13: What I mean by that again, just because your mama
- 29:09Speaker 13: watch your kids don't mean that your mama can just
- 29:11Speaker 13: take money from you whenever the fuck you want to.
- 29:14Speaker 13: It doesn't mean that your mom can just walk in
- 29:15Speaker 13: your crib and stay the night whenever the fuck you
- 29:17Speaker 13: want to. Just because your dad fix your car, don't
- 29:19Speaker 13: mean that your daddy can just drive your shit whenever
- 29:21Speaker 13: the fuck he feel like it. Because I mean a
- 29:23Speaker 13: car node that still needed on that car, and car
- 29:25Speaker 13: insurance is still needed. He ain't putting shit in that car,
- 29:27Speaker 13: but he consistently drives it because he feels like I
- 29:29Speaker 13: fixed it at one time, and I'm your father, so
- 29:32Speaker 13: I should be able to do what the fuck I
- 29:33Speaker 13: want to do. No when to set boundaries. It's okay
- 29:37Speaker 13: to distance yourself from your family, from your mom and
- 29:39Speaker 13: your daddy. It's okay to distance yourself for a little bit,
- 29:42Speaker 13: just to help them recognize that you can leave whenever
- 29:45Speaker 13: the fuck you want to and then come back because
- 29:47Speaker 13: you are grown, motherfucking person. It's okay to help them
- 29:51Speaker 13: come to the realization that you ain't for that bullishit
- 29:53Speaker 13: when you was young and weak and you was vulnerable. Okay,
- 29:56Speaker 13: y'all was able to attack me, y'all was able to
- 29:59Speaker 13: abuse me. Now that I am able bodied, I am
- 30:02Speaker 13: able to hold both logic and emotions, nobody is playing
- 30:07Speaker 13: in my fucking face. So you can distance yourself from
- 30:10Speaker 13: your family sometimes and then come back when you recognize
- 30:12Speaker 13: that they do want to change, or they do.
- 30:15Speaker 10: Recognize that they love you.
- 30:17Speaker 13: Sometimes your absence is needed with people that don't recognize
- 30:21Speaker 13: that you ain't gonna always be there and you are
- 30:23Speaker 13: not specifically a necessity for them. Okay, So if you
- 30:26Speaker 13: are currently sitting here trying to wonder if I should
- 30:28Speaker 13: cut my mama off she did this, then cut her off,
- 30:32Speaker 13: because if it was your friend, you'll cut that bitch off.
- 30:35Speaker 13: If it was your partner, you're damn to give them
- 30:37Speaker 13: some actual harmful consequences. If it was a stranger, you'll
- 30:40Speaker 13: probably beat the hell out of them, cut them off.
- 30:43Speaker 13: And then you come back around when you feel like
- 30:45Speaker 13: the fucking fire has been you know, put out. You
- 30:48Speaker 13: come back around when they at least try to start
- 30:50Speaker 13: putting in effort to want to be a better person
- 30:52Speaker 13: because of their own actions. But you do not have
- 30:55Speaker 13: to still stick around. Very terrible ass parents.
- 30:57Speaker 10: Bro.
- 31:00Speaker 3: I said earlier. So much has happened since we took
- 31:02Speaker 3: a bit of a break. So I guess I'll start
- 31:05Speaker 3: with the I guess the fun are funny. I guess
- 31:10Speaker 3: by now everybody heard about how Magnminnage is working for
- 31:13Speaker 3: Trump and she got her house saved. Right you didn't
- 31:16Speaker 3: hear Wait, you didn't hear about that?
- 31:18Speaker 5: Yep?
- 31:19Speaker 3: Oh God. According to tmz Nicki, Minaje keeping house after
- 31:24Speaker 3: judgment was suddenly satisfied. So I'm gonna read the article.
- 31:28Speaker 3: But Nicki Minaj will not have to sell her home
- 31:31Speaker 3: in order to pay off off a bodyguard who, if
- 31:34Speaker 3: you remember, her husband, Kenneth Petty, allegedly attacked because the
- 31:38Speaker 3: bodyguard's lawyer says, the judgment has been satisfied. This came, uh,
- 31:42Speaker 3: this is according to TMZ, And this came like right
- 31:45Speaker 3: after the whole you know, working for Trump parade and
- 31:48Speaker 3: going up on Turning Point, her whole you know, little
- 31:51Speaker 3: white power parade that she's been doing. She's been on
- 31:54Speaker 3: you know, coon to it.
- 31:55Speaker 1: So you know she's gonna try to say she did
- 31:58Speaker 1: all that as a toy.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Right yeah, I mean, and that's what the barbs are
- 32:02Speaker 3: already saying. I peeped in on, you know, a couple
- 32:05Speaker 3: of the older people that rock for Nikki, and I
- 32:08Speaker 3: don't know, it's almost kind of being normalized. It's like, well,
- 32:11Speaker 3: you know she had to do that in order to
- 32:13Speaker 3: say that house.
- 32:13Speaker 5: I mean, you're saying I was gonna do it.
- 32:16Speaker 3: I've said yeah, and people are trying to justify it. Well,
- 32:20Speaker 3: you know, when you got that much money, the links
- 32:23Speaker 3: that you're gonna go through because I mean, look, it's new,
- 32:25Speaker 3: and then people are trying to justify of course Snoop
- 32:28Speaker 3: and Nelly and the like. I said, the rest of
- 32:31Speaker 3: the niggas on Coon tour right now that are doing
- 32:34Speaker 3: the most.
- 32:36Speaker 1: If she had to alienate the majority of her fan
- 32:39Speaker 1: base for her own personal interests.
- 32:42Speaker 3: Yeah, you're not really doing the money. It's not really.
- 32:45Speaker 5: You have no business being your favor because she doesn't
- 32:47Speaker 5: fuck with y'all.
- 32:48Speaker 3: For real, does not. You are a paycheck here, and
- 32:52Speaker 3: I mean, I get it, you may. And then I
- 32:55Speaker 3: hate the argument. You got to separate the artists from
- 32:57Speaker 3: the art and the bullshit from the business from the
- 33:02Speaker 3: bull they're bullshit and all that other stuff, because it's
- 33:05Speaker 3: all a part of the package.
- 33:07Speaker 1: You don't get, can cele How can you separate the
- 33:11Speaker 1: artistry from the person when, especially if you're a writer,
- 33:16Speaker 1: most songwriters write from what's going on around them, what
- 33:20Speaker 1: they've experienced as a person.
- 33:23Speaker 5: Oh, it's throughout the years, So.
- 33:25Speaker 1: You cannot separate the arts and the artist.
- 33:28Speaker 3: They still do it. They still do it for r Kelly,
- 33:30Speaker 3: who I ain't stepped in the name of love since
- 33:33Speaker 3: goddamned early two thousands. Like no I'm not separating the
- 33:37Speaker 3: artists from a horrible person.
- 33:40Speaker 1: He was saying about them young girls and his songs
- 33:43Speaker 1: though just people were just so obsessed with dancing and
- 33:47Speaker 1: bopping to the tune they wasn't paying attention to the
- 33:49Speaker 1: lyrics and his songs.
- 33:51Speaker 5: He'd been talking about.
- 33:53Speaker 1: Young girls since the twelve play album Clockett.
- 33:58Speaker 3: Well, you're going next or you want me to pivot?
- 34:04Speaker 1: Are we talking about how the Orange pedophiled and posted
- 34:07Speaker 1: the Obamas as apes?
- 34:09Speaker 3: I'm going into that in my in my segment next.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Okay, because other than the political stuff, I really haven't
- 34:18Speaker 1: been Oh well, let me see, no, I check that back.
- 34:21Speaker 1: How about Grilla's Grilla's siblings is coming on the social
- 34:27Speaker 1: media platform saying that she don't help her family, she's
- 34:29Speaker 1: stingy your shit, she don't love them nothing.
- 34:32Speaker 3: I did come across a video that was talking about this,
- 34:35Speaker 3: and here's where I land glow. Okay, where do you
- 34:37Speaker 3: land with it? Because this is your story? Where are
- 34:39Speaker 3: you laying with it? First? So my thing is because
- 34:44Speaker 3: it started this whole debate on the internet. For those
- 34:46Speaker 3: of y'all that are listening, it started this whole debate
- 34:48Speaker 3: on whether or not that behavior should be considered wrong
- 34:53Speaker 3: or if it's right for you know, or is it
- 34:55Speaker 3: like that thing of where if you're that person that's
- 34:59Speaker 3: in the family and you real successful, you're supposed to
- 35:01Speaker 3: come back and give it back to the hood. And
- 35:03Speaker 3: y'all don't never give it back. And you know, niggas
- 35:06Speaker 3: just be nigging on talking, and y'all don't always listen.
- 35:10Speaker 3: I think to the things that.
- 35:11Speaker 1: You said to me, if you didn't support my clime,
- 35:17Speaker 1: to my rise of fame, if you wasn't out there
- 35:20Speaker 1: doing all this, that and the third, and even if
- 35:23Speaker 1: you were just sharing my music, I would I would
- 35:26Speaker 1: take that if you were just sitting back watching me
- 35:29Speaker 1: struggle from the very beginning of my career and you
- 35:32Speaker 1: wasn't doing anything to pour into me, don't.
- 35:37Speaker 11: Expect shit the fuck yeah.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Don't These these entitlement issues be driving me crazy? Because
- 35:46Speaker 1: why do you get on this internet spilling these families
- 35:51Speaker 1: this family stuff and thinking that you know, you're entitled
- 35:55Speaker 1: to anything anybody does. Now it would be nice if
- 35:59Speaker 1: she did, of course, but she doesn't have to do
- 36:02Speaker 1: anything for anybody. And you come into the internet, this
- 36:05Speaker 1: makes you look super pressed. It makes you look like
- 36:10Speaker 1: you don't want anything for yourself, because what are you
- 36:12Speaker 1: doing with your wife that you can't go out there
- 36:14Speaker 1: and try to get your own coin.
- 36:16Speaker 3: I think for me it's even you know, it's that
- 36:19Speaker 3: image that you think that just because these people are celebrated,
- 36:23Speaker 3: that they didn't have a life before they got in
- 36:26Speaker 3: front of your camera, Like right, you don't think that
- 36:29Speaker 3: they had an actual life. Y'all got relatives that you
- 36:32Speaker 3: don't't talk to and don't like. Now y'all got that,
- 36:35Speaker 3: and you think that they don't. So this idea that
- 36:39Speaker 3: I somehow owe you by link of blood, which I
- 36:42Speaker 3: did not ask to be a part of, that I'm
- 36:44Speaker 3: supposed to somehow rescue you from the decisions that you've
- 36:49Speaker 3: made in your life that are different from mine, just
- 36:53Speaker 3: out of obligation behind.
- 36:55Speaker 1: And honestly, we don't know their family dynamic before she
- 36:59Speaker 1: even became a well known rapper, don't you might have
- 37:04Speaker 1: you might have had you might have not been in
- 37:07Speaker 1: a good place with her even before that. How we know,
- 37:10Speaker 1: we wouldn't know. So I just I don't like when
- 37:13Speaker 1: people come to the internet with their problems, like what
- 37:16Speaker 1: do you want us to do about it?
- 37:18Speaker 5: Take us out the group chat, because what you want
- 37:20Speaker 5: us to do?
- 37:21Speaker 1: Stop hating her, start hating her, I mean, stop listening
- 37:25Speaker 1: to her music, stop support and yeah, that's.
- 37:27Speaker 3: What they want, that's what they want, that's what they want.
- 37:29Speaker 5: To take your word for it.
- 37:31Speaker 3: Yeah, because it's a black woman. It's a black woman
- 37:34Speaker 3: stuff suffering. And how dare her step out in her
- 37:37Speaker 3: independence and actually live off of her own back? How
- 37:42Speaker 3: dare her and do it with me watching her? How
- 37:47Speaker 3: dare you spend your money and use the work that
- 37:51Speaker 3: you paid? Are the fruits from the labor that you
- 37:54Speaker 3: earned to make your life good? Wow? Interesting?
- 37:59Speaker 5: Crazy?
- 38:00Speaker 3: Okay? Well and I mean even okay, because I was
- 38:04Speaker 3: gonna pivot into how that's different from these billionaires, But
- 38:08Speaker 3: I mean, do I need to break it? I don't
- 38:10Speaker 3: think I need you. That just sounds like some young
- 38:13Speaker 3: shit anyways. Speaking of young shit, gen Z, according to Fortune,
- 38:18Speaker 3: uh gen Z is rebelling against TikTok Usa by installing
- 38:23Speaker 3: another app founded by an order oracle alum So in
- 38:29Speaker 3: this article. Again, according to Fortune dot com, gen Z
- 38:32Speaker 3: creators in the US are staging a quiet revolt against
- 38:35Speaker 3: TikTok's new American owners, and their protest is happening one
- 38:39Speaker 3: download at a time by installing a risky alternative app
- 38:44Speaker 3: built by a former Oracle employee. Yeah, so basically in
- 38:50Speaker 3: the article I must summarize, But what they're saying is
- 38:54Speaker 3: that they're tired of this kind of super I guess
- 38:58Speaker 3: governed algorithm where they're feeding haunted and I have you
- 39:05Speaker 3: seen it? Have you noticed differences in your or you
- 39:08Speaker 3: paid your algorithm personally.
- 39:11Speaker 5: Because no, I haven't.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Because maybe a couple of months ago, I was looking
- 39:18Speaker 1: on some people's pages and they said there was a
- 39:22Speaker 1: thing where you could turn like something off in the settings.
- 39:25Speaker 5: So I've been doing that.
- 39:26Speaker 1: I did that, and I've been only seeing lately what
- 39:31Speaker 1: I've been wanting to see. I haven't been like getting
- 39:35Speaker 1: anything weird.
- 39:38Speaker 5: Like that. I'm not used to watching.
- 39:39Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know if that actually helped or not,
- 39:42Speaker 1: but I personally know, well.
- 39:45Speaker 3: My algorithm has been completely off for some strange ass reason.
- 39:49Speaker 3: I've like entered or ended up on white women talks
- 39:53Speaker 3: where you got all these accounts from all these white
- 39:56Speaker 3: women talking about their mental health and how they left
- 39:59Speaker 3: MAGA or what MAGA is and what their belief system is.
- 40:03Speaker 3: And don't get me wrong, hold on. Don't get me wrong.
- 40:06Speaker 3: Some of it is very very interesting, but a lot
- 40:08Speaker 3: of it is very eerie. I've even gone down the
- 40:12Speaker 3: rabbit hole and seen that the actual cultist of the
- 40:15Speaker 3: Maga movement, you know what they believe now, tell me.
- 40:19Speaker 3: They believe that they are the let me read this.
- 40:25Speaker 3: They believe that they are somehow descendants or in the
- 40:28Speaker 3: bloodline of King Jesus, whatever the fuck that means. And
- 40:31Speaker 3: they think that they are supposed to rule alongside Jesus
- 40:35Speaker 3: and I don't know, press Us all or something, but
- 40:38Speaker 3: they believe that they are the one bloodline that is
- 40:41Speaker 3: better than everyone. That is what they believe. So all
- 40:45Speaker 3: of this stuff and when they talk about the coming
- 40:47Speaker 3: of Jesus, when Jesus comes back, he's going to rule everybody,
- 40:52Speaker 3: and the white people will also rule alongside Jesus, because
- 40:56Speaker 3: that's what they are doing, and they are the true people.
- 41:01Speaker 3: That is what a large beliefs like. That's why you
- 41:04Speaker 3: see all of this extremism, because they'll go, oh, well,
- 41:08Speaker 3: he's an imperfect vessel. Jesus is using a imperfect vessel
- 41:12Speaker 3: in order to make all of these impossible things happen.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Trump is impossibly doing the unthinkable, and this, that and
- 41:19Speaker 3: the third and we're going to rule alongside Jesus.
- 41:22Speaker 1: And yeah, so that merging I can't remember if it
- 41:26Speaker 1: was Jehovah, Witness or Mormon. They're merging one of those
- 41:30Speaker 1: religions and making their own because they believe only a
- 41:33Speaker 1: certain number of people are going to have been. Yeah,
- 41:36Speaker 1: so they just basically made their own religion.
- 41:41Speaker 3: That's what Magga believes. They it's a cult. It's a cult,
- 41:44Speaker 3: like that's what That's what some of the creators are saying,
- 41:49Speaker 3: at least on the TikTok that I've found myself down
- 41:53Speaker 3: this rabbit hole of So while it's interesting, I do
- 41:57Speaker 3: not care because religion has always been freak each of me.
- 42:01Speaker 3: It's got people doing things. Religion for me has always
- 42:07Speaker 3: seemed so hypocritical, like it's it's never been for me. So,
- 42:16Speaker 3: you know, shout outs to those of y'all out here
- 42:18Speaker 3: live in that faith. But I know what's going on.
- 42:23Speaker 3: It's getting weird.
- 42:25Speaker 1: Let's see, do we care that Kelly Clarkson is ending
- 42:32Speaker 1: her talk show after seven years Kelly Clarkson who Kelly
- 42:39Speaker 1: Kelly Clarkson is ending her daytime talk show after seven
- 42:42Speaker 1: seasons and also Sherry Shepherd's daytime talk show, Sharry was
- 42:46Speaker 1: canceled after four Well.
- 42:48Speaker 3: I hate to hear that about Sherry, but.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Who I really don't care because I didn't like her.
- 42:54Speaker 5: Something.
- 42:56Speaker 3: Wasn't she fucking with the magas or Yeah, I'm not certain. Okay,
- 43:04Speaker 3: you know what tomorrow, Well, we're recording on Saturday, so
- 43:08Speaker 3: tomorrow's a Super Bowl. So my next ones are a
- 43:11Speaker 3: little sports related. Yeah, Oh gosh, work, watch me thug
- 43:14Speaker 3: it out all right, super Bowl as we ramp up
- 43:19Speaker 3: and get ready for the big game. Josh Singleton, commander
- 43:23Speaker 3: of the Santa Clara County Human Trafficking Task Force, wants
- 43:29Speaker 3: you all to know they ain't playing around with y'all
- 43:32Speaker 3: and the prostitution. Okay. According to TMZ, anyone lucky enough
- 43:40Speaker 3: to score ticket to Super Bowl better not try their
- 43:43Speaker 3: luck with sex workers while they're out party and having fun,
- 43:46Speaker 3: because you'll probably get arrested. That's right, John Singleton, He said.
- 43:51Speaker 3: He tells TMZ that his team a federal, state, and
- 43:55Speaker 3: local law enforcement officers. I ain't messing around when it
- 43:58Speaker 3: comes to sex workers. And if you get caught messing
- 44:00Speaker 3: around with them, gonna wind up handcuffs Singleton gives everybody
- 44:04Speaker 3: a fair warning, come have a good time at Super Bowl.
- 44:08Speaker 3: Don't gauge no commercial sex because we're out in forced
- 44:13Speaker 3: and we'ren't forcing the law. Wow.
- 44:15Speaker 5: So you know, I don't even know who's playing.
- 44:19Speaker 3: Listen, neither do I I have no For the past couple.
- 44:24Speaker 1: Of years, I just have not been in it, Like
- 44:26Speaker 1: unless the Cowboys are so happen o when and I
- 44:29Speaker 1: catch it, I really haven't been giving a ship about
- 44:32Speaker 1: the Super Bowl or football or anything. It's just like
- 44:35Speaker 1: it's become so.
- 44:39Speaker 3: Listen, I don't turn that shit on. I'm gonna watch
- 44:41Speaker 3: Bad Bunny's performance. I'm gonna do that.
- 44:43Speaker 1: But the old reason why the halftime shot and to
- 44:47Speaker 1: see what bullshit commercials they come up with, And hopefully
- 44:52Speaker 1: I'm going to hear one of my favorite things to
- 44:56Speaker 1: listen to right now on TikTok this black woman that
- 44:59Speaker 1: came up with a jingle for Hidden Valley Ranch. Now,
- 45:03Speaker 1: I don't even eat fucking ranch.
- 45:04Speaker 5: I hate Ranch. I'm a blue cheese girl.
- 45:06Speaker 3: I hat all ropes.
- 45:08Speaker 1: But this girl, when I tell you, she'd be singing the.
- 45:11Speaker 5: Fuck out this damn jingle.
- 45:14Speaker 1: I really hope that they heard it. And they just
- 45:17Speaker 1: so happened to put that joint on the halftime. Okay commercial, Okay,
- 45:26Speaker 1: do they have a contest running or something?
- 45:28Speaker 3: Is it like a contest that's running or something.
- 45:30Speaker 1: No, but you know, ever since the doctor Papa.
- 45:33Speaker 5: Baby, it's good with.
- 45:37Speaker 1: Whatever she said, Ever since then, people have been on
- 45:40Speaker 1: TikTok relentless, trying to come up with their own jingles
- 45:45Speaker 1: and posting them, hoping that one of these brands sees
- 45:49Speaker 1: it and picks them up and you know, uses it
- 45:52Speaker 1: for whatever the case may be. So okay has opened
- 45:57Speaker 1: the door this particular one, though, this one really deserves
- 46:01Speaker 1: this one really deserves it.
- 46:03Speaker 5: Okay, she ate down.
- 46:05Speaker 1: I don't want to be a hater, but I was like, eh,
- 46:10Speaker 1: I didn't like to when I say hated it. I'm
- 46:18Speaker 1: not trying to be no hater. It was just so basic.
- 46:21Speaker 1: It was just nothing about it that was like I
- 46:24Speaker 1: want to go drink a doctor.
- 46:25Speaker 5: It didn't make me want to drink no damn doctor pepperin.
- 46:27Speaker 1: But baby, the head of Valley Ranch make me want.
- 46:30Speaker 5: To put a ranch on everything.
- 46:32Speaker 1: And I hate ran And that's what a jingle to
- 46:34Speaker 1: me is supposed to do, and make you want to
- 46:37Speaker 1: have the product. So I'm gonna play that later on
- 46:40Speaker 1: in the show, all right, how to find it?
- 46:44Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll also remind y'all not just the people going
- 46:47Speaker 3: to the game, but also the rest of us that
- 46:49Speaker 3: will be watching. Well I won't be, but you know,
- 46:52Speaker 3: the high time show. I'll be watching, but I'm not
- 46:54Speaker 3: turning the game on. But this is according to The Guardian,
- 46:58Speaker 3: Despite assurances, residents and officials prepare for possible ice operations
- 47:03Speaker 3: during the Super Bowl. So I don't know what to
- 47:06Speaker 3: tell you. Cause in Santa Clara, California, where nearly half
- 47:10Speaker 3: of the residents were born outside of the US, fear
- 47:12Speaker 3: builds up as the game day approaches. And I don't
- 47:16Speaker 3: blame them. They're Trump sitting up there threatening, you know,
- 47:20Speaker 3: to send ice in at the Super Bowl, heavy ice presence.
- 47:24Speaker 3: I don't know, you know, they probably gonna try to
- 47:26Speaker 3: make a spectacle. You know, they tried to arrest Don Lemon.
- 47:28Speaker 3: I wouldn't be surprised if Bad Bunny mid performance guy
- 47:32Speaker 3: handcuffs like and I don't wish that on anybody. But
- 47:34Speaker 3: this is the kind of like stupid, dumb ass shit
- 47:37Speaker 3: that they're playing around with. I do not like these
- 47:40Speaker 3: people got anything else.
- 47:43Speaker 1: Let's see Kalani wins Grammy for Best R and B
- 47:46Speaker 1: Performance with voted.
- 47:48Speaker 3: I did like Klanie. I did see the clips. I
- 47:51Speaker 3: didn't watch that either. By the way, I didn't watch them.
- 47:54Speaker 3: I watch I watched to see if Kendrick won, and
- 47:57Speaker 3: I watched that on the internet. That's it.
- 47:59Speaker 1: I'm not oar one first grand and.
- 48:04Speaker 3: He acted a fool. I love that he was so happy,
- 48:08Speaker 3: he was so happy, shout out, young man.
- 48:12Speaker 1: Did you see they'd have made a meme or a
- 48:14Speaker 1: gift one of them gifts of him running up to
- 48:16Speaker 1: the stay.
- 48:17Speaker 3: No, I was crying that.
- 48:21Speaker 1: Mother sucker dashed from his seat, dash like he was
- 48:24Speaker 1: on the motherfucker Olympics. I know that's right, grabbed that motherfucker,
- 48:28Speaker 1: I said, I know that's right.
- 48:29Speaker 3: I know that's right. That is your moment. Wow, just
- 48:33Speaker 3: imagine I can't even wow. All right, well, I have
- 48:37Speaker 3: to follow up follow up something so joyous with something
- 48:40Speaker 3: so ratchet. Stefan Diggs sued your goons beat me up
- 48:49Speaker 3: after you lied about me stealing your ferrari. This is
- 48:52Speaker 3: according to TM. They say more legal trouble for Stefan Diggs.
- 48:57Speaker 3: He's getting slapped with a lawsuit a couple of days
- 48:59Speaker 3: with for his new England Patriots playing the Super Bowl.
- 49:02Speaker 3: Well now we know who's playing and who's gonna be there. Stepan,
- 49:05Speaker 3: the Patriots star or wide receivers being sued for defamation
- 49:09Speaker 3: and more. According to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.
- 49:13Speaker 3: In the Docks, a man who claims he used to
- 49:15Speaker 3: work for Stefan says in July twenty twenty four, Stefan
- 49:18Speaker 3: requested he arranged for Stefan's ferrari to be transported from
- 49:23Speaker 3: Miami to New York and then to Houston, but he
- 49:26Speaker 3: says the ferrari was stolen in Houston. The guy claims
- 49:28Speaker 3: law enforcement concluded the ferrari was stolen by third parties
- 49:32Speaker 3: in a sophisticated theft, but he says Stefan started telling
- 49:36Speaker 3: people in their circles that the guy stolen. Cay evehmently
- 49:41Speaker 3: denies stealing the ferrari. It says he was never arrested
- 49:45Speaker 3: or charged in the case, and he claimed Stefan's false allegations.
- 49:50Speaker 3: So I don't know what's going on with Stefan. So
- 49:53Speaker 3: you know that's your boy, not yours, But you know
- 49:57Speaker 3: somebody I got nothing else I didn't care, you know,
- 50:01Speaker 3: and entertainment news anyways, got.
- 50:04Speaker 1: I really didn't care either, Honestly. The only sad well,
- 50:07Speaker 1: I don't want to put it in this one. It's
- 50:09Speaker 1: sad now. I mean Snoop Dogg's daughter Corey Brotus mourns
- 50:14Speaker 1: the loss of her baby girl after.
- 50:16Speaker 5: A long nick U battle.
- 50:17Speaker 1: So she ended up passing prayers to their family who's
- 50:21Speaker 1: going through it because the baby was like ten months
- 50:26Speaker 1: ten months old and still in the nickis. So she
- 50:28Speaker 1: had a lot of issues going on and she ended
- 50:32Speaker 1: up not making it.
- 50:33Speaker 5: So, yeah, I thought some prayers are to that family.
- 50:39Speaker 3: Wow. Yeah, that is a bad way to end this.
- 50:44Speaker 3: I guess I have nothing positive saying next segment, what
- 50:48Speaker 3: you got?
- 50:49Speaker 5: How about let's ended on this one. Billy Porter says.
- 50:53Speaker 1: Fuck her? Who asked about Nicki Minaj? Absolutely, We'll always
- 51:00Speaker 1: true their true selves. When I tell you he had
- 51:03Speaker 1: me weak, he was that serious. What don't ask him
- 51:09Speaker 1: about her? You don't fuck with her? She don't fuck
- 51:12Speaker 1: with y'all.
- 51:14Speaker 3: I mean, at the end of the d every I
- 51:16Speaker 3: think I don't know a single person that has not
- 51:18Speaker 3: said fuck you Nikki at this point. Other than barbs
- 51:21Speaker 3: like I don't know, I don't I just.
- 51:25Speaker 1: Don't don't see if let me see if I can
- 51:28Speaker 1: play it, you know, over her. We're on this topic
- 51:33Speaker 1: because you know, Nick has been trending, you know, over her.
- 51:40Speaker 3: When people show you who they are, believe them.
- 51:44Speaker 11: The first time I did, I mean ate her entire
- 51:54Speaker 11: face off.
- 51:55Speaker 3: And it's the truth people, Doctor Angelow said it. Believe them.
- 52:00Speaker 3: Nikki showed you. So for any of y'all out here
- 52:03Speaker 3: is still caping for that woman. I do not like
- 52:06Speaker 3: y'all are like us. I don't know what to tell you.
- 52:08Speaker 3: That's it's very strange. Last thing I will say, people
- 52:13Speaker 3: in Michigan ice doing horrible things, and I'm glad to
- 52:19Speaker 3: see the momentum happening from it. But what I'm over like,
- 52:24Speaker 3: I'm just I'm just so overwhelmed with emotions and I'm
- 52:29Speaker 3: gonna temper what I want to say because I was
- 52:30Speaker 3: going to dedicate my segment to like saying what I
- 52:34Speaker 3: wanted to say about this. But I will just say
- 52:37Speaker 3: the fact that it did not start being momentum until
- 52:40Speaker 3: it happened to a white man and a white woman.
- 52:45Speaker 3: It's telling I don't know what to.
- 52:47Speaker 5: Telling yeah, of course, but you already that was going
- 52:50Speaker 5: to happen.
- 52:51Speaker 3: No, I knew that was gonna happen, but it's so
- 52:53Speaker 3: out loud now and it's just like in our faith,
- 52:57Speaker 3: like literally right there. Y'all did not give a ship
- 53:01Speaker 3: when it was a black man.
- 53:03Speaker 5: Of course they didn't.
- 53:04Speaker 1: So y'all up next, Oh I found it?
- 53:07Speaker 3: Oh did you go for it?
- 53:09Speaker 5: I had found a heading valley ranch.
- 53:15Speaker 3: This is not an ad.
- 53:22Speaker 7: Now with the music, please stop.
- 53:42Speaker 1: If I don't hear that. During the super Bowl, y'all
- 53:44Speaker 1: lost me turning off because what this is the perfect
- 53:49Speaker 1: time for it to Super Bowl Sunday. That's all niggas
- 53:52Speaker 1: be eating his wings and pizzas and little riders and ship.
- 53:56Speaker 3: This is your thing, miss top of this is your
- 53:59Speaker 3: type to chot it show time.
- 54:01Speaker 1: To shine, baby baby pick up. Yeah, matally, we shall
- 54:05Speaker 1: be off them goddamn shells. They put that shit off
- 54:08Speaker 1: there during Black History Months. What do you mean y'all
- 54:11Speaker 1: gonna drive y'all sales up, exes.
- 54:15Speaker 3: Okay, we've trolled, We're done unseasoned behavior. Up next, we'll
- 54:20Speaker 3: be right back.
- 54:21Speaker 14: So we've come full circle in a strange way. We've
- 54:24Speaker 14: come from legal discrimination, to force compliance through civil rights laws,
- 54:28Speaker 14: to voluntary diversity programs worth billions of dollars, and now
- 54:32Speaker 14: to what some are calling the dismantling of DEI Entirely,
- 54:36Speaker 14: the question is this, how did we get here? What
- 54:39Speaker 14: was in that sixty year arc really about, and what
- 54:42Speaker 14: does this sudden reversal tell us about? Whether diversity initiatives
- 54:46Speaker 14: were ever really about creating equal opportunity or whether they
- 54:51Speaker 14: were always just performative responses to legal and social pressure.
- 54:57Speaker 14: The answer reveals something uncomfortable about the origins of corporate
- 55:01Speaker 14: diversity efforts and why they may have been so easy
- 55:05Speaker 14: to dismantle, Because most companies don't embrace diversity out of
- 55:08Speaker 14: moral awakening or business insight. They were forced into it
- 55:13Speaker 14: by law, ensued into compliance, and pressured by social movements.
- 55:19Speaker 14: And when that pressure changed direction, so did corporate behavior.
- 55:23Speaker 14: We've been having the wrong argument for sixty years. The
- 55:27Speaker 14: debate has been framed as diversity programs versus merit, but
- 55:31Speaker 14: that's a false dichotomy. The real question is whether our
- 55:34Speaker 14: evaluation systems actually measure merit, or whether they measure proximity
- 55:39Speaker 14: to power similarly to existing leadership and access to networks
- 55:44Speaker 14: and pedigree. Most organizations have never had true merit based systems.
- 55:49Speaker 14: I know this to be true from having been an
- 55:51Speaker 14: executive recruiter for over twenty years, including at one of
- 55:54Speaker 14: the world's largest search firms. I know this for having
- 55:56Speaker 14: supported recruiting efforts for over ten years at three Fortune
- 56:00Speaker 14: one hundred companies and one Fortune ten company. I'm not
- 56:04Speaker 14: trying to disparage any of these organizations, but they've had
- 56:07Speaker 14: relationship based, pedigree based, loyalty based systems that they call
- 56:12Speaker 14: merit base because that sounds more legitimate than we promote
- 56:16Speaker 14: people who remind us of ourselves. However, unintentionally, DEI programs
- 56:22Speaker 14: were created to address this problem, but they often became
- 56:26Speaker 14: compliance theater, tracking demographics and running training programs rather than
- 56:31Speaker 14: fundamentally reforming the biased systems that create unequal outcomes.
- 56:36Speaker 3: So here's where we are.
- 56:38Speaker 14: DEI programs are being dismantled, but the underlying problem systems
- 56:42Speaker 14: that claim to be merit based but aren't, remains unchanged.
- 56:46Speaker 14: This could simply return us to the pre DEI status quo,
- 56:49Speaker 14: where biased systems produced unequal outcomes and everyone pretends it's
- 56:54Speaker 14: okay because of merit differences rather than system design. Or
- 56:59Speaker 14: and this is an opportunity hidden in the disruption. Leaders
- 57:02Speaker 14: could finally address the actual problem. If you truly believe
- 57:07Speaker 14: in a meritocracy, prove it not by pointing to the
- 57:11Speaker 14: absence of DEI programs, but by implementing genuinely objective evaluation systems.
- 57:18Speaker 8: We've got more significant Epstein files to talk about right now.
- 57:21Speaker 8: These involve Don Junior. Appears to be Don Junior, the
- 57:26Speaker 8: president of the United States's SUN from twenty nineteen, months
- 57:30Speaker 8: before Epstein was arrested, indicted, and later died. This new
- 57:34Speaker 8: file shows Jeffrey Epstein speaking with one Andrew Farcas January
- 57:39Speaker 8: twenty seven, twenty nineteen. Jeffrey Epstein asks whether can we
- 57:44Speaker 8: quote do a coffee with Don Junior Thursday Friday only
- 57:47Speaker 8: if easy? As I know, I like people that are funny.
- 57:50Speaker 8: Farcus responds, I won't be here. Let me send you
- 57:53Speaker 8: some dates. A subsequent email from Jeffrey Epstein to Farcas
- 57:56Speaker 8: on the twenty ninth of January seemingly follows up quote
- 58:00Speaker 8: Don Junior dates a third email this is an alert.
- 58:03Speaker 8: This seems to be a calendar notification. Farcas Don Junior
- 58:08Speaker 8: conversation scheduled for February fourth, twenty nineteen, at eight am.
- 58:12Speaker 8: But wait, there's more. This email from February twenty second,
- 58:16Speaker 8: twenty eighteen shows Jeffrey Epstein communicating with Steve Bannon, Donald
- 58:20Speaker 8: Trump's former senior advisor. In this email chain, they're talking
- 58:23Speaker 8: about a sixty minutes clip and guess what, Jeffrey Epstein says,
- 58:26Speaker 8: I should send the clip to Don Junior. Why is
- 58:29Speaker 8: this a big deal? Let me connect the dots. And
- 58:31Speaker 8: this is all assuming they're referring to Don Junior, the
- 58:33Speaker 8: president Son. Based on context clues, that's what it appears
- 58:36Speaker 8: to be. During this period Donald Trump was president of
- 58:38Speaker 8: the United States. His Department of Justice has already opened
- 58:41Speaker 8: up an investigation into sex trafficking allegations against Epstein at
- 58:45Speaker 8: this time, allegedly years before, Donald Trump kicked Epstein out
- 58:49Speaker 8: of his club because of how horrible he.
- 58:52Speaker 3: Thought Epstein was.
- 58:53Speaker 8: And despite that, it now appears to be based on
- 58:55Speaker 8: this that Epstein is getting coffee or meeting with Don
- 58:58Speaker 8: Junior at some point. That is a significant development. Now
- 59:02Speaker 8: it's not confirmed that they got coffee. You just see
- 59:04Speaker 8: these emails going back and forth. It's not confirmed that
- 59:07Speaker 8: he ever sent that clip that he referred to Seve
- 59:09Speaker 8: Bannon to Don Junior. It's not clear, Don Junior responded,
- 59:12Speaker 8: but here's what we have right now. We're putting together
- 59:14Speaker 8: the puzzle pieces. So spread the word and I'll have
- 59:16Speaker 8: more Sooners Jays, you'll live.
- 59:22Speaker 3: Listen. Everybody with my number has texted me this story
- 59:27Speaker 3: and I'm gonna just click on it. According to nbcnews
- 59:30Speaker 3: dot com, Trump says he won't apologize for racist posts
- 59:35Speaker 3: depicting the Obama's as apes. The White House initially defended
- 59:39Speaker 3: Trump's post, saying it was quote from an internet meme video,
- 59:43Speaker 3: but after backlash, including from Republicans, it was removed. President
- 59:49Speaker 3: Donald Trump on Friday removed a racist video he posted
- 59:52Speaker 3: to social media late Thursday night that depicted former President
- 59:55Speaker 3: Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama as apes,
- 59:58Speaker 3: but he said he won't apolog jobs we're posting it.
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: The roughly minute long video focused on false election fraud
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: claims of blah blah blah blah blah. Here's my thing.
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: I don't care. I just don't. I don't care. Yeah,
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: he made the mean. Yeah he did it during Black
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: History Month. Yeah, he depicted people black people specifically as monkeys.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: Yes he did it as the president, and yes he
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: does not give a shit, But you know what, I
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: don't either. That's me personally. I simply do not care
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: because this is another distraction. It's another distraction. It's just
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: that he doesn't want to talk about these Epstein files.
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: He wants to talk about absolutely any and everything else
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: to deflect and distract people. Because the entire world, not
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: the United States, and like the entire world, heads are
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: rolling right now countries, so it makes complete sense that
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: he wants to flood the news feed with more outlandishness
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: to distract from the release of these Epstein files and
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: all them names up and through them. I wouldn't be
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: surprised if he outward lyon goddamn Fox News went up
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: and I don't call it somebody nigger like hard are
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: to their face. And he is doing everything that he
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: can to distract from the Epstein files because this is
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: where the hive is. We're in behive right now. The
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: people are being exposed. You've had several leaders from different organizations,
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: of course resigning left and right, and all of that's
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: fine and it makes total sense. But here's the thing
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: that we have to remember. This is how these rich
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: and powerful people have been getting away with doing this
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: nonsense for so long. They've made people programmable. They feed
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: you what you want to see, mixed in with what
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: they want you to see, and when huge headlines hit
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: the feed, he does something ridiculous and floods it out
- 1:02:01Speaker 3: so that we all start talking about something else. But
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: let's be clear, these Epstein files are the largest pile
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: of shit hitting the news in at least my memory
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: and lifetime, and they don't know what the fuck to
- 1:02:15Speaker 3: do to distract. Ooh girl, did you hear that so
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: and so step down for whatever the fuck ass company? Bitch? Yeah, girl,
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: he was up and in files, bitch or whatever else?
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: And before y'all know it, we're desensitized and moving on
- 1:02:28Speaker 3: to the next thing, the next person. As we discuss
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: with our coworkers, did you hear about so and so?
- 1:02:35Speaker 3: We get the water cooler or whatever I mean, if
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: y'all still got a job. But let's be clear, they've
- 1:02:43Speaker 3: been doing this shit forever with little to no consequence.
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: What makes you think that this is any different? What
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: makes this different? They're gonna simply leave from one position
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: using their billions of dollars and then assimilate into a
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: different position under a new name, or our away from
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: you know where, don't nobody know them, or they're rich
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: enough to just live off their wealth until they're close
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: to croaking, and then they'll I don't know, have groomed
- 1:03:10Speaker 3: their seedlings into that fuck ass mentality also, and then
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: they'll hoard the wealth and pass it along to their
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: kids that then grow up to also be assholes. Look
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: at Don Junior and Eric for example. So no, I'm
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: not upset about whatever the fuck shit he does from
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: day to day to distract from what the actual issue
- 1:03:29Speaker 3: is because of these files, I'm not. I'm not going
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: to invest a whole lot of energy into entertaining distractions.
- 1:03:40Speaker 3: But you know what, while I'm on it, while I'm
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: actually talking about it, several things have come out, including
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: shit about how like the owner of Chucky Cheese is
- 1:03:47Speaker 3: listed as being part of these Epstein files, and immediately
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: people were meming and making jokes about how chuck e
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: Cheese is in the files as it overshadows the actual
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: individual's name, which is Scott Drake, and becomes it becomes
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: a mean and it's funny, and then it's palatable and
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: then we move on and accept it, and we can't
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: allow that this time. This time, this is something that's
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: very serious. We're already as a society, we've already become
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: so desensitized. We're using words like unlived and unalive instead
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: of just flat out saying murder. You murdered somebody. That's
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: what you did. You killed them, that is what you did.
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: This is very serious. Satirical jokes and easier ways to
- 1:04:33Speaker 3: absorb information are important, but in situations like these, I
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: believe that the joking about it, the making jokes, the
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: funny comments, the one line zingers, and having fun debates
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: and shit about it is actually harming us more than
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: it is actually helping us. When you play into that rhetoric,
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: once you mean it, once you start giggling about shit,
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: it gets diluted. The actual message, the impact, the actual
- 1:04:57Speaker 3: heaviness of the situation, the magnitude, the weight. That all
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: gets deluded and we end up missing the message because
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: we're so hung up on the hilarity. It loses impact
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: because then you see a meme, or you see an
- 1:05:12Speaker 3: AI generated photo like the one they Ai Mandami, the
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: New York mayor into the Epstein files and shit, and
- 1:05:20Speaker 3: then rumors about how Obama went in to school, went
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: to school when with Epstein, when their ages don't even
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: match up. Y'all doing shit like that in order to
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: take away from the impact and this very real issue
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: that is what we're seeing playing out because we've become
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: so numb as a nation and as a race of
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: people to the content that we digest. We've become so
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: numb to it that Epstein files and you know, talks
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: of eating children and allegations of rape and murder and
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: all of these other things that some of the very well,
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: like the very well people that like the people that
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: we know as households, that that is not angering enough
- 1:06:04Speaker 3: to see any action from the US. These people are
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: still in positions of power. They are consistently making our
- 1:06:12Speaker 3: lives as American citizens and as shit citizens of the world.
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: They're making our lives miserable daily, and they still have
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: their positions. Why because we're not angry enough, because we
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: become desensitized. We're not angry enough. And no amount of
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: me going down whatever bullshit ass rabbit hole Donald Trump
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: is made from day to day to day to distract
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: from these files is going to change that very very
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: simple fact. I'm not doing it. I don't think you
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: should do it. I can't tell you how to behave
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: But if you see some funck shit about the files,
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: let the people that are supposed to be dissecting and
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: going through the files, let them niggas tell us what's
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: going on the actual news media. And I don't mean
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: this whitewash bullshit over on Fox. Quit listening to your
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: favorite creator about what's in the files, and go read
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: the show. They have excerpts highlighted in everything. I don't
- 1:07:04Speaker 3: want to hear from Becky lu who or whatever on
- 1:07:07Speaker 3: Instagram story about who or what's in the files. I don't.
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: I want to hear about it from a credible news source.
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: If I don't want to go read it myself because
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: you know it's heavy, but I want to hear about
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: it from a media source that is not owned by
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: this oligarchy. I want to hear about it from people
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: that have actually taken the time and have devoted their
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: lives and careers to dissect and debunk this kind of information.
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: That's what I want anything to add, Miss lyric No,
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: you're pretty much covet it. Excellent WI files up next.
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: We'll be back in a second.
- 1:07:41Speaker 15: But Ice is embolden when the response are name calling
- 1:07:45Speaker 15: and throwing snowballs. If I can shoot you in the face,
- 1:07:49Speaker 15: and the worst that happens to me is I get
- 1:07:51Speaker 15: called some names and you throw some snowballs, no real violence,
- 1:07:55Speaker 15: Well I just got away with shooting you in the face.
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: Lives Matter.
- 1:08:02Speaker 15: Doesn't exist. Where's the white Lives matter? Where's the white
- 1:08:09Speaker 15: Lives matter crowd? When it when it was black lives matter,
- 1:08:12Speaker 15: it was white lives matter, it was all lives matter?
- 1:08:15Speaker 3: Where are the all lives matter people? Where's the outrage?
- 1:08:19Speaker 15: The only outrage I'm seeing is from white leftist women online,
- 1:08:23Speaker 15: white leftist people in general, and then that outrage turns
- 1:08:28Speaker 15: to finger pointing that black people aren't being loud enough.
- 1:08:32Speaker 15: I've seen a tweet. Okay, black people, you've proved your point.
- 1:08:35Speaker 15: Now can you come help out. That's not any way
- 1:08:39Speaker 15: to start a conversation.
- 1:08:42Speaker 4: Ah, you think darkness is there alive? I was born at.
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: Molded by it.
- 1:09:00Speaker 15: Black people, you've made your point. What are you talking about?
- 1:09:05Speaker 15: How about an apology?
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: Do y'all ever think to do that? No, because white
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: people don't.
- 1:09:10Speaker 15: Know how to apologize because they don't see anything that
- 1:09:13Speaker 15: they've done is wrong. If this is the crossroads, we
- 1:09:16Speaker 15: come to the point. Now you're gonna make it seem
- 1:09:18Speaker 15: like it's us causing the creating division while you stood
- 1:09:21Speaker 15: by and watch us getting murdered. From twenty fourteen to
- 1:09:24Speaker 15: twenty twenty, Jesus, Jesus, you couldn't go a week without
- 1:09:28Speaker 15: seeing one of us get killed on the TV, and we.
- 1:09:30Speaker 3: Had to internalize that pain.
- 1:09:31Speaker 15: How many times did the Rodney King plate take place
- 1:09:34Speaker 15: over and over in the nineties.
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: Copaganda is a real thing.
- 1:09:39Speaker 15: They play cops non stop during the nineties, and it
- 1:09:42Speaker 15: make every black person look like a criminal. So when
- 1:09:45Speaker 15: we tell you that black people are coming in our
- 1:09:46Speaker 15: neighborhoods and killing us and shit, you must deserve it.
- 1:09:50Speaker 3: Well, you know black people are criminals, right so.
- 1:09:52Speaker 15: Because you trust your media, because the media always has
- 1:09:54Speaker 15: your best interest. Because painting white people in a benevolent
- 1:09:58Speaker 15: light is good for the power structure, because it makes
- 1:10:00Speaker 15: you look at criminals as somebody who has to wear
- 1:10:02Speaker 15: a ski mask and not a white man in a suit.
- 1:10:04Speaker 15: When the biggest criminals that ever walked America way back
- 1:10:08Speaker 15: then and still now is a white man in a
- 1:10:10Speaker 15: motherfucking suit. Gun Nuts right second Amendment. Gun Nuts says,
- 1:10:17Speaker 15: it's my right to have a firearm just in case
- 1:10:23Speaker 15: the government gets tyrannical. H Well, guess what, nigga, it's
- 1:10:29Speaker 15: getting very tyrannical. It's been very tyrannical. You don't think
- 1:10:34Speaker 15: that black people experience tyranny in this country?
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: What the fuck do you think?
- 1:10:37Speaker 5: Jim Crow was.
- 1:10:39Speaker 16: Multiple insiders are claiming that Donald Trump and Republicans are
- 1:10:42Speaker 16: currently doing everything in their power to ensure that Bill
- 1:10:45Speaker 16: and Hillary Clinton's hearing before Congress about Epstein is not televised.
- 1:10:49Speaker 16: This morning, Hillary Clinton said, let's stop playing games. If
- 1:10:52Speaker 16: you want this fight, representative comer, let's have it in public.
- 1:10:55Speaker 16: You love to talk about transparency. There's nothing more transparent
- 1:10:58Speaker 16: than a public hearing.
- 1:10:59Speaker 5: Can on.
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: We will be there.
- 1:11:01Speaker 16: Ever, since the Clintons have been pushing to make this
- 1:11:03Speaker 16: hearing publicly televised, Donald Trump's tone about them has changed dramatically.
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: Take a look.
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: It bothers me that somebody's going after Bill Clinton. S
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: I like Bill Clinton.
- 1:11:13Speaker 13: I still like Bill.
- 1:11:13Speaker 10: What do you like about him?
- 1:11:15Speaker 14: Uh?
- 1:11:15Speaker 3: I liked well, I liked his behavior toward me.
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: I thought he got me, he understood me.
- 1:11:22Speaker 16: Quite a difference in tone there, very noticeable. Just a
- 1:11:25Speaker 16: couple of days ago, he was calling attention towards Bill Clinton,
- 1:11:28Speaker 16: saying that he was guilty and the Democrats are but
- 1:11:30Speaker 16: not him. Now he's saying that he's bothered by Congress's
- 1:11:33Speaker 16: focus on the Clintons. He said, I think it's a shame.
- 1:11:36Speaker 16: To be honest, I always liked him her. She's a
- 1:11:39Speaker 16: very capable woman. She was better at debating than some
- 1:11:41Speaker 16: of the other people. I will tell you that she
- 1:11:43Speaker 16: was smarter, smart woman. Trump has spent years talking down
- 1:11:47Speaker 16: on both of the Clintons, But the second they want
- 1:11:49Speaker 16: to tell the entire world everything they know about Epstein,
- 1:11:52Speaker 16: suddenly he loves them. That's a little suspicious.
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: Why do you have why?
- 1:11:58Speaker 13: Why?
- 1:11:59Speaker 11: Why?
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: File?
- 1:12:01Speaker 3: Why do my children hate me?
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: Are real talk radio?
- 1:12:06Speaker 5: Why did my vagina burns?
- 1:12:08Speaker 4: True?
- 1:12:09Speaker 3: Is out there explaining the unexplained. We're answering why to
- 1:12:13Speaker 3: the questions you want to know by taking your skeet
- 1:12:15Speaker 3: server and blue sky at WRTR Radio. We take your
- 1:12:18Speaker 3: emails at WRTR radio at gmail dot com. Just remember
- 1:12:22Speaker 3: this is the WI files. Put that in the subject
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: line because it's true. That's out there. What you got,
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: miss Lyric?
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: Okay, so y'all know that I mentioned the the whole
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: blizzard of twenty twenty six.
- 1:12:36Speaker 5: Wow, So my why comes from me? Of course?
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: Why are so many of y'all being so petty over
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: these parking spots in your listen, I'll tell you.
- 1:12:52Speaker 3: I'll tell you why.
- 1:12:52Speaker 11: I am.
- 1:12:53Speaker 5: I understand.
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: No, you don't understand if you dug your car out
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: exactly your parked spot. But you have to think in reality,
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: and the reality is people are fucking lazy. They don't
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: give a shit that you took two hours to dig
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: your shit out if you're gone for eight hours because
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: you had to go to work and you come home
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: and your spot is taking, baby what it is?
- 1:13:19Speaker 3: There was a whole confrontation over at my apartment complex.
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: Baby, but I've been seeing some hilarious videos of y'all
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: getting back in.
- 1:13:27Speaker 5: Your pettiness is unmatched, because.
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: Tell me, why what are they doing?
- 1:13:31Speaker 13: Videos?
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: And people paying the people who have the snowplows to
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: push the snow into the pool cars so they can't
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: get out. I don't seen y'all take the most random
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: ship at y'all house and try to block the spots out.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: I done seen somebody would pull their whole dresser drawer
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: out and put it in their spot. That'll hats way
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: too much time on your hands.
- 1:14:00Speaker 3: I love it, actually, I love that idea of paying
- 1:14:03Speaker 3: the snowplow man.
- 1:14:04Speaker 4: Wow, I.
- 1:14:08Speaker 5: Ain't gonna lie.
- 1:14:09Speaker 3: Listen, Okay, So it took me. I'm gonna just give
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: you my story.
- 1:14:14Speaker 4: My story.
- 1:14:15Speaker 3: Nine story is that it took me. I got up.
- 1:14:21Speaker 3: I knew that I was I get up early for work,
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: but I knew that I was gonna have to get
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: up extra early because the day before I had only
- 1:14:27Speaker 3: cleaned off my car because I didn't have a shovel.
- 1:14:30Speaker 3: My black ass forgot that in my car. I did
- 1:14:32Speaker 3: not put I didn't move my shovel from one car
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: to another when I changed cars. So anyway, so I
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: was stuck and I had to wait. But I was
- 1:14:45Speaker 3: digging myself out. And then as I tried to you know,
- 1:14:49Speaker 3: floor it and get over the hump, I kind of
- 1:14:51Speaker 3: got stuck on the hump. So I then had to
- 1:14:55Speaker 3: call a friend over with the shovel and you know,
- 1:14:58Speaker 3: dig my black ass out. But anyway, long story short,
- 1:15:01Speaker 3: it was a five hour fiasco almost because then I
- 1:15:03Speaker 3: had to wait for my friend to get over here,
- 1:15:05Speaker 3: and you know it was way too far for me
- 1:15:07Speaker 3: to walk to go get a shovel, and yeah, it
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: was a mess either way. I own that space now.
- 1:15:15Speaker 3: I will fight you.
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: You will care.
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: I don't care if there's nothing on the ground. That
- 1:15:20Speaker 3: is my space now I own it. So yeah, I'm
- 1:15:24Speaker 3: gonna put a whole lass sofa on the space.
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: I have also seen that too.
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: I didn't see people pull out old ass sofas that
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: they done brought up from their garage and put in
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: their space.
- 1:15:36Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm putting a whole love seat
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: right there. Don't you sit nowhere near there? I feel
- 1:15:45Speaker 3: y'all to so wow, because I'm out there, I will
- 1:15:51Speaker 3: cut you. This is why it comes from Nate from
- 1:15:56Speaker 3: jop of Maryland. He says, why Marcus be like see
- 1:15:59Speaker 3: you next week and then we don't hear back from
- 1:16:01Speaker 3: y'all from them off? Do y'all be on different platforms
- 1:16:04Speaker 3: or is your show being suppressed?
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: I need you to stay out my business.
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: Dude. Last week was my fault though, because I was
- 1:16:19Speaker 3: sleeping like shit.
- 1:16:22Speaker 5: I mean, it happens sometimes.
- 1:16:23Speaker 3: I mean I had that morning edible and it just
- 1:16:26Speaker 3: hit the right way. My mind was clear, and I
- 1:16:28Speaker 3: just drifted off until about two o'clock and I was like,
- 1:16:31Speaker 3: he shouldn't I be doing something? Oh wait, so because yeah,
- 1:16:36Speaker 3: because I'm out there. But this is why comes from me.
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: Why is Matthew Knowles out here still trying to make
- 1:16:42Speaker 3: money off Destiny's job? Listen, I'm not trying to knock
- 1:16:47Speaker 3: nobody's hustle because I realize it's hard out here. I
- 1:16:50Speaker 3: mean it is, But he told Out Magazine an interview.
- 1:16:53Speaker 3: When asked about Destiny's Child on tour? Have you heard
- 1:16:55Speaker 3: about this? No, Destiny's Child on tour? He said, you know.
- 1:17:00Speaker 3: The question was tell us more about the upcoming tour.
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: His response, The Destiny's Child Iconic Reimagined Tribute celebrates the
- 1:17:08Speaker 3: hits of Destiny's Child through the elegance of a string
- 1:17:12Speaker 3: quintet surrounded by thousands of candles, and pays a powerful
- 1:17:17Speaker 3: homage to empowerment, harmony, and legacy. It becomes a moment
- 1:17:22Speaker 3: to reimagine and feel why why we do not care?
- 1:17:31Speaker 5: Do not care?
- 1:17:34Speaker 3: That sounds like a candlelight vigil? Like, what do you mean?
- 1:17:38Speaker 3: This sounds like, I mean, are people coming to sing
- 1:17:41Speaker 3: is a karaoke I mean quintet.
- 1:17:44Speaker 5: Like, I'm not interested.
- 1:17:47Speaker 3: I guess it's it's not the Original Girls.
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: Unless it's the Original Girls coming back with the with Michelle.
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: I don't care about it. I didn't care about it.
- 1:17:57Speaker 3: So yeah, Matthew McDonald's is hiring Okay, and why because
- 1:18:07Speaker 3: the truth is out there? And that wraps it up
- 1:18:09Speaker 3: for this week's WI Files. You know, the socials news
- 1:18:12Speaker 3: to make you nauseous. Up next, All down heel from here.
- 1:18:16Speaker 17: On January thirteenth, on the way to my thirty ninth
- 1:18:19Speaker 17: appointment at Hennepin County's Traumatic Brain Injury Center, I encountered
- 1:18:24Speaker 17: a traffic jam caused by ice vehicles and no signs
- 1:18:28Speaker 17: indicating how to get around it. I had not wanted
- 1:18:32Speaker 17: to pull into a blocked, chaotic intersection, but verbally agreed
- 1:18:37Speaker 17: to do so and rolled down my window after an
- 1:18:40Speaker 17: agent yelled move, I will break your effing window his
- 1:18:45Speaker 17: first instruction. Agents on all sides of my vehicle yelled
- 1:18:51Speaker 17: conflicting threats and instructions that I could not process while
- 1:18:54Speaker 17: watching for pedestrians. Then the glass of the passenger side
- 1:19:00Speaker 17: window flew across my face. I yelled I'm disabled at
- 1:19:06Speaker 17: the hands grabbing at me, and an agent said too late.
- 1:19:11Speaker 17: An agent pulled a large combat knife in front of
- 1:19:14Speaker 17: my face, which I thought was for cutting me and
- 1:19:17Speaker 17: later learned was used to cut off my seat belt.
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: Shooting. Pain went through my head, neck and wrists.
- 1:19:25Speaker 17: When I hit the ground face first and people leaned
- 1:19:29Speaker 17: on my back, I was carried face down through the
- 1:19:32Speaker 17: street by my cuffed arms and legs, while yelling that
- 1:19:37Speaker 17: I had a brain injury and was disabled. I now
- 1:19:41Speaker 17: cannot lift my arms normally.
- 1:19:46Speaker 3: I was never asked for.
- 1:19:47Speaker 17: ID, never told I was under arrest, never read my riots,
- 1:19:57Speaker 17: and never charged with a crime. I pleaded for emergency
- 1:20:02Speaker 17: and medical care for over an hour after my vision
- 1:20:04Speaker 17: had become blurry, my heart rate went through the roof,
- 1:20:07Speaker 17: and the pain in my neck and had become unbearable.
- 1:20:10Speaker 17: It was denied. When I became unable to speak, my cellmate.
- 1:20:15Speaker 7: Pleaded for me.
- 1:20:17Speaker 17: The last sounds I remember before I blacked out on
- 1:20:20Speaker 17: the cell floor were my cellmate banging on the door
- 1:20:24Speaker 17: pleading for a medic, and a voice outside saying we
- 1:20:27Speaker 17: don't want to step on ICE's toes. When I opened
- 1:20:33Speaker 17: my eyes at Hennepin County's emergency room. I learned I
- 1:20:37Speaker 17: was brought there to be treated for assault. But I
- 1:20:41Speaker 17: do not deserve more humane treatment than anyone else, US
- 1:20:46Speaker 17: citizen or not. And I am here today with a
- 1:20:50Speaker 17: strong spirit and a duty to the many people who
- 1:20:54Speaker 17: haven't had the privilege to tell their stories or see
- 1:20:57Speaker 17: their loved ones come home.
- 1:21:02Speaker 4: As used to make you nauseous on w RT are
- 1:21:06Speaker 4: Real Talk Radio. Let's go.
- 1:21:10Speaker 3: These are some of the stories you might not read
- 1:21:12Speaker 3: about in the New York Times, the Washington Post, or
- 1:21:14Speaker 3: the Wall Street Journal. It's news to make you nauseous. Wait,
- 1:21:18Speaker 3: did you hear about the Washington Post all them layoffs?
- 1:21:22Speaker 3: Oh my god, let me find this article. Oh good,
- 1:21:26Speaker 3: I still I had it saved. According to BBC, Washington
- 1:21:29Speaker 3: Post announces sweeping layoffs as it scales back to its
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: news coverage. So the Washington Post has announced, and again
- 1:21:36Speaker 3: this is coordinative BBC. The Washington Post is announced and
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: is laying off one third of its workforce, sharply scaling
- 1:21:44Speaker 3: back the people's the paper's coverage of sports and foreign news.
- 1:21:49Speaker 3: So you know that is the cuts that they're making.
- 1:21:53Speaker 3: In the Washington Post, they say that This has been
- 1:21:55Speaker 3: one of the most significant cuts in the Washington Post
- 1:21:59Speaker 3: and a very long time.
- 1:22:00Speaker 5: So wow, that's sad.
- 1:22:02Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah yeah, more of this media control. But
- 1:22:07Speaker 3: is what it is? All right? Anyways, that wouldn't mean
- 1:22:11Speaker 3: my story? Say what? Southwest France, say what? He Yeah?
- 1:22:18Speaker 3: A man turned up at a hospital with a live
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: shell from w W one World War one artillery shell
- 1:22:27Speaker 3: up his butt, Yeah and his bootyhole. Girl sure did.
- 1:22:34Speaker 3: On Saturday night in a relatively quiet area in southwest France,
- 1:22:39Speaker 3: a twenty four year old man was rushed to the hospital.
- 1:22:42Speaker 3: He had an eight inch long World War One artillery
- 1:22:47Speaker 3: shell cramped into his rectum. The shell was live. As
- 1:22:51Speaker 3: he approached, the hospital was evacuated, staff and patients running
- 1:22:57Speaker 3: for cover as the bomb squad was called in and
- 1:23:00Speaker 3: the fire brigade stood bye. Okay, imagine right lyric imagine
- 1:23:07Speaker 3: going to the hospital right because you tried something freaky
- 1:23:10Speaker 3: with you know whatever, you know, world War one artillery
- 1:23:15Speaker 3: or whatever you was getting it in it was eight inches.
- 1:23:17Speaker 3: You was like, this is the best thing, but oops,
- 1:23:21Speaker 3: you can't get it out. And then you don't want
- 1:23:23Speaker 3: to move around uncomfortably because it might blow you up.
- 1:23:27Speaker 3: But then you go to an actual hospital where I
- 1:23:30Speaker 3: mean I would imagine you would have to go. But
- 1:23:34Speaker 3: then everybody is running from you because they like, girl
- 1:23:38Speaker 3: bomb threat, he got a whole ass artillery in his
- 1:23:42Speaker 3: booty hall. Imagine being that person and everybody knows it
- 1:23:46Speaker 3: because you're evacuating everybody. The infants had to be taken
- 1:23:50Speaker 3: up out the entire hospital. Infants were talking about babies, cancer, patients,
- 1:23:57Speaker 3: gynecology people like, all them people in the hospital. You
- 1:24:01Speaker 3: had to leave. You had to have all of them
- 1:24:04Speaker 3: leave because you wanted to shove an eight inch piece
- 1:24:10Speaker 3: of ammunition and in your ass, that is what you wanted.
- 1:24:14Speaker 5: That's wild, that is wild.
- 1:24:23Speaker 3: Your face, I mean they can't see your face. But yeah,
- 1:24:28Speaker 3: I mean why that was. Yeah, that made me nonxious
- 1:24:35Speaker 3: because never have I ever like, even in my most
- 1:24:38Speaker 3: hornious of moments, that I just I needed to be touched.
- 1:24:42Speaker 3: Never once have I ever thought to use any form
- 1:24:47Speaker 3: of ammunition as a self gratified. Like the two don't
- 1:24:52Speaker 3: make y'all aren't well, they don't mix. They y'all already
- 1:24:57Speaker 3: be weird with food. Spaghetti, Eh, let me eat spaghetti
- 1:25:02Speaker 3: a petch But Mike, y'all already strange.
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: Okay, let me see say what South Africa say what?
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, did you hear the story about the
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: white South African who is seventy years old and he
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: was a farmer for orange farm, ran over a six
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: year old boy for picking up an orange. What The
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: six year old was walking with his mom. I won't
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: say his name because I can't not pronounce that. Okay,
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: I guess that's called I guess you say quinsay. I
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: don't know how to say the last name, so I'm
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: not saying it got He was walking with his mom
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: towards the town to do some shopping and he picked
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: up an orange and according to testimony, the boy picked
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: it up that hit because it had fallen on the
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: ground near a farm property, and he tried to take
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: another fruit that was also on the ground, but on
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: the other side of the fence.
- 1:25:54Speaker 5: That was when the white South African appeared, whose name
- 1:25:59Speaker 5: is Stowman.
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: He was driving his vehicle with a trailer. He didn't
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: pick the child, didn't pick the fruit from the tree.
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: It was already on the ground, But even so, the
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: man drove his vehicle directly towards the boy and the mother,
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: causing this child to suffer fractures in both of his legs.
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: But what sparked outrage the most outraged is that during questioning,
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: the accused stated that he would do it again.
- 1:26:27Speaker 3: Wow. Well, and we have a whole bunch of the
- 1:26:31Speaker 3: white South Africans that you know came here earlier last year.
- 1:26:35Speaker 5: He said he would do it again.
- 1:26:37Speaker 3: This is wow. Okay, that is absolutely nauseating because y'all,
- 1:26:44Speaker 3: y'all aren't well. I don't know what else to say.
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: This is strange. If you want these and more nauset
- 1:26:50Speaker 3: news stories, so why would you? But make sure you
- 1:26:53Speaker 3: follow us over on the socials at wrt I Radio.
- 1:26:56Speaker 3: I am at m A R c us S M
- 1:26:59Speaker 3: O O T that is on TikTok and Blue.
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: Sky, and I'm on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook atler Bravado.
- 1:27:05Speaker 3: What we real talking up next? I actually got to
- 1:27:08Speaker 3: watch this with me so we can talk about that.
- 1:27:12Speaker 5: Okay, I stir it up next.
- 1:27:14Speaker 18: Do you know what social citizenship is? It's okay, most
- 1:27:17Speaker 18: people don't. And that's actually the problem because a lot
- 1:27:21Speaker 18: of the confusion around rights belonging and why everything feels
- 1:27:24Speaker 18: so uneven, it comes from mixing up legal citizenship with
- 1:27:28Speaker 18: social citizenship and just assuming that they're the same, but
- 1:27:33Speaker 18: they're not. Legal citizenship is the easy part. That's paperwork, passports,
- 1:27:38Speaker 18: birth certificates, naturalization status, recognized by the government, you know,
- 1:27:43Speaker 18: and answers the question are you legally a citizen of
- 1:27:46Speaker 18: this country. Social citizenship answers a different question, though, It
- 1:27:50Speaker 18: asks do you receive the protections, respect, and assumptions of
- 1:27:55Speaker 18: belonging that citizenship is supposed to come with. And that's
- 1:27:58Speaker 18: where things break down, because you can be a legal
- 1:28:01Speaker 18: citizen and still not be treated like one. You can
- 1:28:04Speaker 18: have papers and still be questioned, surveiled, doubted, policed, excluded,
- 1:28:09Speaker 18: treated as provisional. Social citizenship is about whether the system
- 1:28:13Speaker 18: shows up for you without you having to prove that
- 1:28:16Speaker 18: you deserve it. So think about it like this. Legal
- 1:28:20Speaker 18: citizenship says you belong here. Social citizenship says we believe
- 1:28:24Speaker 18: you belong here. Those are not the same experience, and
- 1:28:28Speaker 18: a lot of us know that Historically, the US has
- 1:28:31Speaker 18: been pretty comfortable granting legal citizenship right, but they withhold
- 1:28:35Speaker 18: that social citizenship status. Black Americans after the fourteenth Amendment
- 1:28:39Speaker 18: were citizens on paper but denied voting rights, safety, equal education,
- 1:28:44Speaker 18: housing and protection. So what a citizenship actually mean? If
- 1:28:48Speaker 18: they refuse to defend you, it meant that your rights
- 1:28:51Speaker 18: existed until they became inconvenient. Indigenous people are another example.
- 1:28:56Speaker 18: Even when citizenship was extended, it didn't come with ceig respect,
- 1:29:01Speaker 18: with resource protection, or even safety from removal and neglect,
- 1:29:05Speaker 18: legal inclusion and social exclusion.
- 1:29:09Speaker 5: You get me.
- 1:29:10Speaker 18: Immigrants experience this constantly. Someone can be a citizen for
- 1:29:14Speaker 18: decades and still get asked, where are you really from?
- 1:29:17Speaker 18: Do you speak English? Are you here legally? That question?
- 1:29:21Speaker 18: Those questions tell you that social citizenship has not been granted.
- 1:29:27Speaker 18: And the part that people seem to miss is that
- 1:29:28Speaker 18: social citizenship is not just about race. It's also about class, disability, religion, language, gender,
- 1:29:36Speaker 18: and politics. If the system assumes that you're credible, that
- 1:29:39Speaker 18: you're deserving, and you're worthy of protection, you're experiencing social citizenship.
- 1:29:45Speaker 18: If it assumes that you're suspicious, disposable, or on probation,
- 1:29:50Speaker 18: you're not easy enough.
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:29:53Speaker 18: This is why some people can move through crises and
- 1:29:55Speaker 18: just expect help. They assume police are going to protect them,
- 1:29:58Speaker 18: courts are going to believe them, institutions will intervene, and
- 1:30:02Speaker 18: mistakes won't ruin everything. That confidence isn't personality, that is
- 1:30:07Speaker 18: social citizenship. Other people know instinctively that help might not come,
- 1:30:13Speaker 18: that escalation could make things worse, that visibility is risky,
- 1:30:17Speaker 18: that being right doesn't always mean being protected. That's not paranoia,
- 1:30:22Speaker 18: it's lived reality without social citizenship. And this is why
- 1:30:27Speaker 18: conversations about rights get so tense, you know, because some
- 1:30:30Speaker 18: people are arguing from the assumption that citizenship is secure.
- 1:30:34Speaker 18: Others are arguing from the generational evidence that it is conditional.
- 1:30:38Speaker 18: Legal citizenship can be granted all at once. Social citizenship
- 1:30:42Speaker 18: is rationed, it expands and contracts with fear, with politics,
- 1:30:47Speaker 18: with who the country is anxious about at any given moment. So, no,
- 1:30:51Speaker 18: everyone is not equal under the law, because equality on
- 1:30:54Speaker 18: paper does not mean equality in practice. Social citizenship is
- 1:30:58Speaker 18: the difference between having right and being able to use them,
- 1:31:02Speaker 18: between belonging in theory and being treated like you belong
- 1:31:06Speaker 18: in real life. And once you understand that distinction, a
- 1:31:09Speaker 18: lot of America's tension just makes sense. Why trust is uneven,
- 1:31:13Speaker 18: why compliance doesn't guarantee safety, why citizenship doesn't always feel
- 1:31:17Speaker 18: secure even when it's legal. So the real question isn't
- 1:31:21Speaker 18: just who's a citizen, it's who gets to live like one,
- 1:31:25Speaker 18: and history shows us very clearly that those answers have
- 1:31:29Speaker 18: never been the same.
- 1:31:34Speaker 4: Hundred It's real job RGR, Real Talk Radio.
- 1:31:40Speaker 3: We keep it real. Welcome back, It's real talk time.
- 1:31:44Speaker 3: But you know we're gonna go with uh this story
- 1:31:48Speaker 3: and I want you to watch this with me. It's
- 1:31:51Speaker 3: from a TikTok creator. I follow it for quite some
- 1:31:53Speaker 3: time over the years. She goes by goddess Miya. I
- 1:31:57Speaker 3: followed her content and even her story to it. She's
- 1:32:00Speaker 3: an African American creator that sometimes talks about politics, sometimes
- 1:32:04Speaker 3: she talks about spirituality, and sometimes she just be being silly.
- 1:32:07Speaker 3: So you know, my kind of creator. But I want
- 1:32:10Speaker 3: to talk about her latest video because I think we
- 1:32:12Speaker 3: often find ourselves hearing a lot a lot about insurances
- 1:32:16Speaker 3: and insurance premiums, costs, and for some it isn't tangible
- 1:32:20Speaker 3: like you'll hear their stories but you can't really relate
- 1:32:23Speaker 3: to it because maybe it doesn't affect you directly or
- 1:32:27Speaker 3: the same. So here's Mia talking about her most recent
- 1:32:31Speaker 3: medical situation. So you know, watch this with me or listen.
- 1:32:35Speaker 12: Rather, this is not sustainable. I almost died two days ago,
- 1:32:40Speaker 12: and I'm ready to talk about it now. So I
- 1:32:41Speaker 12: had a doctor's appointment with an endrochronologist. I didn't really
- 1:32:44Speaker 12: want to go because I didn't feel well, but because
- 1:32:46Speaker 12: she's always book I decided to just go. But I
- 1:32:48Speaker 12: didn't feel good. I had a slight headache, my eyes
- 1:32:50Speaker 12: were blurry. I just didn't feel like going, but I went.
- 1:32:52Speaker 12: So I get to the doctor's appointment and I'm hot flashing, y'all,
- 1:32:54Speaker 12: I'm hot a shit. I go over there and I
- 1:32:56Speaker 12: go talk to the lady and see what's going on
- 1:32:59Speaker 12: and pay the coopay for the doctor's office. The office
- 1:33:02Speaker 12: visit was three hundred and eighteen dollars. I was like,
- 1:33:05Speaker 12: what are you talking about? Usually I have to pay
- 1:33:07Speaker 12: like sixty five bucks. What's going on? And they said
- 1:33:09Speaker 12: that my insurance raised the colpey three hundred and eighteen dollars. Well,
- 1:33:13Speaker 12: of course I didn't have the three hundred and eighteen
- 1:33:14Speaker 12: dollars because I was not expecting to pay that, so
- 1:33:16Speaker 12: they allowed me to pay one hundred and ninety dollars.
- 1:33:20Speaker 12: So anyway, I go to the little room in the
- 1:33:22Speaker 12: back and this medical assistant came in and she's getting
- 1:33:24Speaker 12: all my information and she's looking at me and she
- 1:33:25Speaker 12: sees it I'm hot. She's like, are you okay? I'm
- 1:33:27Speaker 12: like no, I'm a little hot man. I'm getting hot flashes.
- 1:33:29Speaker 12: Pari metopause. So she opens the door to let some
- 1:33:31Speaker 12: air in and she takes my sugar and my sugar
- 1:33:33Speaker 12: comes out five hundred and thirty three. Watch these videos
- 1:33:37Speaker 12: and I'll be right back. So this is my reaction
- 1:33:39Speaker 12: after I.
- 1:33:39Speaker 4: Saw the five thirty three on the little machine, like
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: what the fuck?
- 1:33:43Speaker 3: So apparently my sugar is super high.
- 1:33:46Speaker 12: It's at five hundred and thirty three, which is unreal
- 1:33:49Speaker 12: because I didn't change anything, but uh yeah, Pari metopause.
- 1:33:55Speaker 12: They wouldn't let me go until my sugar went down,
- 1:33:57Speaker 12: so I had the ice pack on my head and
- 1:33:59Speaker 12: I was just chilling with for my sugar to go down.
- 1:34:02Speaker 12: So they gave me fast acting insulin. I think it
- 1:34:05Speaker 12: was twenty mL to get my sugar down. They didn't
- 1:34:08Speaker 12: want me to leave because of course I could be dead.
- 1:34:11Speaker 12: Blood sugar level of five thirty three is extremely high,
- 1:34:13Speaker 12: dangerous and can be fatal if not treated immediately. Mind you,
- 1:34:16Speaker 12: I wasn't going to go to the doctor, y'all. I
- 1:34:18Speaker 12: wanted to stay home, but something told me to go
- 1:34:20Speaker 12: to the doctor. Don't reschedule and look at this shit.
- 1:34:23Speaker 12: Five hundred and thirty three fatal if not treated. So anyway,
- 1:34:27Speaker 12: they give me the insulin. I sit there for about
- 1:34:28Speaker 12: twenty minutes and then they come back and test my
- 1:34:30Speaker 12: sugar again.
- 1:34:31Speaker 5: It's up.
- 1:34:32Speaker 12: It went to five p forty three.
- 1:34:33Speaker 4: So I'm sitting there.
- 1:34:34Speaker 12: Looking at the medical system like, how is my sugar
- 1:34:37Speaker 12: just rising? I didn't even eat anything today. I ate
- 1:34:39Speaker 12: one piece of bread to take my meds before I
- 1:34:41Speaker 12: got to the doctor. Perry metopause. They're looking at me
- 1:34:43Speaker 12: crazy because they're wondering why I'm still walking around. So
- 1:34:46Speaker 12: I look back at them like I don't know why
- 1:34:47Speaker 12: I'm still walking. This is insane, Perry metopause. So anyway,
- 1:34:50Speaker 12: they gave me another twenty mL of fast acting insulin
- 1:34:54Speaker 12: because they did not want me to go home, and
- 1:34:55Speaker 12: they said, if my sugar does not go down, they
- 1:34:57Speaker 12: were going to send me to the hospital. Luckily, my
- 1:34:59Speaker 12: sugar would after the second shot, and uh yeah, it
- 1:35:03Speaker 12: got down to about two hundred. Now I love this
- 1:35:05Speaker 12: doctor because she did not charge me for the insulin
- 1:35:07Speaker 12: that I had to take. But I did have to
- 1:35:09Speaker 12: get charged for the strip the blood strips, so that
- 1:35:11Speaker 12: was six dollars. And then they needed to take my
- 1:35:12Speaker 12: blood to check out my hormones and my A one
- 1:35:14Speaker 12: C that was thirty five dollars. All together, three hundred
- 1:35:17Speaker 12: and fifty nine dollars, So now I owe a doctor.
- 1:35:20Speaker 12: Now I go home and I say, okay, let me
- 1:35:22Speaker 12: fill these new medications that you gave me. You know,
- 1:35:24Speaker 12: because my paramenopause messed with the old medication. The only
- 1:35:27Speaker 12: fucking pharmacy that my United health Care insurance plan allows
- 1:35:30Speaker 12: me to go to is CVS, So I go onto
- 1:35:32Speaker 12: the CVS app to go fill the fucking prescriptions. The
- 1:35:35Speaker 12: diabetic medicine is two hundred and ten dollars. That's what
- 1:35:38Speaker 12: my insurance wants me to pay for the meds. And
- 1:35:40Speaker 12: this right here is one hundred and seven dollars. I
- 1:35:41Speaker 12: have to have this with this, So all together, I'm
- 1:35:44Speaker 12: looking at three hundred and seventeen or no. Eighteen nineteen,
- 1:35:47Speaker 12: three hundred and nineteen dollars for my fucking insulin, something
- 1:35:52Speaker 12: that cost two to six dollars to make, two to
- 1:35:57Speaker 12: six dollars to make. That's including ingredients, production, and delivery.
- 1:36:02Speaker 12: But here in America, the richest country in the world,
- 1:36:05Speaker 12: We're paying fucking three hundred dollars for insulin, and I
- 1:36:07Speaker 12: have insurance United health Care. And then this other diabetic
- 1:36:11Speaker 12: drug that I need. I can never say it's name.
- 1:36:13Speaker 12: My prescription is no longer covered by the way I
- 1:36:16Speaker 12: used to get it, no problem with my insurance, but
- 1:36:18Speaker 12: now it's not covered. And I gotta pay seventy dollars
- 1:36:21Speaker 12: for this drug. So seventy dollars plus the three hundred
- 1:36:24Speaker 12: dollars for my insulin. And there's another med too that
- 1:36:26Speaker 12: she gave me that the pharmacy doesn't have right now,
- 1:36:28Speaker 12: so I don't even know how much that costs.
- 1:36:29Speaker 4: This is not fucking sustainable.
- 1:36:33Speaker 12: I was paying forty dollars for my insulin before this
- 1:36:37Speaker 12: orange buffoon came and they did not do the subsidies.
- 1:36:40Speaker 11: Bullshit.
- 1:36:40Speaker 7: These are the.
- 1:36:41Speaker 12: Reason why I am paying astronomical amount of money for
- 1:36:45Speaker 12: fucking life saving drugs. They raised the shit because insurance
- 1:36:50Speaker 12: is a fucking scam, That's what it is. They just
- 1:36:53Speaker 12: increase shit whenever the fuck they want. They just stop
- 1:36:56Speaker 12: covering meds, Like.
- 1:36:57Speaker 7: What the fuck?
- 1:36:58Speaker 12: This is not sustainable. How the fuck am I supposed
- 1:37:01Speaker 12: to do this shit. It doesn't make sense for something
- 1:37:06Speaker 12: that costs six dollars. I'm paying two hundred dollars for
- 1:37:10Speaker 12: plus some things that go wait it, one hundred and
- 1:37:11Speaker 12: seven dollars. How can I keep doing this every few months?
- 1:37:15Speaker 5: This is not sustainable.
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: But what do you do?
- 1:37:19Speaker 4: You can't just give up and die? So what do
- 1:37:23Speaker 4: you do?
- 1:37:24Speaker 5: This is insane.
- 1:37:27Speaker 12: I don't know how people are doing this.
- 1:37:29Speaker 5: I have insurance and I'm still paying.
- 1:37:31Speaker 12: A lot of money. We paid fucking four hundred dollars
- 1:37:37Speaker 12: a month to this insurance company.
- 1:37:38Speaker 4: We paid a premium for the insurance.
- 1:37:40Speaker 12: What's the fucking point? Because even if you have insurance,
- 1:37:42Speaker 12: you can't fucking buy your shit. They can change it
- 1:37:45Speaker 12: whenever they want. They can not cover a med whenever
- 1:37:47Speaker 12: they feel. It doesn't matter if the med is life saving.
- 1:37:50Speaker 12: This is not sustainable.
- 1:37:55Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 1:38:00Speaker 12: So for the last two days, I've just been sitting
- 1:38:02Speaker 12: here like I couldn't even make a video aboudy yet
- 1:38:06Speaker 12: because I was so fucking upset. This is not sustainable.
- 1:38:13Speaker 3: There's no way.
- 1:38:14Speaker 12: With the rent sky high, the grocery sky hi bills
- 1:38:17Speaker 12: are going up. Oh how the fuck am I supposed
- 1:38:20Speaker 12: to pay for the shit.
- 1:38:25Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 1:38:26Speaker 12: So now you gotta make a decision. Pay your electricity
- 1:38:29Speaker 12: bill or pay for your meds. Those are the only options.
- 1:38:34Speaker 12: I have greatest country in the world.
- 1:38:39Speaker 5: Right people are.
- 1:38:40Speaker 12: Going to doctors in China for twelve dollars. I paid
- 1:38:44Speaker 12: one hundred and ninety.
- 1:38:46Speaker 5: Make it make sense.
- 1:38:49Speaker 12: So, yeah, I almost died, but I'm okay. Now I'm
- 1:38:51Speaker 12: just stressed the fuck out. This is not sustainable. Diabetes
- 1:38:58Speaker 12: sucks because it is an expensive disease. From the food
- 1:39:04Speaker 12: that you have to take from the doctor's offices, you
- 1:39:06Speaker 12: have to go to to the test yet that they
- 1:39:08Speaker 12: have to run to the medication. It is expensive to
- 1:39:11Speaker 12: be diabetic.
- 1:39:13Speaker 5: This is wild.
- 1:39:18Speaker 12: It's not sustainable life or death because when you can't
- 1:39:26Speaker 12: afford it, what do you do? It's not sustainable.
- 1:39:32Speaker 5: Wow.
- 1:39:32Speaker 3: Yeah, So I wanted y'all to hear that. I wanted
- 1:39:36Speaker 3: y'all to hear that because that's someone's actual experience, that's
- 1:39:41Speaker 3: her lived experience right now, that's what she's going through.
- 1:39:45Speaker 3: And what this administration has done is they've made healthcare
- 1:39:50Speaker 3: seem like, I don't know, it's they've kind of like
- 1:39:54Speaker 3: welfaradized it, like stereotypically wellfaradized it. But you know, because
- 1:40:01Speaker 3: you know, there's this narrative that all, you know, all
- 1:40:03Speaker 3: of our money is going to making I don't know,
- 1:40:06Speaker 3: mice not transgender or you know, like other ridiculous quotes
- 1:40:11Speaker 3: that he's made. But when you hear actual stories like
- 1:40:15Speaker 3: the one that Mia gave us, when you hear actual
- 1:40:18Speaker 3: experiences from people, this is somebody's lived experience, like.
- 1:40:26Speaker 1: You're the only one, and this is I just saw
- 1:40:29Speaker 1: a girl who she had cancer.
- 1:40:31Speaker 5: Yeah, her insurance changed her.
- 1:40:35Speaker 1: Changed also whatever, and she was no longer able to
- 1:40:40Speaker 1: afford her cancer treatments. And she just recently died, maybe
- 1:40:44Speaker 1: about two weeks ago, because she can't she couldn't afford
- 1:40:48Speaker 1: her cancer treatments.
- 1:40:51Speaker 3: This is scary. This is scary out here. This is
- 1:40:54Speaker 3: what it's meant to do, though, y'all. This is what
- 1:40:58Speaker 3: it is. So when you bastardize and make jokes and
- 1:41:02Speaker 3: do shit like that like it's it's it becomes funny,
- 1:41:06Speaker 3: it becomes palatable. These are people's lives. This is somebody.
- 1:41:09Speaker 3: This isn't a disease that she didn't go out here.
- 1:41:12Speaker 3: Even if you don't like gays and you think, oh, well,
- 1:41:14Speaker 3: gays shouldn't be able to get free HIV medications. They
- 1:41:17Speaker 3: should all just die. Okay, well, find this woman has diabetes.
- 1:41:22Speaker 3: Now what diabetes? Like your AUNTI dym got, you know,
- 1:41:26Speaker 3: you get you got somebody in a family with the sugars,
- 1:41:28Speaker 3: You got somebody.
- 1:41:31Speaker 5: Yep, So I know a few people with diabetes.
- 1:41:35Speaker 3: So this is this is what's going on and what
- 1:41:42Speaker 3: work harder for?
- 1:41:43Speaker 1: What?
- 1:41:45Speaker 3: How how did our grandparents? And they're like, how did
- 1:41:50Speaker 3: they do it? Off of one salary?
- 1:41:52Speaker 5: One?
- 1:41:55Speaker 3: And we are price gouged for everything. You're talking about
- 1:42:00Speaker 3: tech bros that own some of the largest companies, some
- 1:42:03Speaker 3: of the largest consumers right now, they have a monopoly
- 1:42:07Speaker 3: of all the shit. They have the power to make
- 1:42:12Speaker 3: the prices lower, and they're all not because we don't
- 1:42:18Speaker 3: have the resources. Because she even said, like the medicine
- 1:42:23Speaker 3: is cheap to make. You're just greedy. You just want
- 1:42:30Speaker 3: a wealthhoard, you just want to fill into whatever weird
- 1:42:35Speaker 3: ass sick shit y'all got going on. I think billionaire
- 1:42:38Speaker 3: should be classified as a dig I think it needs
- 1:42:41Speaker 3: a diagnosis. What do you think?
- 1:42:45Speaker 5: I know what it is, honestly, go for it.
- 1:42:49Speaker 1: You know, I've worked in the healthcare industry for well
- 1:42:52Speaker 1: over fifteen almost twenty years.
- 1:42:56Speaker 12: You have.
- 1:42:58Speaker 5: All of it is scam. All of it is a scam.
- 1:43:02Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you straight up, as far as
- 1:43:05Speaker 1: the pharmaceutical companies go, this is not conspiracy. This is
- 1:43:14Speaker 1: just what I've known and what I've researched because I've
- 1:43:16Speaker 1: taken the time to do so over the years. Has
- 1:43:19Speaker 1: anybody ever thought of why certain people who have came
- 1:43:23Speaker 1: out and claim to have cured certain things are no
- 1:43:26Speaker 1: longer in.
- 1:43:27Speaker 5: Existence on earth? Yeah, there is a Come on now,
- 1:43:34Speaker 5: think about it.
- 1:43:35Speaker 1: If they came up with a vaccine for six and
- 1:43:39Speaker 1: in six months for COVID six months, and thought it
- 1:43:43Speaker 1: to be deemed it to be safe enough for the
- 1:43:46Speaker 1: entire world to take, what makes you I think that
- 1:43:50Speaker 1: they don't have a cure for cancer and all that
- 1:43:52Speaker 1: other stuff.
- 1:43:54Speaker 5: What makes sure I think that.
- 1:43:57Speaker 1: What it is is the pulled out who popularity, I
- 1:44:02Speaker 1: mean not popularity, population controlled.
- 1:44:04Speaker 3: Yep.
- 1:44:05Speaker 5: There is no money in a cure.
- 1:44:08Speaker 1: They will sell you the medicine to what curb your symptoms,
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: make you dependent and your body dependent on it. It's
- 1:44:17Speaker 1: like putting a band aid on something. You're not fixing
- 1:44:21Speaker 1: the issue. You're just covering it for the time being.
- 1:44:27Speaker 1: There's no money in a cure. If everybody started listening
- 1:44:33Speaker 1: to these holistic doctors and started doing things differently as
- 1:44:38Speaker 1: far as their health, how are they gonna.
- 1:44:42Speaker 13: Get paid.
- 1:44:45Speaker 1: How Nope, they're not going to get paid.
- 1:44:49Speaker 5: So they're gonna sell you this.
- 1:44:51Speaker 1: Oh you have to take this medicine. Oh you need this,
- 1:44:54Speaker 1: Oh you need that, you need this specific thing. And
- 1:44:56Speaker 1: don't think that the incent insurance companies aren't in kahoots.
- 1:45:00Speaker 3: Absolutely, they absolutely are.
- 1:45:04Speaker 1: That shit goes hand in hand.
- 1:45:06Speaker 5: Yep, yeah, yeah, And they don't care about.
- 1:45:12Speaker 1: Us.
- 1:45:13Speaker 5: They don't care about I'm sorry. They don't care about her,
- 1:45:16Speaker 5: even making her story.
- 1:45:18Speaker 3: They don't.
- 1:45:19Speaker 5: They care about the bigger picture, and that is the
- 1:45:22Speaker 5: almighty dollar.
- 1:45:23Speaker 3: That is your god. That is the god y'all worship. Exactly,
- 1:45:27Speaker 3: Capitalism is your god.
- 1:45:30Speaker 5: They don't care about that.
- 1:45:31Speaker 1: You're just one person to them. They still got millions
- 1:45:35Speaker 1: to make over here. Come on, now, people have to
- 1:45:40Speaker 1: think about the think about this, and honestly start researching
- 1:45:48Speaker 1: better ways to take care of your body in a
- 1:45:52Speaker 1: more holistic way. Because I can say this, and this
- 1:45:56Speaker 1: is not a joke. I have witnesses I didn't. I
- 1:45:59Speaker 1: have to this day have not had the COVID vaccine.
- 1:46:03Speaker 1: I refuse to take it, and I'm so glad that
- 1:46:06Speaker 1: I didn't, because after you start seeing children, healthy children
- 1:46:10Speaker 1: collapsing on the field during their sports events, you see
- 1:46:16Speaker 1: just people just dropping off, dying, just randomly, and it's
- 1:46:19Speaker 1: just did you get the vaccine? Oh, that's interesting. I
- 1:46:25Speaker 1: got rid of my covid in three days from one
- 1:46:29Speaker 1: product and never took any of the medicine that they
- 1:46:32Speaker 1: tried to give me. I probably still have it in
- 1:46:34Speaker 1: a drawer right now. I didn't get on pregnizone or
- 1:46:40Speaker 1: any of that other stuff.
- 1:46:41Speaker 5: You know what I did. I drank tea.
- 1:46:45Speaker 1: I drank something called soursop tea, which has cancer fighting
- 1:46:52Speaker 1: stuff in it and a whole bunch of other.
- 1:46:54Speaker 5: Things in it.
- 1:46:55Speaker 1: And my shit was gone in three freaking days.
- 1:46:58Speaker 5: Three no bullshit.
- 1:47:03Speaker 1: So as a community, especially the black community, of telling y'all,
- 1:47:10Speaker 1: we need to start going back to how we used
- 1:47:13Speaker 1: to do, as far as going back to the land
- 1:47:17Speaker 1: and finding things to cure ourselves with or to help
- 1:47:21Speaker 1: our bodies more, and stop relying on these people who
- 1:47:27Speaker 1: are doing You don't even know what's in this stuff.
- 1:47:32Speaker 1: How did our ancestors survive with all of these plagues
- 1:47:36Speaker 1: and shit, we still made it out of that.
- 1:47:38Speaker 5: You want to know why?
- 1:47:39Speaker 1: It is because we did things differently. We didn't let
- 1:47:42Speaker 1: people just tell us, hey, you can take this and
- 1:47:46Speaker 1: all your stuff will be gone, and this, that and
- 1:47:48Speaker 1: the third. And I'm not discrediting any of the scientists
- 1:47:51Speaker 1: and people who are actually trying to do good and
- 1:47:53Speaker 1: find stuff like that. What I am saying is sometimes
- 1:47:56Speaker 1: you have to take accountability and matters into your own
- 1:47:59Speaker 1: hands for your health as well, because these people are
- 1:48:04Speaker 1: not gonna do it for you. I'll tell you that
- 1:48:06Speaker 1: straight up.
- 1:48:07Speaker 3: Okay, Well, like I said, it's just I wat well
- 1:48:16Speaker 3: I watched her stories from time to time Mia, and
- 1:48:20Speaker 3: you know, if you listen, like for whatever reason, if
- 1:48:22Speaker 3: this gets to you, I just want you to know
- 1:48:25Speaker 3: that someone does care, you know, you know sometimes it's
- 1:48:30Speaker 3: it helps to hear that so as even in your
- 1:48:33Speaker 3: you know, lowest moments and your frustrations and everything, just
- 1:48:37Speaker 3: know you got a friend somebody that cares. So and
- 1:48:41Speaker 3: with that, I guess we will wrap up this week's
- 1:48:44Speaker 3: WRTR Real Talk Radio. Well, actually, before we get out
- 1:48:48Speaker 3: of here, I want to shout Out podcast and Who
- 1:48:51Speaker 3: Are They? Podcast? Than dot org is about as convincing
- 1:48:56Speaker 3: as many hosts as possible to dedicate one episode of
- 1:48:59Speaker 3: their show to a charity of their choice and to
- 1:49:02Speaker 3: release these episodes simultaneously in a coordinated effort mid March
- 1:49:06Speaker 3: twenty twenty six, creating a massive and an international wave
- 1:49:10Speaker 3: of inspiring audio content. The objective is to raise awareness
- 1:49:14Speaker 3: for a huge number of charities worldwide. So I thought,
- 1:49:18Speaker 3: I do we can just do you know? We can?
- 1:49:20Speaker 3: You and I can pick a charity which I guess
- 1:49:23Speaker 3: we can announce on this.
- 1:49:24Speaker 1: Is that why you sent me that yeah, a couple
- 1:49:27Speaker 1: weeks ago.
- 1:49:27Speaker 3: Yeh, of different charities that we could contribute to. So yeah,
- 1:49:33Speaker 3: friendly reminder, check your voters registrations right now vote dot org.
- 1:49:38Speaker 3: Just because you were previously registered does not mean that

- 1:49:46Speaker 3: that you are a step ahead of the funck shit
- 1:49:48Speaker 3: I believe us to have coming up in the upcoming midterms.

- 1:49:57Speaker 3: TikTok stories this week get Marcus Smooth if I stay

- 1:50:03Speaker 3: Trump two point oh content that I posted before to
- 1:50:07Speaker 3: help maybe some support some of the conversations y'all need
- 1:50:10Speaker 3: to have with your Trump supporting friends that are kind
- 1:50:13Speaker 3: of in the void right now, because, like I said,
- 1:50:15Speaker 3: I've seen all this shit happening on White Talk and
- 1:50:19Speaker 3: it's kind of opened my eyes a little bit more
- 1:50:21Speaker 3: as to more manipulate, manipulative, manipulative bullshit that they got
- 1:50:27Speaker 3: going on.
- 1:50:29Speaker 1: You know, before we get out of here, did you
- 1:50:31Speaker 1: but did you see that one guy though? He I
- 1:50:34Speaker 1: think he called into it like a news thing, and
- 1:50:37Speaker 1: he was apologizing. He said he voted for Trump three times,
- 1:50:41Speaker 1: but after he saw the whole eighth mean thing. Oh,
- 1:50:47Speaker 1: he said he was so fucking disgusted by that shit.
- 1:50:51Speaker 1: He was like, I don't support that man.
- 1:50:54Speaker 5: He is what did he call him? He called him something?
- 1:50:57Speaker 1: He said, Oh, that man is rotten. He called him rotten.
- 1:51:02Speaker 1: He said, I apologize to anybody who because I got
- 1:51:06Speaker 1: roped into the foolishness.
- 1:51:08Speaker 5: I will never vote for him ever again. With these
- 1:51:11Speaker 5: elections coming up.
- 1:51:13Speaker 19: Now, I will vote for him again anything he got
- 1:51:16Speaker 19: going on, because well, they're saying again because you know,
- 1:51:21Speaker 19: he tried to say that, he tried to make.
- 1:51:24Speaker 3: It seem like him and King Jesus.
- 1:51:26Speaker 5: He's a president for the rest of everybody's life.
- 1:51:29Speaker 1: But I don't understand. How do you think that, because honestly,
- 1:51:33Speaker 1: the way he's going on, you look like you on
- 1:51:36Speaker 1: your last little leg, yourself.
- 1:51:40Speaker 5: With your forgetfulness, your dementia, and your you.
- 1:51:43Speaker 3: That hand about to fall off. That hand is about
- 1:51:46Speaker 3: you fall off. It is going to hit the ground.
- 1:51:50Speaker 3: I mean, just at this point, get rid of him.
- 1:51:52Speaker 3: Chop it on a glove, do what Michael did.
- 1:51:56Speaker 1: Anyways, what if they did chop it, somebody's gonna try
- 1:52:01Speaker 1: to buy that.
- 1:52:03Speaker 3: They probably would. It's the hand of God. Girl, looks like,
- 1:52:07Speaker 3: what do.
- 1:52:07Speaker 1: You make Id's freaking house selling little gold hands and
- 1:52:13Speaker 1: ship on.
- 1:52:13Speaker 3: Goddamn right, they got hold on. They're gonna do something.
- 1:52:21Speaker 3: They gotta do something with them pennies. They're gonna melting
- 1:52:24Speaker 3: joints down and make a little trumped hands.
- 1:52:28Speaker 5: I can't, I cannot, I won't.
