- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
- 0:06Speaker 1: where we left off with Ted Waite and his conversation
- 0:10Speaker 1: with Congress. Now it's mister Walkinshaw doing the questioning question.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Thank you, mister Waite. What was your understanding of the
- 0:18Speaker 1: relationship between President and Trump and Epstein while you were
- 0:21Speaker 1: dating Maxwell? Did you have any understanding of the relationship
- 0:25Speaker 1: between Epstein and Trump? Mister wait, no, Walkinshaw, what was
- 0:29Speaker 1: your understanding of the relationship between Trump and Maxwell at
- 0:33Speaker 1: the time you and miss Maxwell were dating? Did you
- 0:36Speaker 1: ever discuss it? Answer not that I can recall. Question,
- 0:40Speaker 1: So never throughout your relationship. You can't remember her mentioning
- 0:44Speaker 1: at all any interaction she might have had with President Trump.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Answer no, because I mean he wasn't president then, Walkinshaw
- 0:52Speaker 1: Donald Trump at the time? Answer yeah, I don't remember
- 0:55Speaker 1: any discussions question and no discussion of her or Epstein's
- 0:59Speaker 1: opinion of Donald Trump at the time. Answer not that
- 1:02Speaker 1: I can recall. Question. I think that's all the questions
- 1:05Speaker 1: I have. Thank you, Miss Submarannium. Thank you to answer
- 1:09Speaker 1: both of my questions. But just to clarify, you are
- 1:12Speaker 1: not aware of any of miss Maxwell's interactions with young
- 1:15Speaker 1: girls while you were dating her? Is that correct? Answer? No, Summeranium.
- 1:19Speaker 1: And what did she say she was doing with Jeffrey
- 1:22Speaker 1: Epstein at the time you were dating her? Answer she
- 1:25Speaker 1: described her role as a state manager property management. Question
- 1:29Speaker 1: did you ever visit any of those properties yourself? Answer? No?
- 1:33Speaker 1: Question And what did you think of state management meant
- 1:38Speaker 1: answer typically hiring the housekeepers, the chefs, the drivers, working
- 1:41Speaker 1: on the core maintenance. Summeranium. And did you ever visit
- 1:45Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's island? Wait? No, Submaranium. Did you ever fly
- 1:49Speaker 1: on his plane? Wait? No, Submarannium. Did she ever bring
- 1:52Speaker 1: up any details about estate management during the course of
- 1:55Speaker 1: the relationship or talk about her work with Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:58Speaker 1: with you? Answer? She never got into specifics with me. Question,
- 2:03Speaker 1: so you were dating her, but she never really talked
- 2:05Speaker 1: about her work with Jeffrey Epstein. Answer she was, at
- 2:10Speaker 1: least what she told me, she was minimizing and ramping
- 2:13Speaker 1: out of, you know, the job with mister Epstein. She
- 2:15Speaker 1: talked a lot about other businesses that she was investing
- 2:19Speaker 1: in or other activities that she was doing, but not
- 2:21Speaker 1: a lot about it. I don't recall any specific details
- 2:25Speaker 1: about what she was doing for mister Epstein. Question. Since
- 2:28Speaker 1: you're here, there's rumors out there that some form of extortion.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Some people were wondering, were you ever told to give
- 2:35Speaker 1: ten million in exchange for information? Or were you offered
- 2:38Speaker 1: ten million dollars in exchange for withholding information on Glenn
- 2:42Speaker 1: Maxwell's involvement with Jeffrey Epstein. Answer? No question. Okay, thank you,
- 2:47Speaker 1: that's all I have redacted. Thank you, She said, I
- 2:50Speaker 1: can sneak in with some questions redacted. So I'm going
- 2:53Speaker 1: to pick up along the same theme that we were
- 2:56Speaker 1: just discussing. I would like to introduce minority Exhibit B.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Question one page Again, I'll give you a moment to
- 3:02Speaker 1: look it over. Question. So, this is a similar account
- 3:06Speaker 1: statement for October two thousand and eight. It appears to
- 3:09Speaker 1: be miss Maxwell's personal account rather than the LLC we
- 3:12Speaker 1: describe previously. And there's a payment part way down looks
- 3:16Speaker 1: like in October twenty third that appears to you from
- 3:19Speaker 1: yourself for just under three grand. This was the only
- 3:23Speaker 1: transfer during that time period that didn't match the thirty
- 3:25Speaker 1: thousand dollars number. We wanted to just ask you whether
- 3:29Speaker 1: you recall what this payment was for. Answer I do not.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Question do you have any recollection of the distinction between
- 3:36Speaker 1: at least the payment going to a personal account versus
- 3:39Speaker 1: the others going to the LLC? Answer no, question, you
- 3:44Speaker 1: can put that one away. I'll introduce minority exhibit. See
- 3:48Speaker 1: question have you had a chance to look it over?
- 3:50Speaker 1: Answer yes? Question great, So this is an account statement
- 3:54Speaker 1: from Miss Maxwell's personal account September of twenty ten, and
- 3:58Speaker 1: it looks like on September of twenty four there was
- 4:00Speaker 1: a transfer from you for around seven point two million,
- 4:04Speaker 1: quite a bit larger than the other payments. We looked
- 4:06Speaker 1: at what was this payment for? Answer this would have
- 4:10Speaker 1: been at the end of our relationship. Question and what
- 4:13Speaker 1: was the nature or reason for the payment? Answer? Miss
- 4:17Speaker 1: Maxwell was devastated by our breakup. I just felt it
- 4:20Speaker 1: was the right thing to do. Not uncommon for people
- 4:22Speaker 1: in my situation to do that. It was we lived
- 4:25Speaker 1: a fairly extravagant life. In hindsight, if I had to
- 4:28Speaker 1: do it over again, I wouldn't have done it. Question
- 4:31Speaker 1: was the payment intended to go toward or living expenses? Answer? Yes.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Question did the payment have any connection to our legal
- 4:38Speaker 1: trouble of any kind. Answer no question. And did the
- 4:41Speaker 1: payment have any connection to the legal troubles of mister
- 4:44Speaker 1: Epstein of any kind? Answer no question. All right, I'll
- 4:48Speaker 1: introduce minority Exhibit D. Question. I'll give you a moment
- 4:53Speaker 1: to look it over. It's three pages, but all you
- 4:55Speaker 1: need to focus on is the first page. So this
- 4:59Speaker 1: is an FBI tip she from an anonymous caller in
- 5:01Speaker 1: July of twenty twenty, and we can see on the
- 5:04Speaker 1: first page towards the bottom, the caller says that the
- 5:06Speaker 1: FBI should speak with you specifically, and Maxwell was the
- 5:10Speaker 1: one in charge of getting the girls, and Wight was
- 5:13Speaker 1: there and knows what was going on. Just to start with,
- 5:16Speaker 1: do you have any idea who this caller may have been?
- 5:19Speaker 1: Answer no question. Do you have any sense of why
- 5:22Speaker 1: the caller would have said this about you? Answer no question.
- 5:27Speaker 1: And to reiterate, do you have any knowledge of any
- 5:29Speaker 1: role Miss Maxwell may have had in getting girls or
- 5:32Speaker 1: young women for sexual activity with mister Epstein? Answer no question.
- 5:37Speaker 1: I'll introduce minority Exhibit E. Misters call Danny. Just with
- 5:41Speaker 1: respect to Exhibit E, did the FBI ever contact you,
- 5:44Speaker 1: mister Waite, No question. I'll give you a moment to
- 5:47Speaker 1: look that over as well. There is only a little
- 5:50Speaker 1: bit of content specifically related to you at the very
- 5:53Speaker 1: end of the document, but you're welcome to look the
- 5:55Speaker 1: whole thing over, Miss Callen. Yeah, I just want to
- 5:58Speaker 1: note for the record that this is an FBI document,
- 6:02Speaker 1: not any communication between mister Waite and anyone that we've
- 6:05Speaker 1: discussed today. Question I would have described it that way
- 6:08Speaker 1: in myself anyway, Scaldanni. Is there any particular place we
- 6:12Speaker 1: should focus our attention? Answer? Yeah, there is just a
- 6:15Speaker 1: little bit, as I said, at the very back that
- 6:18Speaker 1: relates to your client, But you're welcome to look at
- 6:20Speaker 1: the whole thing other if you'd like to, Scaldanni, thank you.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Question So, this is an FBI intake form summarizing outreach
- 6:28Speaker 1: from somebody named Peter Nomenkos, and mister Nomenkos called the
- 6:33Speaker 1: FBI National Threat Operations Center in July of twenty twenty
- 6:37Speaker 1: to report information about Miss Maxwell. Do you recognize the
- 6:40Speaker 1: name Peter Nomenkos? Answer no. Question have you ever met
- 6:45Speaker 1: or interacted with, as far as you know, somebody by
- 6:48Speaker 1: that name? Answer not that I can recall. Question So
- 6:52Speaker 1: towards over the course of the document, mister Nemiko says,
- 6:55Speaker 1: pardon me. He said that towards the end, the owner
- 6:59Speaker 1: of Gateway Computer to Wait and Jeffrey Epstein were in
- 7:02Speaker 1: some sort of relationship beyond friendship at this time and
- 7:05Speaker 1: from context, the time he is describing is around twenty twelve.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Do you have any idea why mister Nomikos might have
- 7:12Speaker 1: meant by a relationship beyond friendship? Answer? No, I can
- 7:17Speaker 1: just assume we both had a relationship with her at
- 7:19Speaker 1: some point in the past. Question and I think mister
- 7:22Speaker 1: Nomoko's claim was that you were in some kind of
- 7:24Speaker 1: relationship beyond friendship with Epstein. Question Jeffrey Epstein Callen, Yeah,
- 7:29Speaker 1: I think he misunderstood the question. Wait, oh, Callen. I
- 7:33Speaker 1: think your question is did mister Waite and Jeffrey Epstein
- 7:36Speaker 1: have a relationship beyond friendship? And the answer to that
- 7:40Speaker 1: is no, not even friendship to be clear question. You're
- 7:43Speaker 1: correct that that's my question, and I would have happily
- 7:46Speaker 1: clarified that for your client. So the claim I think
- 7:49Speaker 1: from mister Nomokos was that yourself and mister Epstein had
- 7:53Speaker 1: some kind of relationship beyond friendship. Do you have any
- 7:55Speaker 1: idea why mister Nomokos would have said that answer, No,
- 7:59Speaker 1: miss Callen, do we even know gets cut off by
- 8:01Speaker 1: Ted Waite? That's not the way I read it, But yeah, Callen,
- 8:05Speaker 1: And do we even know that this person is a
- 8:07Speaker 1: real person? Because this is just someone who called the FBI? Redacted?
- 8:11Speaker 1: I don't think I described it as anything more than that. Callen, Okay, question,
- 8:16Speaker 1: how would you have characterized your relationship with mister Epstein
- 8:19Speaker 1: in twenty twelve? Answer that there was no relationship, mister
- 8:24Speaker 1: Skuldonni for the sake of thoroughness, did the FBI ever
- 8:27Speaker 1: contact you in response to this answer? No question? All right,
- 8:31Speaker 1: I'll introduce minority Exhibit F question by redacted. This is
- 8:36Speaker 1: a short document. I will give you just a moment
- 8:39Speaker 1: to look it over. So this is an email chain
- 8:41Speaker 1: from October of two thousand and four between yourself and
- 8:44Speaker 1: miss Maxwell. The subject is WG Wicked Glaine. Miss Maxwell
- 8:49Speaker 1: first says, forgot to mention what price I exacted for
- 8:52Speaker 1: my car and funding of the three eighteen year old trip.
- 8:55Speaker 1: You replied to tell you naughty girl. More importantly, do
- 8:59Speaker 1: you recall what this email chain related? To? Answer? No question?
- 9:03Speaker 1: Do you recall having any understanding of who the three
- 9:06Speaker 1: eighteen year olds were. Answer no. Question do you recall
- 9:10Speaker 1: whether miss Maxwell had a lot of interactions with eighteen
- 9:13Speaker 1: year olds that you would have been aware of? Answer no,
- 9:16Speaker 1: other than like kid, friend, friend's friends, kids, children or something.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Question yes, So, given that context and looking at this email,
- 9:24Speaker 1: I understand sitting here now, do you have any sense
- 9:27Speaker 1: of what she might have been relating to with the
- 9:29Speaker 1: three eighteen year olds trip? Answer? No, Sorry, question I'll
- 9:33Speaker 1: introduce minority exhibit G. Question, So this is an email
- 9:38Speaker 1: chain between yourself and miss Maxwell in April of two
- 9:40Speaker 1: thousand and four. It looks like context is describing planning
- 9:44Speaker 1: for some kind of trip. If I could just direct
- 9:47Speaker 1: you to the top of the second page, so the
- 9:49Speaker 1: last four digits at the bottom corner would be nine
- 9:52Speaker 1: zero five nine, And if you look at the top
- 9:54Speaker 1: of that, that's the email for miss Maxwell that reads
- 9:57Speaker 1: massage is booked four four in the whole tell room,
- 10:00Speaker 1: not a hotel messuse. So I'll ask you, in a
- 10:04Speaker 1: literal sense, did you ever receive a massage from somebody
- 10:08Speaker 1: who was introduced to you or arranged by Jeffrey Epstein
- 10:11Speaker 1: or Glenn Maxwell. Answer? I assume a therapeutic or a
- 10:15Speaker 1: sports massage. Question do you have any recollection in this
- 10:18Speaker 1: example what sort of massage that would be in relation
- 10:21Speaker 1: to answer? I don't recall for sure. I think the
- 10:24Speaker 1: CML looks like I was playing in a golf tournament
- 10:27Speaker 1: and I always had bad trouble, so it could have been,
- 10:29Speaker 1: you know from my back. Question and do you have
- 10:32Speaker 1: any recollection of that kind of massage having been arranged
- 10:35Speaker 1: by Miss Maxwell other than looking at this email? Do
- 10:38Speaker 1: you have any specific recollection of that having been something
- 10:42Speaker 1: that happened more than once or is it just looking
- 10:45Speaker 1: at this EML you believe that this time that occurred?
- 10:48Speaker 1: Answer just looking at this email. I typically get weekly
- 10:51Speaker 1: therapeutic massages. Question and do you have any recollection of
- 10:55Speaker 1: this particular massage or who the messuse was? Answer? No.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Question Do you have any sense, either recalling back to
- 11:03Speaker 1: then or sitting here now of the phrase not a
- 11:05Speaker 1: hotel massuse and what that might mean? Answer? I assume
- 11:09Speaker 1: that there were that there were better quality or sports oriented.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Did you understand Miss Maxwell to have any kind of
- 11:16Speaker 1: specific expertise related to massages? Did she ever talk about
- 11:20Speaker 1: massages or say, hey, I know an awful lot about
- 11:23Speaker 1: messuses if you ever want me to arrange one answer.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I remember one time she stretched like stretched me and
- 11:30Speaker 1: was quite good at that, but it was like, you know,
- 11:32Speaker 1: I don't recall her talking about being a massage expert,
- 11:35Speaker 1: you know. Question and did you ever agree in sexual
- 11:39Speaker 1: activity with someone who gave you a massage and was
- 11:43Speaker 1: introduced to you by Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. Answer?
- 11:46Speaker 1: Absolutely not. Question. I think that is a good time
- 11:50Speaker 1: to off the record. All right, folks, we're going to
- 11:53Speaker 1: wrap up right here as well. All the information that
- 11:56Speaker 1: goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
