  morning would take it a step further. Yesterday was laying

  a foundation to my session by helping us to embrace

  the supremacy of God's word. Yesterday was an investigation as

  to God's integrity, and by God's grace, were able to

  establish from our teaching yesterday that God is reliable, he
• 3:44
  can be depended upon, and that his word must gain
• 3:48
  supremacy above any, every and all experiences. Allelujah this morning,

  still connecting to what we're discs in this conference, I

  trust that you will be a brief session, a prayer

  meeting to warm our hearts as we prepare for the night.

  But I want us to go to Matthew chapter six.

  Will be discussing from Matthew chapter six. I'm teaching you

  how to come into partnership with God to bath his purposes.

  Yesterday we established that the world of God is all powerful.
• 4:32
  Were established that when God speaks, it is because He
• 4:37
  intends to bring that world to pass. But now this
• 4:42
  session will show us the dynamics how the speakings of God,
• 4:46
  how the verdicts of God, how the world of God,
• 4:50
  and how the will of God finds expression within a
• 4:55
  person's life within a territory. The surprise, the same thing
• 5:00
  about dealing with the dynamics of the world of God.

  Is that on one hand, after you examine the potentency
• 5:08
  of the world, you must understand the law of conversion,
• 5:13
  the system by which divine realities become manifest in the
• 5:18
  life of the saints here and now. If you fail
• 5:22
  to understand that dynamics, you can have the Word of God,
• 5:26
  all potent as it is, but it will never be
• 5:30
  made manifest in your life. So I'm teaching this morning
• 5:33
  very briefly, and like I said, it's a prayer meeting,
• 5:36
  so lets prepare our hearts to pray while I teach
• 5:41
  and forcing God's will. And forcing God's will, I want
• 5:46
  to show you how to come into partnership with God.
• 5:49
  Particularly we're looking at the prayer ministry. So I want
• 5:53
  to show you how to come into partnership with the
• 5:55
  Word of God in and through prayer, how to birth
• 6:00
  supernatural possibilities, how to birth the verdicts of God in
• 6:05
  the place of prayer. That it is not enough to
• 6:08
  know what God has said. You must understand that transportation system,
• 6:12
  how to import divine realities to make them manifest in
• 6:16
  your life here and now?
• 6:18
  Speaker 3: Are you ready?

  Speaker 4: So Jesus is teaching and when we get to Matthew
• 6:22
  chapter six's teaching, what we have come to know us
• 6:27
  the Lord's prayer, and he says in the preceding verses,

  when you pray, pray thus our Father, which at in heaven,

  he says, hallowed be your name.

  Speaker 3: Then he says thy Kingdom verse ten.

  Speaker 4: That means when you pray, this should be your focus.

  Thy Kingdom come. Your will be done in earth as
• 6:51
  it is in heaven. Then he goes to the other discussions,

  but we're focusing.

  Speaker 4: He says, your kingdom come, that is the agenda. Then

  he tells you how the Kingdom.

  Speaker 3: Of God comes. That everywhere the will of God is

  allowed to find expression, his kingdom comes. I went together.

  Speaker 4: So your kingdom comes by your will being allowed to

  find expression. Notice he never said on earth. He said

  in earth, your kingdom comes. Your will be done in

  earth as it is in heavens. And perhaps you've heard

  it through my teachings that the first eth that needs

  to experience the manifestation of the will of God is
• 7:36
  this ethen Vessel called you not the territory.

  One scripture that has blessed me so much, we're going

  to consider it right now is First Corinthians, chapter three

  chapter that scripture with Matthew six and verse ten.

  Paul was mentoring the church in Corinth and among the

  many things he had to teach them, he taught them

  that we are laborers together with God.

  Speaker 4: We are laborers together with God together. We are not

  only seated together away together. We are laborers together. Now

  a little theological background. Believers are classified essentially using two indices.

  When you classify believers, you classify believers number one according

  to their identity and number two according to their function.

  When you classify believers according to their identity, you seek

  to show the.

  Speaker 3: Extent of their oneness with Christ.

  Speaker 4: So you use words like the righteousness of God in Christ.

  manifest in your life. When it has to do with

  is the business of men. The moment you are transacting

  any kind of spiritual reality, once it gets to the earth,

  it is safe to broadly say that the manifestation of

  all supernatural programs, divine, demonic depend on men as midwives.

  Satan will have to depend on the corporation of men

  to birth his purposes. God will have to depend on

  men to birth his purposes. Now let me state a

  very quick disclaimer here, because sometimes maybe innocently speaking preachers

  say we need to give God permission to work upon

  the earth. The Bible does not teach that God does
• 14:13
  not need any man's permission to work upon the earth.

  What God needs is man's participation, and it.

  Speaker 3: Is not as a result of weakness.

  Speaker 4: He has chosen to incorporate us in his program so

  that we can enjoy what it means to be co
• 14:29
  creators with him. Man does not need to give God
• 14:34
  permission to function upon the earth. The earth is till

  the Lord's and its fullness thereof are we together. So

  the idea that God needs man's permission maybe well intentioned,
• 14:49
  but it's not accurate. God does not need man's permission. However,
• 14:54
  God needs man's corporation, and this is not because of
• 14:59
  weakness on his own part.

  Speaker 3: He has so designed his economy to run that way.

  Are we learning now?

  Speaker 4: It was Jesus who said, if you will not praise me,

  I can raise of stones. I can't raise of anything

  inanimate things to praise me. Every time Satan wants to

  move over a life, a family, every time Satan wants

  to carry out his demonic program, he looks.

  Speaker 4: Every Time God wants to birth his purposes over a territory,

  over a life, a nation, a family, he looks for

  a man. Some eighty two and some eighty nine and

  verse twenty one it says I have found David my servant.

  I like that scripture verse twenty Now I have found

  David my servant. Can you imagine It's as though God

  is finally rejoicing that I have found a man. God

  is not a shame to express his verne vulnerability. I

  am almighty, but I finally found a man.

  Speaker 3: I have found David my servant.

  Speaker 4: Now I'm not doing a teaching on this, but right

  here is the secret to the anointing. I have found David,

  but the oil will not come on David. The oil

  will come on my servant. And it takes a long

  time for David to become my servant. He can find

  David in twenty twenty one and find his servant in

  Speaker 3: It takes a journey for David to become my servant.

  Speaker 4: But the day David becomes my servant, the holy oil

  can now come on him. I'm just digressing to help you,

  you see, So don't say God has found me. He's

  looking for two people. He's found you, but he's looking
• 16:52
  for himself in you. The day he finds his servant,
• 16:56
  then the holy oil can come on.

  Speaker 3: You are we learning now.

  Speaker 4: So the point here is that God is searching for men,
• 17:05
  and when he finds men he does he does not
• 17:09
  hide his joy in the fact that He's finally found
• 17:13
  a man. The Bible says in Ezekiel chapter twenty two.

  Now when you read from Vestati, the prophet speaking by
• 17:20
  the spirit, he said, and I sought for a man
• 17:24
  to stand in the gap, to make up the head
• 17:26
  for the land, so that I will not destroy it.

  Speaker 3: But I found none.

  Speaker 4: God is still in the business of looking for men.
• 17:35
  Listen to me, you would think, because there are so
• 17:37
  many preachers, because there are so many congregants, God should
• 17:41
  have enough men. Unfortunately, it is not. Every kind of
• 17:46
  man God can use. Being available is not enough. There
• 17:51
  is a transition that must happen away together, from an
• 17:56
  unbeliever to a believer, to a transformer believer, to an
• 18:01
  empowered believer.

  Speaker 3: To a witness.
• 18:06
  Speaker 4: Until you become a witness, you are not deployable for
• 18:09
  God's program. So there are many people who are believers,
• 18:13
  but they can't do much for the kingdom. They are saved,
• 18:16
  but they are still babes infronting knowledge. They have not
• 18:22
  grown through transformation. And there are others who have contended
• 18:27
  for transformation. But without empowerment, you will be an ineffective witness.

  Speaker 3: You will say many things.
• 18:34
  Speaker 4: God can do that never gets done through your life.

  Empowerment brings you to a point where you can give
• 18:40
  defense to the speakings of God that when you say
• 18:44
  God can heal, you will show that God heals. When
• 18:47
  you say God can lift, you will show that God lived.
• 18:51
  When the believer becomes transformed and empowered, he stops being
• 18:57
  called a believer. He's called a witness. And it is
• 19:01
  a witness who is given and a location in God's program.
• 19:06
  There is a space in God's program. He sends you
• 19:09
  as a preacher. He sends you as a businessman. He
• 19:13
  sends you as a leader, because you are beyond a believer.
• 19:17
  You are still a believer, but you have a start
• 19:20
  tossed by reason of your alignment called a weakness. Not
• 19:24
  everybody can be called a witness. Just because you want
• 19:27
  to serve God does not mean you're a witness. Just
• 19:31
  because you are posted to go and serve as a
• 19:34
  pastor does not make you a witness.
• 19:36
  Speaker 3: Are We're learning now?

  Speaker 4: So the journey is salvation, transformation, empowerment, and then you
• 19:45
  become a witness. When he sends you, you are deployed,
• 19:50
  and your assignment is to defend, promote, and advance his purposes.

  Speaker 3: If you're learning, so as a amen.

  Speaker 4: So God is still looking for men, because his program

  on earth depends on men. Satan is also looking for men. Unfortunately,

  Satan is so desperate for men he does not mind

  stealing what God gives.

  Speaker 4: There are a kind of men in the Bible called

  wicked and unreasonable people. Have you read that scripture before

  that God can deliver you from wicked and unreasonable people?

  Those are men Satan has found. I hope you know

  that there are people who give themselves to Satan willingly
• 20:47
  to be used, like you come to Jesus and say

  I am available. There are also orthers who say, Satan,
• 20:53
  you have a program. Here is a man willing to
• 20:56
  partner with you. But in any case, whether it is
• 21:01
  for destruction or it is for growth, whether it is
• 21:06
  for glory or for decline, man will always participate in
• 21:12
  divine supernatural activities for them to find expression upon the earth.

  Speaker 3: Hallelujah, this is very important. Now there are.

  Speaker 4: Two ways we enforce the will of God. Let me
• 21:23
  go straight to the points this morning. There are two
• 21:27
  biblical ways that every time God speaks, every time God
• 21:32
  announces a verdict on a matter, there are two ways
• 21:37
  to enforce that verdict. Number one is through partnership.

  Speaker 5: In prayer, you birth that verdict to be made manifest

  in prayer.

  Speaker 3: Number two obedience.

  Speaker 4: These are the two biblical pathways to bething the will
• 21:56
  of God, to bething the program of God. Pet Number

  one is your partnership with God in the place of prayer.

  Speaker 4: Every time you are clear about the will of God
• 22:13
  and yet you do not see it manifest, these are
• 22:16
  the two things that are wrong. Every time the will
• 22:19
  of God is clear that God already spoke to you,

  you are not in doubt. He's told you I am
• 22:26
  visiting your family, but it looks like nothing is happening.

  The two areas to consult is whether or not he
• 22:33
  has found a man who can pray in partnership, or
• 22:37
  he has found obedience. These are the places for diagnosis.

  If you ever see the will of God wanting in
• 22:44
  your life, something is wrong. You have not known how
• 22:48
  to do business with God in the place of prayer
• 22:51
  or number two, you do not understand the dynamics of
• 22:54
  obedience or obeying the principles that allow for the manifestation
• 22:59
  of that verdict.

  Speaker 3: Do you understand this so far? So?

  Speaker 4: The Word of God, like I told you yesterday, reveals

  the counsel of God. The Bible, like we know, is

  a compendium of everything God desires for the believer.

  Speaker 4: Not your Christian experience would capture the truths contained here

  depends on knowing how to enforce divine verdicts and force

  the will of God.

  Speaker 3: It's amazing how many people.

  Speaker 4: If you were to have it direct and counter with
• 23:36
  Jesus today, he would ask you why you are still
• 23:38
  at this level spiritually.

  Speaker 3: He would ask you why your ministry and your family.

  Speaker 4: Is yet to experience deliverance, Because based on scripture, based
• 23:47
  on His will, are we together now? Your victory is
• 23:51
  finished based on his will. Your healing is finished based
• 23:56
  on his will. Your excelling is finished that God is
• 24:00
  going to do it. The day you are healed is
• 24:03
  not the day God healed you. The day you are
• 24:05
  healed is the day healing was enforced. The day you prospose,
• 24:09
  not the day God prospers you the day you prospose,
• 24:12
  the day that you engage the dynamics connected to the
• 24:15
  manifestation of that blessing.

  Speaker 3: Are we together now?

  Speaker 4: If it is not finished in Christ, there is no

  basis for one thing it to manifest.

  Speaker 3: You need to understand this.

  Speaker 4: The theology of manifestation is that we only manifest that which.

  Speaker 3: Is finished in Christ. If it is not.

  Speaker 4: Finished, then it is a waste. You cannot manifest that

  which is not finished in Christ.

  the knowledge of Him that has called us into glory

  Speaker 4: Hath given us great and exceeding precious promises, that by

  them we might be partakers of His divine nature. Haven't

  escaped the corruption that is in the world through lost

  The meaning of that is that God has made everything

  available onto us, but he's made it in Christ.

  Speaker 3: But we must know how to enforce to our lives
• 25:17
  and in our lives. Are we together now? We're beginning
• 25:21
  to make sense of the team.

  Speaker 4: Because when God spoke to Noah and said never again,

  this is my verdict that if you ever see the
• 25:31
  elements of creation destroying men, they are violating a verdict
• 25:36
  that are put together. That means, now you'll be surprised

  to hear this. All of the tornadoes and all of
• 25:45
  the boys terrors, manifestations of elements like wind and water,
• 25:50
  they are violating this verdict that God gave. The meaning
• 25:54
  of that is that someone got into partnership with wicked
• 25:57
  spirits to allow that this obedience happened. Are we together now,
• 26:03
  because by this divine verdict, all the elements of nature
• 26:07
  have been given jurisdiction of their function, that they should
• 26:11
  not function beyond certain ways. But when demond spirits come,
• 26:15
  they partner with men. Remember, Jesus was going to the
• 26:19
  other side, and we see that this spirit it was
• 26:22
  not a weather condition at all.

  Speaker 3: The Bible says there arose a storm of wind.

  Speaker 4: It was stopping Jesus from joining to the other side.

  You would think it was just a climatic condition. It

  was not a climatic condition, else Jesus would not rebuke it.

  You don't rebuke a climatic condition. You wait for the

  weather to work its costs and finish. But Jesus said no,

  this one is a manipulation. There are spirits using elements,

  and it said the Bible said, he took the wind

  and said, shallow, be still, and everything died down by
• 26:59
  the time they got to the other side. We now

  see the spirits that partner with the wind, because the
• 27:04
  first person he met was a madman who told the
• 27:07
  mad man.

  Speaker 3: Jesus was coming. Are we together now?

  Speaker 5: There was no announcement that Jesus was coming. And the

  Bible says the mad man used to stay in caves.

  So what brought him to the sea shore as he

  was waiting to receive Jesus the same thing that brought
