Transcript
- 0:00Hello, hello and welcome back to our weekly astrology podcast
- 0:03where we light our candles, cozy up and talk all things cosmos.
- 0:07I am your host, astrologer and coach Sarah Posh.
- 0:10And you guys, this week is crazy.
- 0:12There's so much happening. If we were just talking about
- 0:14the Capricorn full moon, that in and of itself would be a
- 0:17Bangarang. But there's also three huge
- 0:20landscape shifts with the planets this week.
- 0:22We've got Mars and into Gemini. We've got Mercury stationing
- 0:26retrograde, and of course, we've got Jupiter entering into its
- 0:29new Leo. So guys, buckle up, cozy up.
- 0:33We have a lot to cover. And because we have so much
- 0:35territory to cover with this week's transits, we're actually
- 0:38going to be releasing a separate video for each of your
- 0:41horoscopes for this Capricorn full Moon, and that's going to
- 0:44be coming out tomorrow on Friday.
- 0:45So listen to this episode to get fully informed, to get all of
- 0:49the T of everything that's going to be unfolding leading up to
- 0:51this Capricorn full Moon and the day and the actual chart and
- 0:55astrology of the Capricorn full moon.
- 0:57The more that you can listen, reflect to take notes on what we
- 0:59talked about in today's episode. That's going to help when you
- 1:02listen to your horoscopes tomorrow to bring a little bit
- 1:04more depth and awareness for the things that we're going to cover
- 1:06when I give you your sign specific reading and it helps
- 1:09the channel so much. If you're here, please support
- 1:11the channel. Hit that like button, maybe hit
- 1:13subscribe and turn your notifications on.
- 1:15I am going to be releasing A spontaneous surprise focus topic
- 1:18episode on all things Mercury and Mercury retrograde.
- 1:22So if you have your notifications on, you will be
- 1:24notified as soon as that episode drops in the next week and a
- 1:27half, two weeks or so. And also a reminder, there are
- 1:30are a plethora of links below this episode in the description,
- 1:33including my one-on-one astrology consultation.
- 1:36I also have a few digital products and then our community
- 1:39Spotify playlist for this Gemini lunar cycle.
- 1:42I've been loving your guys song editions.
- 1:43And yes, I've got a few, a little handful, I should say, of
- 1:48song picks for the astrology this week.
- 1:50So if you like to dance, if you like to groove, if you're
- 1:52obsessed with music as much as I am, go ahead and check that out.
- 1:55It's free on Spotify to save. And also, I've been loving
- 1:58adding some of the songs that people are leaving in the
- 2:00comments. It's been fun to feel like this
- 2:01is a community collaborate effort.
- 2:03So thank you for everybody for participating and for our
- 2:06community shout out today. I'm going to go ahead and give
- 2:08this shout out actually to the person in the comments who left
- 2:11my favorite summer solstice ritual share that they were
- 2:14doing so this goes out to junior 33362.
- 2:17They say summer solstice not only falls on Father's Day this
- 2:20year, but also my daughter's birthday spending Sunday
- 2:23celebrating the bright lights that is my kiddo and my Leo son
- 2:26husband by doing fun activities that I know their playful sides
- 2:29love. OK, that is so astrology good.
- 2:31So sweet. So much solar celebration with
- 2:34our solar return with her Leo son husband and also I love that
- 2:38there's also the combination. If you remember in last week's
- 2:40episode, I was talking these really rare outer planet aspects
- 2:43that are happening right now, and Sunday to Tuesday this last
- 2:46week was when the moon in Libra was activating those in a really
- 2:49auspicious alignment and setup. So that's weaving in this part
- 2:53of her experience that has to do with family, our bonds, our
- 2:56people connections, and our actual lived human experience.
- 2:59So thank you so much, Jr. 33362. Thank you to everybody who's
- 3:04been participating, engaging those comments.
- 3:06Even thank you to the people who, I mean, it was so astrology
- 3:09good fuckery was afoot in the comments this week.
- 3:11There's a lot of negativity kind of that doesn't normally happen
- 3:14in my comments. And something I realized in the
- 3:16astrology that I didn't point out in last week's episode was
- 3:19that there was this secret connection between Mars and
- 3:21Pluto playing out throughout the week and the weekend.
- 3:23There was a Contra antitia with Mars in late Taurus and Pluto in
- 3:27that early Aquarius. So it definitely felt a little
- 3:29bit feisty. There was kind of this toxic
- 3:31negativity being projected out. And honestly, you guys, it's the
- 3:35Internet. People have the freedom to say
- 3:36whatever they want to say. I just want to say in this
- 3:39community and this channel, my intention is to create a place
- 3:42that is genuinely safe for everybody.
- 3:44So please be respectful, be kind.
- 3:47You don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all,
- 3:49or at least not in our Cozy with the Cosmos community.
- 3:51Thank you. All right, that's my PSA.
- 3:53I'm done. I'm off pedestal.
- 3:55I want to hear from you guys. I want to hear how everybody's
- 3:57doing with the astrology that is shifting beneath our feet.
- 4:00I'm not kidding when I say every single client that I've sat in
- 4:03session with. It feels like everyone's living
- 4:05in this restless, excited energy, but it's also bringing
- 4:09up this false belief. False misunderstanding that,
- 4:12like we're missing something, we're missing out on something.
- 4:15Everybody feels like they're trying to put the cart before
- 4:17the horse. And I just want to remind
- 4:19everybody, I've said this a million times in my
- 4:21conversations with clients and with myself.
- 4:23We know that all of the astrology is just changing.
- 4:26That's going to be implicated in the next decades plus of our
- 4:29lifetimes. This is huge generational
- 4:31astrology in transits that we have never lived through and
- 4:34will not live through again in this lifetime.
- 4:36And the first part of 2026 was such a shit show.
- 4:40It was still kind of the clean crew, the final timepieces
- 4:43together, the final wrapping up of the old chapters, the old
- 4:46storylines, old timelines. And now we're actually for the
- 4:50first time this year, jumping into the astrology.
- 4:52And like I've said in previous episodes, it's not really
- 4:54jumping in. We're not diving in.
- 4:56We are cannonballing into it. So if you're somebody and you're
- 4:59like, I don't know, I don't know how to use this astrology.
- 5:01I don't know what to do. I don't know how to make it
- 5:02happen. Babe, chill, slow your roll.
- 5:04This is not a moment to have all the answers.
- 5:07This is not a moment to have the perfect plan.
- 5:09This is the moment to be open and to be really, really, really
- 5:12connected to trusting your own intuition, to be willing to
- 5:15experiment, to put yourself into new places or try new things.
- 5:18Kind of like this new podcast setup that we're going to be
- 5:21trying today for today's episode.
- 5:22I don't know if I'm going to continue to do it, but I had the
- 5:24hunch. I had the inspiration and I was
- 5:26like, well, let's give it a go. And so I'm encouraging all of
- 5:28you right now. You are in it.
- 5:30It is just starting. Give it some time.
- 5:33Let the Turkey bake in the oven, people.
- 5:35And if you're somebody who's getting Astro anxious and you
- 5:38need a little bit extra support, again, don't forget we've had
- 5:40the one on long consultation. They're linked below.
- 5:42It's always helpful to talk to an astrologer, even just anybody
- 5:45outside of yourself that can somewhat speak the language.
- 5:48Even me all the time. I have to go to my Astro besties
- 5:50and be like, Oh my God, talk me out this ledge, tell me
- 5:53something I'm not seeing. And they just shake their head
- 5:55and they laugh at me and we do this thing.
- 5:56We do this thing for each other all the time because it's
- 5:58really, really hard when we get stuck in our own brain.
- 6:01So that's you and you need some support or you'd like to just
- 6:03dive deeper into how this is all happening for you personally,
- 6:07where everything is starting and where it's leading in your
- 6:10personal chart. Check out those for the
- 6:11one-on-one consultations below. So with that, we are ready.
- 6:14Let's jump in to the overall astrology, the major transits
- 6:17unfolding during this Capricorn full moon week.
- 6:19We're going to start with Saturday, June 27th.
- 6:22We've got Mars and Taurus making a sextile to Jupiter and Cancer
- 6:26at 29°. In astrology, we call it 29°.
- 6:29This kind of faded or critical degree point technical term in
- 6:32astrology is the anoretic degree of every sign.
- 6:35It is the final degree before a planet changes from one sign,
- 6:38one house, 1 area of life into the decks and Mars and Jupiter,
- 6:42these are the planets that have the guts to go for it.
- 6:44Mars Jupiter transits especially in a positive flowing aspect
- 6:48like the sextiles. Sextiles are of the nature of
- 6:51Venus. Mars Jupiter gives us this boost
- 6:53of courage and confidence to finally step out of our comfort
- 6:56zones, to finally say yes to putting into action maybe the
- 6:59ideas that we've had on just the horizon of our realities.
- 7:02And if we add in the layer of the signs that these planets are
- 7:05in while they're making this aspect, Mars and Taurus, Jupiter
- 7:08and Cancer, you might recognize that both Taurus and Cancer or
- 7:12both places of dignity for the moon.
- 7:14Moon is in domicile or at home in Cancer, and the moon is
- 7:17exalted in Taurus. And the moon is the planet that
- 7:20comforts the cares, that protects, that nurtures and
- 7:23nourishes us. So this Mars, Jupiter sextile,
- 7:26the image I was getting is like getting your car service at the
- 7:29highest grade care. And it's like getting the detail
- 7:32on the inside, going through the amazing car wash, having the
- 7:35upgrade in the oil, like kind of rising and refining that as we
- 7:39prepare for both Mars and Jupiter to leap into new and
- 7:43unknown territory to take this adventure road trip.
- 7:46As we move forward. We have our seatbelts fastened.
- 7:49We have our favorite snacks in the car.
- 7:50And we've also got the rider dies who are ready to take this
- 7:53journey, to take these big leaps with us.
- 7:55So there's this final potential moment of clicking into place,
- 7:59of feeling like things that might have felt like they were
- 8:01taking a long time, growing slow and steady.
- 8:03As we build into the Capricorn full moon.
- 8:05We're going to be feeling this momentum and like it's finally
- 8:08ready to turn that car on and to start getting into new motion,
- 8:10into new territory. We're hitting the road, that's
- 8:13for damn sure with this week's astrology.
- 8:15And the song that I chose for this Mars Jupiter sextile that's
- 8:18on the playlist is the classic iconic Don't Stop Me Now by
- 8:22Queen. So I'm going to read you my
- 8:23favorite part of the lyrics of this song that contribute to my
- 8:26choice for this Mars Jupiter sextile.
- 8:27It says Don't Stop Me now. Yes, I'm having a good time.
- 8:30I don't want to stop at all. Yeah, I'm a rocket ship on my
- 8:33way to Mars on a collision course.
- 8:35I'm a satellite. I'm out of control.
- 8:37I'm a sex machine ready to reload.
- 8:39Like an atom bomb about to. Whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 8:42Explode. I'm burning to the sky.
- 8:44Yeah, 200°. That's why they call me Mr.
- 8:47Fahrenheit. I'm traveling at the speed of
- 8:49light. I want to make a supersonic
- 8:51woman of you. Don't stop me.
- 8:52Don't stop me. Don't stop me.
- 8:54Oh, my God, it's so good. It feels like the song that's
- 8:56going to come on as we watch this montage of Jupiter entering
- 9:00into Leo at the same time that Mars is entering into Gemini,
- 9:03both activating or setting a bigger match to these super rare
- 9:06outer planet alignments that are happening right now in our sky.
- 9:09So I encourage you check the song out.
- 9:11Check that playlist out, it's linked below.
- 9:13And if you have any ideas how you're feeling or what's getting
- 9:15you into the groove with the Mars Jupiter sextile, drop your
- 9:18eyes inside and drop that comment below and I'll be sure
- 9:20to add it to our community lunar cycle playlist.
- 9:22And also a fun background bonus boost of excitement, maybe
- 9:26making the party a little more fun is in the background of the
- 9:29transits happening over the weekend.
- 9:31We've got the Moon in Sagittarius waxing, ruled by
- 9:34that exalted Jupiter, and also in Sagittarius.
- 9:36That means we're going to get some grand fire trying
- 9:39alignments, alignments and activations with Saturn and
- 9:42Neptune in Aries and also Venus hanging out in Leo.
- 9:45So it's time to burn through the barriers of what's been holding
- 9:47you back to hit the road to the gas pedal, to start getting the
- 9:50actual party that is 2026 astrology started.
- 9:53And then on Sunday, June 28th, we still have that Moon in
- 9:57Sagittarius. And this is the day that we
- 9:58officially get Mars entering into Gemini.
- 10:00Mars is going to be in Gemini from Saturday, June 28th all the
- 10:04way through August 11th. And if you don't know now, you
- 10:07know that means we're also opening and totally in the field
- 10:10of the Mars Aranis conjunction that is very soon to come.
- 10:13So while Mars in Gemini, it's already got so many Ires in the
- 10:17fire, it's got so many options to decide between or play
- 10:20between, maybe go back and forth between.
- 10:22With Uranus here, Mars is getting access to a whole new
- 10:25level of fuel to his fire. That's definitely the kind of
- 10:28fire that I feel like Mars in Gemini is going to be so stoked
- 10:31to get to play with and create with.
- 10:33And if you watched the Gemini new moon episode, 1 of the
- 10:36things that I talked about was how during that new moon, Uranus
- 10:39was sitting in a square to the faded nodal, the place of major
- 10:43beginnings, major endings, karmic turning points, or major
- 10:46faded events that occurred during the full moons and new
- 10:48moons that fall in the nodes, what we call eclipses.
- 10:51And so that also means Mars entering into Gemini.
- 10:53Mars is hitting and evading that same point of the nodal bending
- 10:57in Gemini. And so if there's been a sense
- 10:59of sitting at a crossroads of some decision points, maybe
- 11:02you've been feeling a spontaneous sense of clarity,
- 11:05like a lightning bolt of suddenly maybe changing
- 11:07direction or changing your mind, but you haven't taken that
- 11:09action yet. We're going to start to feel
- 11:10this intensity in this pressure to actually put that into
- 11:13motion, to make some decisions real, or to take that risk on
- 11:17putting that change into motion. So on this weekend, with so much
- 11:20martial energy, fire and air, Jupiter and Mars, Uranus and
- 11:24Gemini, there is a little bit of a warning label that there might
- 11:27be some unhelpful impulsivity. We could maybe take our
- 11:31excitement for what it is that we want to do, our sense of
- 11:33finally feeling liberated or free to just like follow our own
- 11:37intuition, our own impulse to an extreme in a way that could burn
- 11:40bridges that later in retrospect, we might regret.
- 11:44So while I say yes, say yes to your impulses, say yes to what
- 11:47inspires you and is lighting you up.
- 11:48Say yes to your ideas, say yes to taking action and making
- 11:51those big decisions. Can you do so maybe delivering
- 11:54them in a way with a little bit of mindfulness, a little bit of
- 11:56tact, a little bit of care. Because the PR consultant of the
- 12:00Sky is not working this weekend. We do not have access to the one
- 12:04that might kind of tame us a little bit in a way that's
- 12:06helpful. They're thinking about us long
- 12:08term and we don't want to get too ahead of ourselves.
- 12:10But don't worry because if you do, oh babe, Saturn's here to
- 12:13help you. Or maybe check you and my song
- 12:15choice for Mars ingress into Gemini, Mercury's home sign.
- 12:19Also applying to that conjunction with our cosmic
- 12:22Prometheus trickster Uranus is it's tricky by Ron DMC.
- 12:26Honestly, I kind of feel like if Mars could sing a song while
- 12:29Mars is moving into Gemini, this is how Mars would sound.
- 12:32This is how Mars would feel. It's funky, it's fun, and it's
- 12:34also a little bit like, fuck you, who are you?
- 12:36I don't have to answer to you. So I encourage you to check it
- 12:39out on the playlist link below this episode.
- 12:41And that takes us into the star of our show.
- 12:43In today's episode on Monday, June 29th, we are officially
- 12:46getting to this Capricorn full moon.
- 12:49And it's not the only star of the show.
- 12:51We also on Monday, the same day, just before the Capricorn full
- 12:55moon happens, we're going to have Mercury officially
- 12:57stationed retrograde at 26° of Cancer.
- 12:59And later in the evening after the full moon, we're going to
- 13:02have Jupiter officially enter into Leo.
- 13:04So guys, these are huge landscape shifts, remember,
- 13:06shifting beneath our feet, new territory, new landscapes, and
- 13:10the fact that this Capricorn full Moon is sitting bright in
- 13:13its light, in direct opposition, reflecting that Cancer area of
- 13:17our life. And those shifts that are
- 13:19happening from Jupiter leaving and Mercury stopping to turn
- 13:22around and go back. That means that this full moon
- 13:25specifically is giving us a very helpful illumination and
- 13:28viewpoint for what those landscape shifts mean for us and
- 13:31also where we need to check our stock, our supplies.
- 13:34Remember, Capricorn is ruled by Saturn.
- 13:37It is a sign that marks the winter solstice, the time where
- 13:40we turn from the darkest point of our year towards the light.
- 13:43We know we have to make what we have last and sustain us to get
- 13:46us through all the way to the spring equinox and the airy
- 13:49season in Northern hemisphere. So this Capricorn Full Moon,
- 13:52it's here to help you, It's here to show you, but it also might
- 13:54be a little hard to hear. Remember, sometimes Saturn truth
- 13:57especially can feel a little bit like, good to know, hard to
- 14:00know. So this Capricorn Full Moon, it
- 14:02is connected back to the Capricorn New Moon that happened
- 14:04on January 18th of 2026. So I'm going to go ahead and go
- 14:08to the chart for that Capricorn New Moon just to show you guys
- 14:12what was happening in the sky. So as you can see in this chart,
- 14:15the Capricorn New Moon was happening at 28° of Capricorn.
- 14:18And at the same time, look at all these planets down here.
- 14:21We had this pile up of Kazemis happening with the inner
- 14:24planets. Mars, Mercury, and Venus were
- 14:27all crossing through the heart of the Sun, starting a new
- 14:30synodic cycle. And not only that, all of these
- 14:32planets were sitting at an opposition to Jupiter retrograde
- 14:35in Cancer, and they were moving into the first thing they were
- 14:38going to do is make that conjunction to Pluto and
- 14:41Aquarius. So when we have a stellium of
- 14:43planets like that implicated in a chart, whether it's a transit
- 14:46chart or a Natal chart, we're talking about multiple areas of
- 14:49life all being activated all at once because each of these
- 14:53planets is responsible for overseas and hopes to execute
- 14:57their function for the places and the signs that they rule in
- 15:00your chart and in your life. So it wasn't just a Capricorn
- 15:02New Moon and the Capricorn House of New Life.
- 15:04It was also a new moon, a new cycle starting for all of the
- 15:08places that these planets rule. And on top of that, having
- 15:11Jupiter retrograde sitting in opposition.
- 15:13If you think back to mid to late January and what was starting or
- 15:17maybe what was awakening within you, it might have felt like
- 15:20being suddenly stretched into an understanding of just how much
- 15:24of life was potentially going to change, about to change, or that
- 15:28you were getting clarity around what you wanted to change, you
- 15:30were ready to change. And at this time in January, we
- 15:33hadn't had our Saturn, Neptune conjunction yet.
- 15:35So Saturn was ruling this Capricorn new moon and Saturn
- 15:38was still finishing its time in Pisces.
- 15:40So now, if we pull up the full moon chart for the Capricorn
- 15:43full Moon on Monday, we're going to see that the full moon is
- 15:46here at 8° of Capricorn, sitting across from that Sun and Cancer.
- 15:49And it's also sitting across from that Mercury that's in
- 15:52station. Also Jupiter at the very last
- 15:55anoretic degree, the final moments and hours literally
- 15:57before Jupiter enters into Leo. And the Moon is the Weaver.
- 16:01It is our cosmic reflector and mirror.
- 16:04The light and the brightness of this moon and Capricorn that we
- 16:07might be witnessing in our night sky is literally reflecting the
- 16:11light of what's happening up here in Cancer.
- 16:13And part of what's important to pay attention to is that the
- 16:16first aspect that the moon in Capricorn is going to be making
- 16:19is going to be a square to the ruler Saturn and Aries.
- 16:23So if I just move this chart ahead, you can see that just a
- 16:25few hours after that full moon culminates to exact, we're going
- 16:29to get Jupiter officially entering into Leo.
- 16:32And the moon is getting closer and closer to that application
- 16:35and square to Saturn and Aries. So the moon is approaching that
- 16:37square to Saturn pretty much all of Monday leading into Tuesday.
- 16:41And Saturn is the one in charge of this full moon.
- 16:43Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn.
- 16:44So the way I was thinking about this is like getting pulled over
- 16:47when you just started this adventure.
- 16:49Like you're so excited and you're driving down the freeway
- 16:52on PCH, windows down, music's on.
- 16:54You got your snacks in the car, you're ready to go.
- 16:56And then you see the dreaded lights go on in the river mirror
- 17:00behind you. And here's what I want you to
- 17:01think about because this is really important when we think
- 17:03about supplication and also answering to Saturn and the
- 17:06voice of Saturn, it's going to show up around this Capricorn
- 17:09full moon. Have you ever been in a car
- 17:10where you who weren't actually doing anything wrong and the
- 17:13lights go on and you still feel that rush of adrenaline, like
- 17:17you're like that rush of guilt, guilty consciousness.
- 17:20You start to feel a sense of fear and worry.
- 17:22Oh no, what did I do? Do I have my updated
- 17:24registration? Like you start everything.
- 17:26Your full life flashes before you, but like your full driving
- 17:28life, You know what I mean? We're all just kind of
- 17:29conditioned in at least America's society to have this
- 17:32instinctual fear and anxiety response to when we're driving
- 17:35and we think we're getting pulled over.
- 17:36And the reason why I'm saying this is because what Saturn in
- 17:39Aries really needs from us at this Capricorn full moon, this
- 17:43checkpoint, this pullover or sobriety check, it's actually
- 17:46needing you to check in with yourself because Saturn and
- 17:49Aries, it's in its fall. Saturn and Aries is not here to
- 17:51deliver your Saturn lessons through the traditional rules
- 17:55and regulations. Saturn Aries is the lesson of
- 17:58actually learning how to trust yourself, become your own self
- 18:02authority to take ownership over your creative agency, your
- 18:05creative energy, to call back the idea that you have to ask
- 18:08permission before giving that to yourself.
- 18:11Saturn and Aries wants us to break the rules and break up the
- 18:13traditions, specifically the ones that were conditioned or
- 18:16given to us that never really made sense anyways.
- 18:19And so it's less about doing the right or the wrong thing.
- 18:23It's less about getting into a state of Saturnian morality or a
- 18:27sense of personal integrity and righteousness.
- 18:30It's actually all coming down to are you just actually living
- 18:33truly honestly? Like are you meaning integrity
- 18:36with yourself, with your own authority?
- 18:38And so the deeper question to sit with, the deeper thing to
- 18:41confront or the work that you might have to put in effort
- 18:43around and contend with is if you're getting pulled over by
- 18:46Saturn and Aries around the time of this Capricorn full moon,
- 18:49pause and check yourself. Are you getting that
- 18:52conditioned, instinctual, habitual, just like rush of
- 18:55reaction or response in the presence of what's been
- 18:58projected as authority, like a pressure coming from outside of
- 19:01yourself or a voice coming up from within you challenging you
- 19:05to actually trust or maybe trust that you can continue to trust
- 19:09yourself and continue to take more ownership.
- 19:11So maybe it's actually like a reprogramming a nervous system
- 19:15regulating, imprinting a new sense of internal safety and
- 19:19knowing that doing the right thing is something that can be
- 19:22equally self determined. And also it could be that Saturn
- 19:26pulls you over and you were drunk driving.
- 19:28This literally might be Saturn saying you could get seriously
- 19:31hurt if you continue to proceed in the direction or at the pace
- 19:34that you're currently trying to make life move.
- 19:36Saturn's giving us a sobriety check, a reality check, and we
- 19:39have to be the ones who are mindful and really into
- 19:41ourselves around what the wake up call is actually inviting us
- 19:44into or to take accountability for.
- 19:46And then as we get this reality check, we kind of get a second
- 19:50to regroup, take a deep breath, kind of gather ourselves.
- 19:52And then the other part of the Capricorn full moon comes in,
- 19:55which is illuminating the deeper assignment for the Mercury
- 19:58retrograde in Cancer. Because I am releasing a focus
- 20:00topic on the Mercury and Mercury retrograde cycle specifically.
- 20:04We're not going to cover the Mercury retrograde in Cancer in
- 20:06depth in today's episode, but I am going to share my 3 picks on
- 20:09our Spotify playlist for you. The first one.
- 20:11Is stay still a little while by lane 8 and I'm going to go ahead
- 20:15and read you guys some of these lyrics.
- 20:17Shadows running down my spine. You said, darling, let yourself
- 20:20shine. Falling is like hiding your
- 20:22disguise even harder. Falling from the sky.
- 20:24I'm stuck in the moment to dizzy to focus and you never noticed.
- 20:27I'm stuck in the moment to dizzy to focus and you never noticed.
- 20:30So I stay a little while. I'm not scared of the ocean
- 20:33wide. I stay a little while.
- 20:35I love that there's even the repetition in those lyrics.
- 20:37That's so astrology. Good for the Mercury retrograde
- 20:40and also the vibe of the song. It's a little bit upbeat and I
- 20:42feel like we can get a little bit gloom and doom when it comes
- 20:45to our Mercury retrograde, especially in one of our more
- 20:47sensitive signs, the sign of cancer, the place of the moon's
- 20:50home. So it might be helpful to think
- 20:51about or relate to and tap into the energy of this Mercury
- 20:54retrograde in cancer. And a little bit of a lighter
- 20:56note. The other song that I have
- 20:57picked for you guys from the playlist is called Light Bulb by
- 21:00Rosie Tucker. And I also love that the name of
- 21:03this album is Utopia. Now in all capital letters,
- 21:06exclamation point. I also think the lyrics to this
- 21:08song work perfectly. They're fun and they speak to
- 21:11some of the thing that we were talking about earlier in this
- 21:13episode with some of the stuff happening with Mars moving into
- 21:15Gemini, Chiron moving into Taurus, and kind of this
- 21:18questioning of the status quo and the traditional rules and
- 21:21ways of going about things. And also, it's just different.
- 21:24So I really like the fact that it has a little bit more of that
- 21:26interesting, unique flavor to it.
- 21:28And then light bulb in and of itself, that alone is like a
- 21:31Mercury retrograde. It's time to check the light
- 21:34bulbs, dim the light bulbs, pull that light, pull that reflection
- 21:37back within. And the final song is What I
- 21:40Know by Trevor Hall from his album The Fruitful Darkness.
- 21:43All of the above guys, all of the above.
- 21:45Every single to this song. I feel like without knowing it,
- 21:48maybe he did know it, but he wrote this song about a Mercury
- 21:52retrograde. I don't really know.
- 21:53If you were here in last week's episode, then you know, I also
- 21:55talked about Trevor Hall and when my song breaks.
- 21:58But Trevor Hall is so grounding. His voice is so soothing.
- 22:01I literally used to put it on when I babysit my nephew to help
- 22:04him fall asleep during his nap time.
- 22:06So sweet, so cute, and so was probably good reminding us that
- 22:09we all need to take care of that Cancer little baby inside of us.
- 22:13The little infant that needs a sort of care that helps us to
- 22:16calm down, to settle down, to slow down, to lean into the
- 22:19Mercury retrograde side of the astrology of this summer.
- 22:22Which is giving us a little bit of a reprieve and a little bit
- 22:24of an opportunity to step away from all the busy, all the
- 22:27humdrums and get those deeper jewels, those gems and Nuggets
- 22:31of wisdom that come from the moment.
- 22:32Really slow down and listen inside.
- 22:34Here's the deal. Mercury retrograde and Cancer is
- 22:36happening right as Jupiter is finishing this transit through
- 22:39Cancer. So this is kind of this final
- 22:41moment to reflect and take note over the last year that
- 22:44Jupiter's been in Cancer, what potential and growth has Jupiter
- 22:47expanded in the Cancer area of your life?
- 22:49Has there been a sort of solidification, A stabilization,
- 22:52maybe a new cohesion or deeper personal connection to how you
- 22:56relate and live through that area of your life in the Cancer
- 22:58House of your chart? And how is this Capricorn full
- 23:01moon, this Saturn reality check sobriety check in Mercury
- 23:05retrograde, giving you this wake up call to say whoa, you need to
- 23:08completely revise, refine, restructure the level and
- 23:12delivery of the care you give for this area of your life.
- 23:16If you truly want it to last, to thrive, to grow.
- 23:19Then not just take and settle for the potential good that
- 23:22Jupiter is leaving you with in this Cancer area of life, but to
- 23:25actually integrate it into a deeper updated operating system
- 23:29for this to become a life giving root system for other areas of
- 23:33your life and for your future overall comfort and happiness.
- 23:37So as we get into the horoscope episode, we're going to talk
- 23:39about where Saturn in Aries might be feeling like it's
- 23:41pulling you over, giving you a little bit of a checkpoint, and
- 23:44we'll get more specific about the Mercury retrograde
- 23:47assignment that's being illuminated from this Capricorn
- 23:49full moon. And finally, we're going to
- 23:51touch just briefly on what it means for Jupiter to be leaving
- 23:54Cancer and entering into the Leo area of your chart on the same
- 23:56day of this Capricorn full moon. So definitely, like I said in
- 24:00the beginning of this episode, there is so much not only going
- 24:02on this week and in these transits.
- 24:04Remember, it's also tying back to the Capricorn new moon in
- 24:05January that had the stellium of planets surrounding that new
- 24:09moon and sitting in opposition to Jupiter.
- 24:11So this has been building in a much bigger way than you were
- 24:14previously probably considering. Remember to check back on the
- 24:16channel or have your notifications on for the
- 24:18horoscope episode released tomorrow, Friday, early morning.
- 24:22And for everyone who stayed to the end of the episode, thank
- 24:24you so much. Thanks for being a part of this
- 24:26cozy with the Cosmos community. I can't wait to hear what
- 24:29everyone's feeling in the comments, especially related to
- 24:31the horoscopes that are going to be coming out tomorrow.
- 24:33Until next time, I'm wishing you the best and the best for this
- 24:37wild ride that yes, we are going to be buckled up and ready for
- 24:40this week. None.
