- 0:17Join me now and we will explore these topics and so much more with
- 0:22fascinating guests, authors and experts who will guide us to Destination Unlimited. If
- 0:34we live in a vibrational universe where everything is energy, how may we learn
- 0:40to embrace vibrational living and tap into our personal superpowers for a conscious and fulfilling
- 0:48life. My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Vibrational coach Caarina Marshall,
- 0:54asked this question on her own personal journey and recognize sixteen metaphysical tools that will
- 1:00help us achieve this. Karina Marshall is a vibrational transformation coach passionate about serving
- 1:07others on the deepest level through promoting vibrational living. She's a certified Master life

- 1:30Spirituality, and Bubblegum. Please join me in welcoming to Destination Unlimited.
- 1:38Corina Marshall. Welcome, Karina, Thank you, Victor, thank you so
- 1:44much. It's an honor to be in your program. Karina. Please share
- 1:47with us your formative years and your understanding as a child and a little later
- 1:53of the nature of spirit well for us. Early as I can remember,
- 1:59I all always knew and felt there was a world beyond just what I see
- 2:05and able to touch using my five senses. I refer to that unseen world
- 2:12as non physical, just for lack of a better term, or that which
- 2:16we cannot see and touch. So since I was a little girl, I
- 2:21also felt that I have this constant companion within me that is coexperiencing whatever I
- 2:28am up to on any given day. So I never felt alone. So
- 2:31this was my definition of spirit. And I was born with two older sisters,
- 2:37four and eight years old older than me, so they were somewhat in
- 2:40their own worlds, but I was quite happy playing by myself because I never
- 2:45felt alone. I was also born with a lively imagination, which in my
- 2:52adulthood I consider my healthy escape, but also the creative aspect of my thinking
- 2:57and emotions. And I learned to focused that imagination into something I want to
- 3:01happen, and most of the time it did so. Later on, as
- 3:07a young adult, I learned to contemplate and then meditate and learn the Yogic
- 3:13principles of the teachings of paramahanse Yogananda, an Indian saint and spiritual master who
- 3:20founded the Self Realization Fellowship and based here in Los Angeles. And learning meditation
- 3:28and stillness amplified my and accelerated my connection with spirit or non physical And of
- 3:36course I stumbled into learning the law of attraction from channel or Esther Hicks in
- 3:40Abraham, a collective group of non physical beings that has led me to a
- 3:47greater understanding of universal laws and the world of energy. So here I am
- 3:53now, and I really came to understand that and realized that I have been
- 4:00channeling my inner being ever since I can remember as a little girl, and
- 4:05spirit has become a much more integrated part of me now. And I hope
- 4:13that answers your question. It was a long when it as no, no,
- 4:15it was a wonderful answer. And we have very similar childhoods. I
- 4:19am a few years older in you, actually a lot older than you.
- 4:23But I had a similar chalsea growing up in the early nineteen fifties, and
- 4:27one of my challenges back then was when I would share what I was experiencing
- 4:31and hearing and sensing, I was told I was told I had an overactive
- 4:36imagination, and my parents discouraged me. Did yours do the same? Oh?
- 4:42Yes, because you know, parents can be very focused on what needs
- 4:46to be done during the day, how they can raise their kids properly.
- 4:50So yes, the answer to that is they would usually tell me what's important
- 4:56and what's not, based of course, on their own belief Yves. And
- 5:01what would you say to parents of children who are listening right now, who
- 5:04are also manifesting and expressing the things that we did as children, Well,
- 5:12I would suggest that parents can step back a little bit, relax a little
- 5:15bit, just enjoy or their kids seem to be playing in their imagination and
- 5:23sometimes even play with them, because that's all part of our creative well being
- 5:30and it doesn't really hurt anybody absolutely. Now, how did your professional journey
- 5:36lead to becoming a vibrational transformation coach and how would you describe the nature of
- 5:42this work. Well, I have eased into the role of a vibrational transformation
- 5:48coach simultaneous with a professional career in information technology and now in real state.
- 5:57As a former project manager in the defense contracting industry and now in real estate,
- 6:03I have always felt there is something more than quote unquote earning a living
- 6:09and helping people find or sell their homes. Although I apply that the techniques
- 6:15that I mentioned in my book in my practice business practices. So as far
- 6:23as I can remember in my childhood, I've been interested, as I said,
- 6:26in non physical aspects of my life. But also now I get to
- 6:30apply that in my business practice, and just it was just a natural evolution
- 6:36that this vibrational transformation coach became an identity that I am actually learning to enjoy
- 6:46more and more as I sort of remind my clients that there is so much
- 6:53more into our way of ways of life, no matter what kind of life
- 6:59you're living, and that there's so much empowerment within us if we only give
- 7:04it a chance. What inspired your book, Discover and Use your greatest Superpower.
- 7:13We all went through an incredible lockdown starting in twenty nineteen because of the
- 7:21pandemic, and we sort of all realized that this was bringing out a collective
- 7:30fear in the face of humanity, and in my view, it has also
- 7:36actually catalyzed a number of awakenings. During that time, I had already expanded
- 7:44my understanding of the world as vibrational in nature. And although there was the
- 7:49collective fear that I could sense, I somehow also knew and felt that what
- 7:56was happening was catalyzing our collective of expansion, and each of us, of
- 8:03course individually as well, was undergoing some form of transformation. And that's how
- 8:11I felt that I really need to send our share my message to the world
- 8:20for those who are ready to resonate with the message and write the book.
- 8:26So that's how it came about. The entire title is Discover and Use your
- 8:31Greatest Superpower Metaphysics, Spirituality and Bubblegum. Now listeners, listeners resonate with the
- 8:39subtitle Metaphysics and Spirituality, but please share with us the superpower of bubblegum.
- 8:45And one other question, does the flavor make a difference? Ah? I
- 8:48love your question, Victor. Well, well, you know, the subject
- 8:54of spirituality and metaphysics can sometimes be taken so seriously, and some people are
- 9:03even turned off just by mentioning those two words while bubble gum. Everybody can
- 9:09chew bubble gum, and as a kid, it reminded me of relaxation,
- 9:15of thinking nothing of anything and everything and just allowing in my view. So
- 9:24the title. I chose the title because I felt that it doesn't only catch
- 9:31your attention, but it twegus or makes you curious about why bubble gum.
- 9:37And precisely because the contents and the message of my book and what we are
- 9:45I think a lot of us are getting ready to learn, is that it's
- 9:48all integrated as part of our business, lives, our relationships, our families,
- 9:54and each one of us as individuals. And what flavor bubble gum?
- 10:00Ah, you know, I like the pink one. It's kind of like
- 10:05it's the traditional bubble gum flavor. I forget the name, but it's like
- 10:09bubblegum flavor. Absolutely. Now you share that our personal consciousness equals our reality,
- 10:18Please explain well, that means the personal reality of each one of us
- 10:24is composed of our thoughts, emotions, and our beliefs. Those three categories
- 10:31really comprise what I call a person's vibrational makeup. And I just refer that
- 10:39to as a VM to make it easier to remember. So a vibrational manner
- 10:46or makeup of a person is actually what's causing our reality to be perceived in
- 10:54a certain way. So our current personality, whatever it is, is basically
- 11:03pointing to our current beliefs, our current thoughts, and our current emotions.
- 11:09And then I also came across reading or I think watching one of Joe Dispenser's
- 11:16videos and he said the same thing. So I must have tuned in either
- 11:20to him or we must have both tuned in to some part of our cosmos
- 11:24that's stating that message. And you know, our personalities are basically the vibration
- 11:31with it. Talk a little more about vibration, about this vibrational energy,
- 11:39How would you describe that to listeners? Thank you. Yeah, that's a
- 11:43really important question because we live in a world of energy. And I don't
- 11:50need to quote Einstein, but all of us are familiar with the quotes of
- 11:54Einstein that everything is energy and nothing is really destroyed. So energies composed of
- 12:01vibrations, and anything and everything in the universe is vibrational in nature. We
- 12:07two as individuals with our thoughts, thoughts are vibrations emotions or feelings our vibrations
- 12:16as well, and so are our beliefs. And with what we're emitting as
- 12:24a vibration, we are also creating a frequency that attracts the same kind of
- 12:28frequency and creates the reality that we perceive. So then if our personal consciousness
- 12:37equals our reality, then by changing our vibration and frequency, we also change
- 12:43our reality, don't we. Oh? Absolutely, we expand our consciousness and
- 12:50we expand that reality, and then we are actually leading ourselves to tuning in
- 12:56to who we really are. Absolutely to a little bit more about that,
- 13:01about changing the nature of our vibration and our energy. How do we go
- 13:03about doing that? Well. In my book Discover It Us to Your Greatest
- 13:09Superpower, i mentioned sixteen metaphysical tools where you can actually tune in to your
- 13:18inner world or that vibration within that allows you to expand your consciousness. And
- 13:26when you expand your consciousness, you are putting yourselves in this journey. We
- 13:31wouldn't call it really a journey because it can be instantaneous, but you are
- 13:35tuning in through the frequency of source. And if you would like to call
- 13:41source as God, that's fine too, or Spirit or Divinity, we allow
- 13:48ourselves to discover the source within us, to discover the God within us,
- 13:56or to discover the universal divinity within us, and it becomes very exciting to
- 14:05discover that that is the superpower that each of us is waiting to uncover.
- 14:13And we're going to touch more upon those sixteen metaphysical tools shortly, but please
- 14:16explain the relevance of metaphysics and spirituality in uncovering this innate potential. Well,
- 14:24it's the importance of this is because it gives us a perspective of well,
- 14:31you know, when you ask the questions, so what, Then each person
- 14:37will have the understanding that metaphysics and spirituality is all part of this consciousness field,
- 14:46and in the consciousness field, it's all vibration and we are all within
- 14:50consciousness and consciousness is also part of us. So to understand the vibrate,
- 14:56our vibrational nature, and also connec that with the inner matrix of life and
- 15:03the consciousness field, then we get an understanding of what life is all about.
- 15:11So you and I meet on a street, we've never met before,
- 15:13we're strangers to one another. How does my field affect your field? It
- 15:20may or may not affect my field. It depends on what I'm resonating with
- 15:24and what I'm open to. So if I'm open to receiving something that is
- 15:33vibrationally within my frequency, I would probably get a sense of who you are,
- 15:37you know, on a feeling level, and even probably be vibrationally tuned
- 15:43in to what kind of words or interaction I will help with you. So
- 15:50if you yes, yes, what I'm what I'm alluding to is if you
- 15:54meet someone, or you're in a work situation or in a social situation and
- 15:58there's someone there, I'm the type of person who can immediately pick up on
- 16:03the vibration of others and know if someone is in a good place or in
- 16:07a bad place. And what I'm saying is the energy that we have,
- 16:12the vibration that we have within us that frequency, can have a positive or
- 16:17negative effect on those we meet. That's true. Yeah, yes, that's
- 16:22true. So depending on for example, like in my business, my real
- 16:26estate business, for instance, and I meet a client and I can detect
- 16:32some kind of negative energy, I have a way of dealing with that energy
- 16:37where I could invite unconsciously or subconsciously invite the energy of that person to either
- 16:47neutralize or distract it on a physical level to focus on something else. You
- 16:55know, there's a way where we can interact with another person and channel that
- 17:02existing energy into something else, maybe transform it into something that allows both persons
- 17:10to communicate and relate better. Absolutely. I've spent forty four years in technological
- 17:15business in the welding industry, meeting many different types of people in many different
- 17:19situations. And one of the things and I used to teach the sales staff
- 17:23that worked with me, and I would teach them when they meet the customer
- 17:26for the first time, get a sense of what that person is about,
- 17:30since, what they're feeling, what they're going through, what position they're in
- 17:34right now, and when you can connect with them on that level, you
- 17:37can actually take ownership of their satisfaction and make sure and make sure that you
- 17:44respond to them in a way that they will resonate with and that will increase
- 17:48your business and increase the flow of activity between you. Beautiful, I love
- 17:52your phrase about the ownership. Yes, that's beautiful. Yes, yes,
- 17:57And as that approach that you use in your business, I do. I
- 18:02do, and it's so far has been working really well. So I think
- 18:07it works and I've shared those techniques in my book and hopefully it can help
- 18:11some people. And the tools are really simple and you can create your own.
- 18:18But those are just the tools. The tools that I explained in my
- 18:22book are are tools that have worked for me. And what I teach the
- 18:26salespeople I used to teach the salespeople is if you take the letters W and
- 18:30are out of ownership, you end up with one ship and it's the one
- 18:33ship we all sail on together. Oh my gosh, I love that,
- 18:37Victor. That's really wonderful. Talk a little bit more about, you know,
- 18:44empaths, because I'm an EmPATH and many of my friends are empaths,
- 18:48and we have this ability to walk into, like I said, a rumor
- 18:52situation and we can pick up on the energy of those who are there.
- 18:57And for some of us, not all, but for some of us,
- 19:00it is very difficult to fend off negativity or take that negativity that we're picking
- 19:07up and embrace it within ourselves rather than understand it and be compassionate to that
- 19:11person. How can we protect ourselves against that energy? Well, I think
- 19:18and Patsa have an expanded consciousness, and when you ask a question about protecting
- 19:26I think if one believes that you are susceptible for your boundaries to be intercepted
- 19:40or broken through by another energy, then I guess there's some there's some revelation
- 19:48about that in terms of firming up that boundary. It just takes practice knowing
- 19:52that if you really know and realize and get to use your superpower, which
- 20:00is within yourself, you will hold your own energy no matter what situation you're
- 20:06in. And it doesn't mean that you are aloof or you don't care about
- 20:10other people, but more so, you are actually practicing an unconditional kind of
- 20:18I would call it love when you are able to shine your light amidst you
- 20:25know, negativity and be able to offer that kind of higher frequency of peace,
- 20:32love and joy if you call it that way, and potentially invite the
- 20:38non physical aspect of that person or person's in a room to that kind of
- 20:45energy. Absolutely the wisdom of my guest Karina Marshall. Her book is called

- 24:07Unlimited. My guest this week is Karina Marshall. Her book is entitled Discover
- 24:11and Use Your Greatest Superpower Metaphysics, Spirituality and the Bubble Gup. Karina,
- 24:19you had mentioned that there are sixteen metaphysical tools that readers can apply in their
- 24:25daily lives. Of course we're going to have everyone go out and get your
- 24:27book and read them, but tell us about these tools. Name a few
- 24:30of these tools. Yeah, Well, to simplify, I group them into
- 24:37three groups. First are the better feeling tools, because you can't really focus
- 24:41on your or tune in to your superpower if you're so angry, or you're
- 24:45so annoyed, or you're really feeling negative. So the first part of the
- 24:51tools are better feeling tools, and under that category I have five techniques,
- 24:56okay, and then the second part are tuning in tools. These are tools
- 25:00that will tune in more into the frequency you're wanting to desire in your life,
- 25:07the reality you want to have in your life. And the third group
- 25:10of tools are maintenance tools, because you know, once you're enlightened, so
- 25:15to speak. You don't hang at diploma on your wall and say, hey,
- 25:18I'm enlightened. It's a moment to moment kind of thing. It's because
- 25:22we're always becoming. And one of the tools that I really enjoy sharing is
- 25:30the shine the Light technique. That is a visualization technique where you engage the
- 25:37consciousness field to change a situation, and for instance, in an unpleasant situation,
- 25:45you shift your physical presence by becoming a witness to what is happening,
- 25:52and we can, you know, have a little demonstration if you wish,
- 25:59and talk about that please. This technique called shine the Light is a metaphysical
- 26:07tool that has been really effective in both my business and relationships. But first,
- 26:15let me tell you a story if I may, about a client of
- 26:18mine in real state a few years ago. As a backgrounder to this story,
- 26:23I have another professional identity I mentioned earlier, which is that I am
- 26:29also a real estate broker by accident, quote unquote, which became my spiritual
- 26:34training ground for using my superpower. I had this client who was the most
- 26:41negative person I've ever met. He hired me to sell his home on the
- 26:45East Coast many years ago, and aside from that, mutual objective to get
- 26:51the household. Our approaches were so far apart. He would curse a lot,
- 26:56anticipate so many worse scenarios, not trust anyone, and talked about the
- 27:03unfairness of life all the time. I knew I had to use the silent
- 27:08love tool that I mentioned in my book, and every time, so every
- 27:14time I had an interaction with this difficult client, I would imagine the negative
- 27:18words being bathed in light and then transformed into their opposite positive word counterparts.
- 27:29For example, if this client said there are blank curse words, there are
- 27:37no good buyers out there, I would instantly, instantaneously decide to hear to
- 27:42hear quote unquote, there are so many great buyers out there, and this
- 27:48is playing in my imagination, okay, And then I would imagine, in
- 27:52smiling instead of frowning what's in front of me, I would imagine imagine the
- 27:57opposite. And then I can imagine, imagine, I imagine this wonderful light
- 28:03of love bathing the words and turning into silent love for that person. For
- 28:15example too. Another example is that I could ask you to pick a person
- 28:21in your life right now that you've had an unpleasant interaction recently. Let's use
- 28:29your, for example, the name Mike. Okay, just as a reference.
- 28:34Then recall that image of when that unpleasantness happened. Except except now,
- 28:42as you recall it, you are an observer and not the participant. The
- 28:49observer is the non physical part of you. So you are observing Mike and
- 28:55yourself in that unpleasant situation. Okay, Yes, As you are observing the
- 29:00situation, you notice that the non physical part of Mike is also observing the
- 29:07situation. And if it helps, you can imagine seeing Mike's translucent twin in
- 29:12the scene. Okay, this is all visualization. Yes, and you're equally
- 29:18transcent non physical self and Mike's non physical self acknowledge each other with a smile.
- 29:26Yes. Then imagine both observers, for both yours and Mike's non physical
- 29:34forms are emitting this glow of light. Then that light becomes a brilliant white
- 29:44light filled with love. The loving light spreads from the non physical parts of
- 29:51each of you, you and Mike, and then moves to engulf you in
- 29:56both in your physical forms. Then you breathe in that white light, then
- 30:06breathe out. Stay within that image of you immersed in the light for a
- 30:11minute, and when you're ready, you can open your eyes. Repeat this
- 30:19as often as you can, and it will do wonders with that subject person
- 30:25next time you see him or her. Absolutely, thank you for sharing that.
- 30:30That was beautiful. You know. I had a situation many years ago
- 30:34where a friend we were having dinner and there were three or four couples there
- 30:41and this one individual, this friend of mine, had some issues that he
- 30:48had. I think they stemmed from a lack of self esteem. That anyone
- 30:52who would challenge any of his beliefs he would react negatively too. And during
- 30:59the course of this very lovely dinner, someone said something to him and he
- 31:03had a very negative reaction, and his wife looked embarrassed, and the other
- 31:07couples got up and walked away, and I walked around the table and I
- 31:12threw my arms around him and I said, I love you, I love
- 31:17you, I love you, and he started crying. And I think that's
- 31:19probably for the first time that anyone ever acknowledged him, understood and felt his
- 31:26pain. And he was willing and was willing to accept that and give him
- 31:30love and compassion in return, and it changed his life. Beautiful. Yes,
- 31:37So we're talking about doing that on an energetic level. Yes, we
- 31:41are talking about that on an energetic level. I was just I was just
- 31:45about to comment that what you've done is a physical level, which is probably
- 31:49very very more most effective special with certain types of people. But there are
- 31:57also ways where even though you don't do it physically, that you can metaphysically
- 32:06actually change the energy within a room or within your interaction with a person.
- 32:13Absolutely, one of the exercises you offer in this wonderful book is about taking
- 32:20inventory of our feelings. Please share about that. Well. Our feelings carry
- 32:27the highest frequency that doc can dominate our vibrational manner, because you could be
- 32:36saying one thing but feeling another, and vibrationally you are causing some cross currents.
- 32:44For example, if you're saying, hey, yeah, I don't mind
- 32:46doing it, but then within your feeling otherwise, you know you're feeling like,
- 32:51I really don't want to do this, but you know, maybe I
- 32:53have to. What results in a situation like that is probably an action of
- 33:01some sort that is not your one hundred percent, so the results may not
- 33:07be as how you would like it. That's just an ordinary example. I'm
- 33:14sure there are other situations where your feelings carry a really important part of vibrationally
- 33:24and physically manifesting your desired results. And how do we take inventory? Is
- 33:31it like counting them and making a list of them and then filing them away?
- 33:36How do we do it? That's a good question, though. So
- 33:38when you wake up first thing in the morning, you ask yourself how am
- 33:44I feeling today? You know, probably you'll say I really don't know,
- 33:50Or if you're not feeling anything so positively or negatively, then you're probably just
- 33:55kind of like waiting for things to happen. But you can at an intention
- 34:00and say today I will plan to be focused on the positive things in my
- 34:06life, or I will try to appreciate as much as I can. It's
- 34:12the inventory is basically being aware of how your emotional feeling index is pointing towards.
- 34:23Is it pointing towards not feeling so good? Or is it pointing towards
- 34:28really feeling good? And following that energy. And another one of the tools
- 34:34that you use in superpowers is looking at recycled thoughts. What are recycled thoughts?
- 34:39Recycled thoughts are thoughts that we keep thinking because we don't know any better.
- 34:45It doesn't allow for the creative part of us, which we can tune
- 34:51in or expand into if we only give ourselves some quiet time, perhaps have
- 35:00some relaxation, or some openness in not judging certain situations. And those recycled
- 35:10thoughts can also include self doubts absolutely. For example, if you are looking
- 35:19at some of the you know, the the group text in like the neighborhood
- 35:27app that some people get into. UH. There's a lot of comments and
- 35:34text exchanges that are being exchange in those forums that are repeating itself. And
- 35:44one time there was a lady who said, I feel like I mean a
- 35:46loop here. I can't I can't get out of it because I keep thinking
- 35:51and saying the same things. How can we? How how can we get
- 35:54out of it? Uh? And the only way really to get out of
- 35:58recycled thinking is to be open, to be non judgmental, and to try
- 36:02new things so that you expand your thoughts, you expand your beliefs and reframe
- 36:12perspectives, and then you probably expand ways where you can feel better rather than
- 36:19status quo. And of course we know that recycled items are meant to be
- 36:24disposed of and put into fresh new energy. So we're talking about recycling.
- 36:30Really, that's right, that's right. We recycle them and hopefully transformed them
- 36:36into a better version. One of my challenges, personal challenges in life,
- 36:40was that it was very difficult for me to say no to anyone. Anyone
- 36:45needed anything or wanted anything. Yes, yes, yes. And it came
- 36:49from a wiring that happened when I was a child. And when I got
- 36:52to around my age of fifty, I recognized this in me and I started
- 36:58saying healthily, creating healthy boundaries and saying no. And a little poem came
- 37:04out of this. May I share that with you? Oh, I'd love
- 37:07to hear it. It's called the healing power of no. A time comes
- 37:12for choosing rather than losing the essence that makes us so, and in the
- 37:17bestowing. There's power in knowing the freedom that comes with no, when said
- 37:23with compassion, not angry, in fashion and letting the self love flow,
- 37:30there's a sense of renewing and deep soul imbuing the awareness that comes with no.
- 37:37So with gentle voice and the power of choice and the courage to make
- 37:43it so, I'm still here, my friends. There's no means in this
- 37:47end, just the healing that comes with no, h I love that,
- 37:54Yes, thank you, And it took a long time and a lot of
- 37:58courage to be able to do that. Oh absolutely. You know, growing
- 38:01up Asian, you know, my parents, especially my mother, is always
- 38:07I had this programming to be a pleasing person. And then when I became
- 38:13more clear about who I am and what I want, I can be compassionate
- 38:19but not necessarily doing things that necessarily are beyond my boundaries. Absolutely, absolutely,
- 38:27And that's a challenge for many of us, especially when we grow up
- 38:30in family situations where we equate caring for and taking care of and pleasing others
- 38:38as receiving love and not feeling loved unless we were doing that. And I
- 38:44think that's where a lot of this stem from. Yeah. Absolutely, But
- 38:49there are those of us on the awakened spiritual path who often encounter family and
- 38:54friends who are not and may question, roll their eyes or even ridicule us.
- 39:02How may we learn to respond consciously and lovingly. I think it's very
- 39:08important to not give advice or to preach, or to sound like you want
- 39:14trying to convert them or share what you know necessarily, But I think the
- 39:17best way is just to demonstrate that you care for them, you love them,
- 39:23no matter how you might be disagreeing with their manner or their way of
- 39:29talking about things. Just be a loving presence, a loving light wherever you
- 39:35are. And if you have nothing good to share or talk about, it's
- 39:42best to just be silent and smile and try to emit the loving light that
- 39:45you can to anybody and shine the light on those words as you shared before.
- 39:51Exactly, yes, shine the light. That's right. My guest is
- 39:55Karina Marshall. We'll be back with more of Karina after these words on the

- 40:32a host of Home Times Magazine's flagship radio show What is going on? My
- 40:37passion is sifting through information, research and innovations from new thought teachers, speakers,
- 40:44and researchers pushing back the boundaries of what we know about life, energy,
- 40:49metaphysics, and the universe. I love shifting perceptions about who we are,
- 40:52why we're here, and how quickly impossible becomes normal when we open our
- 40:58minds, expand our awareness, and except that the only limits that exist are
- 41:01those we place upon ourselves. So if you're the kind of forward thinking,
- 41:06eager investigator of what lies beyond the current reality that most perceive, why not
- 41:12make a date to come play with me in the field of possibilities at four
- 41:15pm Pacific time seven pm Eastern time every Thursday, and together we can discover
- 41:22what's really going on. You can escape a traffic jam no one else.
- 41:28You can't escape seasonal allergies two, and you might think you can avoid that
- 41:36coffee stain until well, really, you can't escape a lot of things in
- 41:43life, but you can escape pre diabetes. Pre Diabetes captures one in three
- 41:49adults. There are usually no signs of pre diabetes. In fact, most
- 41:52people don't even know they have it. But with early diagnosis you can change
- 41:57the outcome and prevent or delay Type two diabetes. Take action by taking the

- 42:55work they do in the world. Inspired conversation stations to empower you on your
- 43:01path to authentic, soulful living. Back on Destination Unlimited. My guest this
- 43:15week is Karina Marshall. Her book is entitled Discover and Use Your Greatest Superpower
- 43:22Metaphysics, Spirituality and Bubblegum. Karina, we're living in a world in transition,
- 43:30what role does personal empowerment play in your perspective on the situation? Pretty
- 43:36much, very significantly, so, Victor, because if you feel helpless because
- 43:42you know, you read the news, you listen and even see it on
- 43:45TV, all the things happening globally, the wars, the political strife and
- 43:53corruption and what have you, and then also you know the cost of living,
- 44:00finances, relationships. It's very easy to be unbalanced by all of this,
- 44:08and so it's really important to feel that you can take your power back
- 44:15by really going within and discovering that within each one of us is a superpower
- 44:24that can transcend whatever it is that's affecting us on a physical level. There's
- 44:31an expression that I came upon many years ago, and I sort of adopted
- 44:36my own version of it, and that's never underestimate the power of minds LinkedIn
- 44:40common thought and common energy to change the world. That's really what we can
- 44:45do, can't we Absolutely, once we understand how we can transcend world events
- 44:53or negativity, personal or otherwise individually, we can actually collectively connect with others
- 45:02through the consciousness field that can really shape the way our evolution would unfold.
- 45:14That's my belief. Yeah, And In your book, you talk about the
- 45:16reader's role in shaping the new world. Talk a little more about that,
- 45:20please, Well, if the reader, when the reader really understands the message
- 45:28of the book, that we have a superpower in each one of us that
- 45:32resides in our expanded consciousness and that which we can tune in and really use,
- 45:39we are shaping the vibration of the world individually, not only individually,
- 45:49but also collectively, such that we would probably be creating the new world where
- 45:58we can practice more oneness and compassion for each other and also look at things,
- 46:07especially leaders of the world, look at things from the standpoint of love
- 46:15and caring, and then at the same time also balance the energies of money,
- 46:21finance, politics, and what have you, all the elements of where
- 46:27we are right now. And you call this vibrational living, tell us a
- 46:31little more about vibrational living. Yes, vibrational living basically starts with ourselves,
- 46:39with our thoughts, which are vibrations, with our emotions and feelings, which
- 46:45are vibrations, and with our beliefs, which are vibrations. It's really important
- 46:52to look at our beliefs and ask ourselves ourselves, is this belief empowering me
- 47:01or is it limiting me? And the same thing with the thoughts and the
- 47:08emotions, because if it's something that feels limiting and not empowering, then it's
- 47:15time to use a way of find out a way of pivoting to a better
- 47:22feeling thought. And these are part of the techniques and tools that I mentioned
- 47:25in the book because they're so simple to do. We just have to reprogram
- 47:30ourselves that we can really easily pivot if we only allow ourselves to do it.
- 47:39Many of our listeners have a meditation practice. As a meditation teacher,
- 47:45how does mindfulness contribute to unlocking one's superpowers? Mindfulness is basically an awareness of
- 47:55you in the context of a vibrational manner. Mindfulness is an awareness of what
- 48:01I'm thinking, what I'm feeling, and what my beliefs are that's creating my
- 48:07reality. And this is an important type of probing that I do every day
- 48:16to check my vibrational manner. Once we are aware of our of where we
- 48:23are vibrationally, we can pivot and shift that awareness so that we can amplify
- 48:34our vibration towards the frequency of our superpower. And how you do that is,
- 48:42for example, through meditation and stillness, because the stillness amplifies and accelerates
- 48:52the higher frequencies that normally you would not tune into. When you're able to
- 48:58tune into those higher freakquancies that are that's the frequency of your superpower, then
- 49:06there is a whole expanded consciousness that you have access to for really literally limitless
- 49:15possibilities. Is there a success story you can share where a reader applied your
- 49:22teachings and experienced a positive transformation. Well, one of the things that I'd
- 49:29like to share to give you an example, and that is I have a
- 49:34friend who has no understanding of the non physical world, but she was an
- 49:43she was very open to do ideas, and when her beloved husband passed away,
- 49:51I had the opportunity to share with her at the right moment. Of
- 49:55course, several years afterwards, words to to look at and reframe her beliefs
- 50:05about life after physical life after death, so to speak. And reframing her
- 50:15belief that life is gone after we physically die allowed her to explore more about
- 50:27life after death. And and that's it's all vibrational that she can she could
- 50:32still vibrationally tune in to certain things after the physical life of her of her
- 50:38beloved husband, and it gave her a lot of peace that and and comfort
- 50:45that everything is well. That's just one example. Yeah, absolutely, How
- 50:51do you balance your global experiences with your connection to your soulmate and zen teacher
- 50:57and former monk husband, Craig. That's an it is an amazing story,
- 51:04right. Well. I've lived around the world, uh in in different locations
- 51:14and uh I just know that from all my experiences, So whether it's personal
- 51:21or physical or non physical. I've lived in Dubai, for instance, in
- 51:27the Middle East, I've lived in parts of the United States, I've lived
- 51:30in Asia, and uh in every experience, I feel that there were the
- 51:37ups and downs, the contrast, and and the and the joyful ones,
- 51:40and they are all of my experiences. I do not block any in one
- 51:46of them, you know. I I feel like I have lived to become
- 51:52who I am today because of all my experiences, and I'm using that to
- 52:00really relate to Craig, my husband, in the most loving way I can.
- 52:07And since he's also vibrationally in tune with his superpower, we have this
- 52:16amazing interaction and relationship where we are each learning to connect the dots even more
- 52:27on a daily basis, and we are able to share that with other people
- 52:36or at least plant the seeds that will help empower each one of us individually
- 52:43and also collectively. That is a blessing. And as someone who also is
- 52:46in a very very wonderful spiritual relationship and marriage, I think that's such a
- 52:52blessing. So congratulations to the two of you. Oh thank you. I've
- 52:57seen photos of cats sitting in lotus posts. Tell us about your cat,
- 53:00Sita the zen teacher. Yes, we have a cat. Her name is
- 53:07Cita. She's actually a big cat and she's about thirteen pounds. And my
- 53:14daughter and my husband Craig were at the shelter one day and according to my
- 53:20daughter, this cat, Sita, just spoke to her and so one day
- 53:24they took home the cat. And I wasn't previously, I was not a
- 53:29cat person. I'm more a dog person, and so this is my first
- 53:34cat. And what she does in our house is she adopts our vibration and
- 53:42we adopt her vibration as well. So there's this merging of a family kind
- 53:47of thing where she would always be in the same room where we are,
- 53:52whether we're talking dining or watching TV or whatever. She's always there, and
- 53:59she binds us to be very present and enjoy the now. It's just wonderful.
- 54:07That's a very then, aren't they it is? What would you like
- 54:12readers to take away from Discover and Use Your Greatest Superpower? Metaphysics, spirituality
- 54:17and bubblegum? The best gift that anybody can give themselves is to to really
- 54:28realize how powerful each one of us can really be if we can only learn
- 54:35to tune in more into our inner world, our inner being, because within
- 54:42us is a constant companion that is always beaming to us the frequency of love,
- 54:52of joy, and of peace. And since we are all vibrational beings,
- 54:57we have the capacity and the tools that I mention and share in my
- 55:02book to vibrate that frequency so we can use and discover that superpower the wisdom
- 55:13of my guest Cariina Marshall her book, Discover and Use Your Greatest Superpower,
- 55:17Karina, one more time, please share with our listeners where they can get
- 55:21your book and find out more about you and your work. Yes, Discover
- 55:25and Use Your Greatest Superpower is available online via Amazon and Barnes and Noble,

- 55:53much for joining us and sharing this amazing work. Thank you, Victor,
- 55:59It's an honor and I really enjoyed our discussion as did I, and thank
- 56:04you for joining us on destination Unlimited. I'm Victor Bavoice Ferman of a wonderful week
