  bit about the lore when we've received the waves and stuff and

  Zaxius up to the first Ox crew and which is good timing as well

  because the ox crew is also arriving.

  Definitely the all insurance and hopefully soon you know, the

  different single figures that people have ordered will start

  I've opened all of our Cali and Shun the Fraxian and the skate

  back so far. Yeah, the three it will probably

  Every figure is a winner so far. They're just the you know, you

  get the skate back and it's such a different thing to anything

  else we've got in any of in any of the legions lines.

  Yeah, Kelly and Shen as as leapt up to be possibly my favorite
• 3:21
  figure across the whole of legions.

  How that scales a different level with the soft goods and
• 3:28
  the, and the, and the bit, the sort of the story and the
• 3:35
  character of, of ever being a, you know, a bit of a wastelander
• 3:39
  and her armor looking cobbled together and, and the how the
• 3:43
  mask slash helmet that she wears, it's she's she's just a
• 3:47
  really cool character. And I think the big chunky
• 3:52
  armor, the yeah, so Ovar has got the big chunky armor and it's
• 3:56
  such a different. I mean, one of the things I love
• 3:59
  about Legions is they're more chunky than a lot of action
• 4:02
  figures and that, but it's another, it's another level of
• 4:05
  chunky, really. Yeah, it's good.
• 4:10
  Nice. You know, hand candy.

  And did over a little head glow up at you when you open the box
• 4:18
  like one of those opening the suitcase and movies, you know,
• 4:21
  full of? Well, he was the first one I
• 4:24
  opened because I'd seen people's reviews and, and, you know,

  people posting pics, pictures of him.

  And I just thought he looked so good.

  And that head looked, it looked excellent, even better than I
• 4:36
  thought when it was, you know, showing off.

  And, and it yeah, it is. It's even better than you
• 4:42
  imagine. I've got to say.

  All the joints seem pretty good as well.

  Not too stiff, not at all loose. How does that escape?

  Does that move pretty well? Yeah, yeah, he's a bit front

  heavy yeah. So you have to balance him in
• 4:59
  just the right way, but he looked, he looks so cool.

  I love him. Had to clear a bit of space on

  the on a different shelf so he could stand there.

  And yeah, they, I moved like the good guys and bad guys along to

  fit the others on. But because he's quite big, you

  know he's quite chunky. Can you stand up and his hind

  legs? Haven't tried.

  Haven't tried that yet. I haven't done too much messing

  with them, just, well, with him over some of the years I've sort
• 5:24
  of moved around and posed a bit, but yeah.

  Oh, and the the Fraxian was, I know we saw pictures of it, but

  he's a big boy. He was over.

  He towers over the trust characters.

  Wow. Yeah.

  But he's regular 1.0 size. He's not a.

  Brute, Yeah, yeah, he's 1.0 compatible, but must be his

  limbs must be slightly, you know, the probably the lower

  leg, Yeah, armor is probably slightly larger than usual.

  And yeah, he's the, I'll say towers.

  He's not quite Brute towering, but then he's, you know, he

  definitely a good head above. The tusks, he looks like he

  could take them. That's what you're saying.

  That's yeah, yeah, He feels like a Bruce.

  Yeah, like he a hot brute scale, but a big guy who could cause

  some bruiser for sure. A bruiser.

  Just a quick thing about Cosmarium.

  So Cosmarium is the birth place of the planets and it was

  created by the cosmic gods of old.

  And I don't know where they were when they created it, but you

  know what comes first? The chicken and the egg, and

  they're the Orion authors and they're Crone and offspring.

  So we get reference to Crone and a lot, but we haven't.

  We've got that skull that came as a gift with the first Cosmic

  Legion's wave. It came in the Walter or Two

  pack. Yep.

  And it came as a silver version that you could buy through
• 16:39
  retailers. So the system is divided into 5

  rings and they go around a fiery sun named Zal, which is the
• 16:50
  first star. Makes sense.

  Each circle of the system performs a specific role.

  So we have Torpos, that's the innermost circle, the home of
• 17:02
  auras, the first planet and the home to the gods.

  They are in ortho author gods, so that's where they are now.

  The second circle is Zratos, and that's the heart of the military
• 17:15
  power. So the fair Ox, which we haven't
• 17:18
  had much of yet, my leader. No, I think there's Kelly and

  where some fair ox arm. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

  That's that's where we get it. And, and as the last original

  Chrome race races, the Fair Ox will enforce the will of auras.

  OK then the 3rd circle is called Missus, so 2 ends.

  That's why they say like that. It's the 3rd circle.

  It's the most populated of the rings and the busiest hub of
• 17:49
  civilian activity in the system. So that you know, that sounds

  That's where all your shops are. In your, your, your, your

  residential stuff, Martino. And it's, yeah, you know.

  Yeah, yeah, lots of gasoline. And one of the planet somewhere.

  Yeah, cool world building, but it wasn't very well done in the

  The 4th and fastest growing of the circles, rapidly expanding

  across the tech create to expanding access to the tech

  created in thermos has been providing unprecedented

  independence and power to the CIS citizens of Cosmerian.

  So intriguing one there. And then the 5th and largest and

  furthest away ring is Exos. It's the least chartered ring of

  cosmetium, and it's dense and mysterious nature of this sector
• 18:52
  has aided in forging it into a haven for outcasts, scavengers,
• 18:56
  criminals looking to escape the reach of the ferrets power.

  So this is the interesting ring this is.

  A bunch of our story, yes, taking place exactly so.

  And then set the scene. The five rings have no peace and
• 19:13
  prosperity for ages. But things are not always as
• 19:16
  they seem. Harmony is fragile, and even the
• 19:19
  smallest fissures can transform into malignant, crumbling chasm.

  When that chasm opens up, what would be revealed?
• 19:28
  It could well be the end of a utopian dream, but it could also
• 19:31
  be the first glimpse into a brighter cosmetium.

  So all this is available. I've seen source horsemen.

  You know, this is, we don't make it up ourselves as such.

  This is coming from the mind of the Four Horsemen.

  I guess Jeremy's working closely with Eric on this and other

  people in the studio. But that's just to set the

  scene. Then like in mythics, in cosmics

  you also have different. In mythics they're called

  factions. In cosmics they're called

  affiliations. And so there's a bunch of them

  we've kind of refer. To them as we as we go along and

  they'll be referred to in the story, but just a couple of the

  main ones that Tusk is obviously all the armored guys.

  So we got a bunch of tusks and they're kind of like how we

  just, they're like the they're. Kind of a sort of, I guess I

  imagine like Wayland Utani and Alien.

  Yeah, they're they're they're just to talk about something

  that was quite relevant at the moment.

  They're they're the the science and you're.

  Watching the alien Earth. And yeah, yeah, yeah, they're

  sort of in everything. Would would you say they're like

  the Empire in in Star Wars a bit?

  But I think there's a bit more of a trading and financial

  aspect to it. The military isn't the last one.

  I was kind of trying to, yeah. Maybe the fire rocks get more

  into the Empire stuff. Yeah, when we eventually get to

  And the first wave was was set in this grave ring areas kind of

  the fighting pit, a bit like Colosseum mythics of the grave

  ring in Cosmic. And there's a faction associated
• 21:21
  with the characters in that then we have.

  Was just just to expand on that a little bit.

  It was the prison have Alcatel which was a Tusk run prison

  wasn't. Yeah.

  And then they have the grey ring, which is where they fight.

  And I guess it's a good way to sort, sort out which criminals

  can sort each other out. And I guess there there might be
• 21:43
  a bit of gambling action going on.

  Yeah, so we got then the bleeders killed and the Red

  Spiral, they're kind of are linked for me there.

  And I would say the Bleeders Guild is the more it's the kind

  of organized kind of hench men. And the Red Spiral is more like

  your bounty hunters type of thing.

  Yeah, yeah. OK with that, Yeah.

  Scavengers, outliers and you know, so you could put a bunch

  of people in there. And the Bleeders Guild is a
• 22:15
  skilled and dangerous group of agents trained to extract and

  trade information. Those are valuable knowledge.

  We have the maze, which is the meshed assemblage of zonal
• 22:27
  enlightenment. And so this is the Jedi.

  Yeah, maybe it's it's built around the Incrint inter and
• 22:37
  connected network, built around sharing information with the
• 22:42
  citizens of the Cosmere. These are the Greyborns so far
• 22:45
  that we received and they seem to be mostly good and at least
• 22:54
  the team is very fair. Yeah.

  Then to get on to the Ark through stuff, so we have X or a

  EXOR 3, so X or three and the Ox crew.

  So EXO 3 is the alliance for exospheric reconnaissance,

  Recovery and reclamation. Love it.

  And there is Salvage and exploration organization

  conducting business around the 3rd, 4th and occasionally Fifth
• 23:24
  Rings of Kazmirian, although that obviously doesn't always
• 23:27
  work out so well when you go to the fifth ring.

  And and it's one of a handful of successful companies who have
• 23:33
  thus far rebuked membership in the powerful and influential
• 23:37
  Traders Union. So they're kind of outside the
• 23:39
  Tusk, is it? Yeah, they, they feel like the
• 23:42
  more ethical traders and, you know, doing things the right way
• 23:47
  rather than trying to manipulate and bully people.

  Yeah, the way to it should work in theory, yes.

  And, and the Ox crew, this is one of the story with the second

  figures. And he actually interacts with

  one of our other characters who was Calian, and tries to sell

  information from her and then she in.

  So yeah, this obviously happens after the events of the start of

  her commanding officer and reports that she hasn't found

  any new information and asks for, uh, funds to get her back

  to her ship. The commander tells her that the

  company has now received a DI distressed call from the

  Korgenocks so they have a general location and they're

  going to go look for it. But she says but they she's told

  that it's not her crew that's going to get the Corbenox.

  So she has to she has to wait and get a get assigned to a

  different job that we don't know about yet.

  So despite her instincts telling her something is wrong, she

  agrees to follow the order and heads for transport.

  And on her way, she's bumped into by something where someone

  wearing a Tusk armor, but the person is in a hurry and doesn't

  notice her. And the story ends with Carolyn

  leaving the outpost and believing she is safer by
• 35:45
  following orders. And I think we've learned from

  the red pilot that's, that's probably the, the way, you know.

  So do you think she's the one that the Red Pilot was talking

  Bleeders Guild. He and he has stolen something,

  we don't really know what, but secrets from Tusk and he's he's
• 37:06
  trying to escape them as we meet him in this story, which is why

  he's in a hurry. He he has a technology which is
• 37:16
  this is the reference to man at arms, the illusion tech, which
• 37:19
  is a described as advanced cloaking technology, but it
• 37:23
  means he can change his appearance and the figure as a
• 37:26
  result came with three different heads.

  Very cool colour scheme because it's got that man at arms colour
• 37:31
  scheme yeah he's and it seems like he can either the way the
• 37:39
  Tusk navigate into a secret Bay, secret areas of the ship or
• 37:44
  classified whatever you call it areas of the outpost.

  He can mimic that as well with this because he is able to gain
• 37:52
  access to special areas that require special privileges.

  He is gone to meet someone, but instead of the person he's going
• 38:04
  to meet, he he's approached by what is described as a duo derm
• 38:09
  bounty hunter, who we we there was a bit of AI forget what they
• 38:19
  called he not a duo derm. It was what was the other one

  who was Kragnar was a somebody think derm, wasn't he?

  I forget what he's not a duo derm though, is he?

  But similar obviously creature to Dragnar who we got in the.

  First way, he's a Tetraderm. Tetraderm, which I'm guessing is

  the forearms. This is the Duo Derm 2 arms and

  this bound him to works for Tusk and it turns out he's already

  killed the contact that was meant to meet Operative 83 and

  he's been sent after Operative 83 to capture him.

  Operative 83 realizes this big big fella could probably better

  him, so again uses his illusion tech, which suggests that Duo

  Derm isn't the brightest and escapes him.

  Oh no, he creates that. Sorry, creates an illusion and

  the illusion attacks the Duo Derm.

  So actually he's got some real fancy technology.

  And he actually, he makes himself into a copy of the duo

  interesting one. That's way to get to buy 2 of

  the next figure. And then seeing this kuffle and

  commotion the outpost security respond and actually think it's

  Which leads us on to every and in the in the scuffle up to 83

  escapes, changing his appearance again.

  Which is why I guess we get those 3 appearance is that he

  has three heads. And that leads us on to our next

  story about the duoderm. Yeah, and this duoderm is
• 40:20
  scourge, so big ogre scale dragon.

  So think a Raka Gore in green if you know a Raka Gore from mythic

  regions. And you can see in Trevor's lot

  of awesome picture here, Operative 83 is kind of behind

  him in the car. You feel like, yeah, sorry, I

  was going to say. You feel like Scourge is like
• 40:41
  uncharged and passed him and then yeah, 83 sneak him past him

  in the background. Yeah, isn't it?

  It looks a bit like that, so yeah.

  So he's he he gets released. So this actually continues the
• 40:58
  the story directly from the upper of 83.

  He gets released after they review footage.

  And so everything is under St. Evans here obviously and confirm

  his story that he was framed by this illusionary duplicate and

  he didn't initiate the violence. However, he's told to leave the

  outpost immediately as he's not there for good intention.

  So Skurds finds that ship records have been altered and

  the Zaxia staff cannot release it to him, believing him to be a
• 41:31
  spy so responsible for this delay.

  So he sees he receives a message from his Tusk liaison believing

  he's failed. He's now opened the retrieval
• 41:46
  for the contract for the spy to the other bounty hunters.

  So then Surge Scourge becomes the Haunted.

  So he deduces that the spy is likely heading to OR or Zara,

  the main hub for the Bleeders Guild since it would offer the
• 42:09
  most resources. So he returns to the hangar and

  finds his ship is gone. So not good he he gets told that
• 42:21
  someone with his credentials has claimed it and left.
• 42:24
  Would we think that's operative 83 maybe?
• 42:26
  I would assume so, yeah, based on all these trickeries.

  But he's done before. Yeah, then he attacks and
• 42:35
  incapacitates multiple security offers officers and he's subdued
• 42:40
  to the stone net and electricity, arrested and
• 42:44
  arrested for violating outpost rules.

  The hangar controller later discovers that the problem with
• 42:55
  Scourges ship was not the spies doing, but a simple data entry
• 42:58
  mistake made by a new employee. The controller decides to cover
• 43:03
  up the error by deleting all records of the ship, letting it
• 43:06
  become a ghost ship in the outpost deep storage.

  He chooses not to admit the mistake to avoid further
• 43:13
  paperwork and a confrontation with the now imprisoned Scourge.

  So I guess these two stories are a little bit stand alone in

  terms of these type of characters.

  Oh, yeah, it says it there. The story of the Zapier is

  ravaged, ravaged, ravaged by corporate resource depletion,

  which I'm guessing is Tusk. And sort of what we've said

  about them being a bit underhand and a bit brutal and, yeah,

  forcing a lot of the Specs IANS to find work elsewhere.

  And and the specs IANS it seems are very musical and they sing a

  song in the minds to remember their history and hopes for the

  future. And whilst they are sat there

  enjoying a meal, maybe a succulent Chinese meal for

  of the grey Bourne that we talked about who are very

  peaceful and actually telepathic.

  And he seemingly it suggests, can talk to them through the

  mind rather than through words. Because I don't think the specs

  in speak normal English or normal sort of words.

  I think they do, you know, clicks and squeaks and squeals

  and the singing. And he asks to hear one of their

  songs and they agree and sing for him.

  So he's a traditionalist who advocates for a return to the

  mazes original purpose. And he's unexpectedly captured

  by a synthetic server at outposts Axios and sealed inside

  a crate lined with a substance that nullifies his telepathic
• 48:48
  abilities. So that's not great for him.

  And after Journey, the crate is opened and Alter meets his
• 48:58
  captors and there are Novian, Lean and Byraj and Byra working
• 49:04
  together. Yeah.

  And I believe from from their story previously, they had a big

  falling out, but Novian Lean and Byraj and Byra, but they're back

  working together, which you can see that that relationship might

  And he learns that the terrorist organization known as the Mortal

  Thorn has paid a large sum to have him captured and delivered

  alive. Now this mortal torn is actually

  in affiliation as well listed, but not it's not listed in the

  affiliations and main page, but it is listed in the in the kind

  of overall briefing of cosmic legions.

  And there's one figure in there and it's very inspire from Wave

  temporary camp and salvage equipment from the wreckage.

  from. The crew's been on the planet

  for several days and although their census show life forms,

  they have not yet met yet made any contact and they've not seen

  any orbital traffic. The communications officer is

  kind of expressing his own fear that no one is going to come and

  rescue them and their situation is hope hopeless.

  But then he apologizes for giving his personal feelings on

  an official log, clearly against protocol.

  with the planet's native species, and so this is where we

  And it's an intelligent reptilian creature with bone

  weapons. There he is there.

  intelligence is demon demonstrated by their tactics.

  They curiously, cautiously approach the camp, and they

  anything happens. The crew decides to make contact

  with them, but when 2 crew members veloc and Orvar, so

  sit outside the camp's defences. The creatures immediately attack

  with a surprising level of viciousness.

  Their bone weapons, however, unable to damage the crew's

  armor and the creatures are scared away by a flash tube, but

  returned the next night with a larger group and their attacks

  become more intense. The crew is now worried about

  the integrity of their camp's defenses and fears another
• 58:08
  sleepless night. Sounds like it's going well.

  Indeed. Yeah, just not sound like a

  comfortable one. And then we get on to the next

  one now, where we get introduced to to some of our crew.

  prevented it, even though she's been assured by everyone else

  emotional pain even though she's still working hard.

  They hope that if they're rescued, the transit records

  they're able to communicate with him unlike the Fraxians and the

  occur his visit that seems to end the attacks from the

  Fraxians and he advises them that it's the technology that is

  is causing their aggression. And when he as he leaves the

  camp he builds a small can of rocks which can is like a pile

  for anyone who doesn't know. Which sounds like you've

  previously looked that up. No, no, no.

  Oh, you know, I've travelled around England a lot, I've seen.

  It sounds like a. It sounds like a Scottish word

  lots of Cairns about the place if you visit historical sites.

  Sounds like Hooker and the crew form a bit of a bond.

  And he again, it reiterates his love of the technology, almost

  having a sort of religious reverence for it.

  And he seems to have access to some technology that would be

  useful and offers to get an amplifier to boost the signal,

  the distress signal in return for a non functional generator.

  So maybe he's going to have a bit of a tinker.

  He can do something with it or use it in some other way.

  The crew, with the exception of all of our remain at the camp

  and wait for Oka to return with the amplifier, which is actually

  a departure from the protocols, which maybe that's why things

  start going wrong. And the, sorry, the protocols of

  Excel 3 actually say they should go and explore and and discover.

  And the communication officer notes that the new contact with

  Oka has been a source of hope. So they're feeling a little

  happier than they were. And the spirits have been lifted

  since his arrival, which is good.

  friendly aliens in in Cosmic please.

  Which shapes and sizes is cool? Yeah, and also the type of

  character, you know, he's the type of character you could see

  in like a sci-fi movie that kind of is the heart of it or is the

  you when you first introduced, you think, oh, is he going to be

  another problem, but he's actually helping the crew, which

  Korganox log entry then is giving us more details about

  Orva. And he's big glowing head and
• 1:06:44
  chunky armor. So the the crew's disagreeable

  demolition specialist. So he already has the demeanor

  of a dwarf then? Yeah.

  So he's feeling a bit useless on this planet, so he decides to

  set up explosive traps outside the camps defences.

  When over tests is explosives. The resulting dust cloud

  obscures the obscures their vision range.

  Finders show multiple unknown objects moving quickly towards

  the camp from beyond the wreckage of the ship's engines.

  The creatures are too fast to be Fraxians.

  Oh no. So the crew then gets inside the

  perimeter, but the defences quickly fail as the new
• 1:07:41
  creatures, which are currently unknown, attack.

  The communi communications officer is interrupted at the
• 1:07:50
  end of the log and a distress signal is cut off.

  So this sounds very, very dangerous.

  And that leads us to the next log entry, where we are

  introduced to scary, scary creatures.

  A mouthful of teeth and a body full of spikes.

  officer states in the log that they're in a sphere, a state of

  fear and adrenaline. And he recounts how all of ours

  explosive tests awakened this new highly aggressive species

  that they know or have been become known to be called the
• 1:08:37
  low landscape backs So lowland guessing because they are in
• 1:08:44
  amongst all these spiky rocks that they have adapted to to
• 1:08:48
  hide and look like. And they are 4 legged beasts
• 1:08:51
  covered in armour hides. And they were in deep
• 1:08:56
  hibernation but have got have woken up hungry and gone into a
• 1:09:02
  feeding frenzy. It says the skatebacks easily
• 1:09:07
  overwhelm the camp's defenses are an unaffected by the crew's
• 1:09:11
  blasters. Seemingly only all of ours
• 1:09:15
  hammer and the reclamation saws which we saw, I think it would
• 1:09:22
  develop. Yeah, yeah.

  Carrying offending them off, I'm guessing sharp objects, and the
• 1:09:31
  situation seems hopeless until unexpected help arrives.

  And that help comes in the form of oka, which perhaps isn't so

  unexpected, but also a group of Fraxians.

  And the Fraxians have obviously dealt with skate backs because

  they're a native species, and using their Spears and clubs,

  managed to guide the creatures away from the camp and back to
• 1:09:57
  their hibernation area. OK, then advises a crew a bit

  more about why and how that's happened, saying that the
• 1:10:07
  Fractions aren't hostile. So.

  So there you go. They aren't actually a bad
• 1:10:13
  species. Their initial attacks were an
• 1:10:16
  attempt to dismantle the stanchions because the humming

  sound the made was feared to be attracting the skate back.

  So actually the Fractions were trying to stop exactly what
• 1:10:26
  happened from happening to ensure the safety of the crew.

  Agrees not to repair the defenses or set new explosive

  traps. The Fraxians in return promised

  to watch over the valley. So they've actually there you

  go. Made another group of friends in

  these initially big scary beast alien type things.

  Communications officer feels safer that safer than ever

  despite the close call, and expressed a sense of gratitude

  and luck to be alive with his friends.

  Yes, that's the thing about this type of sci-fi stories are that

  coat and the figure disappears before the crew can investigate

  further. So they they're trying to locate

  it on the range finders, but the person seems to vanish without a

  trace, a detail that Orvar dismisses as an hallucination.

  More dwarf activity there from him, however.

  Well he he confirms that he also saw the figure and that the

  recruitment was of an advanced nature and beliefs.

  They're being watched by an outside party and so despite

  current course of action. They've begun a double guard

  to protect them and then the com care has been amplified thanks

  to UCA in hopes that they hope that their distress signal will
