Episode 738 - Technical Level

Arseblog Arsecast, The Arsenal Podcast · Jun 29, 2023 · 1h 2m

In this episode I'm joined by Lewis Ambrose to discuss the signing of Kai Havertz, focusing on what the plan might be for him, and how he adds technical quality to the squad. It's framed around the Declan Rice developments this week as Mikel Arteta looks to reshape his midfield, and we examine the age profile of this very expensively assembled squad should all go to plan. There's some stuff on spending £100m, a contract renewal for young talent Ethan Nwaneri and lots more.

Note: This is out early because things move so fast, I didn't want it to be out of date.
